Happy Mother's Day Out. Well I think we did that last time.
We're in We're We're are we in London? Technically I don't know where we
are, man, I was freaked out. Way we're in the boondocks here
and out right outside London. A cheaper hotel if you will. That's what
I can only assume. But I don't know. I don't want to make
false accusations. But yeah, mad going overseas, baby Mother's Day overseas here
in the United Kingdom. I want to say Happy Mother's Day to all the
moms that listen to the Show's Day was you know how many how many moms
do you think listen to this show? Probably zero? I don't even think
my mom listens. No, my mom definitely listen, but whatever, if
she is, I just want to say, thanks for buying me all those
wrestling figures. Nice a lot. Happy Mother's Day, even though Mother's Day
was like last week. But whatever. You put up with a lot growing
up, you know, chasing down those bone crunches for me. Absolutely,

too. It was a historic week for the wrestling figure community. Why is
that? Why is that? Because that's the Bushman has joined finally the Bushman.
Mark Bushy, I can't coon two o two, or if you can
read, it's I can see you, let her see, let her you
two o two. Mark Bushy with his pick that is rumored to be from
two thousand and two. He told me he just got an iPhone and now
that's why he's gonna do Instagram because now we can take better pictures. I'm
like, dude, you gotta update that profile. Police folks man, take
a selfie. Bushman, Welcome to Instagram. He's already you giveaway. He's
already giveaway away. He's got a post stuff. Told me he's gonna he's
selling stuff. He told me he's gonna do a pole to see what his
new name should be, like a pole, like people really give up.
That's too much bushman Bushman, too much wit that I can see who's going
away. I think he wanted um at the Bushman, but somebody already had
it. Geez. So I was suggesting, like at the real Bushman or
mister Bushman, something like that. Um. But by the time this pod
comes out, it might be one of those, I hope. So it's
it's Mark Bushy. It's not right now I'm looking at his profile. So

tuned to see what you got on the Graham. With that being said,
I think it is now time for the weekly purchases. Some MTE costs a
little, some mighte cost a lot, but I'm the thousand dollar Growski and
your figures will be bought all right, Weekly purchases time. I've got a
couple of things, um, some things big, something's not so big.
I guess I'll start, um. I actually had a pretty decent week.
Um okay, So a couple of weeks ago, I was talking about the
lute Crate Slam Crate Slam Stars, and I just picked up the stone cold
Steve Austin. I'm only gonna do the retro guys. Austin came in the
in the mail already. I opened him up, let him breathe, display
at him the schools holding like a beer can. Yeah. At first I
was against these things that I thought they were statues stuck in the ring.
And then I wish we just discussed this because I could have just told him
because I've been obsessed with the Baseball Ones for a while. I know.
Well, I ended up getting Jericho rock In the undertaker of eBay. Also,
and uh, you know Brian Baty who was back in the form back
to day. I was chatting with him this week about everything, and uh
you know he also helps in development of Wicked Cool and Loyal Subject stuff.
Really it's well, Loyal Subjects does kind of look like stuff. So it's
not just uh, it's not just the Slam Stars and those little uh many
guys were talking about from we Get Cool, like the Zach Ryder micromaniacs,
like he designed those two whoa at all those time have his it all has
his flavor. He's very, very talented. He's he listens to the pod
and it's cool. Like three guys who used to be on these forums back
in the day. I would love to ask him. So you're not going
to care about this, but that those Mets guys. It was a subscription
crate. He was telling me about that for five guys, right, and
then if you got the whole season, which I got all five, you
got a bonus one. Right. This was the summer of twenty seventeen.
Okay, and I keep now quarterly I get emails saying, oh, that
bonus figures coming. It's kind of one guy in the Mets who has a
figure. Those five is retired. One was just traded twice this week.
He's gone. One's been hurt for like the whole time. Oh wow,
one cut his hair doesn't even look like him anymore. So, like it's
been a long time. I'm waiting for this one. I'd love to know
who it is if it's ever coming. That's interesting. Yeah, we weren't
talking about that. We were talking about some some other stuff. Life and
and figure fading stuff like that. So these these am stars, Man,
I was sleeping on these and even the other guys like the you know brun
Strowman really cool. The ring is just like the base right right, because
all the mets come with like a mound or a home plate and they they
peg into it like a little je Joe. I thought it was like I
thought it was like remember WW shop made those like bobbleheads and they were in
the ring base. Yeah, like I thought it was like that, like
a big statue but now fully articulate. Yeah. They're pretty damn cool.
