You know I was. I was raised up man. I was always out the bad young woods and hunting and fishing it and riding ran trap lines. And you know when I wouldn't do that, I was just camping. I was walking home, and I was walking down the gravel road that ordered our place, and was just about to jump the fence and make a bee round the halt. And this crewer come out of the brush on my left and run across the road in front, probably twenty five thirty feet lay it ran across the road in front of me on two legs and turned his head about midway, smiled at me, dove over all five strand battlar fence, and went down in the love grass and went down all fours. I wish I had, Honest to god, I wish i'd seen a big poo. I wish I had it had been a hell lot easier. And I did the only thing I knew how to describe what I saw. It was a damn word for I don't even think the dog man term even existed. Then. You know, I didn't know. I didn't like I said, I didn't know anything else but just a winn war. I'd like to welcome Texts of Texas Front Porch Podcast to Bigfoot Crossroads. Uh texts, welcome man, thanks for joining me. Hey man, thanks man. You know I've been listening to you or oh my gosh, easy, you're gonna make me feel old. Well, I'm probably got a few years on you, but uh yeah, I can listen met for several years. Now. I'm going to assume, uh you're from Texas. Uh, yes, that would be a good assumption. With a name like text you better be. So did your story start in Texas? You know my story? I guess you could say when I got into talking like cryptos in general. You started back, yeah, in Texas back when I was sixteen, and uh, you know, I was. I was raised up man. I was always out in bad young woods and hunt intitioning and riding ran trap trap lines, and you know when I wouldn't do that, I just camping, you know, just being my dog's basically, you know. And it wasn't if I didn't have the dogs and it's just me. Yeah, and uh, but one one when I was sixteen, a lot of things changed for me, man, because I was walking home from one of my favorite spots that I was hunting. I had a couple of rabbits hanging on my belt, just a little through a tin shotgun with no damn rounds left. And I was walking down the gravel road that bordered our place and was just about to jump the fence and make a bee roun into the house. And this crewer come out of the brushing my left and run across the road from him, probably twenty five thirty feet away from me. I mean, the sun hadn't the sun hadn't set yet, so you know, it's not like it was dark. I know what I saw, and I wish I had, Honest to God, I wish i'd seen a big foot. I wish I had it had been a head lot easier, but I didn't. The only thing I knew how to describe what I saw it was a damn wear yeah. And it ran across the road in front of me on two legs and turned his head about midway, smiled at me, dove over our five strand barblall fence right rolet stick the tron and went down in the love grass and went down all fours, you know, and these these craters that and I didn't. I don't even think the dog man term even existed then, you know, I didn't know. I didn't, like I said, I didn't know anything else, but just there wind war and I mean it was an underwear changing moment, you know. But uh, I froze. And when I tell it, it seems like such a long drawn out thing, you know, And people asked me. People asked me a lot, you know, well, how did you have time to make that vision? Blah blah blah and entr it's it's it's it's not like that. Because I had a decision. I could either go over the fence where it it just went because it went down the well we got down here. We call it love grass, and people callt prairie grass, you know, and goes up about three and a half feet tall, and it's part of the pasture that was comforted. And when it jumped and it blowed over the fence, it went down on all fours and I thought I saw the grass move for it, but it was gone. So I could either go through the fence and follow it in the tall grass, or take the long way home and stay on the road. You know. It was kind of it was really a no brainer. Yeah, But uh, and I man I'm sorry. I tend to get a little emotional when I talk about still it's been a tens older too, you know. But uh, I took the wrong way home, and I the whole, the whole trip home was a pretty much a blair, except for one moment that I recall. And that's when I remember turning the first corner and thinking to myself, I ain't got no rounds for this shotgun, and all I've got is a fourteen at that and I'm not going to do nothing but peed this thing off. Yeah, and if this thing takes a one at men, oh, I've got as a club, that's it, you know. But nothing happened. Nothing happened on the way home. I got home, I walked in the walk in the backboard, walked in the kitchen hand. I tell people all the time, my mom had one of her rules, there's no drums in the kitchen. I mean half country results, you know. And so I just kind of collapsed in a kitchen chair and set my gun on the table. In the kitchen table humans washing dishes, cooking or something. I don't know what she did, and I remember she turned around, she looked at me. I think she was fixing to scold me about my gun. You get your gun out of here. And she looked at me, she goes, oh my god, what's wrong? Usual wat as a ghost? And Matt, honest to god, I tried to tell her. I tried to tell I couldn't talk, could not speak. Man. And my sister lived on the same property, about fifty yards away from us, and she called my sister, and my sister come on, and it took them better part of an hour to call me down. I can tell them what the hell happened. And to my family's credit, they didn't call me crazy, they didn't tell me I was lying. They did try to help me. You're Askingali, is what I saw? Maybe it was this, maybe it was that, you know, But never once did they question the vality is what I saw, or or you know, anything like that. They were after after a while, you know, I stuck to my guns on my story, and they were like, well, we don't know what you saw, but you obviously saw something. Of course, my family was from Texa, Tana. They were no strangers, critters, you know. But you know, my mom was always the one that had a very very open mind, and she was like there's just stuff out there we can't explain, you know. So I had a very good I was lucky, very lucky. And that's another thing that really got me started doing what I do now to show and everything it's given people like you know, like you do giving people an ear you know, you know, because there's there's nobody you can talk to, right you know. But even I mean even even if you're traumatized, you know from an account, what are you gonna do? Walk and tell you shrink you saw we were work are a big fo Yeah, you're gonna be in a rubber room no time, you know, I get knacked out of the office, you know. And I mean that's one thing that was very very important to me, was to give people a platform in a serf place to even talk about Sure if they come on the show or not, you know, they can just reach out. They just need an air to bend and for somebody told them to not that you know. Yeah, yeah, I probably talked to you know twice as many people uh off air that never you know, come on the show or you know, it's not even a thing. Because I've been through it myself, and I know you understand that perspective. So I'm sympathetic to those people. You know, I want to help if I can right your situation. I mean, sixteen years old, a country boy, obviously, you know, spending a lot of time in the outdoors. Obviously you had never ran across that critter before, no one had not. How did it impact your behavior afterwards? Did you keep on going out in the woods or were you afraid? Well, because I mean that happened from the sounds of it right by where you live. That's not going somewhere and seeing something and getting to drive one hundred and fifty miles back home. You know, that's not there's a locked me down for about six months or so, would not be And I mean, you know, we had an animals, know, we raised you know, horses and pigs and chickens