<v Speaker 4>we are just a few days away from the big day.
<v Speaker 4>If you celebrate it. You gotta say, as a parent,
<v Speaker 4>it is the best and the worst time of the year,
<v Speaker 4>it is the most stressful. Just from a time and
<v Speaker 4>money perspective, it's just horrible. But if you are single
<v Speaker 4>or you don't have a family, then still, I mean,
<v Speaker 4>it is exciting. It's an exciting time of year. Just
<v Speaker 4>different as you'll see if you become parents, and it
<v Speaker 4>is it's still a good time of year really, just generally,
<v Speaker 4>if you put all the stress aside, it is it
<v Speaker 4>is one of the greatest times of the year. But
<v Speaker 4>there are some trade offs for that if you kind
<v Speaker 4>of catch my drift. And that said, we have a
<v Speaker 4>lot of wrestling to talk about tonight. As you guys
<v Speaker 4>have asked me questions. You've got a lot of things
<v Speaker 4>to go through. I'll get through as many emails as
<v Speaker 4>I can. I don't know if i'll get through them all.
<v Speaker 4>I always say that, and sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.
<v Speaker 4>But we'll see what happens as we go through the show.

<v Speaker 4>Kat says, checking in after our in person experience at
<v Speaker 4>Saturday night's main event in DC. First, let me say
<v Speaker 4>it was an awesome night. The crowd was in a
<v Speaker 4>great mood. There were tons of chants. It was a
<v Speaker 4>packed house full of fans. Sometimes events in DC are
<v Speaker 4>full of board business suit type people who got free
<v Speaker 4>corporate tickets, but that wasn't the case Saturday. These were
<v Speaker 4>real fans. The atmosphere in the arena was electric. Everyone
<v Speaker 4>could feel it. It was a special night. It was
<v Speaker 4>a pleasant surprise that John Cena did not kick off
<v Speaker 4>the event, so it gave me more time for the
<v Speaker 4>anticipation to build. Totally agree that pop for Cody in
<v Speaker 4>person was way less than prior times we've seen him live,
<v Speaker 4>so the Shane is definitely wearing off a little bit
<v Speaker 4>with the fans. I would say that in general, I
<v Speaker 4>think there was a downward trend with Cody and the
<v Speaker 4>interest of him being a babyface, but also that whole
<v Speaker 4>night belonged to John Cena. All the babyfaces I think
<v Speaker 4>got a muted reaction because everybody was just thinking about
<v Speaker 4>John Cena, and rightfully so. So let me tell you
<v Speaker 4>that Obafemi was a huge hit. He was so over
<v Speaker 4>with the crowd. The entire arena was chanting oba oba
<v Speaker 4>way before Cody's song was over. And everyone was screaming
<v Speaker 4>as he stomped in. I went back and watched the
<v Speaker 4>Peacock broadcast after we got home, and none of that
<v Speaker 4>really came through on the sound at it. Yeah, you're right, didn't.
<v Speaker 4>The match was fantastic. The athleticism of both men was
<v Speaker 4>on full display, and even though I loved Drew, it
<v Speaker 4>was kind of a shame, he interrupted. It was a shame,
<v Speaker 4>but it did make sense logically that you don't want
<v Speaker 4>either man to lose. You don't want your DOP champion
<v Speaker 4>to lose clean to the NXT champion Obafemi, and you
<v Speaker 4>don't want Cody to then also stunt the momentum of
<v Speaker 4>Obafemi as well, So it's kind of a it is
<v Speaker 4>a disappointing kind of finished. I mean, D hughes are
<v Speaker 4>overused in pro wrestling, so I think it did make
<v Speaker 4>this feel a little bit more flat because it's overused.
<v Speaker 4>But it was the right time to use a DQ
<v Speaker 4>because it then also furthers Cody and saves both Opahemi
<v Speaker 4>and Cody from losing the match. So I got it,
<v Speaker 4>but in person it did kind of stink. The crowd
<v Speaker 4>was also very over for soul Ruka, although Bailey got
<v Speaker 4>some chance too. I didn't know anything about Soul ahead
<v Speaker 4>of time, but she was so fun to watch and
<v Speaker 4>clearly has a big career ahead of her. It was
<v Speaker 4>also great to see aj Styles in person before his
<v Speaker 4>career wrapped up, although they really cut his entrance short
<v Speaker 4>and the match felt short too in person. At least
<v Speaker 4>it looked longer on TV when I watched special. Shout
<v Speaker 4>out to DJ Kuzmo keeping us updated for months and
<v Speaker 4>months about Joe Hendry because my kid and I have
<v Speaker 4>both been following along and we went nuts when he appeared.