And uh, there was one I was on the fenceive I was like a
triple H and it looked like an old school one, but the tights were
like modern day. So I can't get that one by my rules. You
know what I'm saying. Get eyes on this. It's just a old school
look a triple H with modern day trunks. Triple H slam stars. Yeah,
from the front, it looks fine. When you spin on the back,
it's like a modern The baseball guys are called ballers Ballard. They're pretty
cool. Yeah, I was. I was blown away by these and I
was actually like I couldn't believe that I had him in collect them from Derry
wan USh. You know what I'm saying, that's an old school triple ate.
No, look at the back whereat Well, that's the thing. I
was doing something, some weird investigating work. But picks, I was doing
some weird investigating work, because that's just I understand thousand and two. I
understand, maybe bro the back is like he's dude. I'm telling you.
The back design ruins it for me, unless unless you you can still get
it. I don't see how that's the back is like a current concept design.
Where do you want to picture of his butt? Maybe on eBay?
I don't know. Trust me on this one. I might still break it
down and get it, but I think you need Oh way, I just
found a butt shot. That's okay, So that's that's not when that logo
is. But it's not like it's not. But either way, even you
display that that's not even gonna be visible. Maybe I'll get should guys,
if anyone wants to be trades Sky of the Week and has that has to
be mint in box ski. I also love that. Hit me up.
I google Triple H Slam Stars and there like so many pictures of this figure
and then just a random picture of the Viking Raiders and him and Gorilla doing
the two suite together. All right, so what do you get? Okay?
So first things first, I made a little purchase from the LJ and
Whisperer himself, so so we'll get into this deep here. It's winding down.
I finally like was like, that's it. I gotta start attacking this
winding dinding six one dinding. Anyway, Zoro, the LJ and Whisperer,
I contacted him, I gave my list, he says this, so I'm
looking forward. He only had two in my acceptable condition for sale, and
there were some two heavy hitters Ultimate Warrior. Congratulations on that one, which
I've never which i've honestly, I feel proud to own it like I've never
owned in my life. I think I've only even like held yours once.
Ever, like I've never. It's been very elusive to me. And Billy
Jack Haynes, which I cannot believe. But that figure with the hat any
Ljan with the accessory boosts it like thirty forty dollars, which is insane too.
But the Billy Jack Haynes was pretty pricey, so I mean, I
paid good money for these. I thought it was fair for what I've been
doing my research and whatnot, so I'm happy about that. I also made
a couple of eBay attacks through for my list. I got mean Gene,
which was one of those ones that was just like plentiful and it sounds odd,
but then he passed and they like went away and I assume you have
the one with the logo on the mic. Yeah, yeah, there's like
a quote unquote Varian with no logo. To me, that's a cup,
but that's not a variant. I agree. Um, so yeah, there
was one of those ones I was putting off and I was like, I'll
get him when I get him. Then unfortunately he passed and then they were
just kind of like disappeared from eBay, and especially ones in good condition.
I was finally able to snag that. I snagged a Fuji with the King,
a great one. Another one that's pretty expensive and lucrative. Kamala.
Okay, I found a beautiful Christine Kamala. I pray paid a pretty good
you know, they were gonna make Kamala's mask right what you've seen the prototype
of well, I have it unpainted. I had an unpainted and it painted.
I still kept the painted. I think I might have sold it to
the Bushman the unpainted one. Really Yeah? Interesting? But yeah, so
from what day was that that we started? Had to be September October.
I started this on episode of Figure It Out and currently my list it's the
final ten. Oh let's hear it a final countdown anyway? Uh okay.
As discussed last week, Andre short hair, crazy, not easy to find
and expensive. This one is blowing my mind, Elizabeth, which now I'm
on the fence. I always wanted one with the gold skirt because that's what
I thought it was supposed to be. But then in the package she's wearing
a full length pink dress. So is that what it's supposed to be?
In my mind, it's the gold is the one you need, That's what
I always thought. On the pack she's wearing just it's not like a it's
not a shirt and a skirt. It's a pink dress. That makes more
sense. Does that make sense? Yeah? So now I don't know which
one I want, but this either way, I can't find either one on
eBay in good condition. And we've talked about before there's like the hard rubber
one and like the lucy rubber one. But that I don't think you'll never
know. To you, I'll never know, And I don't think i'll be
a I'm not gonna worry about that because I could drop myself insane. What's
the point? Oh this one? Okay, two stories. King Harley Race.
