00:00:03 Speaker 1: Reality with the King is hosted by me, Carlos King. I'm an executive producer who have produced some of your favorite shows from the Real Housewives in Atlanta, New Jersey and my own creation, The Love and Marriage Franchise and Bell Collective. Every episode we recap reality television from the Real Housewives Franchise to The Bachelor or Selling Sunset, in addition to celebrity guests, whether in the unscripted space or scripted. 00:00:32 Speaker 2: As well old rain drops. Listen. Today's episode of Reality for the King is kind of a bittersweet day for Alexis Jansen and I because it's our final recap of season fifteen of the Real Housewives of Beverley Hills, and we've been having so much fun, but honestly, honestly, we weren't having as much the first couple of weeks. 00:00:59 Speaker 3: We went to epis eight or seven. Carlos, you and I are like snoozefest. By the way, our podcast was really boring because there was nothing to talk about. 00:01:11 Speaker 2: A Ray Bob. 00:01:12 Speaker 4: Just so you know, Alexis is harder on the podcast that I am. 00:01:15 Speaker 2: She's like that was a boring episode and I was like meeting meeting our recap and I'm like, I thought it was good. She's like, no, we could do better, and I said, well, it ain't us idey, it's a fucking show. It's not going as good as we wanted to. 00:01:27 Speaker 3: I did say we could do better, like. 00:01:32 Speaker 2: It's totally not our fault. But I have to say, the past couple of weeks have been cooking, and you and I have said this too. We knew that the reunion was going to be spicy, and to your credit, I have to give Alexis Jansen all the props. This was a good three parts. 00:01:51 Speaker 3: I knew we were not going to be snoozing through the three part reunion. I knew it. I was just like, there's just a lot to unpack and with the way okay, well I want to I have to just. 00:02:01 Speaker 2: Keep you just go no, no, no, let's just go because listaid and sister, I want you to say it all because the biggest thing for me is getting into how the part the reunion began, which was the continuation of Erica Jane admitting that she was pissed about the thing that Deit was saying when they were in Italy number one, she was pissed about the fact that Dury said Bowse was more of a friend to her than Erica was where she said was like the biggest thing. But my favorite part was the fact that she said that Andy Cohen had to convince her to say on camera that what really offended her was Eric Sorry Durree saying that. 00:02:55 Speaker 4: She felt that Erica needed to step it up. 00:02:59 Speaker 3: And that is the funniest thing ever, because in my mind, Carlo's the only thing I saw on that episode, remember, because you gave me a panic attack. I was like, oh my gosh, you're right. You caught that with your producers. You know, you caught that she was talking about she needs to step up her game on the show, and it went right over my head. And then Erica it bothered Erka. Erica goes, that is where it shut me down. That is where I was done with all of this. You were so right. I can see why Erica felt that way, because you know what, we don't talk about businesses and we don't talk about kids. That's the unwritten rule as a house it is in fact, you stay away from businesses. Well and now as far as Mauricio goes, you stay away from husbands and you stay away from stay away from business and you stay away from kids. Now we have to tie husbands into that because everyone's getting divorced. 00:03:58 Speaker 2: Watch a husband's watch a kids that watch businesses. 00:04:01 Speaker 3: So roorty in some sorts, and that is the kind of the unspoken rule. 00:04:07 Speaker 2: Alexis, were you surprised at how emotional Erica got because she kept saying I did not want to bring this up on camera. She pointed the end and she said, I told him and des like who She's like, Andy Covid when you tell him this backstage? And he said, to me, bring it up, because that's the reason why you're upset. What I wanted to explain to the rain draws because I think a lot of them are confused, like why is. 00:04:39 Speaker 4: That the one thing that upsets. 00:04:42 Speaker 2: Erica so much that she did not even want to say it is because Erica did not want to. 00:04:50 Speaker 4: Highlight how her job may be in jeopardy. 00:04:55 Speaker 2: Because once she put it out there, it allows the fans to be like, hmm, well is she bringing it? 00:05:03 Speaker 4: Let me think about it. 00:05:05 Speaker 2: It allows the producers to question, wait a second, is Erica bringing in? But let's be clear, this is Erica's main source of income. She is being sued for twenty five million dollars, like she's paying legal fees out of the Wahoo. So the fact that Durreet said something that could impact the way she pays for Bill. She's not, of course selling out arenas like she well, not arenas, but you know places, venues, venues, Benyu. 00:05:40 Speaker 4: Because I love Erica and I actually went to her show in LA a few years ago and she was fantastic. 00:05:44 Speaker 2: Oh, she was great, Tom. It was the episode that they were filming it and now I happened to live in LA at the time, downtown La, so I went and they were filming it, and it's where Tom GERALDI said, for the first time, you did a great job, and she actually did so. So all that to say, that's the reason why Erica was so upset, because how dare you as a friend that's like me telling you Alexis in front of the rain drops. I mean, Alexis, you were pretty boring for the past couple of weeks. I don't know, stepping up, you'll be like, well, damn, why are you putting me on the spot. It's offensive? When is your friend? 00:06:22 Speaker 3: It's offensive? And I think the other part to this is that that the Beverly Hills housewives have been very vulnerable this season, but Erica Jane is not one of them that is the most vulnerable. She likes to keep a lot of cards close to her chest. A lot of her life is kept close, and she doesn't know how much to share or like share, and then how much does she not want to share? And I think dereit went below the belt in theoverability vulnerability like section for Erica. That is what I and I think Eric was just like, damn, that was too low, Dee, that was low. But you're absolutely right about all of it. And and also it ties into the business because if this is your moneymaker, you don't need all eyes on you pointed out one of your best friends. 00:07:09 Speaker 2: Nobody wants that. Nobody wants that. And it was nice to see how vulnerable Erica was getting, but unfortunately Alexis, it did not make Dury feel the need to apologize the fact that she's like, apologize for what and everybody. 00:07:31 Speaker 3: Steam was coming out of me. I'm like, door reaped, sit back and say you're sorry and mean it, like, look at what these women are going through. All the women on that side of the couch had tears, and they were legit. They weren't crocodile fake tears. They were real tears. So it's like they're hurt for this friendship and I just wanted to reit, to own up. But she's doubling down. Honey, she did. Look at my hair. Look what I just did in my hair when I had steam. Steam was coming out of my ears. 00:08:02 Speaker 2: See it coming out of your ears and out of your heir. The thing, and one of the biggest things for me was the fact that. 00:08:12 Speaker 4: Dury really does live in the world of Deree. 