and all that kind of stuff, and they had to be fed, you know, or something was if they were causing the ruck as you went down and you had to go checking stuff out, you know. And if I had to go down to the bar at night, especially that it didn't matter if it was there or not. I didn't go. I didn't leave the house without being loaded for bear. I mean, it was just what I was. I didn't know where this thing was. I didn't know what this thing was the only thing that I was convinced of was it had every opportunity in the world to make me launch, and it didn't for some reason. For six six or months six months or so, I didn't. I didn't leave that vicinity unless, you know, if I had to go to you know, I had to do what I had to do, you know, because you know, you have things you gotta do, stores you gotta do. Like I said, I didn't, and if I had, even it was so bad that even if I had to go to my sister's house, or if I was at my sister, didn't had to go back home. And like I said, she looked about fifty yards away. If it was dark and we had whatever, you know, whatever back calls a bigger light, you know, we had, we had a bigger lit but it was at a dead run. I mean, I didn't. I was scared in the dark. And I had never been scared of the dark, you know, since of course every little bitty kid is. But you know, as you know, when I got old enough to know better, I had never been scared of the dark. I'd stayed out, you know, camping out by myself, you know, a couple of miles from the house, you know. So it wasn't it wasn't like me. But I didn't go anywhere for like I said, about six months or so. And then I got to thinking more about it, and and there's one thing I can't stand in this world, meant, and it's a bully. Okay, to this day, I can't. I can't stand on And that's what I felt like. I felt like I felt like I was being bullied. I felt like this thing was keeping me doing from doing what I loved. And and it wasn't. It wasn't being brave. It wasn't. It wasn't one of that. It was and you got bad, and uh, I said, I'm not going to let this thing dictate what I do and what I don't do. You know, if this thing want to kill me, if this ain't wanted to kill me, it was that, you know, I said, But I'm going to be prepared for it next time to go try it. And that's the way I approached it. And I started going out and it's I mean, I didn't I didn't, don't get me wrong. I didn't start just oh, I'm going to take a two mile high and camp for two days and blah blah blah. That's not what I did. It was there was baby steps, you know, like my family questioned, why why are you pitching your tent right between the houses? And uh, but that's what I started doing. I would stay, you know, right out and basically the front yard the backyard, and then you know, go out and then I would move out in the pasture, streaked out in the pasture and stuff, and and uh, then I just gradually started going. And it's about a year so later, and nothing happened. Nothing happened that about auditions, about a year, eight minutes, two years something like that. I had gotten back to where I was, I guess it was about a year. Yeah, And uh, I had gotten back there pretty much what I had used to do, you know, going back to the old haunts and stuff. And uh, I had been out hardly or not to the same play. I was headed to the same place I was coming back from when I had to say, and there was he had twelve hundred acres and part of it he had in the hatefield. Part of it it was he hadn't done nothing to it. It was thick they brushed. You had to travel the game trails if you want to go through this. And there was a place where a dead fall had, you know, a true falling across his fence and was hadn't got a chance to fix it yet. So I took advantage of that and I just run up the dead fall and jump over on the other side. And uh, I was just about to run up the dead fall and I heard something from when I thought was somebody walking in the trees. And there was a set of twins that I went to school with that lived on the other side of was Patrick Woods, and they hunted it too, and I thought maybe it was then, and uh so I hollered at you know, hollered out, hey, that one of the all outchether you know, and it stopped, you know, and uh, I said, look, that's somebody to let me know. And you shifted. It's great, And I said, baby bug, if that's one of y'all, you better take something, I'm fixing the shoot and you shifted its way again and I popped around off up in the air, and that was probably not the smartest thing to do. Hey, I've been there I've been there and uh all had broke and this thing come charging through the trees at me and I never saw it. I honestly, honestly, I didn't do it. Tid I didn't want to see it. I turned around, tack tail and all that's back of the out and you know, I never I never looked back and slashed me up. I didn't want to know, right, And but I never had anything else happen, you know, And then it now it spooked me again. You know, that spooped me again, but it's not quite as bad, you know, and so it didn't take me as long to start getting back out there. But in the back of my lines, you know, a lot of this is you know, every when when that stuff happens to you, and you know that when this stuff happens to you, it changes the way you look at things out there. It changes the way you look, you know, when you react and you hear something and you're kind of on how work all the time, and uh but I had fast forward years and years and years. I was at work and I was I was, you know, flipping through YouTube. In fact, I think I was listening to y'all. I think that's when I when I when I found y'all, that's when I figured out there's people talking about this kind of stuff, you know. And then I stumbled across all the whole dog mat thing, and I'm like, well, wait a minute, this sounds like what I ran into, you know, And I started looking out stuff, and I found this this old gal's channel. Unfortunately, she just she's gonna operate me anymore. That she was. She was a sweetheart. But I contacted her and told told her my story and every thing, and UH ended up doing some narrations for her. They kind of got the ball roll it well. Then I ran in the southern old boy in Alkahoma and started running around him and going out in the field. The hell the first time I went out in the field, whybody had to damn big side, you know. And so I was hooked and I was up. And then and but when I was talking that other old gal, when when she first started talking to me, she started asking me questions about, well, you know, did ja did you notice this happened? Or did this you know any any of this? Did you ever know any of this kind of stuff going on? And with that conversation, a lot of things started to fall in place. The puzzles started to complete itself. Because about a year or so before I had my dog mansided. I guess I was about fifteen, and uh we had a dog go this it And the only way we found him was that we started smelling, we've got to try the house out, chonder, you know. And uh so he was. He was underneath the house. And of course daddy's not a crawl. Yeah, yeah, that good crawl. Inet I throt him there and I pulled him out and it looked like that list graphic, but it looked like somebody had holding up by his front legs and just get it. And uh she she was talking to me. And so for some reason, I have no explanation for this. I don't know anybody it does, and if they do, I think it's speculation. Like so much, you know so much in this in this field, I mean, there are no experts, but nobody knows everything about these groups. And well, I think they're out there. They're out pretty too. But for some reason it seems that there's these dog man critters will kill it, will kill an animal or a pet or something. Philip under a structure, and I'm not I don't know why, if it's the market territory or something or what. But and then you know, I had also found there's the place that was right beside the place that I hunted was leased out by these folks, and they had several horses and they just packed up and left. I mean, just that's gone. And