Speaker 1: Hey, every Well, welcome back to bad You're Happy Hour. I'm Joe and I'm Serena, and we are back with the lovely couple Joanan Chok for part two. Welcome back guys, Thanks for having guys.

00:00:12
Speaker 2: Absolutely so.

00:00:14
Speaker 3: We finished off our last episode by you guys letting us know that you're going to be coming to New York. You're going to be seeing some places this weekend, and then you're going to spend some time here over the holidays.

00:00:24
Speaker 4: Which areas of New York are you interested in?

00:00:27
Speaker 2: So?

00:00:27
Speaker 5: I think we're looking on the west side, but you know, we are kind of open. I don't think we're like the young crowd that would be over in Brookland, So I think we stay on the other side of the bridge, but we're actually staying on the east side this time. So we're gonna explore that a little bit. And then I think, I like, my love is the west side. But you know, we're open. We want to be able to walk to things, we want to be able to walk out. He's from Kansas, he needs some city life in him, and we want to be able to walk out of our place and be like in the you know, the midst of Kings.

00:00:56
Speaker 4: We like that.

00:00:58
Speaker 1: In our last episode we were talking about the finale in Chack. You seem to be pretty calm, cool and collected, and I wanted, how old are you?

00:01:10
Speaker 2: Sixty one? And actually, I want to go on record, I am younger than Joan, So I'm a bad that likes actually older women.

00:01:17
Speaker 4: Yeah much.

00:01:21
Speaker 5: I'm also sixty one, but I.

00:01:26
Speaker 2: Do have an older one, and I'm like, I do, Jack.

00:01:31
Speaker 1: Do you think yourself at thirty years old would have been is calm with another guy potentially getting down on one.

00:01:43
Speaker 2: Knee if I was like in second place, not.

00:01:50
Speaker 1: If you were insane, but just because because the scenario, you seem to really just be very confident, and I think it was it was really Claire that Joan truly loved you, but there still was another guy there, so you didn't know, like you true, like you may have been ninety percent sure, but there was still ten percent that it could be someone else.

00:02:14
Speaker 2: I do want to start this. My response back is saying, guy is a fantastic person. The guy's got class. He has handled this so well. He and I talk every week. I only have positive things to say about him. And he cared for Joe. He really did. That was true. He had strong feelings for so I feel for him and I've got to be respectful. But also he's just he's a friend of mine, and that's a tough thing, and you know, you don't see that normal world. But we've been able to maintain our friendship. We talk. He's just a good, solid person and I support him one hundred percent my thirty year old self. I've kind of been this way my whole life. Yeah, And I don't get real excited when I do. You know, it's pretty rare, and I try to think through situations and and you know it's some people like that, other people don't. I don't really have a lot of emotions like some people are very emotional. Jonathan very emotional guy, just very lovable, but you know, he's got he's got some history, but he's got those emotions that he wears on his sleeve, and I just kind of keep everything in. I've been that way my whole life, and my father's tried to work with me on that, but you know, we are who we are. But I was very happy with how it turned out. I can't tell you how graceful i'd be if I would have lost, and I say lost but didn't get jooned. So again, guy deserves a lot of credit. He is a really solid person.

00:03:36
Speaker 1: How did you How did you get on the show in the first place?

00:03:39
Speaker 2: My daughter and what had happened there is I understand and correct me if I'm wrong, that you can self apply or somebody can nominate you. My daughter calls me and she says, Dad, I did something. I don't know if you're going to be happy, and I'm thinking she quit her job, you know, whatever happened. And her girlfriend she lived with was in a sorority and her senior year, nine of them moved out into a house one of her girlfriends from that house calder and said living in I don't know what city, but just said I saw a casting advertisement. Your dad would be perfect for this. So my daughter goes in and she applies, like she's.

00:04:12
Speaker 4: Me, oh, so to nominate you. She applied, as you know, and.

00:04:17
Speaker 2: So something's come up on that is there's a little story going around that I'm not as funny as my daughter thought I really was. But yeah, it was like.

00:04:26
Speaker 3: The application and we're just not adding up. Something's off here, and well, yeah, that was my daughter actually.

