NFL Week 18 Reaction: Playoff Preview + MVP Debate: Drake Maye Vs. Matthew Stafford | Bussin’

Bussin' With The Boys

On this week’s Monday NFL Football recap, Will Compton and Taylor Lewan break down all the biggest storylines heading into another crucial slate of games as the playoff picture continues to take shape.

The boys kick things off with Ravens vs. Steelers, diving into what this matchup means for the AFC North and how both teams are trending at this point in the season. From there, they preview Chargers vs. Patriots, looking at what to expect from each side and where both teams stand as the year winds down. The conversation then shifts to Sam Darnold, as Will and Taylor debate whether he can truly get it done when the pressure is on.

Zooming out, the guys talk NFC momentum and why the conference still feels wide open, before breaking down Packers vs. Bears, including what they’re seeing from both teams and how the rivalry continues to evolve. To close things out, they turn their attention to AFC momentum, discussing which teams are peaking at the right time and who they trust heading into the playoff push.

As always, it’s a full breakdown of the games, the narratives, and what actually matters as the season rolls on.

Speaker 2: NFL Crazy Game last night with the Steelers in the Ravens, I know and I think the worst team loss. The lesser team lost that game.

00:01:37
Speaker 1: The lesser team, the lesser thinking the right team won that game.

00:01:42
Speaker 2: You're right, I put you know what flipped that? The lesser team won that game. I believe that. And I think that because just because I think if you're looking at both these teams and how they're all they're built, I believe the Ravens had a better chance to make a stronger push in the playoffs and the Steelers would. Obviously they were losing DK Metcalf. They didn't have DK Metcalf. They'll get him back for the playoffs, so that might be a big turnaround for them. But just the inconsistencies, obviously the Ravens have had that. But they started to establish more of a run game. Lamar Jackson I thought looked really good coming out. He had some really nice touches on some pass wearing.

00:02:14
Speaker 1: The rib cage.

00:02:14
Speaker 2: Shut up. He looked good, a little more mobile, a little more healthy. So I just felt the Ravens could win this game. They had a better chance for us to be like, Okay, I think they're gonna make a bigger push going into these playoffs. Steelers could be a one and done for the boys right there. And I don't I'm not hating. They have a great squad. They made the playoffs, clearly, But does anybody disagree that we feel like the Steelers are probably gonna be one. It feels like a one undone. It's a tune up who they play? Who they who they getting dialed in with? Alright, ball, yeah they played the Texans, You don't, no, No.

00:02:54
Speaker 3: I'll take the Steelers over the Texans.

00:02:56
Speaker 1: You'll take Steelers over Teching.

00:02:57
Speaker 3: Aaron Rodgers showed that magic last night again. He had the ball.

00:03:00
Speaker 4: It was it was vintage Aaron Rodgers drives down the field, ties the game, or it takes He has.

00:03:05
Speaker 1: Those moments for sure. He had Texas defense. Now as long as you delete the memory of them just playing the Colts because Riley Leonard went off on that defense.

00:03:13
Speaker 3: I think it's a good game for the Steelers. I like the Steelers.

00:03:16
Speaker 1: C J.

00:03:16
Speaker 3: Stroud sometimes has some stinkers too, so.

00:03:20
Speaker 2: I see, I'm not worried like I think that. First off, I don't know what the total in that game is. I'm already taking the under in that game. But you know Will Anderson and Daniel Hunter on the on the edge. It's gonna be very, very stressful for Aaron Rodgers to sit there in the pocket and be able to throw the ball or remind me a lot of like the Browns. How they played the Browns. Was it last week two weeks ago? When they when they were playing, they were more focused on getting away from that pass rush as they were trying to win that game.

00:03:45
Speaker 5: Yeah, could be stressful for Stroud too though. Hei Smith was going crazy last night.

00:03:49
Speaker 2: I've been telling you boys.

00:03:50
Speaker 1: Have I not told you boys about what was coming alive?

00:03:53
Speaker 2: Yeah?

00:03:54
Speaker 1: Had that pick there, that nice pick that just fitting in the old bread basket? Yeah?

00:03:58
Speaker 2: No, I like, uh, I like.

00:04:00
Speaker 1: I personally feel like Texans have too much at all three levels defensively for the for Pittsburgh to get a whole lot going possibly.

00:04:06
Speaker 2: Not cross the fifty. That's the kind of defense we might be looking at a game like that.

00:04:10
Speaker 5: At Aaron Rodgers, I hope you'd heard that.

00:04:12
Speaker 2: Listen. A huge fan of Aaron, huge fan of Aaron.

00:04:14
Speaker 1: Yeah. Love love the kiss blowing by Tom.

00:04:17
Speaker 2: Love all of that. I just friend of the show. I just feel like this is this is where the buck stops, and it stops here.

00:04:25
Speaker 1: I'm more so excited to see to kind of watch the jersey Jerry's of the world, the Pittsburgh fans, the content that's going to come from this game, especially if they do lose. Right, did you see who's the comedian that does the rapist Stobby stovey baby getting in the shower? He said, fire them all, Let's get Joe Flacco in there.

00:04:44
Speaker 2: Yeah, he's always did. He always has nice little things after the rabies about that.

00:04:51
Speaker 1: He said, shouldn't Aaron Rodgers be in a dark room trying to figure out if he's not gay or not he is?

00:04:58
Speaker 2: He is extremely funny with those things. One dude, one game that I'm really looking forward to is Patriots and the Chargers.

00:05:07
Speaker 1: Patriots, Man, I don't.

00:05:09
Speaker 2: Know Jesse Mintor's defense. He always keeps quarterbacks at like a qbr of like in the sixties, right, he is a way of neutralizing offenses. And I just feel like Herbert, there's gotta be a time that Herbert gets a playoff game, the not winning playoff games off of his back.

00:05:25
Speaker 1: Right, the talent that everybody talks about it being yeah, arguably in the top five, always in the top ten. But if he's going to get over that hump, like this is a step, Yeah, this is clearly a step. You have to get a playoff game under your belt to start not being labeled as more of like the Lamar Jackson field that box you kind of get put in.

00:05:42
Speaker 2: Yeah, and the Patriots they don't have like outstanding pass rush. You don't worry about the tackles being hurt there. Jim Harball, No, no, no, no, no, you got one you got one rusher. You got one rusher, that's great, but you can you can neutralize one rusher, no problem. But you got you need help, you need game stunts. Blitz is coming. I just think about a Jim Harball who's praying for snowfall. He's the only coach that lives in California. He's only person lives in California going to somewhere. But I hope to god it's freezing outside. That's the type of cat that they're looking forward to playing. You know, run the ball a little bit.

00:06:16
Speaker 1: You talk about Harball. Yeah, listen, I mean Mike Rabel, my Rabel.

00:06:21
Speaker 2: Stun might fight. Do you think they could?

00:06:25
Speaker 1: Do?

00:06:25
Speaker 2: You think who do you think would win that fight?

00:06:28
Speaker 5: It would I'll tell you this, the fight would last at least twelve hours. Yeah, because there's no way Harball is giving up.

00:06:34
Speaker 1: He's not like Rabel. Rabel, Yeah under ten minutes. Hey, that ain't Rabel's. That's that's a you can't kill. It's already dead.

00:06:44
Speaker 2: And also, I don't know if we have the clip we're gonna post on the YouTube of me. I filmed him one time in the Titans weight room punching bag. A couple of times.

00:06:51
Speaker 1: Not a lot of power. That's him just working on a lot of power. Yeah, he's pacing, he's he acts like it.

00:06:59
Speaker 2: I'm sure Rabel is a guy that asks like he's got seven brothers child.

00:07:05
Speaker 1: He's like Mike, we're just joking around him.

00:07:09
Speaker 2: He's Vince Vaughn's brothers and four Christmases. When they go into Phoenix or whatever their names, they're pinning in the ground. Google me, bitch, that's rapes. This is it right here? You tell me that's knocking out Jim.

00:07:20
Speaker 1: He's just working out right there, He's just working out.

00:07:23
Speaker 2: Hey, do me if the dust off your knees a little bit and talk a little ball. Huh.

00:07:28
Speaker 6: I am.

00:07:30
Speaker 1: Going to see this, letting you know. Would this man in under ten minutes? Well, would you beat Rabel in a fight? Yeah, no question. He's too old. Even with the n Yeah, he's too feeble, you know what I mean, even with your length, I'd get on the inside. You've got Mike Tyson.

00:07:44
Speaker 2: I've seen Mike Tysons Douglas. You're not either of those cats.

00:07:47
Speaker 1: Mike Tyson, buster, dougle No disrespected. Douglas did win that fight?

00:07:52
Speaker 7: Are you pickingbel coach you played for over Jim Harball.

00:07:58
Speaker 1: Of Harball?

00:07:59
Speaker 2: So hard to say, man, it's so hard to say because when I look at Rabel's punches, not a lot of power behind that. I can see Harball hitting a Homer Simpson type of fight where he just keeps taking it on the chin over and over again until Vrabel tires himself out and falls down, and then Harrball is on top of him.

00:08:13
Speaker 7: Would you rather play for, oh, rapes?

00:08:17
Speaker 2: I played for rapes rather.

00:08:19
Speaker 1: Taylor's not picking rapes because very Ray Daddy's Taylor. That's all that is in the same chat. You know, I'll embrace it. I'm picking my guy Raves against Harball against that. Yeah, you're picking that to lose?

00:08:39
Speaker 2: What the fuck does that mean?

00:08:40
Speaker 1: It means Harball is like the goat a hide and seek since he hid for in his little house. There's like that story where he hit for what eight hours chairs under the table.