So I'm a big I'm in my older years have become kind of a
Harley Race fan more than I was growing up. I guess you just appreciated
him when you get in the business a little bit more than you do in
your kid, especially when he's a heel and you know this is a good
heel whatever, very hard to find, lg and in good condition. Forget
about it. Finally one popped up on eBay one ninety nine mint with the
crown, and I'm like, that's not a bad price, but it's had
best offer, So I put an offer out. By the time the guy
named check my off or someone bought it. Now, I was devis staying
if it says best offer, you have to do something like that, you
know, I know, but I was fashioned. I thought it was like
within probably within the hour. Wow, I was pissed. And then another
one. I've been hunting and I just out bid this week and I lost
a Cocoa Beware with Frankie. Okay, impossible and especially in good conditions and
stuff. Um. And rounding out the list is Demolition Acts, which is
another one's not fine, Hacksaw with the two by four which it's crazy expensive.
Um the Referee which is given me. I want the one in the
blue shirt because I feel like that's the right one, but it's not there.
This one is really not anywhere. Tito Strike Force Trunks. Oh,
I think was it telling you? Was it on the pot or they talked
about it? Yeah? Was it on the potter in like real life.
I was saying, how my dad, I'll never forget My dad bought me
everything as a kid, but this one he would not get me because I
already Rick martel in White. I already had Tito and Purple. It was
a two pac. I obviously understand both sides. Yeah, but now I
have Tito, so it's all right, dead, don't worry about it.
Andre at the Blackstrap another one that's just not there to and then another one
this might be the most expensive one out of all these, Big Bossman with
the Night Stay. So there's some rough ones ago, I mean both Hogan's
and the shirts, yes, and you count both. Yes. God,
So it's been a long road. Are you ever going to get a ring?
I thought about it, but I don't know what I would do.
I'd have to hang out on the wall or something that's not bad. I
don't know what I do with it. Well, that's not a bad list.
I mean, I'm proud of myself for what I've done, and I
feel like I haven't like overpaid, and I've been I've been crafty in my
purchases and buying lots on eBay and then flipping stuff coupon style and doing what
I can. But I think these final ten are are going to be a
real pain in the askey Um, Okay, I got this is kind of
I'm kind of in this weird kick where Okay, my my first elite,
Zach Ryder was in the ECW like the one Legged Tight. It's like era
kind of Zach Rider. Yeah. So I've gotten like a basic Timmy Dreamer
to go along with him. And what really started it was that gold standard
Shelton, who I'm like, ah, like if I get him because he
wasn't quite old school by my rules. Yes, so if I get him,
I could put him like near that Zach, because now then I'll get
dreamer. Then I tracked on a Hurricane, and then I was trying to
get the Elite Series three Christian in the get up. Took me a while,
but I finally got him. He was lucy. That's hard, now,
yeah, it's very hard. So all I'm looking So I got the
Christian. All I'm looking for now is I think it's the first battle pack
of Finley and he comes with Hornswoggle and he's got like orange. I need
that if anyone wants to be trade Ski. What's wrong with the Finley Elite.
That's not what he wore when he was like wrestling and ECW D and
Mike Knox. But I didn't wrestle Mike Knox in ECW. You never it's
only people you came in contact with. You need a tatsu. I was
thinking about that that the first one they in the Green. You won't know
why. I don't why, because that was he debuted that gear at WrestleMania
once ECW had died. The Green the Green, No, no, no,
you're thinking the Green. He war like the spray painted green they wore
forever. They make a basic in the green that he wore forever before that.
Oh really, yeah, I might need that that hundred I need that.
Damn the Biretta wears you probably have, Trent, I don't. Yeah,
I did he wear to that. So there's like that gold dust for
that era, which one like there's they just made. They just made gold
dust that you didn't need that. I wouldn't need that goldus because I wrestled
him on ECW for sure. God damn, there's an Elite and a basic.
You have to oh my god, you might have to decide between the
two. I gotta see if one of them matches up exactly how when he
wrestled me. That's the rule. Well in that particular case. Okay,
UM, all right, anything else for you? Okay? Yeah, so
um, friendly neighborhood Rinksite Collectibles hit me up brand new in stock Elite sixty
eight. I ran over that hours to spare before I was coming here,
but I wanted to get them, open them, let them breathe be able
to discuss how beautiful they are. So I picked up both Mabels, the
Chase and the regular um are we gonna talk about the little snaphoo, Let's
talk about the news section. Okay, well, brinkside, I got them
as well, they're not in my possession. I got Yeah. I knew
that you wouldn't be able to because if they shipped them to you, you
wouldn't see him before we record it. So I got thee get there Undertaker.
Okay, I got Mabel Undertaker, and I actually had to pick up
Brie Bella really never had an Elite, so it's the first elite. So
if I get every elite one of everybody I needed it. And Nikki's coming
soon, so yes, yeah, I'm pretty sure. Huh so uh Undertaker,
very cool figure, surprisingly cool figure. That would be a great figure.