<v Speaker 4>It was awesome. The crowd was so beyond hyped. It
<v Speaker 4>was also cool seeing them as an our truth in person,
<v Speaker 4>a fun little extra moment. Well there you go, DJ,
<v Speaker 4>all that work you put in every week with your
<v Speaker 4>Joe Henderby report just paying off. Hey, you get some
<v Speaker 4>real world results from real fans having a great time,
<v Speaker 4>and especially if it's a mother and son as we
<v Speaker 4>have here. So cool. From our seats the upper deck,
<v Speaker 4>we also had a good bird's eye view of the
<v Speaker 4>row seats in the front row where Kevin Owens, Sammy'szan,
<v Speaker 4>Elias Booker, t Rob Van Dam, Kurt Angle, Tristratus, Mark
<v Speaker 4>Henry and Michelle McCool were sitting and it was just
<v Speaker 4>fun peaking at them all night as they were enjoying
<v Speaker 4>being fans like us. The crowd really went crazy for
<v Speaker 4>RVD and KO and for the picture of Vince in
<v Speaker 4>the video package. Huge pop. We all bowed during the
<v Speaker 4>Rocks video. At anytime the Riad Saudi Arabia advertisement came on,
<v Speaker 4>Big booze. That's awesome that they see that. That tells
<v Speaker 4>me you have twenty thousand people who are some of
<v Speaker 4>the most dedicated fans in the world. Why do I
<v Speaker 4>say that, because these people, including yourself, who are there,
<v Speaker 4>paid top dollar to be there and many flew in,
<v Speaker 4>drove a lot of mile, flew a lot of miles
<v Speaker 4>to be there just so they could say they were
<v Speaker 4>a part of John Cena's last match. And that's how
<v Speaker 4>you know that you've got a real sample of what
<v Speaker 4>the fans feel. And that is cheering for Vince McMahon,
<v Speaker 4>which is just crazy but awesome. You have them cheering
<v Speaker 4>for KO, a huge pop for RVD. Those all came
<v Speaker 4>across and it was really awesome to see them and
<v Speaker 4>booing Riodds advertisements is just icing. On the cake. For me,
<v Speaker 4>that's awesome. So my hat's off to the twenty thousand
<v Speaker 4>people in attendance for doing that. So overall all the
<v Speaker 4>matches felt a little too fast. The night went by
<v Speaker 4>extremely quick. I wish it had been three hours instead
<v Speaker 4>of two, which is kind of crazy. How are the
<v Speaker 4>ples now shorter than the weekly shows? And Smack Done's
<v Speaker 4>going to three hours next month again, so you're gonna
<v Speaker 4>have more regular free TV quote unquote, Then you are
<v Speaker 4>ples in terms of length. You're going to have a
<v Speaker 4>weekly show that is longer than the ple that it
<v Speaker 4>builds to. How is that possible? Something's out of balance here.
<v Speaker 4>I don't need it to a three hour show. I
<v Speaker 4>mean I personally don't. I know in person, if you
<v Speaker 4>spend all that money, I understand that, but I think
<v Speaker 4>as a general principle, I am not of the belief
<v Speaker 4>that we need a three hour wrestling show. To me,
<v Speaker 4>I think it's just it's overkill. It's too much. There's
<v Speaker 4>a lot of filler. It's not easy to do. I'm
<v Speaker 4>not a fan, but it's all about the revenue. More
<v Speaker 4>hours of TV means more money in WWE's pockets. It's
<v Speaker 4>really what it's about and that's the only reason they're
<v Speaker 4>doing that. So overall, let's see, oh I said. The
<v Speaker 4>ending of Gunther and John Cena happened extremely sudden after
<v Speaker 4>so many close calls. We felt like we barely had
<v Speaker 4>time to react or prepare for it. The entire entire
<v Speaker 4>area was channing FU, TRIPLEHFU, Hunter and ufed up. However,
<v Speaker 4>that sentiment was over quickly. Everyone went back into happy
<v Speaker 4>picture taking mode and focused on getting out in loads
<v Speaker 4>of DC traffic. Getting out there that must have been brutal.
<v Speaker 4>By the way DC traffic and I've been down there,
<v Speaker 4>especially around the belt is brutal. I can't imagine what
<v Speaker 4>it was like trying to get out of there. I'm
<v Speaker 4>thinking there was a parking garage trying to get out
<v Speaker 4>of it. If you waited and you didn't leave a
<v Speaker 4>little early to try to avoid it, I can't imagine
<v Speaker 4>what the scenario was like in a parking garage trying
<v Speaker 4>to back out of your space while everyone's doing the same,
<v Speaker 4>just to get out into more traffic to get to
<v Speaker 4>your highway that has more traffic. It's my personal hell,
<v Speaker 4>among many I have many personal heals. This is one
<v Speaker 4>of them. My other and I came across it on TikTok,
<v Speaker 4>So I've got the algorithm, right. Is being at like
<v Speaker 4>being at a party? Being at like a family party
<v Speaker 4>where it takes thirty minutes to say goodbye. You're with
<v Speaker 4>one of those families that takes like thirty five minutes. Oh,
<v Speaker 4>gona start saying goodbye, and then you make your rounds
<v Speaker 4>and you're looking at your watch and it's been forty
<v Speaker 4>five minutes. Yeah, like are we leaving? That's why I'm
<v Speaker 4>a big fan of the Irish Goodbye, huge fan. I
<v Speaker 4>can't I can't. I can't promote it enough. Big fan
<v Speaker 4>of the Irish Goodbye. I mean when I'm you know,
<v Speaker 4>at parties or whatever, I'm a big fan of. I
<v Speaker 4>don't have any responsibility and it's not obviously my wife's
<v Speaker 4>family or whatever. I won't do that to them.
<v Speaker 3>You know.
<v Speaker 4>I'm not a total jerk, but I'm a big fan
<v Speaker 4>of it, big fan of that method of just like
<v Speaker 4>leaving out of nowhere, just like I just like an RKO,
<v Speaker 4>I don't know where I'm out. It avoids all the
<v Speaker 4>awkward goodbyes and then the empty promises, Oh we should
<v Speaker 4>talk more, we should text more. We we'll catch up,
<v Speaker 4>we'll bit which none none of us do, even if
<v Speaker 4>our intentions are good. It never happens because all of
<v Speaker 4>us have our own lives going on, and then you
<v Speaker 4>get back into your daily life and then days and
<v Speaker 4>weeks and months go by and you're like, oh, yeah,
<v Speaker 4>I forgot about that. So I'm not into those empty
<v Speaker 4>conversations that lead absolutely nowhere. So anyway, I'm getting off
<v Speaker 4>on the ta that is not about wrestling, So let's
<v Speaker 4>continue with your email. Cat. I agree. It disgusts me
<v Speaker 4>when they brag about the ticket sales because they set
<v Speaker 4>the base price is so high to begin with. I
<v Speaker 4>have plenty of sports and concert events in the same
<v Speaker 4>arena over the years, and I have sat in pretty
<v Speaker 4>much the same seats for forty dollars compared to four
<v Speaker 4>hundred they charged me during the pre sale. Yikes, Kat,
<v Speaker 4>I have to I have to ask was it four
<v Speaker 4>hundred per seat? I'm guessing you mean per seat, because
<v Speaker 4>if you're saying forty dollars for a seat for a
<v Speaker 4>sporting event, that's totally reasonable four hundred. See that's why
<v Speaker 4>w W when they brag about the idea of not
<v Speaker 4>the idea of the results of the largest gate, you know,
<v Speaker 4>the largest gross event. Why are fans if I saw that?