00:08:50
Speaker 2: Yeah, listen, probably in a fight you give the edge of Rabel. What something about them chargers against against the PA. Everyone's hating on the Patriots. Their schedule is easy, a whole bunch of stuff. I don't know who I'm taking this game. I actually started this conversation with this is one of the games I'm most excited for because I think it's gonna be a little a little bit of fight. Yeah, Jesse Mintter's defense can neutralize a great offense. They have done it all season long.

00:09:13
Speaker 1: So it's kind of like another one when you talk about Justin Herbert too, like another guy going into the playoffs. Can he get it done? Is Sammy D. Sammy D with the Seattle Seahawks because Seattle with home field advantage. I tweeted out, good luck to anybody that you know is going into Seattle that's gonna try and beat this team, because I think Seattle has got the path. Like to me, they are a Super Bowl pick of mine.

00:09:38
Speaker 2: Yeah, the defense they beat, they beat cats up. I just like to see Sammy D elevated a little bit. I feel like he's kind of like dwindled down the last four or five weeks of the season. I like to see him, you know, push the ball down field a little bit more.

00:09:51
Speaker 1: It'll come alive. Look, there's only been one other quarterback with back to back fourteen win seasons, right, I think there was Tom Brady, two.

00:10:00
Speaker 2: Different teams, two different teams, one quarterback, two quarterbacks, him and Tom Brady.

00:10:04
Speaker 8: I think there's five or six quarterbacks ever to ever have back to back thirteen win seasons.

00:10:09
Speaker 1: Sammy D did it.

00:10:11
Speaker 2: I'm a big Sammy D believer, friend of the show, friend of the show, friend of the show, and Seattle bro like that environment is going to be.

00:10:17
Speaker 1: Nuts because the noise all week on the internet is gonna be like Sammy D. This where he's gonna crumble right where Seattle. They have a bye week so they'll get the rest. They're gonna they're gonna play the winner of who is It's? Uh Tampa, Tampa's out. They got they they got the playoffs. Yeah throw up? Yeah yeah.

00:10:42
Speaker 2: Oh they're gonna play the Rams.

00:10:43
Speaker 1: No, yeah, not Tampa. NFC South Carolina and the Rams.

00:10:47
Speaker 2: Then you got their showdown in Seattle.

00:10:50
Speaker 8: I feel like that would be a good matchup for Seattle because the last two times, well they beat them the last time they played, and then the first time they played they should have won. I'm like a game winning field or something.

00:11:01
Speaker 2: Also, they played was a crazy overtime game, right yeah, that was the fifteen league. Clay Matthews parlay the money the money on Matthews Parlay that hit. I like it. I like Seattle at Home.

00:11:11
Speaker 1: Let me ask you this, Seattle at home, Seattle with that defense and Sam Donald JSN in.

00:11:16
Speaker 2: The playoffs and the way they've been able to run the ball as a plate, like, yeah, run the ball in defense. That's like Greg Olsen talks about, Hey, that's what really matters when you get to the playoffs.

00:11:27
Speaker 1: And everybody's talked about Rabel, Liam Cohen, Ben Johnson, but also Mike McDaniel his second year with Seattle. Mike Mike McDonald his second year with Seattle. Yeah, he's I mean, he is a he's a stud. You got Kubiak as the oc.

00:11:41
Speaker 2: Here's my fear, and I feel like I got a taste of it in twenty one when we were the ones he'd had to buy. You see it in these college and in the college rankings when you see, like I think, it's not our one to nine teams that have had to buy. That's what the that's what it is in college, which is completely different. College and NFL are two totally different things. But the title the Seattle slowed down a little bit coming They come out a little rusty, having a bye that's what I worry about. Yeah, different, it is completely different.

00:12:11
Speaker 1: I think Seattle. Seattle's got all the momentum in the NFC. For me, the number one.

00:12:16
Speaker 2: What's those momentum time, That's what I'm saying. That's what makes me a little nervous about the momentum.

00:12:21
Speaker 1: By the way, Greg, Greg didn't even mention momentum yesterday on the.

00:12:24
Speaker 2: Broadcast, I know, And when you hit that group chat, I was like, I didn't listen that. Had I had the game up, I wasn't listening to them, so I was like, I hope you hit it. And then Dave Lawan hit me up and he's like, uh, ever since you guys have had Greg on, I love listening to his commentary because I feel like he's still talking to you guys, like he's fun to listen to now. And I was like, has he brought a momentum? And then Dave just went radio solent on me, so I assumed probably not.

00:12:45
Speaker 1: I listened to. So Patriots came out they scored in what three plays? And I texted Greg in our group chat. I was like, when if the Patriots scored they go up seven? Oh you talk about you let Joe know it's all you gave him. I gave you to do was read what you and he hearted it. Yeah, so i'thing it's gotta call here it goes. I kind of waited after they scored. Then I'm like, okay, maybe you know they're in the broadcast booth, they're going to commercial soon. Maybe he wants time to talk about this. So then I'm listening for when they come out kick the ball off and never came. He never talked about momentum, like, hey, losing to the Buffalo Bills is the best thing to happen to this Patriot team. It sparked a momentum that is going to be tough to beat going into the playoffs. And you see it right now flowing through the New England Patriots.

00:13:26
Speaker 2: See I loved the Patriots play this week.

00:13:28
Speaker 1: I love that for.

00:13:29
Speaker 2: Them because of the momentum. If they had to buy what happens, I don't know. Well, the Rable was undefeated until Patriots. His first time with the Patriots. They had to buy what happened, they lose. So now with them going if they can get over the charge or something, just a mentor hump. Jim Harrball, tough guy, hump.

00:13:46
Speaker 1: Who do you got? Let's let's stick in the NFC. Who is you? How would you label these guys? To rank these guys with the most momentum going.

00:13:53
Speaker 2: In and the NFC most momentum, you give it to Seattle. Do you mind if I rank them?

00:14:01
Speaker 1: Yeah? We're looking for looking for seven.

00:14:03
Speaker 6: All go.

00:14:04
Speaker 2: It's tough because there's Seattle, big drop that. I'll go the Rams and Taylor.

00:14:15
Speaker 9: Are we talking strictly here?

00:14:17
Speaker 2: I'm going strictly momentum. I'm just this is just momentum talk. For the sake of the show. I'll go, Look, okay, Seattle, big drop Rams. I'll probably put the Bears in there. Right after that.

00:14:28
Speaker 1: Just lost the Lions. Maybe they lost a little.

00:14:30
Speaker 2: Moment I know that's what it was, kind of hanging me up a little bit, Carolina their bottom. I would go San fran Green Bay, Philly.

00:14:44
Speaker 1: Yeah, but listen, Brand lost to Seattle, to.

00:14:50
Speaker 2: Seattle, and up until that point, I think brought perty and that offense. That offense was scoring like thirty two point five points per game, maybe even more than that. Their defense is showing but a big way. The biggest thing that we're me about the forty nine Ers. The pass rush, we don't got a whole lot of it. Quarterbacks kind of sit up there, keep that thing high and tight a little bit. Yeah, they can bake a pizza a little bit, because there's not unless you're you know, Sola's putting in different type of blitzes Eagles. I don't know what to think of the Eagles, man. I like there's a piece of me that kind of loves, like, hey, I love the fact that they lose, but like they do have the best roster in the NFL, So what happens, Like do they all of a sudden just turn it on. I don't see it. I think the forty nine ers is a good matchup for the Eagles early though, if if you're not getting a Ricky Piersoll, if you're not getting Trent Williams back. I know, I know George played. I don't know about his health. Juwan Jennings. I see in Fred Warner's talking about making a playoff push. If he can get to what NFC championship, he could possibly be back by then.

00:15:53
Speaker 1: But I just don't know if.

00:15:54
Speaker 2: They have the horses on defense, And just like Greg talks about, when you kind of weed out these weak teams and you're sitting with your sixteen best right here. What like you're gonna get exposed because you have good coaching, Now you have good defenses, good offenses playing each other, and now the numbers of injuries kind of wear down on you a little bit. That's what worries me for the Niners.

00:16:14
Speaker 1: Yeah, but I feel like there's been their story all season long.

00:16:17
Speaker 5: Then, yes, five years yeah, bro, yes.

00:16:21
Speaker 1: And this year sitting on the spot there. So if I could, if I could rank him, I would say, I'll start with seven Carolina Panthers. No momentum going into the place, zero zero momentum. Six, I would say the Green Bay Packers right now, which is tough. That was that was who I That's who I picked on for the Super Bowl.

00:16:38
Speaker 2: But that's how these viewers know you're an unbiased cat. And that's beautiful.

00:16:41
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, very I'm extremely unbiased. Uh yeah, so six Green Bay Packers number five, I'm going to go with the Eagles. Not a lot of momentum going into the playoffs. Yeah, oh, Jalen Hurts doesn't scream momentum. That offense doesn't scream momentum. Does do have an elite defense? They do get a home game against San Fran, But I think san Fran's got a different type of momentum going into the playoff. Yeah, the Eagles won't see coming which which team. So san Fran the year that they've had going twelve and five and the hardest division in football, the momentum that they've created all season long, and to lose to the best team in the NFL thirteen to three, the Seattle Seahawks, this can be framed as a momentum of this is the best thing to happen to us going into the playoffs. We're going to get into the Pats coming back. So I like san Fran going what's up?

00:17:33
Speaker 6: Do you think there's anything else that goes into it?

00:17:36
Speaker 8: This is like a rematch of the NFC Championship game from a couple of years ago when Rock Party hurt his elbow.

00:17:41
Speaker 1: I think it goes into it for the guys that were on that roster just a little bit. That's like one of the ten things that play a factor. This is a small factor.

