Sherry Eklund: I AM TEEN STRONG
Sherry grew up in a traditional two parent home and had a pretty ‘normal’ childhood. But she was always a people pleaser and wanting to help others.
Through a series of life’s normal twists and turns, Sherry became aware of a high rate of teen suicide in her community.
She KNEW she had to find a way to make a positive impact so these kids would have access to resources that could help them through their troubled times. So, she started I AM TEEN STRONG, an online magazine and resource center for teen girls. Sherry found her passion, and her purpose. Tune in to hear the story of this amazing human being who has dedicated her life to helping others.
