Revisiting ECW Hardcore TV 1996 - Beulah Is Pregnant! Plus, The 7th Annual DEADIES!
"IT'S TOMMY'S?!"
On this edition of the DEADLOCK Podcast, we take a look back at this episode of ECW Hardcore TV from January 16, 1996. ECW only continues to get bigger, and the bigger they get, the crazier the show gets. This is a prime example of ECW at it's most "ECW".
In one of the more infamous moments in company history, Beulah McGillicutty, Raven's "girlfriend", has a confession on this episode, and it's that she's pregnant. Raven immediately thinks it's Stevie Richards, and attacks him, only for Beulah to finally admit that the baby's father is Tommy Dreamer.
Also on this show, we see the return of "The Franchise" Shane Douglas, coming off of his run in the WWF as Dean Douglas. He's back, and he has mind set on fixing ECW; and he starts by slapping Buh Buh Ray Dudley in the face. Buh Buh, of course, has a match with Gigolo Jimmy Del Ray!
This episode also starts with the most insane 20 minutes of back-to-back moments, including the likes of Bill Alfonso, Taz, 911, Rey Mysterio Jr, The Eliminators, and somehow even more than that!
Of course, we can't forget the most prestigious award show going; The DEADIES! That's right, the 7th Annual DEADIES are here, and we have all of the results from your votes for the 2025 season. We go over every category and find out who you chose to win DEADIES awards! HOORAY!

Now let's get into the <v Speaker 2>seventh annual deady Is Award. <v Speaker 3>Yippy yo, all right, welcome, everybody, one, come one, come all, <v Speaker 3>everybody comes to the Deadies. <v Speaker 1>The Deady Awards for the year of twenty twenty five, <v Speaker 1>the seventh annual Deabdy Awards are finally here. The people <v Speaker 1>have voted. The votes have been cast, the winners have <v Speaker 1>been decided, and tonight history is made. <v Speaker 2>History is made. There will be winners, there will be awards, <v Speaker 2>and there will be people that will not pick up <v Speaker 2>their awards. Many of people have for seven years not <v Speaker 2>claim their awards for some reason, and that will only <v Speaker 2>continue to stack up in James's garage. <v Speaker 1>Just a reminder that you, the listeners, were the ones <v Speaker 1>that submitted your ballots. You the listeners, were the ones <v Speaker 1>that voted, and you, the listeners, have decided who will <v Speaker 1>win each of these awards. Also a reminder, this is <v Speaker 1>for the year twenty twenty five, and while we are <v Speaker 1>a couple months into twenty twenty six, all of this <v Speaker 1>stuff was decided for the year of twenty twenty five. <v Speaker 1>And to kick the seventh annual debdies off, We're going <v Speaker 1>to start with Company of the Year. Some would say <v Speaker 1>this is the most coveted award, the one that gets <v Speaker 1>picked up almost every year, the only award that gets <v Speaker 1>picked up every year by the winners. So I'm excited <v Speaker 1>to see how this one pans out. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, I you know, they talk about you know what <v Speaker 2>award means the most, you know, what's what is Everyone <v Speaker 2>truly tuned into it could be this, then and the other. <v Speaker 2>There's a lot of awards here that people are, you know, <v Speaker 2>could be passionate about. But from what I understand, the rumblings, <v Speaker 2>the underground swell of you know, I see the discord, <v Speaker 2>I see the reddit. People really wanted to know the <v Speaker 2>Company of the Year. <v Speaker 1>Well, let's look at the nominees for Company of the <v Speaker 1>Year for twenty twenty five. We have ae W All <v Speaker 1>Elite Wrestling. We have CMLLL Consejo moun Dial de Lucha Libre. <v Speaker 1>We have DPW Deadlock Pro Wrestling. That's right. Just a reminder start <v Speaker 1>them WWE, World Wrestling Entertainment. Let's see who the winner is. <v Speaker 2>I mean for this one. You know, you don't have <v Speaker 2>to do them for all of them, James, but I <v Speaker 2>kind of would like to know a top three for. <v Speaker 1>This all right, So starting at third place with four <v Speaker 1>point six percent of the votes, CML, congratulations, CMLL. It was a tight race. <v Speaker 1>There were a ton of people and they were all <v Speaker 1>within like two percent of each other, so pretty cool. <v Speaker 2>Super close. Congrats to Hangman. And I believe that is <v Speaker 2>it for the wrestling awards portion of the Deadies. A <v Speaker 2>lot of fucking big wins there, but mostly a huge <v Speaker 2>win for Deadlock Pro Wrestling in the company of the year. <v Speaker 1>All right, now it's time to step away from the <v Speaker 1>wrestling award part of the Debdies and head over to <v Speaker 1>the Deadlock Awards, where we give awards to things that <v Speaker 1>we've produced throughout the year, voted on by you guys. <v Speaker 1>We give awards to creators in the community, et cetera, <v Speaker 1>and also random stuff like most Loved Wrestler on the podcast. <v Speaker 2>You never know who can and win the Deadlock Awards. <v Speaker 2>Of course, the main event will be the Superlive easy <v Speaker 2>for me to say, the Superlative Awards, which is just <v Speaker 2>a complete fucking disaster every year. <v Speaker 1>It's also, for some reason, the most voted in stuff <v Speaker 1>on all. <v Speaker 2>I don't know why this happens, but I guess I <v Speaker 2>look at our audience and I can completely understand that <v Speaker 2>they are all out of their fucking minds. <v Speaker 1>Well, we're gonna start here on the Deadlock Awards with <v Speaker 1>the Deadlock Hall of Fame inductees. <v Speaker 2>Hooray. <v Speaker 1>First off, we will be adding Marcus Stevenson and Toni <v Speaker 1>Pizza Guy into the Deadlock Hall of Fame. Marcus and <v Speaker 1>Tony were big parts of Deadlock. Marcus in the early <v Speaker 1>years Tony from the very beginning, it was original trio <v Speaker 1>of Deadlock, Like even before Johnny joined, it was me, <v Speaker 1>Marcus and Tony and I remember back to figuring out <v Speaker 1>like what are we doing? What is this logo? What <v Speaker 1>is his name? What are we going to create? And <v Speaker 1>we made a T shirt, We went to Chicago, we <v Speaker 1>went to aw and that's that, and then Delock was <v Speaker 1>created and I'll never forget that time. So thank you guys. <v Speaker 1>But there will also be an induction from the fan. <v Speaker 2>Ooh, the fans get to pick a little three piece <v Speaker 2>for the Hall of Fame. It's like a wing. We <v Speaker 2>got wings of Hall of Fame. Now, Yes, congrats to everybody, <v Speaker 2>and congrats to whoever this third inductee is going to be. <v Speaker 2>I'm very excited. <v Speaker 1>Let's take a look at the nominations. We start off <v Speaker 1>with eighty seven year old Grandma. We have bill Vis Wesley. Oh, <v Speaker 1>we have Duel, we have gold Dust, we have Jesse Ventura, <v Speaker 1>we have Mike Ines, we have mister Anderson, and we <v Speaker 1>have none other than Pig Greaser Stanklin. Yeah wow, I <v Speaker 1>mean there can only be one Marcus and TONI already <v Speaker 1>on the fucking ballot, Like. <v Speaker 2>How adding a third here is unbelievable. Nobody's doing it <v Speaker 2>like deadlock over here. <v Speaker 1>Well, let's take a look at who won the awards <v Speaker 1>and will be inducted into the Deadlock Hall of Fame <v Speaker 1>at seventeen. <v Speaker 6>Point three percent. Oh my god, jesse Vento, that's right. <v Speaker 6>McMath Yes, I'm in the Hall of Fame. McMahon. You <v Speaker 6>can't take that away from me. McMahon. <v Speaker 1>He's done it again. <v Speaker 2>Wow, congratulations jesse Ventura. I mean, listen, I don't know <v Speaker 2>who's uh there's probably some someone that's crazy enough out <v Speaker 2>there that one day will document who's made the most <v Speaker 2>appearances on the Deadlock podcast in terms of us watching something, <v Speaker 2>But Jesse Ventura has to somehow be super fucking high <v Speaker 2>up there. <v Speaker 1>Along with eighty seven year old grandma. All right, now <v Speaker 1>it's time for the Deadlock eight of the Year Award, <v Speaker 1>which is for best fans submitted content. <v Speaker 2>I mean, there's a lot of people out there that <v Speaker 2>make lovely content of our stuff, and you know, I'm <v Speaker 2>very happy to see that. I see, I see a <v Speaker 2>lot of it. I see a lot more of me <v Speaker 2>elsewhere than I see on our own stuff. Sometimes it's <v Speaker 2>very odd, not sure how that works, but it is <v Speaker 2>pretty cool as well, and it's cool that people would <v Speaker 2>take the time to not only you know, obviously listen <v Speaker 2>to the show and enjoy our stuff, but put it <v Speaker 2>to you know, make anything out of you know, being <v Speaker 2>creative with our stuff is very cool, and firing anybody <v Speaker 2>to make anything is very cool as well. So shout <v Speaker 2>out to anybody, even if you're not on this list, <v Speaker 2>shout out to you if you do any deadlock related content. <v Speaker 2>We very much enjoy it. <v Speaker 1>Let's take a look at the nominations. We have Chris <v Speaker 1>p Cocker, we have David, we have Kid Kingpin, and <v Speaker 1>we have payn Ex Killer. <v Speaker 2>All right, who we got? Who is the winner? Kid king b two years <v Speaker 2>in a row. <v Speaker 1>By the way, congratulations to Kid Kingpin for his two <v Speaker 1>peaks as dead luck Out of the Year. Shout thank <v Speaker 1>you to everybody who does shit like that. It is <v Speaker 1>very cool. <v Speaker 2>It is fucking awesome. Yes, thank you all so much, <v Speaker 2>Kid Kingpin. So getting reminded by the audience and what <v Speaker 2>ones they liked, uh is very nice. <v Speaker 1>Well, let's take a look at the nominations for best <v Speaker 1>Podcast episode of the Year. What are you <v Speaker 2>talking about? <v Speaker 1>And first place the winner of the Best Thing to <v Speaker 1>Do in Philadelphia Award for twenty twenty five and the <v Speaker 1>seventh annual Daddies at twenty eight point three percent, Ask. <v Speaker 6>Johnny, hooray another award? <v Speaker 2>Wow? Two two awards that I could just really be <v Speaker 2>proud of. Man, just congratulations, Yeah, no, thank you, I <v Speaker 2>hear you. Two things that I can really just look <v Speaker 2>back on and think, Wow, I've spent so much time <v Speaker 2>on this show and the appreciation I get I is <v Speaker 2>just flowing as I get the biggest JARBONI and the <v Speaker 2>best thing to do in Philadelphia, which I've been harassed <v Speaker 2>on for a year now. Thank you so so much <v Speaker 2>for this. No, we don't know, don't do we don't <v Speaker 2>need that beef. You don't do any No, don't fuck it. <v Speaker 2>You can stop that. Don't fucking work. That's great. Hooray, hooray. <v Speaker 1>All right, now it's time for the final superlative award, <v Speaker 1>the final award in the seventh Annual Deadies. Yes, and <v Speaker 1>of course it's none other than Most Based Wrestler Award. <v Speaker 2>I mean, this award has been won by the greats <v Speaker 2>over the years. A lot of people have been given <v Speaker 2>this prestigious award. Last year, Bees Mortos the winner of <v Speaker 2>the Most Based Wrestler Award. Who will win it this <v Speaker 2>year twenty twenty five seventh Annual Debdies Awards. Who are <v Speaker 2>the top three James Most based Wrestlers? <v Speaker 1>How about that. Let's take a look at the nominations Hangman, <v Speaker 1>Adam Page, Bandido, Brody King, Christian Cage, Gunther, Jake Something Yes, <v Speaker 1>Javon Evans Yes, lebron Cozones Yes. Speedball Mike Bailey Yes. <v Speaker 1>The third place most bas wrestler at ten point nine percent. <v Speaker 1>Speedball Mike Bailey. <v Speaker 7>Yes. <v Speaker 2>Stevew that Jim Woo whooooo. I love Speedball. Mike Bailey <v Speaker 2>me too. I mean, you know, I was happy for <v Speaker 2>him to go uh to aw. But oil Boy, was <v Speaker 2>he fuck and missed in the last year of DPW. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, he was wonderful to work with. Yeah, he's the best, <v Speaker 1>coming in second place at thirteen point eight percent. Gun third. <v Speaker 2>Oh dude, what a fucking beast. I mean he is based. <v Speaker 1>And the winner a most based wrestler at thirty two <v Speaker 1>point six percent. Brodie King. Congratulations to brody King. A <v Speaker 1>big man is the most based wrestler of twenty twenty <v Speaker 1>five according to the listeners. <v Speaker 2>Of The Devil and What I mean, what a fucking <v Speaker 2>pick that is, James, I mean, most based wrestler, brody King. <v Speaker 2>I thoroughly enjoy a guy that we would have liked <v Speaker 2>to be in DPW even for a cup of coffee, <v Speaker 2>just you know, didn't line up that way. But uh, <v Speaker 2>you know, he's somebody that we do enjoy, and I <v Speaker 2>do agree that he is based. <v Speaker 1>And that is it for the seventh Annual Deadies. We <v Speaker 1>will be back for the eighth Annual Daddies sooner than <v Speaker 1>you can ever imagine. <v Speaker 2>We will be back. <v Speaker 1>All right, let's get into ECW hardcore television from January sixteenth, <v Speaker 1>nineteen ninety six. <v Speaker 2>It's not the Pipples that's the goddamn song of the show, <v Speaker 2>of course. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. I always forget that they share the same song <v Speaker 1>until they come out and I'm like, oh, yeah, that's. <v Speaker 2>Right, No wonder they were so over. <v Speaker 1>Before we get into this, I just need to say <v Speaker 1>real quick, I'm coming off of being six. So if <v Speaker 1>I sound weird or if I sound like I have <v Speaker 1>a lozenge in my mouth the entire time I'm talking, <v Speaker 1>that is true because I do. <v Speaker 2>It does. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. I went to an indie show earlier this week <v Speaker 1>and I fucking just made the one mistake of not <v Speaker 1>bringing a hand sanitizer and I got cooked. <v Speaker 2>I got Yeah, I should have U. I should have <v Speaker 2>warned you. We usually you know where you good at <v Speaker 2>that of saying, hey, fucking bring this, that and the other, <v Speaker 2>and uh, you know what it gets, It gets the <v Speaker 2>best of us sometimes. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, if you go to an indie show, man, I'm <v Speaker 1>telling you you will not regret it. Bring a little <v Speaker 1>thing of hand sanitizer. It will make your experience that <v Speaker 1>much more. <v Speaker 2>Better, even if you're not shaking hands, like you're touching this, <v Speaker 2>that and the other. So who knows who touched your <v Speaker 2>chair and you know, just fucking you know, just get <v Speaker 2>a little hand sandy doesn't hurt to bring it with you. <v Speaker 2>So yeah, our boy, I mean it's been it's over <v Speaker 2>a week now. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. Yeah, I just don't get sick very often, so <v Speaker 1>because I usually have hand sanitizer on me or something <v Speaker 1>like that. <v Speaker 2>You know you are the guy that has That's true. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, right, Like usually I'm pretty ready for that. But <v Speaker 1>I let my guard down and got cooked for it. <v Speaker 2>So there he is. But he still wanted to be <v Speaker 2>here for this show, so much fucking respect for that. <v Speaker 2>Before we get into this episode of Easy to Be <v Speaker 2>Hardcore TV, I do want to mention obviously this is <v Speaker 2>usually where we talk about the observers, but I was <v Speaker 2>going to do research and I was like, wow, a <v Speaker 2>lot of this reads really similar. And that's when I realized, oh, man, <v Speaker 2>not only did we cover this exact spot of like <v Speaker 2>because I usually do like three, you know, weeks of observers, <v Speaker 2>we did this like a few episodes ago. So no <v Speaker 2>observers here because it would be exactly what I said before. <v Speaker 2>So if you want to hear what was going on <v Speaker 2>in the water wrestling at the time of this period, here, <v Speaker 2>listen to episode three thirty five, which is the episode <v Speaker 2>of Nitro that we covered from ninety six where Macho <v Speaker 2>Man wins the world title. That would be exactly what <v Speaker 2>I would have covered here, So apologies for that. I <v Speaker 2>know everyone looks forward to it, but I didn't want <v Speaker 2>to just fucking rehash stuff. Usually we are okay with <v Speaker 2>it if it's you know, most times it's a year <v Speaker 2>since we last reviewed something, but this was four to <v Speaker 2>five weeks ago, so, you know, didn't want to rehash <v Speaker 2>it too quick. <v Speaker 1>So we start with the code open here on ECW <v Speaker 1>hardcore Television. The very first thing we see is Stevie <v Speaker 1>Richards and the Blue Guy. <v Speaker 2>This is deathline. <v Speaker 1>Dude, Holy fuck man, they are both so young here. <v Speaker 2>Oh my god, dude, Blue Meenie is still like a <v Speaker 2>not regular dude, Like he's still a little freak here. <v Speaker 2>Like eventually Blue Meenie just becomes a guy on the <v Speaker 2>show and he talks and he has a voice, and <v Speaker 2>here he says something. I have no idea what words <v Speaker 2>came out of his mouth? Do you know what he said? Here? <v Speaker 1>No, dude, I listened to it like four times and <v Speaker 1>I said, I did you? Yeah, I give up? <v Speaker 2>So yes. Last week on e CW, Stevie and the <v Speaker 2>Blue meeni were backstage and he says, yeah, but I'm <v Speaker 2>getting there. I'm gonna go and then I'm gonna give <v Speaker 2>him a big Stevie bomb and I'll pick him up <v Speaker 2>and I'll get like that and I have a big <v Speaker 2>Stevie kick and I'm gonna hold I'm like, dad, I'm <v Speaker 2>gonna punch him hard. I don't know who he was <v Speaker 2>talking about. Was he talking about Raven Beulah? Probably, Oh, dude, <v Speaker 2>I might as well have been all right, I guess <v Speaker 2>it could have been Tommy. That would have probably made <v Speaker 2>more sense. Beulah with how things go is pretty right though. <v Speaker 2>And then Blue Meanie says, I legit, I legit, don't <v Speaker 2>know The only thing I know is I think at <v Speaker 2>the end of it he says Stevie, don't fear you, <v Speaker 2>because that leads to the fucking franchise is back. <v Speaker 1>Oh my god, the franchise is back from his WWF <v Speaker 1>ryn as a teacher. <v Speaker 2>So we picked this episode because of the Beulah pregnancy thing. <v Speaker 2>Of course, I had no clue this is the same <v Speaker 2>episode that Shane Douglass comes back from the WWF, And <v Speaker 2>I also didn't know he came back from the WF <v Speaker 2>and was still faux Dean Douglas. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, dude, he looks great. <v Speaker 2>Here. <v Speaker 1>May's hot, dude. <v Speaker 2>Good look. I mean the fucking superstar qualities to him. <v Speaker 2>Dan Reicherd, I know you're listening. Fuck you got the <v Speaker 2>fucking giant Bob. We found out Dan record hates Shane <v Speaker 2>Douglas on the first edition of The Long Way where <v Speaker 2>we watched ww Slambury two thousand with Dan Reichert, So <v Speaker 2>you can go enjoy that where Shane doug go faces <v Speaker 2>Rick Flair in street clothes. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, buddy, which. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, dude, I think I looked up by the way, <v Speaker 2>James just the sidebar. Yeah. Flair definitely didn't wear gear <v Speaker 2>because he did not fuck with Shane Douglas, like, like, <v Speaker 2>that's exactly what it was. <v Speaker 1>I think we all came to that conclusion watching it too. <v Speaker 1>That had to be what it was. <v Speaker 2>That's nuts, that's nuts. I'd like fucking Shane Douglas. By <v Speaker 2>the way, I'm standing up, I'm standing up for Shane Douglas. <v Speaker 2>I'll also stand up for Jeff Jarrett, who Beefy doesn't like. <v Speaker 2>We got a lot of people we like that everyone <v Speaker 2>else does. <v Speaker 1>And fuck Joe Burrow. <v Speaker 2>Yeah yeah, yeah yeah, how about shit in your ass? <v Speaker 2>So mini fucking rambles again, no idea. If anyone can <v Speaker 2>decipher what this man says, please let us know. And <v Speaker 2>Shane Douglas shows up, as we mentioned, and he's here <v Speaker 2>to correct their grammar, and he says, excuse me, grammatically incorrect. <v Speaker 2>Don't fear you, don't fear you. Try doesn't fear you. <v Speaker 2>He looks a camera and he says, geez, since I've left, <v Speaker 2>a lot of things have gone downhill. And all of <v Speaker 2>a sudden, Joey Styles bomps up on screen in a <v Speaker 2>totally different location. It says, oh my god, it's the franchise. <v Speaker 1>Did I love the way this look? Because Joey is <v Speaker 1>looking off camera as he's looking like at a TV <v Speaker 1>of the franchise. <v Speaker 2>It just happened. <v Speaker 1>But what's funny about it is in my brain it's <v Speaker 1>Joey looking at them like beside him and then going, <v Speaker 1>oh my god, it's the franchise. <v Speaker 2>And then they show a shot of Shane at baggage <v Speaker 2>check for American Airlines in a suit and doing the <v Speaker 2>Shane Douglas laugh. What was that he was? Was that <v Speaker 2>him taking his last flight from the w WF. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's what it had to be, right. <v Speaker 2>They paid for it, and they paid for every flight. <v Speaker 2>I got first class of all wrestling intros, man, I <v Speaker 2>mean we've watched the raw one. You know, everyone has <v Speaker 2>their crazy moments, but the compilation of moments that East <v Speaker 2>Of has in their intro has to be up there <v Speaker 2>with like some of the craziest, like back to back things. Dude. <v Speaker 2>They show like nine to eleven choke slams two dudes <v Speaker 2>to Bubbaret just standing outside stuttering to a chair, Riot <v Speaker 2>to Sandman smoking holding two belts up. They got everything here. <v Speaker 1>Woman in Sandman, it might be like my favorite duo. Man, <v Speaker 1>They're awesome. <v Speaker 2>It's fucking so good. Dude, super underrated act those two. <v Speaker 2>I mean we see Woman on the show. She's with <v Speaker 2>too Cold, who I think is also at Sandman. So <v Speaker 2>they must have been like some kind of like a <v Speaker 2>click there. <v Speaker 1>Right, Salaman gets like flanderized at some point. I feel like, <v Speaker 1>you know, oh yes, okayeah, I mean his his character here. <v Speaker 1>I mean, while it's the Sandman is very different from <v Speaker 1>the Sandman of like you know, WWEE CW or even <v Speaker 1>like two thousand and one Sandman. They are different. Trick <v Speaker 1>the beer, yeah right, drink the beer, come out the crowd, dude. <v Speaker 2>They can't save right, yeah right. <v Speaker 1>Woman in Sadman is drastically different than that, even though <v Speaker 1>he shares the same stuff, Like he still drinks the beer, <v Speaker 1>he has the et cetera, et cetera. I think this <v Speaker 1>is a very cool run here, right. I think it's <v Speaker 1>uh in the in the history of the Sandman, I <v Speaker 1>think this is a very underrated part. <v Speaker 2>Well, especially people that you know that that might listen <v Speaker 2>to this. I don't know how many know that, Like <v Speaker 2>he had a heel run because you think of Saman <v Speaker 2>it's like, how could you ever bow this guy? Well, <v Speaker 2>he was doing some fun up ship. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I mean before we started doing a lot of <v Speaker 1>the E CW deep diving stuff, Like that's kind of <v Speaker 1>how I knew the sad man. He's the guy that <v Speaker 1>makes the save. He's the guy that comes out and <v Speaker 1>drinks the beer. He's here to save Tommy or et cetera, <v Speaker 1>et cetera. No, I love it like he's always been. <v Speaker 1>Like I thought that was the coolest shit ever. Even <v Speaker 1>when I was showing, I was like, Yep, that's the <v Speaker 1>coolest guy I've ever seen. Yeah, right, But it's cool <v Speaker 1>to go back and see him like throughout his world <v Speaker 1>title run here with woman and in the way that <v Speaker 1>they're able to change his characters just a little bit. <v Speaker 1>I like it a lie it is. <v Speaker 2>No, I think it's fucking very cool too. <v Speaker 1>We start with a Joey Styles town Hall. Joey starts <v Speaker 1>the show here and Bill Alfonso runs in the ring <v Speaker 1>and says, I hate. <v Speaker 2>You did, Okay, I have to prepare everybody. This has <v Speaker 2>to be We've watched I don't know the count, James, <v Speaker 2>how many fucking retro shows we've watched, but it's been <v Speaker 2>a lot. It's been, you know, we're in the hundreds. <v Speaker 2>This could be one of the craziest opening fifteen to <v Speaker 2>twenty minutes of any wrestling show I've ever watched in <v Speaker 2>my life. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. I think I wrote down here after this segment ended. <v Speaker 1>I mean, there's so much to this I have to <v Speaker 1>scroll down in my notes to get to the end. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>very very long. I think I wrote down here that <v Speaker 1>this sums up ECW so well. There was like nine <v Speaker 1>angles in this opening segment. None of it ever stopped. <v Speaker 1>It just kept going, and the crowd just had to <v Speaker 1>understand what was happening. And man, I mean they rocked <v Speaker 1>off like three things in a road that are integral <v Speaker 1>to like the main stories they're doing. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, dude, it's all like pay per view pushes, and <v Speaker 2>the crowd's there for all of it too, like they <v Speaker 2>are super on board with everything, like all the Maybe <v Speaker 2>there's a couple of things they thought we'd get a <v Speaker 2>bigger reaction, which I'll touch on when we when we <v Speaker 2>get back here. But dude, this is like fucking car crash. <v Speaker 2>Like you know we talk about attitude oric car crashes. <v Speaker 2>This is bang bang bank Bank Bank Bank Bank never ending. <v Speaker 2>Like I didn't know it was gonna end. I thought <v Speaker 2>we were gonna get a whole show of one segment <v Speaker 2>that just kept flowing into another, which was like an <v Speaker 2>easy to be staple. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. I think the biggest thing that like ECW had <v Speaker 1>down pat is that it didn't really matter if you <v Speaker 1>understood it as far as it was just really badass. <v Speaker 2>It was fucking right, Like dude, yeah. <v Speaker 1>Right, Like as a fan, Let's say it's your first <v Speaker 1>time at the arena or whatever, and like you go <v Speaker 1>and see this, you have no fucking clue what's going on. <v Speaker 1>I mean like you're just like, what the fuck. But <v Speaker 1>like every small piece of this is very fucking badass, <v Speaker 1>So you're like, wow, I'm in whatever this is. <v Speaker 2>So let's fucking get into it because this is a lot. <v Speaker 2>So as you said, Joey Styles starts to show. Bill <v Speaker 2>Afonso comes out. He says, first of all, Joey Styles, <v Speaker 2>I hate you. I've always hated you. I hate nineteen <v Speaker 2>seventy sixties. W Dy said, I fucking list. I went <v Speaker 2>back three times. I hate nineteen seventy sixties. All right, yeah, yeah, <v Speaker 2>I guess probably wasn't that good if I did suck. <v Speaker 2>I hate Todd Gordon and I hate you, and Joey says, <v Speaker 2>are you nuts? He says, I'm Bill Alfonso and I'm <v Speaker 2>here to say, why do you do more interviews with Taz? <v Speaker 2>That is his main agreements. He said, Taz is not <v Speaker 2>getting enough TV time, gets. <v Speaker 1>More TV time, Bill Alfonso gets paid more Moneys there. <v Speaker 2>True, he is the manager of Champions after all, and <v Speaker 2>Bill says, uh. He says, you know, why don't you <v Speaker 2>put me on the TV too? Look and look at <v Speaker 2>me what I'm talking to you? And Joey is getting mad, <v Speaker 2>and Joey says, would you stop ruining the party for everyone? <v Speaker 1>Look? <v Speaker 2>Give me a show of billfon is talking, And now <v Speaker 2>Bill a Fonso is fucking pointing and yelling at fans <v Speaker 2>because they're holding up signs. One says Taz is Alfonso's bitch, <v Speaker 2>and he gets super hot over that one. <v Speaker 1>Dude, I loved it. He gets super hot at that sign, <v Speaker 1>and then he goes to another sign. Look at his <v Speaker 1>sign on He says, drop dead. Alfonso drops in fonsie. <v Speaker 2>He says, you would have made some. <v Speaker 1>Good signs, and Joey Stiles loses it. <v Speaker 2>Dude, Bill says, Joey styles, I've always hated you. He <v Speaker 2>goes right back to that, and Joey he's had enough. <v Speaker 2>He says, I'm sado with you. Shot your stinking mouth, <v Speaker 2>your root of the party. Cut the cameras. We gotta <v Speaker 2>start used to coup. Wow, he fucking said it. He <v Speaker 2>did fucking say it. <v Speaker 1>I couldn't believe my ears. Man, unbelievable. <v Speaker 2>Cuts the fucking cameras, Joey styles, and they didn't though <v Speaker 2>he said, we gotta start all over again. Joey wanted <v Speaker 2>to do the full intro to the show again because <v Speaker 2>Bill Alfonso was here fucking up, and the i mean <v Speaker 2>crowd is super into Joey coming up here, by the way, <v Speaker 2>and that's like always, you know, the guys that he <v Speaker 2>should be crowd picks, like, you know, they probably fucked <v Speaker 2>with Joey at first, but he's got ten years so <v Speaker 2>they respect him. Same I mean, pretty much the same <v Speaker 2>thing that happened with Tommy Dreamer, where he was just <v Speaker 2>around long enough that people are like. <v Speaker 1>Okay, they've seen him go through a lot of ship. <v Speaker 2>Yep, yeah, that's right. So Joey walks away from Bill, <v Speaker 2>but Bill turns him around and says I'm not down here, <v Speaker 2>and then going face to face arguing until Taz shows up, <v Speaker 2>and Taz is here, and he's fucking had enough. He <v Speaker 2>you know, the Taz I believe just turned pretty recently, <v Speaker 2>maybe a month ago, I think a holiday, hell ninety <v Speaker 2>five he turns. When they did, I think it was <v Speaker 2>Alfonso against Todd Gordon in a singles and Taz was <v Speaker 2>the ref and Taz fucking betrays Todd Gordon there and <v Speaker 2>goes with Ponzi. So I think we're pretty new to <v Speaker 2>heal Taz here. So Taz grips up Joey and he <v Speaker 2>backs him in the corner and he says, I'm sick <v Speaker 2>of your shit. You better keep your hands off him. <v Speaker 2>You better never disrespect him again. I'll bust you up, <v Speaker 2>but don't ever disrespect him. Crowd chanting for Saboo. I <v Speaker 2>mean this Saboo Taz thing they had fucking gold with dude, <v Speaker 2>Sabo's not even anywhere near this show. <v Speaker 1>Yeah right, So Taz. <v Speaker 2>Is fucking, you know, egging on Joey until nine to <v Speaker 2>one wons music Hitch Dan Dan Dan, Dan Dan, Dance <v Speaker 2>the fucking Frankenstein Dan An, Dan Dan and Dan Dan <v Speaker 2>nine hits the Ring. And this caught me by surprise <v Speaker 2>because I don't really remember nine to one one doing <v Speaker 2>anything with Taz or any like, you know, he would <v Speaker 2>fucking fuck with Fonsi a lot. But I was like, oh, <v Speaker 2>I don't know what a fucking Taz nine one one <v Speaker 2>match even looks like, and I don't know if it <v Speaker 2>would be any good. <v Speaker 1>Dude. I couldn't believe any of this stuff. Nine one <v Speaker 1>one interacting with all of these guys was pretty nuts. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, he's usually out here just killing you know, Jabron's Yeah. <v Speaker 1>I mean like, oh my god, this team that happens <v Speaker 1>here in just a minute, it's unreal, dude. <v Speaker 2>It's okay. I love everything that this turns into. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, yeah, dude, I couldn't believe it. <v Speaker 2>So nine one one hits the ring. He's fucking, you know, <v Speaker 2>here to protect Joey Styles and Bill Alfonso's full of <v Speaker 2>piss and vinegar. He's got Tas with him, so he <v Speaker 2>thinks he could do what he wants. So he's punching <v Speaker 2>at nine one one's chest and talking shit. Todd Gordon <v Speaker 2>the owner, I guess on TV he was the owner. <v Speaker 2>Todd Gordon gets in any decks, Bill Off just lays <v Speaker 2>about uh and Taz pulls him off. Taz goes to <v Speaker 2>punch Todd Gordon. Nine one one catches the punch and <v Speaker 2>nine one one in Taz go face to face. Crowd <v Speaker 2>is fired up. They got refs in here trying to <v Speaker 2>break them up. Crowds chat and let them go like <v Speaker 2>this is everything you could ever want from a fucking <v Speaker 2>confrontation with two guys like this. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I love that Todd Gordon came in and hit <v Speaker 1>him right on the top of the head. That shit <v Speaker 1>was so fun, just nailed, no hesitation. He gets in <v Speaker 1>the ring, stands up and then hits him on the <v Speaker 1>top of the head. Fuck you man, he's sad enough. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, I love that. <v Speaker 1>Whenever somebody has beef and ECW is just always on site. <v Speaker 1>Like the shit Taz does here is nuts, Like this <v Speaker 1>whole time here, Taz is the most petty dude ever, <v Speaker 1>Like he comes back and in this all stem from <v Speaker 1>nine one one just coming out. If he wouldn't have <v Speaker 1>come out, I don't think anything would have happened to you. <v Speaker 1>Taz decided I'm gonna make this the worst out of <v Speaker 1>your fucking life. <v Speaker 2>Dude. Yeah, you're right. Like, so the locker room starts <v Speaker 2>coming out here, and I believe the crowd starts chanting <v Speaker 2>bad Crew sucks because two of the guys out here <v Speaker 2>are part of the Bad Crew, which I don't know <v Speaker 2>if we've seen James, it's a Bad Crew number one <v Speaker 2>aka Dog or Bad Crew number two aka Rose Dog is. <v Speaker 1>The dog that's sick. Every promotion has to have a dog, dude. <v Speaker 2>Every promotion has a dog, and every promotion also seems <v Speaker 2>to have or at least ECW had a few of <v Speaker 2>them where it's a team, where that it's a team <v Speaker 2>name and the members of the team are just the <v Speaker 2>team name with numbers like Pitbull number one and two, <v Speaker 2>Bad Crew number one and two. I do like that. <v Speaker 2>So everyone gets nine to one to one out of <v Speaker 2>the ring, but one guy is left in the ring, <v Speaker 2>and that guy just happens to be el Porto de <v Speaker 2>Canyo and he just happens to be wearing a anti <v Speaker 2>Bill Alfonso T shirt, which, Wow, what unfortunate timing for <v Speaker 2>this man to be wearing this. <v Speaker 1>Is that the T shirt that we see on the <v Speaker 1>commercials that says like die Fonsi or something. <v Speaker 2>Yes, it's a drawing of Phansi's face. It says die Phonsi. <v Speaker 1>Did he Yeah? He bought it for twenty dollars post <v Speaker 1>paid that's awesome. <v Speaker 2>So el Porto de Kanyo has this anti Bilofonzo shirt <v Speaker 2>and Bill Afonso's piss. He fucking slaps him, rips the <v Speaker 2>shirt off of him. <v Speaker 1>Uh. <v Speaker 2>That is not enough, though, because Taz then grips him <v Speaker 2>up and hits him with a half and a half <v Speaker 2>task flex on top of his fucking head. <v Speaker 1>Dude, that was so gnarly, dude. <v Speaker 2>He drops him nuts. I mean I get it, like <v Speaker 2>he's you know, uh, you know, maybe uh lower on <v Speaker 2>the card, which is which means Tas gets to fucking <v Speaker 2>kill you. <v Speaker 1>I mean, you know that's Taz's gimmick. He throws his <v Speaker 1>shitty taz flex. Then the gimmick dies. <v Speaker 2>You know what, that's a good fucking point. Well, Joey, <v Speaker 2>Joey's here to protect al Porto do Kanyo. <v Speaker 1>Uh. <v Speaker 2>He pushes everybody back, and you know, he pleads that <v Speaker 2>tazk gona kill him, and Taz had enough of Joey again, <v Speaker 2>he grips somebody. He says, Joey, I'm telling you, you're <v Speaker 2>pissing me off, and Joey's pleavings says Taz it's me like, <v Speaker 2>come on, like which is you know again Taz is <v Speaker 2>newly healed, so they're you know, at one point, I'm <v Speaker 2>sure him and Joey got along. Well nine one one's <v Speaker 2>back and he goes face to face with Taz again, <v Speaker 2>which I was like, ah, I I assume maybe they <v Speaker 2>thought there would be a bigger reaction than iyone one <v Speaker 2>coming back to face off with Taz, because it definitely <v Speaker 2>didn't like people were like, oh okay, like what can <v Speaker 2>we finally get something here? It wasn't really as raucous <v Speaker 2>as the first face to face. <v Speaker 1>Sure, which I mean there's always diminishing returns with stuff <v Speaker 1>like sure. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, well Taz is uh talking shit with nine one one, <v Speaker 2>And now the Eliminators are here. The Eliminators are here. <v Speaker 2>They chop block nine one one and they start stomping <v Speaker 2>this dude out. And not only James are the Eliminators here, <v Speaker 2>but your boy is here too, the world's sexiest man, <v Speaker 2>Jason Knight. <v Speaker 1>Oh my god, he's got the goddamn leather jacket on. <v Speaker 1>I mean it's cut right to the waist to come. <v Speaker 2>On, man, that's no shirt. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, that shit is nuts. <v Speaker 2>He's the manager of the Eliminators and he's here to <v Speaker 2>fucking help out. He hugs Bill Alfonzo. Dude, the eliminators <v Speaker 2>pick up nine to one one and hit this dude, <v Speaker 2>this big bastard with total elimination. <v Speaker 1>I mean, they spam this shit like they are reckoned. <v Speaker 1>I mean, they start using that ship on everybody. <v Speaker 2>Man, it's so fucking over too, Like it is such <v Speaker 2>a kill move still here. I guess it always was, <v Speaker 2>but you know, eventually everyone starts doing it. <v Speaker 1>It wasn't always the total elimination. <v Speaker 2>We learned a lot at the Eliminator Hurricane. <v Speaker 1>I'm not sure. I don't remember what it was. <v Speaker 2>I just remember that something like that. <v Speaker 1>I love that Joey powdered out of the ring and <v Speaker 1>then when he got on commentary he acts like he's <v Speaker 1>blown up and starts commenting blown up. I love that <v Speaker 1>Joey always committed to the continuity of the show. It's silly, <v Speaker 1>but like it's cool that he did that. <v Speaker 2>No, you know, it helps you, uh staying like the <v Speaker 2>world right, yeah, and like I mean, for all it's worth, <v Speaker 2>I don't know, you know, eventually he has Don Kallis <v Speaker 2>and he has you know, Joel Gertner. But for a <v Speaker 2>lot of these early ucws, he's just by himself, and <v Speaker 2>he tells the story just fine, if not better than <v Speaker 2>if he could with somebody else. Yeah. <v Speaker 1>Right, he was always committed to getting the full story out, <v Speaker 1>even if it has to sit there for a minute. <v Speaker 1>He's gonna get that story out. <v Speaker 2>Yeah. And he, uh, like you said, he's catching his <v Speaker 2>breath and he says, nine one one has never been <v Speaker 2>in a compromising position like this. But he's also never <v Speaker 2>come face to me with Taz, so obviously, you know, <v Speaker 2>trying to get there. And uh so, Saturn and Cronus <v Speaker 2>are taking turns. I mean they're choking out nine to <v Speaker 2>one one and who could possibly help here? <v Speaker 1>James? <v Speaker 2>Who could save nine one one? <v Speaker 1>Dude, I couldn't believe my fucking eyes. Ray mystereo Junior <v Speaker 1>with the ECW shirt runs down and tries to cross <v Speaker 1>body press Cronus. <v Speaker 2>And Cronus catches them and immediately plants him and goes <v Speaker 2>for a double jump. Mood salt, what you do on <v Speaker 2>a fucking run in guy, But he missed, he missed <v Speaker 2>a double jump. Saturn misses a moon Salt as well. <v Speaker 2>Saturn with the hair also fucking crazy by the way. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I know, dude, it's always so jarring to see <v Speaker 1>when we go back and we go through this. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>Cronus is also super beefy at this point. He is <v Speaker 1>just killing these moon salts. They look awesome. <v Speaker 2>He's a super athletic. I don't know as much about <v Speaker 2>Cronus as I mean, I know many eliminators. I've seen that, <v Speaker 2>and like, I know a lot more about Saturn just <v Speaker 2>because we've watched him in WFWC DO and played in <v Speaker 2>the video games, and fucking he's the video game god. <v Speaker 2>That's true, right, that is fucking true. Well, Saturn misses <v Speaker 2>the moon salt and then Ray does a slingshot moon <v Speaker 2>salt onto both of them, and I mean, we're firing here. <v Speaker 2>Ray is going fucking nuts, dude. This thing that Ray <v Speaker 2>does here is nuts. Ray he headss's arm drags of eliminators. <v Speaker 2>They're outside. Ray climbs up to the top. He's facing <v Speaker 2>inside of the ring. He moon salts over the ring <v Speaker 2>post onto these dudes. I fucking lost my mind. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, dude, that was awesome. It reminded me of like <v Speaker 1>how WCW would do stuff too, because they would always <v Speaker 1>do the entrance way on the corner. Also, oh the corner. <v Speaker 1>I love that stuff. Yeah, And of course in PWG, <v Speaker 1>like Ricochet and all those dudes were always doing the <v Speaker 1>triangle style jumps over the turnbuckles and shit. I always <v Speaker 1>thought that was so cool, and like seeing Ray do <v Speaker 1>it here, like what a scary move. It looks so great. <v Speaker 1>They got an awesome shot underneath to like, Ray is <v Speaker 1>just he's just amazing, dude. <v Speaker 2>Dude, he's so fucking fearless like that scared the shit <v Speaker 2>out of me. I mean, you know how many like <v Speaker 2>you said the Ricochet dive. We've seen a thousand versions <v Speaker 2>of post dives now, but a moon salt over the <v Speaker 2>ring post just seems fucked up and he crushes it, dude, Like, <v Speaker 2>and Joey's playing up on comeditions like Ray Mazero jun <v Speaker 2>is the first person that ever comes rescue nine one one. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, like this is a team that's about to happen, <v Speaker 1>Like this becomes a mass I couldn't believe. <v Speaker 2>It, dude, Yes, okay, I I don't know when it <v Speaker 2>became a match, because I don't remember there being a bell. <v Speaker 2>I just know there's a point here where there's a pinfall, <v Speaker 2>and then it's now we're in a match. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, technically it's nine to one one and Ray Massterio <v Speaker 1>Junior versus the Eliminators and a Tornado tag team match. <v Speaker 2>Fucking insane, dude, And like this is like the smallest <v Speaker 2>version of Ray masterial'll ever find. Like, no no TV <v Speaker 2>show has seen Ray this size. <v Speaker 1>So Ray has like both the Eliminator's number early here, <v Speaker 1>they're just selling for Ray. He's just too quick, He's <v Speaker 1>doing all his shit. Saturn finally cuts Ray off here <v Speaker 1>and they just start beating down nine to one one again. <v Speaker 1>Who's just been sitting in the corner. I mean he <v Speaker 1>got total eliminated, so he's out for a second. <v Speaker 2>It's funny because, like you can tell nine one one's <v Speaker 2>not used to being on the cell. <v Speaker 1>No, hell no. There's a part later on the match <v Speaker 1>where it's like, holy shit, I don't know if I've <v Speaker 1>ever seen this guy selling. <v Speaker 2>This is nice, Yeah, but he's trying. He's trying his <v Speaker 2>best by laying around. <v Speaker 1>So Taz runs down again here as they beat down <v Speaker 1>nine to one one, and he fucking just starts choking <v Speaker 1>out nine one one with the orange towel. <v Speaker 2>He's choking with the orange sound Billa Fonzo is trying <v Speaker 2>to reach around with a white towel to join in <v Speaker 2>to double choke nine one one. <v Speaker 1>Like he didn't do it like outside the ring, Taz <v Speaker 1>slid into the ring and then choked him out in <v Speaker 1>the ring. Watch so funny, man. <v Speaker 2>We talked about this over when we watched Slamboree with <v Speaker 2>Dan Reiker. We're like, you know, the boys don't Sometimes <v Speaker 2>they're used to not having rules. Sometimes they're not. Taz <v Speaker 2>obviously didn't give a fuck, but in other instances you <v Speaker 2>see guys kind of more hesitant. <v Speaker 1>So off camera, Ray Mysteria must have hit Perry Saturn <v Speaker 1>with a cookie sheet because it cuts to him and <v Speaker 1>Ray is sitting there where they bent cookie. <v Speaker 2>Sheet tented to shit, and you can like they show <v Speaker 2>the hardcam shot and the crowd's going, oh, but there's <v Speaker 2>no camera on it until we see, like you said, <v Speaker 2>Ray holding a fucked up cookie. <v Speaker 1>Geet Cronis body slams Ray. He hits a beautiful standing <v Speaker 1>moonsaw on him for a freaking out ninety one one, <v Speaker 1>then hits a soup plex on Saturn, and Joe Styles says, <v Speaker 1>I'll be damned he can wrestle. <v Speaker 2>Textbooks, sup Flex, I'll be damn Like nine on one, <v Speaker 2>but legit only does fucking choke slam. So I wonder, like. <v Speaker 1>He's legit fucking Frankenstein, Like it's awesome, Like what a <v Speaker 1>good gimmick man. Like he comes in, he does the <v Speaker 1>choke slam every one years he leaves. <v Speaker 2>Dude, it's fucking I mean, no better fucking gimmick than that. Like, <v Speaker 2>I don't know, you know, it reminds me of a <v Speaker 2>fucking dark City in r O h oh. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, if you saw Dark City, you already knew what <v Speaker 1>was going on. <v Speaker 2>Same with Hate Club. Hate Club would do the same <v Speaker 2>with CZW. I don't know, like the last time there's <v Speaker 2>been uh kind of a guy like that that just <v Speaker 2>kind of comes out only to kill and then goes <v Speaker 2>away leave. Maybe yeah, Wardlow for a second, Maybe was that. <v Speaker 1>Dude Wardlow with that fucking knee off the top rope? <v Speaker 2>Oh my god, I. <v Speaker 1>Know that shit's dangerous. I don't give a fuck. That <v Speaker 1>shit was so awesome. I mean, like, wow, I would <v Speaker 1>have had him doing that on everybody. Man, He'd be <v Speaker 1>doing it on shows. He only had matches. He would <v Speaker 1>bring guys in the ring, but they hit that knee. <v Speaker 1>I don't give a fuck, you know, Like I mean. <v Speaker 2>Why not, Why the funk not? He was most over <v Speaker 2>when he was coming out doing that and doing the <v Speaker 2>power bombs. <v Speaker 1>When he had that knee strike. <v Speaker 2>Man Like, when they. <v Speaker 1>Took it away, it felt like they nerved him. <v Speaker 2>I think you're right, because then they fucking doubled down <v Speaker 2>on the power bombs. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, man, I don't know. Man, that knee was different, and. <v Speaker 2>I love a good power bomb, but the corner knee <v Speaker 2>was nuts. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, man, I'm glad they got that in the video <v Speaker 1>game too. <v Speaker 2>Yes, dude, yeah, me too. <v Speaker 1>So credit sits a jackknife power bomb on Ray Mysterio <v Speaker 1>here and then Saturn Low blows nine one one, and then. <v Speaker 2>Once again he's not selling enough. <v Speaker 1>They set up nine one one. It hit total elimination. <v Speaker 2>I couldn't like. They must have been like the only <v Speaker 2>way to get this guy to stay down, as if <v Speaker 2>we hit our finish, because that's the only thing he'll respect, <v Speaker 2>like everything else he's getting up from. <v Speaker 1>Also, I guess off camera, raymus Terio was put through <v Speaker 1>a table. You hear a table break, but nothing is shown. <v Speaker 2>They show this total eimination that a second later there's <v Speaker 2>we're just on hardcam and you just hearsh and the <v Speaker 2>crowd go oh, and then I can only assume Cronus <v Speaker 2>put Ray through the ringside table. <v Speaker 1>Well, Taz comes back out here and starts choking nine <v Speaker 1>one one to deal with the towel. <v Speaker 2>This okay? There had to have been like something some <v Speaker 2>plot was missed here or some like I don't know <v Speaker 2>if Taz was supposed to like do more to nine <v Speaker 2>one one and nine to one one wasn't selling enough <v Speaker 2>or or what, because it didn't feel like Taz was <v Speaker 2>supposed to be out of here this many times. <v Speaker 1>I thought that show was funny as fuck. What's on site? <v Speaker 1>You shouldn't have come out here earlier, dumb ass, like. <v Speaker 2>Dude that I'm playing the video games and fucking there's <v Speaker 2>someone interfering. I'm trying to beat them up and they <v Speaker 2>won't leave. Dad's get the fuck out, dude. <v Speaker 1>The only person that came out here to save you <v Speaker 1>is Ray Masterio Junior, and he was or was not <v Speaker 1>just put through a table. I'm coming out here to <v Speaker 1>kick the where once? <v Speaker 2>What are you gonna do? And of course Bill Alfonzo <v Speaker 2>is fucking blowing the whistle nuts. <v Speaker 1>Saturn then kills Ray with a power bomb, but Ray <v Speaker 1>is able to fight back here. He hits a double DDT, <v Speaker 1>which allows nine one one to get back. <v Speaker 2>Up because he's fine. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. I love the way that Joey styles was like, <v Speaker 1>oh wow, he's really struggling to get back to his <v Speaker 1>feet here. He just gets back at the ring and says, <v Speaker 1>all right, Tom for the fenace. <v Speaker 2>He gets in like nothing elf. I mean, when you <v Speaker 2>think of him as Frankenstein, you know you can kind. <v Speaker 1>Of I mean, that's the man, right, like, fuck it, <v Speaker 1>it's time to go. Baby. <v Speaker 2>This spot here, James is insane. Like I didn't know. <v Speaker 2>I thought they were just kind of like, you know, <v Speaker 2>fucking around until I realized, oh, this is like a <v Speaker 2>planing spot. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, this is the planned spot to like a twenty <v Speaker 1>minute schmaz uh ra. Yeah, with run ends and taz <v Speaker 1>and all this shit. Yeah. Ray calls nine one one <v Speaker 1>to the corner. Ray climbs his shoulders and then challenges <v Speaker 1>the eliminators to do the same thing. He challenges the <v Speaker 1>eliminators to a chicken fight. Ray then climbs all the <v Speaker 1>way up on his shoulders. I mean he is standing <v Speaker 1>on his shoulders now. <v Speaker 2>The eliminators except by the way they Cronus picks Saturn <v Speaker 2>up on his shoulders. <v Speaker 1>And they walk towards each other, and Ray stands up <v Speaker 1>on nine one one's shoulders and then spike rana's Saturn <v Speaker 1>off Croda's shoulders and hits him straight into the mat. <v Speaker 2>Oh my god. <v Speaker 1>And then he wins and he picks up the wind <v Speaker 1>and Ray jumps into nine one one's arms. <v Speaker 2>Dude, Okay, not only sick fucking finish, super wholesome and yes, dude, <v Speaker 2>I love frank Stein. Dude, this Rana is out of control. <v Speaker 2>Ray did like a bunch of stuff in this match <v Speaker 2>that like is scary to me now, Like I wouldn't <v Speaker 2>want to see anybody do this now. It is horrifying, <v Speaker 2>Like Saturn dies on this fucking RNA off of Cronus's shoulders, <v Speaker 2>but they do it like they don't fuck it up. <v Speaker 2>It looked great. It just was scary shoes. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I mean, what a finish to a big schmas <v Speaker 1>Man chicken fight that ends with a spike rana And <v Speaker 1>then of course the eliminators get back up. They shot <v Speaker 1>block nine one one. <v Speaker 2>It's not over. <v Speaker 1>Saturn hits the dominator on Ray mystereo. <v Speaker 2>He shit, he crushes it with that thing too, dude. <v Speaker 1>End up just hit a body slam or something, you know, but. <v Speaker 2>You know they they gotta hit their mood. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, dominator will work too, I guess. <v Speaker 2>Uh. <v Speaker 1>The Eliminators then pick Ray Mysteria back up and hit <v Speaker 1>total elimination on him. <v Speaker 2>Like I dude, I loved everything about it and if <v Speaker 2>that was the end of it, I would have been <v Speaker 2>super happy. <v Speaker 1>But the pit Bulls run Down. <v Speaker 2>Ship start to show. Start the fucking show. <v Speaker 1>So the pit Bulls run Down. Fran Scene is the <v Speaker 1>manager of the pit Bulls, and France Scene attacks the <v Speaker 1>sexiest man on the corner of Swanson and Rittner and <v Speaker 1>they start going to town in the ring. <v Speaker 2>Dude, she whooves his fucking ass. She's gorgeous by the way, <v Speaker 2>Oh my god. <v Speaker 1>Dude, yeah, dude, complete smoke show. All the all the <v Speaker 1>women at e c W were just hot as hell. <v Speaker 2>I mean, Jason is fucking, you know, a gorgeous man, <v Speaker 2>but franccene. <v Speaker 1>Jason is actually super hot. At this Pointammack is like <v Speaker 1>the sexiest man and like, wait, man, it is kind <v Speaker 1>of hot. What's going on here, dude? <v Speaker 2>It's weird. Eastern W is known for you know, being <v Speaker 2>fucking crazy and having like you know, slobs here and there. <v Speaker 2>There's some fucking handsome dudes on this show, man. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I love that. Uh, he just went down immediately <v Speaker 1>to France scene. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, they're in the ring. He's like, she's whooping his ass. <v Speaker 2>This is and I wrote here, this is the most <v Speaker 2>chaotic start to a show I've ever watched before. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, we're still technically in the opening segment of this show. Yes, well, <v Speaker 1>the Eliminators pull France scene off. Jason, Oh my god, <v Speaker 1>they set her up and they hit France scene with <v Speaker 1>total elimination. <v Speaker 2>Dude, Okay, this is what the fourth or fifth one <v Speaker 2>we've seen here. This was the gnarliest one. <v Speaker 1>Joey Salas, let's out a sad. Oh my god. <v Speaker 2>I mean they crush her with this fucking thing and <v Speaker 2>then they powder fucking jerk offs. <v Speaker 1>That was definitely supposed to be the big takeaway from <v Speaker 1>this segment, Like, if the Eliminators are going to lose <v Speaker 1>to Ray in nine one one, they got to keep <v Speaker 1>their heat, so they're gonna kill France scene with this. <v Speaker 1>And she takes it. Man, she takes it like a <v Speaker 1>champ there. And uh, they do a whole angle where <v Speaker 1>the EMTs come out and everything and take her out <v Speaker 1>on a gurney. <v Speaker 2>Oh, we don't call a EMTs here, James. This is <v Speaker 2>damage control of course. <v Speaker 1>All right, Yes, forget about the big EMT on the <v Speaker 1>back of the shirt. <v Speaker 2>Doesn't make the damaged control. <v Speaker 1>Well shit, if they made them wear damage control shirts, <v Speaker 1>that'd be funny as well. <v Speaker 2>Be sick as fuck. Yeah, the like you said, EMT's <v Speaker 2>come out, they bb Bush. But I can't believe you <v Speaker 2>remember fucking bb Bush. <v Speaker 1>Dude, of course I heard bb Bush. Yeah, yeah, she <v Speaker 1>isn't staple. She's on the show way too much. <v Speaker 2>Dude, b B Bush and uh, the fucking security guard <v Speaker 2>with the Triple A chat are two staples of the <v Speaker 2>Attitude era. <v Speaker 1>Dude, Right, Triple A stole his whole gimmick from that guy, and. <v Speaker 2>He stole his gimmick from a guy on this show too, <v Speaker 2>What the hell, dude. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, two guys that were very integral to the game <v Speaker 1>character was the security guard and Shane Douglas. <v Speaker 2>Dude, Yeah, I love when anything happens where EMTs have <v Speaker 2>to come out in the crowd. Do the sirens woo <v Speaker 2>woo woo. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's super funny. <v Speaker 2>So they they take fencin and alt and uh, Jason <v Speaker 2>is still here, James, He's a Jason. <v Speaker 1>Jason. <v Speaker 2>The crowd should have didn't happen yet, I guess so. Uh, <v Speaker 2>Jason gets back in for some reason. I don't know <v Speaker 2>why he got back in to do any of this, <v Speaker 2>but he hits Pitbull two with a chair and then <v Speaker 2>he's pawting because he's the six. <v Speaker 1>Classic manager deal here come then with the chair managers <v Speaker 1>have zero attack attribute. He uses it on pit Bull <v Speaker 1>number two. Pit Bull number two just says it did <v Speaker 1>hurt that bad. Turns around. Jason turns around like he <v Speaker 1>just made like the swing of the century, right, but <v Speaker 1>pit Bull number two no sounds. It completely turns around <v Speaker 1>and then mother FN bombs Jason onto the eliminators. Fuck you. <v Speaker 1>I loved it, dude. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, that was awesome, fantastic this. I mean this was <v Speaker 2>what fifteen to twenty minutes opening this entire start to <v Speaker 2>finish here. <v Speaker 1>Dude, I mean it intertwined like nine different angles with <v Speaker 1>a bunch of different. <v Speaker 2>Dudes made a tag team. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. What was super cool about UCW was their ability <v Speaker 1>to intertwine their faces their heels like not everyone's in <v Speaker 1>like a huge drawn out rivalry. The faces like the <v Speaker 1>faces the heels like the heels, right, heels sometimes don't <v Speaker 1>like the heels, you know, like there's just like there's <v Speaker 1>just constant shit going on with the same like twelve people, <v Speaker 1>you know what I mean. I always thought that was <v Speaker 1>super cool. <v Speaker 2>It's weird to see, like, you know, how easy it <v Speaker 2>is for that to get lost, right, because I think <v Speaker 2>wrestling a lot of times people feel like they got <v Speaker 2>to reinvent the wheel, which sometimes it does call for that, <v Speaker 2>but you know, fucking going back to basics. I mean, <v Speaker 2>who can't understand fucking the good guy? Save the good guy? <v Speaker 1>Yeah? Right, So we go to commercial ECW is tory <v Speaker 1>in different places. They kind of run down all the <v Speaker 1>shows that they have here coming up. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, there's the main one that they're advertising here is <v Speaker 2>that I believe this is the Return to New York, <v Speaker 2>which is the February third, ninety six card crazy song <v Speaker 2>they got here. It's line up by Elastica, And like <v Speaker 2>the entire part of this commercial that they use for <v Speaker 2>this song is is just that it sounds like just <v Speaker 2>somebody moaning all the time. Ah yeah, Sam Man and <v Speaker 2>Scorpio versus gangsters, Ah, dude, death unts is like, fuck, <v Speaker 2>what's that? What I thought of I thought of you immediately. Yeah, so, uh, <v Speaker 2>this card is looking, I mean pretty stacked here, Sandman <v Speaker 2>in Scorpio, I assume with Woman against the Gangsters, Ray <v Speaker 2>versus Psychosis, which is I mean fucking just being able <v Speaker 2>to book that is nuts ninety six too, like you're <v Speaker 2>so young. Cactus and Mikey versus the Eliminators, Raven and <v Speaker 2>Stevie versus Dreamer and a partner of his choice, which <v Speaker 2>was a you know, a classic, probably ended up being <v Speaker 2>Terry Funk every time. And this match is nuts And <v Speaker 2>I don't know if this exists, but I kind of <v Speaker 2>need to see it. Saboo versus mister Hughes. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's definitely an interesting match. I wonder if it <v Speaker 1>even happened. <v Speaker 2>There's a good fucking chance to do and that's a <v Speaker 2>good shot. Yeah, like that's not But I mean they <v Speaker 2>bring mister Houghs into the fold here, you know, they <v Speaker 2>he's a part of I guess he was a part <v Speaker 2>of the show before. And we'll kind of touch on <v Speaker 2>that here soon. So we go from that commercial to <v Speaker 2>a Lance Right commercial and Lance writes the hype Zone <v Speaker 2>guy of course, and he uh, again we've talked about <v Speaker 2>this commercial before where he says, uh, East W you <v Speaker 2>know is governed by a very conservative, right wing, politically <v Speaker 2>correct establishment, and when we aren't in our corporate duds, <v Speaker 2>we like to slip into something more comfortable, like this E, C, <v Speaker 2>F and W shirt. It's only twenty dollars post paid. <v Speaker 2>Of course, you know this means there's one no way <v Speaker 2>that fucking shirt was comfortable, Like that had to be <v Speaker 2>printed on the shittiest shit ever if it was only <v Speaker 2>twenty dollars. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, it was printed on fucking sandpaper. <v Speaker 2>You can find that same exact shirt, same quality, for <v Speaker 2>six hundred dollars on eBay right now. I'm sure an <v Speaker 2>OG version of it. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I'm sure you just go to stash pages and <v Speaker 1>get a rechiever DD. <v Speaker 2>It probably be awesome too, gets me very quickly. <v Speaker 1>It probably feels good on you. <v Speaker 2>I love stash pages just great. <v Speaker 1>Well, Joey Styles welcomes us back and tell you can <v Speaker 1>buy ECW House Party nineteen ninety six on VHS right now. <v Speaker 2>Yes, there's you know, all the action you see from <v Speaker 2>the night is from House Party ninety six, available on <v Speaker 2>its entirety from EASW home video, which you know we <v Speaker 2>talked about it on the after show James, and I <v Speaker 2>did go ahead. Just for those that may I don't, <v Speaker 2>I tweeted about it, but I actually haven't mentioned it yet. <v Speaker 2>I did go ahead, and I bought a lot of <v Speaker 2>ECW vhs is I'm still missing some. I actually have <v Speaker 2>a couple for you, James that I had extras of, <v Speaker 2>so I'll be bringing mb to you shortly. I bought uh. <v Speaker 2>I think it was like eighty bucks I got. It <v Speaker 2>was like all the like. It wasn't like the how <v Speaker 2>like how like the pay per view ones. There's a <v Speaker 2>couple of paper ones, but it's mostly the compilations like <v Speaker 2>the Best of the Dudley's, which I believe, by the way, <v Speaker 2>the Best of the Dudley's. Someone can correct me on this. <v Speaker 2>The picture that they use on the Best of the <v Speaker 2>Dudley's ECWVHS release. I'm pretty sure they came back and <v Speaker 2>did a photo shoot for ECW while they're in WF <v Speaker 2>so they could put them on the cover of this. <v Speaker 1>That's pretty cool. <v Speaker 2>This is definitely WWF Erra Dudley's on this VHS. But yeah, <v Speaker 2>there's best to cack this, Jack and some other compilations. <v Speaker 2>But yes, I've I'm on the hunt for an ECW <v Speaker 2>VHS collection, so I might have to find House Party <v Speaker 2>ninety six if I can. <v Speaker 1>Uh, you know, yeah, you have to now right, I fuck? <v Speaker 1>And you have to get November to Remember nineteen ninety five, <v Speaker 1>which is also. <v Speaker 2>Available that orders now being taken for immediate delivery. How <v Speaker 2>immediate do you think nineteen ninety six VHS delivery was <v Speaker 2>ordering on the phone? You were not getting that shit, <v Speaker 2>Like God, Stevie Richards wasn't fucking handling the shipping and delivery. <v Speaker 1>Well, you were not getting that shit. You were better <v Speaker 1>off hoping somebody recorded it or something, be a fucking <v Speaker 1>like a Panasonic or something at the venue and then <v Speaker 1>they send it to you or something some fancam in <v Speaker 1>the audience. <v Speaker 2>You gotta get the fucking DVDR rip from Rob Naylor. <v Speaker 1>Uh. <v Speaker 2>Yeah. So they go over that as well the November <v Speaker 2>to Remember ninety five where they talk about Sabu's surprise <v Speaker 2>return to the ECW arena, which is of course coming <v Speaker 2>after him and Paulie having a bit of a falling <v Speaker 2>out because Sabu took a new Japan date and thought <v Speaker 2>he could be back in time for ECW and he <v Speaker 2>wasn't back in time for ECW, and while he was <v Speaker 2>in the air on the way to the show, Paul <v Speaker 2>Hayman fired him in the ring. <v Speaker 1>Infamous Infamous Paul at ECW. <v Speaker 2>Segment And but they they they've squashed that beef James, <v Speaker 2>So Sabu is back and he faces. <v Speaker 1>This shaw hack of heires well Joey Styles gives us <v Speaker 1>some more updates here. He welcomes us back after the <v Speaker 1>second commercial break and says, we hope to have an <v Speaker 1>update on Francina at some point, but we don't know <v Speaker 1>when that will be. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, she's on her way. I think she's on her <v Speaker 2>way to the hospital at this point. So they, you know, <v Speaker 2>they keep up thing throughout and he says, but how <v Speaker 2>about the return of the franchise. The man who took <v Speaker 2>ECW the Extreme our first World Champion, And he kind <v Speaker 2>of runs down the history of the franchise here and <v Speaker 2>he said, I mean, I love Joey's sly fucking shots <v Speaker 2>here at the w wfn WCW, but this one was <v Speaker 2>all WWF tonight. Really, He says, uh, it was last <v Speaker 2>year in ECW that due to the high impact hardcore style, <v Speaker 2>he suffered from fractured and compressed the vertebrae and seeking <v Speaker 2>a lighter schedule, less impact, to say the least, he <v Speaker 2>went to the World Wrestling Federation where he was awarded <v Speaker 2>the in title belt. And I guess that's how titles <v Speaker 2>changed there. I'm not sure one or seeking a lighter schedule, <v Speaker 2>and two they gave a belt. I don't know how <v Speaker 2>that works. But he says he wasn't the franchise of old. <v Speaker 2>It was obvious he but now he's returned. And although <v Speaker 2>we do not know if he'll be a return of <v Speaker 2>the ring to the entries of his back, we do <v Speaker 2>know that earlier today Bubba Ray Dudley got an English <v Speaker 2>lesson courtesy of the franchise, and Bubba was seeking revenge <v Speaker 2>from Jigglo, Jimmy Delray. <v Speaker 1>Jimmy Graffiti and e c W. <v Speaker 2>I can't lee, fuck dude, what nay said Jimmy Delray, James, <v Speaker 2>I was so excited for you to watch this, I said, <v Speaker 2>holy shit. <v Speaker 1>Also, it seemed like everyone was going to WWF for <v Speaker 1>WCW around this time. From ECW. I mean, fuck man, <v Speaker 1>Even Jimmy Delray goes to w c his partner already <v Speaker 1>left too, and like yeah, like wow man, Holy shit. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, so they talk about that as well. Here he says, <v Speaker 2>you know that, So this is setting up for uh, <v Speaker 2>I believe that. They said Damien Kane was a manager <v Speaker 2>here who was looking to make a name for himself. <v Speaker 2>He tried to recruit Jimmy Jimmy Delray, and he wanted <v Speaker 2>he wanted to give him bodyguard. And Jimmy Delray wanted <v Speaker 2>a lady Alexander who was there he just because he's <v Speaker 2>a ladies man. But instead his manager, his bodyguard will <v Speaker 2>be the roughneck mister Hughes who used to watch the <v Speaker 2>back of the Friend Tries Shane Douglas. So the stage <v Speaker 2>was set. The Heavenly Body Jigglo, I frote Juggalo Jimmy. <v Speaker 1>Definitely did, I definitely did do. <v Speaker 2>Blant Jimmy Delray, Great Muda and the Clouds Jigglo. Jimmy <v Speaker 2>Delray sans partner who was zipped out of here, Uh <v Speaker 2>to go one on one with Bubba Ray Dudley. Of course, <v Speaker 2>if you don't know, Uh, Tom Prichard was his partner <v Speaker 2>in any Heavenly Bodies and Tom Pritchard went to WF <v Speaker 2>to be zip the team with Chris Candido who. <v Speaker 1>Was Skip and the Body Donna's. <v Speaker 2>Yes, the body Donna's with Sonny. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. I think Joey Styles makes a reference to that later. <v Speaker 2>That is correct, he does. <v Speaker 1>So we have Bubba Ray versus Jimmy Delray. The whole <v Speaker 1>Dudley family is here and they come out to wait. <v Speaker 2>Dude, I uh, we might have talked about this before, <v Speaker 2>but in my brain I thought that was just Spike's tam. <v Speaker 2>I didn't realize that Spike like kept it Roman Raine <v Speaker 2>shield styled when the group I'll be taking that. I mean, <v Speaker 2>great fucking song. But yeah, like you said, all the <v Speaker 2>Dudley's are here, sign Guy and Dudley, Chubby Dudley dances <v Speaker 2>with Dudley and of course large brother Big Dick Dudley. <v Speaker 1>The crowd is huge on Bubba by the way. They're <v Speaker 1>channing bah. <v Speaker 2>Bu bu bu. They love this fucking dude. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. I think he's essentially a rookie here, which kind <v Speaker 1>of plays into the match. <v Speaker 2>Yeah right here in a minute here, Deevon's not here yet, <v Speaker 2>that's right, Yeah, yeah, no Devon. <v Speaker 1>The Dudleys hold up their own sign in the ring <v Speaker 1>that says the one and only hardcore extreme original sign guy, <v Speaker 1>and then it goes to the front road where the <v Speaker 1>front row guys have their own sign that says the <v Speaker 1>one and only, truly original, extremely hardcore sign. <v Speaker 2>Guy Joey says, ah enough, that's fucking funny shit. Of course. <v Speaker 2>Jimmy Delray also grinds crazy during his intro pretty much <v Speaker 2>sable grind almost one to. <v Speaker 1>One because he's a Juggalo. <v Speaker 2>He that's what the crowd was asking for earlier. <v Speaker 1>Bubba grabs the mic and the crowd immediately chance, what's <v Speaker 1>your name? <v Speaker 2>They want him to fucking say his name? And he uh, <v Speaker 2>he gets in the center and he says, my name <v Speaker 2>is Boo boo, Boo boo, and then Jimmy del Ray <v Speaker 2>drop kicks over the back of that. <v Speaker 1>Jimmy dol Ray is gonna get some heat, man. <v Speaker 2>And I mean he uh, he looks insane. <v Speaker 1>He looks Everyone in this fucking segment is insane. Everyone, <v Speaker 1>like the whole group here is fucked. I mean, good God, <v Speaker 1>almighty man like that. Jimmy del Ray with Chubby Dudley, <v Speaker 1>what the fuck is doing Chubby Dudley with the pizza <v Speaker 1>and the chips. He's fat, that's he's fat. <v Speaker 2>He's fat. Dudley. And here's of course big Dick Dudley <v Speaker 2>because he's got a big. <v Speaker 1>Dan this fucking broken leg, dude, he he still came <v Speaker 1>to the show with the broken leg. <v Speaker 2>Is there ever gonna be a show that we watched <v Speaker 2>where this fucking guy doesn't have a broken leg. He's <v Speaker 2>like Jack Victory with the wheelchair. <v Speaker 1>Did he It was the motorcycle accidents that did it right, right, <v Speaker 1>I mean it fucking destroyed his leg. I mean that <v Speaker 1>thing is in like a super cast. <v Speaker 2>Dude. Yeah, I mean he's fucked, but he's still here, <v Speaker 2>and he's. <v Speaker 1>He's still here. He's still he's still doing a. <v Speaker 2>Still yeah, dude, Like yeah, he's a part of the match. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. Man, this group is fucked. Man. It's so funny because, <v Speaker 1>like once again, it's one of those deals where if <v Speaker 1>you know the Dudley's from the w w F, you're like, oh, yeah, <v Speaker 1>it's Bubba and Devon. They like the tables, they do <v Speaker 1>their thing. Shit's awesome. Then you come here and you're like, <v Speaker 1>what the absolute fuck is going on? <v Speaker 2>Like you said, even in the w w E, like yes. <v Speaker 1>Documentaries and ship it was always Devon and Bubba and <v Speaker 1>they were talking ship to the crowd, et cetera, et cetera. <v Speaker 2>Right, that got the heat, they got the riots. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, but then you come back to like ninety six <v Speaker 1>and you have like the whole family here, and you're like, wow, <v Speaker 1>I didn't even know this was a thing, Like, well, <v Speaker 1>this is nuts. <v Speaker 2>But it's fucking it's pretty entertaining. <v Speaker 1>It's unique. Man, it's unique to like just this time <v Speaker 1>period with just this audience. Yeah, it's it's interesting, for sure. <v Speaker 1>Jimmy del Ray drop kicks Bubba from hinding the bell <v Speaker 1>rings Bubba back to Jimmy to the corner, and Joey says, <v Speaker 1>Jimmy Delray looking for his tag partner, but he signed <v Speaker 1>to the World Wrestling Federation, where he thinks he will <v Speaker 1>have a sunny future. <v Speaker 2>Don't bet on it, don't bet on it is. Yeah, <v Speaker 2>that guy flipped out and zipped over the WF. <v Speaker 1>Dude, I mean that does suck. They brought in the <v Speaker 1>Heavenly Bodies and Tom Pritchard immediately signs to ww Dude. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>oh fuck, I guess we still got Jimmy Delray. <v Speaker 2>They look over he's grinding in the corner. Oh Jesus, <v Speaker 2>oh man, what the hell do we do? <v Speaker 1>With this guy. <v Speaker 2>Honestly, dude, Easter, he is the only place that he <v Speaker 2>still has a job. Like any other place, he's fucking gone. <v Speaker 1>We crossed disolve into a later part of the match, because. <v Speaker 2>Give your parts in this match. <v Speaker 1>Here, Bubba hits a splash in the corner and covers <v Speaker 1>for a two. Bubba argues with the ref and Jimmy <v Speaker 1>Delray kicks him low. He hits a tornado DDT out <v Speaker 1>of the corner and we get a cross dissolve again. <v Speaker 2>Okay, so a couple of things here. One, when Bubba <v Speaker 2>goes to argue with the ref about the count, he <v Speaker 2>goes one two and he's spinning all over the reft. <v Speaker 2>The ref is selling the spit and then Jimmy dear <v Speaker 2>kick Jimmy del Ray kicks him of the balls from behind. <v Speaker 2>And then this is egregious. I was I was begging <v Speaker 2>Joey to fucking say something about this. Jimmy is seated <v Speaker 2>on the second or he's seen on the top rope. <v Speaker 2>Here Bubba feeds in uh to go to a cut <v Speaker 2>him off me del Ray thumbs him in the eyes. <v Speaker 2>Bubba is wearing glasses. Bubba is fucking wearing glasses. <v Speaker 1>Someone someone pubging me in my glass? Isn't it pressed <v Speaker 1>into my eyes? And like, ah, man, that suck. <v Speaker 2>You know what? I guess I can't argue that I <v Speaker 2>don't wear glasses. Fuck, you have better experience there. <v Speaker 1>Oh, hands off my glasses. Oh they didn't break I <v Speaker 1>don't have the second glasses. <v Speaker 2>Well, then he took a okay, they they called h <v Speaker 2>they don't call it tornado. <v Speaker 1>Is that a finish? Well I should have been a <v Speaker 1>finish taking his glasses off and breaking them, and then <v Speaker 1>they beat him because he can't. <v Speaker 2>Oh, I don't know if I've ever seen that. <v Speaker 1>That'd be cool. So Bubba goes for a power bomb here, <v Speaker 1>but mister Hughes gets on the apron. Bubba hits him, <v Speaker 1>but del Ray gloms him from behind. Del Ray hits <v Speaker 1>the Ropes but Bubba grabs him for the DDT and <v Speaker 1>picks up the three. <v Speaker 2>Of course, Big Dick Dudley is on the apron as well. <v Speaker 2>He's going face to face with mister Hues with his crush, <v Speaker 2>his big fucking cast on his leg. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, and Bubba hits a splash while the Dudley stand <v Speaker 1>tall Dude. <v Speaker 2>The Dudley's whooped Jimmy Delray's ass. They fucking Bubba HiT's <v Speaker 2>a huge splash, like you said, and you know, uh, <v Speaker 2>they said that big Dick laid out mister Hughes with <v Speaker 2>a crutch. By the way, we didn't see this. There's <v Speaker 2>a lot of things we don't see, like Reymisterio going <v Speaker 2>through a table that just happens. Uh. But yeah, then <v Speaker 2>we fade uh and we see Jimmy Delray and mister <v Speaker 2>Hughes back in the ring. The Dudley's are they're are <v Speaker 2>also all in the ring. We're facing off here, and <v Speaker 2>mister Hughes says, we both know somebody that can teach <v Speaker 2>you proper English boy, bring him out here. And everyone's like, <v Speaker 2>what the fuck is going on? And then Perfect Strangers <v Speaker 2>by Deep Purple Hits, and fucking franchise is back. Bitch, <v Speaker 2>huge pop for the fucking three. I throw up the <v Speaker 2>threes all that shit triple threatened this motherfucker God damn, <v Speaker 2>the franchise is back. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, so franchise comes in the ring here, he grabs <v Speaker 1>Chubby Dudley's chips and throws him into their crown and <v Speaker 1>he goes, Buba, what hell is? <v Speaker 2>There have been some purgatorious times for all of us <v Speaker 2>in the last six months, and Joey says, purgatory is nothing. Shane, <v Speaker 2>you were in hell of Mego holy fuck ww. <v Speaker 1>And don't even get me started about w C. <v Speaker 2>That's where you're going, Shane, that's gonna be even worse. <v Speaker 2>Shane said, there's a whole lot of things gonna be <v Speaker 2>fixed around here. I do not only happen to be <v Speaker 2>the world's greatest wrestler, but I also happened to be <v Speaker 2>the world's greatest English teacher, and I'm gonna teach you <v Speaker 2>some proper English. He slaps a shit out of Bubba <v Speaker 2>and that was the lesson because he says, all right, <v Speaker 2>I said there's a lot of things to to be fixed, <v Speaker 2>and they start tonight. Guys, the franchise is back Big Pop. <v Speaker 2>Don't know why he had a slap Bubba for that, <v Speaker 2>but nonetheless, Shane Douglas saw his return to e C dub. <v Speaker 1>So we get highlights of this match up here. Two <v Speaker 1>Cold Scorpio versus Mikey Whipwreck from House Party ninety six. <v Speaker 1>It is for the TV Championship. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, Joey goes over and he says, Mikey defending the <v Speaker 2>TV title against too cold, Scorpio a tittle he won <v Speaker 2>thanks to Cactus Jack, who is now his World Tag <v Speaker 2>Team Championship partner, and Mikey's not too happy about it. <v Speaker 2>And uh yeah, so we go into this match here <v Speaker 2>and Scorpio is on the mic and I mean it <v Speaker 2>cuts from Joey immediately to Scorpio on the mic mid <v Speaker 2>promo saying I'm gonna kick your ass Mikey, like it's <v Speaker 2>never been kicked before. Now, what do you got to say? <v Speaker 2>And Mikey takes the mic and says, you know, Scorpio, <v Speaker 2>I come out here every week. Everyone thinks they could <v Speaker 2>just come out here and kick my ass. So I'll <v Speaker 2>tell you what. If you want this belt so bad, <v Speaker 2>I'll just give it to you. And then Mikey hits <v Speaker 2>Scorpio directly in the head with the belt. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. I like that. It reminded me of the uh <v Speaker 1>Christian Cage Bangkok promo. <v Speaker 2>Oh yeah, dude, Okay, I totally see that. Yeah, I <v Speaker 2>liked it. I mean that's funny, dude. Yeah, everyone expects <v Speaker 2>me to come get my ass kicked, so fuck it. <v Speaker 2>He takes the title. I love Mikey's easyw gimmick. It's <v Speaker 2>kind of you know, him and Spike aren't too different. <v Speaker 2>I guess maybe Mikey leaves and Spike kind of takes <v Speaker 2>his spot there. But I'd love that character. <v Speaker 1>Feisty underdog. <v Speaker 2>Sure, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, shouldn't shouldn't ever get a <v Speaker 2>win just because he's Everyone thinks he's a small, shitty <v Speaker 2>little fuck, but always finds a way and now he's <v Speaker 2>fucking TV champion. <v Speaker 1>Well two cold Big boots the belt into Mikey's head <v Speaker 1>and then proceeds to kick his fucking ass for pretty <v Speaker 1>much the entire match. <v Speaker 2>Here, he beats the dog shit out of him. Man, <v Speaker 2>he throws him in the air face first, Like, I <v Speaker 2>assume this match is more maybe they just cut this <v Speaker 2>for time more so than the match was shitty that <v Speaker 2>I assume the other one was because they fade in <v Speaker 2>and out of this of Scorpio doing a crazy like <v Speaker 2>fallout power bomb the Mikey. He's whooping his ass. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, power bomb bulldogs him into the chair. He hits <v Speaker 1>ddp's deal. It's a fucking incredible moon. <v Speaker 2>Saw here, dude, his moon Salt's He's not a small <v Speaker 2>dude either at all. <v Speaker 1>No, man, he's unreal, Like he's legitimately unreal. We watched <v Speaker 1>some of his w CW stuff. Two I'm like him <v Speaker 1>in with Brad Armstrong at the time. <v Speaker 2>Just unreal. I mean, this guy was a menace man. Yeah, <v Speaker 2>he's fucking fantastic. Yeah, I mean again, I I he's <v Speaker 2>been everywhere, so you know, you can see why. <v Speaker 1>Two Cold gets up at two after the moon salt <v Speaker 1>and starts laughing. <v Speaker 4>Uh. <v Speaker 1>Two Cold then hits Mikey with a superplex, and then <v Speaker 1>he lets him up at one and starts laughing. Woman <v Speaker 1>is on the outside begging too Cold to just fucking <v Speaker 1>win the match. <v Speaker 2>He win the fucking match like she wants the title, <v Speaker 2>and Scorpio just keeps picking him up. The crowd chanit <v Speaker 2>you fucked up at one point when he was picked <v Speaker 2>him up, and I mean Scorpio is super confident here. <v Speaker 2>Uh Scorpio does a goddamn one eighty splash, which is <v Speaker 2>just insane to look at. How the fuck does that <v Speaker 2>even work. <v Speaker 1>Mikey eventually hits a Tornado DDT on two Old and <v Speaker 1>covers him, but it's a two count. Mikey follows up <v Speaker 1>with some of his own stuff, Frank and Mikey Fan <v Speaker 1>that's a franking Vikey, Frank and Mikey. But Two Cold powders. <v Speaker 1>Mikey does something cool here. He fakes him out with <v Speaker 1>a dive and then two Cold goes into the crowd <v Speaker 1>to get out of the way, and then Mikey heads <v Speaker 1>up to the top and jumps straight into the crowd. <v Speaker 2>Oh my god, dude, Yeah, that was fucking awesome. The <v Speaker 2>fake in the baseball slide was super smart. Mikey just <v Speaker 2>you know, finding his spots there to get up on <v Speaker 2>Two Cold. I mean, I will never not loving over <v Speaker 2>the guardrail dive scares the fuck out of me, though. <v Speaker 1>Yeah it's sweet. We crossed us off and Two Cold <v Speaker 1>hits a belly to back on Mikey, but Mikey hits <v Speaker 1>the ref on the way down and the ref falls. <v Speaker 2>Down elbows them out of that and uh, you know who, <v Speaker 2>what's gonna happen is ref bump. Something's gotta happen. Well, <v Speaker 2>what happens is Raven is here. Fuck guess fuck guess <v Speaker 2>Raven's here and he uh faces off with scorpio scorpios, <v Speaker 2>you know, cockback. He's ready to and uh Raven does <v Speaker 2>the Brian Myers taunt and then Mike him Truss, Mikey <v Speaker 2>spins Raven around, and Raven has the even flow on <v Speaker 2>Mikey and Joey h on commentary says Cactus isn't gonna <v Speaker 2>like that, because Cactus and Raven have a a kind <v Speaker 2>of a kinship right now as well, and obviously Cactus <v Speaker 2>is taking Mikey under his wing, whether Mikey likes it <v Speaker 2>or not. And uh, Joey says, Cactus isn't gonna like that. <v Speaker 2>There's gonna be some trouble on the back, and woman <v Speaker 2>starts fucking begging Scorpio to pin Bikey even though the <v Speaker 2>ref is out, but she just wants him to at <v Speaker 2>least attempt a pinfall to win. <v Speaker 1>So two call picks Mikey up, hits him with a <v Speaker 1>power bomb. <v Speaker 8>Dude hits to the top rous Jesus and uh hits <v Speaker 8>the fucking moon salt leg drop Dude, Jesus Christ Uh <v Speaker 8>and yeah, of course Mikey is out cold. <v Speaker 2>He's dead. I don't know if Joey was just saying <v Speaker 2>this or if that's the name of the move, but <v Speaker 2>Joey says he dropped the bomb, and I was like, <v Speaker 2>that is fucking a great name for this move. Moon <v Speaker 2>salt leg drop. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, he fucking killed him. How about that? <v Speaker 2>He's the vicy killer, Like, what the fuck again? This <v Speaker 2>dude is too fucking big to be doing shit like this. <v Speaker 2>How is this fucking possible? He moonsalt leg drop, Like, <v Speaker 2>I don't see dudes doing that now. It's this was <v Speaker 2>thirty years ago. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I love that. Too Cold just had to prove <v Speaker 1>a point, right, like yore? He and two calls I'm <v Speaker 1>gonna beat your ass, and he does, I'm gonna show <v Speaker 1>your momb then heads up, calls for it too does <v Speaker 1>the fucking spinners, Yes, goes up and then fucking kills <v Speaker 1>this guy. Holy man, Yeah, dude, holy fuck. Too Cold <v Speaker 1>wins the TV title for the fourth time. <v Speaker 2>Here, I mean why not, right, Like, why would you <v Speaker 2>not give this guy all the titles? He's fucking awesome <v Speaker 2>and him and Salmon are like under a duo, like <v Speaker 2>they're cool as shit together. <v Speaker 1>Yeah that is Doe. That is super cool. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, like fucking Too Cold how about that? Yeah, Scorpio <v Speaker 2>gets the win. Mikey dies. I thoroughly enjoyed that. I <v Speaker 2>mean I don't I don't know how long the actual <v Speaker 2>match was, and that's you know, but what they showed <v Speaker 2>I did enjoy. <v Speaker 1>Joey Styles says he is being summoned to interview Stevie Richards. <v Speaker 1>But here's Raymisterio Jr. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, he says, you know, while I make my way <v Speaker 2>down with the ring. Here now in the locker room <v Speaker 2>is Mexican sensation, Raymisterio Jr. And now, because I have <v Speaker 2>no choice, I have to interview this clueless putts Dancy <v Speaker 2>Stephen Richards, and I I did. It's very funny how <v Speaker 2>this turned out here because I saw this promo and <v Speaker 2>I said, man, I would love to know what's being <v Speaker 2>said here, so I don't just have to say they <v Speaker 2>spoke Spanish and we move on. So I went to <v Speaker 2>Macho Tah and asked him to translate it for me. <v Speaker 2>And then a day after I find out that James <v Speaker 2>did the same exact Yeah, I mean all reliable. So <v Speaker 2>all right, here's what happens. Here is Raymisterious backstage and <v Speaker 2>he's speaking Spanish, and Ray says, uh, I want to <v Speaker 2>invite you all February third to the city of New York. <v Speaker 2>There's gonna be a big fight or match or at <v Speaker 2>Lucca and then dances with Dudley Walks in he says. <v Speaker 2>He fucking wraps his arm around Ray and says, finally <v Speaker 2>someone speaking my language, and he says, uh in Spanish, <v Speaker 2>come over here Withsterio. This guy flies like Superman. He flies, <v Speaker 2>ma come and Ray's trying to leave every time, like he's. <v Speaker 1>Fucking legitimately off camera about this. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, he's like he barely gets dragged back a couple <v Speaker 2>of times and dances. Dudley says, come over here. I'm <v Speaker 2>talking to you anyways. Like I was saying, this dude <v Speaker 2>talks Spanish and he's walking Raymiso come here and and Psychosis. <v Speaker 2>He is tremendous, tremendous. <v Speaker 1>I mean, that is a pretty sick match they're gonna do. <v Speaker 2>Dude Rains. I mean, that's a legendary match. That's like <v Speaker 2>a put these guys on the map and Eric Bischoff <v Speaker 2>sees it and signs them both match. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's pretty kick ass. Now it's time for the <v Speaker 1>Stevie Richards town hall. <v Speaker 2>Oh my god, Well here we go Joey Styles in <v Speaker 2>the ring with dancing Stevie Richards and Stevie's wearing an <v Speaker 2>air brushed headbanger's ball shirt, which is fucking pretty cool. <v Speaker 1>I like that dude, that is badass. <v Speaker 2>I don't know, uh, I don't know how many people, <v Speaker 2>even like I got that did come back a few times. <v Speaker 2>Maybe people wouldn't know what Headbanger's Ball. <v Speaker 1>Was, but I think so it's pretty popular. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, I mean I used to watch that Beger's Ball <v Speaker 2>pretty often. <v Speaker 1>Actually, yeah, it was super popular. I mean it was <v Speaker 1>in the mainstream for a while. <v Speaker 2>So Stevie says he's going to be Arena from this <v Speaker 2>day forward. I'm no longer dancing Stevie Richards. From this <v Speaker 2>day forward, I am Studley, Stevie Richards, the King of Swing. <v Speaker 2>Of course, I think Stevie's gimmick was just whatever Raven <v Speaker 2>thought was funny that week. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, that makes sense to me. <v Speaker 2>Stevie says Missy Hyde is hot for Stevie Richards trot, <v Speaker 2>she's warm for Stevie Richards form and then they recall <v Speaker 2>they show while Stevie's talking of Stevie getting kissed by <v Speaker 2>Missy Hyde, who was in the crowd at Holiday Hell <v Speaker 2>ninety five and obviously he's nice. <v Speaker 1>Say, Missy Hyatt's a hot number in ninety five. <v Speaker 2>Man good, I mean, she dude, another fucking person that <v Speaker 2>was with sand man, that was fucking crazy. Well, Stevie says, <v Speaker 2>I'm the original true Babe Magnet Jojoe. And by the way, <v Speaker 2>Beulah Baby over here, because it's uh, I forgot to <v Speaker 2>mention Blue Meenie and Beulah both in the ring with <v Speaker 2>Stevie here, and he says, by the way, Bulah baby <v Speaker 2>over here has been a little neglected by my man <v Speaker 2>Raven so me being the obvious stud Studley Stevie Richards, figure, <v Speaker 2>you know, I give Beula a little bit of a <v Speaker 2>late Christmas year. So right here in front of the <v Speaker 2>east of the arena, history will repeat itself, Studley Stevie Richards, <v Speaker 2>the King of Swing is gonna get a guess from <v Speaker 2>Beulah baby, come here one. Stevie, constantly referring to himself <v Speaker 2>by his front nickname and back nic nave is fucking <v Speaker 2>get very funny. Thoroughly enjoy that too, him saying history <v Speaker 2>will repeat himself because he will be getting a kiss, <v Speaker 2>so very funny. <v Speaker 1>And Blue Meani is back here with the glasses. <v Speaker 2>Dude, Blue Meani with the drawn on glasses, rubbing his <v Speaker 2>hands together menacingly the entire time. He's og Dan Allison, <v Speaker 2>Dude Blue beanie with. <v Speaker 1>The glasses is the funniest fucking thing you ever. Like <v Speaker 1>this guy with the half shirt on with the little <v Speaker 1>drawn on glasses back there, and he's just saying nothing <v Speaker 1>at all. <v Speaker 2>I like that he looks in fucking saye dude, like <v Speaker 2>and this isn't he We're not even in BWO yet, <v Speaker 2>He's just and he just exists. <v Speaker 1>This is just a fucked up dude. <v Speaker 2>He should just be in the Dudleys. I bet he <v Speaker 2>was pitched for that first. <v Speaker 1>Dude, guaranteed he said no. Actually I have a better <v Speaker 1>gimmick where I'm the blue meanie with the glasses and <v Speaker 1>all right cool. Yet for that, I guess what make <v Speaker 1>this guy chubby Dudley. <v Speaker 2>I guess we'll put you in gold dust some day too. <v Speaker 2>I'm not about that. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, you're you're somehow gonna make a lot of money in. <v Speaker 2>This business and then someone's gonna look exactly like you <v Speaker 2>and be like really good shape for a couple of years. <v Speaker 1>It's really a shame that someone stole as I did. <v Speaker 2>That fucking sucks when it happens. I mean, like the <v Speaker 2>get into that more often. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, Like for some reason, there was like the skinny <v Speaker 1>duty here for a minute he said he was a <v Speaker 1>Blue Medi. I don't know who the hell that was. <v Speaker 1>He wouldn't even have the glasses. <v Speaker 2>He would not have the glasses. That is true. <v Speaker 1>What the glasses are like? I have to deal. <v Speaker 2>He would have fit great in w CW where they <v Speaker 2>had a plethora of guys that were just stealing other guys. Ship. <v Speaker 1>I couldn't even fucking imagine what that would look like. <v Speaker 1>They have like lex Luger copies and like mister perfect copies, <v Speaker 1>and they're doing a Blue Meadi copy. All sme you <v Speaker 1>know that's Ralphus Blue Meani copy. <v Speaker 2>Oh my god. It would have totally would yeah, super work. Yeah, <v Speaker 2>Blue Media put the draws the glasses on him. Now <v Speaker 2>he's fat Blue Meani with regular blue meanie and he <v Speaker 2>does the big wig. Definitely would have been a feud <v Speaker 2>over him. He would have turned on Norman. Oh there's <v Speaker 2>money here, Oh man, there is so Stevie goes to <v Speaker 2>kiss Buela and Bula wants none of it. She backs off, <v Speaker 2>says no, I don't want to be Sleevey alone, and <v Speaker 2>Steve says, come on, Bulla, you gotta be kick. Come on, <v Speaker 2>and Bula pushes him and says no, I'm serious, I <v Speaker 2>don't want to be touched, and Steve hee kind of <v Speaker 2>make me look bad here and Bela. <v Speaker 1>There with a glasses. He doesn't do anything, his hands together, <v Speaker 1>like the whole time, he's just there, just shadowing Stevie. <v Speaker 2>It's fucking he's he's fucking he's Stevie's you know, Raven. <v Speaker 2>Stevie is his Raven man. <v Speaker 1>Like we don't even question at this points, like, yeah, <v Speaker 1>that's the blue. <v Speaker 2>So Bula says, you don't understand. I don't want to <v Speaker 2>be touched, and she shoves him and says stop, and <v Speaker 2>Steve says, oh, what's the matter is it? Because you're <v Speaker 2>Raven's girlfriend? And Bulla says no, I'm pregnant, and the <v Speaker 2>entire building goes wah, and Joey fucking looks at the camera. <v Speaker 2>He's like, oh, he tiptoes away. I mean, everyone sells <v Speaker 2>this perfectly, and Stevie immediately starts jumping up and down <v Speaker 2>saying yay, I'm gonna be an. <v Speaker 1>Uncle, and then Raven No clips in out of nowhere. <v Speaker 2>Where the fuck did he come from? That's the fastest <v Speaker 2>man I've ever seen. Raven walks in and he shoves <v Speaker 2>Stevie and he getshim Bulla's face and says, you're what, <v Speaker 2>You're pregnant? What are you stupid? The pill say one <v Speaker 2>day at a time, moron, what are you an idiot? <v Speaker 2>And Bulli says, what do you care? It's not yours? <v Speaker 2>And Raven, I mean, there has never been a man <v Speaker 2>to throw a punch as fast as this after hearing <v Speaker 2>a sentence, I mean, Beulah, it's not yours. Wasn't even <v Speaker 2>out of her mouth before Raven turned and punched Stevie in. <v Speaker 1>The milliseconds man, yeah, deckedum. <v Speaker 2>Stevie drops Raven Is on top of him, kicking his ass, <v Speaker 2>just going to town, and Bulis is stopping. It's not <v Speaker 2>his either, and Raven gets up and he stares her down. <v Speaker 2>The crowd is now chanting me, which would have been <v Speaker 2>nuts bid. <v Speaker 1>It'd be funny as shit. If she had the kid <v Speaker 1>and the kick came out with the little glasses on him, <v Speaker 1>they should have like not said who the father was, <v Speaker 1>and then the kid comes out, Like they go to <v Speaker 1>the hospital and they had the kid, and it's like, <v Speaker 1>who's the dad. Take the little veil off the baby. <v Speaker 1>It's got the glasses and it turns around and mean <v Speaker 1>he's back there doing. <v Speaker 2>The days again. Holy fuck, that's what w W would <v Speaker 2>have did. Or Raven stairs her down and Beulah says <v Speaker 2>it's Tommy's and Raven's fucking pissed goozles her and then <v Speaker 2>Tommy of course hits the ring. He's also dressed like Raven. <v Speaker 2>I don't know what's going on there, and he turns <v Speaker 2>Raven around. He's firing off crazy shots. I mean, these <v Speaker 2>aren't even overhands, they're side overhands. These are ridiculous fundtions <v Speaker 2>that Tommy's throwing your old Raven. It's fighting off Stevie <v Speaker 2>and Meanie, and he lines Raven over the top and <v Speaker 2>then we get a shot of Beulah beating Mieni and <v Speaker 2>Stevie over the head with a frying pan. <v Speaker 1>Yeah she connected with those too. <v Speaker 2>Where the fuck did that come from? <v Speaker 1>Where from the crowd? <v Speaker 2>Oh? <v Speaker 1>Sure? <v Speaker 2>Okay, So Dreamer is kicking Raven's ass on the floor. <v Speaker 2>Dreamer grabs a sign that says Tommy, use my sign, <v Speaker 2>and Tommy brings it on the ring and then hits <v Speaker 2>Raven in the head with it and rips it apart <v Speaker 2>the show. That is a stop sign, which is fucking awesome. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's classic. <v Speaker 2>He then hits a DTT on Raven on the stop sign, <v Speaker 2>and then Tommy, who is hungry, uh colorus is a <v Speaker 2>fan to give him a pie from the crowd, and <v Speaker 2>he eats the pie and then he hits Raven with <v Speaker 2>a pile driver onto the pie. <v Speaker 1>The fuck is going on? <v Speaker 2>I don't know why. <v Speaker 1>I don't either, like what the fun just happened? I <v Speaker 1>was so confused. <v Speaker 2>Super serious angle where Tommy pile drives Rayven onto a <v Speaker 2>fucking pie and Joey says, just deserts for Raven. All right? <v Speaker 2>Uh so Dreamer Yeah, lays out Raven and Dreamers music <v Speaker 2>hits and uh, him and Beulah hug and the crowd pops, <v Speaker 2>and Joey says, Tommy and Buela an item, soon to <v Speaker 2>be parents, and uh that's the. <v Speaker 1>Uh, except it's not. Tommy's at the Blue Meaties. <v Speaker 2>He's got the glasses. <v Speaker 1>He's got the glasses. The baby's got. <v Speaker 6>That. <v Speaker 2>Joey would have been screaming, he's got that glasses. Oh <v Speaker 2>my god. <v Speaker 1>Oh we have a footage here from the OZ but <v Speaker 1>a successful delivery of the baby, and we're gonna get <v Speaker 1>a first look at the e CW board Baby and <v Speaker 1>they go in and uh there it is pull the <v Speaker 1>bil off. Oh my god, the glasses. <v Speaker 2>I mean this, uh, this is a pretty big angle <v Speaker 2>for ECW. Here this fucking Beulah Dreamer Raven thing and <v Speaker 2>the pregnancy thing, which of course turns into uh Dreamer <v Speaker 2>having Kimona Wannaa and Beulah as double valets because they're <v Speaker 2>also together. <v Speaker 1>Because they're hardcore, because they're a hardcore. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, I mean this is a pretty fucking I this <v Speaker 2>is one of like the bigger you know, ECW angles <v Speaker 2>that I remember of, you know, Tommy and and Beulah <v Speaker 2>getting together here after fucking all the raven shit. I mean, <v Speaker 2>this is pretty fucking I liked I I enjoyed this <v Speaker 2>actually well. <v Speaker 1>Joey Styles gives us the postgame wrap up, goes over <v Speaker 1>the show we saw, goes over some of the other <v Speaker 1>matches on the videotape. There was r v D versus Action, <v Speaker 1>Rotten wely shit, uh sam An versus Conan for the <v Speaker 1>East title. <v Speaker 2>I've heard about that much. I heard it was like <v Speaker 2>I heard it might have been good too. Oh nice, Yeah, <v Speaker 2>we might have checked that out. <v Speaker 1>I think they said Sabu versus Stevie Richards. <v Speaker 2>Yes, that's right, and Public Enemy's final match in ECW <v Speaker 2>against the Gangsters, and uh, of course, then they is <v Speaker 2>this theme going to WWF for ww has to be <v Speaker 2>WCW right, they're not in WF to like later, that's right. Yeah, <v Speaker 2>we watched their entire WF run. <v Speaker 1>We did. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, it was quite quite a run. It was maybe <v Speaker 2>you should have just stayed here. <v Speaker 1>Well, we have one final pre tape here. Tommy Dreamer <v Speaker 1>is in the hotel, the old classic ECW travel lodge. <v Speaker 2>Of course, and Tommy says, I can learn to love <v Speaker 2>Beulah and I'll be there for my kid and not <v Speaker 2>like you Raven, which sadly that Raven will not be <v Speaker 2>there for his kid. That sucks. He's not like you <v Speaker 2>abandoned me. He says, you want to play a game <v Speaker 2>of one option ship, Well I'm up one. And I <v Speaker 2>was like, oh, that's a pretty cool line. And I <v Speaker 2>was like, they could have fucked. They could have ended there. <v Speaker 2>It would have been a way cooler ending. But then <v Speaker 2>they continue on and Tommy walks into a into one <v Speaker 2>of the rooms and Bulla's in bed and Tommy says, <v Speaker 2>Bulah like kind of xantig fuck or like Undertaker says Ravenla, <v Speaker 2>you did good tonight, and Bula says Tommy, I want <v Speaker 2>to feel your pain. And then Tommy looks back at <v Speaker 2>the camera and points and says go and then the <v Speaker 2>cameraman backs out of the room and then zooms in <v Speaker 2>on the please do not disturb sign as we go <v Speaker 2>off the air way cooler promo. If they didn't do <v Speaker 2>that second part, but a lot of a lot of <v Speaker 2>Tommy's promos don't hold up very well, sadly. <v Speaker 1>Probably just call it a room service. Had a whole <v Speaker 1>pie there ECW with the pause. <v Speaker 2>That's how he debuted Hello listory lesson for everybody here, dude, <v Speaker 2>super fucking fun episode. <v Speaker 1>Man. <v Speaker 2>I thoroughly enjoyed this. I was excited for you to <v Speaker 2>watch it because I was like, I this is like <v Speaker 2>you kind of references at the top that like, this <v Speaker 2>is a super e CW show. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, it is a super ECW show. You kind of <v Speaker 1>get everything that you would expect from ECW. Their house <v Speaker 1>style really here. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, full display, yeah, one hundred percent, Like you know, <v Speaker 2>a ton of angles happening at once, Like it's a <v Speaker 2>lot to pay attention to. It's a short show. You know, <v Speaker 2>they got like what uh fifty you know, forty five <v Speaker 2>fifty minutes whatever the TV time was at the time here. <v Speaker 2>But you know, you get a ton of characters, you <v Speaker 2>get a ton of angles, you get it fucking matches, highlights, <v Speaker 2>you get a title change on this show too, Seane <v Speaker 2>Douglas returns, you know this top Dreamer, Rave Angle. I mean, <v Speaker 2>there's a lot going on here in one show. I <v Speaker 2>legit couldn't believe how much we got and I, like <v Speaker 2>I said, I fucking super love the show. I mean, <v Speaker 2>you know, I talk about a lot how much I <v Speaker 2>love ECW, but shows like this remind me. I'm like, <v Speaker 2>oh man, this shit is like, this is why I <v Speaker 2>love DCW. There's just so much crazy bullshit going on. <v Speaker 2>It's very fun to watch.