00:17:47
Speaker 2: That's that's you have a big meeting and then, oh, by the way, remember that game we played when brock Perty got hurt.

00:17:52
Speaker 1: This is Shanahan knowing I'm always in this spot they say I can't win the big one. Time to prove these motherfuckers wrong. I keep seeing the graphic go up that when he's down seven plus points in the fourth quarter, he's like one in thirty. Fact check me on that graphic. But I think it's something around that lane to whin he's down, he can't come back and rally the boy's back.

00:18:12
Speaker 2: That's a I know this is college NFL. That's a James Franklin kind of stat right there. That's a James Tough.

00:18:17
Speaker 1: One to look at on the phone.

00:18:18
Speaker 7: The more you're.

00:18:19
Speaker 2: Talking about san Fran, the more I love san Fran against the Eagles.

00:18:23
Speaker 1: And everybody's using the fodder of kittles saying he was rooting for the Cardinals, that he doesn't want to play the eg Yeah, that can be the farthest thing from the truth. Right the way I saw it is he would rather just play in a warmer weather environment, no doubt. I think everybody could. Yeah, everybody would love. Everybody would like that.

00:18:38
Speaker 2: Yeah, everybody would love to have We really admided he's seventy five no bugs every single day. I could say, harball not Jim Harball.

00:18:45
Speaker 1: But that's what that's where Maybe Jim Harball beats Rapel's ass, right, maybe there's an ass beating taking place in New England.

00:18:52
Speaker 2: I don't know that yet, checking for the locker room.

00:18:54
Speaker 1: But are we really gonna question George Kittle's toughness?

00:18:57
Speaker 2: Never Iowake in the comment he's in Iowa.

00:19:00
Speaker 1: Like, look, he wants to he wants to avoid the Philadelphia Eagles. He don't give a ship about the Philadelphia Eagle. Think about weather, Yeah, just want to play.

00:19:09
Speaker 2: Can I put one thing in the back of your head when it comes to Eagles preseason? I mean they won the Super Bowl. Preseason was like, this is the team that's gonna reap for best roster. They're gonna keep firing along. Look at their wide receiver Jalen Hurts. Top five quarterbacks, super Bowl, Super Bowl, Saquon Barkley. Look at the year he said he's just gonna keep the momentum going going this year. Now we've gotten through the whole entire season, people are like, hey, they they really haven't exceeded, haven't met our expectations? Are actually well below Who is the hardest fan base to police in the entire NFL.

00:19:39
Speaker 1: Oh, it's got to be Philly.

00:19:41
Speaker 2: Gotta be Philly. Right, So let me ask you this. We go into halftime in San Francisco's up by three points? How tight are the Philadelphia Eagles that they're fans their stadium, that city.

00:19:54
Speaker 1: Don't want to know?

00:19:55
Speaker 2: Right the polls, they're greasing up Siriani. There's they're greasing up Sirianni.

00:20:02
Speaker 1: On that hell of a coach. It's a sixty minute game, and Philly's got the squad like if the Niners are up by three at halftime, like there's no celebrating, Like if you're rooting for the Niners, there's no celebrating taking place. Because this Eagles team can whip teams in the second half, no doubt. My concern is like, are we, all of a sudden just gonna believe that the offense is gonna come alive just because now we're in playoff mode. No, there's the same story last year with the Chiefs. They won all these one score games, they end up going to the playoffs and getting Super Bowl, getting murdered by the Philadelphia Eagles. But it's like, all of a sudden, is this offense gonna come alive and just win the whole thing. Yeah, I'm not buying that. I'm thinking the Niners are gonna take down Philly at Philly in their backyard.

00:20:41
Speaker 8: If the Eagles lose this game, like Philly fans will be calling for.

00:20:46
Speaker 1: Oh they call head that's Tuesday. Yeah, that's a regular too, that's this afternoon.

00:20:54
Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying, though, they they go, they'll go in down three at half, you're the fans are booing. Things are tight, and it's not like they've done it before. We see the Rams game how they came back. They had twenty Rams had twenty eight points at the end of the first half. They had twenty points at the end of the of the game, two block field goals. They have a bunch of things that take place so they have the ability to come back. But when it is the playoffs and they haven't met the standard, they should be out there well below the standard. The fans know what they're booing. You as you're going into your tunnel to have your halftime adjustments, does it feel different as opposed to, Hey, it's week thirteen. Whether this works that or not, we're probably going to be fine. Now it's a do or die situation. They've been there before, so you have to give them the edge there. But something about the tightness and Philly right now just feels a little bit different to me. Feels a little bit different.

00:21:40
Speaker 1: Even though they've found ways to win, I don't see them as this team finds a way to win with the play calling that they've had all year long, with Jalen Hurts at quarterback, Like, I just I'm not buying into that stock. I think Philly's going to be let down. That's just again, Jeremy, I know you're a Philly fan. One and done, one and done.

00:21:58
Speaker 3: That's crazy. I don't even have to come get you.

00:22:01
Speaker 4: It's just, uh, every year in the playoffs, everyone doubts the Eagles. Hungry dogs run faster, they put the dog mass on, they run through everybody. It's a home game in Philly. The last time they were there, Rock Purty got hurt. But he got hurt by getting sacked because the Eagles got pressure on him.

00:22:16
Speaker 1: It's not like it was was a quotas well. It's not. It's not a legit got hurt.

00:22:19
Speaker 2: He legit got hurt.

00:22:21
Speaker 4: But what you're saying is is like he got hurt by getting hit from an Eagle. Know what I'm saying is the Eagles defense is amazing and they're gonna do the same thing they are.

00:22:32
Speaker 3: They're gonna hit.

00:22:32
Speaker 1: Him all this.

00:22:34
Speaker 2: If Trent Williams does not play this game, I could definitely see the Eagles winning this game another under game. But man, if Trump does play, I feel a whole lot better.

00:22:46
Speaker 3: Oh No, I think uh. I think the Eagles are gonna win, beat beat the forty nine ers. I think they'll make a run. I don't know what I want to do yet.

00:22:54
Speaker 4: I want to make a bet with will about the Eagles winning the Super Bowl, but I don't know what it's gonna be.

00:22:57
Speaker 6: We can do it.

00:22:57
Speaker 1: Off An't gonna win the Super Bowl.

00:22:59
Speaker 3: I have to think of sounding the Eagles are winning the Super Bowl.

00:23:01
Speaker 1: Eagles, Eagles are building.

00:23:04
Speaker 4: What you say about Kyle Shanahan can't win the big game? Whatever it is. Nick Sirianni wins in the playoffs. They might have lost the Super Bowl, but they made it again with a team that wasn't even that good.

00:23:12
Speaker 2: So I hate to take something out of JP's bag, but I feel like if Eagles don't win the Super Bowl, you need to have a shape face for the entire year.

00:23:18
Speaker 3: No, no, no, not all. First of all, you want to get on, but you have you have to.

00:23:24
Speaker 2: I'm just saying, I'm looking at that beard. I know how much you love. What do you mean, dude?

00:23:29
Speaker 3: The months look a rough few weeks, but uh, we got We'll make a bet. We'll think of something. Eagles are winning the Super Bowl.

00:23:36
Speaker 1: Clumb telling you the Eagles will be one and done this weekend.

00:23:40
Speaker 4: I can't wait for this clip. This clip is gonna go crazy. I might make I might make sure Philly fans get an edit.

00:23:46
Speaker 3: This is gonna be good.

00:23:48
Speaker 1: Yeah, what do we want to make? Oh, I haven't thought of anything. I almost feel bad that he's wanting the Okay, I need to finish my moment. I love that.

00:23:58
Speaker 3: Yeah, locker room will Yeah, where were you?

00:24:00
Speaker 2: You're like at the momentum. I think the momentum is exact same right now?

00:24:04
Speaker 1: Correct? So yeah? Carolina, Green Bay, Philly, Philly, Chicago, San Francisco, Rams, Seattle, Okay, and Seattle's got all the momentum. Chicago's got momentum. I I do hate that they lost to the Lions. I hate that they slipped one up there and lost to the Lions.

00:24:23
Speaker 2: That was you know what that That is another perfect example of what you just said of like this could be the best thing that happened to us. We got cocky, you know, Caleb Williams through for the most Yards and Bears history. I feel like, look at us, we're doing this.

00:24:34
Speaker 1: But I also feel like Chicago hasn't been a team that's ever felt comfortable in any week that they went into, which is a good Which is a good thing to have a good chip on your shoulder.

00:24:41
Speaker 2: This is clearly a week that we felt they felt comfortable play. Matthews is a Green Bay Packers guy. He said, this is the bet of the week. The bet of the week is the Lions are going to destroy or so the Bears are going to destroy the Lions.

00:24:52
Speaker 1: I know, and I should have listened to my gut, don't thinking? Do we really think of Dan Campbell? Team's not going to come in?

00:24:57
Speaker 2: That's what I said.

00:24:58
Speaker 1: Did you end up picking?

00:25:00
Speaker 2: I took the line take money line.

00:25:01
Speaker 1: I can't even remember what I pay.

00:25:02
Speaker 2: I know it's so hard once you like, once the days moves on, you're like, what happened? Yeah, just part of life, Part of cte brother. Yeah, hold on, I want to know about green Bay and Bears. Where does your heart lie.

00:25:14
Speaker 1: Right now on the game this week? Yeah?

00:25:17
Speaker 2: And you know this is not this You're not held to anything here feeling.

00:25:20
Speaker 1: The green Bay Chicago matchup. I'm more of just a fan watching this game because of the potential of Chicago taking down green Bay and the fan base being able to just go after green Bay because green Bay has owned him decade after decade, year after year. Clay Matthews standing up there on Draft Night, I was on national television be like this team is not going to make the playoffs, like all the fodder that this fan base has. If they get a win this weekend against their rival, against their division rival, I would almost just sit back with some popcorn to just watch it kind of go down.