00:04:34
Speaker 2: Yes, so it's a good story. I would have never have done this on my own, no way, no way, and that just wasn't something I would do. But hey, it happened. Things happen, and that's you know. Love just comes in different ways, you know, and you can fall in love on a first date. You could know someone for ten or twenty years of just different things happen. But I'm very happy. But my daughter to answered that question, she's the one that got me going on this and then the I never thought that I'd get on the show, and I kept saying, why is the guy from Kansas? Why are they interested in this guy from Kansas? But I do think that the casting company did such a great job to bring twenty four different personalities that it was really unique. And that was a blessing for me, is to get to know, you know, really fifteen sixteen of the guys because the first guys that left the first night, you just didn't have an opportunity. Rjie, nice guy was in the in the limo with me, but you just you have a quick conversation and that's it. So I felt for those guys because they didn't have a chance to really let the fans see who they are and see their personality.

00:05:34
Speaker 1: With all those big personalities. Joan, do you remember chox Lama entrance?

00:05:40
Speaker 6: Oh my god, perfectly? Yeah, yeah, middle soup. I mean, how can you ever forget chocol the noodle soup? And it was good. I do understand he did actually make it, but.

00:05:51
Speaker 2: I love it afterwards though I did.

00:05:53
Speaker 6: It, doesn't want to make it, but not to me.

00:05:56
Speaker 5: That so that like he knew that I had done a a video on TikTok that had kind of gone viral.

00:06:02
Speaker 6: I know, I had like three million views.

00:06:03
Speaker 5: So the fact that he had taken the time to know that I did that and then to use that like to kind of get to know me or to create some kind of rapport. And he also knew all four of my kids' names, and that just showed me that, like he was really serious about this process. So I remember his limit entrance perfectly, although I have to say I remember them all really really well. For some reason, that night really sticks in my head very vividly.

00:06:30
Speaker 4: Have you made him your your chicken noodle soup yet?

00:06:34
Speaker 6: We have not done it.

00:06:35
Speaker 5: But yeah, it's getting to be winter, so that that's that's going to be on the menu.

00:06:39
Speaker 6: I think you might do a cook off. I think that that is really good, and I know mine is good.

00:06:45
Speaker 2: So he Actually we cooked very well together. We compliment each other. One will cook one night, the other will do the dishes. We'll each do. She'll prepare the salad, I'll do the meat. So a lot of fun, and that's just part of being a couple and then finding out what the other person likes. We just align. I'm kind of a big eater and Jones a nibbler.

00:07:04
Speaker 5: Yes, but we both like to drink wine, so that looks great.

00:07:08
Speaker 3: Joan, if you were to be the vachrette when you were thirty years old, how do you think you would have handled the process differently back then than you did today?

00:07:20
Speaker 6: Gosh, I can't even imagine that in my mind. So, first of all, I was really shy.

00:07:25
Speaker 5: I was like a math heard honestly all through high school and even into college. I didn't kind of come into my own until my senior year of college.

00:07:33
Speaker 6: I was a computer science major.

00:07:34
Speaker 5: I was a math minor, so I was a nerd, and I didn't until actually my junior year in college, I joined.

00:07:40
Speaker 6: A sorority and that got me way cooler.

00:07:42
Speaker 5: So I can't imagine even by the time I was in my thirties, although at that point I was married and had four kids, I can't imagine me having the confidence to do this.

00:07:54
Speaker 6: This takes a lot of confidence.

00:07:55
Speaker 5: You have to be able to like the conversations are deep and the emotions are high, and it takes a you know, a level of maturity.

00:08:05
Speaker 6: I'm very impressed in like.

00:08:07
Speaker 5: You guys, the way that you navigate this, because I found it very hard.

00:08:12
Speaker 4: Oh it's hard, if I.

00:08:14
Speaker 2: Could say too, is Joan handled this with so much class? She did, And it's tough with with people that you like and you want to respect them, letting them go. And I was very impressed. I never and I lived this from day one to the last day. I never saw any rudeness, pettiness, anything at all. And it was just handled with so much class that very few people could do. And I think that's one of the reasons she was the Golden Bachelorette. Is they knew she would handle these situations because there were really good guys on this show. And it's it's tough. It's really tough. I could see in her eyes at the Rose ceremonies.

00:08:48
Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, it's not even easy letting people go. But you know, you got.

00:08:55
Speaker 6: The journey. You can only leave the one.

00:08:57
Speaker 4: You can only leave the one.

