I mean when I worked at Benninggan's, people mocked me too. I was serving samplers and turkeyo tools. You know what I used to say to everybody. One day, I'm gonna be a radio star. 00:01:22 Speaker 2: You'll see. Yeah whatever, you're the turnio tool. 00:01:25 Speaker 1: Any cheese sticks on table eight, You're the turkeyo tool. Yeah yeah, yeah whatever, bartender, we need a monte Cristo at table twelve. I'm like, you know what one day I do. You're full of hot air until you prove everybody wrong. You know, you gotta walk the talk. And that's why Lebron James, who maybe we'll touch on today, because he had a weak ass announcement, how did think it deserves it? Well, I'm saying that's one of the reasons you get so much flack. It never went away, not five, not six. You gotta back it up. You gotta back it up, not four. 00:01:57 Speaker 3: That company better pay you multimilllions into your checking account immediately if you piss off millions of people. 00:02:04 Speaker 2: Weak is right, But you know your a d D. 00:02:07 Speaker 4: You're a d D. 00:02:08 Speaker 1: My dd one blaze them. When you said Bennigans, you mentioned the Turkey O Tool. By the way, if you're not familiar with Bennigans, yes, I did work there in the late nineteen hundred. Who is not familiar with Bennegans. I don't know if it was completely national. Was like an Applebee's or Chili's from back in the day on den Bayer Danny G. 00:02:25 Speaker 2: I was saying, you've heard of Bennigans, right, we used to. 00:02:27 Speaker 3: Have one of them all. I had never I had never heard of it until Covino brought it up. 00:02:32 Speaker 1: They had a sandwich Dandy G called the Turkey o Tool, and it was my first introduction. 00:02:36 Speaker 2: I think a lot of people's introductions. 00:02:37 Speaker 1: Can I tell you it was the to the pretzel bun? I would say, yeah, it was on a sour though pretzel bun with their signature honey mustard. 00:02:44 Speaker 2: Tell us guy radio, if you want. 00:02:49 Speaker 1: To do fat Guy radio, Man, this sandwich really melted in your mouth. I'm not even a big turkey sandwich guy, but I think it had provolone, right, provolone, turkey, honey mustard. Yeah it was, oh man, it really was. So we'll take a time out from NFL for a second, for an addition of a fat guy radio. Of all the chain restaurants that are sort of going away unfortunately, do you have a top tier one of the Benegans and Fridays and Hula Hands and Chili's. I work there, and I still stand by it, because usually working at a place, he sort of ruins it for you because you know what goes into it, or you're just sort of sick of it. 00:03:25 Speaker 2: Yeah. 00:03:26 Speaker 1: No, I loved it, and I still put that as a top Friday's was always a big date spot back in those days. Argue, you could argue this place is a step above those, but I'm always down for a Yardhouse. Yeah, I think I step above that. I think it might be a step above. 00:03:40 Speaker 5: Yeah, a great great food at Yardhouse, absolutely Yeah. But when I see the red and white stripes of Fridays, there's just no like other feeling like it that that Jack days longer. 00:03:52 Speaker 2: Now it's it's whiskey glazed. 00:03:55 Speaker 5: Apparently there's maybe they're just not teaming up anymore, but it's the whiskey lady, call it. 00:04:01 Speaker 2: I'm with you. 00:04:02 Speaker 1: I salivated the seebe I would get that and get a side of that sauce for extra dippings. 00:04:08 Speaker 4: So good, the sesame seed chicken and then I've done this. I've gotten the sesame seed as an appetizer and then just went with the grilled chicken. 00:04:19 Speaker 3: Same thing. Like it's all whiskey glazed, the whole deal. 00:04:22 Speaker 2: Whiskey glaze. 00:04:23 Speaker 1: By the way, Not to tie it back to Fox Sports Radio, A lot of your memories probably go back to going there with a date maybe or meeting your buds. 00:04:31 Speaker 2: And watching a good game. 00:04:32 Speaker 1: That's how it was, and that's not the scene that young people live at all anymore. 00:04:36 Speaker 3: I used to go to the Yardhouse in Burbank every Sunday to watch the Raiders. 