Speaker 1: Hey, everyonell welcome back to bed for a happy hour. I'm Joe and I'm Serena, and we are here to recap The Women Tell All. Hi Serena, Hi Joe. Welcome back, Thank you, thank you. Yeah. I had to take a half an episode off because I had food poisoning, I believe.

00:00:20
Speaker 2: Yes, I had the privilege of watching the live taping of The Woman Tell All on Zoom and then we recorded immediately after the taping with a few of the ladies and grants, so that episode will be dropping on Thursday, so stay tuned for that.

00:00:36
Speaker 1: And I was puking in the bathroom because I think I had a bad clam.

00:00:41
Speaker 2: I will save you like neurovirus, to be honest, either.

00:00:44
Speaker 1: The yeah, I don't know. I mean it lasted like almost forty eight hours. I was nauseous for probably three days after. But today I feel pretty good.

00:00:54
Speaker 2: Well happy you're feeling better so that we can do this recap together, because the soul who recap just sounds really hard.

00:01:00
Speaker 1: To be honest, I've done them. I will say food poisoning really is just the worst, because now I'm very worried about anything I eat.

00:01:09
Speaker 2: Yeah, you know your food anxiety.

00:01:12
Speaker 1: It lingers. It lingers for a.

00:01:13
Speaker 2: While mentally and physically.

00:01:15
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, because I'm like, I love baked clams, but I'm worried about baked clams.

00:01:19
Speaker 2: Yeah. I think last time I got food poisoning it was from clams too, and I've.

00:01:24
Speaker 1: Been, I've been. We haven't had oysters in a long time either, And I don't know if I'll ever get an oyster again.

00:01:30
Speaker 2: I think you will. I think you will. But let's get into the Woman till all and off of your food poisoning. What were your thoughts on the episode overall?

00:01:38
Speaker 1: Overall, it really felt like a Carolina show.

00:01:43
Speaker 2: Yeah, which I mean a lot of the season has felt that way.

00:01:46
Speaker 1: I don't. I don't think so. I don't think a lot of the season I felt.

00:01:49
Speaker 2: I feel like the last few episodes have been very Carolina focused and the drama with Carolina and her kind of roller coaster of a relationship with Grant. Yeah.

00:01:59
Speaker 1: It's funny too, because like she she came to the reunion or the Women Tell All with like a quote of something that she said, I forget what it.

00:02:08
Speaker 2: Was like quote on the front of her jacket and on the back of her jacket that she had said in the episodes.

00:02:15
Speaker 1: Which to me, like after watching this show for so many years, like I wouldn't even really pin her like the villain. Like I get I guess she she is kind of the main focus of the drama during the season, but like there's been so many more people in the past that have really stood out as like, oh, like like when I when I think of like what was see remember Shane from like Clayton season.

00:02:47
Speaker 2: Yeah, people that are actively doing things knowing they're gonna be controversial, but and that's kind of like why they're doing them. Like Shane was like pulling clay and then doing things, and she was kind of like leaning into this controversial character. But I don't think that's what Carolina is doing. I don't know if I would consider her. I mean, I guess she Like if there was a villain this season, I guess it would be Caroleina, But I feel like the girls wouldn't describe her as a villain and more just as someone that was creating a lot of problems in controversy in the house. I mean, she's definitely a villains Rose. If I'm Rose, I'm like, yeah, she is my villain.

00:03:26
Speaker 1: I just feel like they're just there wasn't I there just wasn't as much this season, like and when I mean like there wasn't as much, there just wasn't a lot of anything.

00:03:41
Speaker 2: Really really, I'm so surprised to hear you say that. Yeah, I feel like it was very much like the Zoe drama with Ali Joe, with the basketball date and all of that, for like the first two three weeks and then week three four on, it was very much the girls against Carolina.

00:04:00
Speaker 1: Yeah. I just I just here, on a scale of like one through ten, I would like if I put like drama from like past seasons, you know, at like eight nine, like I would compare the Zoe Carolina of this season to be like a six. It was all very mild to me. It just seemed like it seemed like there wasn't much going on, so it was like, Okay, well Carolina's upset, let's let's do that.

00:04:31
Speaker 2: I don't know if I agree with that, Okay. I feel like if you asked the women in the house, they would feel like the Carolina drama was incredibly consuming of their time and their experience.

