Speaker 1: Reality with the King is hosted by me, Carlos King. I'm an executive producer who have produced some of your favorite shows from the Real Housewives in Atlanta, New Jersey and my own creation, The Love and Marriage Franchise and Bell Collective. Every episode, we recap reality television from the Real Housewives Franchise to The Bachelor or Selling Sunset, in addition to celebrity guests, whether in the unscripted space or scripted as well. Hey, rain drops on today's episode of Reality with the King, Manica and I are back, not only to recap this episode of the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

00:00:48
Speaker 2: Honey, I'm gonna talk to.

00:00:49
Speaker 3: Monica about how her name is an everybody's fing mom.

00:00:54
Speaker 2: Monica, you are that girl?

00:00:56
Speaker 4: Oh thanks, Carla, No.

00:01:00
Speaker 2: Like listen, it's been a Bravo Khan. Yeah, this week.

00:01:07
Speaker 3: A lot has been happening. Yeah, let's just go right into his sister. Your name was brought up several times. It's the reason why I will always say you will forever go down in her story as the most iconic one season housewife because, Honey, your imprint has been submitted in pop culture history and apparently, Bravo Khan as well, So a lot of dive right into a girl. Keath Lewis, you know, said some things about you, and I just want to get your thoughts on it because I didn't like it. I thought it was, you know, pretty gross what he said about you. But rain drops in case you have been living under a rock, I want to mention exactly what Jeb Lewis said about Monica so that you know, we're able to have a real conversation about it.

00:02:11
Speaker 5: So long story short.

00:02:12
Speaker 3: During a discussion at Bravo Khan, Jeff Lewis asked Andy Cohen while producers decided to quote diverge from bringing in affluent women, pointing to Monica as an example of the type of housewise he was referring to. Jeff Lewis said, didn't Monica Garcia's food benefits just get frozen? Which listen as a boy who has nine siblings, was raised by a mother who was a real housewife. She had to raise ten kids. My father worked. We definitely had as one.

00:03:01
Speaker 5: Point in time, public assistance.

00:03:04
Speaker 2: We were not somebody that you know was in.

00:03:09
Speaker 3: Privy to that experience, and a lot of the world is going through that.

00:03:14
Speaker 5: We are in a recession, there was a government shut.

00:03:17
Speaker 3: Down where snap benefits just were available to people. And look, I'm all for a good joke, and I will go on record saying listen, I've said things before that I look back and say, Okay, it wasn't the right.

00:03:30
Speaker 5: Thing to say.

00:03:30
Speaker 3: But I feel like when it comes to Jeff Lewis and and his commentary towards you, it always seems to be at the expense of your livelihood. And I'm not sure where that is coming from, but I have you here and I just wanted to talk to you about that, like, how did that make you feel hearing that?

00:03:53
Speaker 6: You know, I think one of the things that made me very relatable to a lot of people on the show is that there is no shame in my game. And when I say that, I will own every single part of the dumb decisions I have made, and I will show you all of the ugly of my life. When Jeff Lewis said that.

00:04:19
Speaker 4: That didn't feel just about me.

00:04:21
Speaker 6: Considering what our country is going through, I have a lot of stuff said about me that I don't even acknowledge it. It's every day and you know this, you see this happen. You've had this happen to you.

00:04:32
Speaker 4: You live it. You can't.

00:04:35
Speaker 6: You actually can't battle every single thing that, every comment, post, article, whatever. It's impossible. But this one felt way bigger than me.

00:04:45
Speaker 4: This was bigger than me.

00:04:47
Speaker 6: There are so many families being affected by this right now that it was so beyond tacky and uncalled for. And I almost like I was defending nineteen year old Monica in that moment, because when I was nineteen years old and got pregnant and had my baby girl, my oldest, I did have food stamps and I did have assistance from the state, and thank God for it, that wasn't a benefit, that was a blessing and it helped me and my daughter so much in that time. And to somehow use that as an insult as a human being's value as a person or their possibility of success in the future is actually disgusting because I could name just a couple celebrities like Cardi b and Eminem that had been very vocal about also having a need for that at one point in time in their life, who would absolutely blow Jeff Lewis' bank account away. So it really has nothing to do with what you bring to the tea. Who you are as a person and your value as a human being on this earth, or does it dictate and determine who you're going to be in the future. I found that he apologized to Andy Cohen, making the situation even worse because in my personal opinion, that's the last person you should have apologized to, and the first being America. Like, apologize to all of the people that you just offended that are probably the ones sitting at home listening to your podcast, watching your freaking shows and buying the tickets to Bravocan or winning the tickets to Bravo Khan or in the audience, or they have a family or friend or whoever affected by this. It's so tasteless and it's hilarious to criticize me as a human being as you sit on the stage as a complete elitist and insult a country. So I don't care everyone's like you need apologize to Monica. I don't need shit from him. But I do think what he should have done is made a statement and just said I am so sorry. I was trying to be shady towards a housewife. I took it too far. I apologize to all the people.

00:07:18
Speaker 4: That are being affected. It's not.

00:07:20
Speaker 6: I don't know when we thought it was cool to make it funny and joke about people not being able to eat, So.

00:07:26
Speaker 4: I you know, I it was pretty wild.

