The Man With the Red Eyes: The Story of a Family Haunting

True Scary Story

It began with knocks and shadow figures in a military barracks, but it didn’t end there. From a grandmother who uncovered buried witchcraft, to children who see figures in the night, to generations plagued by footsteps, scratches, and red-eyed apparitions, this family seems forever bound to something dark. Was it passed down like an inheritance, or was it unleashed long ago?

<v Speaker 1>His eyes were red, they were glowing red. Right laid
<v Speaker 1>there in such shock. This thing was staring straight into
<v Speaker 1>my soul.
<v Speaker 2>With what was thought to be just an isolated scare,
<v Speaker 2>we realized that the haunting was in the bloodline, a
<v Speaker 2>family curse that seemed the tournament to follow them wherever
<v Speaker 2>they went. My name is Edwin, and here is Gabriel
<v Speaker 2>and Lina's true scary story.
<v Speaker 3>Ever since I was a kid, I always wanted to
<v Speaker 3>join the military. I was a kid that would watch
<v Speaker 3>war movies and read the World War Two history books,
<v Speaker 3>all that my grandfather was a chief foreign officer in
<v Speaker 3>an army. Fast forward to January twenty twenty twelve, I
<v Speaker 3>ship out to Fort Seal.
<v Speaker 4>Fort Seal is located in Lawton, Oklahoma.
<v Speaker 3>Lawton apparently already has hauntings as it is at the time,
<v Speaker 3>it was Comanche Land. You can imagine there was bloodshed,
<v Speaker 3>there was sacred burial grounds, all that stuff. So, for
<v Speaker 3>all we know, we were marching on that. In the army,
<v Speaker 3>they have this wonderful thing called fireguard. You're up for
<v Speaker 3>about two hours in the middle of the night. Sometimes
<v Speaker 3>you get lucky, you don't get it. Sometimes you're unlucky
<v Speaker 3>for me that day. It was the unlucky two to
<v Speaker 3>four am shift, Me and my buddy. You're in charge
<v Speaker 3>of forty to fifty dudes. You have to make sure
<v Speaker 3>everybody's in bed, every weapon is secured. If you got
<v Speaker 3>to go to the restroom, then you gotta go, let
<v Speaker 3>the fireguard know. Whenever you're done, you come back, go
<v Speaker 3>back to bed, all that stuff, and then you got
<v Speaker 3>to make sure everybody's accounted for, because if not, the
<v Speaker 3>drill sergeant will come in and if any of your
<v Speaker 3>numbers are wrong, he's going to smoke you. Smoking is
<v Speaker 3>just physical fitness correction, like they say. So it's about
<v Speaker 3>three o'clock of all times, I'm sitting there, riding home
<v Speaker 3>to my mom, swapping stores on my buddy. We're checking
<v Speaker 3>everybody's in bed, all's quiet. Three fifteen comes around and
<v Speaker 3>I hear like three little taps on the door leading
<v Speaker 3>to the outside stairs. Nobody should be out there. If
<v Speaker 3>the drill sergeant needs to come in, he just opens
<v Speaker 3>the door, turns there's an alarm, so he.
<v Speaker 4>Kills the alarm, opens the door with a key.
<v Speaker 3>There's no no reason for anybody to be outside. Look
<v Speaker 3>at my buddy, I'm like, you heard that, right, bro,
<v Speaker 3>and he's like, yeah, brother, I heard it. So I
<v Speaker 3>go to the door and a drill sergeant.
<v Speaker 4>Drill startan nothing. So I turn around and start walking
<v Speaker 4>towards the desk, and it's just bang, bang bang right
<v Speaker 4>behind my head. Both of us our eyes are white.
<v Speaker 4>I'm like, oh, my bad. Drill starts. I turn around.
<v Speaker 3>I popped that door open. The alarm just starts blaring.