00:04:41
Speaker 1: Okay, Okay, I guess because like maybe maybe it was the way Grant handled it really made it feel a little more like meaningless to me, or it was just a little more tame. Yeah, it could be that. Like I maybe if, maybe, if the Carolina drama of it all really affected it Grant in his like behavior and decisions, it would have been a bigger thing. I just don't think it really did.

00:05:08
Speaker 2: Even with like, you know, the controversy with her and Rows, the controversy between her and Juliana, her and Dina's fight. I feel like every episode she was like going at it with someone.

00:05:20
Speaker 1: I'll say, if Carolina and Dina's fight happened three episodes prior and then continued, it would be similar to like Maria and Sydney.

00:05:34
Speaker 2: I would have loved to see it two on one this season, I feel like there just wasn't enough time because it is a shorter season. I feel like if there was like two.

00:05:40
Speaker 1: More, I guess I guess that's kind of my point too. There just wasn't much going on, like we don't get it too on one, Like there were so many like like aspects of the show. I feel like that we were missing. Yeah, maybe because it was a shorter scenes.

00:05:55
Speaker 2: I do feel like we weren't getting I don't want to say we weren't getting the full picture, but it definitely felt like the drama with Carolina wasn't as in depth, maybe because it was a shorter season and we didn't get to see as much of kind of the dynamic amongst her and the women. And yeah, I would have loved a two on one. I think her aunt like Ali, Joe and Zoe, or Carolina and Rose, Carolina and Dina, Like, there was a lot of opportunities for some good two on ones this season, and I am bummed that we didn't get one.

00:06:28
Speaker 1: Yeah, I think missing those those two episodes.

00:06:31
Speaker 2: Because it kind of is this like grand finale for the drama.

00:06:36
Speaker 1: Usually Yeah, yeah, but I think I think what's going to be the biggest talk of the season is clearly going to be the ending, because it really seems like Grant makes a decision like with like five seconds on the clock.

00:06:49
Speaker 2: Yeah, they're like, hey, we have two black SUVs pulling up, which one is going first?

00:06:55
Speaker 1: That's wild.

00:06:56
Speaker 2: That's so I don't know how he like. I I think I would have to just make it. I'd be like I'm not leaving this hotel room until I make a decision.

00:07:07
Speaker 1: Yeah, Like even if I if I went to bed the night prior confused or a little unsure, I would tell myself, when you wake up in the morning, you brush your teeth and you make a clare cut decision and you stick with that.

00:07:25
Speaker 2: Yeah. But I feel like it also is relatable in a sense. I mean, like you and I. Sure you pressured forget and you make a decision, But I mean think about you and I, Like when we're deciding on are we gonna stay in New York or are we gonna leave New York? You and I will talk that decision to death for like weeks, and we will send ourselves into emotional turmoil over the back and forth the pros and cons of what are we gonna do? Imagine it was like, Okay, who are you going to spend the rest of your life with? Over these two women that you're madly in love with and you've only known for like a short period of time, met their families. Once go one of them you're gonna break their heart and one of them you're gonna get engaged to. Like I could see myself being in like a really torn up position.

00:08:11
Speaker 1: Agree, But I just don't think you wait. You cannot wait. You can't to the last hour.

00:08:16
Speaker 2: You can't. You have to make a decision even if you're not sure if it's the right one before you get to the podium.

00:08:22
Speaker 1: Or you make no decision. You send them both home.

00:08:24
Speaker 2: You say, I'm sorry, I just don't know.

00:08:25
Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just too conflicted.

00:08:27
Speaker 2: So well, he obviously, you know, bring Carolina back. I mean he could do that. Okay, let's get into a little bit more of the breakdown. We have the Zoe drama to start with. It's always kind of hard when the person who's involved isn't there. I actually think they should just start bringing that person, like, bring Zoe out, have an extra little chair for her, have her sit, hash out the drama, and then leave or skiper in yeah, Skype pre COVID days zoomer in, yeah, zoomer in. Put her in the hot seat for like five ten minutes, and then like send her home, Like I think it's worth it when someone like hers, and even like with Juliana, like and her and Carolina's beef, like, bring her out, you know, bring her out for five minutes, have her address it, and then send her out, Like I get it. They're still technically on the show they shouldn't be at tell all, but like it is missing something when the people that are super involved, especially Zoe, aren't there to address the group because everyone else then kind of holds back because they're like, well, they're not there to defend themselves and it just you know, rightfully so, but it's hard.