00:08:58
Speaker 1: Have you guys, so obviously you know when after the engagement, you know, the question is, have you guys talked about marriage, which we'll get we'll get into before we get into two marriage. What are the what do the holidays look like for you? Oh?

00:09:15
Speaker 6: Well, Maryland and Maryland, Maryland and Maryland. Yeah, so yeah, and with my.

00:09:19
Speaker 2: Kids living on the East Coast, it just works. So Thanksgiving and Christmas, we're gonna do that. Right after Christmas, we go to uh, New York City. In December, we're going to be in New York City. Then we start doing some traveling. We've got four big trips coming up in twenty twenty five, so it's going to be a busy year. That's just what we know of right now.

00:09:38
Speaker 1: Or what are the what are those what are those trips?

00:09:41
Speaker 2: Most likely Africa and we're going to get to France and then we go to the Caribbean at the end of January, and then we've got one other one that we're doing. Well.

00:09:49
Speaker 5: We're in New York obviously, so we're gonna spend some time there. Yeah, and those are the three that we like are already kind of planned and so like, you know, we're lucky. That's the whole thing about like the Gold Season is that you know you have time and you have resources now, so you know, you know, Chalk isn't retired, but he can leave his business that runs pretty well without him as long as he's just kind of some oversight. And I have taken a leave of absence, so I'm currently not working, and like we can now kind of concentrate on our relationship and that's really important, I feel like in the beginning, so having like a great time just the two of us in New York City for a while, but we do want to meet you guys for dinner and and you know, you know, be able to go on vacations so and finally be with our friends and being each other's homes. I mean, you know, me being in Kansas is going to be like a vacation for me. I've never been there. I'm going to be like Media's family and going to new places. So you know, all this is still really really fun and new.

00:10:45
Speaker 2: But the fourth trip, the fourth trip is Spain and she's going to go with some friends of mine.

00:10:50
Speaker 1: Wife's mm hm, oh wow, it's fun. Yeah, chock, what you have a big business? What are your What are your employees think about you? Now? Do they look at you differently?

00:11:07
Speaker 2: So the filming when I left and I was gone a week before seeing my mother. So when I got back, they go, can you go away? There's some places running well without you. And I've got a management team and they're doing great. I've got i say, a young man, but a thirty year old gentleman that wants to take the business and run and so you know, it's what I've done. The other thing is I would drive Joan absolutely crazy if I was retired. I need something to do, and that works well. So I like to get up. I get up early every morning and uh but no, it's it's going well. I couldn't you know, I couldn't ask for anything else.

00:11:43
Speaker 1: Have So have you guys had the marriage discussion yet?

00:11:47
Speaker 2: Yeah?

00:11:48
Speaker 6: He asked me, like every day, well why don't we get married?

00:11:50
Speaker 1: Okay, get married?

00:11:53
Speaker 6: Yeah, everybody's following.

00:11:55
Speaker 2: Me thing about women that don't want to marry me, and this is a good time for me to clarify this. Some of the heat that I've taken is the relationship that I had with Kathy is some of the fans go, well, he's got commitment issues. I was with Kathy for nine years and we got engaged two or three years into it. She was very and I supported this. She was very adamant. She had kids in high school or grade school. Actually we met through high school or upper school. And she goes, we're going to get the kids out of school. We're going to get the kids out of school. We didn't live together, and she goes, when that happens, we'll get married. And then she got sick. So, you know, a lot of people there's a backstory to that. And I supported Kathy one hundred percent on that. And her husband was very involved with raising the kids, and she goes, just those dynamics, we just don't need to do it. And I was a single father. My ex wife, you know, lived in another state. So it actually worked out very well and we got to see each other a lot. So it's a little non traditional, but I didn't want to say that. Trust me, I would have married her. And with doan, I said, and when are we getting married? She's like, well, little.

00:12:58
Speaker 5: That first day when we came into the room, where in these like so let's get to know each other. And then the next question was when are we getting married. I mean, certainly it's on the table, like we are going to get married. I'm just not like totally sure. There's a part of me that like, once all of this, like we've been really busy, you know, obviously during this we do a lot of press after you know, you leave, and we'll probably have a bunch of press, you know now for at least a few more weeks.

00:13:23
Speaker 6: And I think I just want to.