00:07:29
Speaker 6: But I will say the response online did not disappoint, and people clocked it pretty quick, and even people that hate me were just like, that was awful. And it's not even just about Monica, like read the fucking room. So you know, I'm glad that people called him out for that, and I do think, you know, I am glad for how Andy Cohen handled it in a sense of like he was so pissed at Jeff Lewis, he wouldn't talk to Jeff Lewis. You could tell on stage he was like what the fuck was that? So yeah, it was completely uncalled for.

00:08:02
Speaker 3: Yeah, no, and listen, I the reason why I said earlier, look, having his microphone in your face, we all say dumb shit, we all say that. Were like, I could have taken that back, And again I have been a part of saying things. I'm like, okay, but I apologize and I take my mistakes.

00:08:24
Speaker 5: I'm like sorry.

00:08:26
Speaker 3: Yes, the reason why I felt it was a gup plush because I'm like, at what point do you just.

00:08:30
Speaker 2: Leave Monica alone?

00:08:32
Speaker 3: Like it's not his first time saying something bad about you about.

00:08:36
Speaker 6: You know, the last Bravo con he said something about something similar and I actually heard about it on the press line. They're like, what did you think about Jeff Lewis's comments? And bitch I pulled on my Riah Carey because truly I didn't know him. I was like, who said what?

00:08:54
Speaker 4: I literally didn't even know who he was. I was like, who's dress?

00:09:00
Speaker 6: I don't don't even know, so back then it really didn't even bother me either.

00:09:05
Speaker 4: It's just I don't know what his problem is.

00:09:06
Speaker 6: I've actually never even talked to him or had beef with him or it's so bizarre.

00:09:12
Speaker 4: And also, this is important, Carlos.

00:09:16
Speaker 6: Housewives were not always affluent, like that is very very important to acknowledge here. We have housewives that live with their moms while they were filming. We've had housewives that were dancers in the past, We've had housewives ahead, and we've had Bethany Frankel has been very very vocal and open her words.

00:09:45
Speaker 4: I couldn't rub two pennies together, So.

00:09:48
Speaker 6: It's actually so ignorant on all sides for him to even say that, because that's not even close to the truth either, and that old school housewives, to be honest, Honey, old school hits different because they were on the stage at reunion in tunics and leggings. Honey, don't act like it's always been these huge ball gowns and these huge no no.

00:10:12
Speaker 4: So he's it was so stupid on all fronts. For me, I'm like, no, that's not true.

00:10:19
Speaker 3: No, Listen, you have spoken out for the majority of America, especially single moms who are trying to make it work in its climate. And look, I hope that one day Jeff Lewis is able to apologize to you directly because the offense was directed at you. And at the end of the day, as a producer, I will say this.

00:10:47
Speaker 2: Bethany Franco is the number one.

00:10:49
Speaker 3: Most successful housewife who turned the opportunity into a multi million dollar empire.

00:10:58
Speaker 2: And that's the reason why we love Bethany.

00:11:01
Speaker 3: And regardless of how you feel about Bethany today, Okay, TikTok, Honey, you can't take away what.

00:11:10
Speaker 2: She has done to inspire plenty of people.

00:11:13
Speaker 3: And I will always say the reason why you were the fan favorite we loved you is because you never shied away from the reality of your life, and we do feel like that's what's missing from a lot of these shows. So close to you and listen, I am a Monica Garcia stand through and through, and your response with Jeff was so gracious, and it also showed us the growth of you and how people just have like this idea of who you are showed your growth and I'm proud of you for that. I need you to know, I'm really proud of you for you even handled something that.

00:11:53
Speaker 5: We all just felt was like a gut punch to us.

00:11:56
Speaker 3: And in our families and how we were rais.

00:12:00
Speaker 5: So you're welcome.

00:12:02
Speaker 3: Now look on a maybe lighter note, honey, Bravo, con and and Ray Johns. We're going to get into the recapital selict city, so we're getting to that next.

00:12:14
Speaker 6: But it's been a busy couple of days. We have a lot of stuff to cover.

00:12:19
Speaker 2: Any big honey stop yes.

00:12:22
Speaker 3: So with that being said, also was a panel of the Real Housewives of Salalic City.

00:12:30
Speaker 2: Oh god, oh shit, Yeah, yes, I'm here to ask the question. This isn't for me because when the rain drops their.

00:12:42
Speaker 4: Nosy no, we love it. Bring it honey, you know.

00:12:46
Speaker 7: Yeah, Angie Oh said that she would bring back jin Shaw over you.

00:12:58
Speaker 4: She's a damn fool. She is a damn fool. Let me tell you.

00:13:02
Speaker 8: Let me tell you, Carla when she was like, you know, Jenshaw has redeeming qualities or she said something like that, I love when Andy clocked it and was like those were redeeming.

00:13:14
Speaker 6: Qualities, being like, what are their redeeming qualities? And then that moron decided to double down and say she was funny.

00:13:23
Speaker 4: I'm like, bitch, when were you laughing? When were you laughing?

00:13:26
Speaker 6: Were you laughing when she dumped the champagne on your head? No, you were crying. Was that also funny and hilarious? When she threw your shit into the ocean? Like?

00:13:36
Speaker 4: Was that funny? Nope, no one was laughing.

00:13:38
Speaker 3: Then.

