which I could have told you, yes, two hours away, because Drew
is an hour south and it's an hour south of that. Yeah, damn,
I'm like, I gotta get fucking on first. The promoter there's a
guy named Laser. If you don't know, Laser, kind of it's almost
like if Sting was a complete flat that's out. Laser ahead of head of
ten a security. By the way, is Larry attold the show that the
CAP guys to that time, Yes, okay, it had like the time
of their lives because they stayed at Gallas like mansion and watched WW and drank
with them. Yes, yes, I wanted to be first. I wanted
to catch a flight that night. I'm like, hey, well, save
you on a hotel. Laser said no, So I had to call up.
I had to call up the real big boss man, Doc Gallows.
He gotta be on first. Did show up to the show, He wasn't
there. Yeah, So I went on first, and then I got the
fuck out of there race the ATL almost didn't make my flight, but I
made it and I got home that night. It was well worth it.
So hold on. You explained to this guy that you had a flight later
and you're not going to make it unless he's first, And he goes,
nah, sorry, I can't do it because I had the flight was booked
for the next morning. I said, hey, I'll tell you what.
I'll change her flight to the night before, save you on a hotel.
Let me go first, right, And he said no. God, I
said, I was blown away. Larry atopro like usually when you go to
these shows that are in like high school, jams into the bleachers of them,
like, oh, I hate this because it never looks full, always
looks empty full house, couldn't believe it. Unbelievable show, larriottos Laser's a

GCW Larrytta pro hell of a weekend. What do you guys do? Well?
Both off? I mean I was off and I went to hung with
the family, and then I went to Shane Gillis, Uh, Saturday Night
Radio City, It's pretty unbelievable actor as funny as hell. And then a
little creative pro hangout. Sunday we watched We watched the pape. It was
a nice, little, nice weekend of doing nothing and being a civilian,
perfectly honest with you. Uh. My wife surprised me sort of with a
trip for me and my wife and my daughter. We went to Boston.
We had we stayed in a swanky hotel and we got room service and watched
uh, we watched a movie. It was just amazing. The food was
unbelieve it was your birthday, Mark, It's my birthday. Yeah, sorry,
Yeah, Friday was my birthday, so we did that. We just
we had a nice night in the city. It was cool. It was
really awesome, nice civilian life. Business. Yeah, I'm not even in
the business. I got a match coming up with Broskey that I'm excited about.

got my Monday Night Wars. I just wanted to say how incredible this set
is. This Hogan that I was on the fence about keeping incredible, unbelievable
the hall even though the denim is not quite correct on the the vest,