00:08:17 Speaker 2: And I have never met anybody that was that sub absorbed in their life. It was it was shocking to see because you know, listen, I like to read. I am hard on deause I'm like Erica what she said towards the end, I'm waiting for the older to come back. It's like, bitch, I am too, because that woman on that stage, I don't know who she is. 00:08:45 Speaker 3: That's what I was going to ask you, so because you watched all the seasons, so I guess for me, I don't really know the other side. I just know I like to read. For some reason. She's great TV. I just don't like that she's not taking accountability for where she's wrong, and that's I guess that's where my I like empathetic people. I want people to see and can put themselves in other people's shoes and go, no, I really did you know what? Self awareness? Empathy, taking a look inside, like all of those things, and I see none of that from Dury. And I honestly thought, after this whole season and all the things that were tallying up from these women as friends, that she would have come in a little bit softer. But she came horns of blazing, like what's that saying was saying? She came everything. 00:09:34 Speaker 2: I don't know. 00:09:35 Speaker 3: She was like, if you if you you're a cu in T, you're a double. 00:09:39 Speaker 4: Cu in T. 00:09:40 Speaker 3: And yes, I like that word, Kyle goes you really like that word? Yeah, Dey does. 00:09:48 Speaker 2: And she's she I think she's overplaying, yeah, because the audience liked it, like she was over playing her splucking a cigarette. 00:09:54 Speaker 4: But what did you think. 00:09:55 Speaker 2: About her coming at Sutton saying that and pony up to Amanda for Kyle and that you know she considers such a social climber, which, in Dere's defense, I have been saying that for the past couple of seasons, as Alexis is reacting, Oh my. 00:10:15 Speaker 3: Gosh, do you think she's a social climber? 00:10:17 Speaker 2: Oh, she absolutely is. It's obvious. Oh, DEI if you I feel like Dere listens to reality with the King, I have been calling because I feel like the Alexis truly I feel like I've been the only one that's been clocking as a social crimber. So that's why I'm sort of like, no, it has to be listening to my podcast because it is so obvious and it's so true. Ain't climber. 00:10:42 Speaker 3: I ain't gonna let you off the hook. Why do you think she's a social climber? 00:10:46 Speaker 4: Beccause because no, Dere was saying it. 00:10:49 Speaker 2: Dorif forgot to re listen to my episode, but she got the information from no stunting is this stunting has to be. 00:11:00 Speaker 4: Sun has to be aligned with the elite in Beverly Hills. 00:11:07 Speaker 2: It's the reason why when she was friends with Garsel, I was saying on my podcast for three years, garselves, son, it's only friends with you because you're the only one who films with her that likes her. She really wants to be friends with the rest the other women, because that's how she views her real estate in the social circles of Beverly Hills. And when Kathy Hilton was accused of saying things and was there and asked then and something's like, I'm not getting into it with Kathy Hilton. So she look, I'll say this, I agree with Dree. I'm not saying it's a bad thing to be a social climber. If you are somebody that likes to be amongst the elite in your community, so be it. It's sort of like when you're buying a house in a particular neighborhood, is what you like, is what you want to be around. So I don't think it's a negative thing that Ston is a social climber because she is. Now, do I think she kisses up to Kyle, Yes, but I don't think she feels like Kyle has the power to get rid of her. 00:12:22 Speaker 3: So do you think Rachel Zoe's a social climber? 00:12:26 Speaker 2: Absolutely? Okay, I'm gonna tell you this, What the. 00:12:30 Speaker 3: Heck Rachel Zoe is just Rachel Zoe. I think that's just That's so. I think social climbing is a very negative concept. I think I think if you're a social climber. You don't have a heart because all you're doing is trying to get to the next biggest thing. So I don't like social climbing. And I don't like you using that word on Sutton because I like Sutton and I don't think she is. I think she just she just go gets to go to the met galat and a lot of us don't. Okay, have you been. I wanted to ask you, have you been to the met gal Oh? 00:13:00 Speaker 2: No, way, of course not. 00:13:02 Speaker 3: No, I don't know. I don't know everything about you, not yet, not yet. There you go. That's the that's the spirit. But you're not a social climber just because you want to go to the met Gala. F y I and my book. 00:13:16 Speaker 4: No, no, I'm not even social. Oh good point. 00:13:22 Speaker 2: I'm one of your. 00:13:23 Speaker 3: Only four friends. You can count them on one hand. 00:13:25 Speaker 5: Yes I do. 00:13:30 Speaker 2: I don't climb anywhere, but my arm to the fridge, open up to eat. I don't go anywhere. I'm a I'm a homebody. So I'm not a soda climber. You have to be social to be a sola climber. 00:13:44 Speaker 4: And oh I do see you. 00:13:46 Speaker 3: At Kathy Houghton's parties so and some of the red carpets. So you know, I do see you get up on that one that one time the. 00:13:53 Speaker 2: Year, one time, one time, I bank, one time, I band camp. I definitely, you know there's a big But the thing with Sad is. 00:14:02 Speaker 4: This, I don't think that she. 00:14:10 Speaker 2: Believes that let me kiss up to Kyle to save my position on the show. I don't think that. I definitely think she just likes to be amongst people who she considers to be a mongst the elite, and at the end of the day, Kyle is the elite person. If you look at Housewives, I'm not talking about Bibley Hills. If we're looking at Housewives, I know that other housewives from other franchises, one hundred percent of them. Alexis have told me that the queen of the Housewives franchise. 00:14:53 Speaker 3: Is cobbrid Truths from every like like put everyone, Potomac wrote, I love them, the new Ones. 00:15:01 Speaker 2: Dubai you all them. 00:15:03 Speaker 3: People are saying Kyle is the overle Savander Pump and over Vickiy Gumbolson who started the show. 00:15:10 Speaker 2: Yes, and you hear me out, Judge, I'm gonna tell you why yes, because every I'm going to tell you what they said to me. 00:15:20 Speaker 3: Okay, I love this and I need names after we stop down. I need actual names. 