00:13:38
Speaker 6: Were you laughing while you were writing a check for fifteen thousand dollars for Coach Shaw's birthday party?

00:13:44
Speaker 7: Like?

00:13:45
Speaker 4: Were you laughing then? Or was it really really hilarious when she depped your friend in the face allegedly?

00:13:52
Speaker 6: Or maybe maybe it was so funny when she outed and stole millions and millions of dollars from the elderly and vulnerable. These are all like so hilarious, carls, Like they're so funny, Like it's so funny, Like she is such an idiot.

00:14:12
Speaker 4: I can't even like.

00:14:14
Speaker 6: Like I said, I posted about this in my stories, and I just said, I hope Angie gets exactly what she's asking for, because when I tell you that she wanted Jen locked in prison so bad that she was gonna throw a party once Jen was behind bars, and I have the receipts for that, Okay, that's in text to me, So please be so for real, Angie. At this point, it's beyond ridiculous that the only thing that I can think of is that she thinks if Jen came back, she could still you know, keep where she's at.

00:14:50
Speaker 4: People would still da da da da da.

00:14:52
Speaker 6: But if Monica comes back, I'm about to make your ass mediocre again, bitch, And she knows it, and so so Jen is, you know, Jen is the Jen's a safe choice because I can still be you know, but Monica is a worthy opponent.

00:15:09
Speaker 4: And that's all I can think.

00:15:10
Speaker 6: That's all I can think because right now it makes no sense. It makes no sense, no sense whatsoever.

00:15:28
Speaker 4: Speechless faithless girlfriend.

00:15:31
Speaker 9: I mean, okay, like, nothing else for me to say after that.

00:15:43
Speaker 5: Lets the show.

00:15:44
Speaker 3: I meant it you want before we recap the latest episode, you know, I'm.

00:15:51
Speaker 6: Just gonna say, if, for whatever reason, they do decide to bring Jen Shaw back, unfortunately for Angie, I don't care how much ash she thinks she needs to kiss until she's out to try and save her from the wrath that will be Jen coming for her, we will all be watching, and I hope, I hope. You know I'm gonna bookmark this and we'll see. We'll see how many times she laughs when Jen's back and she's filming with her.

00:16:21
Speaker 4: We'll see how funny she is. Let's see.

00:16:24
Speaker 6: Let's see, since Angie thinks she's so funny, let's see how many times Angie's laughing while filming with Jens letting out.

00:16:36
Speaker 10: Okay, Manica Garcia setting the record straight. All right, so rain jobs, let's get into this episode of the Royal House watching Salt Lake City look a lot then not happened in this episode?

00:16:54
Speaker 2: But yeah, happened, right, Monica. I felt like it wasn't you know?

00:16:58
Speaker 6: This was probably the worst episode so far in my opinion, in my like it didn't feel like yeah, yeah, it was kind of on the lower end for me.

00:17:07
Speaker 5: For me, Yeah, so rain jobs, no shame.

00:17:09
Speaker 3: If you're looking for full recap, I don't want you fall asleep, but I do want to talk about to me.

00:17:16
Speaker 2: Let's be clear.

00:17:17
Speaker 3: That's how I'm glad me and Monica did on Hot Topics at the top of this, because yeah, baby, there's only two women I want to talk about today.

00:17:24
Speaker 4: Oh I'm excited.

00:17:25
Speaker 5: Who and Brittany Bitch?

00:17:28
Speaker 4: Okay, okay, here we go, here we go.

00:17:36
Speaker 3: Let's say Brahmin till the end, because baby MoU I clocked that ship?

00:17:43
Speaker 2: Was it last week?

00:17:45
Speaker 4: You clocked it before me?

00:17:46
Speaker 6: I clocked it last week, and now we are clocking it together.

00:17:50
Speaker 3: Yeah jobs, clock in and stay tuned because we're gonna get into the Brahmin and todd of it all. But first we also have to get into It's Britney, bitch. Let me tell you something about me. Brittany and Jared decided to do a walk and talk.

00:18:09
Speaker 5: You know.

00:18:09
Speaker 3: Look, Britney is like, look, I am still upset about what happened to me on this flight. You know, she's she's not feeling her best and she's trying to like get Jared to you.

00:18:24
Speaker 2: Know, understand where she's coming from.

00:18:28
Speaker 3: Jared surprised her by mentioning how she was flirting with the captain and other men on the boat. Yeah, and Brittany's like, no, wait a second, and he clocked her again, baby when he said for the last two years, she runs away every five seconds, and how he is.

00:18:47
Speaker 5: Looking for stability.

00:18:50
Speaker 3: And she is a ride until it seems difficult and she runs away freely.

00:18:56
Speaker 5: Brittany, Jared don't want.

00:18:57
Speaker 4: You, girl, I mean on an that was so awful.

00:19:03
Speaker 5: And uncomfortable to watch.

00:19:04
Speaker 2: He'll watch that was so.

00:19:10
Speaker 6: Also, I do need to give kudos to whoever did the sound when she was walking on the rocks, because it was like, but that was cringe on so many levels.

00:19:28
Speaker 4: It was very you know.

00:19:31
Speaker 6: And apparently he was at Bravo Kan. Did you see that he was that year? Yeah, he was at Bravo Kan and he was booed from the audience when Brittany pointed him out. So I don't know if.

