What's the word for the day. The word of the day is serenity. Serenity. Okay, so listening to these definitions, so let's bring serenity. The text the book saltine definition is the state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled. And the urban definition is some ship that really doesn't make sense, but basically it's saying that serenity is a whole package. Damn, she looks good. Yeah, yeah, sometimes that urban be kind of German. That's a good word, because I've definitely been working on my piece and calmness, man, what you've been doing me? I just try to not let words and opinions of that's that's like the flaw of mine. What does it take to truly be at peace? What is it truly taken, doesn't does it differ from different people some people's pieces with some people's peace, people's pieces being high, some people's pieces being high, and some people's pieces being quiet because some people's pieces noise. Some people are at piece when they like because I know, like like like even though he doesn't do it anymore, I know like Black is kind of at his best piece, like you know, when he's when he's under the influence, because he's a lot more like I don't give a fun but that don't be Yeah, yeah, yeah, but that that's true. If I smoke a blood, it could temporary have me calm, But I don't be at peace because when I when I come down, I'm back thinking about bullshit. You want to tell everybody, I had a goddamn I had an Edible like an hour and a half before, and I've eaten the edibles and orange juice for my people out there. That that boost and I you know what I'm saying, I ain't think it was gonna be a big deal because I've eaten that able before. Men. Fine, but that ship had me like, man, I felt like a like a three thousand pounds gorilla was sitting on top of me and it wouldn't get off. My whole body was high, like I couldn't even feel my arms and my legs or ship, like in an interview, Nigga saw that, you know, like I was trying to be funny with the nigger or you know what I'm saying, or because it's some other ship from another interview, or like just all kind of crazy ship I was seeing in the comments, but I was actually out of my body, like I couldn't function to be at peace. You can't read comments either, yeah, because I was reading that. This is my first time seeing them was this morning. You know, we did an interview like two weeks ago or whatever. Man, I was like, damn, that's what these people really think of me. Like I was like, yeah, like I came here and asked, y'all like, should I address the ship or not? And I was like, is it you can't read comments or is it you shouldn't give a funk about the comments? You can't internalize the comments if you know you give a funk about them, you can can't read. But if you can read them without giving the fun, yeah, because sometimes it might motivate you to them go harder. Yeah, I don't get either. I just like I just was like, damn, Like that ship just kind of threw me off because I was like, damn, like I'm never the only thing that really like took me out in the comments. I didn't give a funk about nothing nobody said. But it was like some people in there that were saying that I was unprofessional like and that that's that's what hit me, Like the unprofessional part because I'm professional to the death, but like I try to be during the interview once I get here, when I finally got but like but not like I was just like, damn, like that ship was just that. It was just crazy how people can perceive ship one way and not know what's going on, and then taking and Twitter, they create a perception because they don't know what's going on right? Yeah, I think to be true that a piece. You got to clear your heart too, facts big, facts true, and you gotta do what works for you. Like I don't do social media because I'm the entertaining so needs to be at peace. You know what I'm entertaining, You're gonna be off that bullshit h most definitely, especially when you come to serve ship. I'm entertaining. So for me, I have never had social media, period because I would not be at peace. I never had an you got a fake page? No, I ain't got no faith. That's sound kind of question. Yeah, but yeah, but one of my kids page for the most part. But I tell them, like say they say this, they like, Mama can't say that. I'm like, oh, ship, I can't hear this ship because I'm gonna say something. No, you gotta clear your heart, man, Like you could be holding onto some ship that throw you off your game and need people don't even give a funk about the ship you holding onto, like old past relationships, friend ships, people with your family, and you know what I'm saying, issues, You gotta just release that ship. That's why right now I'm releasing my anybody that feels like they got a problem with me. I don't have a problem with nobody. You know what I'm saying. If any relationship that went sour, I apologize for my part, and I forgive you for your real ship. I'm at peace. I'm looking for my serenity problem. This is the hardest shing I probably ever do in my life. But if you feel like you just got a problem with me, hey man, that's your issue, because I ain't got no problem with nobody. It's on the way I get to my piece. You know what I'm saying. Letting opinions and and words affect you, that's a sign of weakness, fact real ship. And I had to get to that point because I was the weakest. You know what I'm saying, Like ge to me, like I got a question, what's up? Is it a sign of weakness even if it's coming