00:15:27 Speaker 2: Everybody feels that Kyle represents what the network, the executives, the production, the world. That they view her as somebody that does her job. 00:15:43 Speaker 4: She is nice to. 00:15:46 Speaker 2: Work with, everyone, people who people who have worked with Kyle have never said anything negative about her. She works hard, She's never been put on Paul, she's quit, she's ever been fired. They all say that when they look at who they believe the establishment views as the one, that it is Kyle Richards. And that's why Erica said, oh, that's the internet thing that people think Kyle has power and dearit. Which this is like Dere's Redemption episode a little bit, because I do believed when Duritz said that Erica told her that she believes Kyle has firing power. I believe it because Erica did not defend herself in a way that I'm used to Erica defending herself. Ericas like, I said that to you, She was like yes, and Erica said nothing and it was dropped. I believe Erica said that to her one. So again it's just this air that people haven't Kyle Richards is the queen of the of the Real Housewives franchise of all cities. It is what it is. And like I said, I have not heard one next thing. I have not heard one negative thing said about that woman. From producer, of friends of mine, from other housewives. They all say she does her job, she does it well, and she's nice. So listen up, folks. Nice people winish first. Nice to be finished first. 00:17:19 Speaker 3: I'm sorry, yes, but you know what, Carlos, just pick up cod and call to Reek because I bet she has some things to say. I bet she's gonna have some negative things about Kyle Richards. 00:17:29 Speaker 6: Oh no, the castmates, all of this, all of that, you got one. She's gonna light it up and say here's what I can tell you. 00:17:40 Speaker 4: So that's that's just that. 00:17:43 Speaker 2: Well, how did you feel when Ston said that this was her first reunion sober? 00:17:50 Speaker 3: Well, I was kind of I kind of was curious about that. I wanted to go. I wanted to hear a little bit more of that conversation. So is she saying that every because you start the reunions early, like unless you were a friend of like I was a friend of So I started, I came on. I think I came on set at like one, like right after the lunch break was my segment. But like when you're a full housewife, you start at like nine o'clock sharp, like your mayor and makeup at seven am. You start at nine o'clock, you go till noon, then you go another eight hour you know, like you film a lot of that day. So I was just curious, like, does that mean she was in there when she's getting hair and makeup on and she's drinking a mimosa or a vodka OJ, Like, what is what did she mean when she's like, I haven't had a sip yet. Well, they don't offer, by the way, just behind the scenes information. They don't have alcohol sitting around for the housewives. There's no alcohol on set right when the macha comes. So if you're drinking in your dressing room, it's something you brought. 00:18:45 Speaker 4: Yes. 00:18:46 Speaker 3: So then I was like, so does that mean that she all other eight years? 00:18:51 Speaker 2: What she is? 00:18:51 Speaker 3: She's an eight year eight year veteran eight years, No, not that long, she's like five okay, five year veterans. So for five years she was bringing her own booze to the dressing room, you know, because the one thing you do right after the reunion is you go get a frick and martini because you've had eight or ten hours of grueling questions and hot seats. But I just wondered, because I'm like, there's unless they do things different in Beverly Hills, and they do bring alcohol on set because they offer it at oc. 00:19:20 Speaker 2: No. So when I was a producer on Housewives and did the reunions, you're right, production, we don't provide alcohol to set for reunions. 00:19:30 Speaker 4: However, well, I remember. 00:19:32 Speaker 3: One year Tamra bought a bottle of Voove and we all had a couple. 00:19:35 Speaker 4: Like, well that's different, And we had. 00:19:38 Speaker 3: A glass of Voove before lunch at the lunch break, but that was because Tamra brought it, and then we were exactly fact that was that was That was actually a really fun lunch before we get back out there in our grilled you know. 00:19:50 Speaker 2: But so, no, I was going to say that, so the girls bring their own, yeah, liquor, and does. 00:19:57 Speaker 3: The production does production look frown upon that and not want that because they probably want the girls out there sobered. 00:20:06 Speaker 2: This is reality with the King, and I'm Carlos King. Let's get back into the show. Listen, and I'll say this much. It's not that it's so blatant, right, It's not that it's a situation to where you're like having the liquor and you're drinking in front of Alex Baskin, you know, like it's yeah, it's not that at all. So it's more of the fact that, look, you have your you know, your Starbucks Macha tea that a man that drinks and it's spiked with some. 00:20:41 Speaker 4: Vodka and no one, you know, no one knows. 00:20:45 Speaker 3: Looks the other way or doesn't even mention it then exactly. 00:20:49 Speaker 2: So, remember the thing that was going on with Sutton was she was and these these are her co stars. They would say that she. 00:21:00 Speaker 7: Would fill her coffee cup with vodka, and they kept throwing shade at her during scenes like oh, you're drinking, you're drinking, drinking. 00:21:13 Speaker 3: So do you believe that do you think when she would have a coffee cup on a scene that there was vod kevin on coffee in there. 00:21:20 Speaker 4: Look, I'll say this much. 00:21:22 Speaker 2: I believe that what the women were saying has some truth to it. 00:21:26 Speaker 4: Because Suton did not deny it. 00:21:32 Speaker 2: She was more defensive, like, if something is so emphatically not true. 00:21:37 Speaker 3: You're gonna say that's bold crap. 00:21:40 Speaker 2: And it's not going to be brought up every season, So it wasn't like there was one season they brought it up, like, you know, like the reached lateness is a thing that's going off for years. Yes, these comments about something's alcohol intake were going off for years. 00:21:56 Speaker 3: And Andy called Andy finally called now that we're speaking about the lateness that tur for the party, Andy called Derry out and said, you've always been late? Why is it this season? Everyone? And he asked the other cast members, like why is it the season? Is she? Has she been more tardy? Has it been later than late late? 00:22:13 Speaker 2: You know? And I appreciated what Erica said when she was like, because she's a crucial part to the show, pretty much saying pretty much saying she's a tamer judge of Billy Hills. If she's not in a scene, I don't know if she's. 00:22:26 Speaker 3: Gonna like that. I don't know if she wants to have that comparisons. I don't want to bring one of my closest friends into that conversation. 00:22:33 Speaker 4: What I mean by that is what I mean by that. 00:22:36 Speaker 3: Is bringing the show. She's bringing it. 00:22:39 Speaker 2: She's bringing it. Like if Tamar Judge is not in a scene of all cast scene, it's not going to be that interesting. So I think what Erica was saying is we have to give Derey her props. When Derey is in an all cast scene, deiy is going to bring it and we need we need her. 00:23:00 Speaker 4: And Erica is not wrong with her assessment. 00:23:05 Speaker 3: I agree with you. 00:23:06 Speaker 2: Yeah. So I want to get into my favorite part of the reunion, and once again it goes to Kathy Hilton. What I'm talking about. 