But I did like seeing those two dudes be the leader, and then Mark Pope came in made some adjustments. It was very cool for me, Drew to see that, to see the locker room part of that.

So the beginning is Andrew Carr kind of set it up. They have these kind of lengthy interviews with each player, which reveals even more.
