He wants to change the law to where now instead of getting permits at sixteen for driver's license, you get them at fifteen. And instead of getting your full license at seventeen, you would get it at sixteen. So basically you would get a permit a year earlier, and you would get your full license a year earlier. When I was a kid, you got it at sixteen, but now at seventeen, So it would take it back to sixteen and then allow the permit to go to fifteen.