00:25:53
Speaker 2: Yeah, So who do you got? So? So he's just your as a fan watching as a fan.

00:25:59
Speaker 1: Who do you give the edge to?

00:26:00
Speaker 2: Right now? You want me to go first?

00:26:02
Speaker 1: I know laflor Verus Johnson. I don't know. My pick will probably my pick. I still need time to break Raiders fire. Pete Carroll, that makes sense, I think that was I think that was coming out a little bit yesterday that they were parton ways.

00:26:15
Speaker 2: That's been out for a week or two, and they've been talking about talked about one and done.

00:26:19
Speaker 3: Brian Flores will be the next head coach of the Raiders.

00:26:22
Speaker 1: I think I've been seeing those. I've been seeing those floating around.

00:26:25
Speaker 2: Whoever is the next head coach of the Raiders, good luck to them. But if that coach is also one or two years and done, we start evaluating the ownership.

00:26:33
Speaker 1: I mean, the older I think. I think it's already there.

00:26:35
Speaker 2: Tom needs to figure it out.

00:26:36
Speaker 4: Great Brady's involved, now, yeah, I was gonna say Tom Brady's getting involved.

00:26:41
Speaker 1: I've been hearing the rumors of Flores.

00:26:43
Speaker 3: Flores head coach Brian Dabele though.

00:26:45
Speaker 1: Yeah, we're bringing Dable in. The Raiders are in help. They have to the fan base. They got a sick they got a sick number one pick fan base, the number one pick.

00:26:55
Speaker 2: Yeah, since was less than the number one.

00:26:57
Speaker 3: Pick, JaMarcus Russell.

00:26:59
Speaker 2: That's right, that.

00:27:00
Speaker 1: Is correct, That is correct.

00:27:02
Speaker 2: Uh.

00:27:04
Speaker 1: The playoffs up, so Green Bay Chicago.

00:27:06
Speaker 2: I lean towards Chicago right now, I do. I think with the with Michael Parsons being out, I just think Caleb Williams. He's got he's got juice, he's got pizzaz. I'm feeling his momentum. I'm feeling them.

00:27:19
Speaker 1: What's that?

00:27:19
Speaker 2: I don't know and I've seen a couple of things and this is ridiculous. But like people are like, who should we who should be the starting quarterback regardless of health?

00:27:27
Speaker 1: Malik or Jordan.

00:27:28
Speaker 2: Love, which I think is nuts, that's nuts.

00:27:31
Speaker 1: Buttime he is bald.

00:27:33
Speaker 2: Him and mag Jones are gonna be the two the teams that don't get the quarterback they want in the draft, those are the two guys are gonna get a little bag, a little trade Ski and a bag Ski. But I like the momentum with the Bears. I like the momentum the Bears a lot. I think it's gonna be a hell of a game. It's gonna be fun. It's probably one of the most fun games to watch this coming week.

00:27:52
Speaker 1: Post games. It's gonna come down to what I feel like the theme is for Green Bay. It's gonna come down to that fourth quarter. There's gonna be a moment where green they has to go for it. They don't converts. Oh so you got the Bears.

00:28:06
Speaker 2: It's just I can see it going out strictly strictly momentum right now.

00:28:10
Speaker 1: Strictly momentum, strictly momentum.

00:28:13
Speaker 2: I'm just talking bears, Rams, Carolina, we all know where that's gonna go. I think that would be insane rank your.

00:28:20
Speaker 1: Momentum, massive upset. If Carolina happens to sneak the rains they did, they are sneaky.

00:28:26
Speaker 2: Who Carolina, dude, No, no, no, no, they were sneaky. They're out of the bushes. Now it's over.

00:28:33
Speaker 6: If they.

00:28:35
Speaker 2: No longer sneaky, they're out of the bushes. They were on the prow. They did their thing. They got the gazelle ones like, well, there he is. He's no longer sneaky.

00:28:43
Speaker 6: If they can run the ball like probably like.

00:28:46
Speaker 2: Established the run, play great defense, take care of the football. I'm with you, Rams, Rams momentum in seventh place in the AFC.

00:28:55
Speaker 1: Pittsburgh Steelers taking a quick break from the episode and shout out a couple of our sponsors. 00:30:15
Speaker 1: I just fully flipped by what you were saying earlier with Harball.

00:30:18
Speaker 2: Then I'm gonna go Denver. I'll take Houston Buffalo, and Jacksonville is my number one momentum team right now.

00:30:29
Speaker 1: The sneaky Jacksonville buddy, let's get Will Compton a round of applause.

00:30:33
Speaker 2: He's been calling it since October.

00:30:36
Speaker 1: I do. I love the way Jacksonville's been playing Basonville still in the bushes.

00:30:41
Speaker 2: Jacksonville sneaky, They're still in the bushes, took their record last year, flipped it.

00:30:47
Speaker 1: Huh. People still Jacksonville Jaguars be like, oh wow, they made it in the playoffs. That's crazy. I'll look I'll look it up.

00:30:56
Speaker 2: You do your momentum, but I'm gonna figure out what the line is on this Chargers how to open up.

00:31:00
Speaker 1: So my momentum is going to start off at number seven. The Pittsburgh Steelers, I feel like they don't have a lot of momentum going to the playoffs. Number six, I'm going to say the LA Chargers. My number five with momentum is going to be the Buffalo Bills not a lot of momentum. A lot of the storyline is gonna be like, hey, this is the year Josh Allen has to get it done. I don't see the Buffalo Bills having a lot of momentum, having the team capable of getting to the super Bowl. Four on my momentum list is going to be Houston. I feel like I saw a couple of things over the weekend. Again, the defense, Riley Leonard being able to score on them. Defensively, I do think that defense is the best defense. That's the defense you don't want to play in the playoffs. Are they going to build offensively to win games throughout the playoffs? So I have Houston at number four. My number three momentum team is going to be Denver, the Denver Broncos. Here's a kind of a question mark on Denver right now.

00:31:53
Speaker 2: What's a question mark?

00:31:54
Speaker 1: The question mark is.

00:31:58
Speaker 2: Can they do it? Question mark is do they have the momentum?

00:32:04
Speaker 1: My question mark with Denver because I've loved bow Knicks in this Denver football team. I love them, but do they actually have what it takes to win as the one seed? Because where I see where I see it's gonna happen is Houston's gonna win their game against Pittsburgh, then Denver is gonna have to host Houston and Houston. Now I know, I have Houston at four and Denver at three as far as momentum goes. That three slot for Denver is because they have the bye week, so they get to sit on a little bit of momentum. Houston will be creating some taking down Pittsburgh and running an elite game. Defensively, They're gonna be going into Denver with probably the better defense, even though Denver has had they have the most sacks throughout the throughout the league.

00:32:46
Speaker 2: Yeah, there's something about Houston and Denver. I think Denver statistically is better from a defense stetpoint. But who would you rather see? And they're both terrifying. I think you'd rather see Denver over Houston.

00:32:57
Speaker 1: Yeah, Houston feels like they have gladiators across the we're defensively, and my number two team with momentum is the Jacksonville Jaguars and my number one team with momentum is the New England Page.

00:33:08
Speaker 2: Wow.

00:33:08
Speaker 1: Yeah, I think the team that's going to represent the AFC is going to be between the Jacksonville Jaguars and the New England Patriots.

00:33:16
Speaker 2: Well this is we're just talking about so right now. It's just these are the momentum vibes.

00:33:22
Speaker 1: We have momentum vibes. Yeah, because I don't know if you saw the biggest momentum swing for Jacksonville going into the playoffs and it's it's gonna it's going viral right now on social media. But I don't think people understand how big a momentum of a momentum play this is. But the culture gifted Trevor Lawrence a grill in the locker room after the game, and that is massive.

00:33:44
Speaker 2: I don't know whether to do that because Trevor Lawrence being able to be gifted a grill from the culture, like you just said, that's everything. That's something you pray for as like as a quat football player.

00:33:58
Speaker 1: The team's got your back, the city's got you back.

00:34:01
Speaker 5: Here you go, bro, dude, Trevor Lawrence, this is it for him. This is the year that he gets to decide. Is he the person who everybody thought he was since he was in high school?

00:34:11
Speaker 1: Yeah?

00:34:11
Speaker 5: You always hear about it, Trevor Lawrence. He has a premier arm, but not premier decision making, he has premier intangibles? Does he have premier leadership? This is the playoffs where Trevor Lawrence can set the tone for his destiny right because hopefully he can live up to.

00:34:27
Speaker 6: It for his sake.

00:34:28
Speaker 1: Even though we know the MVP is down to two with Drake May and Stafford. Like the way Trevor has been playing in the back half of the year, bro he is bawling.

00:34:36
Speaker 5: Out then winning or losing fully rides on him.

00:34:40
Speaker 2: And listen the games of pickup, it's one and a half. Bills are favored one and a half in Jacksonville this weekend, Cohen and the.

00:34:47
Speaker 1: Coach of the Year. He's in the conversation he's not gonna win.

00:34:51
Speaker 2: It's he's farther away. I think he's like it wasn't this last week we looked at it. He was like five or six, Like he was down there a little bit and the plus four digit mark something. Let me just talk up. Listen, we I think Jacksonville, it'd be awesome to see them represent I know AFC saw out the whole thing, but to see them have the flip they did from four and twelve to twelve and four is impressive. Should give the two massive Tennessee Titan fans in here a lot of hope and optimism for a coach to come in and flip your script as well going in the next year. This is this is a Kurtzignetty type of situation.