00:13:25
Speaker 5: Be like us for a little while without having to plan something big or having anything. I just want to like live and be us and meet each other's friends and go out for dinner and take some vacations. But then I do want to get married, and we've got to see what that looks like. If we want to do an intimate wedding, or if we want to do a big one, or if we want to do a maatro nation wedding, all of those look a little different. So I think we need to have our time kind of outside of bachel nation bubble and you know, get to be a couple.

00:13:52
Speaker 6: For a little while before we start making these big plans.

00:13:55
Speaker 2: We are going to guarantee that.

00:13:57
Speaker 4: Yeah times like I am married, I mean.

00:14:01
Speaker 6: Like I've had thoughts in my mind like let's just.

00:14:03
Speaker 2: Go do it.

00:14:04
Speaker 1: But you know, well, the guys, we'll make it special.

00:14:08
Speaker 4: Nice.

00:14:09
Speaker 2: I think that's the thing is is making it special because it is very unique. But the other thing is we're in our sixties and there's really no rush, there's not a so we'll navigate all that. The love is there and it's going to happen. Trust me, that's my prediction.

00:14:24
Speaker 4: I think you predict right. We're excited for you guys.

00:14:27
Speaker 1: Chock. What's one thing you wish the audience knew about you from watching this show that they may not have picked up during your time on the show.

00:14:36
Speaker 2: What I would say is, looking back through the episodes, is the relationships that I had with the other men, And for whatever reason, you know, they're filming so much is it really showed me very little interaction with the other guys. And Keith was you know, he was loved by everyone. I mean he was always he just had more energy. I'm a little bit more reserved guy. Was you know, the guys in my room. Gary very outgoing, but we had a lot of interactions. It just didn't make it to film. But that's between us, that's the guys. We know our relationships with each other.

00:15:07
Speaker 1: Yeah, Joan, you did such a wonderful, wonderful job as the bachelor at I mean, you really did. What advice would you give the next lead?

00:15:20
Speaker 6: Hmmm?

00:15:21
Speaker 5: Uh, well, so I got advice command to show, which I followed, which was very helpful.

00:15:25
Speaker 6: And then I kind of have my own.

00:15:27
Speaker 5: And that is you have to go in being really open and vulnerable because you have to set the stage. You have to show like that this is this is what you have to do to make this work. You can't go in and have superficial conversations and you know.

00:15:41
Speaker 6: Fun, It's not all about being you know, having fun.

00:15:44
Speaker 5: Fun times are important, but it's about having this important conversations to see that you align on you know, values and that you know you see the next part of your life is in a similar way, you know, you have to look to the future to make sure it's going to work, otherwise there's no reason to be here.

00:16:01
Speaker 6: Personally. I came in with.

00:16:02
Speaker 5: This preconceived notion of how it was going to go, and that was completely different. I came in thinking that I was totally ready, that this was going to be kind of an analytical process, you know, I you know, I was going to analyze each guy and our interactions and picture if I could live with them. And it became way more emotional than I expected, and it, you know, for a lot of different means reasons, one of them being that, you know, I struggled a little bit with figuring out how to get through the whole John thing. I didn't realize that I hadn't really mourned completely and I hadn't figured out how to get past that, and that took a little bit of time.

00:16:39
Speaker 6: And also like how hard it was.

00:16:41
Speaker 5: Going to be to let the guys leave, you know, to send them home. That was particularly difficult, more than expected, and I expected it to be really hard. So I think, like, if I was going to give somebody advice, you know, just let it unfold the way it's organically supposed to and don't come in with prep, you know, this preconceived notions or how well you think it's going to work based on having watched the show.

00:17:03
Speaker 3: Yeah, we did see a lot of your grieving process through this journey of your late husband. What did this process teach you about what it means to kind of date someone new after the loss of a spouse.

00:17:18
Speaker 2: If I can real quick, somebody kind of experienced this as well. I anticipated this if she, if she Joan was really interested in someone, because it's a breaking point where you have this history and you're going, I'm moving forward. So when Joe came in the one episode and she sat down with us and she goes, you know, I'm just struggling this. My mother's not feeling well, it's John. I knew where she was coming from, and it is it's a point where you're not taking the memory away, but you're moving on. And whether it happened before the show or during the show, I was anticipating it because I've been through the same thing.