The masks, we know, it does make sense, but everything has
already in my session's been never to be seen again. Uh, and I
don't mind the no logo in the hat. And it looks looks really cool.
Come on, it looks great. Man. The shades and they put
the ebble pads are on. The long hair supposed to be talked to.
It's to me, it's it's pretty fantastic. I think it's great. Dude.
Maybel might be one of the greatest figures. How crazy last week of
a figure that wasn't released, he's still like one, which I was like
disgusted with myself for saying that, because I felt like a shill, right,
But we had, we'd seen it, We've done that appearance. It
feels like forever ago we at them a tall headquarters bliss and we saw it
in that case. You know, I've seen it several times but not held
it. This figure is unbelievable. The attention to detail, I mean,
everything about it's like brand new, every little piece of molding, you know,
it's all unique to itself. And I really couldn't tell you which one
I like better because the differences really are so minuscule. It's the like the
lightning bolt in the am that's really that's it, I mean, but like
it's incredible. I cannot wait to get that in hand. It's long overdue
and it was like worth the way that I'd say it's it's pretty unbelievable,
like up there with Figure of the Year type stuff. I can't wait to
get it and I can't wait to display it. Let him breathe. And
the only sad note which we haven't really discussed on here is that? I
mean, it's cool to Elite sixty eight is this Summer Slam theme, But
does that mean it obviously means the Summer Slam set is gone? Huh,
you know what I mean. We haven't really discussed that, but obviously that's
the case. Maybe we haven't. We have a confirm that we're not going
to two Summer Slam sets. Maybe there's SummerSlam packaging, but it's Elite sixty
eight, like they merged the two together. Good call. That's a little
sad because I always look forward to that. But either way, the figures
incredible. Um. I also want a little old school uh. And I
got the Diesel Bone Crunching Action Series one rerelease of Diesel, which we talked
about this off air off air. When was it before after we recorded last
week? I don't remember. I don't know. I don't know. I
don't know how it came up, but I was like, yeah, you
need that because so they there's a lot of reasons they rereleased gold Dust and
Diesel from Series one at series three. For some reason, they didn't do
Razor, which is weird because Diesel and Raise at the same time both long
gone and only to rerelease Diesel, who is already main event in the NBO
this point answers will never know. But yeah, and Goldos was slightly different.
They put a little blam, but the change is the whole figure and
it's like much nicer. Like there was nothing done to Diesel to improve it
all that na, right, All they really did was like tighten up the
joints because those first bonk runchers like Woody from Toy Story. Yeah, and
they added the hole in the foot to go on the new display stands,
which debut was serious. You have it out of the package in your hand,
it's a very different figure. Not just looking at the two in the
packages you wouldn't think it's that different, but right out in your hands,
Okay, there's some there's some improvements here, right, So I won't be
displaying both of them obviously, But I'm about to complete well not I haven't
even started with my list, but I want to for this year have all
the bonk runches done. So I'll need this Diesel because it's technically different because
of the little foothole. The other thing which maybe Vintage checks BC can help
us out, like did those ship on their own or in cases of Series
three. I don't recall. But on the back is a Series three box,
you know. It's the same box, in same shape as series Yeah,
and like best of ninety seven looking packaging and stuff. But yes,
I would love to know how that all went about. I don't recall.
I mean I remember finding it then both the toys r us, but I
don't remember. I mean obviously I didn't open a case. You know,
no neither neither to die, um anything else for you. I'm all tapped
out, all right, Well, it's funny. I wish I could say
I want a Harley Race and Coco Beware else Dan, but I didn't Power
Drive I was. I would I would pay good money to have Divon recreate
that. Oh my god. When I was a kid, like a lot
of that whole album on a VHS with the music videos. Yeah, I
never had that. I think I've rented it from time to time when I
was a little bit came So that must have came out in the eighties,
right, yeah, definitely, right, So I remember like ninety five,
like when I bought like this Shawn michaels like zebra hat and like the Hardship
glasses like it came as like a bonus gift. So I was watching shop
from shop they're just getting rid of old stuff. Yeah, but what's so
weird about that video? Video is great? But his version of a pile
driver is a brainbuster, not like a pile d Oh. Yeah, there's
some we're weird. Yeah, anyway, so it's definitely worth checking out.
