As Keiran gets ready to move to Millfield School we reflect on his journey through swimming and coaching so far, as well as looking back on his success at Sevenoaks Swimming Club.
We talk about his coaching philosophies around a no-pressure, enjoyable team environment, helping keep his young swimmers in the sport when outside pressures, such as school exams, take over and touch upon how he's looked to protect star young swimmer Eva Okaro with more outside interest on her groundbreaking performances.