<v Speaker 4>Can we just as a collective here, as a fan base,
<v Speaker 4>there's one thing we can agree on. Okay, it has
<v Speaker 4>nothing to do with actually storylines or who you like
<v Speaker 4>and don't like. Can we agree on when we have
<v Speaker 4>a corporation that is outwardly bragging about how much money
<v Speaker 4>they just made for you while you're at that event,
<v Speaker 4>can we boo that please? It's a slap in the face,
<v Speaker 4>it's in bad taste. But you've had the fans. I
<v Speaker 4>think they did it last years WrestleMania. Everyone's cheering, like, yay,
<v Speaker 4>we spent more money than anyone has ever spent ever.
<v Speaker 4>As a collective, isn't that great? We just gave WWE
<v Speaker 4>more money than you did.
<v Speaker 3>Haha.
<v Speaker 4>Like, and you know, take two seconds to think about
<v Speaker 4>how stupid that is, you know. So can we agree
<v Speaker 4>on the one thing? Can we all agree if they
<v Speaker 4>put that graphic up and you're at a live event,
<v Speaker 4>that you are a part of an event that has
<v Speaker 4>made WWE more gross and gross than any other event
<v Speaker 4>for I don't know whatever metric they're using, whether it's
<v Speaker 4>some pl or the most, the biggest WrestleMania, the most,
<v Speaker 4>the gros, highest grossing WrestleMania, whatever wherever you're at, Please,
<v Speaker 4>can we just the one thing I'm asking all of
<v Speaker 4>us to come to agreement on into too kind of
<v Speaker 4>get around is booing that booing that graphic into oblivion
<v Speaker 4>if you see it? Okay? Was it worth it for us? Absolutely?
<v Speaker 4>We were fortunate enough to be able to splurge without
<v Speaker 4>going into debt and had a family in the area
<v Speaker 4>who could stay with for free. Plus it was a
<v Speaker 4>once in a lifetime moment to be there for Sina's
<v Speaker 4>final match. My kid loved it, and he has studied
<v Speaker 4>enough about wrestling history and booking, and we listened to
<v Speaker 4>your predictions so we understood why Gunther was gonna win,
<v Speaker 4>so we weren't disappointed at all. There was really no
<v Speaker 4>good way to end it. It just needed to be done. Overall,
<v Speaker 4>it was a perfect night. And now I'm probably off
<v Speaker 4>the hook taking my kid to another live event for
<v Speaker 4>a year or two. But we'll see, yeah, Kah, we'll
<v Speaker 4>see about that.
<v Speaker 5>You know.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, certainly I wouldn't count your chickens before the hatch,
<v Speaker 4>right because now we're in WrestleMania season. If you're anywhere
<v Speaker 4>in the area for WrestleMania season, then you maybe dragged
<v Speaker 4>to another event. Yeah, and they're not cheap. They're certainly
<v Speaker 4>not cheap, as you just realized. But it's great you
<v Speaker 4>had somebody to stay with. That certainly takes away from
<v Speaker 4>some of the expense having to get a hotel that
<v Speaker 4>probably would have been I'm guessing three four hundred just
<v Speaker 4>for the one night to stay at a decent place.
<v Speaker 4>But still, it's the time in the merch. I don't
<v Speaker 4>know if you got any merch, the gas, probably some
<v Speaker 4>food that while you're there, right, I mean, it all
<v Speaker 4>adds up. It's crazy how quickly it adds up. But
<v Speaker 4>the experience is something obviously you'll never be able to
<v Speaker 4>experience again. You were a part of being there for
<v Speaker 4>Johnsen's last match, and only nineteen thousand and change people
<v Speaker 4>can say that in the world. Pretty damn cool, so
<v Speaker 4>very very cool experience. Kat. Thank you for sharing the

<v Speaker 4>and yes, I was one of the fans booing, Oh

<v Speaker 4>people in attendance coming back for me, that's awesome, But
<v Speaker 4>it wasn't for the scene of match. I agree with
<v Speaker 4>how that match ended. I know a lot of people
<v Speaker 4>around me as well as myself were booing him more
<v Speaker 4>than the direction the WWE has gone lately. Oh for
<v Speaker 4>more of the direction from the scene of Heill turned
<v Speaker 4>debacle to the move to the main event at WrestleMania,
<v Speaker 4>and the Netflix and ESPN deals, just some of the
<v Speaker 4>creative decisions he's made over the last year. I've not
<v Speaker 4>been a fan. The triple h honeymoon was over, agreed.
<v Speaker 4>We all celebrated in unison. Vince is gone, the silliness
<v Speaker 4>is gone. Bring in the adults, you know, bring in
<v Speaker 4>some fresh ideas. And we've seen a lot of things recycled.