00:04:40 Speaker 1: Was that a then in a Chili's had some type of caso dip? 00:04:43 Speaker 2: Some chill I think Chilis is actually a. 00:04:47 Speaker 3: Skillet dip. 00:04:48 Speaker 2: What was that? 00:04:48 Speaker 1: A caso skillet? It the caso skillet that that it came in. And I'm not even joking you. I clear as day rich not only remember going to these places to watch big games. I remember waiting tables during the World Series and like ninety eight ninety six, I remember, you know, making runs watching the game. So my point is there was a time in all of our lives where you were talking a big game and either you delivered on it or you didn't. And that's what makes the difference. My big takeaway is that the turkeyoll tool is great. Oh and the whiskey glaze, Oh my goodness. I can I bring up one other observation and then my add will be solved for the day and we'll move on to something else. Chile's had the baby back rips. This is no diss on the West side, the West Coast. But yesterday after the show, I went to the gym. You know, hit your mid forties, guys, just work a. 00:05:45 Speaker 2: Little extra hard. Girls for the girls my birthday. 00:05:48 Speaker 1: You know, you hit your forties and you're like, go, and I got, you know, gotta work harder. I'm at the gym and there's only one TV on the Dodgers Phillies game. And I looked around the gym. 00:06:01 Speaker 2: You know, I think one word profetic. I looked around Danny J and I comment them this. 00:06:06 Speaker 1: I left a video on my Instagram story and discussed because it. I looked around and I saw I counted. I saw nine people with Dodger hats or T shirts on. So let me tell you LA people represent the Dodgers, but you know what they are. They're full of bloney. 00:06:25 Speaker 3: You know you can't call them the La Dodger fans, though, Dodge, a real Dodger fan is not going to be in the middle of two miles of cardio. 00:06:34 Speaker 2: Someone told me go to Echo Park. 00:06:37 Speaker 3: Yeah, I said, you go deeper into LA and then tell me that they're not going to have the Dodgers game on all the TVs. No, Sherman Oaks, I'm sorry. It's not Los Angeles. 00:06:48 Speaker 1: It is Los Angeles, not Dodger Los Angeles transplants. 00:06:52 Speaker 2: You know, we're from the East Coast. 00:06:54 Speaker 1: It's really disappointing, though, because I experienced that a lot, as Rich did yesterday. 00:06:59 Speaker 2: It's like, guys, for real, right now, how do you not have it on? I dan by you. It's wild, though. 00:07:04 Speaker 5: I was gonna say, I try to give the license plate frame people the benefit of the doubt when I know that their team is playing at that point, Like maybe this poor guy's at work, man, he's I know he's got the game on the radio though, as he's listening to the Rams as the as he has his RAMS license plate frame. 00:07:20 Speaker 1: I just it dawned on me at the gym when I was doing I was doing triceptional little. 00:07:26 Speaker 2: Rope pulled down deal little. 00:07:29 Speaker 1: The guy next to me had a Dodger's hat and a Dodger's T shirt on, and I was like, all right, I'm gonna observe this guy because the one TV across the room is the only one with the Dodgers game on. And this guy must have thought I was into him or something because I kept looking at him, like, is he gonna glance at the TV? This guy is wearing a Dodger's hat and a Dodger's shirt. There's one TV in front of like the treadmills and the far side that I kept myself going back to look at, just because I'm a sports fan. 00:07:55 Speaker 3: Did the treadmills have the little personal TV? 00:07:57 Speaker 2: They did not. 00:07:57 Speaker 1: And you think that Treadmills, we you go to have personal TVs. We're lucky if they were. That's that's uh. We go the weakest gym until we get that damn Patrick money, until we get that DV. 00:08:09 Speaker 3: We know, we know a lot of passionate Dodger fans. And then obviously in every city where you have a winning team, you're gonna see like the Patriots. There were a lot of Patriots there all throughout Boston and Massachusetts, and not all those people were writing with the Patriots when they were losing. 00:08:25 Speaker 1: I think what Danny g is saying, like we're in the San Fernando Valley. Maybe the Valley is a different time. Maybe, but I'll say this, they're more into all Kate. There's levels of fans, right, There's levels of so many. 00:08:37 Speaker 3: That's what it is. 00:08:38 Speaker 1: There's levels of fans, and again not just fans anything you talk about. There's gonna be levels of the some people that are music fans, and then there's like no, no, no, there's like music fans that no cuts of albums and singers of groups and. 00:08:51 Speaker 2: Other people like I don't know who's in that band. 00:08:53 Speaker 3: Like they're wearing the T shirt of the band and the name you a single song. 00:08:57 Speaker 1: You know they might be a fan of a band, and You're like, they might not know the album names, but they know a couple