00:19:48
Speaker 4: They are together or on a break.

00:19:51
Speaker 3: You know.

00:19:51
Speaker 6: There was no announcement made in relation to that, but I do feel like, is this for publicity? Carlos is this for like a story, like, what's happening here? Because I'm sorry, this is just beyond unbelievable. At this point, I don't even know what's happening. And then for him to call her out and be like, how's that thirty day break going?

00:20:16
Speaker 3: Well?

00:20:16
Speaker 4: You know how it's going, bitch, you're right here, so not well? Not well, bitch?

00:20:23
Speaker 3: Like what that's that's that's the thing that's Arenda.

00:20:30
Speaker 4: Yes, not well, bitch, not well?

00:20:37
Speaker 11: Disch.

00:20:42
Speaker 2: I love her.

00:20:45
Speaker 4: It was weird. It was so and.

00:20:46
Speaker 6: Then he's like chasing her and he's like, this is what I mean, and it just felt a lot like mind games and manipulation and it was all of the words gaslighting and like it was just so bizarre. I did hop online to see other people's thoughts on this, because I'm like, what is the view? And people are definitely more leaning towards what we're saying one hundred percent. They're like, I am over this. This is weird enough with this storyline, what is happening? It feels very juvenile. No one knows what's going on. It's how many seasons has she been on too?

00:21:27
Speaker 4: Two?

00:21:28
Speaker 6: Okay, so it's been two seasons. Then of this back and forth with Jared, where like literally in the season, they're breaking up like ten times each season, right like it's throughout this season.

00:21:42
Speaker 4: They break up together, break up together, break up Like it's just kind of you know what we need. We need to.

00:21:49
Speaker 6: See Brittany dating other people, like give us that to do with the captain. You know what, we loved it loved.

00:22:00
Speaker 3: It's yes that I would need. I love you so much because my fidy senses as a producer. Yes, I was like, this is giving fake. I think Jared's in on the joke. No, say to Jared, he's an OsmAnd that is a famous family spawning from decades to decades, And do you think that's.

00:22:26
Speaker 6: The only reason why he's still there is because he's Okay, yeah.

00:22:30
Speaker 2: He's Look look, look, look, look, let's have a real conversation.

00:22:34
Speaker 10: Okay, when he wants to be.

00:22:38
Speaker 3: A housewife, right, she wants she wants to snowflake. And you know this, I know this that you have to have more of an interesting personal storyline to get that covenant position.

00:22:54
Speaker 5: Bitch mo.

00:23:13
Speaker 2: TikTok club.

00:23:16
Speaker 4: It's true, you know it's true.

00:23:19
Speaker 6: Brittany may be giving us juvenile, but at last she's giving us something.

00:23:22
Speaker 12: Honey, Hi, he would never get anything else to me that disagrees with the.

00:23:33
Speaker 2: And I have mother. Look, I rest my case to the jurors.

00:23:40
Speaker 9: Please deliberate to get back to us with a verdict. I have nothing to say to you like that, because heather storyline is in the words of Faedr.

00:23:51
Speaker 3: And Nini going to Chat season four, there's nothing there but dirt and grass.

00:23:57
Speaker 2: That's how I look at Heather gave a storyline it is, I mean, gosh, I'm gagging.

00:24:04
Speaker 5: You're right.

00:24:05
Speaker 2: I will say this al be fully produced. The Jarrett and Britney storyline. Yes, it is interesting, and.

00:24:15
Speaker 5: I want to get your thoughts.

00:24:17
Speaker 2: Yes, there's something about Britney that I find fascinating.

00:24:24
Speaker 4: Yeah, and Brittany, I.

00:24:27
Speaker 3: Know you're watching, because Monica, you know they all watch, right, Okay and listen.

00:24:31
Speaker 2: I'll know that.

00:24:33
Speaker 3: Sorry, take any things. Watch Brittany, I know you're watching. I buy her fascinating.

00:24:42
Speaker 5: Because I think she's like.

00:24:46
Speaker 2: And I don't mean it in the mean way, because I'm not.

00:24:48
Speaker 5: Being gonna say this.

00:24:49
Speaker 3: She's a wacky character, like when I'm wacky, Like I feel like she's in of a joke and she's performative, but it's some interesting and I do feel like that's who she I'm not gonna say that's who she is because one yeah I loved about her seeing with her daughter is when her daughter said, starting at twelve years old, you became a different person than I recognize. So I'm not saying that is inherently I think bringing adapted to this character that she played, but as they look as strictly as entertainment, I find her widely entertaining.

00:25:26
Speaker 6: I feel like Brittany. Look, I'm gonna be completely honest with you. I have not liked Brittany from what I've seen online watching, because this is the first time I'm sitting here actually watching the whole season. I have come to actually really appreciate and like her as a character. Right because I don't know her personally. As her character on the show, I also can tell that she would be willing to show everything, and that's priceless because you have a lot of people that are like, I'm willing to show everything, and then they don't. I genuinely feel that she'd be like, bitch, I'll give you whatever you want. I just want a snowflake, so I will show you all the darks, ins and outs. Whatever you need, I am here. I will show you every damn season. I will give it to you. And that is what makes a really good housewife in my opinion. Yes, yes, And so I see the value of her with that, like she will give us what she needs to give us. And I appreciate that on a very very real level because that's rare to I mean, look what she did with her daughter. That was that was crazy. Having that conversation with your daughter. I that, to me was one of the most realist moments. It throughout, spread out throughout that whole franchise. That was crazy, and that was so brutal. I mean, she put herself in that position.