00:23:16 Speaker 8: There's like four things that I want to say about Kathy that she go. 00:23:20 Speaker 3: Ahead, go ahead. I love I love her, I swear I just want to I just want to be her friend and just be like, can I come over today just to sit down and just to listen. Okay, go ahead, and then I'm going to add this yours. 00:23:34 Speaker 2: Probably No, I'm pretty sure it's the same thing is when they were talking about how Natalie the friend of or should I say the a friend because she's nobody to be found anymore, how she did not want to be roommates with Amanda because she says, I brought my vibrator. I'm not going to a roommate with another woman, so by default had to do it. 00:24:00 Speaker 3: And Kathy is like whispering, she's going to jack off. That's why she didn't want. 00:24:03 Speaker 2: To be. 00:24:05 Speaker 8: Then jack off not women, it's another term. Okay, So that's one thing, Carlos. 00:24:15 Speaker 3: The other thing is Kathy answers a phone call mid scene. It's like the first it's like one of the first segments of the reunion, and Kathy's over there like yep, yep, we're filming later, and then she takes it. She talks about the vibrator. Then she takes another phone call and goes, yeah, we're wrapping up. Now, Who the hell is she talking to? Who is she talking to? 00:24:36 Speaker 2: Her driver? 00:24:38 Speaker 3: I was ready, I'm bringing my nineteen bags with me. Just go to my dressing room and start packing up the car because. 00:24:44 Speaker 2: We're wrapping up. Yes, yes, I love her. 00:24:49 Speaker 3: I could do Kathy. I listen to her all day long. I loved And the fourth thing was like, there's four things. The four that was three. The fourth thing was when she actually stood up for her sister and she's like, I feel bad. I was like, Kathy, you know what you are so good, you know, and just say much. She says like four sentences the whole season, but everyone listens and it does not fall on deaf ears. It falls on one is like okay, and it always plays to perfection like it's just her four sentences are worth every single you know, five hundred sentences. 00:25:24 Speaker 2: The other women say, no, she's good, she's good. 00:25:27 Speaker 4: No, she definitely was awake this reunion. 00:25:30 Speaker 2: And I thought he did a great job with the comedy relief because it was so tense in the room. You needed that, Yeah, of tense. We have to get into Bows and Amanda, which was bowse uh both. I'm going to say this, you look at your sophomore season as a way of you saying, Okay, I played this entire season wrong. I'm learning from it, and you guys will see the version of me you fell in love with. Because Bo's is such a smart woman that she did not do her homework when it came to remembering things she said. And what you can say about Amanda to her credit, Amanda's either Amanda has the memory of an elephant or Amanda binged rebinge every single episode again this season because her memory was so good. 00:26:32 Speaker 3: Well, all I'm gonna say is, if you're intelligent, you're gonna binge it right before the reunion, bitch, like you're gonna watch the show before the reunion if you are intelligent at any point and you want to be on point at the reunion. And you know what was so funny, But what you just said is is you're right. Because Amanda kept saying it, and then they kept flashing back to what Bo's was saying, No, I didn't say it, and it's like, it's right there, it's right there. Yeah, and Bo's never back down and said she was sorry or that she did say it. Now she's seeing the reunions and seeing all the flashbacks, so now she's probably like, oh god, I was an idiot. So she'll have to she'll have to make up for that next season, which I think I think she will. 00:27:08 Speaker 2: Well, I hope she does. I hope she does, because the thing is, it's one of those things where I really do like bows, but I gotta be honest when it comes to her behavior this season, it was less to be desired. And then when you when you also talk about how she was so smummed when it came to how she responded to Amanda, I didn't say that. I would never say that. Why would I say that about a mother. I would never say that about a mother. You need two moms, that's a great thing. Cut to her actually saying, you know, make a comment about well there's only one mindy and that's me right. 00:27:48 Speaker 3: Well, unfortunately, I mean her daughter's about to have two dads. So I don't know. In my mind, I was like, how can BOS say that? Because when you and when you bring step children into it, whether it was my first engagement or whether it's this marriage now, I looked at those kids like I'm like, I'm taking them on. They're gonna be mine too, because guess what they're going to be with us fifty percent of the time. I mean we have Johns kids one hundred percent of the time. But it's like, those are your kids, you know what I mean? They do become your kids. You're not just You're not just this silent thing on the wall, just that you're on arm, candy on the husband's arm. You incorporate the whole family. So it's like I can see how Amanda's like, I'm those kids, I love those like my own. Yeah, you do fall in love with the kids. 00:28:30 Speaker 2: And you are, like you said, you are a step mom to John's kids. 00:28:34 Speaker 4: So how did you feel about that whole comment. 00:28:37 Speaker 3: I hated that entire scene just because I hate the comment, but I also, like I just said, I just feel like it's not fair for the step parent, and it's just like, you know, my kids if their dad has a new girlfriend, like they start. I'm best friends with one of Jim's ex girlfriends. She was at my wedding. She helped me with my children immensely, even and when they broke up, my kids if I had to go somewhere on a trip for work, they go stay at her house. So so I'm just saying, like they do become a part of your life, like the it doesn't just go away, you know if they break up. And also if you are in a blended family, which divorce says have to do. It's a blend, it's going to be a blended family now, then you do fall in love with the kids. So I just feel like Bos probably should have just said I'm sorry about that, and that she didn't mean it. Because if those kids are with Amanda for you know, seventy percent of the time or fifty percent of the time. That's a lot of their life, you know, and you've treated like your own they're your kids. 00:29:40 Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I mean listen, she did apologize to Amanda for calling her scammer. 00:29:48 Speaker 3: Ugh, that was the other thing. Yeah, there were several things that I didn't like about about both saying because you don't like I said, it's you don't attack someone's company or business. That's that's Amanda's liveliod and she is far from a scammer. If you watched her on this reunion, Carlos, you saw Amanda lives and breathes what she believes. She's not a fathist, She's not a facus, not a scammer. She held her composure the entire reunion. She spoke softly, She didn't attack anyone. She didn't have a mean bone in her body or any malice. No matter how bad she was getting attacked, she was just like that hurts. 