I haven't seen on YouTube. The whole UH tape is amazing. The video
driver. Yeah, music and that video UCHI qu with me Gene Oakland,
which is my segue to the Michael Jordans the thousand dollars bros. Gotta get
his checkbook out? Literally, how to break out the checkbook? Who figure
guide takes checks? An LJN an x lj N employee who sold me the
mean Gene Oakland alternate pose kind of doing like the UH, like the Brent
Hart style pose that's a hard entrance handshape. He was seen in at least
two different advertisements promotional material no microphone and U. This seller had two mean
genes, so I assume one was from one moment from the other. I've
gotten some things from this guy in the past, like I got the macho
man hamp paid a prototype from him. I got my articulated Hogan and Bundy
from this guy, so I knew he was a reputable guy and uh.
In fact, when when Gene passed away, I contented him shot. I
contacted him immediately saying, Hey, I know a bunch of people are going
to try to get this from you and like self for crazy prices. I
want to make sure that doesn't happen. So I would like to get it
because I know like where it's going, because that so, like you just
said, his LJN's going up in value, his regular one. Someone got
their hands on no offense, but it was like common or as common as
l jns have become. Nothing's really common anymore, I would say. But
it was there for the taking in so I knew I didn't want someone to
take advantage of like this, the passing, like with this prototype figure,
because like with the passing of Gene, and if you had a protype,
you know someone's gonna take it, yeah, and make the price to the
roof. So I wanted it to be a good hands. I told this
guy that, and he didn't get He got back to me, but it
wasn't interested in selling, he said, cool, nobody do and like last
week, I random he got an email asking if I still wanted it,
absolutely, and uh did he have any like backstory he worked for LJ but
nothing like that's not what I'm saying, Like why they changed it? Why
exists nothing? I assume they change it because the one that's releases way better.
He's holding a microphone one the real one's way better. And I'm in
my mind, I like to think they've been so it's like, where's that
goddamn microphone or something? But uh, so I got it in the mail.
Um, it's great. It's a little shorter than the other Gene school.
Um, I posted the pictures on the major w pod to have the
managers and like people like that makes Ljan so timeless. What's so great is
like why didn't Hasbro. It's not like it would make sense if Hasbro capers
then Ljan. Ljan came first and did the rets. Yeah, man at
the time was like barely on TV, and I mean he's company to see
the business side of it, like what are you gonna do pump out another
Hogan or a random ref you know. And that's what made the original Star
Wars lines are successful is that they made everybody, Yeah, you need your
hammerhead. So like like I was telling Billy, you need your hammerhead.
You need there's some guys on two or five Live, but then we're there
on the first episode, so don't have all the blows. My mind,
wrestling in the eighties is going to that rock and wrestling like super boom we're
in like the early nineties not so much. So maybe they're like, maybe
we're better off making these hogan and Warriors and not pumping out obscure guys.
I get it, but I do think there's there's there were some ways around
it. But anyway, I got the mean Gene. It's beautiful. Check

I'm not a big We'll see it sound like I'm necessarily It's not that
I'm not necessarily a big LJN prototype guy, but they're just not um out
there. Oh so I have a couple pieces I have like just the opportunity
to make to purchase it as unique, That's what I'm saying, right,
So I have a hand painted matro Man, I have a I now have
this hand painted mean Gene. Those are the only two I have that are
hand painted. I've been unpainted short haired Andre and unpainted Bobby heenan Um.
I have a unpainted Liz, unpainted naked Liz that we're not gonna get into
again right now, and have unpainted Slaughter. Got rid of that. No,
it's it's in the back of my display. Cats. You can't see.
It's bizarrely you get old. It necessary exactly, that's anyway I got
the mean gene. So I want to say thanks to the seller. He
does not want to be known. So I'm sure he'll come out eventually with
like his long list of whatever he's got, and I'll be buying some more
things. Do we know for a fact that he has more. I know
he's got. Wow, there's some things that are gonna blow your mind.

Well, I'll tell you what it's not. Oh, I knew you you're

think that's ever come up on this show. It's come up on and figure
it out. I think it made the cutting room floor. Okay, yeah,
So I know this bothers you so much? Can I be honest?
Yeah? Never bothered me because the jacket. But we know, I know.
But when I'm thinking, okay, so do we want to explain this
before I explain it? Okay? So there was a Jerry Lawler that was
supposed to come out in the Red Outfit. They got cut when he left
ww T t Tron. Then they finally released one in this raw X set.
It's a tighten Tron figure during the Ruthless Agression era ra X Raw tenth
Anniversary. Very disappointing set, overall garbage beyond a couple of gems. One
of the gems is this Jerry Lawler. He's in blue now, not the
very detailed. It's a tighten Tron in the infancy of the Ruthless era.