songs they like, I just know me and how I am at my sports teams. If the Mets maybe because the Mets think but when the Mets are in the playoffs, I've traveled to New York to be there at the game, or I've I've actually said to the boss like cold, I broadcast from home that day, so I don't miss any during my commute. Like, if you're a fan fan, you there's no way you wouldn't be locked in during a postseason game for sure, Like I've seen I've seen Cavino on his phone at a restaurant during a regular season game. 00:09:31 Speaker 3: Like, I don't know, it's just I would just Danny g watching a Raiders game at a RAMS game? How about that? 00:09:37 Speaker 1: That? 00:09:37 Speaker 2: See, I don't disagree with that. 00:09:39 Speaker 1: You know, you went to a Rams game because you probably got a nice opportunity, but you like, well I still want to check out. 00:09:44 Speaker 3: Yeah, my kid wanted to go. I brought them. But I'm like, I'm watching the whole Raiders game. 00:09:48 Speaker 1: You care? Yeah, some people don't care as much. It's as simple as that. It's casual versus like die Hard. It's like you could say the same again about music. There's people that if anyone gives you flak is what why? Because I care a lot. Yeah, it's casual fans versus Diehard. 00:10:04 Speaker 3: That's what it is. 00:10:05 Speaker 1: Maybe maybe I shouldn't care so much about the casual fan. Maybe I shouldn't be so hard on them. But there are times where I'm like, man, Dodgers tonight and I'm just trying to make conversation with like a dad at the school and he's like, oh, they're playing tonight. I'm like, they're playing Tony, it's the Divisional Series? What are you like? Like? Stuff like that will drive me bonkers. It will drive me insane. But again, it could be music too. Like Taylor Swift just had a new album. There's Taylor Swift fans and are like, oh, I know a couple of the new songs. But then there's people that have probably listened to the album twenty times and know all the lyrics and the Easter eggs and the you know, yeah, like Rich and so he get a music Swift. There's more to life than Taylor Swift. I don't know Rich is where that, but there is. Ozzy Osbourne has a new documentary out today, so after the Playoffs you check out his new documentary called No Escape from Now on Paramount Plus. 00:10:55 Speaker 2: And I don't think you need to be a metal fan or. 00:10:57 Speaker 1: A Nazi fan to like a good story and documentary apparently there's lots of revelations in his story, and I'm hearing it's great. 00:11:04 Speaker 2: I'm hearing a plus documentary. 00:11:06 Speaker 1: So if you like a good watch speaking to music, check it out tonight. We'll see what happens when I'm done watching Sparkle Meghan on Love is Blind today, Just throwing that out there all right now, you know, I know we're gonna play Mahomes trivia a little bit right, Yeah, speaking of though, Speaking of the NFL, we were talking about the Kansas City cheeks. Yeah, as Spotty coined them. I gotta give him credit? Or are they when it comes to Joey Flacco being that they dished him off to a division rival? Is that saying that he's asses he cheeks? Because I don't see it that way. I see this guy still finds work, He's still doing it, you know, good for him, great for him. 00:11:49 Speaker 2: But does this light his fire? 00:11:52 Speaker 1: And on the flip side, this makes Schador number two, So there's a lot going on there. What are your thoughts? Are they saying Flacco's cheeks? Does he play with vengeance? Now? What are your thoughts? First of all, I want to say, what's up to our buddy? Jeff who listens every day in Alabama. 00:12:07 Speaker 2: What up, Jeff? 00:12:07 Speaker 1: Jeff ed Nashville went to Alabama. 00:12:11 Speaker 2: Jeff's a good guy. 00:12:13 Speaker 1: You know what. Rich shout out to all the Jeffs every in fact, every Jeffy. 00:12:17 Speaker 2: Yeah, all the jeff Jeff said. 00:12:19 Speaker 1: One of his pet peeves is how for some reason I would say Joey Flocco instead of Flaco, so I have to say it for him. 00:12:25 Speaker 2: Joey Flocco. 00:12:28 Speaker 3: Isn't that one of your nicknames? 00:12:29 Speaker 2: I'm like, I'm like Gronk. 