<v Speaker 4>We've seen a lot of bad storylines. We've seen a
<v Speaker 4>lot of bad booking decisions. We've had some mysterious massive
<v Speaker 4>stumbles by WWE. Allah WrestleMania forty one's main event, one
<v Speaker 4>of the biggest blunders in history, and then seen it
<v Speaker 4>telling us who cares, We shouldn't care? Shut up? Yeah,
<v Speaker 4>Like I'm a big fan of John cenas work ethic
<v Speaker 4>and he's done and I know he's just a company
<v Speaker 4>cheerleader at this point with his five year legacy contract
<v Speaker 4>or ambassador contract. I understand that he's not going to
<v Speaker 4>ever put down the company because that's kind of works
<v Speaker 4>in the you know, works in the reverse of helping
<v Speaker 4>the organization and promoting them. I get it. But if
<v Speaker 4>you look at this subjectively, it was just and I
<v Speaker 4>will continue to hammer them for this because they still
<v Speaker 4>still have not said that we screwed up. Yeah, we
<v Speaker 4>probably should have in this, or that they are not
<v Speaker 4>admitting defeat on that finish. They're still not Sina won't
<v Speaker 4>rock certainly won't and has doubled down and then disappeared,
<v Speaker 4>and he's made everything worse. Triple H go, God dang,
<v Speaker 4>he's not going to do it. So, yeah, the honeymoon
<v Speaker 4>phase of Triple H is over. The fans I think
<v Speaker 4>right now have a fairly sour taste in their mouth
<v Speaker 4>over Triple H. And you know, as much as we
<v Speaker 4>wanted Vince gone, is it really that much better storyline
<v Speaker 4>wise with Triple H? And if you think it is, Wow,
<v Speaker 4>what is so much different or better about Triple H.
<v Speaker 4>I will say he does at least promote matches on
<v Speaker 4>the next week's show instead of just guessing as to
<v Speaker 4>what next week's going to be. And you hear about
<v Speaker 4>scripts being torn up five minutes before the show and
<v Speaker 4>rewritten as the show is going on in the chaos backstage,
<v Speaker 4>Triple H does seem to have more of a week
<v Speaker 4>to week vision of what he's doing. But the storylines
<v Speaker 4>and the matches and how pro wrestling is presented hasn't
<v Speaker 4>fundamentally changed since Vince McMahon left. In fact, I think
<v Speaker 4>it's actually gotten worse, where they just exposed the product
<v Speaker 4>that do you think Vince ever would have done the
<v Speaker 4>Unreal series? We have an email about that coming. No,
<v Speaker 4>he never would have, right. TKO has taken WWE and
<v Speaker 4>made a mockery of pro wrestling and made sure that
<v Speaker 4>everyone knows wrestling's fake. Guys. Yeah, and just in case
<v Speaker 4>there's anybody else out there, what we do isn't real.
<v Speaker 4>Just just making sure everyone knows, and then we're gonna
<v Speaker 4>remind the fans who just spent their money on this
<v Speaker 4>show that what they're watching isn't real. I think fundamentally
<v Speaker 4>it's actually worse than when Vince was in charge. Sure
<v Speaker 4>Vince had his recycled stories. He was repetitive. His sense
<v Speaker 4>of humor was horrible. His kind of sophomore humor he'd
<v Speaker 4>want to put in the show every week was just horrible.
<v Speaker 4>But you would not have seen ad placements on the mat.
<v Speaker 4>I still not getting used to that, the slim Jim tables,
<v Speaker 4>the constant sponsorships in your face, and I don't want
<v Speaker 4>to hear that. Oh well, it's more like you ufceen.
<v Speaker 4>No one complains about UFC or NASCAR whatever. Yeah, except
<v Speaker 4>here's what That's what made for using special That's what
<v Speaker 4>differentiated them was that he didn't have marketing all over
<v Speaker 4>in your face every five seconds. So while people say,
<v Speaker 4>well look at this and that, that's they're doing it.
<v Speaker 4>That's what children say when they have a friend that's
<v Speaker 4>doing something that they shouldn't be doing. They tell their
<v Speaker 4>mom and dad, well, no, they're doing it. See I'm
<v Speaker 4>just like Johnny over there. See So it's okay. That's
<v Speaker 4>the same exact logic for people defending w WE plas
<v Speaker 4>s every sponsor that has ever come in contact with them,
<v Speaker 4>all over the mat, all over the ring side, all over.
<v Speaker 4>I mean just it's everywhere. The only thing they haven't
<v Speaker 4>touched the other ring gear of the stars, and that's coming.
<v Speaker 5>All right.
<v Speaker 4>Moving on, the issue I have with Triple H is
<v Speaker 4>that the element of surprise is gone. The perfect example
<v Speaker 4>is the masked man reveal. Everyone's been saying for weeks
<v Speaker 4>it's Austin theory. I thought the perfect way to handle
<v Speaker 4>it was to get people guessing all the way until
<v Speaker 4>the rumble, have the mask man win the rumble and
<v Speaker 4>then reveal himself. How awesome would it have been if
<v Speaker 4>it were Randy Orton? Then we'd finally get that Randy
<v Speaker 4>Cody match we've been dying for. That would have been good,
<v Speaker 4>I think. I mean, the Austin theory revealed did fall
<v Speaker 4>flat because everyone knew it was Austin theory, and the
<v Speaker 4>longer they went to only reveal it to be Austin theory,
<v Speaker 4>the more flat it's gonna feel, because the longer you wait,
<v Speaker 4>the bigger the build up feels, and the bigger expectation
<v Speaker 4>the expectation is, and the bar gets raised every week
<v Speaker 4>that this person isn't revealed, and you're thinking, oh my god, okay,
<v Speaker 4>well it can't be Austin theory now they would have
<v Speaker 4>revealed him right way, and he might be Randy Orton
<v Speaker 4>or Chris Jericho and womp, womp, womp. It's Austin theory.