00:26:59
Speaker 4: It was me. It was amazing. I was so proud of her daughter. And that takes a very strong person to be able to do that. That's that was hard. So she's I think she's great. I think she's great. I loved that they did a little build a bear set up for her, so cute.

00:27:21
Speaker 6: Mary didn't leave her recording, but you know what, she did make a stuffed animal, so points for that. It was a voiceless voice box, but that's okay.

00:27:36
Speaker 4: Yep, Yep, she was there.

00:27:38
Speaker 6: She showed up and she said, you're not touching my hair, but I'll make the bear. And you know, that was a really really cute scene.

00:27:48
Speaker 4: Yeah, I liked that scene. I liked it.

00:27:50
Speaker 2: I like that scene.

00:27:52
Speaker 3: And speaking of Mary, Yeah, obviously it was super great for us to see Mary and Robert Junior converse at the church. And you know, one of the things that he said that oh my gosh, I teared up watching it is when you know, obviously he's in rehab and he talked about being in Malibu and one thing he said that all the people that he was cool with, they relapsed.

00:28:19
Speaker 2: Yea, which is which is a real thing.

00:28:22
Speaker 3: And that's why in AA they obvious say to you, is it really is one day at a time. It's one day at a time because it's easy to relapse. And how he also mentioned that in rehab they do talk about spirituality because in the AA meetings and rehab they.

00:28:41
Speaker 5: Do the Serenity prayer.

00:28:44
Speaker 2: That's something that they have to say daily.

00:28:46
Speaker 3: So I appreciate it, again the level of honesty that we're getting out of Mary's storyline, and it.

00:28:54
Speaker 6: Was so good it was that I actually teared up there on that scene because when he said that, you know, everyone I was there with has relapsed. You can see Mary just speechless and just kind of listening. And I felt as a mom in that moment, I felt like she was like, what do I say?

00:29:13
Speaker 4: Like how you know?

00:29:14
Speaker 6: She like she was just thinking and the only thing she could say, which was wonderful, was have you told them to pray? I mean literally, sometimes that's all what do you do?

00:29:22
Speaker 5: You know?

00:29:23
Speaker 6: And it was just that was yeah, and you's emotional right now?

00:29:29
Speaker 3: I don't.

00:29:30
Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, it's just that was I appreciate I even her son for willing to go on camera and talk about that and make his journey with addiction and recovery so public.

00:29:45
Speaker 4: Yeah, that's that's crazy.

00:29:47
Speaker 13: Man.

00:29:48
Speaker 4: Yeah that scene got me. It really did, because I just felt like, as a mom, man, what do you do?

00:29:54
Speaker 2: It's so hard?

00:29:56
Speaker 3: No, And that's the reason why you just can't judge people in general, and you can't really judge somebody that is going through addiction because one thing's not a lot. I feel like we're way more educated now than we have in the path. But that's why you can't really say, does put down a drinking or you know, stop doing the drugs. And it's easier said than done. And what Robert Jr. Is telling us is, look, he is the only child to his mother. She loves him there in the church, So you can have this privilege, and you can have this access to faith, you can have all the things that a parent does to really make sure that you don't have to resort to that.

00:30:39
Speaker 5: However, you just never.

00:30:41
Speaker 2: Know once the child leaves your home.

00:30:43
Speaker 3: You hope that your child leaves the house with every single institutionalized belief and education and discipline that you raised them to be, but it's up to them to experience life.

00:30:56
Speaker 5: And you, as a parent, it is.

00:30:59
Speaker 3: Tough because you want to say, like, just stop, but you pointed out Mary just had to listen and had to go back in her fake back. And I just thought that was beautiful for us to kind of see the progress of what, yes, they're going through and.

00:31:14
Speaker 5: What's going on.

00:31:15
Speaker 3: And it was also nice to see the.

00:31:19
Speaker 5: Girl that church.

00:31:20
Speaker 6: Honey, Oh my god, that was the funnest scene.

00:31:26
Speaker 4: That was so fun. And I love that they all went together, yes, oh my god.

00:31:35
Speaker 6: You know what I didn't love though, the fact that when Lisa and Meredith rolled up, it was like, oh you're here.

00:31:48
Speaker 4: I'm shocked. Oh I can't believe it. Oh oh. It was like y'all got all this smoke. But then when they're here in front of you, it's like.

00:31:55
Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah.

00:31:59
Speaker 2: No, punitend that's a church mouse. Yeah, what's going on here?

00:32:05
Speaker 3: Especially after the alleged airplane ansidym you know.

00:32:09
Speaker 4: Yeah, oh that pissed me off.

00:32:10
Speaker 6: To Carlos when Heather of all people was like, what happened to your toe? And She's like, or what happened? Why are you in a boot? And Meredith was like, oh, I sprained my toe. And Heather of all people has the goal to say from kicking Brittany bitch, you are the last person that needs to be questioning anyone on injuries, ma'am, ma'am, be so for real right now?