00:35:25
Speaker 7: We're looking at the represent the AFC over your form former coach and your former lover, Jim Harvell.

00:35:34
Speaker 2: Now listen, I should be great. You're great to see him Patriots. How many times have we seen him in the Super Bowl quite a bit? Chargers will be awesome to see after them? Do what own them for nine? Arguably ten not arguably, I'm gonna say ten soon ten years own the Jacksonville j Yeah, it was Saxonville. They had zero against us, Like I get it. We went off on them, Derek Henry ninety nine yards two hundred and thirty six on the ground like that. That's the kind of day we have.

00:36:02
Speaker 1: You can respect what they're doing.

00:36:03
Speaker 2: I can respect what Liam Comb's doing with the cultures doing. Trevor Lawrence, the Charlie Tribulations high School doesn't really lose, goes to Clemson, multiple masts championships, doesn't lose. I think he had like what four losses in high school in college comes here, he gets his ass humble. People are saying, this guy's got one more year before we got to figure out if we're going to go get a quarterback in the draft. Now we see him flip it. There's nothing but respect on that, nothing but respect in the Jackson Jag quarest, I'm not concerned about the Jags. Gee, I did what I had my time against them, you know. Now I'm just sitting back watching and it's respectable to see. But the Bills may something about the Bills in the playoffs, not having Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow, something about his ability to go and run through these cats. It's real. The most momentum ability that any of these teams has is Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills.

00:37:00
Speaker 9: Is there a certain kind of momentum that comes from people sleeping on the Bills? Like, would that cause momentium?

00:37:06
Speaker 1: Yeah?

00:37:06
Speaker 2: I absolutely could. But that's all rumbling that's in the ground. That's an earthquake. You start to feel something what's going on here? And then he didn't know tatonic plans just tapped each other a little bit. Now, Josh Allen and the Bills are coming. That's what takes place. I don't know. I'm not a Dragon ball Z guy. I'm sure j P could say that, but this feels like a saying super Saiyan type of thing, getting the balls like this feels like Josh Allen might be him. Josh Allen might be my team this year. Actually he might be Goku.

00:37:32
Speaker 1: Who do you think I might?

00:37:34
Speaker 2: You know what, I picked the Bills in the beginning of the year, and the more I'm talking about the more I'm looking at this slate, and I'm like, Josh Allen could just go super wiskled super saying on all these cats. Okay, I love that I found my way there because I don't know shit about Dragon ball Z. But I could see I could see the Bills taking it this year. So defensive back end, bottom five wide receiving group take it. I could see him ahead.

00:38:03
Speaker 1: I was gonna ask, Yeah, Bills played Jacksonville, so Denver as the one seed they will host the lowest seed that comes out of the Wildcar Weekend? Is Denver gonna be hosting the Buffalo Bills next week? Are they gonna be hosting the Chargers? You were kind of saying, the Chargers all to.

00:38:25
Speaker 2: Me, I think I got I think I've talked myself for the Bills without looking into a whole lot.

00:38:30
Speaker 1: You're taking them over Jacksonville.

00:38:32
Speaker 2: I think I've talked myself into it. We had a way to the locker room. We had a way to the locker room. But I will say, keep your eye on that seventh seed, keep your one. I'm gonna look into it a whole lot more.

00:38:46
Speaker 1: Pittsburghs four because that since they won the division, the seventh seed is the Chargers. Keep your eye on the sixth seed. Keep your eye on the seventh seed the Chargers.

00:38:57
Speaker 2: Yes, because I am you asked the question was who is Denver gonna host? I kind of got the Bills winning. I don't know who I have between the Chargers and the Patriots right now. So that's where I'm like, keep your on that seventh seed. I'll let you know later.

00:39:11
Speaker 8: Feels like you have more bias with the hardball led Chargers than you do the Verabel.

00:39:15
Speaker 1: Lead, Buddy.

00:39:16
Speaker 2: To be honest, I'm not biased at all right now. I'm just sitting here.

00:39:20
Speaker 6: I just actually like the Chargers team.

00:39:23
Speaker 2: I actually think their defense is really good. I think Justin Herbert has a lot of pressure on him, but a lot of opportunity as well. He is a great quarterback. I could see the Chargers getting something going, especially the way they match up defenses on offenses, Like I brought up the Patriots, like they don't have a pass rush that can get to Herbert over and over and over again, because they do have tackles that are hurt, so they have to simulate a lot of pressures, which puts you in his zone coverage, which adds a lot of holes. And Justin Herbert's a guy that can break break it up quite a bit. So that's where I sit there. I'm like, I love the Patriots. I hope Rabel gets himself a Super Bowl. I just look at the Charger on like that's a tough matchup for both teams going to this game. But bias like the way you were talking about the Bears and the Packers. I'm kind of just excited to watch these teams play and then hopefully we get to the Super Bowl and it's two teams we haven't seen him forever, two different logos. That's really what I want more than anything. Broncos will be said.

00:40:14
Speaker 1: Figured out, go to the go over to the NFC side. Who do you see Seattle hosting next week?

00:40:35
Speaker 2: Buddy, it's the same thing. Keep your eye on that seventh seed because I think the forty nine ers, where I've talked myself into right now, forty nine ers beat the Eagles, but I mean the Packers, I know, I don't know. It makes so hard, it's so hard to see because this is this is other than the Panthers. No disrespect to the Panthers, Darren Bates, those boys up there, they've they've had a year I think nobody really saw coming even having a chance to make into playoffs. But other than them, it's really like whoever's on that day. And that's what makes these playoffs so fun is it's like the Sea Ows to me are the best team in the NFL. The X can fall to any of these teams besides Panthers, they can fall to any of them. That's what That's what I'm looking at. Yeah, stacked playoffs and it's fun. And people have been on the NFC, NFC, but it's like the AFC too, Dude.

00:41:27
Speaker 1: I feel like the AFC is coming alive.

00:41:29
Speaker 2: It's coming alive and it's we got momentum out the ass right now. Every team's got momentum except for the Eagles, but it seems like they don't give a fuck about momentum.

00:41:38
Speaker 9: A real quick note, and I know we're in the NFL, We're not in college.

00:41:42
Speaker 1: But you notice how we just had a full.

00:41:44
Speaker 9: Conversation about the NFL playoffs and never once we questioned the structure of it. Just wanted to put that out there.

00:41:50
Speaker 2: I do have something to say about the NFL playoffs.

00:41:52
Speaker 1: I do oh or momentum clean take? This is just a thought.

00:41:55
Speaker 2: This is a thought. Might be a clean take. It might be a clean take. Should a team that goes below five hundred be able to host a playoff game?

00:42:04
Speaker 1: No? I do like the proposal. I forget what team was about to do.

00:42:08
Speaker 2: And the Panthers are eight and nine and they're hosting the twelve and five Rams.

00:42:13
Speaker 3: Yes, yes, because they won their division. That's how they haven't set up.

00:42:16
Speaker 2: I know, I know how, you know how. I'm fully aware of the process. I'm just saying, like, do we maybe need to look into that? Do we like, do we really want I don't have it? Eight and nine team hosting a twelve and five team.

00:42:30
Speaker 6: I mean, I mean, I don't hate it.

00:42:31
Speaker 8: It's just something because there used to be years where it was like the NFC least, like sometimes there's bad years for certain divisions and stuff like that.

00:42:38
Speaker 2: But it's a fair point. It's a fair point. I don't think it's broken. It's just something I wanted to bring up, and it seems like I know where it stands majority against me. I feel good about that.

00:42:47
Speaker 1: I don't. Yeah, I see.

00:42:50
Speaker 2: I think the Panthers should still be in the playoffs because they won their division. My question is the hosting hosting a home.

00:42:57
Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't have like a strong opinion on like, hey, it has to be this way, but I would rather see like the Rams should be hosting the Panthers this weekend, like you're going by overall record as far as how the seeding goes. Yeah, I don't.

00:43:11
Speaker 4: Hate that idea too, because then Week eighteen games would be more important. Teams would be playing for like home field. Some teams bench their starters knowing that they're not gonna win their division and stuff like that, like they're set in their seed, so if they could know they're already slotted, so you could be right Actually you're onto something. You're kind of swaying me now that think about it.

00:43:26
Speaker 2: Eagles could have the two seed with the tail the starters, so that's your team club that true. Yes, it's gonna be so interesting to see what the Eagles do because there's a world where they just slow walk their way to the super Bowl and just drag drag everybody into the depths and just be like, this is where we live.

00:43:46
Speaker 1: Welcome.

00:43:46
Speaker 2: They even talk slow that the sloth of the NFL.

00:43:49
Speaker 1: But anyway, let's get in some tier talk, grab some tiertalk, grab some tier talk. Fans chiming in, you want a chance to be featured on the show, just hashtag tier talk with whatever your thought could be, NFL playoffs, MVP, who's gonna win? Getting something off of your chest, venting a little bit. Just hashtag teer talk for a chance to be featured on the episode. But this first one comes from a Lorenzo Big underscore pop up Underscore zoo on X Raiders fans, sadly, do you take a QB number one or do you trade the pick for more picks? Build up the old line in other needs. Also shout out Mitch Carsley, need some recaps or flag hashtag tear talk at bustin at.

00:44:29
Speaker 2: Shirms, shout out Lorenzo I had the clear answer here is you need to take quarterback. I think you need to take quarterback in the situation.

00:44:37
Speaker 1: It's so tough with the Raiders man they have like, uh, there're just so many holes, like that's not the whole draft and everything else is like not my game. But my very first thought is like why not trade back and get more draft capital so you can try and build out a roster. And also I think dealing Max Crosby.