00:09:33
Speaker 1: Yeah, I will say all the Zoe of it all really seemed like it affected more of the women who really went home early opposed to the women that were there later, because they're like, you just really at the end of the day, like Zoe made some rougher decisions up front, but like kind of like, yeah, it's sinking.

00:10:00
Speaker 2: I think she just had a hard time getting her footing. Yeah, because she definitely made some really bold decisions, and I think from watching the towel al it seems like the women's issue was like she was making these bold decisions, but then she was upset when we weren't responding well to them and wanted us to comfort her, and then we would and then she would go and make those same decisions again, and it was kind of this like ugly cycle. But again, we really only saw that for the first few weeks. It does feel like she kind of figured out the dynamic of.

00:10:29
Speaker 1: Yeah, that's that's why. Then it was okay, I guess yeah, And that's like my point, Like like Sarah FINA's like yeah, but like you know, we're over it, like yeah, And like so was the audience because it happened it was the first couple episodes and then that was it. It was like completely shut down it really, it didn't go anywhere after that. Yeah, so it's kind of like all right, whatever.

00:10:51
Speaker 2: Yeah, and then we have Carolina and Rose, I think was kind of the next hot topic.

00:10:59
Speaker 1: Yeah. I think Rose really handled the situation well. I don't think she could have done a better job.

00:11:04
Speaker 2: I don't either. She was honestly put in a impossible situation with how that all played out, and I think she handled it the best she possibly could. Like, I don't know what else she could have really done in that situation other than own the fact that she thought she heard something she misinterpreted a comment that he said. We all have seen the comment now, honestly it tracks that, you know, we see what he meant, but we also see how that could have gotten misinterpreted to Rose. And it does seem like when she shared that comment with Carolina, she felt that she was in a safe space. She felt that it was you know, judging by the temperature of the room, it was okay for her to share that. It was on par with what the other comments were that were being shared, and it seemed like everything was fine between them when she left. So it kind of does can tribute more context to why she felt so blindsided and like all these comments of her feeling like, oh, you've done me dirty and stuff like that, Like it does provide a little context and make a little more sense why she felt that way. But yeah, I think she did a really great job at tell all of just being like, yeah, it sucks, I'm sorry, I misinterpreted. I shouldn't have said it, and like kind of just moving forward.

00:12:29
Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel like Carolina really seems to be over analyzing everything. Yeah, I would say in like it's really hard to just be like all right, Carolina, like get over it, like or just kind of like hey, you could like maybe you also messed up, Like let's just squash it. But I will say, like, in her defense, with the information that Rose shared, unless she put that information in her pocket, said like we're cool, like I'm not saying anything, and then purposely when to call Grant out with that information, then she's you know, pretty much in the wrong. But if she's in a conversation with Grant and she's becoming and feeling insecure about the way everything's going for her to bring that up, I understand her bringing that up. So, like, I think it's kind of like it depends on like really how everything went down. Yeah, And I think that's where Carolina is having a hard time just letting it go because we don't see any of the conversations, Like we just don't see them.

00:13:47
Speaker 2: Yeah, I think for her, I kind of sympathize with. I know a lot of the girls were like, oh, you had a rose. You should have waited till like next week to bring this up to Grant, and like, look.

00:13:57
Speaker 1: I gad, I don't agree.

00:13:58
Speaker 2: With I don't know if I agree with that. I think, like, you are never guaranteed time on this show. And also like as much as like I don't believe in the like I'm not here to make friends, like I wanted to make friends on the show. I liked having friends. I like to get along with the women. You would there are moments where you kind of have to put your relationship first, and I feel like this was one of them where she was like, this was weighing on me so heavily I wanted to talk about it. She obviously can't predict how much that's gonna take away from the night and the other girls, Like, I don't think she could have foreseen how that would have unfolded as it did, So I kind of don't really blame her for being like, oh, I'm not, like, there's literally no way I ever would have turned down time when I was on the show, Like, there's times you kind of have to be selfish and think about your relationship, and I think she did that, and I think that's okay. But I do think her tone when talking about this situation and a lot of the drama and the way she's being perceived by the audience, she feels like things are unfair and there's a sense of like, it's just it's not not fair. These are obviously not her words. This is just kind of what it feels like her attitude about her experiences. But yeah, it's hard because I don't really see her moving towards squashing anything. It more just feels like she wants people to hear her side of things.