00:32:34
Speaker 4: How many people tried to question you about your black eye?

00:32:37
Speaker 3: Girl?

00:32:38
Speaker 6: Stop it be married in her boot? Meredith in her boot alone?

00:32:42
Speaker 4: Oh my god?

00:32:43
Speaker 2: The black guy that she tried to intimate production did? I will get exactly that. I told you guys, Heather, I just thought that was dangerous.

00:32:52
Speaker 3: I as a producer, you know, you want to talk about people who aren't making as much money as other wealthy people don't come for my production, not my team, but like my my my hood of production sister, who's the brotherhood as a family, where don't blame somebody who can risk losing their job and they're here being out of town working on these shows. I'm not going to get into it because I know I will never forgive her for no.

00:33:22
Speaker 4: No, But I was just like, go be quiet. You are not the one. You are not the one to ask anybody about a damn injury. Okay.

00:33:30
Speaker 6: So that was annoying, But what did you think about?

00:33:35
Speaker 4: You know what? You want to know?

00:33:36
Speaker 6: What I love the best and the most about the church scene was that it was so churchy.

00:33:40
Speaker 4: It was so churchy.

00:33:42
Speaker 6: It was like, so yes, go, no do go okay, okay, from the freaking little clique at the church first before the you know the.

00:33:56
Speaker 4: And then you have Lisa and Meredith stroll.

00:33:58
Speaker 6: Up and you have the little click and it's like the release society.

00:34:02
Speaker 2: Oh you're here.

00:34:04
Speaker 6: And then it's like you go inside and these ones go over here, these ones go over there.

00:34:08
Speaker 4: But oh we're all friends. It's a group of friends. We're all friends.

00:34:13
Speaker 6: Oh.

00:34:14
Speaker 4: I loved it.

00:34:15
Speaker 6: I was like, this is so Mormon coded. I was like, this is exactly how it is. Y'all talk shit. They show up, you're mad about it, but we're in the Lord's church. Everyone love one another. But you go sit over there. I'm gonna sit over here.

00:34:28
Speaker 3: You know.

00:34:28
Speaker 4: It was so good. It was so good.

00:34:35
Speaker 2: No, it was so execative of like what really happens.

00:34:37
Speaker 3: And that's why, you know, I just love the backdrop because let me tell you something, that is how a black church operate.

00:34:44
Speaker 5: Monica Garcia, Baby.

00:34:46
Speaker 3: A black church, you are on your feet, you are dancing, you are worshiping the Lord.

00:34:50
Speaker 2: You got the Holy ghost in your baby, and to.

00:34:53
Speaker 3: See like all of the like you said, the elite people of the Salt Lake City being like, oh, it's like, yes, maybe walk up to the Church of God a christ Saudi ladder they say this if. I just loved it because it just represented me growing up in a black church and just how like, you know, inspiring it is, and just how like it's filled with so much richness of like worship and you know, you're on your feet and the music takes over you.

00:35:25
Speaker 2: I thought it was totally fun and it was so fun. I was glad that the world got a chance to see Mary in action.

00:35:31
Speaker 4: It was it was really cool.

00:35:33
Speaker 6: It actually did make me a little emotional because you could tell it was such a big deal for her. And also, I do want to give props to Mary for I mean that just that just that scene also just embodied you never know what someone is going through the fact that her son was supposed to be there and she was getting in the car and she was like, you're hi, No, and she still had to go, she still had to present, she still had to to show up.

00:36:01
Speaker 4: And be merry, and meanwhile.

00:36:05
Speaker 6: You know, her son was supposed to be there by her side, and man, yeah, you just you never know what someone's going through. But I I I'm she's so strong for dealing with that and still clocking in.

00:36:17
Speaker 4: Yeah, that's real ship, that's real ship.

00:36:20
Speaker 5: It is Mary. We love you.

00:36:23
Speaker 2: And it goes without saying we're praying for you and Robert Jr.

00:36:26
Speaker 3: And especially for his recovery.

00:36:32
Speaker 2: Okay, baby shifting gears, we got a baby.

00:36:36
Speaker 3: We have to get into Brown Wind's world of her putting her husband on blast. It's bad, dazed and my baby walk away with ten million dollars.

00:36:49
Speaker 4: Let me tell you.

00:36:49
Speaker 2: About the baby.

00:36:51
Speaker 12: Go off, Carlos, go.

00:36:54
Speaker 2: Bron it's playing chess, bitch. Let's have a real Let me tell you something I know all of you guys are watching possibly All's.

00:37:07
Speaker 3: Fair on the Hulu with Kim Kardashian scripted drama show about a team of divorce lawyers who are the women, and they all dress fashionably and they deal with these high clientele.

00:37:20
Speaker 5: Baby, we're watching to spin off called brow.

00:37:25
Speaker 2: Bitch.

00:37:25
Speaker 3: Bron Win the setting up the stage for what is to come in a divorce decree.

00:37:34
Speaker 2: When she was talking to.

00:37:36
Speaker 3: The girls about what she was going through, and of course, you know, Whitney's like, is it okay?

00:37:43
Speaker 2: I tell them?

00:37:43
Speaker 3: She's like, yeah, motherfucker, you think I didn't tell you, not knowing it was gonna come back up again.

