But man, it's tough. It's almost like I don't really know. You walk outside your house and everyone's already outside your house, win on you to come out. Speaker 9: I'm sorry to kind of take a swerve tour the sirius here, but I wanted to talk about polonoscopies. I made a grand mistake when I was in my fifties. I thought I was pretty super healthy. I was running, I was doing vedget hearing and etc. And so in my head I said, well, I'll do it when i'm sixty. Well at fifty fifty eight, guess what I got coerective cancer and stage three B is really aggressive and it was horrible. I have an ostemy now they cut into me and it's horrible to talk about. But what I want to encourage people on bo Jackson, what a hero, oh God, to get this out there. Kids, if you've got any symptoms, go I had symptoms when I was fifty five doing and I didn't pay attention to them, and I what an error. But the irony of the whole thing. Maybe my wife has an ostomy. I met her through an ostemy site, so I wouldn't have met her if I wouldn't have got cancer. That'll blow your mind.

Speaker 2: But anyway, well, thank you for the phone call. The reaction to the BoJack interview was great, but the reaction should be that you're going to get tested, whether it's a colonoscopy or prostate cancer or both, and do not wait until you're fifty.

I just had my blood tested for prostate cancer because I had raised levels there and everything came back and it was fine. But as bo Jackson said, and he had not told anybody he had prostate cancer surgery three months ago, but coming on to give the awareness to that. And it shouldn't take that, but sometimes it does when somebody, you know, heroic legendary like Bo Jackson says, Hey, even me, I can get prostate cancer.