00:15:16
Speaker 1: Yeah, I know, I completely agree. I think I think even if it, let's say the situation is unfear towards Carolina, which I'm not saying it is or isn't, but even if it is, it's kind of like, you know, okay, yeah, like it's yeah, like.

00:15:33
Speaker 2: The situation is really unfair to most people, just like it's reality show where one person gets engaged to one other person, you're.

00:15:40
Speaker 1: Going to have to move on. I think the whole I think that entire situation it was like if it like it would have been best handled if Carolina was able to find time to go up to Rose beforehand and be like, hey, that information you shared with me is really eating me alive and I need to call Granted.

00:15:59
Speaker 2: About it, and like I'm gonna not say your name, but if he pushes me, like we'll see what I might have to like.

00:16:06
Speaker 1: Yeah, but that's I mean that, that's all, you know.

00:16:10
Speaker 2: I think that would have been the best way to handle it, would be to give Rose a heads up, because if Rose thought nothing was wrong, there was like no reaction when the comment was made, and then all of a sudden she's getting pulled by Grant thinking they're gonna have a cutesea chat and he's like, why the hell did you say this to Carolina. I'd be like, whoa, we've taken a turn. But yeah, I think that a lot of time going in to the tell, all the hope is like, you know, we see a little drama, we get a little more contact, a little behind the scenes, and then things hopefully come to a close, right we see resolution amongst the women, even if it's like you know this, we agree to disagree, let's put this behind us. And I just don't think Carolina came in. I don't know what her intentions were for the night, but I don't think she's ready to put things behind her. She seems like the emotions and everything are still fresh. She still seems fired up, she still seems to feel like things are unjust. And I don't think we were ever gonna see resolution with her or any of the other women with like the approach she was taking in this episode. And I don't know, maybe she didn't want that, like maybe she's not looking for resolution.

00:17:16
Speaker 1: Yeah, I think she just really I think she's somebody that really wants to get her point of view across and like wants the which is fair.

00:17:25
Speaker 2: Like everyone coming off the show if they feel like they were misunderstood, I feel like want to use the tell all to be like, hey, understand me, like understand why did these things? But I think that there's just a miss I don't know. I feel like she's also not understanding the other girl, so it's hard for them to understand her.

00:17:43
Speaker 1: I think she's a better fit for Paradise. I think it will be.

00:17:46
Speaker 2: A I think she's gonna have a hard time there too, but I think it'll be easier for her because I think her biggest point of stress was Grant dating other women, which is like literally the whole premise of the show.

00:17:57
Speaker 1: Yeah.

00:17:58
Speaker 2: Yeah, I think if she can find one dude and like they just walk in on each other in Paradise, that's best case scenario. Otherwise I think she's gonna she's gonna struggle. What did you think of the Carolina Dina drama with like the online fighting They like pulled up the screenshots and stuff from TikTok.

00:18:15
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, Like I think that stuff is like, you know, it's sometimes it's bound to happen. I always, I always am someone that says kind of like stay away from doing that because it's just, uh, you're just now you're involving and you're involving the internet. Dina's defense was like, I did that to like promote the show and what was going to happen on the episode. That's bullshit, you think.

00:18:50
Speaker 2: I feel like she was, but I think if she didn't consider the fact that Carolina might flip out when she saw it, she's being naive.

00:18:58
Speaker 1: Yeah, she definitely. I I really think she like she she.

00:19:02
Speaker 2: Kind of knew she was staring the pot a little bit, Oh for sure.

00:19:05
Speaker 1: Can't you just can't, Like you just can't. Like Dina's very intelligent and very self aware, and she seems very like socially intelligent as well. She knows like she knows like she knows that's.

00:19:18
Speaker 2: Gonna Yeah, she knew she was doing something a little risky, you know, and.

00:19:21
Speaker 1: Then like you know, like do I do I agree with like Carolina, Like, well, I.

00:19:25
Speaker 2: Thank Carolina like kind of brought a gun to a knife fight with her reply being like I'm gonna release text messages.

00:19:31
Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, And it's kind of like like I, yeah, that's that's my whole thing. Like if you're gonna start a fight or you're gonna get into a.

00:19:39
Speaker 2: If you're gonna open the door for someone online, you have to say something that might rattle someone else. You have to be prepared for a response, whether you feel like it's warranted or not.