00:37:49
Speaker 2: I'm not stupid. Let's talk about it. Because they noticed that she wasn't wearing her wedding ring.

00:37:55
Speaker 5: Let me tell you something hard.

00:37:59
Speaker 2: Because Bromwin understands television.

00:38:05
Speaker 14: Let me tell you how easy to just slap on a ring as.

00:38:10
Speaker 3: You're about to film, picks out her outfits of data bands. Okay, Bromlin said, I'm not gonna wear my ring because I want it to come up in conversation.

00:38:21
Speaker 2: Yeah, so yeah, to.

00:38:23
Speaker 3: Expose todd situation to the rest of the group. And I want this storyline to continue. Brahmin is smarter than the average fairth grader, and Bram, I'm onto you, sister, and no shade work.

00:38:41
Speaker 6: Okay, Look, we're gonna give our little listeners, our little rain drops, both sides. Okay, go ahead, Okay, we're gonna play both sides here because yes, because I have seen both sides online, So we're gonna we're gonna give it to you both. Honey, we've got Carlos's side. I'm gonna give you the other side. This is a fake as shit, and I am sorry. I she is one way with the girls and another way with Todd.

00:39:15
Speaker 4: When that man is in front of her face, it is I can do this, Okay, I can do this.

00:39:23
Speaker 5: Just want you to hear me.

00:39:24
Speaker 4: But then when she's with the girl, she's like, I told him to stay somewhere else. I'm not answering his calls. You cannot come home.

00:39:31
Speaker 10: No, no, no.

00:39:32
Speaker 4: And then with Todd, it's like I did, I did close the door. I loved it, I shut it, I loved it. I didn't what is happening?

00:39:40
Speaker 6: So you explain that to me and Broma, this is no shade, honey, Okay, we're gonna call both sides of that coin both sides.

00:39:47
Speaker 4: You are a genius, you know exactly what you're doing. You are giving us everything you want. But what the fuck?

00:39:53
Speaker 6: When you're in front of Todd, I will say, I will will say, she is so smart for bringing up these subjects and admitting to things that she has said while a camera is present.

00:40:12
Speaker 4: Bitch, Carlos, because.

00:40:16
Speaker 6: It ain't no fucking way she's saying that ship in private with that man.

00:40:20
Speaker 4: She's like, by the way, I did tell Whitney.

00:40:24
Speaker 6: And they're a ship he can do about a bitch Because you got a room full of crew and cameras watching you.

00:40:38
Speaker 2: I'm telling you and the world exactly how I feel.

00:40:44
Speaker 4: So strategic with Oh, she's so strategic, Carlos. She's like, bang in an open marriage. I'm open to the open. I know you've been wanting an open She is.

00:40:54
Speaker 6: Like, here it is world, and here it is in front of a camera. I'm protect said, and he can't lose his shit on me. So here's like Carlos, Monica.

00:41:07
Speaker 3: Dag me some more, I Monica, let me tease something, Let me tease so this woman.

00:41:17
Speaker 2: Listen, I don't know too many wealthy men. Yes, that has a Brahma, I love you. I'm going to be talking about this because it was brought up on the show.

00:41:28
Speaker 11: So yeah, no, shade, No, we are no, we are just key king honey can I'm yeah, Brahman stand bitch now, let me tell you something show, I don't know too many wealthy men who are ten, fifteen, twenty plus years older than the woman.

00:41:45
Speaker 2: They're about to marry that has a past where there's a.

00:41:50
Speaker 3: Mug shot or a legal situation and still proceeds right to say, I'm not gonna sig a breakup.

00:42:00
Speaker 5: I'm not gonna give you one.

00:42:01
Speaker 15: No, I don't know what Brobin did, but bitch work because what what what she is doing when she brought up to the girls.

00:42:13
Speaker 3: Oh, because she's getting in front of it. Indeed, yeah, because let's be clear. When they flashed back to the fact that.

00:42:21
Speaker 11: Todd was out the country on vacation, he's doing something, honey with.

00:42:28
Speaker 3: Her and Gwynn, her daughter, and Gwen the daughter caught him texting other women. Yeah, and then and then you had an affair. Now you're on a flight looking at other women. I think Browin knows like, look, it may come out that he's cheating, Like look, I'm gonna say this allegedly, allegedly, allegedly God has slept with other women throughout their marriage, allegedly allegedly.

00:42:59
Speaker 5: I think when turns a blind.

00:43:01
Speaker 6: Eye, she said, I'm gonna get you on that infidelity clause, bitch, period.

00:43:06
Speaker 13: That's what And the reason why she is saying to the girls and to him, you want to open marriage, you want to experiment, is because she's trying to get from the story, like I have given you an out to stop cheating behind my back.

00:43:21
Speaker 2: Because I am willing to have an open marriage.

00:43:25
Speaker 5: I'm willing to experiment. I'm willing to choose women for you.

00:43:30
Speaker 3: But the one thing I need the rain drops, especially my female rain drops, who are married to men, and especially men who are wealthy.

00:43:38
Speaker 2: When a wealthy married man cheats, it has nothing to do with sex.

00:43:43
Speaker 5: It has everything to do with power. And the reason why Todd.

00:43:49
Speaker 3: Doesn't want you to choose any woman or to even have a say, is because it's a power move.