00:30:24 Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, yeah, yeah, no, I felt listen. I definitely felt bad for her because even when they talked about her son, who you know, passed away, and I hate even bringing this up, and you saw how Amanda was crying, how they were saying that she used that as a defense, and and Andy even tried to say, like you too. The thing is this, both and Amanda have a lot of comment they really do. They both believe in online courses. They both are pretty much motivational speakers. Were two different courses and modules that they, you know, pontificate on. They both have experienced the loss of a child. 00:31:14 Speaker 3: What was Bozo's? I missed that, and I was going to ask you what was both? Did both have a miscarriage or did both lose a child? 00:31:21 Speaker 2: I believe and I'll and I'll correct myself later if I got this wrong. I believe that she had a miscarriage, and you know, both also lost her husband as well. Her husband passed away, so yeah, so no, what did he pass away from that? I don't know exactly. I'll figure it out and I'll let you know. But no, yes, she yeah, so Bose has mentioned that she experienced a traumatic miscarriage. 00:31:56 Speaker 3: And losing your husband's right up there too. That's horrible. 00:31:59 Speaker 2: I mean, god, so you would think that this is the part that was weird to me, And this is why I have to call a spade a spade. Bows over played her hand. She really thought that because the ecosystem that she was with, which is the other women. The other women didn't like both, I mean didn't like Amanda. Bows thought that, okay, because I'm in this bubble and the people in this bubble don't like Amanda, I can throw all this shade at her. And what she did not realize and she underestimated, was that that same audience who watches the show that they were going to like Amanda. Because let's be clear, Amanda wasn't like in the beginning of this season, but the audience warmed up to her because they were like, y'all are kind of picking on her, and she really, if you really look at us, like, she doesn't bother any body. 00:33:01 Speaker 3: It was almost like the audience flipped and was like, enough's enough, you've hazed her. Now it's time to like. And actually, Amanda kept her composure and kept her cool the entire season. She didn't she didn't lose it. She didn't start calling people names, she never went in an aggressive way. She handled everything calmly and in positivity. Every single time something was thrown at her, she handled it with grace and positivity and turned out. You know, and I think the audience finally just went pay enough's enough and Carlos to your point, it's just annoying kind of because it's like Bose has sat in her shoes somewhat. Husband and losing a kid is losing is death and it is heartbreak. I mean, my parents knocked me down on my feet, losing both parents. It's like, but your husband and your children are on another level. You expect your parents by before you. I mean, ugh, I just I wish that Bo's And like I said, and like you said before too, maybe next season's her junior year. Maybe that's when she'll she'll have done some reflection over Yes, this. 00:34:03 Speaker 2: Break, Yes, but the problem is your best friends for somebody who does not reflection. So you are you are the company, right, You are the company that you keep because the person that you bounce things off of you want them to say, okay, girl, you did the most. Let's not do that next season. But the reast, like the reas, like me and my marble cigarettes are having a good time with this c next Tuesday word that I keep throwing at folks. 00:34:32 Speaker 3: Any anyone knows if I have let us in my teeth and you're one of my best friends, you better freaking tell me I want to be called out. I want to be called out. I don't want yes people. And I don't think that Deree or Bo's feel that way. I think they just want to be like a home girlfriend. Oh I know girlfriend, yeah, instead of saying, actually take a look and word on this one. This one you might need to apologize or you. 00:34:55 Speaker 2: Know, yes, yes, exactly, agreed, agreed. Then we get into Durit again because at this point the reunion is dominating to be about the three women, Kyle, Erica, and Dearit. And they show a package where Erica does say that I never thought I would now pretty much agree with p K and and he's like, well, how did it feel for you to hear that? 00:35:32 Speaker 4: She's like, I mean, I didn't like that, But let me get back on Kyle. 00:35:38 Speaker 2: You're so right. I'm like, wait, wait why. 00:35:42 Speaker 4: And she's like, Kyle Smith, this see the truck make me look bad? 00:35:45 Speaker 2: She had a plan, And I'm liked, you're so focused on Kyle that you're not even going to address the comment that Erica just made about maybe PK has been telling the truth of about you, which, by the way, breaking news for you. Are you ready for this? 00:36:07 Speaker 3: Yes? I'm always ready for some breaking news. Wait, I'm seated. Don't worry, I'm seeing I'm sitting down. 00:36:14 Speaker 2: Okay, PK in New Court Documents, Alexis Jansen and the rain Drops, I read it. 00:36:24 Speaker 3: If you're going to, if you're going to what came out with the court documents, I read it, Honey, go ahead, fill the fill the listeners in though, and then okay, this is we have to discuss this. 00:36:35 Speaker 2: Let's unpack this. Alexis PK and New Court Documents allege that Dereite spent nearly one million dollars on designer goods while the family struggle to pay their mortgage. He claimed that Dereit spent money on I'm going to tell you. 00:37:00 Speaker 3: Sixty nine thousand at Louis sixty nine, approximately sixty nine thousand at Chanel, and then another thirty eight thousand or something at another one. And by the way, if this doesn't shut down that del Rey rents the runway for all of her wardrobe groomer. I don't know what we'll shut that rumor down. She doesn't write the runway people, She's spending three hundred thousand at some of the main I mean, come on, wow, wow, and then four thousand at the Friends boutique in Hampton's. 00:37:33 Speaker 2: I mean that. 00:37:35 Speaker 3: A port no porterror or whatever that one was in there. Honey, I read that article. I went back and read it as in all honesty, though. 00:37:45 Speaker 2: Carlos, now you forgot the main part. What the main part is she was allegedly spending all this money while the family owed six million dollars in mortgage payments. 