00:12:30 Speaker 1: Is that clip where Gronk was trying to pronounce some wide receiver's name and he got it wrong like three times? Sometimes sometimes it's it's how you first learned it, and then it stays that way the older you get. 00:12:42 Speaker 5: Yeah, it was a Mecca Buca's name. And this is what Gronk said. You got to give a credit to this rookie sensation wide receiver aut of Ohio State, big boo. 00:12:56 Speaker 1: It's like when Trumps tried to say when Trump tried to say too yeah tag o VOLLI yah. So I mean, well, you know, you know how you get on your parents for saying everything wrong. Yeah, I'm not saying that happens to us. But you learn someone's name and then it's just stuck in your head, or you think that's what it is, is stuck in your head, and then you realize, like, yeah, I know what it is, but I'm used to saying it this way now. 00:13:20 Speaker 2: Not a side note. 00:13:20 Speaker 1: I just saw a clip on doesn't make it right Instagram, which means with me, which means it has to be true. 00:13:27 Speaker 2: I saw a conference where. 00:13:29 Speaker 1: The heir to the Marriott Hotel chain actually said, technically, it's you're supposed to say it the way it would run with Elliott, like Marriott, like it's Marriott, marry it. 00:13:44 Speaker 3: My younger brother works for them, and he told me that, I'm like, marry it. That doesn't even. 00:13:49 Speaker 2: Sound Everyone says Marriott. 00:13:51 Speaker 3: It's like Tyrod and Trod. 00:13:53 Speaker 2: It's like Bijon and Bijeon. 00:13:54 Speaker 1: Next you're gonna tell me it's not Hilton Hotels, it's Hilton Hotels. What was what was the other guy recently that said, we've been saying his name, Denzel Washington, Denzil, Denzil something. Yeah, yeah, like he prefers Denzel, but he goes his family, his mom and grandma would yell at him when he was a little boy, and Denzel well because his dad was Denzil, but then he went with Denzel just to mix it up. Yeah, so anyway, Joey Flakka, Joey Flacco, Mariotto the a f C North Browns to the AFC North Bengals. But that also makes sure Door Sanders number two with the Browns now well, So there's a lot of moving parts there. I just want to know, like, what stands out the most to you? 00:14:41 Speaker 2: Is that? 00:14:42 Speaker 1: Is that a complete sneak diss to Flacco, like, yeah, we don't care, We'll send you to a division rival. 00:14:47 Speaker 2: Or is this a good opportunity for him? 00:14:49 Speaker 1: Either way, props for still having some game left and doing his thing. It makes sense for both parties involved, even though they're division rivals. But I do have a maybe are not so safe for work analogy? I think I could. I think it's a boy. I'll slide it by a second. But let's put your finger on the button. Sam. 00:15:08 Speaker 2: Let me just say this. 00:15:10 Speaker 1: It works for the Bengals because you got someone better than Browning technically right, more experience, So maybe the Bengals could somehow right the ship and stay afloat until maybe Joe Burrow could come in last minute with heroics, right. So it works for the Bengals and the Browns weren't going anywhere that was that was there like placeholder, and they have these young guys that people want to see anyway, so it works for both teams. But when you give up a player to a division rival, someone right there in your conference, or it's worse your division. My analogy that's a little dirty would be if you were like hooking up with some girl. Oh yeah, and you guys you're something done with each other, and your buddy like oddly is. 00:15:50 Speaker 2: Like, hey, do you mind if you know, talk to her. 00:15:54 Speaker 1: And you're like, I don't care what the hell you do with her because you don't care. You don't care at all about her. Like you you sleep with her and do what everyone having threesomes. I don't care what you do because I don't You don't care. You would care if you cared about a woman that you dated, you would be really heard if your buddy hooked up with them. But if your buddy hooked up with a girl, you couldn't care less about. If you can't whatever dude was falling go for it. So the bus didn't care at all, treating Flacco like a like a girl, I just don't care about now he's having threesomes with the Yeah, Flacco and Browning both turned the ball over at the same rate. You know, Flacco missed a game here, obviously. Browning eight interceptions on the season, Flacco six interceptions, third in the league. Well, the first buzz I started feeling and seeing about this was this is a whelming trade. But it's actually kind of interesting, I think because it opens up Shador Sanders' chances of playing. Yeah, and it buys time, Like Rich said, for the Bengals. 00:16:56 Speaker 2: The Bengals are two and three. 00:16:58 Speaker 1: They play the Packers, who are fourteen and a half point favorites in Green Bay, and it's sort of an easy move for Flacco. Now then they still have to play. They still have to play a bunch of division games. 