00:43:56
Speaker 2: He wants to be in controlled because for some wealthy marriage man.

00:44:00
Speaker 5: Being married, you relinquished control.

00:44:04
Speaker 4: Period dot.

00:44:08
Speaker 6: And let me tell you something else, just to piggyback off that this was the worst goddamn thing Todd ever did in his life was get on this show.

00:44:20
Speaker 4: This is the worst decision he ever made.

00:44:23
Speaker 2: What a businessman are you?

00:44:25
Speaker 7: Like?

00:44:26
Speaker 3: You need to sit up there and just be like, yo, I may need to figure out how I'm able to get.

00:44:35
Speaker 5: Out of this situation.

00:44:37
Speaker 3: Because, Bro, not only did my good sister brown Win marry you with a prenup? She yeah, so said I'm doing a TV show and a bunch exposed things that we kept a secret for so many years.

00:44:53
Speaker 2: Honey, it is like we are.

00:44:55
Speaker 4: Watching I Yeah you know.

00:45:00
Speaker 6: Uh Andy Cohen said at Bravo Cohn that this last episode was like one of his favorites in like the History of Housewives, which very much took me by surprise. And I'm wondering if it is solely because of the discussion between Bronwyn and Todd, because that was probably something that he sees. Look, putting your marriage on television like this, everyone says it's a curse, right, Yeah, you put your relationship out there, You're it's like don't get married on reality television.

00:45:35
Speaker 4: Da da da da da dah.

00:45:36
Speaker 6: You know, there's all these things, and he probably knows so much about the behind the scenes and these marriages with these housewives that having this conversation, he's like, if y'all only knew how much this shit really be happening all the damn time, all these arrangements, and finally we have a housewife coming out here and being so open with let's have an a rea, let me pick the woman, let me you know, it is very, very I don't think I've ever seen this in housewives. Have you ever seen a housewife have a conversation with her husband.

00:46:11
Speaker 3: Like this, not to the point where okay, so we've seen conversations where you know, they talked about infidelity, right, yes, but not agree. Uh, I'm still married to you, and I'm willing to accept an open marriage if that's what.

00:46:28
Speaker 5: Yes, it hasn't been something.

00:46:30
Speaker 3: To where they're they're they're continuously getting caught doing something.

00:46:35
Speaker 5: So the idea.

00:46:36
Speaker 3: But look, and this is why, Mike Bramin, I'm onto you, not in some shady way, but like this, we recognize game. You did not have to tell us that you're you got a DM from somebody on his flight who saw him looking at other women on his phone that was on camera. It did not come from Whitney or or Britney or or Lisa.

00:47:01
Speaker 2: That came out of your mouth. We didn't have to know that. Yeah, Well, the fact that we do, yes, I appreciate it that.

00:47:08
Speaker 3: I think, to your plant Monica, we haven't seen anything like that to where we are voluntarily get information.

00:47:16
Speaker 4: Like yes, this is like, this is new.

00:47:21
Speaker 6: And I think that's why Andy was like yes, because this is some real shit that we're I mean, she is airing the dirty laundry in front of him without him even knowing. I'm about to air our dirty laundry. And I'm also going to do it in a space where you can't say shit because.

00:47:40
Speaker 4: You're not going to in front of all the cameras.

00:47:42
Speaker 6: Like there's so many levels that are happening here that it's just like wow. And then the sneak peek for next week had my jaw on the floor. When the mom was like, I think Todd's gonna leave you and Bromin's like, don't tempt me with a good time.

00:47:58
Speaker 14: I was like, oh, honey, I wasn't that provo con. Not not nothink, not that he was supposed to be.

00:48:15
Speaker 5: But think about it.

00:48:17
Speaker 2: Jared Osman was that provo con? Yeah?

00:48:22
Speaker 4: Justin was there, Jarn Barlow was there, Seth was there. Uh who else is?

00:48:30
Speaker 2: Angie?

00:48:31
Speaker 4: And Sean wasn't there? I don't think.

00:48:33
Speaker 2: Honestly, Sean, but uh tid to show up.

00:48:38
Speaker 4: I wouldn't show up either, bitch, I am not.

00:48:40
Speaker 6: If I'm I'm not showing up either because I'm.

00:48:44
Speaker 4: Not going to be there.

00:48:45
Speaker 2: If I'm in a room full of women who are married watching the show. They're booing me on site, on site, and let me tell you something.

00:48:55
Speaker 3: We we don't know if they're still together today, but baby, maybe maybe don't with a good time.

00:49:05
Speaker 6: And ron Win got exactly what she wanted for Bravo. She said, you're not here, but your credit card is ching on all my fucking couture.

00:49:12
Speaker 4: Honey, that's all I need. She was fine, just.

00:49:18
Speaker 2: Fine, She looked fine.

00:49:21
Speaker 3: Oh look, Monica, thank you so much for thank you. Look Monica are back. Next week's recap another episode City and listen to all of the.

00:49:35
Speaker 5: Current Bravo celebrities. Leave Monica alone, damn like.

00:49:45
Speaker 3: She's good in the hood, so like, will please about the show because that's what we're here to do.

00:49:52
Speaker 5: But I love you, Monica, Thank you.

00:49:53
Speaker 4: Love you five.