of course you know then and those lesque kids, you go there and you start nosing her unse and I found them entire horse melted, and I mean there was still some hide left on it, but there was there was, but it wasn't scattered with the four winds like you know, I killed only with me. You know, it was pretty much intact right away. And at that point I just thought it was cool to have a horse start a couple of moments rode card, you know. But she she said, she told me that it's very possible that that had been that could have been a kill. And one that's why they left, and two that's why nothing bothered to kill site because it had it sent on. We don't make sense, you know, get his explanations anything else for you. Yeah, but yeah, after all that happened, you know, like I said, I got up bround springs I had my first big book, Sating, Daylight Sating, and I was hooked. You know. I figured the way I looked at it. And I really didn't know a whole lot about Brown Springs. I just knew that it was a you know, cool place too, like a cool place to go, and it was supposed to have all these critters and stuff in it that well, you know, let's go see. And uh, any kind of wanted, you know, do his own thing, and I you know, did mind, but I would go out there. I guess I didn't know any better. I can relate to that as well. I shot the mount out one night on the air and said, I was going to go up to the you know, famous Brown Springs cemetery at night by myself, you know, and scope it out. And I'm kind of one of these people if I stick my foot in my mouth, I said, well, you know, I done said I was gonna do it. I gotta do it, yeah, and I did, and uh, I ran into something. I don't know when to held it line. It was big. All I saw was the Eyeshirne. But the thing about it is, you know what, this place is notorious and it's got such a dark and bloody past, you know, and it's just a it's a fascinating place down Springs, you know, for a lot of different reasons. And uh, but the cemetery, the cemetery up there is is uh, it's so weird because it's got so many different moods to it. I've been up there so much, and I've been up there so much by myself, and I've been out there with other people. I've had stuff half about myself. I've had people up We've had as videos, five or six people up there, and heads had stuff happen, you know. So it's it's not you know, it's none of this he said, Shoes said type stuff. You know, we're bringing stuff back from the field. We got it. And I never was much on the ords. I don't know how you land on that stuff, man, but I never was much on the ards. You know. I'm like, well, you know, I mean, damned. They went up the cemetery last year and we caught a damn orb on thermal of all things. You couldn't see it when you make it eye, but there was this undulating ball like a bubble in along the lamp, bouncing across the bouncing but stooping across above the grass, about about a foot off the around, you know, and I just got big around as a candle open softball, and uh. We set there, and there was there was four of us up there that night, and we handed the turtle back and forth. Betweens. We sit there and watch this thing for minutes, you know, just move around. And I thought, well, cramp, somebody's gonna have to go over find out what this thing is. So I took off walking, and so I walked towards it, and they were watching me on the thermal, and this thing kept its distance from me. It moved away from me, but it didn't you know, like run off or nothing. Hey, that's the thing that gets me about them right there. I don't get it. And when I backed off, it kept the same distance and went right back to where it was. So and we even we even we even took thermal because I thought, well, maybe I don't help. It was a rabbit, you know, I don't know the thing was above the grass, it was, you know, So we're trying to explain this thing away. And so we took food. A total footage of cottontails moving through you know, the grass. It's just totally different. I mean, there's no comparison. This thing looks like a freaking wrong a bubble labba bubble will float across the ground. I have no explanation for it. And that's just one of the odd things that happens up there, you know. But even outside, what we've tried and been trying to do for years is trying to figure out where that or if the par paramornal bubble that surrounds the cemetery, if it's, if it has an end, and where it's at, because it's so hard what makes you what makes it so difficult to investigate at that area is and it's and I'm not going to say the exact distance, but it's within miles of the cemetery before you you get outside what we call the paranormal bubble. After from what we have found, well, on the Texas side, there's that old bridge I can't remember the name of, eighteen eighty two bridge or something like that, where all kinds of green stuff happens. And it's on the opposite side of the damn River a few miles away. Yeah, you know, I'm gonna say it's an amazing place. It's got an amazing history instead of dark history. That cemetery has got a I don't know if you know about the kid farmer that was up there or not. I don't know if you ever heard about that. But after love, you know, the Love family, you know, went away of the Dodo and some other folks did and everything. This old guy got a hot though, and since he had fresh water, and a lot of people don't Realiz's brown springs. It's actually the spring it bubbles up at the bottom of the cemetery. So if we think that, we think it's this is partially responsible why the area is so active, because you've got running water directly underneath the cemetery. And but he figures, since you know they're bad anyway, it's on high ground. I got good drains, I got fresh water. I'll just bided my pill. I just built my big buns right into the cemetary. And that's what he did. So you know, that just adds to the disrespect and and you know, the crappy energy that surrounds this point. You know, not to mention you've got a lot of kids that are buried up, young kids that are buried up there, you know, and is you got all the lord that they're supposed to be a huge, you know entity up there that either overwatches or controls that that that that the spirits of that cemetery. And and we've actually that's hard to argue because we've actually found some other towards that. And I know all this stuff sounds absolutely nuts, man, I'd get that to god man, But I mean, you can't argue with the evidence. I mean, my thing with it is, you know, I know that you're an investigator. Uh you're not. You're not just a podcaster, right, And I mean, how do you even approach a place like that, you know, because you're not just dealing with one phenomenon, You're dealing with several all at the same time. And have you found evidence of those things kind of overlapping one another and kind of blending together other well? See, And that was that was the big issue we had. All these reports were coming out of Brown Springs, but and it was all getting cramped into a big foot box anything because okay, so here's the example. You somebody goes, somebody walks up and they're telling you a spooky story, right, and they say, man, I saw I was out in the woods and in your camp and I saw this eight foot tall thing with glowing red eyes around my cancer. Oh you know, none, none of them people and you wow that you saw bigfoot. Right, Well, you take that same story and that same person that you change the location to their bedroom. That's not a big foot any longer. That's why, and that's what we were running into. There was so many reports of these, you know that those type of encounters that we got, we got to talk about as a team and we're like, there's more going on here and just bigfoot are just ghost. And so what we did is we put together a team that was diversified and we had you know, big fitting researchers or crypting researchers and trackers and you know one of them very well and the UH. And then we brought in paranormal people and got that that that side of the thing too, and we brought them all together