So really works, uh, you know, a little late. But to
me, he's got his entrance jacket on, yes, and the crown and
the crown and it looks sharp the bone crunching crowd. But to me when
I'm using him or playing with him, or displaying him. Even he's sitting
there in the jackets and who you don't know when you open that jacket up.
He's not wearing the Jerry Lawler Andre style one strap signature one strap.
He's wearing the King Kong Bundy Heavy Machinery, Jesse if Jesse and Festus Hawkins.
Holy, he's wearing the Kurt Hawkins single at top. And yes,
with the jacket clothes, you can't quite tell. Okay, I am peeling
it away, okay. Um. In fact, there's a picture on my
phone of me peeling it away the other day because episode disgusted of it.
I'm gone, why do you have that? So many reasons, but that's
very odd. Look at this photo right now that I just took the other
day. I was sending it to Dustin from Figure it Out those episodes.
Figured Out's coming back soon, guys. It's so bad that the way you
have that looks terrible. But that's not really what is seen, so who
cares? But even when the jackets closed, it doesn't quite look exactly how
it should. The only other tie in turn Lawler is the one from that
exclusive X eight Jersey like, yeah, whis pretty funny. Um, I
can't believe and correct me if I'm wrong. Um, Mattel hasn't made a
flashback Lawler but of this era of like nineties early two thousand era. Correct,
Yeah, I think so. They made him in his Affliction style shirt,
which is modern day very cool. Um. I think this is maybe
a Bill question or whatever. But the Jerry Lawler that came out and Elite
maybe eighteen, I want to say, is not it's this flashback on the
packaging, but it's him from his match with Michael Cole from Wrestleman twenty seven
in two thousand and eleven. And that figure came out in like twenty twelve.
So obviously with the time Hall of Fame one where it is a flashback
similar, that's like a seventies eighties Lawler, doesn't that? Wow? I
nail that Elite eighteen Jerry Lawler got the gote. That's really a throwback Lawler.
Um, great figure, but like you said, there's no like WWE
Active Wrestler Jerry Lawler figure like a you would want an early nineties Lawler,
right, mine is missing my favorite Jerry Lawler. And this is I can't
believe I'm gonna say this, but I think it still holds up. Is
Superstars series for bad Boys, Jerry the King law I love that figure.
He's had the chest hair molded on like SENSEI gripped through the pile driver,
but it was that and this is maybe a vintage Jack specie. I think
I feel like that nothing about him was ever used again on like any other
guy. There are some weird um variants where Kane is wearing those legs and
wearing those boots. Yeah, certain Knes interesting, but I love that figure.
I think the crown's removable. That's the first removable accessory for Jack's I
really Oh there's the Justin Log Bradshaw as well, Undertaker and Wig totally anyway,
the Hall of Fame Jerry la I just came out is from Mattel's pretty
perfect two years old whatever, It's pretty perfect. I think what my favorite
is, because I don't think we'll ever see it again or any other version
of it, is the Classics Super Superstars Lawler and Andy Kaufman too, because
that's just so cool. That's something that like a moment that really shaped and
changed the history of the business. I know Jack's made a couple of Jerry
Lawlers Class Superstars, but they never made a commentator Jerry Lawler classes Superstars?
Did they a ruthless style? Jerry? That's modern day? Yeah, man,
I don't think so. They made JR. Well. I found the
prototype of the one that was cut and look you can tell he's wearing a
one strap singlet in that one. That's even more strange than they had.
They would have had the mold. That very interesting. And quinnin Michaels,
I know you that Linda mcmah out there. You said, of a bitch,
he's not listening, but you know, like so man, he might
be. I know someone's listening that that knows. Quinton. Jerry Lawler kind
of fits in the maybe the Jimmy Snooker realm of like. And there's someone
else we talked about recently where you're like, this guy should have more figures
than he does, absolutely more figures. But he does he have a Mini
Jack's figure? Yes he does, right, yeah for sure, But does
he have the crown not figure or two pack with he's in the Royal Rumble
Mini Jacks with a clown. I think the crown comes with You're mistaken the
crown that comes with the King of the ringset. I'm not mistaken. I'm
I'm I'm inquiring if he comes with the crown, that's what you're thinking of.
There's also the one with Brian Christopher there too, tough. I was
just saying that before you cut me off. Yeah, which I really liked
because I liked that Bad Boy's Lawler. But that one is way better Deco
the two pack, Yeah it does. Jerry Lawler, Man, this is
up for debate. Lawler and brat Hart have two of the most unbelievable beautiful
autographs in like pro wrestling. Oh total proh. Yeah, that's a real
sign of especially when you get with a paint pan on a figure like that.