<v Speaker 3>The lights were flashing. I look out. There's nothing there,
<v Speaker 3>not a single soul inside, just the darkness of the
<v Speaker 3>staircase leading down. My buddy and I are looking at
<v Speaker 3>each other. They're like, dude, we're gonna get all these
<v Speaker 3>dudes smoke. We're gonna be in so much trouble with
<v Speaker 3>drill Starten comes up. He's like, why is this door open? Like,
<v Speaker 3>drill Start, I swear I heard you knocking. I heard
<v Speaker 3>you tap three times. He looked at me. His eyes
<v Speaker 3>were huge, like you could tell he had like a
<v Speaker 3>moment of realization, and his face kind of went white.
<v Speaker 4>He knew I wasn't joking. I wasn't lying. Maybe he
<v Speaker 4>heard about it before, I don't know.
<v Speaker 3>He looks at me and I'm like, here, comes, I'm
<v Speaker 3>either gonna get kicked out of the military or something.
<v Speaker 4>So I did something stupid. He looks at me.
<v Speaker 3>He says, keep this fing door close, Private, go back
<v Speaker 3>to f and sleep, and just left us.
<v Speaker 4>There's no way I just got away with that. There's
<v Speaker 4>no way.
<v Speaker 3>But like I said, I think he had this realization
<v Speaker 3>of maybe there was something going on that he had seen.
<v Speaker 3>Like I said, Lawton's plenty haunted. Thirty minutes later, you know,
<v Speaker 3>I'm doing my rounds, making sure everybody's in bed. I
<v Speaker 3>got the count, weapons are counted for. All the guys
<v Speaker 3>are asleep in bed where they should be. I'm walking
<v Speaker 3>towards the back of the bay. There's about fifty beds.
<v Speaker 3>You know, you got four rows of beds. I'm walking
<v Speaker 3>towards the back of the bay. The light from the
<v Speaker 3>fireguard desk doesn't really go all the way back there,
<v Speaker 3>so I have, you know, my little flashlight. I'm looking
<v Speaker 3>around and have the red lens to keep your night
<v Speaker 3>vision good. I look up and I just I see
<v Speaker 3>this figure that's darker than the darkness around him.
<v Speaker 4>I just checked.
<v Speaker 3>Everybody's asleep. You know, everybody's accounted for it. Nobody should
<v Speaker 3>be out of bed. So I raised that light up
<v Speaker 3>and it's just gone. The person was gone. I didn't
<v Speaker 3>know what to think or say. I don't know if
<v Speaker 3>me opening the door let something in, I don't know,
<v Speaker 3>but it definitely was a life changing experience because I
<v Speaker 3>had always tried to be the skeptic. I always, even
<v Speaker 3>to this day, I try to find ways to explain things.
<v Speaker 3>But my buddy next to me that was on fire
<v Speaker 3>guard with me, he definitely saw it, and to this
<v Speaker 3>day I wonder if I can get in touch with
<v Speaker 3>him and he'll definitely remember it. I think both of
<v Speaker 3>us tried to play it off like Okay, that didn't happen.
<v Speaker 3>You know what's crazy, man, I'm looking at this writer post.
<v Speaker 3>It says fifty people in our platoon. It sounds just
<v Speaker 3>like mine. Had fireguard to to a shift. I was
<v Speaker 3>walking towards the little closet of LA train, which is
<v Speaker 3>a restroom, and as I approached in the closet turned on.
<v Speaker 4>It was activated by a switch, not motion.
<v Speaker 3>This guy has the exact same story as I do
<v Speaker 3>of something was walking towards the back. Maybe it was
<v Speaker 3>the barracks that I opened up. My bat mine was
<v Speaker 3>in twenty twelve and he just posted it and they
<v Speaker 3>said it was twenty seventeen. The fact that they're still
<v Speaker 3>seeing shadow figures over there after what I saw is
<v Speaker 3>pretty crazy. Now that I'm married to my wife, she's
<v Speaker 3>got a bunch of wonderful history when it comes to
<v Speaker 3>the paranormal. Really, mine was just kind of like an
<v Speaker 3>appetizer because Lena's stories, I'm telling you, manter hers are
<v Speaker 3>way better than mine.