and did joint investigations. And that is the only way that we could figure out that we could make a dent and figuring out what in the world is going on up there, because you do have so much overlapped. We were down there one night. It was me and UH and we call him a tech trove. Uh, he's our technical guy, computer guy, and uh, Jason McLean wasn't you want to have somebody on the show. Have him? He's one of the smartest man. Oh yeah, I'm familiar with Jason. I do need to get him on for sure. Yeah, he's a very very intelligent man, one of my best friends. And it was us three down there, and me and Randy had went down there a night before Jason showed up. And that night we were sitting in camp and we saw or I saw something walked out of the darkness right up on the edge of the firelights. Human shape that wasn't real big and just played right back yet into the darkness. I thought, okay, cool, you know, we had a I thought maybe we had a little you know, creater come up and places a visit and just back right out, you know, because last and I know, I know, you're you're you're a school of thought. And it's hard to do because you have to train yourself, you really really do, not to point or acknowledge they're there to show up. Yeah, because in my when I because I got to do and what I called passive research for a long long time and it served me well doing it by myself. But anyway, I've always day I thought, okay, cool, you don't have one come up. And of course they can be very very quiet and everything they can deserve very late, and of course it's dark. I'm not going to go try to track this thing in the dark. So next morning we go to you know, looking for footprints because it was money right there, right, because that's you know, how that place is done. There the floods all the time, and uh where we do most of our investigation is in the floodplain. So yeah, but there was no footprints to be found, and so you have to and I mean, this was sloppy nut, but I don't care how good of this forest, ninja of these things, whether it was good print. If we walk through that stuff so very You're like, okay, well now we're you know this obviously is we was not something physical. And the next night when Jason showed up were we had game cameras set up all the way around this and and we started in it. You know, the whole thing with game cameras everybody a few years ago, you know, it was the big thing was all these things can see infrared, and it was something like man. People were talking about like it was some big superpower they had, and it's not. It's not out of the roundless normal possibilities that these things can sinue in. For red lumnas can see infra red. There's a lot of animals out there that can see infra red. So I got to work in and I found out that there's two different types of game cameras. There's active I are and there's passive I are And the active I are people that they don't know the difference. The active I are the ones you put up and then they admit infrared and when that being gets broken, it takes a picture. The passive I are it senses infrared energy and then triggers, so it triggers off the body heat. So the active by are the ones that you get mad at because every time a leaf moves, it takes a picture. Right. So, and you get on clearance at Walmart for twenty dollars apiece. Yeah exactly. Now they've got cameras that you can switch back and forth to an active to pass it, which is really cool. Yeah. So I got this broad idea to start using these passes by our cameras and I thought, well, if the I always, if it's just the I R that's and I don't think it is. But if it's just the I R that's spooking these critters, just and take that out of out of the equation, right, it's one of the one of the things that you can take out of the equation. Was it's one, just one. But I don't think it has anything to do with the R R. I mean it may if they see it, they're going to stay away front. But I ad a little bit. But anyway you want to, you know so, But I'm just trying to stay off my soapbox. Man, you you just keep talking. Hey, you want to get on your soapbox. You're right, you tell me, I'm I'm good. But anyway, I think there's a lot more to it than the just the I R that they recognize. I mean, you don't think they can smell us or you know, not even us the plastics from the camera come on, you know. Yeah. But anyway, so we had some gray bandage and they're passing by art and set up around camp and we've had everything covered. You're not going to come in a out of camp without your picture. Taking a bit and so about one thirty in the morning, the two Randy and Jason are sleeping up on the little turnaround, but they were at about twenty yards away, and I was, I was, I was down in my truck down at the camp, and they were something in their cars. And about one third in the morning, I thought I saw I thought I saw them walking around the cars up there. Yeah, And I was like, okay, well, yeah, they got to take pills or you know, they come there here, you know, shoot to mess with me a little bit. And uh so I ain't really paying much attention. And I start hearing something coming through the trees on my right side, and I start hearing coming something coming through the trees on my lap side. Oh, these these guys are messing with me, right, They're gonna try and mess with me. Okay, let's see how that goes for. And uh then they turned around walked off. I'm like, what wry? Yeah, I was. Well, I got up. I start stoking the fire and messing her around and everything. And then a while later I heard a car door clothes and I see a don't night come on, and Jason's been bopping down there. He goes, what are you doing. He goes, I got to take a pin and you were your headlights bouncing around everything. I said, well, you and Randy were up there. I dis y'all call I was gonna y'all want to mess up you or something. Y'all walking around taking a leap together, and he goes, that's the first time I've been out of my car, and I got to think of my house along there was song don't like come on, you know the first time. I'm like, all right, So Randy wait, we we we were talking about stuff and everything, and then Randy wakes up and we start talking to him because did you get out of your car? You know? He goes, Now, it's the first time I got up and everything. He goes, but I caught Jason walked beside my car last night. He goes, no, you did not, and I then Jason says, you know, I had a word dream. I had a dream, and that's what it calls it. I had a dream. You don't want to call it a vision or anything. He says, I felt like I had a dream and I kind of woke up or whatever, and uh, these three creatures were coming out of this hate field at us, you know, that they were on Parkinancil. So then I said, well, and I told them when I'd heard and everything, and I said, well, let's go check the cameras. Every camera except for none took pictures. At one thirty, Hum, that one camera glitched. It tried to take pictures, but at one thirty it glitzed, and it took pictures, and usual fine before and fine afterwards. But at one thirty that camera glitched and it was from the direction one I heard, the one on the left, on the right side coming in, So I mean they were just black. You don't, Yeah, it's correctly. What what do you do with all this stuff? You know, what do you do with all this? You know, cameras, glitch, electronics glitch. I get it. It's easier to write off a glitch whenever it's like you know, you hear a lot of people talk about things like they're audio recorders not working properly or whatever. Well, those audio recorders are designed to work inside of an office, you know, that's climate controlled. They're not really designed to work out in the middle of the woods whenever it's fifty degrees and moisture filling the air. But these game cameras are designed for that. Yeah, and whenever it happens over and over and over, I mean, yeah, what do you do with it? What? What? What are you doing with it? I know a couple of things about some of the things you've expect eriance there, you know, Uh, we've got a mutual friend in common, Yes, we do. You know that guy. That guy is as skeptical and critical thinking as you can possibly get. Yes, he is. And I was lucky enough to have him there the night that we probably pulled the best footage that he's been pulled out of the field in a very very long time. And honestly, I can't, I don't. I don't want the other way to say it. I was blessed to have him there. And I don't know if you've seen those hand prints that we pool. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I've seen him. Okay, Okay, you're not gonna hurt my feelings if you think for me is I want to hear it, because you know, it's I can't kind of explanation for I've seen some hairy dudes in my life, right, but I don't know nobody that's got arm hair like that. Yeah, I mean I saw hair patterns. I saw some strange angles, just things that a human it don't make no sense. I thought the handprints were very impressive, very impressive. Thank you, thank you. I'm telling you. When we found them, they were like kids in a candy stool. We were gitty as here. I'm not trying to interrupt you, but just another note about this is this isn't a situation where somebody's just going off by themselves and going on the internet and saying, look at these handprints I got, you know, it's a group of people. It's happening with multiple witnesses, so you got, you know, different angles in different bases covered. And yeah, I mean a group of people not being able to debunk it. And why would somebody sneak into a campful of a bunch of grown men, especially at that location. You're just naturally going to assume that they're armed and be messing around their vehicles in the middle of the night. And how is a person going to be able to do that and not get busted doing it? And not just one person, but yeah, and every print was smaller than in the hands on anybody in the group. And not only that, we've had handprints sts specialist look at them, and what they told me was the exact exact can't tell you what that is, but I can tell you it's not human because the Dad religions do not short at lateral. They wanted and you had some other stuff going on that night too, didn't you, uh huh yeah. Yeah. But I was up there by my I was I was doing a live show up there by myself at the cemetery. And I had no explanation for this either. That place is like the con of silence for some reason. But my phone, when I was just about to wrap it up, my phone went dead. When I was up there there, and I had I had them, you know, they were my safety. They were that at the bottom of the cemetery. My phone went dead, and they came up, and then by the time we got back, that's the that's the thirty minute period that the hand prince up here. And but when they were coming up and I was, I have got a little turned around, and I was trying to regain my bearings and make my way back up to the right side to the cemetery, and I was I'm not a quiet person that okay, I'm yelling at the top of my lungs, their names, and I'm even doing and I couldn't get an answer. So I started doing whoops as load as I could. And like I said, I'm not a quiet person. And they were within one hundred and fifty yards of me, and they never heard me. And they're hollering back at me and I never heard them. You know, they're trying. I can't hear them, they can't hear me, and we're trying to find each other. We did not we were not able to hear each other until we gotten the line aside of each other. It's one of the creepiest things I've ever seen. And to me, it's very, very dangerous. Yeah, I was getting ready to say I was getting ready to say that sounds extremely dangerous to me. Yeah, it was. You reached out to me after I did an episode on Brown Springs. And I don't know if you listen to that episode or it was just coincidence or what, but during that episode, I you know, there was a guy by the name of I believe Butcher Bridges that was kind of a local historian on Brown Springs and he had a website talking about it and received all kinds of emails all kinds of stories from locals and people that had visited there and experienced something. And one of those stories that really stood out to me was about a group of people that had gone there and it was during the daytime and they were visiting the cemetery and something happened. They got out of there, but whenever they came out there to where their car was parked, their car was in a different location. And it wasn't a you know, it wasn't a situation where somebody moved it, you know, or somebody tried to steal it out. It just wasn't where it was supposed to be. It wasn't where they left it, and not that much time had passed. And whenever you're talking about that, I mean, that's Blair Witch Project stuff like I know, yelling at the top of your lungs and people not hearing, you know, I know. And then you told that on top of the time loss internet where I lost five hours. No, No, that's see, like I said, there's there's so much stuff that goes on down there, and it's I've got it. There was a picture taken of the bottomless cemetery just route where you pull up the part and there's what I swear, this thing looks like Andre the Giant with all that hair and stuff and over your head. And we went out there and it's back in the shadows. It's a dark picture, you know, and everything there's no details, but you can see the outline of the body. And so we go out there and we try to recreate the photograph and we take measurements, and everything we couldn't recreate. We couldn't make that. We couldn't make that anominally happen again. And we took measurements and this thing was we were standing on the log. If it was standing on the log, it was about twelve feet tall. If it was it was about fourteen. And I'm like, if that's a big if that's a sasquatch or a big foot, where you're gonna call it, that goes my thirty out of the water, because I just don't buy. I'm real skeptical. If they get that big big, yeah, it's too bad. After that picture was taken a few years later, there were several of us that we went up there and uh, we were coming back down and went that was a weird not too last night when that we were standing probably twenty yards from each other. There were five of us up there, and I was with the two paradmomial investibutors, and then we had two of our trackers. They were worked by themselves, and I mean we could see each other. I mean, you know, we were within shot and to each other, and they were they were seeing catlike entities, like three or four of them. They started out seeing them in the trees. They jumped down out of the trees and it looked like to them, they said, it looked like they went from two legs to four legs, and that when they and what really got at them as they were approaching them, they weren't they weren't just staying out in the lip. They were approaching them, and when they finally hit them with a spotlight, they would disappear. When they turn the spotlight back off, they'd be right back where they were. And then while there at the same time that's going on, me and the paranormal investigators are getting stuff. I got a feeling like I'd never had before. I'm relatively there at the paranormal game. I'm still learning. Well, I mean you're still Yeah, if you're doing anything, you're always learning. If you ever think you know everything, you don't, you know, get out of what are you doing? But I had never My arms got real heavy and flushed, and I'm like, what is going on? And they're trying to talk me through easy and they were telling me what else that So I'm trying to attack yourself. I'm like, get off me where you are. And so then when they had our spirit box with him, but it wasn't one of those noise makers. It was it was a digital one. You know, words come up, and we got three words that came up and it was so Loo, solo, beast, grace. And the reason that was so hurting to the situation is because her husband, the parent one of the parent owner of those theirs husbands, was parked down there in his truck at the bottom cemetery next to my truck. And earlier in