that I wasn't sure I was gonna keep. Definite Keeper for me, reminds

know he was posting h images of like the Ultimate Dragons in the factory,
so this must be coming soon. Hopefully we get like a nice title eve
of in stock stuff. You know, it really is nice there. If
you're a bone crunching person and you get these, I truly believe it,
you'll be blown away. Yeah, and you know we'll see him at the
square at Circle Lexible, I'm sure. But he was just at uh or
he wasn't. Never the product was just that for the love of wrestling.
In the UK, they showed off the Jeff Jarretts and the James Mitchell and
they look fantastic in my opinion. Well, let's not act like these Jeff
jarrets are new. I mean, the one on the left is the az
Tech one that was shown eleven months ago and the one in the silver Gear
that was shown nine months ago. So and these are still handpainted prototypes,
so still no progress for like two three years, so when it's been a
year now, So I mean I helped Jack get this deal with Jeff,
like back when we were getting Jeff. You know what I'm saying. One
right, so listen, I'll be getting all three of these. I think
they're much needed and hopefully on your collection. I love Jack, I love
this toy line. Hopefully once they get the ball rolling when Gilbert comes out
Ultimos and on all of them, that they can get these next waves out
a lot faster you need. The momentum going is Maybe is Sonny Ono and
Sensors Minister like part re used? Ye uh, they might be the same
legs, but I think uh, I think he's got a the James Mitchell
is a different Torso and different. Definitely not the I would be blown away
if so. I think they might be there, but the Sonny Ono and
the Ultimore packed. Our package is a two pack, so a bit strange,
but uh yeah cool. Hey, we're we're rooting from also at the
for the love of wrestling. There's a lot of Epic toys stuff, a
lot of stuff showing a lot of great stuff. The Bobby the brain heen
in here, I think is great. I definitely need this from my retro
collection. The detail is very, very impressive. I think Epic is really
stepping up their game. Yeah, to be honest, here different zombie.
Yeah, it's a different product of this from that all this figure for a
couple of years ago to that, it's hard to even say that they're the
same company, whether they're not the same company. With the head slightly are
too far apart. But uh yeah, I mean we can get into the
uh into the flaws here a little bit about this. Uh jesus, I
mean, guys, this is I mean, it's great to have a Bobby
Heenan, but whoa, I mean yeah, I mean the eyes are far
apart. Uh. They did get the rings right, so I was I
was a bit surprised to see that. But Bobby Heenan only buttons one button,
so like he's always done that to where so that top button should be
the only one that's buttoned, the other one loose. We know, we
don't know if it's actually buttoned. What No, I'm saying. I'm saying
the button on on on the jacket, the top, but for the sequin
jacket, even though it looks like he managed Ricky Steamboat, because the sequence
aren't sculpted like sequence there fly down, So that's not accurate either. No,
but I mean the button thing is a legit thing. Like you know,
you're wearing a suit top, you only button the top button at the
bottom button. Okay, I understand that. However, you will notice in
the history of professional fucking wrestling suited figures, they always goddamn button the second
button. It's abno, like half ruined the Brother Love Legends figure for me
because of this bullshit. Yes, well it's the same every one of those,
like the Rick Flair suit figure, the Million Dollar Man suit figures.
Well the brother first of all, the Brother Loves shouldn't have the buttoned at
all. Well yeah, still annoy Uh yeah, the boat the bow tie
isn't sequined for whatever reason, they just hit it with a metallic finish,
at least on this uh hard copy here in this champaon hard copy. The
boots, they aren't the loafers. They just gave him wrestling boots. Uh
but yeah, so so I don't know if the sculp is able to be
uh reworked again. I mean, uh, but yeah, I mean better
than not having a Bobby Heena at all, but uh probably uh can just
wait maybe a year or two and uh potentially be Slott in the retros if
he's not already. And uh yeah so but uh definitely an improvement on the
sculps. So I will definitely be getting this as a placeholder. But like
you said, if Mattel brings out a heen in button buttoned or not,
I will cut this and uh sure also like I mean, these are hampaint
and hard copies, but like the final product, as we've seen, they're
all vinyl, they're all PVC. So still don't use ABS. And they
said they don't use ABS because they don't have the money to forward ABS.
So uh because they don't want to create They want to do it all in
one mold instead of instead of doing two separate molds. But uh, if
you want to do it the right way, you got paid right but we
know that. Yeah, and then uh I got bora zook cough does look
awesome. I think it's great. I love the flag. How no,
no wrestling for your companies done the flag this way? I really like it.
Yeah, yeah, I think I'd much rather have a molded flag like
that than the sticker. The Soft Goods molded flag. So Soft Goods.
It was molded like uh, I was pitching like Team Canada's flag and like
that's what marvel. That's how I know they had. They had it on
display at the it's a Soft Goods. You can see the scene right there
on the on the side. This is soft I don't think so. I
think you might be. This is Soft Goods, even one that was on
display. Yeah, but it's Soft Goods. Man, it's pretty pos.
They didn't have a fan blowing. Yeah. No, that's how the soft

This is all Soft Goods. That's literally a piece of like that that's like

shape is held with like a wire or something. I'm not sure how they

to wave if it's Soft Goods, well you can do that. You can
manipulate it with. I mean, you have a crazy breeze at that.
That's soft goods. Literally, you can see the light from from this light
box. You can see the light coming through. To be totally honest,
I have no idea what you're talking about, but I thought it was soft
goods. It looks soft goods to me. Right here in this picture you
can even see the stitching. You can even see the stitching on the OtherSide
display. We have a picture of that on display. D No, I
don't have I don't have those uploaded. Yeah, but let's move on.
Well no, no, we're not going to move on just yet. Yeah,
I mean, so, I mean, I'm giving them free free business
advice here. I I suggest I mean, basically, I mean, Jack's
got away with it because I mean, it was a different time, but
we live in a PC culture, and uh, I suggest removing any kind
of insignias uh that are on this figure, because uh those mean something else
in other countries. So uh yeah, Hammered, I mean, yeah,
it's a different time, different place. But there's a reason why Mattel didn't
include the hammer and sickle on any of the Nikolai bolkoffs because that has a
connotation and other and other places of the world. What uh was there any
online backlash to this when these are showed? No, because no one's even
talking about this, guys, rough Let's be honest, We're a very small
niche community to where no one talks about this stuff. So it just a
lot of this stuff flies under the radar. But uh, yeah, the
boots were good. Uh, but they they are missing the cuts and the
collars and yeah, the yushaka. I know. But they're going all this
all this way to dedicate character specific tooling, then Okay, do it do
it specific to the character? Why? Sure? Like how are they not
reusing parts or anything yet? Like, well, because this is a yeah,
it's nothing to get it, it's nothing. These runs are so low.
Yeah. Well, I mean, yeah, the insigney on the yushaka
a k a. The sheepskin hat or whatever that's that should get enough.