00:19:48
Speaker 1: Yeah, and you have to be aware of the information that you shared with that person, because you know, it's like it's the it's the same thing as a breakup. It's like, this is not gonna go the way both parties expected to go.

00:20:04
Speaker 2: Yeah, no one is on the same page.

00:20:07
Speaker 1: Yeah, like we are not. Like this isn't like a fair fight right now, Like you're coming at me, I'm gonna come at you my way. And if you're gonna be like, oh that's unfair, well that's fucking too bad because there's no rules in this game.

00:20:20
Speaker 2: I know. I literally love it. I wish more people from the show were messy online, if I'm being honest. Yeah, I think it's so like I just think it's great. I don't know, he's so entertaining, and I think it's so raw, Like we don't get a lot of raw drama on this show, because like so much happens, and obviously they're trying to balance like the love stories and the lead story and the drama, and like there's so much right that goes into one short episode. So like when we get to see this like raw drama happening online between contestants, I feel like, a it's just like so telling you like learn so much from it. And on top of that, it's just like it's just juicy. It's just fun.

00:20:55
Speaker 1: That's kind of my that's kind of my my reasoning from what I said at the beginning of the episode, where you're like, this is all kind of nobody really took anything too far. I feel like the drama surrounding all of it is has been like very like squeaky clean, like PG. Like there's just like there's been people on this show where I'm like, even if you go to Paradise and you get a redemption story, you've been wrecked. People are gonna hate.

00:21:23
Speaker 2: Yeah, Like there's people them on the show and just get absolutely wrecked.

00:21:26
Speaker 1: Where I just like, if Carolina is the villain of the season, she one thousand percent could go to Paradise and have a redemption story and people are gonna be like, I love Carolina, Yeah.

00:21:38
Speaker 2: I agree with you, and I also think that it's like the viewers aren't one hundred percent on one persons side or another person's side. Like I think the story with Carolina has been a little bit more up and down, a little bit more complex, Like we've seen Dina like vouch for her and now she's against her, and we've seen Juliana like pull her aside, and then like the girl's talking to Grant about it, and like there's people I'm sure that are watching that are one hundred percent Carolina, Whereas I feel like usually when we see a villain on the show, everyone's like I can't stand this person, and like they're coming across so poorly and you like cannot see their side of things. Usually I'm trying to think what else I think. Then we moved on to.

00:22:16
Speaker 1: Dina like also being an ice queen. That was something that was brought up a few times, which she didn't really give me that.

00:22:22
Speaker 2: In her hot seat. Yeah yeah, and I feel like she talked about that on the show.

00:22:25
Speaker 1: Yeah, I guess, but like I don't know.

00:22:28
Speaker 2: I get what she's saying, though, I think it's more so just the way she processes her emotions and like in relationships, maybe feeling like she doesn't like show a lot of emotion got it. The next hot seat that we had was Alex's hot seat. She was the first one of that I especially likes really really pretty. Actually I loved this look for her. Yeah, she shows looks pretty.

00:22:47
Speaker 1: But I feel like Alex is just somebody who went on the show like, hey, maybe I'll maybe I'll meet my husband. If not, like I'm here to enjoy myself. Yeah, I'm not going to get caught up in the drama. Like I'm here to have a good time and if it doesn't work out for me, so be it. And that's just exactly I feel.

00:23:07
Speaker 2: Like that's what we saw of her. But then this hot seat made me think that it was like maybe more serious for her than we were show because she did say she was blindsided when she got sent home. She was like I thought I was for sure going to hometowns, which is a viewer was crazy to hear because like we it was pretty obvious from just like contact clues, like she wasn't going based on the fact we never saw her relationship after like the first week, but I can imagine her shoes. Maybe it was like the conversations being had and stuff were a lot more serious. Yeah, there'll be a bummer thinking about hotel.

00:23:40
Speaker 1: I'm also not saying she didn't take it serious. I just yeah, I don't know. I like, for me, it's just it's kind of clear that like Grant and Alex were just not meant that they're not and it like just wasn't going to work out.

00:23:58
Speaker 2: She's way too suited for Paradise. She'll be perfect in Paradise.

00:24:04
Speaker 1: Yeah, I just don't think they were. They were a fit.