the evening back at camp, somebody and he's a big old boy. He makes me look small. He's big old boy. And somebody had told Amy that, damn, your husband's a beast. You know, well he was, and okay, you put that together with him then parked down there by himself, yeah, okay, and then he and then the kicker was Grace. Grace is the name of my truck, mm hmm, yeah, my neighbor after Grace Bud, which was out alert Fishon's last victim that I have honestly God that she came back from the bed and got his butt captured. But I'm kind of a true crime buff to, but that was just I mean, that's a lot of it's a lot of stuff to be coincident, you know. But they were headed back down after all that that, we decided to back out. So we're heading back down the trail, which is no reason tricked by the words of that. A lot of people don't. It's not just walking up down a hill this play. It's been washed out to the point where ground level is eye level. Sometimes it's over your head, and it's washed that you have to walk up. And so we're making our way back down. Well, Junior one of the try actors. So I'm gonna go, I don't know Whine, I don't know. Wine is caught his eye. I guess just because he's attractive. Because I'm gonna go, it looks like a mountain sand over. I don't know where to take a look. So he goes over and takes a look, you know, twelve to fourteen inch riven Prince in that scene, two of them. I mean, what does that? Yeah, yeah, about them, We're about three inches deep and they are twelve to fourteen inches across. Yeah, Jesus again, what do you do with this? Yeah? Have you guys seen any uh, you know, for lack of better terminology, strange lights in the sky out there, because that's the one thing I've never heard about from there, you know. Well, you know, and move either me either, you know. The only t only thing that remotely anything like that was that time Loss incident and a remote viewer said that I was that there was to us there and said that we were abducted. I don't want to be that guy, I thought out, do not want to be that guy. Yeah, So I'm still struggling with that. I don't know where. I don't know where to put that, And I know a lot of people are going where you don't know where to put a whole lot of stuff. No, I do, and at least don't want to admit it, you know. But Yeah, there's just there's so much calm and god, there's so much stuff going on out there. Very rarely do we go out there, and it doesn't matter if I'm by myself, if I've got a group of people. You know, I've taken several people out there and had their first sighting. You know, they put sighting paranorma. Know, you're almost bearing tune for something there normal to happen, you know, you know, at least something stranger if you walk around the woods long and I don't find something strange. Yeah, I've never talked to anybody that's been out there that didn't experience something. Yeah. We were up there one night and we were fixing to go the cemetery right and I was taking it was a parent on the TV. I ended up working with the Claudet and a body of mine and I was going to take them all up cemetery. And we pulled up and we parked about the cemetery and then I mean, out of nowhere, we're surrounded about five cop cars and it was three service and two travel police. Oh what you the world is going on? You know? And so we'll be out of the trucks very very slowly, and they start talking to these guys. Well, they were looking this is something else that goes on out there. They were looking for a black suv that had they think they had seven women and it dressed all in black, and they were supposed with seeing sacrifice and chickens. They're basically looking for a covenant witches. Yeah, so no disrespect meant to any witches that might be listening. No, no, no, no, I've had the witches. But I mean, yeah, that's the thing. You've got that kind of stuff going on there as well. It's got a long history of being a place for you know, as cliche as it sounds, Satan worshippers. Uh, you know, obviously it's called a cult, a cult activity. Yes, that would be the political term I was looking for, thank you. Uh, you know. Obviously dead bodies getting dumped there, at least back in the day. I think the nineties was the last time one was found out there. I could be wrong, but you have all that stuff, and it is my firm belief as somebody who has been a student and studied the paranormal their entire life, those type of activities just opened the door for things. They invite things to happen. Oh yeah, and then you also have all the cryptid stuff going on there and all all this, you know, there's a cemetery there that's been desecrated numerous times over the years. Yes, it's almost like it's just ground zero, uh for strangeness to happen there. And I'll tell you one more thing in the midst when those when we were talking to those policemen, they said, uh, well one they told us too of their office. Usually they had big sits down here. It's surprised the crap out of me that they told us that. But we were and we were telling them, you know, we're not arm or anything, and they said, well, we encourage anybody that comes down here to carry a side on and we're like what, So they said, yeah, they said, we've had we've had reports of tiger siding together. Well, well, back up, what did you what did you say? Tigers? Tigers? And we were like, what, you know, we knew about the pig problem. You know, you know about the big cats as well as mount lines go yeah, okay, wait a minute, and the occasional black bear. Now tigers and they were like, yeah, We're like, how did this happen? Well, Joe Exotic when his first outfit was about thirty miles away from Brown Springs. When they got shut down. Whoever took it over, I don't know who it was. I don't keep up with this, but moved it within a mile and a half two miles of Brown spring Oh wow, I didn't know that's where they moved. I knew that. I knew that they had moved it to that county. It was in that county, but I didn't know it was that close to Brown Springs. And then after they shut that down, there were seventeen tigers that were on counted for and they said that when they had had reported siding in the air, I couldn't wonderful. So where did you move your new research location to after that? Right? That would do it for me. I would be done right there, Like, all right, well they have it. Well, what's what's weird? Is a year or so before they had been longer. But somewhere in this in that time frame before I was aware of it. Okay, I was. I was making a solo trip up there, and I was going up. I was walking up. The trailer was big to the cemetery at like I don't know, eleven thirty twelve o'clock and I by myself and I had this friend. This is how stupid. I was not brave folk stupid, because there's a fine land. I've jumped that line, maybe your kings. I had a farm at that time, no service up there, a pin light, and when I say pen light, I mean one of the old ones. Went the bubble on the end that one morning to crop my pocket knife, hanging up my belt. I'm tracks from up here. I'm just going for a walk in the woods. But you know I'm going I'm going to go on a hundred yards away. What am I worried about? Right? So I go up there, and I'm walking up this trail just walks that I was telling you all about earlier. It's you know, six street deep and tastes and I and and I got no longer on my handle. I'm walking up there, and you hear me go, huh. I just heard a little ground over here to my left kind of had a little third to it. So when I'm gonna go, this is cool, you know. So I keep walking up the trail and I get up to the top of the cemetery and I'm looking around with a little video pen line, and I look over my left shoulder, which is the west side where the crowd came from and I catch the eye shine, and I'm like, man, what is this? And these eyes are about beer amount of silver dollars your golf ball, and they're about eight about eight inches between them, and they're about two and a half feet off the ram. And I'm like, I'm like, cool, I got a critter. I'm thinking bigfoot, right, that's