Virgil Herring is the Director of Golf at Ensworth Golf Performance Center and a Golf Channel Academy Lead Instructor. He is a 2-time Tennessee PGA Section Teacher of the Year and has taught multiple PGA TOUR and LPGA Tour players, most notably former FedEx Cup Champion Brandt Snedeker. Virgil shares his beliefs and thoughts on high performance golf and addresses the mechanics of power off the tee. He explores many concepts including the creation of speed and power, effective swing path and club-face relationships and the efficient use of the body to release the appropriate amount of club-head speed for consistent and accurate power.