00:38:01 Speaker 3: Yes, yes, but big million billion. Okay, here's the problem, Carlos. Yes, Kay is being very open, honest, open book about this, and he's like asking the courts, can we please do something so we don't lose every single cent of this investment? Like whatever it is like he's he said that in that if you write it down a little bit, he's like trying to work and negotiate with people and do things. And notice how it says Durit refused to comment or did not comment, would not comment when PK's sitting here basically divulging their entire life of what his has and hasn't been paid and where Duritt's spending your money. And here's the only part that I was going to ask you about after I read that article, when Durite said, she said, oh no, Well, in the article, p K says, Durit didn't pay anything towards you know, the mortgages or helping with the kids. He paid ninety percent is what in that article was claimed. Okay, yes, remember in correct. I could be wrong, but I think that's what it said. And where was it that Durite said p K had promised he was paying everything off. That was this season. So unfortunately, there might be something where things are misconstrued between the two of them. If Durreit thinks that he's paying, then by god, she's going to address to the nines for the show that she's filming, because she's got to put up an image. Every housewife does. You have to put up an image. They don't want to see you in just Lulu limon all the time. They want to see your get up. So that's you got to go shop at Chanel. Okay. But at the same time, it's like, did did p K ever say that? If PK ever said I'm going to take care of the mortgage and pay everything off, then Deurit's kind of it's not really Durrett's fault, but he's pointing it out making it seem like it's her fault. 00:39:48 Speaker 2: Yeah, and I agree with you. I listen, Durit is a kept woman, or was, And I don't believe for a second that Deree has ever paid a bill. I think PK. 00:40:01 Speaker 3: So then why is it her fault? 00:40:03 Speaker 2: Right now, that's the thing I don't. Well, it's her fault, unfortunately by the game of semantics, because he put the house in her name. Good point, Yeah, right, so by default, alexis right, she owes, she owes the bank. She can say in PK was supposed to pay it, but her name is on the d is not her in PK is her name. And let's be clear, because PK filed for bankruptcy in order to get the house. He had to use Dury's credit score and her line of credit to do it, because I'm pretty sure his allegedly was not a good standing. Right, So she she she's she's responsible for it. 00:40:49 Speaker 3: I just you know, but part of me, part of me was kind of feeling bad after I read that article about like how how forthcoming it was, because you don't know what the agreement was behind closed on them. Yes, maybe it was in her name, but PK's like I'm taking care of this and I have always been a hayer and the you know, like you said, she's a kept woman. I don't like to use that word because I married a man that I decided to quit my career and become a stay at home mom. I don't think this woman is right. I think it's more of you know, we decided I was going to play the role of the mom and not hire nanny's and babysitters. I was going to be the stay at home mom. I was at their school every day, I worked every PTA committee. I was only everything you know, so you still have a job. I was just your kids. So I hate that word being thrown around about her, but I feel like that article definitely make painted her in a bad light. And then when I stepped away from that article, I'm like, but we don't know the private agreement between the two of them. 00:41:51 Speaker 2: And look, maybe in Theresa fans, she can see where all of this transaction. She can prove, excuse me, to the judge, where all of the payments were being made. Were they being made out of PK's a cow? Did you know? Like so that that's the only way is going to make sense, is if she's able to prove that although my house is I'm sorry, although my name is on the deed of a house. As you can see through the receipts Kay was paying up until this point. So if that's the case, she may have a point. 00:42:24 Speaker 3: And that commented for interview because at the end of the article it said to re refused to comment. It's like I would think she would wanted to clear that up. But maybe her team is like, don't saying less is more. Let let's put this Ye a lot of it is. Don't reply, because then you just start more fuel to add more fuel to the fire. Yeah. 00:42:44 Speaker 2: Yeah, and also think too. She has a book to promote, and I think she'll probably use it on her book tour. Right. 00:42:53 Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I'm buying that book. I'm still I'm still sticking to it. I'm gonna. 00:43:01 Speaker 2: Burden comes out in June, and Alexis will come back on Reality. 00:43:04 Speaker 4: To the King and give me a full recap of the book. 00:43:07 Speaker 2: Okay, so listen, you'll you'll give me the recap of Burden, and I will give you the recap of Rich as Fuck. 00:43:15 Speaker 3: No, I'm going to read both over the summer. Okay, This wedding gets done, get my son off and married. Good god, I'm having a heart attack over here. After that, I'm going to read both books. Okay, I might vacation with my husband. 00:43:27 Speaker 4: There you go, well, please do that, Please do that. We all do the vacation here. What did you think though, when. 00:43:38 Speaker 2: When Dereit ignores Eric Haucheede about the PK Baby being truthful, zones in on Kyle saying that Kyle had a plan this season to come for her make her look bad. And I just listen, I think dere and I mean honest here because I'm with Andy, what did Kyle do so bad to you? Was it? And I'm with Kathy Hilton. She's like, I have to defend my baby's sister. What is it? Is it that she contacted PK? It has to be more than that. I'm at a loss and I'm always going to figure things out for my producer brain. I don't know what Kyle did, Tore. 00:44:27 Speaker 3: That's not good enough. That's not good enough because I was going to rely on you to tell me why. 00:44:32 Speaker 2: I have to The thing I think the thing with Listen, was she upset about PK talking or texting Kyle? Sure much? That's I'm just gonna say, that's this money? 00:44:43 Speaker 3: Why is this? Her head is full of hating Kyle to where Kyle's even saying, I love you, Durit, and I want to try to find a way to at the end toast. You know. It's like it's like I feel like Kyle's trying and saying, yeah, you're pissing me off and you're not being a kind person, but I still want to try, and Durite is done, and it's it's like you would think that Kyle Whitten had a date with p K. I can't figure it out either what is what is this? Or is it? Okay? The only thing I kind of thought, and I didn't know if you would go there or feel this way, is Dorrie wanting to just stand toe to toe with Kyle because you know who had the first seats to reet and Kyle. 00:45:22 Speaker 2: Well, I was gonna say that is it. 00:45:24 Speaker 3: At any expense is going to save her job because she's six million dollars in debt for her house? Is that what this rule? It boils down to it. She's like, Okay, sorry, Kyle, You're just you're just you know, uh, collateral on the side of the road because I need to figure out how I'm going to pay six million dollars from my house and my kids. 00:45:42 Speaker 2: Yes, yes, I mean that what it is, that's the Okay, that's the only thing I could come up with. But for me, I always thought that last season because I said, Okay, she needs a storyline this season, and I thought, okay, she has to continue it. Fine, I'm kind of bored with it, but whatever. But I did feel that at the reunion, once she saw the response of people being like, we're kind of over you guys fighting and what's