<v Speaker 4>I mean no disrespect to Austin theory, but he's not
<v Speaker 4>exactly a household name. Building stars can be painful because
<v Speaker 4>you're dealing with a lot of stars now that if
<v Speaker 4>you were bringing in somebody that's never really watched or
<v Speaker 4>hasn't watched wrestling in a while, they're gonna go who's
<v Speaker 4>this again?
<v Speaker 3>Who?
<v Speaker 4>And they get bored very quickly because it's not a
<v Speaker 4>big star. We might you guys might have friends like
<v Speaker 4>that too, where they only come in for WrestleMania season
<v Speaker 4>when it's like socially acceptable to outwardly be a wrestling fan.
<v Speaker 4>And they come in and they're like, well, who's going
<v Speaker 4>to be there? Is The Rock going to be there?

<v Speaker 4>because from a storyline aspect, Gunther was forced to tap
<v Speaker 4>out to main event Jay Usa at WrestleMania, which in
<v Speaker 4>my opinion, made Guntherer look weak. Triple H's getting heat
<v Speaker 4>doesn't really bother me I just find it ironic that
<v Speaker 4>the same fans cheering for Jada go over guntherro WrestleMania
<v Speaker 4>now booing gun as he's getting some kind of nuclear
<v Speaker 4>heat for forcing Sina to tap out. I'm at peace
<v Speaker 4>with the finish, and I hope others will move on
<v Speaker 4>from it because Gunther is going to be in WWE
<v Speaker 4>for a very long time. Plus, I like the possibility
<v Speaker 4>of Gunther retiring future legends in twenty twenty six, including
<v Speaker 4>aj styles of WrestleMania, probably Chris Jericho at Money in
<v Speaker 4>the Bank and Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam in Brock's home
<v Speaker 4>state of Minnesota. The business needs heal characters to balance
<v Speaker 4>out the baby faces, and Gunther is going to have
<v Speaker 4>a dominant twenty twenty six. Well, yes, I mean that's
<v Speaker 4>the idea. This is to help Gunther in the future.

<v Speaker 4>people want to see or hear. But yeah, Gunther then
<v Speaker 4>going on to face AJ retire, AJ who's going to
<v Speaker 4>retire next year. Likely from what we understand, Brock may
<v Speaker 4>retire next year. That's a great way to have Gunther
<v Speaker 4>go out. He's the guy that we're tires the older generation.
<v Speaker 4>That's what his legacy is. And what about when the
<v Speaker 4>career killer meets the legend killer, I mean, when eventually
<v Speaker 4>Gunther and Randy Orton go at it look out. Okay,
<v Speaker 4>so Austin Theory is the mystery guy. I found this
<v Speaker 4>a bit underwhelming since everyone in the IWC was saying
<v Speaker 4>for weeks that it would be him. Austin Theory hasn't
<v Speaker 4>done anything significant since Triple H took over the creative
<v Speaker 4>team in twenty twenty two, plus, there needs to be
<v Speaker 4>a reason why Theory of all people has booked at
<v Speaker 4>the forefront of the storyline. Well, guys like montes Ford
<v Speaker 4>have been placed on the proverbial back burner for years
<v Speaker 4>and in not getting some sort of singles. Run to me,
<v Speaker 4>it's a wait and see kind of thing with Austin
<v Speaker 4>Theory and this story. But like I said, I'm not
<v Speaker 4>too thrilled about this booking decision. Thank you DJ, and

<v Speaker 4>Nobody's excited about this. I mean, how can anyone be
<v Speaker 4>excited about what's there to get excited about? Right Now,
<v Speaker 4>on its face, nothing Austin theory has done that you

<v Speaker 4>theory gets this. You know, if it's Austin theory, how
<v Speaker 4>cool would that be. No one's saying that because no
<v Speaker 4>one has a reason to say that. But I appreciate

<v Speaker 4>and tapped out in pain. Instead, it was clear he

<v Speaker 4>elevating Gunther due to that smirk. Tap, I don't think
<v Speaker 4>anyone has experienced a believable passing of the torch moment. Okay,

<v Speaker 4>like everybody coming out of WrestleMania forty. I thought that
<v Speaker 4>was despite the fact that WrestleMania forty is critically a
<v Speaker 4>claim to be one of the best endings to WrestleMania
<v Speaker 4>of all time. I don't believe that I have issues
<v Speaker 4>with how WrestleMania forty ended. Not that I didn't think
<v Speaker 4>Roman needed to drop the belt, but simply for the
<v Speaker 4>fact that there's all these people that have like, why

<v Speaker 3>episode was the fallout from TNA Final Resolution, or as
<v Speaker 3>you would say, TNA's final event of twenty twenty five
<v Speaker 3>before they cross over into twenty twenty six. We open
<v Speaker 3>the show with the self proclaimed King of TNA, mister
<v Speaker 3>Frank kik is Eric and of course he is the
<v Speaker 3>current TNA World Champion. He declares that he will become
<v Speaker 3>the face of AMC when TNA debuts on AMC on Thursday,
<v Speaker 3>January fifty, twenty twenty six. This was part of the
<v Speaker 3>big deal between AMC and TNA to have TNA's live
<v Speaker 3>episodes on Thursday nights on AMC Plus the streaming service,
<v Speaker 3>and of course AMC the cable channel. But then he
<v Speaker 3>gets interrupted by Mike Santana and he says that he
<v Speaker 3>will receive his contractiony match for the TNA World Title
<v Speaker 3>and that will be happening on TNA's first pay per
<v Speaker 3>view of the year, TNA Genesis, that will be on
<v Speaker 3>January seventeenth, live from Garland, Texas. However, before Mike Santana
<v Speaker 3>gets his rematch at TNA Genesis, he is seeking revenge
<v Speaker 3>on the NXT Outsiders who caused him the TENA World
<v Speaker 3>title when he lost to Frankie Gazerin on the November
<v Speaker 3>thirteenth episode of TNA pe Wrestling, and that revenge plot
<v Speaker 3>will take place in an epic ten man tag team
<v Speaker 3>match in a steel cage on the December eighteen episode
<v Speaker 3>of TENA Prestling. And here's where Santana will be tag
<v Speaker 3>team in alongside four other TNA stars as they go
<v Speaker 3>up against the NXC outsiders. Like I said, in a
<v Speaker 3>steel cage match, this is not a wargames match. This
<v Speaker 3>is just a regular ten man tag team match. Five
<v Speaker 3>on five inside a good old fashioned steel cage. Now
<v Speaker 3>we get to the NXT Outsiders as they vowed to
<v Speaker 3>continue their takeover of TNA. Stax, who of course is
<v Speaker 3>the newest TENA International Champion and a current member of
<v Speaker 3>the NXT Outsiders, explains why he knocked it out his
<v Speaker 3>father in law last week, Misster Santina Morella doing the
<v Speaker 3>brawl of NXT and TNA on TNA's final resolution. He
<v Speaker 3>said the reason was that Santin did not want him
<v Speaker 3>to propose to his daughter, which of course was Aaron mcgrace,
<v Speaker 3>and the other part of that was that he did
<v Speaker 3>not want Stax to become the new TNA International Champion.