from somebody that you value opinion or somebody you really care about, like if your mom or your grandma or your wife telling you something that you know what I'm saying, but not to me, it's a weakness if it's people that really don't give a funk about you anyway, exactly, you know what I'm saying, they don't give a funk if what happened in your life, your kids life, your MoMA life, nothing. No, if somebody in my family matters some I gotta take that in whatever is so, if you know for a fact that they genuinely have your best interests at heart, anything else, fuck it. But if you're a feminine member of my wife whoever you're gossiping about me, you already showing me you don't give a funk about me, So fuck you. I'm right another questioning you missing what gospel? That's what is it gossiping? If, like, for example, m Jade Shante they're close and you know you're married to stef If Shanta and Jade is having a conversation about Bake and his well being, is that considered gossiping because I feel like both of them care about me. If you know a relationship that they just can't be fixed, why do you give a funk what they somewhere saying that funks up your piece? Like they upset and let them be upset. You can't get upset every time somebody come tell you what the person said about you. How's that making you upset? That means they can control you. Fact, I think that some people just they care about what people think too much. And then I think that like sometimes the perception of how people perceive you can really bother a her, because I know for me sometimes like it arks my soul to the core. If somebody say, Sean Jones is selfish, Like so now I'm gonna try to get all the way down to why you think I'm selfish? What the funk happened? And it maybe to some people think like Sean care too much, but for me, it's just like that's just one of those things that irked me to a core. But it could be that you may feel like you slick selfish and that's why it bothers you, like that you might have had a selfish action in the past that you just haven't gotten over some ship or a selfish moment. You know. Somebody broke this down to me the other day. They was like most only children, like only child, like somebody that's the only child we had. We tend to have selfish qualities because we, yeah, because we grew up in like survival and like I only here to protect myself. I don't have to like protect nobody else because we never had. But see, let me say, let me say some shot. Because I'm an only child too, I feel like sometimes yeah, okay, whatever, But I feel like a lot of only children are so used to being alone and being by themselves to when they get into situations with other people, they overcompensate and try to overshare because they're so like they're because when they were little, they wanted like company and ship, you know what I'm saying. They wanted like the little brothers and the little sisters in the house. And you know, some people could be like this is how I always been. Always just got one bite, No, you can't ride my bike, you know what I'm saying, And then they go the way you said go Like me, I like, I give all my ship away because, like you know what I'm saying, I want to see people with the same ship that I have. But I had to learn as an adult that like that ship don't work because like people don't appreciate ship, like for real, for real, Like I don't know. I got a three headed questions. So can you find peace? Can you find peace? If you're in a fun up financial situation, That's one. Can you find peace? Can you find peace, like if you're knee deep in the streets, like really at the climax of just in the streets, like beefing and all that crazy ship And then the third one is can you find peace if you're in a badder toxic relationship? I feel like you can find it, but I feel like it's necessary to get away from that. You gotta find peace in order not to be stuck in that cycle. What I'm saying, but if you if you don't find peace inside yourself, you don't always look at it for what it is. Instead of looking at it but what it is, you get what I'm saying, You're gonna look at it for what you think it is. But what if somebody wake up in their prayers? Man, I want to find peace, but I'm in a situation like this situation. They might be in the streets working whatever the case is, and they can't leave this. They want to, but they can't leave it cold turkey. This is how they probably feed their folks or they need deep But most beefs is just talk, not even just about it, geting until you hear what if you you want out because can't sleep right because you're looking over your shoulder that come with that certain ship when you signed up a certain ship and just come with come with it, so you can't find but you could be at beach like that though. That's what if you keep how to balance, if you know how to accept what come with what you're doing. You know what I'm saying that the same way with this ship with uh with big facts. People make comments on our ship like like they were saying that time they should have said whatever to what to do? Now we still was at peace with it, Like oh man, because these niggas took a twenty second clip and made a whole assumption about the ship, but they didn't even look at the whole interview to see where we were coming from before that. How you received ship, what's gonna gon gonna disturb your piece? That's what I'm saying, Like I look like me within me right now. That's how I feel like I'm receiving some