You know that's my only nitpick. Well, it's also depicting like babyface him,
right, So maybe that wouldn't be that accurate, right, because it's

just saying. Like you know that sometimes you wait, sometimes it's not worth

Hey, don't squish that crown, bro, I will say, the crown
very squishy. Oh at least it not the squished the crown. No,
it's a very squishy crowd. But this crown is so inaccurate. This does
not look like Mabel's crown at all, not one bit. But listen,
I believe Mitch is doing better with these figures. The Mabel is so like,
oh, it's so good. It's so good. I love it.
I'm sure there's people out there who hate it, who don't like it.
Maybe it's the wrong plastic, sure grocock gold. Yeah, so I think
Mitch is doing a good job with these. Listen, He's for the fans,
by the fans. That's a slogan. Listen, if you have them
in hand, you could tell like, these aren't made like uh, like
a zombie sailor. The quality is not like that, not even close.
But he's getting better. So we had a you know, like that smoke
Train was abysmal. You know, you compare the Smoke Train to this Mabel
and he's he's improved. Is you can't deny that, whether you like the
guy or his toy company or not. So I had to get these men
in the mission. I had to get the King Mabel, and of course
I had to get my dad. So you should still steal the men's warehouse
slogans. Next, what's that grapplers and gimmicks? You're gonna like the way
you look, all right? And the last thing that I got, I
got the Complete Guide to Classic Superstars by Kyle Peterson Guys as of now in
Amazon as this recording, it's above Becky Lynch's book. I saw that congratts
the Carle. That's freaking awesome, dude. So I haven't got a chance
to look through every single page, but it's all in color. The hard

It's been over twenty years since we conceived of the WWE Classic Superstars line.
I can say with absolutely no qualms that this is my favorite action figure line
of all time, and I know many of you agree. It's probably that
way because of how authentic everything truly was. I was in my twenties,
I had direct access to vincick Mann in terms of approvals. Being a lifelong
wrestling fan shaped by the nineteen eighties wrestling scene and the very beginnings of WWE,
there is no doubt that this had a meaningful impact on the feel of
the line. We were still in the early eight of internet and my direct
access to consumers was unprecedented for the time it really truly was. I want
to personally thank Kyle Peterson for celebrating Classic Superstars to the creation of this book.
Hopefully, something this comprehensive will drive collecting of the Classic line for generations
to come. In addition to Kyle, this is my favorite part, I
also want to thank Matt Cardona, Brian Byers at Smart Mark Sterling, the
Major Wrestling Figure podcast Boys. They have embraced figure collecting to a level that
I've never seen from current or former talent. Thank you to Jonathan I can.

deals. So imagine this, Uh, Crusis imagine time. We're nostalgia and
Legends weren't celebrated. They just weren't. You know, you can't just get
Jake to snak socks and shop like no hurt. Unbelievable. And Jeremy he
had this vision that there was a market for this, and he was so
right. I believe we talked him a couple of weeks ago. I believe
that The Jack's Classic Superstars was the beginning of adult wrestling. For you're collecting
specifically directed towards adults, you know what I'm saying. Of course adults collected
figures, but I think this was the first line directed towards the collector,
directed towards the adult totally. You know, the one of one hundred exclusive,
the employee exclusives. Just uh, it's unbelievable time to sometimes annoying because
some variants were done on purpose, some weren't. If you were die hard,
you were in. So I'm very excited to read this book. And
uh, Kyle, great job in your new wing that's going to be built.
Where if he doesn't have classics up, that's a huge mistake. I

buy vintage collection for main character Star Wars characters of the new stuff, and
I would like to have a detail with a complete set of loose vintage original
Star Wars figures. I don't care about package variants. I want one of

think this may be the first Sergeant Slaughter BRG that he's that has ever been
signed by him, which, as a huge fan, is something pretty awesome
and makes it even more unique. I am a huge Slaughter fan and my
eleven year old son Taylor knows him all too well given all the old pay
per views we've watched together. So this was very cool father son moment and
a figure that hopefully will be passed on from my collection to his in time.

