B's Come Back Down Two Goals In The 3rd, Beat New Jersey 5-4 In The Shootout | Ep. #33

Morning Bru with Jaffe & Razor

March 30th, 2021: The Boston Bruins found themselves down two goals entering the 3rd period on Tuesday night against a New Jersey team and goaltender that has had their number all season.  Defensemen Charlie McAvoy and Matt Grzelcyk poured in a goal apiece in the final frame to send it to overtime.  The game was decided in the shootout as Charlie Coyle and David Pastrnak each scored and Jaro Halak stopped both attempts he faced.  Tonight marked Brandon Carlo’s return to the lineup after recovering from a concussion.  The Bruins will be back on the ice Thursday night against the Pittsburgh Penguins at TD Garden.