00:17:09 Speaker 3: How are your schedule watching? Uh? 00:17:12 Speaker 2: I sort of am schedule watching. Sorry, you're the. 00:17:15 Speaker 1: Rich loves to look at the schedule, ge schedule watching? Yeah, who cares less? Did the Browns care less about Flacco or your wife or girlfriend? When you're trying to show them a movie and they get up to use the bathroom mid movie without pausing, and they said, no, you don't have to pous it. Who cares less? Wait a minute, you can't just get up in the middle of the movie. No, it's okay, you don't have to pause it. 00:17:43 Speaker 3: No robbery will rewind now? 00:17:44 Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no, it's disrespect. Parents do that, so you can't just get We're watching Goodfellas. This isn't Hubie Halloween. This is Goodfellas. You just get up and use the bathroom. 00:17:55 Speaker 3: What are you doing? Who cares less? The Browns or your wife? Rewind fifteen minutes. 00:18:02 Speaker 2: It's okay, you don't have to pun No, no. 00:18:04 Speaker 3: No, we're gonna rewind fifteen minutes. 00:18:05 Speaker 2: Now. There are times? Is that the worst feeling ever? I don't. 00:18:09 Speaker 1: I feel like a jerk when I do this. But my wife and I'll be watching something and I see that she's sleeping disrespect and I'll pause it and I'll be a jerkobic what just happened? 00:18:18 Speaker 2: Oh, I'm like, what just happens? I'm sleeping? 00:18:25 Speaker 1: Oh? You know, that's the level of not the Browns kind of show. You don't have to rewind, just press play. That's the level of disrespect. And not giving enough. But as far as schedule watching, they play the Packers, which in Green Bay that will be a very tough game for the Bengals. Then they play at home against the Steelers. And if there was ever an opportunity to try to catch up in that division with the Ravens surprisingly being bad and the Brown's not being good, if you're going to catch the Steelers two weeks from now, you got to win that game at home. So maybe Joe Flacco in two weeks has what it takes to beat up Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers. If you want to look at what their path look like, looks like hey, because right now they're three and one coming off of bye. They play the Browns, so that should be a win. But the Steelers go through a stretch where the Steelers have to play the Packers, which is Aaron Rodgers against his old team. They play the Colts, the Chargers, and then they play the Bengals again. So the Bengals do have a chance to stay alive with some help of people, you know, bringing the Steelers back to life. So I like the move for the Bengals, but for the Browns to give them up, it really was sort of like he was our placeholder. 00:19:38 Speaker 2: You take them. They didn't care that much about him. He was our around the way girl. You could have them there. 00:19:43 Speaker 1: Yeah, and the Bengals needed and around the way girl. I guess yeah, So Flacco, that's the big story, one of the bigger stories today, even though it's like, yeah, whatever, it's still a big story. And the other one, I'm just going out there for the fun of it. Rich UFC White House is happening June fourteenth, and I only bring that up on the radio right now for Danny G to start making moves. Let's go to d C, Danny G. Danny, I was saying it to you, UFC. June fourteenth, isn't that Trump's birthday? 00:20:15 Speaker 3: It is. 00:20:15 Speaker 2: He's gonna be eighty. And I don't care. 00:20:17 Speaker 1: This isn't a political stance, but if they're gonna have this big event, it's somewhat historic. 00:20:21 Speaker 2: I got the white I gotta say. 00:20:23 Speaker 1: There's a part of me that feels like, while you're saying it's not political, I think it's a must go. It's going to be very divisive, you think. I feel like, if you want to go, if you want to go to that, people will be like, oh, you must be a Trumper, like I think. But then my excitement there isn't like gotta be there because I got a red hat I got to put on. It's like, oh, this might be a historical thing if it's at the White House on Trump's birthday. At the White House, you say, you know what, rich You're right, you know what, You're right. You just ruin with it. The audience, the Trump audience is a UFC audience, and nothing wrong with that. I'm just saying, well, I'm calling a spade of spade, right if you're a Trump. 