00:17:54
Speaker 5: And I think what I learned from it was that, like I didn't actually have to move on, you know, in completely. So I had this thought that for me to move on, I would have to completely let go of John, and I just didn't feel ready to do that. I don't think I would ever have been ready to do that. And I finally was relieved of that that notion that like I had to do that, like I was, you know, I met with the psychiatrists in the show, psychiatrists who told me that you don't have to let go of somebody to love somebody else, like he will always be part of your life. You will always be, you know, in your heart, and there's enough room in your heart for somebody else.

00:18:32
Speaker 6: And I just never had any therapy. So after John passed away, it was during COVID and I looked for like a group that I could be part of. I didn't really just necessarily want to see a therapist.

00:18:41
Speaker 5: I wanted to see how other people were navigating life like that were my age and had experienced this, and I couldn't find one at all. I found groups for older adults, you know, people in their eighties and nineties who maybe you know, weren't necessarily you know, have you know, as much life if I had, as I still have ahead of me. And so I never worked through.

00:19:01
Speaker 6: This until I got on the show.

00:19:03
Speaker 5: But then I finally did. So the journey was different than I would have thought it was going to be. But when I learned that I didn't have to leave John behind too, and I could still love somebody else, it was so freeing. It was like such a cathartic moment that I could finally figure out how to.

00:19:20
Speaker 6: Work this journey.

00:19:21
Speaker 1: Yeah, did you guys ever wonder what would have happened if you met in the real world and never went on the show. Do you think it could have worked?

00:19:29
Speaker 2: Absolutely?

00:19:30
Speaker 1: Yeah.

00:19:31
Speaker 2: I've said this earlier that if I was let's say, in DC or Maryland living or working there, if I would have met joan same result. I mean it at the.

00:19:43
Speaker 5: Time, but I don't think that never would have happened. I mean, like I for Maryland, I don't think our past would have ever crossed. I can't ever in a million years, you know, figure out how that would have happened. So like this was meant to be, Like we ended up on this journey together for a reason.

00:19:57
Speaker 3: Yeah, how is it watching back? You're now fiance date all these other.

00:20:05
Speaker 4: Jesus, he didn't watch the show.

00:20:14
Speaker 1: You said it in such a happy way, Hey, Chuck, also.

00:20:22
Speaker 4: Raise that a little bit nicer.

00:20:24
Speaker 2: That's the ten thousand dollars question. And it didn't bother me at all. But she did kiss seven guys.

00:20:29
Speaker 6: I think.

00:20:32
Speaker 2: There was a post, so I think your daughter said you kissed seven guys, somebody was keeping tracking. It's just it's the journey. And even without the show, we both dated before we went on the show. I mean that was and you do that and no problem at all. The great thing of this is I know the guys and good guys, you know, very good men. So uh you know what I there were some guys on there that I thought, I mean it was competition not between us, but I go are good people. These are really good men that I could. You know, I could see Joan or somebody else having a relationship a future.

00:21:07
Speaker 1: With Have you have either of you played matchmaker yet? With your two respected seasons?

00:21:21
Speaker 2: Actually she can help her. She wants the world to be happy and in love.

00:21:25
Speaker 6: I do know if I want everybody to bet.

00:21:28
Speaker 5: So before I came on the show, all of the women from from the Golden Bachelor season were texting amazing you know, you know, you know, I get your leftovers, tell me, you know, find somebody for me.

00:21:41
Speaker 6: So I went in there like kind.

00:21:42
Speaker 5: Of focused when as people were leaving and thinking of who I was going to set them up.

00:21:46
Speaker 6: And I have three of them going right now. One is not going to work, but.

00:21:50
Speaker 5: Two are still happening.

00:21:53
Speaker 6: And I have two more that I'm going to do this week.

00:21:57
Speaker 3: Well, I think we saw a photo of Leslie and Jordan got one of them. Can you give us a hint on maybe who the other ones are? I can't tell you who the other one is. Is not far enough along that I.

00:22:08
Speaker 6: Would feel comfortable to it.

00:22:09
Speaker 4: Okay, totally understand, And I.

00:22:11
Speaker 2: Will tell you. We're having an engagement party. Oh and so we have a lot of bachelor people coming and I can guarantee you that Jon's going to be trying to set everyone up there. Yeah, We've got a big party. We're looking forward to it. It's going to be a lot of fun.

00:22:27
Speaker 4: Oh, that's so exciting.

00:22:29
Speaker 2: We both have family and friends coming from I've got them from around the country that are coming in and looking forward to it. It's going to be a lot of fun.