00:24:06
Speaker 2: No. I agree, they brought it. Linda the Lama great, so cute, love her. Then we have Dina's hot seat. Yeah, what do we think?

00:24:25
Speaker 1: Uh? I like that she you know, called Grant out about the whole family issue of like was that a thing? Well it should have been a thing. Yeah. I feel like Grant didn't really backpedal. I feel like he was kind of like, yeah, that really was it just wasn't really gonna be you. Yeah.

00:24:50
Speaker 2: Yeah, because I feel like he said in his ITMS, oh I'm disappointed Dina's family's not here, But I think he's disappointed. But it also wasn't the reason she got sent home, you know what I mean. I think if it was like you know someone that he was like, this is gonna be my girl. The family thing probably wouldn't have stopped him.

00:25:07
Speaker 1: It's also like, really like, I think we don't give the leads enough credit and how hard it is to tell somebody near the end it's not you because I'm not really into you.

00:25:20
Speaker 2: Yeah, I just like someone else more.

00:25:22
Speaker 1: I just don't like. I think you're a great person, but I don't like you.

00:25:26
Speaker 2: I honestly think that's so hard. But also like the best thing you can say to them, Yeah, that's trying to tipto a round of making anything else to be like, truthfully, I just like one or two of the other girls here way more than I like you, and I just don't see you as my wife. But it's hard because they've been validating them all the way up and to the point they send them home, right, So then it's kind of like, how do I go about this without making it feel like I've been leading them on. The crazy thing about this show is when you sign up, you kind of have to accept to an extent you may get let on a little bit and you have to be okay with that. Yeah, and I think I think more contestines need to be okay.

00:26:02
Speaker 1: With it, and Carolina was somebody who was not okay with it.

00:26:06
Speaker 2: Now, and she she did not want to be loud, and she was resisting at every single turn, and.

00:26:10
Speaker 1: She knew she was someone who I think, unlike the other few girls at the end, I feel like Krolina knew pretty quickly on that she was being led on. Yeah, and she's like, well, this is fun.

00:26:23
Speaker 2: Well that's why she wanted to hear what everyone else was getting told and all these things. It's like, he's gonna say a lot of really nice stuff to like everyone here. So if you want to hurt your own feelings, go for it. But you will find something that you don't like. There's one hundred percent chance if you guys are all chatting, you're gonna hear something that hurts your feelings, because that's just kind of how the show works.

00:26:46
Speaker 1: Definitely, you know.

00:26:48
Speaker 2: But Yeah, I thought dina'satzi was great. I'm surprised they let her wear glasses. I feel like, usually, like with the the reflection, I feel like we never see glasses on anyone on the show. No, it was a vibe. I loved it. And then Carolina's hot seat obviously circling back circling back to Carolina.

00:27:08
Speaker 1: Do you think the hot seat, like you know, there was closure with any of it?

00:27:13
Speaker 2: Not really, because I think that she was feeling very defensive, and you know, I think it's hard to feel like there's closure in peace when I just don't think she's gotten there yet either, right, Like she's still struggling with the show and little details and how people are perceiving her. I thought Dina made a bold comment which I think was kind of valid when she was like, you know, Carolina, you're Carolina, like even said when they first addressed her, like I don't want to talk about this till Grant comes out here, Like I think he needs to be held accountable. I think he plays a bigger role in this than like he's taking credit for And she kind of was on that of like well, Grant, well Grant, and Dina basically said, like, you keep calling for Grant to take accountability, but like we haven't even seen you take accountability today, so like that's not really fair and if like you're asking him to do something you're not even willing to do yourself, Yeah, which I thought was bold. We rarely see someone like jump into someone else's hot seat like that, and she came in like really strong. But I also think that it was a fair point from what we were saying.

00:28:20
Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it was fair. Yeah, it was fair. And I feel like, yeah, Dina, oh.

00:28:24
Speaker 2: Yeah, I was kind of gagged. I was like, oh my god.

00:28:26
Speaker 1: Yeah, Dina is definitely someone that was not scared too. She was not scared of She's not scared of confrontation or speaking her mind or calling it the way she sees it. Yeah, which is great.

00:28:39
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's great TV. Dean actually went from someone who I don't want to call her boring TV, but she was just like she's very mature and she really has her shit together and she's just like, you know, she's not You're not going to see her necessarily doing like wild, petty things. And then all of a sudden like kind of took a turn. I think, just like came more comfortable in the environment and was like, you know what, I have shit to say and I'm gonna start saying it. And she's kind of turned into like someone that was making really great TV near the end of the season.