the big deal, I thought she would back off a bit and really focus more on Aerica because that's new right, And that's why I'm sort of like, if that was your intention, Derey, I'm telling you you're doing a worse job than your girlfriend Bow's because Bows harping on Amanda did her the worst she could have done, to the point where people who loved Bows last season cannot stomach her. But she'll be fine, she'll be fine. But Deree, i'm telling you, you focus on Call again, you're gonna lose the audience. We love a villain, and you are the villain. But tack a fight with somebody else Yeah. 00:47:00 Speaker 3: And also when you see the person that you're going after is truly meaning Kyle Dart's going after, when you see that person you're going after, kind of like raise waving the truth flag, like Okay, enough's enough, Like I get it. We both are mad, we're both hurt, but we're grown women. We have to pick up the pieces and move on. And Dared is just doubling down. It's like, I mean, it is old and it is going to be old if we have to watch that again next season. Carlos like, it's got it. They've got to Andy. I'm sure it's going to have us sit down heart to heart with them and just say, we don't want to lose either of you, but we got to figure something out because the audience doesn't want to see this again. 00:47:40 Speaker 2: Yes, and once again, the reason why Kyle is the queen of the franchise is because she she knows that, which is what she kept. 00:47:47 Speaker 3: Saying, and she's willing to do it and Ed's not. 00:47:50 Speaker 2: Yes not even Erica said, you guys are fighting for a relationship that no longer exists. 00:47:58 Speaker 3: Yeah, that was that was her ful. Erica does always seem to have a voice of reason. She always is a voice of reason, and I feel like even though she got really more vulnerable this you know, this reunion in the season, actually the whole season, than she's ever been, is what I've heard. I guess I shouldn't say that because I didn't really watch a lot of the others, but I saw a lot of vulnerability out of her this season, crying three times, you know, which, which she's a very stoic person like she just but she has she has words of wisdom that really do ring true. And the friendship's not here anymore. It's time for a pause. Rachel Zoe even said it, y'all need a pause. You need a long pause. Unfortunately, you know, as a producer, filming breaks aren't that long. It's not a year. They start filming probably again in less than six months, so it's not a lot of a break to heal what healed? So what are they going to do? Carlos, I could not wait to ask you what you think they're going to do? 00:48:57 Speaker 2: Well, listen, I think that I think the producer will talk to Derey and say, when it comes to Kyle, we're not interested. We can't this show cannot move forward with you two being an odds and you got to figure that out. I think when it comes to Erica, I am interested in seeing a season where Erica and Dury figure it out and see what that looks like. I'm interested in that. I mean, Erica did say she wants a break, and dur was like, she doesn't need friends that don't want to be around her when things aren't good, quoting what Erica Jane said and her confessionals a few years ago, again being shady, which Erica, I'm not sure in the moment she got it. She probably got it once they re flashed back to it and she saw it air. But I think Deuri is going to have to learn that you're a one trick pony and it's time. It's time to hop off the pony ride and become present, you know, pick a fight with somebody that is interesting, not that there aren't pick a fight with somebody where the storyline could be more interesting. She tried it with Amanda and it didn't go the way she thought it would go, and then both took over and it went terribly and the theme of the Rachel Zaud I will say this too, Rachel Zeaud, You're gonna have to do more than bring down a Karen to a Hampton's party. 00:50:33 Speaker 3: No, you didn't just go there. 00:50:35 Speaker 2: Rachelseeau the Z stands for snows. Your name is Rachel's this reunion, I need Rachel Zauld to understand this is not the Rachelzel project. There's no bragg of Rescie. There's no Roger, and there's no Taylor. You don't have assistants and a husband you could boss around. You need to clock in this. This is an ensemble cast. And once again, the only thing you did in this three proper union was go after Amanda. And I'm gonna need more than that. Rachel. I love you on the show. I think you're great for the show. Next season, you're gonna have to do more. You're gonna have to integrate yourself more. This is a female ensemble cast. I need you to ensemble. 00:51:24 Speaker 3: Oh but here's the I kind of hope next season, Carlos, that we get to see both Erica and Rachel in the dating world. Like, let's let's bring out Erica's new love fest. I mean, she talked about how much he's getting banged. Let's bring him into the show a little bit and just see the you know, because it is. And I do want Rachel to find a guy. I think her better. 00:51:51 Speaker 2: He has a guy. 00:51:52 Speaker 4: He does manifestation. 00:51:54 Speaker 3: Well, they were on one red carpet together. I don't think they're still dating. 00:51:58 Speaker 2: She said she would act like a school girl. Please she did. 00:52:02 Speaker 3: She got hot. She's like, I'm sweating, I'm sweating. But she she did say, I'm dating younger men at this ring three of the. 00:52:10 Speaker 4: Reason that for her, honey, yes, do it not just the. 00:52:14 Speaker 3: Man, not just Sasha or whatever is the yeah all dark paints. 00:52:21 Speaker 2: Yes, yes, but I feel like, listen, this season was okay, the reunion, the season over. I'm talking about the over raw season. 00:52:36 Speaker 3: You you terment on out of zero one to ten, ten being the best you terment And okay, so that means a five or six? 00:52:46 Speaker 2: What would you give this season? 00:52:49 Speaker 3: I freaking up until episode eight it was a zero, but now and it is a ten. 00:52:55 Speaker 2: But Alexi, listen, you can't start off zero is the first episodes and then give me tens and they say, okay, your average of tit. 00:53:05 Speaker 3: No, well, okay, then they's twenty. So then you take the middle ground. It's a ten. 00:53:10 Speaker 4: Oh girl, yah no, no. If I had to grade this season plus. 00:53:14 Speaker 2: The reunion, cause again I would give this season a C plus. Wow. 00:53:22 Speaker 4: Okay. 00:53:22 Speaker 3: The only place that I really did want more was I really wanted Doria to own up a little bit and just say I went back and watched it, I see it. Instead of doubling down. I wanted there to be some room for some growth over the time that the cameras are stopped down, to have a little bit of you know, maybe Kyle and Durite can move in a direction of not being friends, but if you have to work together, you work associates. I was hoping for kind of that. 00:53:52 Speaker 2: But yeah, yeah, yeah, no, I'm telling you, I'm telling you. I I'll say this much my advice and the season Rachel has to step it up. Yes, okay, Bows has to step it down, Okay, like like Bows. What made Bulls shine her first season was how she was able to integrate in everyone's story. She was she she made her presence. Know when I say, step it down, get off of this high horse of focusing on one person. 