<v Speaker 3>Now we fast forward to an NXT versus TENNA match
<v Speaker 3>with the winner earning an advantage for the NXT versus
<v Speaker 3>TENA five on five steel cage match. This match included
<v Speaker 3>Lexus King of NXT versus Matt Cardona formerly known as
<v Speaker 3>Zach Ryder of TNA. This match exactly lasted only five
<v Speaker 3>minutes as Lexus King gets the victory to help him
<v Speaker 3>get the advantage for his team in this steel cage match.
<v Speaker 3>On the December eighteen episode of TENA Pear Wrestling, but postmatch,
<v Speaker 3>we get a beat down as all members of the
<v Speaker 3>NX Outsiders beat down on Matt Cardona. This leads also
<v Speaker 3>to Lexus King using his cane his infamous canes to
<v Speaker 3>attack mac Cardona's left arm and injuring him. Steve Macklin,
<v Speaker 3>the former TEENA International Champion, comes for the save as
<v Speaker 3>he helps out Matt Cardona, but it was too little,
<v Speaker 3>too late, as Matt Cardona was quote unquote suddenly injured
<v Speaker 3>with this attack to his left arm. And now with
<v Speaker 3>Matt Cardona being unable to compete in this steel cage
<v Speaker 3>match due to his quote unquote sudden injury to his
<v Speaker 3>left arm, the question remains who will be Matt Cardona's
<v Speaker 3>replacement for Team TNA in the steel cage match. For
<v Speaker 3>the December eighteen episode of TENA Fore Wrestling, we get
<v Speaker 3>the sudden news later on in the show that none
<v Speaker 3>other than the Director of Authority, mister Santina Morella may
<v Speaker 3>the big announcement that he will replace Matt Cordona with
<v Speaker 3>Teams TNA in the steel Cage match and its official
<v Speaker 3>folks NXT versus TNA in a steel cage match a
<v Speaker 3>Good Old Faction five on five, and these are the
<v Speaker 3>members it will include for TNA, Mike Santana, Santina Morella,
<v Speaker 3>Steve Macklin, Matt Hardy, and Jeff Hardy. And for NXT
<v Speaker 3>the NXC outsiders of Lexus, King, Stax, Brooks, Jensen and
<v Speaker 3>Tyson and Tyreek of high Rise. Now let's get to
<v Speaker 3>Joe Hendry and his surprise appearance this past Saturday in Washington,
<v Speaker 3>d C. At Saturday Nights Man Event. But I gotta say,
<v Speaker 3>at first, I had a feeling, just a deep feeling,
<v Speaker 3>that Joe Hendry was gonna make an appearance, but I
<v Speaker 3>just didn't know at what capacity because he was not
<v Speaker 3>scheduled to have a match since they only had four
<v Speaker 3>matches on this card. Anyway, let's get to the moment
<v Speaker 3>as we see the Miss in the ring stating that
<v Speaker 3>he was the main character in Sina's history. He felt
<v Speaker 3>that the Last Time Is Now tournament was focusing on
<v Speaker 3>the up and coming superstars and not being focused on him,
<v Speaker 3>the same guy that defeated John Cena in the main
<v Speaker 3>event of WrestleMania. I guess it's the same thing that
<v Speaker 3>the Miss always talks about. Kind of relived the past
<v Speaker 3>of those moments that he defeated John Cena at WrestleMania.