00:22:37
Speaker 4: Are either Do either of you have children that are single?

00:22:40
Speaker 2: Oh?

00:22:40
Speaker 6: Yes, so I have.

00:22:43
Speaker 5: Both My daughters are married, My oldest son is engaged, and my youngest son lives with his girlfriend.

00:22:47
Speaker 6: So I think mine are all take him.

00:22:49
Speaker 3: Okay, child, would you would you recommend any of your kids to go on Bachelor Bachelorette?

00:22:58
Speaker 2: It was interesting because my son very good looking young man. He's only twenty three and I was.

00:23:05
Speaker 4: I was twenty two when I went on the show.

00:23:08
Speaker 2: Yeah, and not that that is anything wrong with that. I just don't know if he's ready. So there's been talked about it, and then with the casting company going and it's the same thing. What she said to me is she goes, you know, this is serious. This is about finding love. You know, if you're looking for fame, go do something else, you know, go do tiktoks, whatever you want to do. So that's the question for him. My daughter, she's twenty five. I want to find her a man so bad, so bad. And she's a great person, she really just great and she is so much fun. But she is probably the pickiest person I've ever met in my life. Jilly still have a date and I go, Taylor, what happened? Well, you know, he didn't put his fork down right or something like that. Just give him a break, Just come on, you know, enjoy it the moment.

00:23:55
Speaker 3: So better than not picky enough, though, I think, oh, yeah, you're right about that.

00:24:01
Speaker 2: I would what I'd really like to see my daughter on is Bachelor of Paradise. Yeah, I think that.

00:24:08
Speaker 1: I think Yeah, that's the show.

00:24:10
Speaker 6: That's the show.

00:24:11
Speaker 4: You can vouch that, Yeah, we can vention that one chuck.

00:24:14
Speaker 1: Out of all the men from your season, who would you be happiest to see become the next Bachelor?

00:24:22
Speaker 2: So this morning I was thinking about that, and I will tell you, and I'm not sidestepping your question with a non answer, but there's seven to eight guys I think that would do fabulous and each one of them has a different, unique characteristic personality. Start with Charles. Charles, Charles l I mean, the world loves me. He is the nicest guy. I mean, I think it'd be fun to watch. Jordan has an incredible personality that you didn't really see on TV. I mean, the guy is sharp, he is witty, he is fun. Keith the loving guy, you know. Just you've got Pascal that you know, that that suave, you know, gentleman that he is, and so I can just go through I think Dan. And Dan is incredibly good looking. I mean the TV didn't do him that much justice. I mean it showed him, but he is a good looking man. And you've got Jonathan, but I heard he's dating someone.

00:25:16
Speaker 4: Yeah, he said that he's seeing someone, and he was a.

00:25:20
Speaker 2: Gentleman too, and it was he was one of those guys. He was kind of like me. He was he was interactive with the guys, but you know, he was a little bit reserved and I was the same way. But he was so thoughtful and he did care for JOm two. But I mean, what a great guy. And who else There was one other one and see Mark, Mark Mark. You know, Mark is America's sweetheart. And that is that guy. And I'll tell you a story on this, a couple of stories. When he walked into the bachelor mansion the first night, I was probably the only guy that recognized him because I done some research on went up and introduced myself. He was such a gentleman, and he is a worker, doing dishes, cooking, doing everything else. He was on it. And a couple of times I just said, man, you you know you are incredible. He is such a good man. Well the day that the night that he left, he came up and we were giving hugs and he whispers in my ear. He goes, and this is my one commitment when we get married, is he goes, you have to invite me to the wedding. And Mark said that, and it was so it was so special too, but all great guys, and so can I pick one? And I'm not again sidestepping it. I think there'd be so many guys that would be so qualified for this. Part of it is you want the person the right point in their life, you know, with but then you want the fans to really like them. It's important, it's aw you know, it's a show, and to become attached to them. And each one of these guys are just so unique in their own way.

00:26:41
Speaker 5: Ye see, I'm not sure that there's going to be one hundred percent of them available.

00:26:46
Speaker 1: I mean from what I see, well, if you keep meddling, need we need a Golden Bachelor, and you're setting everyone up to.

00:26:55
Speaker 6: Set a couple of people up.