that's what's in my mind. That took them my brain, right, I didn't know crap about no tigers. So I'm excited. I'm excited. And then when this thing stands up, it gets about five four and a half five feet tall. I decide, Okay, it's time to leave, you know. So I slowly make my way back back because you ain't running that way, so break your leg and and I'm sat, anyway, ain't running nowhere. So I walked back down the trail. No no problems, no, no, no nothing. And then years later we find out, oh, by the way, lions, tigers and beards. Jason Jason, Jason's convinced I ran into a tiger cutter that night. I mean, it can't be ruled out. Cannot it cannot be ruled out? You know, I was going to say, and I think it's India. They wear masks on the back of their heads whenever they go into the woods, so they're always facing the tiger that's sneaking up behind them. Uh, you might want to look into that. You might start doing that on those little late night solo hikes to the haunted cemetery at Brown Springs. Well, I've been grounded, my team grounded. I'm no longer allowed to go back by myself. So where are you with Brown Springs? I mean, you know, kind of the running thing is what do you do with it? So, I mean, what do you think is going on there? Do you think it's something? I mean, just the odds of all this different stuff taking place in the same location that that can't just be by chance. There's got to be something to it. So what do you think it is? You know? And we, I mean we've been struggling with this for a while because it's not just Brown Springs right anywhere you you know, we you know this as well as anybody. This stuff goes hand in hand in a lot of places. And I mean especially when there's a cemetery for some reason, and I don't know if it's this paranormal mistake there there's certain entities that are attracted to recruptins or the dice versa. I don't know if it's an energy thing, a frequency thing. I do need this. It seems like we have found the boundary out there, and that has helped our research a lot. I will say bad. I mean, one would think that if you find a boundary and you can start mapping out that boundary, somewhere, there's going to be a focal point. I have a strong suspicion that the focal point is going to end up being the cemetery for multiple reasons, not just because it's a cemetery. Like I said, you like you said, it's been desecrated numerous times. Yeah, you know, suppose we started out as an Indian burial ground and then you know, it was desecrated by you know, white folks and you know, than the pig farmer, and then the people that went up there and tore the graves up and everything else, and the people that are going up there and doing the who do who do stuff up there? We found I mean, oh gosh, you know, it's just I don't see how that cannot be the uh, the focal point. You know that the the Center, epicenter. I just I can't see anywhere else being that the Center. Have you or anyone else involved had anything follow you home from there? Not that I'm aware, Not that I'm aware. We we try to take as much caution as we can for that not to happen. A lot of people don't like going up there with me because I get I get I get pretty lospy for these things. And what I mean by that is I think to poke the bear a little bit, and uh yeah, they don't like being around when I do that. So when I do that, I mm hmm, because I didn't realize I would upset as many people as I did do it that. And it's not the spirits that are up there, you know that that are they're locked up there, are lost or whatever that I'm that I'm trying to, you know, get sideways with. It's whatever. Supposing that there's something, like I was saying earlier, an old bullied spirit, whatever that is, got these other spirits, So these children and everything locked down, That's what I challenge it there, and I make no bones about it, whether I'm alone or with somebody else. But it makes it makes a lot of people very uncomfortable when to start doing that. I'm blame I don't blame them all, but no, we had not as far as I know, we had not had anything follow anybody from our team home because we take a lot of precaution for that not to happen. So so far it's either done, let us luck, or we stumbled across doing something right. I don't know whenever you started going out on investigations and everything, going out into the field, what was the reason behind that? Was that part of the dog Man saying that you had as a kid. Yeah, M I knew these things were out there, and I figured I had run into probably the scariest one, okay in my mind, and and uh I wanted I wanted to I wanted to see for myself for the rest of it. And I guess part of me started out when it started out, you know, like I think probably every other researcher had that moment or that little time frame whether they want to go out there and they want to get the next you know Patterson film, you know, or you know, get something like that. I have since then come to find out that I honestly it's it's no book been chosen the dragon. M no different because you never you're never going to catch it. You're never going to catch that dragon. And you know, and unfortunately, this subject in this field is been very detrimental to a lot of people, a lot of people in there. And and I think it's unfortunately, I think it's taken place of religion for a lot of people. Sure, you know, but it's it's not always a always a healthy little hobby to get into it, you know, because there's a little thing called basic one out Yeah, loose tigers and that sort of thing. Yeah, yeah, I mean, I mean, you know the reports. You know, I'm down here in Texas, uh here recently a dog man. We're in the middle of that with somebody right now, and then they're going to a lot of pan Texas. A year or so ago, there was a guy that had his throat ripped out and they found him stone over in the brush, his throat ripped, gott and scratches on his body. Well, the service department and the Justice of the piece determined that it was a big cat attack, but the game warden and the contract and Sylvian tracker that was there with them said no, there was no sign of a big cat anywhere, and this was not a cat attack. And yeah, and the body was cremated very quickly. From when I can, I'm going to ask you, and it's okay for you not to have an answer, But I mean, dog Man is something that I have a hard time wrapping my head around. And you go, and I guess this is kind of an open ended question because it can also be carried right on over into Bigfoot. Uh do you separate dog Man and Bigfoot from the paranormal stuff or do you include it in the paranormal stuff? I know what you're getting that advancing that. Well, I'm just saying, you know, now, I get what you see. I get what you're saying as far as the dog man or where, but I we don't know, you know, yeah, nobody's but I had talked to nobody that has, you know, been able to watch a dog man the days on end and see it not change, not not shake ship. So how do we know that these things just aren't thicking? The word wal shape shifters, skin walkers, how do they whatever you want to call them? We don't So I don't know whether that I'm telling you that for years, years, years I was fresh and blood that what I saw was fresh and blood. I still think it was fresh and blood. The same thing with Big there's a there's a physical creature out there, and I'll see them because I'll tell you. But I keep getting and I'm just like you. I can't have to get my mind wrapped around the fact that if these things are are peer, spiritual or prere paranormal, why are they being seen in the first place. All people argue, well, that they want you to see them. I don't buy that. Okay, they mess up. I think that's why we see them, you know, so I'm be curious and you know, yeah, they think they're not being seen, and but we catch cleansings of them. If they were able to transport from this area that area, the things that they do in the physical world makes zero sense. You know, why are they Why are they killing deer? Why are they killing pigs? If they're a