<v Speaker 3>The miss demands respect. However, instead of getting respect, we
<v Speaker 3>get the appearance of our truth or should I say
<v Speaker 3>Ron Sena, John Cena's little brother, and Ron Sena says
<v Speaker 3>to the miss, I saw what you did the footage miss,
<v Speaker 3>in the last time is now tournament. You did something
<v Speaker 3>in a repropriate with nick NIS's balls. You took somebody's opportunity,
<v Speaker 3>and the person's opportunity you took is right here in
<v Speaker 3>this ball. The Miss grabs nick Orllis's ball and looks
<v Speaker 3>at it and opens it and reads the name Joe Hendry,
<v Speaker 3>and then all of a sudden say his name man,
<v Speaker 3>he appears, I believe in Joe Henry. Joe Hendry makes
<v Speaker 3>an appearance at the ringside apron to the utter huge
<v Speaker 3>pop of the crowd in Washington, d C. The Miz
<v Speaker 3>orders the music to be turned off. Then we see
<v Speaker 3>the Miss going for a swing to Joe Hendry, but
<v Speaker 3>Joe Hendry punches bad and hits the Miss. Joe Henry
<v Speaker 3>goes for a fallaway slam to the misz followed by
<v Speaker 3>a kip up. Then we see both Joe Hendry and
<v Speaker 3>Ron Sena do the Joe Hendry Spin. After that we
<v Speaker 3>see they do the you can't see me as both
<v Speaker 3>Ron Sena and Joe Hendry do the double five knuckle
<v Speaker 3>shuffle or else you could say the ten knuckle shuffle
<v Speaker 3>to the mizz. Then Joe Henry goes for the standing
<v Speaker 3>ovation chuck slam to the miz and then Joe Hendry
<v Speaker 3>goes for the cover as Ron Sena makes the pinfall
<v Speaker 3>count and one, two, three, Joe Hendry defeats the miss.
<v Speaker 3>But this wasn't even a real match anyway. Henri wins.
<v Speaker 3>Henry wins as everybody in the crowd in Washington, d
<v Speaker 3>C does the Joe Henry Wave, including Ron Sena aka
<v Speaker 3>r Truth. And this was the third appearance that Joe
<v Speaker 3>Hendry made on a I guess you could say ply
<v Speaker 3>slash semiple from his first appearance earlier this year at
<v Speaker 3>the Roy Rumble, then he made his appearance at russell
<v Speaker 3>Mania forty one this year, and now in John Cena's
<v Speaker 3>final semiple at Saturday Night Spin event, Joe Hendry makes
<v Speaker 3>an appearance. Even though he was not on the card,
<v Speaker 3>he was not scheduled to be in a match, he
<v Speaker 3>made an appearance in this comedic segment with the Miss,
<v Speaker 3>because the Miss is just he's such a fall guy,
<v Speaker 3>He's such a good soldier. But I have to say
<v Speaker 3>I got what I was thinking about, and that was
<v Speaker 3>Joe Hendry making a surprise appearance. And always remember this, folks,
<v Speaker 3>if you continue to say his name, he might just
<v Speaker 3>randomly appear. And he appeared last lit on NXT. But
<v Speaker 3>before I mentioned Joe Hendry being included in the Fatal
<v Speaker 3>four Way for the Number one contendership in the main event,
<v Speaker 3>I want to quickly mention a couple of things that
<v Speaker 3>took place on this episode of NXT. A surprise title
<v Speaker 3>change involving Theahal. We also had a surprise finish in
<v Speaker 3>the main event in the Fatal four Way, and of
<v Speaker 3>course we had another NXT ANDTNA collaboration. But before NXT
<v Speaker 3>got started, Joe Hendry put out a video on NXT
<v Speaker 3>Socials as he was seen in the performance center Jim
<v Speaker 3>on a stationary bike, just recapping the moments of this
<v Speaker 3>year that he made surprise appearances at the Roy Rumble,
<v Speaker 3>Rustlemania and most recently this passed Saturday at Saturday Night's
<v Speaker 3>main event in Washington, d c However, Joe Hendry says
<v Speaker 3>that even though he had all of those types of moments,
<v Speaker 3>he wants to finish this year of twenty twenty five
<v Speaker 3>strong by winning the fatal four way to become the
<v Speaker 3>number one contender for the NXT title. Joe Hendry believes. Now,
<v Speaker 3>let's get to this very surprising title change which involved
<v Speaker 3>Theahal and this was for the NXT Women's North American Championship.
<v Speaker 3>And by the way, this match opens the show of
<v Speaker 3>Blake Monroe versus Theahal. This match lasted seven minutes and
<v Speaker 3>nineteen seconds, but as we fast forward towards the tail
<v Speaker 3>end of the match where we get to the controversial finish.
<v Speaker 3>After when Theahale delivered a world's Strongest slam to Blake Monroe,
<v Speaker 3>she then goes for a somersault cent on on Blake Monroe,
<v Speaker 3>followed by the springboard cent on. Then she goes for
<v Speaker 3>the cover on Blake Monroe. The referee counts one, two, three. However,
<v Speaker 3>it didn't look like Blake Monroe's shoulder was on the match.
<v Speaker 3>At the last second before the third count, the ref
<v Speaker 3>singles that Blake won the match to retain her championship
<v Speaker 3>as her music was playing, but there was a bit
<v Speaker 3>of confusion with the referee and the announcer, Mike Room
<v Speaker 3>of NXT as to find out if Blake Monroe had
<v Speaker 3>her shoulder up at the last second. We then see
<v Speaker 3>one of the NXC production workers hand the title to
<v Speaker 3>the referee, but then the referee hands the title to
<v Speaker 3>Theahal and surprisingly and kind of bizarre, we have a
<v Speaker 3>new NXC North American Women's Champion in Theahale during the show,
<v Speaker 3>and a couple of hours after the show went off
<v Speaker 3>the ear, there have been a couple of online chatter
<v Speaker 3>about this controversial finish, stating how this was not supposed
<v Speaker 3>to happen and this was some sort of botch on
<v Speaker 3>the referee. Later on on the episode of NXT, we
<v Speaker 3>did get a backstage segment of Theahale being interviewed as
<v Speaker 3>she was celebrating her surprise title victory. Blake Monroe comes
<v Speaker 3>in as she was crying and interrupts Theahale by saying,
<v Speaker 3>this was a mistake by the referee and he should
<v Speaker 3>be fired. But whatever the case may be, let's see
<v Speaker 3>what happens whether this was a work or a shoot.