00:44:53
Speaker 2: No doubt. Okay, so two teams that have a lot of holes. Our Tennessee Titans have a lot of holes all over the place, but they have a quarterback. So now you can go and fill those holes. Fill those holes. The Raiders, unless they're willing to spend a whole bunch of money, next year is going to be another rebuild year for them as well. Get the quarterback. If you see there's a quarterback in this draft, you take them, eat it, and try to draft as well as possible while grinding people in free agency. That's where if you could have a great team if you don't have a quarterback, you're going nowhere.

00:45:22
Speaker 8: You just said Mac Jones and Malik Willis. Those are two hot names on this so great.

00:45:26
Speaker 2: That's a great point to my point. Bringing back my point, I like that.

00:45:31
Speaker 6: I think you signed That's a clean take.

00:45:33
Speaker 2: It's a clean take by Mitch Carsley.

00:45:34
Speaker 8: I feel like you signed one of them, and like Mac Jones, they're both still very very young. But like they got rid of their best receiver and Jacobe Meyers sent him to Jacksonville. Their only receiving threat is Brock Bauers and Michael Meyer. Like you need an outside guy. I feel like they need an outside wide receiver. They just drafted a running back in Nash and Gent. I don't know if they want to get rid of Max Crosby because he's their only thing on defense. Granted you'd get a lot more for him, but like, I think you need to sign one of those two and then just like have a stupid amount of money to like spend in the off season.

00:46:07
Speaker 2: I haven't reached out to Max, but it definitely feels outside looking at it, there's some there's some anger taking place between the team and him.

00:46:15
Speaker 1: There's been friction going on through headlines and graphics and how he left the facility who wanted.

00:46:23
Speaker 2: Yeah clean, trying to be clean a better takes right?

00:46:26
Speaker 1: Yeah, clean take.

00:46:29
Speaker 2: But yeah, I like I like that. I like getting a guy, but I also like drafting a guy, developing a guy. Who's who are you bringing as a coaching draft? As it flores and dable, like, if those are the two catcher bringing in, that would be awesome.

00:46:41
Speaker 1: Maybe you go get Jameis Winston.

00:46:46
Speaker 2: A trade for Joe Burrow would be massive. That's you throw everything out the window.

00:46:52
Speaker 6: You think that would be a player for.

00:46:54
Speaker 2: That's a great take. It's a clean take by Jeremy Clump.

00:46:56
Speaker 6: You think it'd be Joe Burrow for Max Crosby, you think it would.

00:46:59
Speaker 2: Just that's that's not a one for one. Like Max Is he's a defense player that you're caliber player. But we're talking about Joe Burrow, Like, Joe Burrow is a franchise.

00:47:08
Speaker 6: What do you think you need? On top of that?

00:47:12
Speaker 2: You want to keep Max if you can, and I think you if you had the opportunity and you're the Raiders, I wouldn't be like give him your draft, We'll take Joe Burrow. We'll go spend money in free agency. Now, you're looking at a team that's like, yea, we might be making the playoffs here, what's up? Spell?

00:47:31
Speaker 1: I'm just I always get nervous with these, dude.

00:47:33
Speaker 2: I'm with you every time I grab them.

00:47:34
Speaker 1: You don't got a straw. It'll leak on you.

00:47:36
Speaker 2: It'll leak, it'll drip.

00:47:38
Speaker 1: Yeah, peeve of mine, dude, Yeah, yeah, yep.

00:47:44
Speaker 9: We got another tier talk for you, guys.

00:47:47
Speaker 1: Joe Hollister at Joe Holliser thirty seven on x hashtag tier talk. How hard is it to play a game you know means nothing. I don't know if you guys ever went through it, but that's always interesting to me. New Year's resolution was to read more. I know, Willie one shelf is off to a hot start.

00:48:00
Speaker 6: Oh yeah, you reading.

00:48:01
Speaker 1: I read a couple of books. I'm in the middle of so two books. I've joined the uh forty plus Caucasian women year old to read They Let Them Theory, I know it's a hot one for the older women. And then uh Terminalist Terminalist. I'm on page one of Terminalists right now, the first one, the first book.

00:48:24
Speaker 2: I'm reading that too. Dave got me that for Christmas?

00:48:27
Speaker 1: Uh Jack Carr, Yeah, yeah, sent me an entire box with the entire series. No shre like what ten books? Yeah, he had a whole Yeah. First, my first fiction one I've ever read.

00:48:38
Speaker 2: Jack Carr did not send me shit. Dave la One got me those books, and I'm like, Terminalist.

00:48:45
Speaker 6: This is your first fiction book ever.

00:48:47
Speaker 1: I'm sure I read one when Harry Potter and I was legit. I'm sure I read them for like a book report or something in school. But as far as being an adult and reading, I've I've always went into nonfiction personal development stuff like that. I've never read fiction books, and I've always kind of like laughed at people who do, because my wife is a massive fiction reader.

00:49:09
Speaker 6: Like you just get like a little movie in your head. You just lock in it.

00:49:13
Speaker 1: That's what's fun about reading Terminalist is because I've you guys, don't I've rocked the series on Amazon Prime, which I highly recommend. But getting to read it now, I think it's like I am seeing the light on the books being better than the than the movie.

00:49:29
Speaker 2: You're becoming that guy.

00:49:31
Speaker 1: I just I'm enjoying it because I know what happens, and there's a lot more details in the book that you don't see in the TV series.

00:49:37
Speaker 2: I will say this The Terminalist in the beginning when the guys gets assassinated in the car, but chapter one, yeah, buddy, like three pages in shit just goes haywire in a hurry.

00:49:49
Speaker 1: And the thing with fiction books too is I feel like chapters are shorter because they got like eighty chapters.

00:49:53
Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, I mean just like yeah, because I feel like I feel like, I don't know if it's a guy thing, but like you're I'll read a chapter a night, but when that chapters three pages, You're like, I'm kind of doing something. The way I read that's twenty five minutes.

00:50:07
Speaker 8: With how i'll read, it's like I'll see, like, all right, how far how many chapters can I read in?

00:50:10
Speaker 6: Like twenty pages? All right? Four?

00:50:12
Speaker 2: Oh?

00:50:12
Speaker 1: Bet, Like that's yeah. I feel like the.

00:50:15
Speaker 8: Non fiction books like a chapters like thirty five pages, like.

00:50:18
Speaker 2: The Fuck Yeah and Your Boys.

00:50:20
Speaker 9: Yeah yeah, I read fourteen chapters last night and little they know that was twenty eight pages.

00:50:25
Speaker 1: Or you know, right right, read.

00:50:31
Speaker 2: Bro this Terminal List book. I think the first chapter was no joke, like four pages. It was like one flip, two flip, next chapter.

00:50:38
Speaker 6: Yeah, So how hard is it? To play.

00:50:39
Speaker 2: No, No, it was chapter one. I saw it because how hard is it just.

00:50:43
Speaker 6: Play the game?

00:50:43
Speaker 1: You know, means nothing?

00:50:45
Speaker 2: Have you ever been that situation?

00:50:47
Speaker 1: Yeah, say yeah a couple of times? For me, it was never. It was never hard to play a game that that meant nothing, because I always had to think of it as you're playing for the next season, you're playing for the next staff, or if that staff is going to be there. You're trying to play build as much equity as you can with that current staff and put good stuff on tape.

00:51:06
Speaker 2: For me, I've only been in that situation like one or two times. And we were playing the Saints Week sixteen, this is when they're sixteen games, or Week sixteen or seventeen. There was one more game after this, but because there was an NFC opponent the game, this game really didn't matter to make the playoffs. It was Houston or whoever the next week that really mattered. So going into the game, I think Derek only played like a half, AJ only played a little bit, and I played the entire game, And that second half was very difficult for me to play because I was like, well, I can't come.

00:51:36
Speaker 1: Out because the playoffs were already.

00:51:38
Speaker 2: The playoffs weren't started yet, but we were in a position where, hey, this NFC, this where AFC team playing the NFC the way these things are, if we win or lose this game, it has zero effect on whether or not we make the playoffs. Though, I think that makes the most, like matters the most is this last AFC South game we're going to play. Yeah, So these guys played like a half and then they took them out, and then I was still playing That second half was difficult, so it felt more like a preseason game for you, felt more like a preseason game. But it mattered, and it was we're in December. It mattered for everybody watching. It counts. You're in regular games, So that that was more difficult for me. Preseasons hard to play them. But games that don't matter, No, No, it's not really that hard to play.

00:52:24
Speaker 6: With those.

00:52:25
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, it's all about momentum going into next year.

00:52:29
Speaker 9: What do you mean, Hey, it might not mean anything, but as far as momentum goes going into next year, it means everything.

00:52:36
Speaker 3: We're building on our momentum.

00:52:38
Speaker 1: That's just my take.

00:52:39
Speaker 9: It might not be a clean one, Okay, not the cleanest not the cleanest.

00:52:45
Speaker 2: This one comes from Steven at Sergeant Sgt. Sergeant Scuba twenty two hashtag tear talk. Are we serious about? Mg breaking the sack record might be the softest thing I have ever seen since Charman came out with toilet paper. I all to think NFL records are out of control. H We'll preathesies the first lift haended twenty seven year old to make five catches for twenty five plus yards while jacking off. Dude, I don't know what the hate is for Miles Garrett not getting the sacred That's nuts.

00:53:17
Speaker 1: Dude, Miles Garrett breaking the sack recker and I get I love Shraham being like I got in sixteen games he got in seventeen games, right, But again, Miles Garrett generational pass rusher, possibly the greatest when his time is up, possibly the greatest rusher that we will ever see. The fact that he got this record on the Browns who are never playing They're always playing from behind, so teams are always running the ball in the second half. He's the entire game plan when offenses are going out there and scheming against him offensively, Dude, he is a stud.