<v Speaker 4>I can say that.
<v Speaker 1>I grew up in the nineties sent Antonio, for the
<v Speaker 1>most part, lived a normal life, mom, dad, younger brother.
<v Speaker 1>I was around eight years old when I started noticing
<v Speaker 1>weird things happening around the room during the night. The
<v Speaker 1>hallway that we had was very long hallway. I was
<v Speaker 1>always afraid to walk down that hallway, just because as
<v Speaker 1>a kid, you see it as something's going to jump
<v Speaker 1>out and grab me. So looking down when I would
<v Speaker 1>go to my room, i'd just run really fast and
<v Speaker 1>lock myself in the room, just hoping that something wasn't
<v Speaker 1>following me. So it was towards the middle of the
<v Speaker 1>night when I started noticing footsteps and I thought, well,
<v Speaker 1>this house is a little old, so maybe it's just
<v Speaker 1>a creaking noise. But you know, anything that you hear
<v Speaker 1>as a child is going to scare you. And then
<v Speaker 1>the footsteps started to happen more frequently. It was an
<v Speaker 1>ongoing and I've always had issues with sleeping at night.
<v Speaker 1>From footsteps, it went to scratching on the doors very lightly.
<v Speaker 1>It started faint, and then it would get a little louder,
<v Speaker 1>and then I would notice some scratching along the hallway.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't think it was my brother because he was
<v Speaker 1>a lot younger than me at the time. So as
<v Speaker 1>those things started happening, I would listen to the conversations
<v Speaker 1>my mom would have on the phone with my grandma.
<v Speaker 1>Eight year old me wondered, is she going through the
<v Speaker 1>same thing. She really don't want to tell me the
<v Speaker 1>whole story, considering that I was still a kid, you know,
<v Speaker 1>she didn't want to scare me even more, but she
<v Speaker 1>would just mention that my grandma would see things. She
<v Speaker 1>would also hear knocking on windows in the middle of
<v Speaker 1>the night, footsteps as well. My aunt, who was also
<v Speaker 1>pretty young at the time, would mention she would see
<v Speaker 1>little people running across the room. She would see a
<v Speaker 1>man walk in the hallways full form, not even a
<v Speaker 1>shadow person, but just a man. I remember one of
<v Speaker 1>my cousins saying every night, at around three am, she
<v Speaker 1>would hear chains outside the window, big heavy chains, and
<v Speaker 1>when she looked, there was what looked to be like
<v Speaker 1>a demon walking staring right at her. One of the
<v Speaker 1>things that my grandma would tell my mom was, there's
<v Speaker 1>a clown that keeps popping up on the ceiling, just
<v Speaker 1>poking its head out from the ceiling. As I'm resting,
<v Speaker 1>I would look up and this clown head would just
<v Speaker 1>pop out from the ceiling. I didn't know what to do.
<v Speaker 1>I just, you know, would put my hands in my
<v Speaker 1>face and just pray. So me as a kid, I
<v Speaker 1>you know, would kind of listen in the corner because
<v Speaker 1>I knew that my mom didn't want me listening to that.
<v Speaker 1>At eight years old, I would think, you know, did
<v Speaker 1>they transfer over to me? Because at the time we
<v Speaker 1>lived right next door to each other, and so that
<v Speaker 1>has always stayed in the back of my mind as
<v Speaker 1>to what was going on at her house. My mom
<v Speaker 1>and I would always visit my grandma. Back then we
<v Speaker 1>had the phones where you know, the cords and stuff,
<v Speaker 1>and I said, you know what, I'm going to call
<v Speaker 1>my house knowing nobody was there. I grabbed my grandma's
<v Speaker 1>phone to call our house. Asked me why I did it.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know, but I called my house phone and
<v Speaker 1>I didn't obviously think that anything was going to happen.