Wow, I'm just looking at this Mattel Jerry Lawler the back of his
affliction, she says, king me, I think that's like a it's not
really affliction Shirt's a Lawler Shop Zone shirt that they sold and it just looks
like an Affliction shirt. Andy called MITCHI pac is beautiful. Um. It
comes to that soft Goods neck brace. He says, it's pretty cool.
Man. I'm gonna say, I'm gonna say my favorite is Bad Boys.
Um. He'd be a great candidate for a retro as well. In that
era that we were discussing. Dude, I used to use the Hockey dog
Man as Jerry the King Lawler. They are cousins. I didn't know that
the time, though. All right, well that was a great you're right,
here's the Royal rumble set and he does not come to the crown.
I'm looking on the old Google machine. I used to use these Royal romal
figures as my Mexican minis. I did that too. Actually, all right,
it is now time for the w TF Figure of the Week. All
right. The WTF Figure for the Week is a segment where you look at
a figure or set or a couple of figures and you say to yourself,
what the And this week we didn't even have to ask people. Somebody,
Hearty Heft he came to me and said, hey, you gotta cover these
as w TF. And I looked at them and I said, you are
absolutely right. These are on the these are on the later days of the
Jack Swos aggression. I was definitely out by that. This is like when
they threw in the towns. That's it, Matel's tacon whole year two thousand
and nine. There's some pathetic stuff. This one might take the cake worse
than Naked Market. That was naked Mark Henry was. I don't even remember
this set. This is how bad this set is. This is Adrenaline thirty
eight. It's Christian and Jack Swagger, Edge and Big Show and Finley and
Hornswaggle. You know what makes the set so special? There's no like deco
him, no deco on any of them. No across the board, across
the board. So Christian is in plain black tights. Swagger played black siglet
man. That is just I met. These are worth money too, Edge,
plain red tights. What is the They said? Get Finley playing green
Swag? The swag have his I can't tell. Swago has his little uh
like clover on his chest. Maybe that's it. He's got the dirt on
his face though. How can you just throw in the talent to the point
where you put out a set and don't care to that. I'm looking right
here there's a Christian figure and just plain black ts. Imagine if you were
a Christian and you'd like collecting your figures, would you buy this is probably
display this of the stores? I mean, what you mean in your home.
I mean, you'd have to buy it according to our rules, Like
I want everything I've ever done. I mean, what were you thinking?
It looks like a bootleg like video game character, like before we put the
cool outfits on. When we get to interview Jeremy. This is something I
would love to bring up, like explained to me the dying days of Jack's
relationship. So Edge and Big show up here to have their tattoos, but
no logos on the gear whatsoever unless Edge has on the side of the type
that we just can't see. No, there's none, because that that he's
got the start, you would see a little bit of the star. This
is unbelievable. There's a swagger and Christian. Man, I don't remember this
at all. There's a swaggering Christian on eBay for like forty ship. Nobody
would buy that. I'm just so some of these ones. The distribution wasn't
so wasn't so plentiful. So uh, you know, sometimes they have become
rare if you're looking to get them, you know, like they just weren't
that many out there, And obviously it's like the dying days like this here
you're swaggle and Finlay's on eBay sixty five. What I'm saying it's probably if
you were. They come with the inflatable chalaile which is pretty inflatable. It's
meant to be that. It's not actually inflatable, it's look it's all fat.
It's meant to be that one like the inflatable Chalilean. They sold it
the supposed to look like that. That's pretty cool. Yeah, um so
Hardy had, thank you very much. These are totally wtfs sad. This

pod so first and foremost, Um, the only official ECW flashback is the
Terry Funk Elite forty one. I mean that's pretty well. No, it's
got e CW logos on the packaging. It comes to ECW title. Um,
there's what about one of the cactus jacks, So that's not officially here
is the logo on it. We think there's some kind of misdirection with that.
I mean, I love it and it's cool, and we did like
extensive research, you and I because we're psychopaths, and and uh fully never
wore that outfit in WW as cactus. So it's in like only a ECW
So it's it's an ECW cactus jack. That would be the the more recent
cactus, not the ringside cactus. Um, so technically that counts to me.
That counts about retro. It's late, folks, you're talking about retro
figures. Brother, that my answer be not likely. End of story.

But I can't foresee it. There's so many guys that need to be
done, including modern day guys and including lay up flashback guys. That they
haven't done. I'm not against it obviously, I'm a freak. Can see
maybe an RVD, but I think they would use a WWE style. It
wouldn't it wouldn't be And if they are going to make a Tazz or a
Tommy Dreamer, I'd rather than be in the elite style than a retro.