00:29:06
Speaker 1: Yeah, definitely, and you need that, you just need it, like and.

00:29:09
Speaker 2: They also like, yeah, she's a strong voice.

00:29:13
Speaker 1: They also get you know, you get bored. Yeah, yeah, you just you get bored to get caught up and ship and you're just like, all right, now I'm in the ring. Let's let's let's box.

00:29:23
Speaker 2: That's so true. But I will say, like we saw Carolina crying and whatnot, and like I always, no matter what the situation, no matter what the person has said or done, it's not necessarily the tears that make me feel bad, because I think there's a lot of people up there that are having a hard time that maybe aren't showing it through tears or you know, expressing their emotion. But like she obviously was in active conflict the entire taping, and like she kind of put herself in that position on one hand, but at the end of the day, she had to be in that position because she was addressing so much that happened that season that involved her. And I'm always like, God, like that's got to be exhausting, Like that's got to be tiring, Like by the end of that, you have to be very emotionally drained.

00:30:10
Speaker 1: Well, if Carolina shut it down, was like I'm over it, Like you know, I was wrong in certain aspects. I feel like I was wrong here, but like I'm completely over it, Like, let's move on. We have a five minute one, right.

00:30:23
Speaker 2: She doesn't want to move on, she doesn't want to, but I'll.

00:30:25
Speaker 1: Just say we we would have a five minute woman till all.

00:30:28
Speaker 2: Yeah, no, we need we needed it to go like this to have some television.

00:30:33
Speaker 1: I had to exist.

00:30:34
Speaker 2: It does have to exist. So she really she took one for the team. Okay, what do you think about Grant? I felt like the Grant segment should have been a lot spicier and it was just like kind of nice, yes, smooth.

00:30:50
Speaker 1: It's it is it showcases who Grant was the entire season. It's just like the drama or anything that gets brought to him gets shut down pretty quickly. He's and he's very quick to say like, hey, like I was, I could have handled that situation better. I'm sorry. And then what are you supposed to do if you're the one calling him out?

00:31:15
Speaker 2: He just doesn't want to engage in it. Like I feel like Charity was such an exciting bachelorette because she was like I have She was like, I have stuff to say and I'm gonna address this head on and I don't care if it's like a controversial opinion, like this is how I feel and like respectfully, screw you, like saw you did that, saw you said that, Like respectfully, what the hell?

00:31:36
Speaker 1: Yeah?

00:31:36
Speaker 2: And I feel like there was opportunity for like a little more active back and forth, but he's just like not going to participate. He just wants He's like, yeah, I'm sorry, you know, deflect, Let's move on, which, like is is not a bad thing either, Like I'm not saying I don't like conflict either. I would probably be more like a grant than a charity, but a charity is a little bit more exciting At these tell als, I feel like the women often come in a lot hotter than the male leads do.

00:32:01
Speaker 1: Yeah, I want to. I want to think of myself that I would handle it more like Grahama.

00:32:06
Speaker 2: No, you wouldn't. You wouldn't. You'd be like, you'd be like, I've been backstage watching all you this whole time, and you know what.

00:32:12
Speaker 1: I've and I think you're a fucking liar. Hear this.

00:32:19
Speaker 2: It would be you'd be like, it's my show now, guys, I'm in the hot seat.

00:32:23
Speaker 1: You guys forget who the lead of this. We also skipped over sas Hot. Oh that was nice. Like I think Serafina, I feel I actually, out of everyone, I feel the most for her because I feel like she liked him the most.

00:32:41
Speaker 2: Yeah, and I feel like a lot of people expected her to go to hometowns and then Zoe got it instead, who hadn't had a one on one day Yeah, which I feel like if I was her, I'd be floored.

00:32:51
Speaker 1: Yeah, I'd be like damn, I mean, I.

00:32:53
Speaker 2: Can't believe that just happened. Like, and she actually did say like he gave her a lot of validation and she wishes he hadn't, yeah, because it just like really hurt. But there's little chitty chats of maybe her mom being on Golden Bachelor, which I love. I love that. I love the parent child connection on the show. Now that's forming.

00:33:14
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, something to talk about. Okay, I think that kind of sums it up.

00:33:19
