<v Speaker 1>All right, tweet cold live. <v Speaker 2>Already my people, my wonderful nontender friends and family listening <v Speaker 2>at home on this beautiful first day of August, ninety <v Speaker 2>two degrees out here and haling. <v Speaker 1>It's hot. It's hot. <v Speaker 2>Anybody in the studio right now, how are you all throwing? <v Speaker 2>How you old feeling? <v Speaker 1>We're back, We got Max, we got Ey. Oh my god, <v Speaker 1>already cut to everybody. But the family is back together. <v Speaker 2>Family's back here. And of course Ham is here. But <v Speaker 2>he's old news. Now well, okay, now he's Ham that's <v Speaker 2>been left out. He's old news, even though I've been <v Speaker 2>here for almost every season. He's Ham that's getting old furry. <v Speaker 3>Oh, you guys are making me feel like the Ham <v Speaker 3>that's in my fridge right now. <v Speaker 1>That we had a big episode of a lot of nothing. <v Speaker 2>Well, okay, I disagree. I said solid it's fun. I <v Speaker 2>said the solid amount of things we could talk about. <v Speaker 1>No, it's fun. I'm actually really excited to talk about <v Speaker 1>a lot of this stuff. <v Speaker 2>Some highlights of the Game Boy five years old. We <v Speaker 2>like Nintendo. I'm sure there's a lot of memories in <v Speaker 2>this room of playing the Game Boy. A little piece <v Speaker 2>of plastic is older than all of us, I know, <v Speaker 2>and speaking of old other than us and that piece <v Speaker 2>of plastic any s Games the World Championship Nintendo. <v Speaker 1>I finally played it. <v Speaker 2>I finally sat down on a stream and raced a <v Speaker 2>hairy man from Brooklyn. He's not from Brooklyn, but a <v Speaker 2>hairy man from Long Island. There is a difference, There <v Speaker 2>is a big I forget about it. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, there you go. <v Speaker 2>I raced him, and I have some results to tell <v Speaker 2>you about all of them. I pre ordered it at <v Speaker 2>a best Buy and I was supposed to pick it <v Speaker 2>up when I was in LA and I didn't, so <v Speaker 2>they canceled my pre orders. <v Speaker 1>I don't have the game. <v Speaker 2>Oh my god, I don't like that. I do that <v Speaker 2>like with game stuff too. <v Speaker 1>Five days. <v Speaker 2>You have to go in and extend it if you <v Speaker 2>if you're all want to take longer. <v Speaker 1>I didn't even know you could it. This is silly <v Speaker 1>to be able to extend if you're in, just get it. <v Speaker 4>Uh. <v Speaker 2>But yeah, I preordered things at game stuff before and <v Speaker 2>not gone in a few days and they're like, oh, <v Speaker 2>we saw it to someone else. <v Speaker 1>I'm like, but that's even I that was my pre order. <v Speaker 3>I don't even know how to deal with it on <v Speaker 3>Seinfeld where like he made the car reservation and they're <v Speaker 3>just like, well, we don't have it, and he's like, well, <v Speaker 3>I don't think you know. <v Speaker 1>What what do you mean? What is reservation? I'm reserving. <v Speaker 2>We also we were a little few minutes late, and <v Speaker 2>we said in chat it was because you'd be soft <v Speaker 2>technically we are technically it was I wanted to get <v Speaker 2>my Star Wars Outlaws footage that we talked about last week, <v Speaker 2>and logging in and downloading it took way longer than <v Speaker 2>I thought it would. <v Speaker 1>It was kind of a nightmare. <v Speaker 2>But I have it and I can show it briefly <v Speaker 2>a little, not too much because I know audio listeners. <v Speaker 2>And by the way, audio listeners, if you listen. <v Speaker 1>To the audio, thanks, that's it. That's it, that's it. <v Speaker 1>Sound good? <v Speaker 2>How does it sound? You're getting blast with those ads. <v Speaker 1>My tampons are in the fridge we got right before. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>we went live. <v Speaker 2>A lot of people have said that the ads on <v Speaker 2>the audio platforms blaringly loud? <v Speaker 1>Do we have any control over that? Automatically our audio <v Speaker 1>is maxed out? <v Speaker 2>Well, it's also correct me if I'm wrong. <v Speaker 1>We don't have control over where the ads go in <v Speaker 1>those on those. <v Speaker 2>We got in trouble once with a sponsor. I'm not <v Speaker 2>going to say who it is, but it's a coffee sponsor, okay, <v Speaker 2>because a Duncan doughnut ad played on the episode that <v Speaker 2>they were on and I was like, they wanted us <v Speaker 2>to redo the ad and I was like, my guys, <v Speaker 2>that's not how I'm not Donkey. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I'm not dunk. <v Speaker 2>If Duncan was paying us to do something, I don't <v Speaker 2>think we'd be using you to do it. To be honest, <v Speaker 2>Like some guys somewhere listening that worked for that company <v Speaker 2>managed to just got a Duncan and spilled this coffee <v Speaker 2>He got a Duncan ad on it on his and <v Speaker 2>I'm like, that's that's you. <v Speaker 1>Were the odds of that. Yeah, maybe you're googling the <v Speaker 1>wrong thing. Sure, problem my man um. All right. <v Speaker 2>Anyway, we also have some other fun stuff to talk about, <v Speaker 2>and we have, as we do every week, a voicemail <v Speaker 2>to listen to we do and hand wanted me to <v Speaker 2>pass on. By the way, when you leave these voicemails, okay, <v Speaker 2>don't make me. <v Speaker 1>Okay, it's. <v Speaker 2>If they're over a minute, we can't play them really <v Speaker 2>that's kind of I can say. <v Speaker 3>Is thank god that Google Voice. Actually it's not Google Voice, <v Speaker 3>it's your real phone number, right we my phone number, <v Speaker 3>phone before my phone. Yeah, thank god that Google Voice <v Speaker 3>allegedly does transcribe those messages so we can actually kind <v Speaker 3>of see what they are before they come in. <v Speaker 2>Yes, Hand pointed out that a minute long voice mail <v Speaker 2>is what did you say, six sixtieth of the whole <v Speaker 2>episode if we played it, So yeah, we probably should <v Speaker 2>keep them shot up. <v Speaker 1>I'm really into mathematically kind of laying things down for <v Speaker 1>you guys. You're very smart like that. I try to be. <v Speaker 1>You want to hit me with it? <v Speaker 5>Oh? <v Speaker 1>You want to do it right now? Yeah? <v Speaker 2>Sure, we talking about it, but we could come back <v Speaker 2>to it later if you don't want to. <v Speaker 1>It's ready alright, you ready listen. <v Speaker 4>We probably want to boost a from Boston and then <v Speaker 4>we talk about mental health good amount on your channels. <v Speaker 4>And I'm wondering, would you ever consider having an open <v Speaker 4>discussion about video games is a few tool, not just <v Speaker 4>an escape, but an actual method for healing. For instance, <v Speaker 4>when I was a kid, I got through my parents <v Speaker 4>divorced by playing Earth and it really helped me out. <v Speaker 1>And later look at me and smile. <v Speaker 4>And kick the habit by playing super Smash Corollers with <v Speaker 4>my friends all the time, just wondering if you to <v Speaker 4>forget into any discussions about stuff like that. Thank you. <v Speaker 1>Why did you look at me and smile? You looked <v Speaker 1>at me, and I got I got awkward. <v Speaker 2>I was like, you looked at me, and we just <v Speaker 2>started staring at each other, and then you started smiling. <v Speaker 1>I was like, because I'm on camera, if I smile <v Speaker 1>right now. <v Speaker 2>In innate reaction to stuff like this is a smile <v Speaker 2>or yeah, yeah, yeah, sorry. <v Speaker 4>No. <v Speaker 2>It was a little funny going from like the the <v Speaker 2>yelling about everything in the room and me about to <v Speaker 2>tell the story of how I was hit by a <v Speaker 2>bus today to hit the I hit the bus whatever. <v Speaker 1>We'll get to that. It came out of nowhere. It <v Speaker 1>came out of nowhere. <v Speaker 2>He kept saying, get out of the way, and you said, <v Speaker 2>I don't speak English. <v Speaker 1>Let's go back to the voice. Man. I missed the <v Speaker 1>guy's name because I believe it was Jason from from Boston. <v Speaker 3>And Jason was interesting because he's asking about like like <v Speaker 3>games that kind of help you cope and stuff like that. <v Speaker 3>I thought it was interesting because I keep getting ads <v Speaker 3>because Instagram's got me locked in and they understand that <v Speaker 3>I'm having a mental health crisis pretty regularly, but they're <v Speaker 3>just like, hey, if you ever want to talk to <v Speaker 3>a therapist and play Starduo Valley at the same time, <v Speaker 3>Oh yeah, animal process. <v Speaker 2>So I have talked in the past about using video <v Speaker 2>games for depression. I talked all the and one of <v Speaker 2>my videos maybe that this is me video way back <v Speaker 2>in the day. I don't know how the whole reason <v Speaker 2>I got into video games in the first place was. <v Speaker 2>And this is why I laughed a little bit, because <v Speaker 2>I knew things were about to get really serious out <v Speaker 2>of nowhere. But growing up, I did not have the <v Speaker 2>best parents. I was forced to isolate in my room. <v Speaker 2>I was never allowed out of my room. For the <v Speaker 2>longest time, I wasn't allowed to do anything in my room. <v Speaker 2>But then at some point I managed to buy an <v Speaker 2>N sixty four. I think because I started working like thirteen, <v Speaker 2>and I started playing Zelda, and I instantly found an <v Speaker 2>escape that I could go to these like fantasy worlds <v Speaker 2>and I could actually like Yeah, So I started getting <v Speaker 2>super into video games, and as I got a little <v Speaker 2>bit older and then ended up, luckily enough, got kicked <v Speaker 2>out of the house at sixteen, which was the best <v Speaker 2>thing that ever happened to me. I was able to <v Speaker 2>go to my friend's houses and play their video games. <v Speaker 1>And yeah, that's. <v Speaker 2>That's the whole My whole coping mechanism was video games. <v Speaker 2>And I yeah, I definitely have talked about that before, <v Speaker 2>and uh, I think that's how a lot of people <v Speaker 2>have bonded with me and my content and each other <v Speaker 2>in video games in general over the years. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I agree. <v Speaker 2>I think that, like video games are definitely like a <v Speaker 2>coping mechanism but also an escape, right, Like you're. <v Speaker 1>You're going into this world, this reality that's not. <v Speaker 2>Part of what you're dealing with, and it allows you <v Speaker 2>to like not forget about but it distracts you about it. Yeah, <v Speaker 2>and you can play a game for hours too. Like <v Speaker 2>there's other things that you know, you can read books, <v Speaker 2>you can watch movies, you can dive into TV shows, <v Speaker 2>but there's something about games that you really put yourself <v Speaker 2>into the experience and you sit there for hours on <v Speaker 2>end and you can lose yourself for hours on end. <v Speaker 2>And I think it's just it's so much easier to <v Speaker 2>use it as a coping mechanism than some those other <v Speaker 2>more fleeting entertainment experiences. <v Speaker 3>If you could pick like any game as like the best, <v Speaker 3>Like if you had a modern, a modern day game <v Speaker 3>today to cope with your situation from when you were younger, <v Speaker 3>what would you pick? <v Speaker 2>If I could take a game from today and put <v Speaker 2>it and give it back to me. <v Speaker 1>When you were thirteen? WHOA, that's deep. Sorry, I have <v Speaker 1>maybe Star Do Valley, but I have something I kept, <v Speaker 1>something to ease the tender. You have something to apologize. <v Speaker 2>This is not ele okay on I keep talking. Uh, <v Speaker 2>probably are you going to play that right now? I'm <v Speaker 2>so confused by what's asked for the mood. I can <v Speaker 2>I hear it microphone. I would probably take something like <v Speaker 2>Star Do Valley just because, uh, it's. <v Speaker 1>Staring at me too. <v Speaker 2>Is a lot, It's like serenading me in the corner, <v Speaker 2>just because it's a game that you can play, replay <v Speaker 2>and replay and replay in. There's so much content in it, <v Speaker 2>and it is truly an escape game, and it's so <v Speaker 2>relaxing and therapeutic. And I'd never really experienced a game <v Speaker 2>like that when I was a kid. I only ever <v Speaker 2>played like action games which were great and that's what <v Speaker 2>I wanted to play. But yeah, I think something like <v Speaker 2>Startty Value Yeah definitely. Also Study Value would be good <v Speaker 2>because it's like a pixel lot game, and I wouldn't <v Speaker 2>ruin myself for other games for years to come. <v Speaker 1>That's true. <v Speaker 2>If I gave myself like Fia Fantasy seven Rebirth when <v Speaker 2>I was fifteen, Yeah, what am I going to do <v Speaker 2>after that? <v Speaker 1>Yeah? Every game is going to look like shit. <v Speaker 2>You know. I agree with that, absolutely mind blowing, but <v Speaker 2>it would ruin things for me. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. I know that. <v Speaker 3>When I was younger, I got through tough times by <v Speaker 3>playing a lot of GTA just take out my anger <v Speaker 3>and frustration people on the street. <v Speaker 1>I know that. I know that. Maybe you haven't really <v Speaker 1>changed in that way. I haven't changed that way. Yeah, No, <v Speaker 1>I had a bust today. <v Speaker 3>Now, But I remember in GTA four I would take <v Speaker 3>I would find a fast car and I would just <v Speaker 3>drive up the sidewalk in Times Square. <v Speaker 1>I want to where that was going. Because you were like, no. <v Speaker 2>Because I used to beat up people, and then you're <v Speaker 2>like I would find a white Oh my god. <v Speaker 1>I didn't know that. Yeah, he's just playing the thing. <v Speaker 2>Do you feel do you feel that that helped you <v Speaker 2>back then the gyah? <v Speaker 1>Yeah, big time. <v Speaker 3>It would help me today too, because say, for instance, <v Speaker 3>if I hit a bus, I would just go back <v Speaker 3>home play GTA five steal that bus. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. <v Speaker 5>I don't know, man, Max, do you have any anything <v Speaker 5>like that? I was just thinking about that. A game <v Speaker 5>I played a lot as a kid was just set radio. <v Speaker 5>And so if I could go back in time and <v Speaker 5>set myself a game, I probably do a similar thing. <v Speaker 5>I don't want to give myself too good of graphics <v Speaker 5>or like a new console, so I'd probably send myself <v Speaker 5>like you know, the new bomb Rush cyberpunk game. <v Speaker 1>Okay, have you played that anyway? <v Speaker 6>Yeah? <v Speaker 1>And you like it? Yeah you don't like it? No, <v Speaker 1>I haven't played it. <v Speaker 5>Oh no, it's great. Yeah, it's good. It's it's very <v Speaker 5>much like just said radio. It's almost like a carbon cop. <v Speaker 2>Well, yeah, anyway, anyway, I hit a bus today. Did <v Speaker 2>you like that I did? <v Speaker 1>What is that? What did you get that? This is <v Speaker 1>not mine? <v Speaker 2>This is kills, it's a or something. He found it <v Speaker 2>on the street on the street. We fixed it up, <v Speaker 2>and it's it's cool. It's like sounds very like beautiful. <v Speaker 1>It does freak did he find I was in Riverwood. <v Speaker 1>It was somewhere. It was somewhere here. <v Speaker 2>Actually, like all the hipsters sounds, it sounds nicest. <v Speaker 1>On its own. I was like, two, it does sound nice, <v Speaker 1>very like. It almost sounds like a hurdy gurdy. Is <v Speaker 1>it yours? Is it his? But it's in here, so <v Speaker 1>it's technically mine. Yeah? True? <v Speaker 2>Anyway, just like me right now, technically do with me <v Speaker 2>what you will about the bus. Yeah, I will talk <v Speaker 2>about the bus. But you know how you said you <v Speaker 2>went the Instagram show. Would you do some some stuff? <v Speaker 1>Oh? <v Speaker 2>Yeah, this is what Instagram shows me. I had this <v Speaker 2>pulled up in the dock already, VR gaming shoes. Look <v Speaker 2>at these guys, like at these suckers. <v Speaker 1>That looks like a break and it sends you into <v Speaker 1>the wall. Exactly what was the thing that omni? Uh? I? <v Speaker 2>So I know why it's recommending this to me because <v Speaker 2>I used to look into those like treadmills, the ones <v Speaker 2>you stand in me, the Omni ones. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. <v Speaker 2>I actually reached out to the company because they were <v Speaker 2>in Texas and I was like, could you send me this? <v Speaker 2>And I'm like yeah, whenever it's done, And it never happened. <v Speaker 2>I I kind of like this because as goofy and <v Speaker 2>dumb as they look, you don't need to have a <v Speaker 2>giant treadmill some like thing that's always in the room <v Speaker 2>that you can't move around. <v Speaker 1>But what happens if it turns on and launches it. <v Speaker 1>It is pretty funny. The question we have to figure out, right. <v Speaker 2>It would be how much would it suck these like people, <v Speaker 2>these companies making these treadmills that can't get them out. <v Speaker 2>They're still working on them, and then these shoes come <v Speaker 2>out like fuck, and then you don't need the treble anymore. Yeah, <v Speaker 2>they seem to be pretty omnidirectional too, But like the <v Speaker 2>guy stride, that's not how people walk. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, yeah, he's walking like Joe, just real slow. Yeah. <v Speaker 1>I want they come with one game and it's just <v Speaker 1>all you have to do is successfully walk up the <v Speaker 1>stairs to air Force one. That's it. <v Speaker 2>Awesome, Just don't fall anyway. I just wanted to show <v Speaker 2>you that, uh yeah, quickly I hit a bus. I <v Speaker 2>uh so New York. It really was quick New York <v Speaker 2>City streets. I like to think I've gotten pretty good <v Speaker 2>at driving them, but there's a lot of like needing <v Speaker 2>to quickly go around things and like duck around things. <v Speaker 2>And like a lot of the streets around here, people <v Speaker 2>just park on the street, like giant buses, amazon trucks, <v Speaker 2>garbage man workers. I'll just park on the street. So <v Speaker 2>now all of a sudden you have to go into <v Speaker 2>the other lane, so you have to wait for the <v Speaker 2>cars to come by. And I turned down this one <v Speaker 2>street there was like a whole row of cars and <v Speaker 2>buses just all parked on the right hand lane, and <v Speaker 2>all the cars coming on the left were not giving <v Speaker 2>me any clearance. And so I was trying to like <v Speaker 2>be like, hey, I gotta go around. Can someone please <v Speaker 2>give me some space? The cars behind me are beeping. <v Speaker 2>So I start forcing my way through, like making cars <v Speaker 2>in the other lane like need to like start dodging me. <v