<v Speaker 3>As the storyline between these two of Theahale and Blake
<v Speaker 3>Monroe continues in possibly a rematch in the NXT Women's
<v Speaker 3>North American Championship, but congratulations surprisingly bizarringly too Theahal. Now,
<v Speaker 3>let me quickly mention this brief NXT and TNA collaboration
<v Speaker 3>which took place doing Ethan Page's segment after when he
<v Speaker 3>was interrupted by Stax and Aaron mcgrace as they were
<v Speaker 3>vibing for Ethan and Chelsea Green's Triple A Mixed tag
<v Speaker 3>team titles. Ethan then gets interrupted yet again, this time
<v Speaker 3>by the TENA star and former TNA World Champion Moose.
<v Speaker 3>Moo says that he's pistoled off of the NXT takeover
<v Speaker 3>that's been happening on his home turf in TNA and
<v Speaker 3>the fact that he's ticked it off that STAX and
<v Speaker 3>NXT Outsider is the new TENA International Champion. However, Moo
<v Speaker 3>says that he's here to take one of NXT's most
<v Speaker 3>prestigious titles, in the NXT North American Title, back to TNA,
<v Speaker 3>but Ethan cuts him off and says that you need
<v Speaker 3>to talk to the NXT general manager before you even
<v Speaker 3>thok about having a match. But then Moo says that
<v Speaker 3>he already spoke to the NXT General Manager, missus Ava
<v Speaker 3>Rain and he got permission from the Director of Authority
<v Speaker 3>from TENA, mister Santina Morella, and this match will be
<v Speaker 3>taking place on Tuesday, December thirtieth, the final NXT of
<v Speaker 3>twenty twenty five and it will be Ether Page versus
<v Speaker 3>Moose NXT versus TENA for the NXT North American Championship.
<v Speaker 3>Let's get to the main event, the Fatal four Way,
<v Speaker 3>with the winner becoming the new number one contender for
<v Speaker 3>Obo Femi's NXT Championship. This Fatal four Way included TENAS
<v Speaker 3>and X Division champion Leon Slater, Dark States owned Dion Lennox, Milesbourne,
<v Speaker 3>and My guy Joe Hendry. This match lasted sixteen minutes
<v Speaker 3>and twenty eight seconds with a very surprising finish. And
<v Speaker 3>let's get to it as we fast forward to the
<v Speaker 3>tail of the match, after when we saw Joe Hendre
<v Speaker 3>deliver a fallaway slam to Milesbourne, then a kip up.
<v Speaker 3>We then see Joe Hendre deliver a fallaway slam to
<v Speaker 3>Deon Lennox, then another kip up. Joe Hendri goes for
<v Speaker 3>an angle slam to Milesbourne. Then Joe Hendri close lines
<v Speaker 3>Dion outside the ring. Then Joe goes for the standing
<v Speaker 3>ovation choke slam to Milesbourne. But then out of nowhere,
<v Speaker 3>here comes Leon Slater off the top rope, but Joe
<v Speaker 3>Hendry catches him and tosses him outside the ring. It
<v Speaker 3>looked like at this point that Joe Henry had a
<v Speaker 3>lot of momentum inside, possibly that he could have won
<v Speaker 3>the match. But then something very interesting happens back in
<v Speaker 3>the ring. Joe delivers a very unique fireman's carry into
<v Speaker 3>a standing ovation choke slam to Milesbourne. Hendry goes for
<v Speaker 3>the cover, but before the referee could count to three,
<v Speaker 3>Dion Lennox pulls Joe Hendry's legs as Joe Hendri goes
<v Speaker 3>outside the ring. Now Joe and Dion begin to brow
<v Speaker 3>at ringside, heading into the entrance ramp. However, back in
<v Speaker 3>the ring, we get Leon Slater as he's at the
<v Speaker 3>top turnbuckle, and then he's about to go for his
<v Speaker 3>perfectly swan Tom four fifty splash to Milesbourne, and he
<v Speaker 3>quickly goes for the cover and one two three and
<v Speaker 3>we have a new number one contender for OBA family's
<v Speaker 3>NXT Championship, and that guy is TNA's own and the
<v Speaker 3>current ex division champion, Leon Slater, And this matchup will
<v Speaker 3>happen on Tuesday, January sixth, twenty twenty six, live from
<v Speaker 3>the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida at NXT's New Year's
<v Speaker 3>Evil And that of course is for the NXT Championship
<v Speaker 3>of Obafemi versus tenna's own Leon Slater. But always remember this, folks,

<v Speaker 4>annoys me about that even though Gunther won, the smirk
<v Speaker 4>that just totally. You know, if you're truly in a
<v Speaker 4>position where you you you know, you're tapping, are you
<v Speaker 4>gonna be smiling? No? Yeah, of course you're not. So
<v Speaker 4>that now bothers me to no end. So thanks for that.
<v Speaker 4>But no, I understand Kyle. It's totally understandable why you
<v Speaker 4>thought John Cena should win. And would it have totally
<v Speaker 4>crushed Gunther's career. No, but it wouldn't have helped it,
<v Speaker 4>that's for sure. You know, with all eyes on Gunther,
<v Speaker 4>more eyes on Gunther than any time in his career,
<v Speaker 4>you're gonna have him lose. You know, I think more
<v Speaker 4>damage would have been done than good. But Kyle, thank you. No,
<v Speaker 4>I totally, I totally get it. I appreciate you. And
<v Speaker 4>you're maybe one of the few people that have said
<v Speaker 4>I'm not going to go on Twitter and complain. That's
<v Speaker 4>that's a very non gen Z thing to say. I mean,

<v Speaker 4>people threatened to stop watching wrestling. It's almost like if

<v Speaker 4>good time. Yeah, so that threat has always made me laugh.