00:54:27 Speaker 3: To like, get off Amanda's case is what I was going to say, Good good ideas. Off Amanda's case. 00:54:32 Speaker 2: Yes, off for that Amanda, who I thought did a great job overall. I will say this though, if I had to give Amanda some advice, I would say, Amanda, You're going to have to integrate yourself more too. Oh you know, like one thing that Erica did wonderfully this season, not this season but at this season too. But the reunion, Erica was chiming in with everyone's story and packages. She was like, girl, this Erica was a Erica is my favorite the reunion. I thought I thought Erica was present, emotional, honest, the way she hopped into everyone's story, storyline packages. Erica's good. I want Amanda to do that more. I'm gonna say this, and this may be unpopular. Oh gosh, Sutton, you are coming back next season, but be careful because you may be on the chopping block after next season. No what so and so and bored me? 00:55:46 Speaker 3: Love Sudden, just stop. I loved her. 00:55:50 Speaker 2: I love McDonald's. I don't eat it because it's not good for my health. 00:55:56 Speaker 4: Well, yeah, when it. 00:55:57 Speaker 3: Looks the same two years later, you don't want that in your belly. 00:56:02 Speaker 2: No, I'm just saying something's going to have to do. Listen, Sutton, well made something so great. Something wants a friend of her first season. And I think I'll tell you the story. Teddy mellencamp our friend was on this show. She was pregnant and they were at a dinner party and something. It was like, I thought you was gonna be boring and oh gosh, you're pregnant. 00:56:28 Speaker 4: And it was that sort of like what did you just say? 00:56:32 Speaker 2: Sutton had teeth, she had grit, and I feel like Sutton went too far with this, Pollyanna, I'm you know, I'm you know, I'm healed. My redemption season, my redemption arc. That's not what makes fascinating television. And I'm telling you right now, if something brings the same shit next season, her jobs and Jeffrey. 00:57:01 Speaker 3: And then maybe she needs to tip a little vodka because she's missing the truth serum and the juice a little bit, because that's what that's what changed the season from what everyone's saying, is that she's not drinking vodka in her coffee mug. So maybe you need her to just sut and just take one little. You don't have a whole shot, just. 00:57:17 Speaker 5: Maybe maybe you'll get the Sutton you want back. 00:57:23 Speaker 4: I don't know, I don't know what it is, girl. 00:57:25 Speaker 3: I love Sutton so I don't agree with you on that. Okay, Please don't put her on the chopping block, Bravo, Please, no. 00:57:31 Speaker 4: No, she's back next season one percent. 00:57:34 Speaker 2: I'm saying if next season she doesn't produce anything and she's the same vanilla bye. 00:57:40 Speaker 3: Okay, Okay, wait, let's talk about this real quick. Did you hear or read the article about Leanne Rimes. It's being considered as possibly and that could be bs. They say this stuff all the time. 00:57:49 Speaker 2: She denied it. 00:57:51 Speaker 3: Oh, she just said it's not true. 00:57:53 Speaker 2: Yeah. 00:57:54 Speaker 3: Oh, because I was going to say, who do you think is on the chopping block of this cast of eight? Because I hope Jennifer and Kathy can go anywhere. We've got to keep them there the friends. But okay, so now the main cast is anyone leaving this season? Now that we've watched the whole reunion? 00:58:11 Speaker 2: Okay, we have Kyle Erica, Amanda Sutton, Dart Bows, and Rachel Sven. Okay, who's going. I don't think anyone's going. I think this. I think they're all coming back. 00:58:33 Speaker 3: Okay, me too, I agree. 00:58:35 Speaker 2: Okay, I think they're going to insert a housewife, a new one, and I think you know you. 00:58:44 Speaker 3: We know you think that would never be Natalie, We know. 00:58:47 Speaker 2: How you Hell no, she wasn't even the Natalie shade was so funny? 00:58:52 Speaker 4: Was it Amanda Who's like, she's not even here. 00:58:55 Speaker 2: Sorry, Natalie, Well she. 00:58:58 Speaker 3: Goes, don't worry about that car. She's not even here. It didn't matter. 00:59:01 Speaker 2: I thought. 00:59:05 Speaker 4: He did chuckle. 00:59:06 Speaker 3: I love Amanda, I love Avanda. 00:59:11 Speaker 2: They're gonna bring a one more person, so there's gonna be eight. Atlanta Housewives currently has eight. Potomac had eight this their their last season. Beverly Hills had eight three four years ago with Diana was a part of the cast, so eight would be not a long shot. But they will definitely look to see who's bringing it. But I think I do think all seven are one hundred percent being asked back. For sure, we. 00:59:46 Speaker 3: Too, I wondered where we were if we would align on that. 00:59:49 Speaker 2: I just don't know all of them to come back. 00:59:51 Speaker 3: I want all of them to come back. And I even even though we're all over Durreet and Kyle, I think they're both going to get a talking to. Kyle's gonna say, no problem, I can work with her and before Durid, on the other hand, who knows. But but Kyle, Kyle is the one that's going to have to step it up as far as like really showing like, look, we're working together, you know, because then Durid's gonna have to fall in line or she's gonna keep getting talking to you. But I want them all back. I still think there's hope for Duri, and I think Duri's going to have I think hopefully after all this, she'll have some space for the next couple of months and comes back a little bit refreshed and not so hardened. She's so hardened season. Yeah, those Marlboro's down, honey, go go to a SPA day. We can soften you a little bit. Okay, she worked out a little let's let's soften that. 01:00:42 Speaker 2: Miss that issue, well you heard it here first. And on that note, I mean, Alexis, time flies by when you're having fun. I can't believe it's been what it's like, twenty one episodes or I think Alexis. 01:00:59 Speaker 3: Yeah, oh it was something like that nineteen. 01:01:01 Speaker 2: Or t isn't that insane? We've been talking twenty episodes worth, and I love the fact that once again we got to do this. I can't wait for OC to come back. 01:01:17 Speaker 4: They I think they're going to be rapping soon. 01:01:21 Speaker 2: Uh huh, uh huh are you making an appearance? 01:01:29 Speaker 3: You text me? 01:01:36 Speaker 2: All right, listen, I can't wait to recap oc with you. I have a good feeling about this season with our girl VICKI coming back. 01:01:46 Speaker 3: Oh my god. 01:01:47 Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, our girl Tamra's there, so we know it's gonna be good anyway, and who knows, maybe maybe as they celebrate twenty seasons, we'll see some familiar faces. 01:01:58 Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, all right, but look I love you a Lexus right now, thanks again, Okay, I love them, bye. 01:02:09 Speaker 2: And we will see you when you are ready to come back to review.