00:20:58 Speaker 2: Dana White and Trump are. 00:20:59 Speaker 1: Friends, and you know what, I just feel like, uh, does it Matt, I love you or not? If you love or dislike Donald Trump, I don't care. 00:21:06 Speaker 2: I'm not. It just seems so off the wall Jackson. 00:21:09 Speaker 1: It's not like a weirdo that judges my friends based on their politics. I will say this though, if you go, people will assume you're a Trump. I just feel like it's a thing because I think it would be super cool to be there. But we weren't going to go to Dubai. Where was the Fight Island during the pandemic. It's like we weren't going to fight Island. Let's be real about that, but it'd be kind of cool to see this spectacle. Like I felt like we missed out by not going to Note at the Sphere remember that. 00:21:33 Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a big event. It's approved. 00:21:36 Speaker 1: It was announced June fourteenth, and depending on who's fighting, it's like, you know, if you want to be part of that, you might start making moves now. So that's official. I'm just throwing that out there, or is that a political choice? Unfortunate? So that's where if you're a Mariners or Tigers fan and you want to take in the game, that's how you can watch tonight with the Jays Yankees game still a scheduled eight o'clock Eastern time on FS one. News just In from the NFL. ESPN is reporting Arizona Cardinal's coach Jonathan Gannon was fined one hundred thousand dollars by the team for his altercation with Mari Demarcado on the sidelines of their Week five loss to the Tennessee Titans. Not the only fine. Jerry Jones find two hundred and fifty thousand dollars today by the NFL as a report say that he was docked for giving an obscene gesture to the fans. It's at the game in New Jersey when they beat the Jets on Sunday. 00:33:25 Speaker 2: It's a tough one. 00:33:25 Speaker 1: I mean, I know Jerry Jones is a billionaire Dan buyer, but two hundred and fifty g's by forgiving fans the finger seems a bit harsh. If that money goes to like children are a good cause or the NFL has charities, then I'm all for it. But if that goes depends on where that money goes. But to give someone the finger two fifty k is a lot. 00:33:43 Speaker 5: Well, I think a lot of people on the Jonathan Gannon one are feeling like, well, yeah, look at what de Marcado did. I don't know if that because it was of a physical nature of that happening, But. 00:33:55 Speaker 1: Football, dude, You've seen coaches like pat On someone's shoulder pads like harball with it. 00:33:58 Speaker 2: You know, back in the day Chelsea and Reas, we saw them, right, want to read a. 00:34:02 Speaker 1: Bumping chests like, I don't know, I just feel like football rules are a. 00:34:05 Speaker 2: Little different, right, Yeah, I guess. 00:34:08 Speaker 5: But Jonathan Gannon one hundred grand Jerry Jones two undred and fifty thousand. Jones has until Friday to appeal if he wants to. Bengals acquired quarterback Joe Flacco and a trade with the Browns. Chargers acquired a da fe Alway in a trade with the Ravens. Today, Jaguars plays head end Brenton Strange and I are with a quad injury. Bucks and Nick said talks in August about a trade involving Giannison Tetakoopo. That's according to ESPN. Jannisaid reportedly told the Bucks that the Knicks were the only team he'd be interested in being traded to, but talks never got to a serious level. NHL's regular season is underway. Midway through the second period, Blackhawks and Panthers tied up at two a piece. Guys, back to you. 00:34:44 Speaker 1: Thanks you, Dan, Dan Byer. Now I'm seeing something on FS one right now. That to me is like a boomer's nightmare. You know, like sometimes back in the day, your grandfather would think of replay was the same like another home run. Yeah, I remember being like Grandpa, that's we saw Johnson a link fall for that. 00:35:01 Speaker 2: No, no, it's a replay. 00:35:05 Speaker 1: It's high. 00:35:06 Speaker 2: It is far. It is a replay. 00:35:08 Speaker 3: Rich they fix it. Yeah, FS one up in the left hand corner of the screen they put weather Deway because that wasn't there. 00:35:18 Speaker 2: Let me tell you something back. 00:35:19 Speaker 1: They must have heard me or probably anyone with logic, because we all know the start time. 00:35:26 Speaker 2: As Dan Bayer just said, the update is at the top of the hour. 00:35:29 Speaker 1: They were playing from the beginning of game two, a replay on FS one, with no indication that it was a replay, other than if you looked in the top right hand corner it said Detroit leads Series one zero, which would be the only indicator unless, of course, you like it was on the rotating scroll on the bottom, but if you weren't watching the entire time, or if you didn't realize I mean, or if you had the wherewithal to be like, well, this game's in Detroit. Why is Detroit wearing their road jersey? There were indicators, obviously, but I'm saying, like I feel like parents around the world. 