whole ass ship and taking it in like it really is something that's affected me when it's not, because I know I'm not a hardass nigger to do something like that, So like why would I even And it's all words and opinions, you know, what I'm saying. If somebody tell you, like, bro, you probably need an afrol. I don't want my mother afrol. Why am I gonna get upset about that? That's an opinion in words, that ship ain't gonna affect my life. It you can show them some real ship, they still gonna say you fakes ye, so waste your time even trying to be to nobody. Never stress about what's going on right now. Like right now we could be seeing here chilling, but your stress coming from sheep that happened yesterday or the set that you think might happen tomorrow, and you can't control neither one. You can see the pasture that the only thing you stressed about is the past. In the future you don't stress about. And then everything you worry about sometimes rarely never happened or if you keep, if you keep but now, if you keep putting too much mental power on it. Yeah mania ship, Yeah for sure, you definitely can't change got them what happened yesterday, It already happened. That why people be like take me like, like you don't have no remorse or no regrets, so ship by ship, I don't because this ship already don't happen. Yeah, you know what I'm saying, Like you could be remorseful for something that's happened in the past, How that stress not necessarily just by identifying what you've done or how it may have affected other people and then learning from that situation for sure. For sure, what I'm saying like things that you're done to yourself not to nobody else, Like hey, if I did something to her and then or whoever and my kids whatever here, Yeah, I feel like I'm I'm probably apologized to you for the rest of my life about that. But I'm saying, like things that I've done, like the season that I've made. If I went on Instagram and did some more boats away as ship, I can't keep thinking about that, then that ship last. You don't thinking about this year, like damn, I shouldn't. I didn't. You can't keeping yourself up. That ain't peaceful when I got big? So do you think it's bullshit when people apologize for things that they've said years ago, Like how like social media now would bring up old tweets from like two thousand twelve, and then now people are going back and apologizing for things that they said, Like I want to apologize. I don't know. I don't know at the end of the day, if I said it in that moment, that's how I felt. You know what I'm saying, I want to on the way I apologize for it. If it's like to somebody i'm trying to make means with or some ship. You know what I'm saying, I'm trying to move forward past that with this relationship with like say things with my family or my wife or something. Then here, Yeah, I'm gonna apologize every day about that ship I used to be doing. Just let you know I ain't on that, you know what I'm saying. But if it's like it's still gonna be fun you and it's fuck me, I'm not. I'm not taking back what I said. That's how I felt in the moment. But what like I was saying earlier, I'm saying, I ain't saying I want to be but it buty with no it again. What I'm saying is I release, I'm clearing my heart of me feeling a way about some ship that I can never change. Yeah, but I feel like when it comes to ship like that, like apologizing about old tweets and ship like that, I feel like it can go like both ways. Like on one hand, the person could be apologizing because for lack of a better way to put it, they've been caught or you know what I'm saying, that ship has been brought back up and they know that it's going to affect their money or affect their business or whatever. But on the other hand, it could be a situation where when they did the ship initially all those years ago, they could have apologized for it then, and now people are bringing it back up to like trying to flip the situation on them, and they're just like genuinely apologizing from a real place again to just like show that fucking extra remorse that they still had back then. But now that people are trying to bring it up and flip it, they might just really be like coming from a real, genuine place. It could go like either way, but not of times. I'll attend like a lot of people are apologizing because, like Black said, if they said it in that moment, that's how they felt in that moment. And the only reason that they're trying to clean it up is because it's going to affect their livelihood. And see, I understand, see certain ship in your character. You have to peep yourself and see where you're flowering in your character. And I did that. You know what I'm saying my flowers, I tell people the truth about them, and they don't want to hear that. When the motherucker lying to themselves. They hate you because you not going for the lot that they're lying to themselves. And yet how many friends do you really have. So that's the thing. You got to count. How many friends do you really have? Some of us got five at the most. But we talked a hundred people that you understand what I'm saying. So the other ninety five, No, you shouldn't tell them the truth. That's the problem we're doing. We just say because we're around each other, so we think we're friends. No, you're just hanging out. Like just say, if I'm like we just told me the other day, if I'm upset with and I'm gone for two or three days ball, he's gonna call him and be like, oh you still playing hard?