Slammers series came out and do you still feel the same way about them now?
I was not a fan. I was not a fan when they came
out, and I'm still not a fan of them. Okay, so series
one completely sucked because there's nothing special about it, as all guys that are
already out with weird action moves with weird actionals, so like completely to me,
especially playing with my guys, I'm like, I don't need, you
know, gold Us to do a bear hug, like if I want to,
because you could do like that sitting down and hugging and rocking back.
You know. It's like to me, my imagine good for the backstage.
When yes, I was playing so often and so hard, like I didn't
need this, Like my imagination wasn't it was enough, you know what I
mean. So I wasn't looking for this. But then Series two series different
ball game, completely different because all those guys, you know, that was
the only way to get him, So that was that was exciting. Are
the like for instance, on Patriot, his upper body is plastic slammer.
Are his legs bone crunching actions? I'm pretty sure? Yeah, I don't.
I mean, they're definitely rubber, but I don't know if they had
the bone crunching action either way, they have that feel. So someone Series
one though, like all those guys, that's true. Yeah, so Series
one is just Undertaker Goldberg, Goldberg, gold Dust Austin for Rouke, Brett,
Brett, Mankind Mankind Is that six? They say? Yeah, I
think that's it. So mankind taker Gold does Brett for Austin. Actually,
now I'm having fighting. Yeah, he doesn't quite do the kick of the
gut Toomstone. Yeah. Brett came out way later than they he left the
company. Yeah, I want to say those came out like early ninety eight.
So he's gone, and the Brett I'd like, if you like flick
the back, you can do like that, doesn't guess? Yeah, Okay.
Other than that, now, Series two, even if they had like
different deco, different deco would have made a wait, maybe it would have
made a cooler a little more space, but there was like no incentive to
me, like I bought them all. Of course I did as off Mark,
but uh yeah, but Series two games changer. Series two as Shawn
Michaels, who's not wrestling where it was at like the leather chast that was
pretty different. Different head scams, yeah, everything everything about it was different.
Patriot long gowns from the company, but still still blue Blazer head,
a fresh face, you know, Brian Pillman who Patriot is Patriot Blue Blazers
Patriot's head. There you go. Wow, let's get late folks. Yeah,
I gotta wrap we gotta wrap it up. Brian Pillman, who's season
the stomp Head. Now, this is like unfortunate Brian Pillman passed away by
the time the stomp figure release ten months time the Slammers is out. It's

This is great. I did love figure of all time. Wait and tie,
sure if you can believe it, there's Kane, the first ever.
Kane was at the time hysteria to get that Alistair Black level Pete Dunn level
hysteria to get that figure because it was the first King little spoiler for the
first ever Patreon exclusive let him Breathe, I do a bone crunching Kane and
I talked about the hysteria of that King and what was the other figure one
of my all time favorite? Oh A six on with the A six logo
which was illegal af um. So those figures were fantastic. Is there never
announced three or like, yes, Superstar Series six we talked about this was
supposed to be Slammers three, but that could be like a typo in that
thing. No, I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be and then it
just didn't take off, so they switched it back. That's why there was
It doesn't sound right to me. I'm skeptical about that. Um So I
love Slammers too, because yes, they had the weird slamming action, but
they kind of still work to the bone Crunchers, you know, and they
you know, obviously they're all the same scale, so he can't really mess
up that. But and series one I think sucked. If the details the
decals were different, would have been okay. But Series two was okay.
And Series three was supposed to be rumored to be super serious six not fact.
But here's the here's the thing, and this is my opinion. I
feel like every time a company, whether it be Jack's or Mattel, goes
out of their way to make a more like kid friendly line, it doesn't
work like I love. If it doesn't work, it doesn't last, or
these companies give up on it. I don't know. I think at the
end of the day, kids just want to take their their basic figures or
their bone Crunchers or whatever er we're talking about and just play. I think,
Yes, I'm sure there's a couple out there who want to use like
the action move, but I think they want to do like suplexes and fig
feds and not like Karate chop action. Like I said before, kids have
imaginations, so like I don't need all that. I don't think they want
to take two figures and connect them at the chest and hope that they actually
talk to each other. You know what I'm saying. Like you know what
I'm saying. Like I think how many lines has Mattel gone through? I
thought that I don't. I don't know how Rumblers got canceled. I thought,
if you want to do something a little cute and special for kids,
that was it and they never had to change. So yeah, like you
said, I don't know if it's unsuccessful or a company gives up on it
and up it feels. But to answer your question again, Slammer Series one
sucked, Slammer Series two iconic, and uh and see you next week,