00:35:59 Speaker 2: Were full for the last hour. 00:36:01 Speaker 5: To Covino's point, it was on the bottom, but it wasn't in like bright red letters or like a pink or yellow or something. 00:36:08 Speaker 3: When I passed. 00:36:09 Speaker 1: When I passed the TVs in the hallway, I was like, oh, the game started. Oh wait it didn't. I just it feels like something so many of our parents probably fell for. So game starts. Top of the hour. We got more Cavino and Rich next right here on Fox Sports Radio. Thanks to Showboy Mahomes too for stopping by before and Rich you mentioned Donnie Baseball, showboy, show boy, Life of a showboy, show boy. Ohany you mentioned Donnie Baseball and how he's on the flip side of the dugout where he should be with the Yankees tonight. It's almost thirty years to the day where he hit that postseason home run and it was so huge because everyone wanted to see, especially Don Manningly, he always wanted to see how he would perform in those big moments, and that's all he sort of needed for himself to see that he was able to come through. And we all remember he hit that bomb into the bleachers and the place went wild, and you saw a young Pisada, a young Bernie, a young Jeter even there to greet him, and it was a huge moment. 00:38:04 Speaker 2: Almost thirty years to the day. 00:38:06 Speaker 1: Give me a UFC fighter that was big before UFC and MMA believed. 00:38:11 Speaker 2: Dan Severn, Shamrock, Ken Shamrock. 00:38:15 Speaker 1: Yeah, they're like those early guys that didn't get the props or like, I'm trying to think of something else that blew up in front of our very eyes. Like I'll be honest, there may be a time where the WNBA is big and we'll look back. You're like, oh, I remember the women that made no money. There's always people that are in something before it blows up. And I always felt bad, even though I don't like the Yankees. Don Mattinglee was such a force and such a great guy. And even as a Mets fan you had to respect Don Mattingly in the eighties just the way he played ball. Yeah, he was just a ballers like he was like saying, you don't like George Brett or Paul Molliner quintessential for the baseball player, or the late Ryan Samberg or Ozzie Smith. Like Don Mattinglee was the man. And even as a Mets fan, I did feel bad that the Yankees dominated the minute he retired, Like it just the timing didn't work out they if you don't remember, it was it was back issues that pushed him out of the game. Yeah, much like David Wright for the Mets. David Wright would have been a Hall of Famer for the Mets very similar. I believe back issues then that Don Mattically had and those are two greats right there. But a lot of people make that maddingly David Wright comparison years to today. And we'll see him tonight back at the Bronx eight pm on the East Blue Jays at the Yankees. But I know you had a thought about Lebron and a quick phone call about. 00:39:29 Speaker 2: Oh, you know, let's go to Oregon. 00:39:30 Speaker 1: Some guy that says he says he actually is a Hennessy rep. 00:39:34 Speaker 3: What's up? 00:39:34 Speaker 2: What's up Oregon? 00:39:37 Speaker 1: What's up? 00:39:38 Speaker 3: Man? 00:39:38 Speaker 2: We'll good? What's up? 00:39:40 Speaker 1: Hey? 00:39:41 Speaker 3: I was listening yesterday and I was like holding on tight because I knew before you knew, Oh you decision. 00:39:48 Speaker 1: You know that the decision was a Lebron partnership with Hennessy. 00:39:52 Speaker 3: Yeah, well, can I tell you a little snippet? 00:39:55 Speaker 1: Yeah, we got thirty seconds, so make it snappy. 00:39:58 Speaker 3: Yeah. 00:39:58 Speaker 1: So the lights go down. All of us reps are sitting in the you know, in the place we got a nice little spot advertising, quaint place, and here. 00:40:11 Speaker 3: Walks in Lebron in this white screen and here we're looking at you know, is it going somewhere else? He's going to Denver. 00:40:17 Speaker 1: He's going somewhere Nicks maybe. 00:40:19 Speaker 3: And he made the v soop. 00:40:23 Speaker 1: So that's huge for Hennessy and huge for you guys. I guess as the reps and Hey, send them over our way. We appreciate it. Listen, We'll see you guys minyanna. Until then, enjoy your baseball tonight. Are we there? Yeah, my god,