Speaker 2>But my car, it's got a fat butt, got fat ass, <v Speaker 2>it's skinny at the front, a fat butt. <v Speaker 1>And I managed to fit through. <v Speaker 2>And as I'm as I'm pushing through, I hear this <v Speaker 2>and obviously felt like a big bump. It sounded almost <v Speaker 2>exactly like a white car hitting a pox bus. <v Speaker 1>Okay, exactly what happened. Yeah, So I kept driving New York. <v Speaker 2>I just kept there was no one in the bus. <v Speaker 2>I looked that there was no one in there. There's <v Speaker 2>all these cars still waiting to go behind me, and <v Speaker 2>there were so many cars like backing up the whole <v Speaker 2>rest of the street. I wouldn't even know where to <v Speaker 2>pull over, Like what, I'm gonna pull over two streets <v Speaker 2>down and walk back. Yeah, I did what I did <v Speaker 2>on a parked bus. <v Speaker 1>I did what I did, and I have. <v Speaker 2>To live with those those decisions. And when I got <v Speaker 2>out my car, I was for sure. I was like, <v Speaker 2>I'm going to be so upset when I see the damage. <v Speaker 1>And I saw it. It's pretty bad. <v Speaker 2>But it's right on the same spot that I already <v Speaker 2>hit on my garage for the same reason of not <v Speaker 2>knowing as so I made. I made the dent worse. <v Speaker 2>But I was like, well, at least it's the same spot, <v Speaker 2>the same dent. It's the same dent, but now it's bigger. <v Speaker 1>Do you don't want to show the damage or no? Okay, <v Speaker 1>let's go outside. <v Speaker 2>Yeah you want to take money, you want to take <v Speaker 2>the cameras? All right, let's get into some actual Nintendo <v Speaker 2>news and topics and stuff. Uh little little light one <v Speaker 2>to start us off here, Zelder Tears of the Kingdom <v Speaker 2>soundtrack now available, but only in Japan. <v Speaker 1>How beautiful is that? It's quite beautiful. <v Speaker 2>They did one of these for Breath of the Wild <v Speaker 2>that look that look exactly like this, and I have it. <v Speaker 1>I should have brought. <v Speaker 5>It only in Japan, just like the Doctor Pepper float <v Speaker 5>only in Japan. <v Speaker 1>Oh yeah, that's in Burger King. I saw what is <v Speaker 1>it like a Nintendo store in Japan's no, he's talking <v Speaker 1>about the disks. I'm assuming. <v Speaker 2>Here's the thing though, I saw that Dr Pepper float. <v Speaker 2>I'm still on it. You can get off that, And <v Speaker 2>I was like, my first thought was, of course Japan <v Speaker 2>gets that. <v Speaker 1>I love Dr Pepper, love ice cream. I would want that. <v Speaker 1>Just get Doctor Pepper instantly. <v Speaker 2>I can make that. You want the king to make <v Speaker 2>it for you. There's a big difference. <v Speaker 1>I don't care. <v Speaker 2>Just like how when you go to McDonald's Japan they <v Speaker 2>have shrimp nuggets that actually sounds great. They hadn't we <v Speaker 2>were there. I don't know they weren't they what Donald's <v Speaker 2>we got that day? That we got it that night? Yeah, <v Speaker 2>it made me so sick. Well, ye, because you don't <v Speaker 2>eat that ship So like no, I was like yeah, <v Speaker 2>it's like I ate it and I got the Grand Mac. <v Speaker 2>The ship was fucked like jet lagged. I ate it <v Speaker 2>and then we went right to bed. <v Speaker 1>Dude, you screwed yourself big time. I'm just confused. We <v Speaker 1>have shrimp nuggets here too, like popa is but different. <v Speaker 1>So yeah, they're bright orange. They're good. <v Speaker 2>You got a new Chicken Place skit that put in <v Speaker 2>their house Nashville Chicken. <v Speaker 6>Is it Nashville? Is it Nashville Hot? It's so good good? Well, yeah, <v Speaker 6>I had Oh, we had it after the last episode. <v Speaker 6>It was so good as fire. The poop I took <v Speaker 6>on the turnpike. <v Speaker 1>Wow, I had to talk You took a poop on <v Speaker 1>the turnpike. Yeah, no, in my car. I talked him <v Speaker 1>down from getting it again yesterday. Oh really? Yeah? All right. <v Speaker 2>Anyway, so they made a Breath of the Wild one <v Speaker 2>of these, and I have it in my collection and <v Speaker 2>I would love to get this too. It even comes <v Speaker 2>with a little I don't know, paperweight mashed the sword <v Speaker 2>type thing, a whooping three hundred and forty four tracks <v Speaker 2>across nine discs. Gotta be honest, would never listen to it? <v Speaker 1>Would do you want this? Yeah? I just said I <v Speaker 1>I can get it. I want that. I can get it. <v Speaker 3>I can get it bought for you this weekend. Okay, <v Speaker 3>how I have a guy in Tokyo right now? <v Speaker 1>Can you have a guy in Tokyo? <v Speaker 6>A guy? <v Speaker 1>Is his name Miamoto? <v Speaker 3>No, his name Iso? But he he he lives there. <v Speaker 3>I'll switch to me. <v Speaker 1>He lives there. <v Speaker 3>Uh, and he has a what do you call it? <v Speaker 3>He's got a like a like a po box, like <v Speaker 3>a US po box. We can sell a week. <v Speaker 2>Can he send us this and also shrimp nuggets and McDonald's. <v Speaker 1>I don't know about the shrimp and doctor pepper flo. <v Speaker 1>Can he get two of the disc things? Because I <v Speaker 1>want it to I have a little brother that lives <v Speaker 1>in Japan. He won't send me. <v Speaker 2>Ship's problem, homie. <v Speaker 1>It sure is what soundar were listening to you right now? <v Speaker 1>I have no idea. Hey, watch your mouth. That's all. <v Speaker 2>That's all I can read. Ah, it's it's from I <v Speaker 2>don't know it is? <v Speaker 1>Do it? Yeah? Yeah, I'm not. <v Speaker 2>I don't nine discs. I mean like a lot. I <v Speaker 2>don't even have a disc play. You remember those disc <v Speaker 2>players that had like the multi the multi and my <v Speaker 2>dad still has it. Yeah, if I had that. Maybe <v Speaker 2>I would load it up. Maybe I just wanted to <v Speaker 2>have it. Honestly, I'm sick. <v Speaker 1>A little sword ornament thing'll sort of play. <v Speaker 2>This looks exactly like the Breath of the Wild one. <v Speaker 2>All right, that's that thoughts, opinions, chat you want it? <v Speaker 1>How much is it? It is? It's a good question. <v Speaker 1>It doesn't say I don't think. Yeah. <v Speaker 3>I mean if you guys, if you guys want it, <v Speaker 3>like I can get it. I can get it purchased <v Speaker 3>for you, but funds need to be sent for me. <v Speaker 1>They should come with like a USB drive, just so <v Speaker 1>you can, just if you don't want to deal with this. So, oh, <v Speaker 1>there's two This is worth noting. <v Speaker 2>There's two versions, one with the paperweight, one without, and <v Speaker 2>they have different box art and it says it says <v Speaker 2>twenty thousand circle. <v Speaker 1>Dude, I can buy it on Amazon right now. <v Speaker 2>I don't know what so much is. But if we're <v Speaker 2>assuming it's yen Amazon, okay, it's two. That's what I <v Speaker 2>was gonna say to twenty thousand bucks. <v Speaker 1>But like I'm saying, you don't have to go to <v Speaker 1>Japan to get it. Oh well, screw screw Hams. <v Speaker 6>Guy. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, it's the same. It's the same price on Amazon. <v Speaker 2>It's well at one hundred and ninety three ninety nine <v Speaker 2>and it releases next week. <v Speaker 1>Oh go ahead, love it. <v Speaker 2>In it only what what is the master sword thing? <v Speaker 2>That's a paper It's like a little paperweight. It as <v Speaker 2>cute as ship though. <v Speaker 1>I love that. <v Speaker 2>Oh baby, isn't it? I hate my versions always twice <v Speaker 2>as much. Yeah, but you need to get the paper <v Speaker 2>and then what the regular one? <v Speaker 1>Was that? That coming said? <v Speaker 5>I hate when my papers fly away, so we still <v Speaker 5>use paper? Yeah, oh this is just the CD got it? Okay, <v Speaker 5>Like they're just advertising a brick. They're like, it's a brick, <v Speaker 5>I mean paper weight. <v Speaker 1>It's cool, you can have it. I premise. <v Speaker 2>Did you guys hear about the east the Nintendo esport <v Speaker 2>the Eastport Olympics? Okay, I had him having a hot time. <v Speaker 2>Do you hear about the Olympic esports? No? <v Speaker 1>Really? <v Speaker 6>Wait? <v Speaker 2>This is wait like there's like it's part of the Olympics. <v Speaker 2>I don't even have this linked. I was just going <v Speaker 2>to talk about it with the room. <v Speaker 1>Are they in Paris? <v Speaker 4>Uh? <v Speaker 1>Yeah? Who was in Paris? So Paris four? Yeah? Dude, <v Speaker 1>I was because like, what are you doing, man, you. <v Speaker 2>Can cut some ice screen. I don't know too much <v Speaker 2>about it. I was hoping someone else in the room <v Speaker 2>would elaborate trophies look sick though. Yeah, I mean they <v Speaker 2>they added east esports to the actual Olympics. <v Speaker 1>I did not hear about that. <v Speaker 2>So this is the Paris twenty twenty four est sport <v Speaker 2>Olympics series. <v Speaker 5>They also added skateboarding, which is cool. I saw that <v Speaker 5>that's been a thing. <v Speaker 1>That's the thing. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, the last year, the new the new sport that <v Speaker 2>they added was breaking that was there's only one thing <v Speaker 2>that was brand new Olympics and his breakdown street fight <v Speaker 2>a six exhibition. So I guess you fight a six <v Speaker 2>is part of I don't know what what is part <v Speaker 2>of the What are the Olympic games? These are usually games, <v Speaker 2>video games, wrestling. They had break dancing. I think to <v Speaker 2>the actual did you hear what? I he literally just said, <v Speaker 2>did you know that? This is a fun fact about <v Speaker 2>the Olympics this year? They so when they were you <v Speaker 2>can go back to me, you're were on you No, no, <v Speaker 2>but like away from this one a Google show. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, he's charging things. I don't have to look bad <v Speaker 1>my history. <v Speaker 2>They actually used uh when they were renovating the Eiffel Tower. <v Speaker 2>They kept pieces of the metal and they actually used <v Speaker 2>like I think it was eighteen grams of the medal <v Speaker 2>in each Olympic medal that gets given out for this year. <v Speaker 2>So did you watch the opening ceremony? No, I don't <v Speaker 2>watch the Olympics. I watched it. <v Speaker 1>Uh. <v Speaker 2>It was crazy and fucking what was the band that played? <v Speaker 2>Lady got Jira played. It was the first time a <v Speaker 2>metal a metal band ever played at the Olympics. <v Speaker 1>It was fucking crazy. They had fire and it was <v Speaker 1>all around like a castle. It was. It was so metal, dude. <v Speaker 1>I was like, yeah, that's awesome. <v Speaker 3>I've been in their studio too. They have a studio <v Speaker 3>and broke and oh yeah, my friends record there. <v Speaker 2>So Cal's friend is like the drummer or something there. <v Speaker 2>They're like, they're not far at all from here. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, I honestly don't understand what the what the deal <v Speaker 2>is with the Esport Olympics. I don't know if it's real. <v Speaker 2>I don't know what's happening. There's a Wikipedia page on it. <v Speaker 1>The website is really official. <v Speaker 2>Paris as the host the twenty fourth Summer Olympics. <v Speaker 5>So the thing about the Olympics, right, it's every four years, right, <v Speaker 5>and all these sports are like pretty old, so you <v Speaker 5>can practice the sports, but it's like, how do you <v Speaker 5>do esports? <v Speaker 1>Because the games change. <v Speaker 5>Well faster than that, I feel like, because look at <v Speaker 5>a new Street Fighter game. <v Speaker 2>They're saying they might add Rocket League Street Fighters and <v Speaker 2>NBA two K. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, I'm just trying to think of like what the <v Speaker 5>game would be, you know what I mean, Because it's like, <v Speaker 5>what if the new techan comes out or something, right. <v Speaker 1>And it would be the new Tech? Yeah, but how <v Speaker 1>do you train for that all year by playing the <v Speaker 1>original Tech? And the control are all the same, I mean, <v Speaker 1>but it's such a different game. <v Speaker 2>I feel like, I mean, it's it's just dude, why <v Speaker 2>is EVO a thing every year? And well, yeah, Evo's different, <v Speaker 2>that makes sense. But I'm just trying to figure out <v Speaker 2>what the games would be, Like Evo's one thing because <v Speaker 2>they advertise it like, I guess a year in advance. <v Speaker 1>I don't know. Olympics seems more like a lot more <v Speaker 1>on the trophies look sick though. <v Speaker 2>It's worth speaking of Olympics and Nintendo, Uh, Mario and Sonic. <v Speaker 2>The Sports series is finished yes, yeah, no more. No <v Speaker 2>more Olympic games with that sucks Warrio Lee Lee Cocker. <v Speaker 2>Yeah ie, that's right, Yeah he does. Who has worked <v Speaker 2>on every Mario and Sonic game recently put out a <v Speaker 2>message on social media stating there won't be anymore Mario <v Speaker 2>and Sonic game for the twenty four Olympics, given the <v Speaker 2>event is happening now. That's not exactly surprising, but the <v Speaker 2>message also claims that the series is finished. Things supposedly <v Speaker 2>wrapped up with the Tokyo twenty twenty two. Did anybody <v Speaker 2>actually play these games? I don't think I've ever played one. <v Speaker 2>I've never I think I played maybe once at someone's house. <v Speaker 2>That's so weird. It's so random. Just Mario and Sonic <v Speaker 2>Olympic games. And they would always release in tandem with <v Speaker 2>the actual Olympic Games. <v Speaker 1>What kind of Olympic games would they have? The sports? <v Speaker 1>You'd see Mario playing this. That's kind of a mix <v Speaker 1>of the esports and the Olympic game. Fucking nuts. Imagine <v Speaker 1>that's the game on the Olympics. That would be sick. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>but they had the championship. <v Speaker 3>I mean, I don't know, it's trying to capitalize it. <v Speaker 3>I was thinking maybe I'm crazy for that. I feel <v Speaker 3>like Valorie's really popular and it will continue to be. <v Speaker 1>Or csgo would be a cool Olympic sport. Yeah maybe csgo. <v Speaker 1>Oh that's what was that. <v Speaker 2>It's me trying to find Olympic games. Oh, this is <v Speaker 2>the Summer Olympic Games twenty twenty. Yes, so here's some <v Speaker 2>here's some boxing. But Wichie versus this U scat Luigi <v Speaker 2>rule thirty four, ready and willing participant right here that <v Speaker 2>I have no idea. <v Speaker 5>That's that's daddy. That's from Colors. Sonic Colors is one <v Speaker 5>of the. <v Speaker 1>One of the colors. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, we're gone, We're back in Luigi Versus the Devil. <v Speaker 1>Why did they pin Luigi with this guy of all people? <v Speaker 2>Dude, They're like, yeah, let's put the scary because yeah, <v Speaker 2>Luigi likes. <v Speaker 5>The scary guys. This is Luigi's mansion. Actually, this is <v Speaker 5>one of the minigames. <v Speaker 1>Would explain to our audio listeners what we're looking at <v Speaker 1>right now. I don't know if I can. That's the thing. <v Speaker 2>We're watching gameplay of Mario and Sonic at the twenty <v Speaker 2>twenty Olympic Games. We just saw Luigi fighting a devil <v Speaker 2>in the boxing ring. Now this is really cool questrian stuff. <v Speaker 2>Princess Peach on a horse. She's doing tricks and all <v Speaker 2>jumping by the way horse. <v Speaker 1>No, yes, actually yeah, this is why. <v Speaker 2>We cut away when you open the tabs. All right, <v Speaker 2>let me let mean maybe have some tennis here. So <v Speaker 2>this this is it. This is the game some soccer. <v Speaker 2>I mean, it seems fine. <v Speaker 1>I'd play this. <v Speaker 2>I do appreciate how they have the chaotics guys on this. <v Speaker 2>It's just not how I want to play Sonic or Mario. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. <v Speaker 2>I want to race and play a buggy game that <v Speaker 2>will crash indefinitely for. <v Speaker 1>As long as I can imagine, not a game, yes <v Speaker 1>that Sonic. Did you see the Devil was from Lost World? <v Speaker 2>I don't know if you you have, but you see <v Speaker 2>at San Diego Comic Con they had a Sonic in <v Speaker 2>Shadow Generations and they were driving around with Shadows motorcycle everywhere, <v Speaker 2>and people kept saying it. <v Speaker 1>Looked like the Pope because it was like encased in <v Speaker 1>this a picture. Then you probably find it. I mean, <v Speaker 1>what do I got to look up? <v Speaker 2>Just search Shadow, Shadow Mobile, Shadow Pope Mobile and dieg <v Speaker 2>comic on. <v Speaker 1>I mean, he needs to be protected though he wasn't <v Speaker 1>in a motorcycle. What am I looking for? I don't <v Speaker 1>know what I'm looking for him. Let me see if <v Speaker 1>I can. I can find it. Motor sick? Is it? <v Speaker 1>That's a that's Star Wars Max has got He's gonna no, <v Speaker 1>I don't have it. I never mind, he doesn't have it. <v Speaker 1>I could see the motorcycle, but it's not the comic con. <v Speaker 1>I have no idea what you're talking about. <v Speaker 2>I'm finding it. I found the tweet I found. I <v Speaker 2>found sonic on a motorcycle. He looks pretty cool. We <v Speaker 2>can show that all show the Google search. Maybe there <v Speaker 2>is like that cool guy. <v Speaker 1>Is that what we're looking for him? It looks way better. <v Speaker 1>Just made this im air dropping it to that to <v Speaker 1>that mac book? Oh, trying to click things, it's not <v Speaker 1>working options open? Oh? What is I thought, Chili? What <v Speaker 1>we were looking for? This is not what is that? <v Speaker 1>That's AI is what that is? This is awesome? This <v Speaker 1>is now we're supporting AI. Why is do there on <v Speaker 1>the bottom of this? <v Speaker 3>This is dope because on my stream we have like <v Speaker 3>an AI tool to like generate images, and people constantly <v Speaker 3>be doing things like show me an image of morbidly <v Speaker 3>ob Sonic the Hedgehog with a gun on a motorcycle <v Speaker 3>and this is like right up the alley of like <v Speaker 3>exactly what we'd be seeing. <v Speaker 1>So why is your stuff is popping up? <v Speaker 2>I'm sending the air dropping because it's easier than Yeah, <v Speaker 2>this is the actual motorcycle. <v Speaker 1>I hit, I hit, showing folder and it didn't happen. <v Speaker 1>Uncle Mike sent a super chat saying, would please move <v Speaker 1>the banjo ambo to the front little Mibo's in the corner. <v Speaker 1>That didn't work. <v Speaker 2>Forget it all right, anyway, we gotta go, We gotta <v Speaker 2>we gotta move on. <v Speaker 1>Like I was, I was happy with morbidly ob Sonic. <v Speaker 1>So let's talk about this game. This game came out, <v Speaker 1>anyone played it other than me, I have not. I <v Speaker 1>said it my best buy thing got canceled. <v Speaker 2>The World Championship any S edition. We can take a <v Speaker 2>look at it. You guys