00:26:56
Speaker 5: One said that he already had a girlfriend, and then at Mantel all Christopher came up to me and teld me he has a girlfriend. Doctor Bob has a girlfriend. We've seen kind of out in the media. Mark has a girlfriend or is he dating somebody? Jonathan said on the show that he has a girlfriend. I mean, that's like five right there that are like market. So the guys are good, big, great catches, and the world has seen it now so I'm not sure how many are going to be available.

00:27:23
Speaker 2: And the one that I left out was Gary. Oh yeah, great guy.

00:27:27
Speaker 7: And Greg and Greg Greg awesome, smart, witty, funny. But you know, it's just a you know, I think I think Charles l would be a hoot.

00:27:38
Speaker 1: Though I think that would mean that's my bone. I mean that we.

00:27:42
Speaker 2: Would be a hoot because he's just so unlike the rest of us, you know, I mean his innocence, but is you know, he's so true to himself and he's just I think it would be an absolute hoot to watch him.

00:27:55
Speaker 3: I keep seeing his tiktoks with his daughter. Oh my god, they're so fun.

00:28:00
Speaker 2: Yeah, there's it's Charles two point zero.

00:28:04
Speaker 3: Yes, he told us he's eating really well and he's aging backwards.

00:28:09
Speaker 2: Yes, he goes I'm sixty but I look thirty six, Joe, and he would give us daily jokes. Is you know you didn't see this on camera, but he's funny. He would give us daily jokes. And sometimes they'd go for five minutes. We're like, worre's a munch, Like, oh great, guys.

00:28:28
Speaker 1: Before we let you guys leave, we're going to play a quick newly engaged game. You ready, right, So it's gonna you know, it's just just simple questions, rapid fire. Make sure you don't point in say a name just because audio not visual?

00:28:45
Speaker 2: Okay, joke real quick. Can I take a step back, though, because I would be remissed. I think Jack would be absolutely entertaining to watch as a colded backs.

00:28:53
Speaker 5: Now.

00:28:54
Speaker 2: I don't know if he's the right guy, but oh my gosh, you would be entertaining.

00:28:57
Speaker 6: I remember like him because he's a great cook.

00:29:00
Speaker 1: Yeah it's a good cook. Oh my god, he's an old school Chicago cook. I could tell you.

00:29:08
Speaker 2: I'm sorry to interrupt you. I just wanted to throw that.

00:29:10
Speaker 1: You're good, Okay, got it, got it all right? Whose chicken noodle soup is better?

00:29:19
Speaker 2: Joe?

00:29:21
Speaker 1: Who's the better cook? Overall?

00:29:25
Speaker 2: Joe?

00:29:26
Speaker 6: It's gonna say talk, So I think I could go.

00:29:28
Speaker 1: You right, Who's the better dancer?

00:29:32
Speaker 6: Neither say Joe? But I don't know that's right. See him dance?

00:29:40
Speaker 5: We haven't actually like danced, really, I don't think you better to take dance lessons.

00:29:46
Speaker 6: We're thinking about.

00:29:47
Speaker 1: Well, now you guys have to dance at your engagement party.

00:29:49
Speaker 6: Oh yeah, okay, there you go. I have to have two glosses of wine, be.

00:29:53
Speaker 2: Pard to that.

00:29:54
Speaker 1: Who's the early bird talk? Who's the planner between the two of you?

00:30:01
Speaker 2: Both?

00:30:02
Speaker 6: Yeah, we're both.

00:30:04
Speaker 1: Who's more adventurous? Who's the better driver?

00:30:12
Speaker 2: We've never driven to you?

00:30:13
Speaker 5: We don't know, we've never been in a car together.

00:30:19
Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, yeah I.

00:30:20
Speaker 1: Would have been yeah. Yeah. When when Serena and I got engaged at the end, she when she left my hotel room, she left me her number and said, here's here's here's your fiance is a phone.

00:30:35
Speaker 6: The first time he told me, I was like, who is this?

00:30:38
Speaker 4: You know what's crazy too? I was thinking about this the other day.

00:30:40
Speaker 3: Is I remember being at the airport texting Joe and feeling like, oh, like am I texting him?

00:30:46
Speaker 4: Like too much? Like should I like so much? Like how fast is he going to respond?

00:30:50
Speaker 7: Like?

00:30:50
Speaker 1: I don't know?

00:30:51

00:31:31
Speaker 6: I'd say maybe say chocolate.

00:31:33
Speaker 1: You know who shops more Joe?

00:31:38