<v Speaker 1>That was just going to ring and I was going
<v Speaker 1>to leave a silly little boy small But somebody answered
<v Speaker 1>and said and it hung up, and I threw the
<v Speaker 1>phone and I told my mom somebody's at our house
<v Speaker 1>because they answered the phone, and she says, no, no.
<v Speaker 1>There was a night I was trying to go to sleep.
<v Speaker 1>I felt the bed shaking. It was kind of pushing
<v Speaker 1>on my mattress, shaking me, and I thought it was
<v Speaker 1>my brother, because you know sometimes he would play around
<v Speaker 1>and try and scare me. I looked over the bed
<v Speaker 1>and I didn't see anybody there. Nobody looked under the bed. Nothing.
<v Speaker 1>I said, okay, well let me ignore it, let me
<v Speaker 1>go to sleep. The next thing I knew, it was
<v Speaker 1>shaking really hard. Before I knew it, my bed was
<v Speaker 1>off the floor and it was levitating. My body ran cold.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't know how to react, how this was happening,
<v Speaker 1>and then it just fell. I was in a state
<v Speaker 1>of shock to where I didn't even tell my mom.
<v Speaker 1>Most of the things that happened, I didn't tell her
<v Speaker 1>because I figured, you know, like would she believe me,
<v Speaker 1>would she think I'm crazy? So I kept it to myself.
<v Speaker 1>Most of the things that happened, I kept to myself. Now,
<v Speaker 1>I always sleep with my door closed. Is because I
<v Speaker 1>would always see the shadow people walk by my room
<v Speaker 1>as a kid, I just didn't want anybody coming into
<v Speaker 1>my room if they were outside, you know, there's no
<v Speaker 1>way they could come and get me. But I would
<v Speaker 1>still hear the scratches and the tappings on the door.
<v Speaker 3>If you dig into shadow people, apparently whenever you speak
<v Speaker 3>about them that you give them power and for them
<v Speaker 3>to pop up more.
<v Speaker 4>She had gone to like a friend's thing, and she
<v Speaker 4>was telling that story.
<v Speaker 1>Well.
<v Speaker 3>That same night, it was I don't know two three
<v Speaker 3>in the morning. I woke up and I saw something
<v Speaker 3>sitting in our bed, and I thought it was her
<v Speaker 3>again like I experienced basic training. It was a It
<v Speaker 3>was darker than the darkness around it. I saw its
<v Speaker 3>ears were almost pointed in a way like a lf ear's.
<v Speaker 3>I thought it was her, so I kind of just
<v Speaker 3>grabbed at it. After that, I don't remember what happened.
<v Speaker 3>I just went back to sleep.
<v Speaker 1>Thankfully, I work overnight, so most of the time he's
<v Speaker 1>home alone. And he even mentioned too, like what time
<v Speaker 1>did you come in? I said, I just got here,
<v Speaker 1>not too long ago. He says, But I hugged you.
<v Speaker 1>I said, that wasn't me. Going back to childhood. Two
<v Speaker 1>years later, my dad passed in a tragic accident. As
<v Speaker 1>a family, you know, it was something that we didn't
<v Speaker 1>know how to handle. He was the protector in our home.
<v Speaker 1>We were so close with him. Anytime that I would
<v Speaker 1>be afraid at night, I knew that I could run
<v Speaker 1>to the room, run into my dad's arms, and I
<v Speaker 1>would be safe. But since we didn't have that anymore,
<v Speaker 1>it just felt so empty. Time goes on, and my
<v Speaker 1>mom and I learned how to manage on our own.
<v Speaker 1>Her being a single mom. She would cook for us
<v Speaker 1>every night and you know, just try to make things
<v Speaker 1>around the house a little more peaceful. Anytime she would cook,
<v Speaker 1>I would fall asleep before the food was even ready.
<v Speaker 1>This one particular night, she was making pork chops, which
<v Speaker 1>was one of my favorite meals. I said, Mom, please,
<v Speaker 1>if I happened to fall asleep, wake me up, she said, okay.