want to see what's in it. <v Speaker 2>I actually do because I was, I can still get it. <v Speaker 2>I'm gonna I'm gonna stop. Still came with the cart, right, <v Speaker 2>you can show the camera over there. Yeah, it's got <v Speaker 2>the n E S cart in there. It's a fakey <v Speaker 2>but it's cool, so I know. A lot of you <v Speaker 2>know this and probably talked about it already on an episode, <v Speaker 2>but they did. Uh these these World Nintendo Championships back <v Speaker 2>in the nineties where you'd like, I think you go <v Speaker 2>to like Best Buys or something, and you would like, sure, <v Speaker 2>and you would like, uh qualify to go to the <v Speaker 2>Championships in California, and Uh, well, okay, I haven't. I <v Speaker 2>haven't taken it out of that yet. <v Speaker 1>Now, listeners, we are unwrapping the case. It's cool. <v Speaker 2>On the backs like any s cartridge, it has all <v Speaker 2>like the mushrooms and stuff on the back, it has <v Speaker 2>old as symbols from all the games. <v Speaker 1>Does that play should actually works? <v Speaker 4>No? <v Speaker 1>Temptympty's. <v Speaker 2>So they would go to the championships and then there <v Speaker 2>was like three games. There was like Tetris, Mario whatever. <v Speaker 2>They would race to get the best score. This is <v Speaker 2>like a heightened version of it where there's little snippets <v Speaker 2>of all these different nes games, everything from Mario to <v Speaker 2>Balloon Fight to Zelda to Kirby to Metroid to I <v Speaker 2>don't know name another one, and it would be like, <v Speaker 2>how quickly can you get the first mushroom in the <v Speaker 2>first Mario World? How quickly can you get all the <v Speaker 2>coins from this like tunnel whatever. <v Speaker 1>I haven't opened any of that. I don't know what. <v Speaker 2>And you will race for the best times, and then <v Speaker 2>there's annoying things about it that frustrate me. While playing. <v Speaker 2>You can't see the online leaderboards leaderboards. You have no <v Speaker 2>idea what other people's scores. Are you crazy? It'll rank <v Speaker 2>you on like eight, A, S whatever, depending on your time, <v Speaker 2>but they won't tell you what an S tier time is. <v Speaker 2>So you got to just keep going until you hopefully get. <v Speaker 3>It's called it's called the championships. Yeah, so why wouldn't <v Speaker 3>they put the leader board up? <v Speaker 1>I have no idea. <v Speaker 2>So when I was playing on Twitch, every single you <v Speaker 2>know these let these levels take two seconds, there will <v Speaker 2>two to five second little snippets every single one I'd <v Speaker 2>pull up. I'd have to go to a website, the <v Speaker 2>speed run website, and I'd have to look at the <v Speaker 2>leader boards on the website and try and beat those <v Speaker 2>times on the website, which was really constant and annoying. <v Speaker 1>Due no, okay, this is the pin set. It's sick. <v Speaker 1>I can see on the back. <v Speaker 2>I don't like opening things, Okay, I didn't, and it <v Speaker 2>which is silly because I we opened it, but you <v Speaker 2>said we could open it. <v Speaker 1>I don't know. <v Speaker 2>I did say we could open open it up, and <v Speaker 2>then you started on wrapping things and giving me anxiety. <v Speaker 2>Oh sorry, it was the joke of themr. I went <v Speaker 2>to the Nintendo World Championships in twenty seventeen and it <v Speaker 2>was awesome. It was right before uh, it was during <v Speaker 2>New York Comic Con, and it was right before Mario <v Speaker 2>Odyssey came out, and it was it was super cool. <v Speaker 1>We got drunk with Doug Bowser. <v Speaker 2>It was weird, and we we went backstage with Edica <v Speaker 2>and like people were It was great because the people <v Speaker 2>who were like competing, who were like the people who <v Speaker 2>were like the main people saw Edica. <v Speaker 1>It was great. And then we got kicked out because <v Speaker 1>he was backstage. Was supposed to be oh wow. <v Speaker 2>But we had like a seat up front up no, <v Speaker 2>up on the balcony. <v Speaker 1>It was cool. <v Speaker 2>It was It was very interesting and very fun and <v Speaker 2>it was a cool experience. <v Speaker 1>But I love that they did this. I think it's <v Speaker 1>just yeah, it's it is fun. <v Speaker 2>I was getting a little frustrated at first because I <v Speaker 2>didn't really understand what made it fun, Like there was <v Speaker 2>like a three second Mario level, and every time I <v Speaker 2>wanted to retry it, I had to sit through a <v Speaker 2>three second countdown before I could try it again, and <v Speaker 2>I was like losing my mind. But then eventually, so <v Speaker 2>I'm live on Twitch and I see Bubbs playing it, <v Speaker 2>and bub loves this kind of stuff, like he's addicted <v Speaker 2>to like the Super Mario running, make. <v Speaker 1>A speed runs and all of this stuff. <v Speaker 2>So he's trying to get all these times, and I <v Speaker 2>ride in his chat. Give me a level, Just give <v Speaker 2>me a level and a time you have, and I'll <v Speaker 2>try and beat it. So he gave me this Zelda <v Speaker 2>level called Death Mountain Duel, and he's he had a <v Speaker 2>time of like six seconds and zero point seven or something, <v Speaker 2>and so I start practicing it and I managed to <v Speaker 2>beat his time. I get down to like six point five. <v Speaker 2>So then he starts trying to beat my time on stream. <v Speaker 2>So now people have got both our streams open and <v Speaker 2>we're racing, and before he was even talking to each other. <v Speaker 1>No, that's so funny. <v Speaker 2>Before he beats my time, I managed to set a <v Speaker 2>new one, and then he beats it, thinks he's beaten <v Speaker 2>my time, and then chat starts blowing. Okay, I told <v Speaker 2>him to keep it quiet, like you haven't beat it. <v Speaker 2>He set a new time. This happened twice, so it <v Speaker 2>happened then, and then it happened here as well, And <v Speaker 2>I have the clip here. <v Speaker 1>I wanted to show you because it's so funny. <v Speaker 2>My time was like five point seventy three, and he <v Speaker 2>managed to get like five point six five or something. <v Speaker 2>As I got five point six. We'll see, Bob got <v Speaker 2>five point sixty six. Bob got five point six six, <v Speaker 2>as I got five point. <v Speaker 1>Five, he got five point six six. <v Speaker 2>He's playing the drums, by the way. That was him <v Speaker 2>playing the drums in celebration. So I typed in his <v Speaker 2>chat just now almost there, buddy, So. <v Speaker 3>You got five point you got point you go one <v Speaker 3>hundredth of a second faster than. <v Speaker 1>Him, and then he started like slamming his desk. That's <v Speaker 1>a yeah. I beat him by by point zero one <v Speaker 1>of a second. That's crazy. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, that's awesome. Oh my god, I'm so glad he reacted. <v Speaker 2>So go, oh god, you got that live. <v Speaker 1>That's amazing. <v Speaker 2>From there, Uh, he pretty quickly managed to set like <v Speaker 2>within like five minutes, he set five point six three, <v Speaker 2>beating my time by point zero two. So I kept <v Speaker 2>trying and trying and trying for like the next I'd say, <v Speaker 2>about half an hour. Oh really, And I finally matched <v Speaker 2>his five point sixty three, like we got equal, And <v Speaker 2>I messaged him and I was like, I messaged his <v Speaker 2>check who do you want to call it? Even because <v Speaker 2>it was like eleven thirty, I was like, do you <v Speaker 2>want to go play Valorie? <v Speaker 1>Like I'm done. <v Speaker 2>We were at that for a total of about two <v Speaker 2>and a half three hours, wow, trying to be just <v Speaker 2>trying to beat that one five second level. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, can you explain to me what you're supposed to <v Speaker 3>do here? Because I watched it, yeah, fifteen minutes and <v Speaker 3>I couldn't even understand. <v Speaker 2>So the whole goal is too, and it's it's so <v Speaker 2>crazy after playing this five seconds over and over again <v Speaker 2>for literally three hours, how much I see the matrix <v Speaker 2>on this one screen now, but the whole goal And <v Speaker 2>sorry for audio listeners, but it's a level from Zeldam <v Speaker 2>And there's a linel which, by the way, didn't know <v Speaker 2>this was a linel for your Birth of the Wild fans. <v Speaker 2>There's a linel on the left side of the screen, <v Speaker 2>and the whole goal is just beat him, just kill him. <v Speaker 2>Oh so it's how quickly can you do it? And <v Speaker 2>I've scrolled back about an hour here, but the strat <v Speaker 2>was to walk up ride the line of these turds <v Speaker 2>at about that fifth to the last turd. <v Speaker 1>On the end there. <v Speaker 2>You move up, you shoot one arrow, you shoot one <v Speaker 2>sword blast at him. Then you quickly move down and <v Speaker 2>you start spamming the sword blast, but you have to time. <v Speaker 1>Them perfectly so they actually hit him. Yeah. <v Speaker 2>Well, so the way the magic sword works in Zelda <v Speaker 2>is it doesn't fire another magic sword until the last <v Speaker 2>one's finished its whole animation, so you have to perfectly <v Speaker 2>time it with exactly when it hits the guy. <v Speaker 1>Oh my god. <v Speaker 2>So that's what I was trying to do again, then <v Speaker 2>again and again, and if I did one and it <v Speaker 2>didn't fire, I just had to restart because it was <v Speaker 2>too slow. <v Speaker 1>Wow. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, I don't like that they give you a <v Speaker 2>three two one that sucks because now you're like, so <v Speaker 2>it does suck because you think about it. It's a <v Speaker 2>five second level and I've got to wait three seconds <v Speaker 2>every time to start the level, so you're playing it <v Speaker 2>for about second. I could have tried it twice in <v Speaker 2>that time. But what pointed out, there's a lot of <v Speaker 2>levels where like the very first thing you have to <v Speaker 2>do is some like weird backwards jump thing, and if <v Speaker 2>you reset with the triggers, then you have to quickly <v Speaker 2>get your hands in a position and like do the jump. <v Speaker 2>So they give you the three two one so you <v Speaker 2>can take a second get ready. So I ended up <v Speaker 2>appreciating it and not not caring too much about the <v Speaker 2>three two one. The thing that was actually annoying is <v Speaker 2>in this mode, there's like a fake audience cheer every <v Speaker 2>single time. I don't know if you can hear it, <v Speaker 2>but every single time you can't really hear it. It's <v Speaker 2>like really subtle in the background, but kind of headphones <v Speaker 2>kill all these people. <v Speaker 1>But anyway, that's that's that game. <v Speaker 2>That's pretty much all I've played in that game is <v Speaker 2>one level over and over and over once. So this <v Speaker 2>is a weekly or daily challenge or something, and then <v Speaker 2>once it's over, it tells you where you it does <v Speaker 2>tell you in this Okay, let me explain this better. <v Speaker 2>There's hundreds of these levels. Yeah, but every week or something, <v Speaker 2>they pick five and they put them into a spotlight. <v Speaker 2>Oh and it's the same thing where it won't show <v Speaker 2>you the leader board. You don't know what the good <v Speaker 2>times are, but at the end of the week, when <v Speaker 2>it runs out, it'll show you where you ranked and <v Speaker 2>where you placed. So for that level, I was in <v Speaker 2>the top zero point eight percent of players. Wow, And <v Speaker 2>I was like five names above Bob And I don't <v Speaker 2>know why, but I tweeted it at. <v Speaker 1>Him and I was like, alphabetical. I don't know if <v Speaker 1>if it's I looked at that tweet. <v Speaker 2>I'm pretty sure it was because it beat him up <v Speaker 2>and then it was alphabetical to w D Bob. Okay, <v Speaker 2>that's what would have Yeah, no, don't say anything. I'll <v Speaker 2>take it either way. It's the same time. But I <v Speaker 2>assumed it was like alphabetical or something, or my score <v Speaker 2>got logged first, or I don't know, but either way. <v Speaker 1>I think they go to YouTube subscribers after. <v Speaker 2>They go yeah, it goes time YouTube subscribers, then alphabetical. <v Speaker 1>I think they go by most handsome. <v Speaker 2>Well that two. Yeah, I'm a narcissist. <v Speaker 1>Show the gun. Um. <v Speaker 2>All right, so that's the Championships chat. Do you have <v Speaker 2>any like, uh, any reviews of the Championships anybody played it? <v Speaker 2>It's such a random and weird Uh, it's so niche. <v Speaker 2>I can't imagine many people are picking it up and <v Speaker 2>playing it. <v Speaker 1>It's cool though. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, it'd be nice if you could actually play all <v Speaker 2>the the whole games. It'd be nice if there was like, yeah, <v Speaker 2>all of them in there and you can runs and <v Speaker 2>those got long. That would be nice rather than the <v Speaker 2>mol being little snippets. But that's just kind of what <v Speaker 2>the whole thing is. I guess true. All right, And <v Speaker 2>then we had the game Boy turn in thirty five <v Speaker 2>big three three five on the game Boy who had <v Speaker 2>this is my this. <v Speaker 1>Is my origin. <v Speaker 2>This is not my original game Boy, but this is <v Speaker 2>an original game Boy and it is mine. <v Speaker 1>Move it to the center because you're a picture in picture. <v Speaker 1>This is the uh the would you want to show it? <v Speaker 2>It's the wood Boy, the wood Boy, the wood the <v Speaker 2>wood Boy that Bob made me. <v Speaker 1>The printed Yeah, where you can get closer? Is it <v Speaker 1>going to order? Focus? It should? <v Speaker 6>Yeah? <v Speaker 1>You're very clear. Yeah, that's good. There you go. <v Speaker 2>The Titanic Poe was on it, uh, thirty five years ago. <v Speaker 2>How old were you when the game Boy? <v Speaker 1>Did you hit your head? <v Speaker 2>How old were you when the game Boy was originally <v Speaker 2>released in North America. I wasn't born there was yeh. <v Speaker 2>Who was the closest to being born? <v Speaker 4>Me? <v Speaker 1>Yeah? What was it? How are you? I'm thirty two? Yeah? <v Speaker 1>How do you? Whoa? Maybe thirty? <v Speaker 6>Or? <v Speaker 1>Oh? When was your when's your birthday? Sixteenth? Remember celebrated? Yeah, <v Speaker 1>we had a cake and everything. It was the last episode. <v Speaker 1>So you're old? <v Speaker 2>Noisode? How old am I turning this year? Man? When <v Speaker 2>you're twenty twenty four? Nineteen ninety right, it's twenty four. Yeah, <v Speaker 2>I'm turning thirty four. So Max is older? <v Speaker 1>Max? <v Speaker 6>Oh? <v Speaker 1>Yeah, right, Max older? Oh thank god, that's getting worried. Yeah, grandpa, <v Speaker 1>what an old. <v Speaker 2>Guy over there? Yeah, I'm turn thirty four this year. <v Speaker 1>God damn. Uh yeah. <v Speaker 2>None of us were born, but I mean were the <v Speaker 2>same age as it. You know, we we a lot <v Speaker 2>of us grew up around it. Maybe we had it <v Speaker 2>as a hand me down from an older sibling or something. <v Speaker 1>I mean I started with a Game Boy Color. <v Speaker 2>I did too, but uh yeah, yeah, I I never <v Speaker 2>had an original game Boy. <v Speaker 1>I think I had the pocket actually first? How long <v Speaker 1>the fans to get the Game Boy Color? After that? <v Speaker 1>After the game Boy? <v Speaker 2>Yeah, I don't know, like five six years however long <v Speaker 2>they usually came. <v Speaker 1>I feel like I don't feel like I was five <v Speaker 1>when I had a game Boy Color. <v Speaker 2>No, I was definitely a baby because I remember play <v Speaker 2>any game like Pibly sucked the Pokemon. I had a <v Speaker 2>game Boy Color for one of the Pokemon games. But <v Speaker 2>I my parents never bought me game games. They would <v Speaker 2>only ever, like buy any s games. Uh So I <v Speaker 2>never really played my game Boy Color too much. It <v Speaker 2>wasn't until my brother and I both got game Boy <v Speaker 2>sps when that came out, like the year that came out. <v Speaker 2>That suddenly we just kind of merged over to that <v Speaker 2>until I got a sixty four or I don't really <v Speaker 2>remember the timeline of everything because everything I got was <v Speaker 2>always pre owned in after the fact and years after <v Speaker 2>the consoles. I remember GameCube was the first ever console <v Speaker 2>that I put on layaway pre order and got it <v Speaker 2>on launch day. <v Speaker 1>Everything else was always you know, I. <v Speaker 2>Might have got things completely out of order, but yeah, no, <v Speaker 2>the sp I remember my parents bought me a ton <v Speaker 2>of games for that when I wanted them. <v Speaker 1>The Yeah. <v Speaker 2>So, the game Boy Original came out in nineteen eighty nine, <v Speaker 2>the Color came out in nineteen ninety eight. <v Speaker 1>I didn't think it was that much. Nine years later, <v Speaker 1>nine years wow, yeah, I think so? <v Speaker 5>Yeah, like five yeah, I think I got it on <v Speaker 5>my ninth Christmas, I remember correctly. <v Speaker 1>We were the perfect age for the color. Yeah. Yeah. <v Speaker 2>Do you guys have any favorite Original Game Boy games <v Speaker 2>aside from Pokemon? I had Tetriss obviously a bang. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, I am really good at Game Boy colors. Who <v Speaker 3>wants to be a millionaire? Because I just learned all <v Speaker 3>the questions? <v Speaker 2>I mean, is that not how you win? Any who <v Speaker 2>wants to be a millionaire? Learn in the questions? <v Speaker 1>Yeah? Or you cough knowing the audience, that's a. <v Speaker 2>Cheated I I have this cart called LSDJ that is <v Speaker 2>for the Original game Boy and that's for like beat <v Speaker 2>making and like music making. That's on the OG game <v Speaker 2>Boy and it was cool. That's not an OG game obviously. <v Speaker 2>Uh for me though. Tetris, Yeah, that was when I <v Speaker 2>got When I got an Original game Boy, that. <v Speaker 1>Was Tetris was the game I played on it. <v Speaker 2>You know, would have been really cool if Nintendo, because <v Speaker 2>they tweeted this out like the game Boys thirty five, <v Speaker 2>if they finally dropped the Pokemon games on the Nintendo <v Speaker 2>Switch Online service, just the original red, blue, and Yellow <v Speaker 2>on the thirty five and then Green with the lavender <v Speaker 2>and Lavender Town and how the kid died Green? Do <v Speaker 2>you know about that? No, so there's this is not real. <v Speaker 1>This is a this is a creepypasta. <v Speaker 2>But like they said that, they had Pokemon green version, <v Speaker 2>but the music from Lavender Town had so much dissonance <v Speaker 2>that there were kids that were on on oh because <v Speaker 2>the music was messing with them. Oh yeah, so like <v Speaker 2>that was that's it's not real. It's it's why did <v Speaker 2>anyone