spiritual paranormal being that that kind of stuff doesn't make it doesn't doesn't fit. The same thing when the dog men a wild Yeah, we have reports to you know, people seeing these things steaming on a carcass, you know, stuff like that. Yeah, seeing them eating roadkill is a very common sighting that takes place, my car shot killed. I mean, you know, there for a long time they thought these things were unkillable. They're not, you know. I mean, we've got plenty of reports and been being killed. Yeah, I get it, I get it. I've been straggling for a long time, man, because I don't understand why they do what they do, if they do this or that, you know, the whole mind speak thing. I'll tell you my take on mind speak that I'll make a lot of people mad when I start talking about that. And I'm not trying to because it's not mean this way. I'm not. I don't diminish anybody's encounter. Just because it didn't happen to me doesn't mean it didn't happen. Right. But my problem with my or my problem, my issue with mind speed is that whenever I ask somebody, how do you know it's book that you're communicating with, I mean one or two answers. It's either they told me or I just know, And you know, I get the paranormal inside of me kicks it. I'm like, you know, paranormal want to want spiritual A lot of you, They're going to go present themselves in many different lead ways just to get there. Fit in the doll with you. Yeah, and that's my concern. That's my concern that these people want to communicate with they fit so bad, and these these entities, these paranormal entities that do not have your best interest at hard or picking up on that, why wouldn't they present themselves like that? It goes back to that occult stuff inviting them opening the door, Yeah, exactly. And if it's not bad people do it. Yeah. I mean that that's something that has been banging around in my head here recently. Is you know, there's lots of uh belief behind uh paranormal mimics, demons, things like that, entities that do imitate and appear as other things than what they are, lovedwoods children. Yeah, So I mean, if you factor in that sort of belief system, why couldn't something appear as a dog man or a bigfoot or whatever it wanted to? Right? And I've always been a student of you know, just like you're saying with the mind speak stuff, how do you know who it is? How do you know who you're talking to? I mean, there's a difference between you and I, like sitting in a room together, and you know, like, okay, text in my mind, you know, tell me something, Yeah, blue Apple got it, but out in the woods or whatever, and a voice just pops in your head that says, get out. I don't have any reason to believe that's a bigfoot, but I'm probably going to listen to it. A lot of people would say I should. Yeah, I mean, you know, we've been laughed at out in the woods, you know. I mean, and we didn't twelve people in camp and we're sitting around the campfire and we get lacquer a woman's lacker on the one side of camp, and then two minutes later on the other side of camp, and there's no way they could have went around our entire camp in that amount of time. Stuff was just, honestly, it will drive me crazy. You could think about ski. I mean, I know you've got the dog man thing going on in Texas. Are there any other areas that you're investigating besides Brown Springs actively? Though not right now, I'm trying to focus either on Springs. Are really trying to focus over here on this investigation we are going on because it's this is this is this area that we're look to that is almost two thousand acres. That's a lot of land, So you know, I don't I know, And I mean there's pro hundred acres of it that have nothing but pump jack on it and a couple of houses from eighteen hundreds in a graveyard. So yeah, so that's you know, and then the other there's a two other properties that are connected to that that are part of the investigation. So that's where we're focusing all of our energy on that. And and like I said, Brown Springs, I do want to start. I've got a good friend but in the fact area and Sulfur River area that is having a lot of success up there, and I want to start going up there with him. River bottoms Man is ate up with it, I know, right. You don't hear that, you know, surprisingly you don't really hear that area mentioned that much. There's I mean, there's a there's people that are in the know that we'll mention it, but I mean that is another huge hotspot area for activity. Oh yeah, yeah. Now mostly what you hear is is either the Oklahoma or the big ticket area down here in Texas. You know, a lot of people to talk about that. You know, of course, I mean you start talking about faut I mean that's a whole you know, I think that's but the sulfur reverbation itself, nobody actually talks about. Yeah. Yeah, And I've heard crazy stories coming from down to there. Oh yeah, a lot. And another area that I want to get get into that I've got some reports that that are very credible. And is there as this river basin over in Minowell's area down around Dennison and that possible kingdom? And you did that, but Whitney, that whole corridor out there, Where can people find Texas front por chat? Well, I'm told we have a Facebook group. Yeah, I don't. I don't do Facebook. I don't. I don't do social media. I need YouTube, that's it. But I do have an Instagram is Instagram? Insta face? What is it? Instagram? Yeah, that's the name of it, Instagram. I've got an Instagram. I've got a of course, we've got the Facebook group. And then you know the main thing is the YouTube channel. But the YouTube we put the shows are out there and anyway the podcast you know, iHeart Lotify and all that good stuff. KP and L Radio and Selene and her little network she got going yeah, yeah, YouTube. You know Texas front pard it's and it's a lot of people up with Texas front porch. It's not. It's and if I've been smaller back in the day, I had to name it something different. But it's tex aposters from the front porchs. It's like my front port his front porch. Why'd you call it front porch? Just curiosity? Uh, I don't. That's kind of how I grew up. You know, you're talking about stepping out of the porch. You know, let me tell you something. You can ask that buddy of ours about this. All right, So my house has a front porch, but we always sat on the side porch. The side porch was covered, right, and uh we had a table and chairs out there. A few years back we enclosed that porch and turned it into this studio for my podcast I'll be there. Yeah. So, well I'm on the porch right now. Well, there you go. And and many conversations about many strange things have happened on this porch. Yeah, it's uh yeah, that's that's that's the atmosphere, right, you know, just like me to night, he's having a conversation and that's all I would do, and I don't. Honest it drives my co host and my team members crazy. I don't ever research somewhere at it all if I don't know them, I don't know because I want to. I want the audience to experience me getting to know the person and ask them the questions that somebody would asking before. Yeah, and so that's kind of the way I will. I don't. I don't plan crap. I just my fans. Yeah. Typically, I mean ninety nine percent of the time whenever I have a guest on. I mean, this is a fine example of that. It's the first time I've talked to them. I prefer not to hear their stories. Sometimes, you know, somebody reaching out or something, they'll tell me a little bit about their story, but I like to hear it for the first time, and just like you're saying, kind of get to know the person and be able to react on the fly. You know, hear the story and my mind works better that way. But yeah, man, we'll open up the lines of communication now. I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I look forward to future conversations. I really appreciate you coming on here and sharing your story and your insights well, thank you man, I appreciate your having me own it was a blacks and I'll block, I said, anytime I can return and figure out sometimes.