<v Speaker 1>Next thing I knew. It was in the middle of
<v Speaker 1>the night. All the lights were off, the after smell
<v Speaker 1>of the cooking. Once it was done, I still smelled
<v Speaker 1>that in the air. We had this really big window
<v Speaker 1>in the living room and it was one of the
<v Speaker 1>prettiest windows. You know. You could see the view, You
<v Speaker 1>just see everything looking out in the middle of the night,
<v Speaker 1>you could see the glare of the moon. The moon
<v Speaker 1>was just shining right that night. Then I was laying
<v Speaker 1>on the couch just admiring it as a kid. Then
<v Speaker 1>I started to feel something behind me. We had a
<v Speaker 1>long couch. Right next to the couch was a spinning chair.
<v Speaker 1>I look and there's a man dressed in all white.
<v Speaker 1>He's glowing eyes were red. They were glowing red. Right
<v Speaker 1>laid there in such shock. This thing was staring straight
<v Speaker 1>into my soul. I wanted to jump over the couch
<v Speaker 1>and run to the room, but I also didn't want
<v Speaker 1>to run right past it, because I was thinking, what
<v Speaker 1>is it going to do if I run past it?
<v Speaker 1>Is it going to take me? Is am I going
<v Speaker 1>to get possessed? Like what's going on? I always figured
<v Speaker 1>these shadows, the ones that I had seen when I
<v Speaker 1>was younger, were always, you know, just your typical shadow figures,
<v Speaker 1>but this one was in white. A lot of people say, oh,
<v Speaker 1>it was your dad, Well no, because I did feel
<v Speaker 1>evil they did have red eyes. Just ran past it,
<v Speaker 1>ran to my mom's room, and I never forgot about it,
<v Speaker 1>and I could still to this day see that picture
<v Speaker 1>in my head of the man in white with red eyes.
<v Speaker 1>I remember also during the times that I would spend
<v Speaker 1>with my friends, we brought out the Widgi board. Not
<v Speaker 1>knowing anything about it back then, I didn't see the
<v Speaker 1>harm in it or that it could really do anything.
<v Speaker 1>But what I was told by my friends, you know,
<v Speaker 1>growing up in the early two thousands, was oh, you
<v Speaker 1>could speak to dead people. Let's see who we can
<v Speaker 1>talk to. The planchet would move as we would ask
<v Speaker 1>it questions, but I always thought it was their hands
<v Speaker 1>moving mine, making up stories, until later on I noticed
<v Speaker 1>that more things started to happen. Back in twenty fourteen,
<v Speaker 1>I married my husband. We lived in a town home.
<v Speaker 1>That's when I started to notice movements, whether it be
<v Speaker 1>the doors, scratching on the walls, and then footsteps. And
<v Speaker 1>this town home was two stories and I was always
<v Speaker 1>downstairs watching TV during the day because he was at work,
<v Speaker 1>and I would just hear footsteps, you know, it would
<v Speaker 1>get scared because I was alone, and I would call
<v Speaker 1>him and say, hey, I think somebody's in the house,
<v Speaker 1>and he would just tell me there's nobody there. Trying
<v Speaker 1>to debunk something and oh, you're just hearing things, or
<v Speaker 1>it's old. It's an old place. Of course it's going
<v Speaker 1>to creek.
<v Speaker 3>I tried to be the protector and try and debunk
<v Speaker 3>it as best as I could, just trying to now, Obabe,
<v Speaker 3>you're fine, you're fine. Maybe it's the neighbors. Maybe you know,
<v Speaker 3>it's an it was an apartment town home. Maybe it's
<v Speaker 3>the neighbors running across. Until one particular night, I was
<v Speaker 3>working in the in the evening. She calls me and
<v Speaker 3>there was the balcony door. She's like, honey, the balcony
<v Speaker 3>door is open, and like we came home and it
<v Speaker 3>was wide open, like there's no way, so, you know,
<v Speaker 3>I rush home and sure enough it was open. She
<v Speaker 3>didn't go inside. Whenever she pulled up, she could see
<v Speaker 3>the door was open. That's whenever I went and I checked,
<v Speaker 3>you know, I cleared the apartment.