00:53:49
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's monumental. Yeah, what Miles Garrett was able to accomplish and you brushed over it. If you're in a team that never plays with the lead, it is impossible to beat the sackrecker. That's exactly what he did.

00:54:00
Speaker 1: He's an alien.

00:54:01
Speaker 2: He's an alien.

00:54:02
Speaker 1: He's got a pipe on him too, hie dog.

00:54:07
Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a clean that's a clean take. So yeah, Miles Garrett his record. Listen, brother, I think that's unbelievable.

00:54:14
Speaker 1: What's trump and soft about Miles Garrett going crazy about Miles Garrett's.

00:54:17
Speaker 8: I kind of thought it was like Joe Burrow. I guess kind of like fell. I don't know if that's kind of how.

00:54:22
Speaker 2: That's a real sack he because he got around the tackle.

00:54:25
Speaker 8: I think that's what might be kind of like how Brett Favre did the same thing for straight straight hand, Like I feel like they're trying to equate it that way. I think I'm I'm all on board that this is an unreal record.

00:54:37
Speaker 2: Yeah, the Farv straighthand thing, I can definitely get behind Farv kind of waddling off to the right and falling down and straight and touching him. I can get behind that. Conspiracy theory. Nothing about this to me was him not earning that sack record seventeen games. I get it, but let's not forget that like two games prior that he had no sacks, like he had the opportunity in like early December to beat the sack record one game away from doing it.

00:55:01
Speaker 3: People were big mad about them stopping the game too. I don't know if you guys.

00:55:04
Speaker 2: Have a tea, Yeah, I saw. I saw Jamar Chase.

00:55:06
Speaker 4: And the head coach what's his name something, Taylor, Zach Taylor was super mad about it too. You didn't think they should have stopped the game for him breaking a record, So I don't think so.

00:55:17
Speaker 1: No, I think they're keeping him.

00:55:18
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, they were talking about.

00:55:19
Speaker 1: That's what it leads me to think that Joe b is not going anywhere.

00:55:22
Speaker 4: What do you guys think though, stopping a game for a big record being broken, it's good.

00:55:28
Speaker 1: I mean, I see both sides.

00:55:30
Speaker 2: I see both sides. If you're gonna do that, you're the referees, and you just tell the coaches, Hey, if he does get the sack record, we're gonna we're gonna stop the game. Because I think that's what they're most mad about is. They didn't say anything, but clearly, yeah, it should have been a penalty. Whatever it was, kid, give him the penalty, but that is something that should be celebrated.

00:55:45
Speaker 3: Bengal should decline the penalty.

00:55:47
Speaker 1: Obviously, it's a game. All the rules are the same, Like you want to see him the same and you know, treat him equal everything else. But if that game meant something, I could understand Coach Taylor's sentiment on the whole thing. But the fact that that game meant nothing Miles Garrett getting the sack record, then.

00:56:02
Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the that's the old that's like besides Bengals fans and Browns fans, that's why the casual fan tunes into that game as to see if Miles Garrett gets sackered. We were talking about bets right before the noon slate hit and I was like, this is the bet and it was Miles Garrett over zero point seventy five sacks, so I had to get one full sack. And I was like, this.

00:56:20
Speaker 9: Is the one stopping it? Like did they fully stop it? And like do an ISO camera shot on him?

00:56:26
Speaker 1: And like center for.

00:56:27
Speaker 2: Half the the team came on the field. They're celebrating he's dapping guys up.

00:56:31
Speaker 1: They ran, they ran a ceremony by.

00:56:34
Speaker 9: Okay, I was at the Cowboys Thanksgiving game where that dB broke the pick six record, Don Leonard?

00:56:45
Speaker 2: Is that what you said?

00:56:45
Speaker 1: Bland?

00:56:46
Speaker 9: But all they did was just like iso him on the sideline and announced it over the intercom.

00:56:52
Speaker 1: That's usually what happens. That's probably you know, yeah again, I get. I get the sentiment Coach Taylor's talking about all. The only reason I don't necessarily cares because as that game men absolutely nothing. Yeah where you got?

00:57:04
Speaker 2: Yeah right, Yeah, you're going to kN kun after this?

00:57:06
Speaker 1: Yeah, run good, get out of here.

00:57:08
Speaker 2: Yeah, I got the last tier tar last tyear talk comes from Connor at zc G twenty fifteen, hashtag tear talk, which would be a bigger f you to the Titans organization. Rabel AJ Brown super Bowl or Henry A. J. Brown Super Bowl PS twenty twenty six years. Resolution is to grow my brand grid Iron Gilly with followers, likes and engagement. Will shout out good Iron Gilly, shout out chasing a dream. That's what we want out here.

00:57:35
Speaker 1: Henry A. J.

00:57:35
Speaker 2: Brown super Bowl will not be happening this year. Can't do it. Ravens didn't make the playoffs. Uh so I guess the bigger f you would be the Rabel aj A J.

00:57:44
Speaker 1: Brown super Bowl. Yeah. Rabel's success in general, it's always got Yeah. I feel like it kind of keeps Titan's stands up a little bit.

00:57:51
Speaker 2: Every win that Vrabel gets is an few to the Titans organization, which is tough.

00:57:57
Speaker 1: Yeah, the success that that team has had, which what Jack just clumbs over point then you like go ahead and say something.

00:58:06
Speaker 10: I'm like, yeah, it'd be it'd be variable, obviously, in my opinion, you'd be more even just seeing one of these individuals get a super Bowl. We've already seen aj win a Super Bowl and be in a super Bowl. If Rabel's in it, especially after the current say of the Titans and how things transpired two.

00:58:21
Speaker 3: Years ago, yeah, I'd be happy for him. Though I'm not gonna sit here and like cry or something.

00:58:26
Speaker 6: Milk.

00:58:27
Speaker 10: It's like, good job, Rapes, come back on the bus, talk about.

00:58:29
Speaker 2: It, Come back on the bus and talk about chop your piece off like a man. Yeah, be a man, be a man of your word. Yeah, gotta have it, gotta have it.

00:58:40
Speaker 1: What uh? On the on the uh subject of Vrabel in New England Patriots. Does anybody have strong opinions on the m v P with Stafford and Drake May.

00:58:49
Speaker 2: I I think after this weekend last week, Drake May, this week, it's now Matthew Stafford just swing the pendulum. Yeah, I mean I'm swinging like Fando sportsbook right now. You see how they went. I think Drake was the clear front. Yeah, yes, and then it was everybody else. Now it's I think Drake May was plus one forty and then Matthew Stafford was minus one seventy five. I understand it, Like this is when the race is so tight between two individuals, whoever has the better game, it's gonna flip. And Matthew Stafford was at four touchdowns.

00:59:22
Speaker 1: I think he had four, yes, yeah, I had four yesterday.

00:59:25
Speaker 2: It's like, yeah, he just.

00:59:26
Speaker 5: Has significantly more touchdowns than Drake May this year.

00:59:29
Speaker 2: Like that's that's where it's That's where it's getting out of hand because the argument for Drake May is look what he's doing with his receiving core that he has. And I think that is a hell of an argument. What's that? And it's a year two all that It's like Stafford. I think his stats have gone above and beyond. Will you now need to look at it be like, Okay, yeah, Stafford's the guy. Now they both Rams lose and the Patriots win or vice versa. I think that has a massive implications this week. Is everything Well?

00:59:58
Speaker 5: Worried me for Drake May when I saw that Tyler Shuck has more three hundred yard passing games than Drake May, which is like one or two, And I'm like, if you're going to have and Drake May definitely deserves like the MVP. He's played phenomenal, but I feel like to get the MVP, you have to have those games where it's like five touchdowns four hundred yards, you just light up the stat sheet.

01:00:21
Speaker 1: But yeah, but he's also like north of seventy percent of his offense like Drake May. Both of them, Stafford and Drake May have had incredible seasons. And when I think of the MVP, it's like who is the most valuable player in the NFL. And also like on your team, Like to me, it's arguable that like Matt Stafford, as awesome as he is, Poka Nukua is arguably the best player on the Rams team. You also got Devonte Adams, Kyron Williams, an offensive minded McVeigh. And that's not me trying to pull away from what Stafford has done. I just think if you took Stafford on that team and obviously had you need to have a competent quarterback because Stafford is a badass on the Los Angeles Rams. But that team's still gonna be good. Like you removed Drake May from the New England Patriots, They're gonna be the New England Patriots that everybody predicted before the season. Not one network, nobody had the Patriots winning the AFC East. Nobody had the Patriots. They were gonna maybe compete for second, some less I saw third, but nobody expected the Patriots to be any good. Everybody across the board had the Rams going to the playoffs, and the Rams are in the playoffs. Stafford has had an incredible season and he's always been a really good quarterback. Drake made to me, it's like again them going wold they go last year four and thirteen. The turnaround that they've had and how they've exceeded everybody's expectation. I want to say the sportsbook had them at over under was what seven and a half eight and a half wins on the year, but not making the playoffs the way that this team has played, the way Drake May has played. And again, all these predictions about New England not being very good this year was also when the preseason they predicted them to have a week's schedule, So they've just they've murdered that. And there's only been three quarterbacks all time to lead the NFL in yards per attempt and completion percentage. That was Kurt Warner, it was Tom Brady, and now it's Drake May. And again I I you can get into the weeds and the numbers on all of it. There's arguments for both sides. I just think Drake May is the most valuable player in the NFL and especially for his team.