with the previous one with the Unmatched Collection Series two and also with that uncircuit
lidded one. That's how i iconic that that gear is. It's so iconic
that they made one of one of three thousand uncirculated or one of one thousand
uncirculated one through a verdeck. So I'm just a little nervous how it would
look like if you put that soft Goods long sleeve shirt on and then it's

How is it working with someone in face paint? Scares the funk out of
me. I think face paint and wrestling can be awesome and can be Horrible's
like l O D Sting Warrior. Of the first things that literally ever drew
into wrestling was like seeing the author Warrior and I thought he looked in credible
demolition. Right. Yeah, listen, I've been on the indies. There's
nothing worse than bad face paint. Yes, that's what I'm saying gets on
the gets on your I'm not even saying like he gets on your gear.
I'm saying, like, I just look like a joke. You look like
shit, You're fucking you look horrible, you know, like Mojo Raley with
a face paint. Yeah, yeah, there's a good reference point you want
to see bad. Actually, you gotta give it to bad face paint.
W where like the highest quality of everything is at your finger doesn't make any
sense. Dan Nelson had great face paint even when he was cho and that's
his face paint is one of the reasons that catapulted him totally where he is.
If he had bad face paint, imagine that that character with like poorly
drawn on, like pasty c through bullshit. Listen. I think also though,
it's like, oh my god, I remember when when Cody was starred
dust like you had to get to the building early. Paint that fucking face
takes forever, Like I watched us to do it so many times. Man,
it's a lot of my God, but it looked always looked so professionally
good man, great face paint. Holy ship And that was another one.
He would be there for hours doing that ship. And if it's like good
face pan, like you're working, somebody knows what they're doing, like it
comes, it comes off your gear. But if it's like a shitty guy
who go to party city and fucking do it. Yeah, my first thought
on I saw this question, my first thought was, you're at an indie
You got to be in the Battle Royal with some schmuck who has gross ass
face. You just got brand new gear, and you're like, do not
touch me, dude. That's a fucking night there. Literally, yeah,
exactly know what. This is a wild burial. I remember when I was
at Gallow's house. He had a bunch of old elites and I was trying
to help. It was right when we got fired. I was maybe we
were doing talking shop stuff and I was like, oh, we should sign
these and we can sell them in the Patreon. And he had this pasca
pa. I'm like, why did you have this? I'm proud of you.
So that's where I used to paint my face with raw pasca. His
fucking face at the end there when Oc and he would wear a face pape,
Oh my god, pasca to the face. Gallows is the perfect example
of shitty face pape. So I'm like, I'm thinking, like, oh,
wow, you have a pasca for your your autographs. That's real professional.
He's like, no, I'd put that on my face. That's crazy.
I know, man. Now that we're thinking about there's there's more guys
with face paint that I you know, you know, powers of pain,
a lot of good face paint. It's like weird, like it's a very
eighties thing that only can be acceptable and wrestling. For some reason. It's
not like Brian Cage is doing it now. You don't see like other celebrities
or in any other walk of life, just face painting. I think Brian
Cage looks great. He does he does it different often though, so it's
like you can't get really attached. There's there's a guy that was buried a
couple of years ago, Dan Hausen and I believe Jericho when he what's the
name of painmaker. Yeah, they trademarked their face paint like other people can't
even do it, Yeah, which I think was amazing. Kiss kidet I
believe. Yes, during the clown. There there's a guy that we bear
group chats right now who started doing face paint like maybe a year a year
and a half ago that that is horrible, not on TV. It's just
a nindie guy. It's just so bad. Yeah, it's like when it's
bad, it's bad. Yeah, I'm looking right now. We have two
guys in the major Bendi's family with face paint. We have Oxygen Dug with
the USA face paint and down has it. Yeah, many, I think
that's it. And a lot of a lot of guys with color on their