<v Speaker 4>There was nothing there.
<v Speaker 3>That's really whenever I started becoming a believer when it
<v Speaker 3>comes to her dealing with this stuff. I can remember
<v Speaker 3>one particular night, I think she was working her nursing job.
<v Speaker 3>I was sitting there, it was just me by myself,
<v Speaker 3>and we have one of those five gallon water dispensers,
<v Speaker 3>and I always left my work cap on it.
<v Speaker 4>So I'm sitting there watching YouTube or whatever, and my
<v Speaker 4>cap just flies off. It wasn't a breeze, it wasn't
<v Speaker 4>anything like that. My cap literally flies off at least
<v Speaker 4>eight feet to the right.
<v Speaker 3>I look at it dumbfounded, and again me being a skeptic,
<v Speaker 3>I'm like, hey, if you're a real ghost, through it again.
<v Speaker 4>That was a mistake.
<v Speaker 3>We had a little doggy door that swings open back
<v Speaker 3>and forth. You know, to close it keep your babies out.
<v Speaker 4>Of the kitchen. It's not a light gate.
<v Speaker 3>You got to give it a little force to close it,
<v Speaker 3>and it makes a little pop noise. After I said
<v Speaker 3>if you're a real ghost, do it again, this gate
<v Speaker 3>just slammed. I was like, Okay, now I'm definitely a believer.
<v Speaker 3>That's what definitely made me start rethinking it's not in
<v Speaker 3>her head anything like that.
<v Speaker 1>From marriage twenty fifteen. That's when we had our first son.
<v Speaker 1>For the most part, everything was normal, you know, getting
<v Speaker 1>used to the parenting life, kind of adjusting as he
<v Speaker 1>got older. Started around one he would say, my mo,
<v Speaker 1>there's froggies dancing in the in the window. Do you
<v Speaker 1>see them? I said, no, what are you talking about?
<v Speaker 3>Where?
<v Speaker 1>He's like, look right there, they're dancing. I said no,
<v Speaker 1>but you know, hopefully I can see them. And I thought, okay,
<v Speaker 1>maybe it's just a one time thing. But for the
<v Speaker 1>next several weeks he would say, Mama, look there's the frogs. Again.
<v Speaker 1>There's a frogs And I didn't see anything. Where is
<v Speaker 1>this coming from? About three years later, he was four,
<v Speaker 1>because he started school in our room. You know, we
<v Speaker 1>always had the door open. I had this huge mirror,
<v Speaker 1>you know, that reflected where the stairs were. So that
<v Speaker 1>was one thing that I was always afraid of, was
<v Speaker 1>I was going to see something in the mirror. I
<v Speaker 1>have before shadow figures walking at night, and I would
<v Speaker 1>look and see faces in the corner darkness. I would
<v Speaker 1>do my best not to pay attention to it. But
<v Speaker 1>in the morning, I was getting my son ready for school,
<v Speaker 1>and he says, Hey, Mama, who is that lady looking
<v Speaker 1>at you? In the middle of the night, I went
<v Speaker 1>to the restroom and I walked past your room and
<v Speaker 1>there was a lady standing over you, watching you sleep.
<v Speaker 1>I thought maybe he was just dreaming. You know, he'll
<v Speaker 1>forget about it after school and you know, everything will
<v Speaker 1>be fine. Went to go pick him up from school,
<v Speaker 1>and he said, so, Mama, who is that lady? Every
<v Speaker 1>now and then I would hear someone talking, whispering but
<v Speaker 1>actually calling my name and just mumbling things. I really
<v Speaker 1>couldn't ever understand what they were saying, but I heard whispering.