01:02:15
Speaker 2: Everything you said I agree with, But the stats is the part where it starts to separate from me. With fifteen more touchdowns, and I think the lesson exceptions correct the same amount of interceptions. Yeah, that that's that's why I'm like, yeah, okay, I agree, you're right. No, but the whole argument of like a week a week NFL schedule, it's like, bro, it's the NFL, Like everyone's good. That pisses me off if it's college, I completely understand the college thing.

01:02:42
Speaker 1: Where it hurts it too is getting to play the Jets twice and they had zero exceptions, all like but a lot over the Patriots coming out of the division this year.

01:02:54
Speaker 2: And Matthew Stafford played in the hardest division in all of NFL this year, and.

01:02:58
Speaker 1: Again Stafford rams third in their division, and again they still made the playoffs. But the Patriots, like every everybody, it was the Bills and Josh Allen, everybody us included, like we kind of predicted that, oh, Patriots could probably compete for second place, but everybody saw it as a very much.

01:03:16
Speaker 2: This is Josh Allen, This is Josh Allen the Bills. This is the year to win the Super Bowl, right.

Speaker 1: And they're now sitting there. They were fighting for the one seed the last week of the season, but they're sitting there with the two seed. They what was their overall record? Fourteen and three? Yeah, yeah, I mean they've exceeded everything. And you talk about numbers, and again when you get in the weeds, it's like Stads Stafford had again had an unreal year. But I took a screenshot of one off of next Gen stats. But Drake made passer rating by situation. Overall, he's first with the one hundred and twelve point nine QB rating twenty plus deep balls, twenty plus yard deep balls. He's first under pressure. He's first on the road. He's first when trailing. He's first inside the pocket. He's first outside the numbers. Throwing outside the numbers, he's second. That's the sticks. He's first verse so on coverage, he's first verse under pressure versus blitch. He's first sub packages, first on straight drop backs, he's first tight windows. He's second. On first downs, he's first outdoors, he's first. Two high safeties he's fourth, and on third and fourth down he's fourth. People are getting so into the weeds and all this stuff. But Drake May is.

01:04:19
Speaker 2: Unbelievable, unbelievable, unbelievable. It just to me, it's that one number because all the arguments, it makes sense both ways. And I think Drake May means more to his team than Matthew Stafford's means to his team because I think the Rams have a better football team top to bottom. Yeah, the Digs, Mac Collins, Henry Dog, Dark Booty, like Booty's catching deep like.

01:04:41
Speaker 5: To me, it's very similar to the Josh Allen situation in Buffalo.

01:04:45
Speaker 1: Yeah that yeh screenshot two was from It was a tweet posted by NFL researcher NFL Underscore researcher just to give, just to give.

01:04:52
Speaker 2: Give, give some flowers. Uh, it's unreal, unreal, unreal. But the fifteen more touchdowns is where I in the octagon, May is bodying old man Stafford.

01:05:06
Speaker 1: People hanging on him, escaping the pocket, Like the dude has got like that. He's just got like that Superman element to where he can do everything.

01:05:15
Speaker 2: I'm with you, dude, everything you said makes a whole lot of sense. The only thing I just keep hating my hat on is like the MVP is coming up and you throw both the statutes up and like player A versus Player B, and it's like you don't see the players. You're gonna pick Stafford every single time. And that's what sucks, because I do think Drake May what he's been able to do. When we went to their training camp this year and we looked around at the talent level being in locker rooms like that, We're like, Oh, this is the team that's going to compete for second place, like they don't have necessarily the loster to be successful. Yeah, yeah, kudos to them. Like we're rooting for Rabel, We're rooting for the big turnaround. No one saw this coming and that's I mean, that's clearly McDaniel's VRABEL culture. Everything that's taking place has been a huge help. But nothing, none of this truly happens without Drake Man what he's been able to do this year.

01:06:03
Speaker 1: Josh could be, could be.

01:06:07
Speaker 3: Drake May wins m v P, Matt Stafford wins Offensive Player of the Year.

01:06:11
Speaker 1: It's gonna What sucks too, is there's been some cats at unbelievable years like Christian McCaffrey js N yep, I'm sure Miles Garrett, but the defense they'll never win the But.

01:06:22
Speaker 2: I'm saying, but I'm did he beat a record like this massive record? I think there should be some sort of like consideration.

01:06:29
Speaker 1: For m v P.

01:06:36
Speaker 2: On the Browns we got a wrap. Let me know in the comments, does hey, does Miles Garrett deserve deserve some sort of consideration for m v P broke us all time Stafford has been held for twenty years. It's hey, it's a conversational it's a conversational take all right, let's get the Jim Beam Customs segment, the taste of the off season right now, my friends, it's time to taste the off season brought to you by Jim Beam. Because when your team gives you lemons, you make Jim Beam and lemonade. Do I need to read the read?

01:07:06
Speaker 1: That's it. We gotta we gotta pretend we're poorn. We gotta pretend we're pouring one out for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, pointed out, we pour it on the side. Possibly a moment of silence.

01:07:20
Speaker 2: Moment, Let's have a moment of sounds for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

01:07:29
Speaker 1: Thank you, Tampa Bay.

01:07:30
Speaker 2: Can I just walk you through the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for just a moment. Early in the season, Baker Mayfield was kind of an MVP front runner for a little bit. He had four count of four last drive comebacks to win games early in the season. I think for the last six games, injuries started to take place. Mike Evans catch yourself a soft tish issue. Who's the running back? Bucky Irving, he catches himself an injury. He's out for the big meat and potatoes. Of the season. Baker Mayfield. You see right before the Bible he's got a shoulder issue going on. Honest, he's playing the Houston game. He falls on his knee. He can tell he's in a lot of pain. But some guy standing over him, and he won't let that happen. So he stands up and gets in the guy's face, comes back and wins that game. Boys, they had everything right in front of him, and now they're in Cancun. So our hearts, our souls, our prayers, and our thoughts go out to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Could have been something.

01:08:22
Speaker 1: Special this year. Another sad thing about the Tampa Bay Tell me it could have been Levonte David's last game on the football field. Leavonte David one time Pro Bowler, which is crazy, One time first team All Pro, which is insane, Two times second team All Pro.

01:08:38
Speaker 2: Crazy.

01:08:39
Speaker 1: Somebody that won't have those prime highlighted accolades when he gets five years removed and he comes into the Hall of Fame conversation, but he will go down as the most underrated player in NFL defensive history. Can I read something like it? Read something I took some notes?

01:08:59
Speaker 2: Please put some Is it behind this.

01:09:09
Speaker 1: As far as bucks all time leader. He leads in force fumbles with thirty three. Derek Brooks is second with twenty five funcal recoveries. Levonte David has twenty. Rendez Barber, somebody that we all know, was second on the all time list with eleven tackles for loss one hundred and seventy seven. The next closest guy was Gerald McCoy with seventy nine. When you look at Levonte David, he's had thirty five career takeaways. That's in company with two guys Ray Lewis and Brian Urlacker forty plus sacks. It's thirty five career takeaways and forty plus sacks. Only three guys have ever done that, Ray Lewis, Brian Urlacker and Levonte David. He's one of two players with fifteen hundred tackles, forty sacks, and ten interceptions, one of four players with forty plus sacks, thirty fource fumbles and ten interceptions. I read the Pro Bowl First Team up role, second team most underrated defensive player of all time in college two time All American Big Ten Linebacker of the Year. He's the Big twelve newcomer year because he only played two years and it's like number five top time or all time in leading tackles, behind like Barret Rude. I think, play all four years. But Leavonte David will have a strong case and he will be argued because if he never gets in, this will be something that everybody argues for the rest of time. Is on if Levonte David should be in the Hall of Fame.

01:10:28
Speaker 2: Every stat you had about him, and the people that were either in front of them are right behind him, all Hall of famers. Yeah, and you didn't even bring up his greatest accolade, which was twenty six tackles against the Michigan Wolverines in twenty twelve. Six.

01:10:42
Speaker 1: Everybody in this room had half the heart that Levonte David did, we would have beat that Michigan Wolverine's team. Boys, talking about Levonte.

01:10:49
Speaker 2: We have a very special guest about to come on the show in a span of less than a minute, so we are going to jump off.

01:10:56
Speaker 1: Can I just say this one again? God, one of two players fifteen hundred tackles, forty sacks and ten interceptions. The only other guy is Ray Lewis gold Jacket. I had to say that again. Ray Lewis, Ray, Lewis bro thirty five career takeaways and forty plus sex. Only three guys have ever done it, Brian Rlecker, Ray Loose and Lavonte David.

01:11:19
Speaker 2: No, you're absolutely right. Come on, he should be a Hall of Famer, should be a Hall of Famer.

01:11:24
Speaker 1: I wonder if he's gonna play another year or not.

01:11:26
Speaker 3: Can I want one thing on the Bucks?

01:11:29
Speaker 4: So they're fans, you know, it was a rough end of the year, but they can savor knowing that they have Baker Mayfield still. Next year he'll be back. They got some good pieces. They might lose a future Hall of Famer, but the Bucks do have a good roster, deep wide receiver room. Bucks fans should feel happy eight to nine won the division this year, So they got a chance next year.

01:11:48
Speaker 3: You know, you know, you got a chance.

01:11:49
Speaker 1: They always got a chance in the NFL.

01:11:50
Speaker 2: What the Saints are gonna be better next year. Saints are gonna be a better squad next year. Falcons will see who their next head coaches. Anyway, any who, any who, We gotta go busting with the boys tomorrow. Kyle Whatityham's coming on the show?

01:12:03
Speaker 1: Kevin Byerd, Kevin fans, Come on, Buckle.

01:12:06
Speaker 2: Up, Let's have a good one. Big hugs, tiny.