<v Speaker 1>You know. I would get ready for work and I
<v Speaker 1>would my name being whispered, and I look and I
<v Speaker 1>thought it was my husband. But I turned and I
<v Speaker 1>even opened my restroom door, and nobody was there. The
<v Speaker 1>things that my mom and my grandma would always talk
<v Speaker 1>about when we would go to her house are the
<v Speaker 1>things that she heard. So at an older age, you know,
<v Speaker 1>I was more curious, like, hey, Mom, so what really
<v Speaker 1>happened with grandma? Liked was she really seeing these things?
<v Speaker 1>There was a moment where she showed a picture and
<v Speaker 1>in this picture, it was at a family function, and
<v Speaker 1>the picture was of my aunt. They were standing in
<v Speaker 1>front of a TV and it was one of those
<v Speaker 1>old time TVs, you know, back in the two thousands.
<v Speaker 1>The screen was bold, but the lights were off. The
<v Speaker 1>only thing shining was kind of like the kitchen light
<v Speaker 1>reflecting where everyone else was. But in the TV was
<v Speaker 1>a group of people staring straight at the camera. But
<v Speaker 1>there was nowhere around where these people would be, nor
<v Speaker 1>could we recognize who they were. So this picture was
<v Speaker 1>passed around shown like who were these people? How did
<v Speaker 1>they end up in there? If the TV was off?
<v Speaker 1>But let me tell you what actually happened. One day,
<v Speaker 1>my grandma was doing her gardening in the backyard. She
<v Speaker 1>said she found voodoo like voodoo doll stuff that happens
<v Speaker 1>when they do witchcraft, that was buried in the ground
<v Speaker 1>in her backyard. Right away, she threw it away and
<v Speaker 1>ever since then she never had anything bad happen in
<v Speaker 1>her house again. So what I'm thinking is whatever was
<v Speaker 1>going on at her house, you know, in the early
<v Speaker 1>two thousands, was also transferring to our house, and I
<v Speaker 1>was experiencing those things. I think that my grandma was
<v Speaker 1>so terrified of everything that she was experiencing in her
<v Speaker 1>life in the years, because it would happen to her
<v Speaker 1>every single day. And not only did it happen to her,
<v Speaker 1>but it happened to my aunt, who was a teenager
<v Speaker 1>at the time. My grandma wanted nothing to do with it.
<v Speaker 1>She didn't want to talk about it. She just wanted
<v Speaker 1>to forget. My aunt would mention that she would see
<v Speaker 1>the same clown that my grandma would see when she
<v Speaker 1>would be passing the wounds, walking down the hall in
<v Speaker 1>the corner of just the face in the darkness. Did
<v Speaker 1>it circle all around us? Is it something within the family.
<v Speaker 1>It's just the unexplained that so many things happened to.
<v Speaker 4>Us.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think it ever left me even now. At work,
<v Speaker 1>I noticed things, you know, I'm a nurse at a
<v Speaker 1>correctional facility. Either it follows me or it's just you know,
<v Speaker 1>paranormal things, you know, seeing those shadow figures passed by,
<v Speaker 1>or our medication jowers would just fly open and then
<v Speaker 1>shut clothes, or when I would walk past the facility,
<v Speaker 1>I saw a face staring right at me. Where there
<v Speaker 1>it was a cell that no one should have been
<v Speaker 1>in there. Most of the time, these things happened when
<v Speaker 1>I'm by myself, you know.
<v Speaker 3>From the outside looking in to her family. I don't
<v Speaker 3>know if it's some kind of curse. Unfortunately, her cousin
<v Speaker 3>lost her dad and my wife lost her dad also,
<v Speaker 3>and they were brothers. I don't know if something was
<v Speaker 3>attached to that thing that their grandma found and for
<v Speaker 3>some reason it went after the dad's It makes you
<v Speaker 3>wonder what's actually going on that we don't know about.
<v Speaker 4>All we do is just pray and pray and as
<v Speaker 4>Jesus for protection.
<v Speaker 1>It hasn't left, and I don't think it'll ever leave.