believe that? Because Green isn't the pasta? And you <v Speaker 2>put one thing out in you know, twenty twelve and <v Speaker 2>people believe it. That's like Kim with TikTok. Now, oh <v Speaker 2>really the ice I love it to death and I <v Speaker 2>I don't I'm not being mean, but she will bring <v Speaker 2>the wackiest things to me on like TikTok and she'll <v Speaker 2>be like there was even like a little one. There <v Speaker 2>was a little one recently of this dog that could <v Speaker 2>jump and it would like jump on this trampoline, oh <v Speaker 2>and hit the It would go like super high in <v Speaker 2>the air, and I was like, honey, physics. Yeah, like <v Speaker 2>it's not happened like that, the little bunny hop on <v Speaker 2>the tramplane and then the massive air that he's getting, <v Speaker 2>like it's fake. And I feel bad because anytime she <v Speaker 2>shows me anything, I'm like, it's fake and I instantly <v Speaker 2>ruined it for her and she never sees it coming. <v Speaker 1>Dude. <v Speaker 2>Anytime Eric and I go see movies, like I always <v Speaker 2>have to like keep my mouth ship because I'm just <v Speaker 2>catching so many flaws in the movie or like ad <v Speaker 2>R and. <v Speaker 1>I'm like, no, she's enjoying it. <v Speaker 2>Like the Wonka movie was the worst audio I've ever <v Speaker 2>listened to my entire life. <v Speaker 1>Wow, And Erica is like I loved it, and I <v Speaker 1>was like, yeah, it's great. It was awesome. Yeah, but <v Speaker 1>I like the Wonka movie. <v Speaker 2>I like it not not like the Charlie Chocolate Factory, <v Speaker 2>the musical one, and it just came's yeah. <v Speaker 1>I like that. <v Speaker 2>It wasn't bad, but it was just terrible. It was <v Speaker 2>it was fine, but it was funny. Yeah, it had hot. <v Speaker 2>I felt like it had hot. Oh I saw dead <v Speaker 2>pull the Wolverine. Oh yeah, you looking right ruin it <v Speaker 2>right for me because you said you didn't want to <v Speaker 2>haven't seen it? Yeah, No, we could talk about what <v Speaker 2>you guys thought of it. I just I just haven't <v Speaker 2>seen it yet. <v Speaker 5>No spoilers in I feel like I'm also Deadpool is <v Speaker 5>the perfect movie to spoil. <v Speaker 1>Don't do it? <v Speaker 2>No is the perfect Please don't spoilers in chat. Yeah, <v Speaker 2>although if you haven't seen it yet, what are you doing? Yeah, <v Speaker 2>the movie of the summer. It's the comedy of the year. <v Speaker 2>Didn't they make like one hundred and eighty one million dollars? <v Speaker 2>I think it got even higher than that. I saw, say, <v Speaker 2>like number one. Let's look it up, yeah, laptop right <v Speaker 2>here on box office results? <v Speaker 1>What are weekend box office Deadpool Wolverine? <v Speaker 5>Should we talk about if we liked it? While you're <v Speaker 5>looking that up? Yeah, I really liked it. I thought <v Speaker 5>it was hilarious. I thought it was good. I was <v Speaker 5>aware of some of the cameos, but I did gasp <v Speaker 5>at the first the first one particular, no spoiler, but <v Speaker 5>the first one and the second one in particular. <v Speaker 1>I gasped at. <v Speaker 2>There was definitely a couple of gasping moments for me too. <v Speaker 2>There's still one in particular that even right now, I'm like, <v Speaker 2>how how. <v Speaker 1>Did that happen? Again? Yeah? You see it him. I <v Speaker 1>have not. <v Speaker 3>I was you know, I was actually I had wishful <v Speaker 3>thinking that maybe I could like come down a day early. <v Speaker 3>But then we came up here. You came up here <v Speaker 3>for the podcast. I thought maybe we could go see <v Speaker 3>it together. <v Speaker 1>Would oh well, I didn't bother it may As soon <v Speaker 1>as I found out we were doing the podcast here <v Speaker 1>this week, I was like, it's cooked. The ideas gone, well, <v Speaker 1>I'm not going to go today. If you guys had <v Speaker 1>I we could figure it out. Going with that. <v Speaker 2>It's like two hours long. I don't know if I <v Speaker 2>can commit today. But if you haven't seen it by <v Speaker 2>next week and you want to come watch it, right, <v Speaker 2>maybe maybe it's made four hundred and forty four million <v Speaker 2>in the first three days. That's crazy, yeah, incredible, But <v Speaker 2>that'd be like records no, oh yeah. Ryan Reynolds is <v Speaker 2>great at advertising, Like, yeah, he is so good. They <v Speaker 2>were on every YouTube show. They were on Hot Ones <v Speaker 2>or so many YouTube shows. Also like that, there's this <v Speaker 2>thing now that I see happening and maybe I just <v Speaker 2>haven't noticed it before, where like movies like this will <v Speaker 2>do ads for other things, but the I'll be there. <v Speaker 2>Like let's say, for example, like a dove soap. There'll <v Speaker 2>be an actual dove soap, thirty second commercial foot dove soap, <v Speaker 2>but it's done by. <v Speaker 1>Ryan Reynolds in the Deadpool outfit. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, and it's somehow like I don't know who's actually <v Speaker 2>getting the the pychology. <v Speaker 1>Yeah. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, So I see all these ads everywhere for all <v Speaker 2>these other things, but it's Deadpool ads. So now it's <v Speaker 2>like I'm I'm getting reminded of Deadpool, but I'm also <v Speaker 2>remembering the soap. <v Speaker 1>Like it's weird dichotomy that I was. <v Speaker 2>In La last week and I we saw them getting <v Speaker 2>ready for the premiere because we were there because it <v Speaker 2>came up to twenty sixth, right, and we like we <v Speaker 2>could have gone to the Chinese theater to watch it. <v Speaker 1>We end up not doing it, but. <v Speaker 2>Like the day of the release, we saw them like <v Speaker 2>blocking out the Chinese theater and I was like thinking about, oh, <v Speaker 2>maybe we should go check it out, but we didn't <v Speaker 2>have time. But yeah, there's so much hype for it, <v Speaker 2>and it was also Comic Con weekend. Dude, like obviously <v Speaker 2>it's gonna get blown up during Comic Con, Like you're <v Speaker 2>so smart to do that. Yeah, yeah, I'm very They <v Speaker 2>showed it at the at the pan you were saying that. <v Speaker 5>Earlier panel, they were like, they did like an hour <v Speaker 5>of questions and then they were like, why don't we <v Speaker 5>just show the fucking movie? <v Speaker 1>And they just showed it. That's awesome. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, and then and then every person who cameoed came <v Speaker 5>out on stage like, so, I guess it's not a spoiler, <v Speaker 5>but it was. <v Speaker 1>I don't know so well. They saw the movies over them. <v Speaker 1>Did you see the rubber Downey Junior thing? Yes? Yes, <v Speaker 1>how do we feel about that? We were we were <v Speaker 1>just talking about it before, but I wanted. <v Speaker 5>To stop it because I was like, maybe we'll talk <v Speaker 5>about it on the podcast. <v Speaker 2>I on a comics perspective, I so like I have <v Speaker 2>like Max and I have talked about a bunch, like <v Speaker 2>I haven't gotten any spoilers about Deadpool, but I haven't <v Speaker 2>getting a lot of comic things. And on Twitter, and <v Speaker 2>one of the things that came up was why Robert right, <v Speaker 2>why iron Man is Doctor Doom or why Tony and <v Speaker 2>like the whole thing is supposed to be like alternate universe, <v Speaker 2>Doctor Doom switches bodies with Tony Stark and that's why <v Speaker 2>they become that it's supposed to be like Iron Man versus, <v Speaker 2>but it's really doctor Jim. <v Speaker 1>It's the whole thing. <v Speaker 2>I think it's dumb on a level of he was <v Speaker 2>already iron Man, you killed him. Yeah, But if they <v Speaker 2>go the route of the comics cool, I don't think <v Speaker 2>they will. I think they're gonna just be like whatever <v Speaker 2>they're gonna rowe is it retro? Will we even see him? <v Speaker 2>He could just be like in the mask and doing <v Speaker 2>the voice while. <v Speaker 1>The mask off. Then huh, why do you take the <v Speaker 1>mask off a comic on then to show it was him? Stupid? <v Speaker 1>See that. That's why that doesn't make any sense to me. <v Speaker 2>So I do think it's I think there's elements to <v Speaker 2>it that a little dumb, because it would be I <v Speaker 2>wish it was just a new bringing a new actor, <v Speaker 2>like someone really cool, give someone else a chance, you know. <v Speaker 2>It could be any famous, super famous person or someone unknown. Yeah, <v Speaker 2>But I do think it's cool because one we're talking <v Speaker 2>about it, yeah, and Avengers coming back and doing more <v Speaker 2>Avenges movies after what's essentially been a huge slump for <v Speaker 2>the MCU since game. They needed people talking about it. <v Speaker 2>They needed people to get excited and to want to <v Speaker 2>come and watch an Avengers movie again. <v Speaker 1>And this did do it. But they could have had <v Speaker 1>anybody else do it, it would have filled. <v Speaker 2>Maybe maybe this is basically not anybody else, but like <v Speaker 2>specific because now people are gonna want to people that <v Speaker 2>even hate it, they're gonna want to see how they <v Speaker 2>do it. Yeah, and if he like passes their their <v Speaker 2>test or whatever. Also Robert, I do love Robert Downey Jr. <v Speaker 2>So I'm also okay with it on that angle. But <v Speaker 2>once people told me that there is like some kind <v Speaker 2>of canon story there, I was like, okay, if they <v Speaker 2>can figure it out, it is kind of cool. There <v Speaker 2>is stuff with the comics. Actually said that he was <v Speaker 2>getting paid eighty mil for the two movies. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, he's getting paid eighty mil for two and I <v Speaker 5>think he's getting forty something for just. <v Speaker 1>To be in the movie. <v Speaker 5>No, he's going to be in the Fantastic four movie <v Speaker 5>at the at the post credit scene, and apparently he's <v Speaker 5>getting something ridiculous like forty mil just for that three minutes. <v Speaker 1>I mean, good for him. That's crazy. <v Speaker 2>That's saying there's a fantastic Fall movie. <v Speaker 1>Yes, another fantastic This is the third iteration. Dude, you behind. <v Speaker 1>You don't know the cast for no, who's doing it? <v Speaker 1>Have you wait? Have you watched The Bear? Yea at all? <v Speaker 1>So so wait. <v Speaker 5>So Pedro Pascal is mister fantastic. I don't remember the <v Speaker 5>actress name Storm. The guy from the Bear is uh <v Speaker 5>not the main guy from the Bear? <v Speaker 1>What's the rock guy? What's the rock guy's name? The thing? <v Speaker 1>The thing? Yeah, the thing, Bear is the thing? And <v Speaker 1>then who's the torch? Who's the torch? What's his name? <v Speaker 5>We're getting it one second. Hold on, I can't remember <v Speaker 5>what he was in recently. He was in something big recently. <v Speaker 2>Uh, anyway, what do you figure that out? I have <v Speaker 2>it Pedro Pascal as read Richard's Vanessa Kirby. <v Speaker 1>I don't know who that is. Joseph Quinn is Johnny <v Speaker 1>Storm Joseph? Which is. <v Speaker 5>That's Eddie? Eddie from Stranger Things? Do you remember Eddie <v Speaker 5>with the long ha. <v Speaker 1>Oh? The brother, the older brother? Who the black guy? <v Speaker 1>Season two? <v Speaker 2>Right? <v Speaker 1>No? <v Speaker 5>No, no, no, no, no, he's the guy from from the <v Speaker 5>most recent season. <v Speaker 2>They have a Yeah, that guy's sick, and then yeah, <v Speaker 2>Ebon moss backcrack. I don't know how to say his name. <v Speaker 2>The thing I have things to say about Doom. John <v Speaker 2>Malcolm is in this. That's gonna be cool. Yeah, I <v Speaker 2>want to hear your Doom Malcolm would be Can I <v Speaker 2>say that the first Fantastic Full movie I liked it. <v Speaker 1>I did too. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, he was campy by the time, but I also <v Speaker 2>like the first Dad Devil movie when I was a kid, <v Speaker 2>So I love. <v Speaker 1>Uh, what do you Doom? Though? Its Max? <v Speaker 5>Well, See, the thing is, I'm a really big Doom <v Speaker 5>fan and he's one of my favorite villains of all time. <v Speaker 5>And to just kind of see it be sort of <v Speaker 5>like cameo, like a throwaway, it kind of pisses me <v Speaker 5>off because we've never got a good iteration of Doom <v Speaker 5>where they do his whole backstory and stuff. But they <v Speaker 5>are giving this its own movie, So doctor Joom's Amazon movie. Yeah, <v Speaker 5>it's basically it's called Doom's Day, so I'm sure they'll <v Speaker 5>give him. But it's an Avenger, yes, but paying eighty <v Speaker 5>million for him just to have some background screen time. <v Speaker 2>But it's not an origin movie. It's it's a it's <v Speaker 2>it's just the next Avengers. <v Speaker 5>But if it was an origin movie for the new villain, <v Speaker 5>because they basically have to write a new villain because <v Speaker 5>they've been hyping up Kang to be that villain. <v Speaker 1>But since Johnath, they just. <v Speaker 2>Have the next like for the next three years of <v Speaker 2>Marvel movies coming out. <v Speaker 1>They have like that whole calendar. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, you could see like it's I don't know, it's <v Speaker 2>I I want it to be good, but at the <v Speaker 2>same time, like I don't care. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, I was really hoping for I don't know, I <v Speaker 5>don't know who I was hoping for, but anybody he <v Speaker 5>I'm sure he can do it well. But I don't <v Speaker 5>want him to be Tony Stark. I want a Doom. <v Speaker 5>You know, Doom is really cool. He's a really cool character, <v Speaker 5>and they've never done him justice in any movie or <v Speaker 5>any TV show yet. <v Speaker 1>What are we? What are we looking up? <v Speaker 2>Over the they revealed two new Avenger movie logos, and <v Speaker 2>I wanted to bring it up and I can't find <v Speaker 2>it done. <v Speaker 5>It's Doomsday and then the Secret Wars. Yeah, uh you think. <v Speaker 5>But the reason they're doing this too, that is Robert <v Speaker 5>Downey junr Is I'm going to tell you guys this <v Speaker 5>right now, predicting this right now. After Secret Wars, They're <v Speaker 5>gonna have a soft reboot of everything. Yes, so do <v Speaker 5>you guys, you guys want me to get into I <v Speaker 5>can get real nerdy with you guys and tell you <v Speaker 5>what Secret Wars. <v Speaker 2>No, no, no, no no no. But I will say that <v Speaker 2>the logo for Secret Wars. I saw some theories about this. <v Speaker 2>I finally found it. If you want to show it. <v Speaker 2>It's like it's like called orange and everything. And some <v Speaker 2>people have speculated that it looks exactly like the Iron <v Speaker 2>Man yeah logos. Yeah, yeah, no, it's the same, yeah, <v Speaker 2>but it's more specific to. <v Speaker 1>I'm not going to show you googling on screen, dude, <v Speaker 1>I sometimes Google. I can't handle you. <v Speaker 2>You can cut back, okay, Like just like the Iron <v Speaker 2>Man movie logos, very similar like color scheme to it. <v Speaker 2>So with him coming back, if they explain it away <v Speaker 2>with like this is Tony stock is doom, and then <v Speaker 2>they like save him and they make him a good <v Speaker 2>guy again, and then they give him the Iron Man <v Speaker 2>suits that were left behind. <v Speaker 1>Now he's back and he's Iron Man. <v Speaker 2>Now yeah, and then now they can restart the movies <v Speaker 2>and do Iron Man a new beginning or some crap <v Speaker 2>like that. <v Speaker 1>Saying would be a thing. I mean, he's getting four <v Speaker 1>years no of Iron Man of Avengers movies. <v Speaker 5>So the universe only confirmed for those two Doomsday and <v Speaker 5>Secret Wars. But dude, there's rumors of Secret Wars of <v Speaker 5>Hugh Jackman is one. I was about to ask. Somebody <v Speaker 5>is saying that Toby maguire is probably going to be <v Speaker 5>in Secret Wars. <v Speaker 2>Saying I can't wait for the I hope they keep <v Speaker 2>it secret, and like, don't put Dead Devil in any <v Speaker 2>of the marketing, and then he shut up in one of. <v Speaker 1>Spider Man where he was his lawyer. I meant to <v Speaker 1>say devil. <v Speaker 2>Oh, well, that's why I was gonna ask, like, is <v Speaker 2>this canon now? <v Speaker 1>Is Deadpool cannon after you guys saw the movie? Yes, yes, Okay, <v Speaker 1>that's what I wanted. <v Speaker 6>There was. <v Speaker 2>There was really only one scene that made him canon, <v Speaker 2>but it did. <v Speaker 1>It did make it canon. <v Speaker 2>Y's yeah, because I want I would love if he <v Speaker 2>was part of the movie too, Like, yeah, it wouldn't <v Speaker 2>it would make any sense and be like a fight <v Speaker 2>for the whole thing where we'd be like why then, <v Speaker 2>I don't want see him to be in any marketing. <v Speaker 2>I just want him to show up just as like <v Speaker 2>a cameo or something, and then just be in the <v Speaker 2>movie for like the back half or something like that. <v Speaker 5>The original Secret Wars like comic like the old one. <v Speaker 5>There was one recently, but the old old one was <v Speaker 5>literally just to sell action figures, Like they just got <v Speaker 5>all their popular characters and they were like, you have <v Speaker 5>to fight in this arena like for no reason, I <v Speaker 5>guess for toys and it's great. And that's like when <v Speaker 5>they introduced the black Suit Spider Man and stuff like that. <v Speaker 1>So that's why, like it was for the actions. <v Speaker 2>One thing I am burnt out on and they even <v Speaker 2>addressed it in a pull of the movie is being <v Speaker 2>burnt out on the multiverse. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, because like. <v Speaker 2>Every Marvel movie now references it uses it. It's like <v Speaker 2>an easy, uh story plot device where they can get <v Speaker 2>around certain things, and it just feels like it's already <v Speaker 2>feels super played out. So the idea of Tony being <v Speaker 2>back as Doom because of some like alternate universe thing, <v Speaker 2>which is the only thing I can imagine if we're <v Speaker 2>going to see his face otherwise the other Avengers are <v Speaker 2>going to be like, hey, isn't that Doom guy Tony. <v Speaker 1>Stop? He could just be playing another character, I mean <v Speaker 1>they've had. <v Speaker 2>He could just be behind the mask and you you <v Speaker 2>never see him. It's like I'll just. <v Speaker 1>Never address it and he's just playing like a totally <v Speaker 1>from anybody. Then that's like pint On. <v Speaker 2>Like the story side of it is if why why <v Speaker 2>reveal it at comic con. <v Speaker 1>With movies coming out what in two years? Yeah, you know, <v Speaker 1>like I don't know. <v Speaker 2>Also, is doctor Doom this Doom guy? Is he as <v Speaker 2>scary and badass? Is Thannos? <v Speaker 1>Yes? He is? <v Speaker 5>Yeah, And what's cool about him is he's like technically <v Speaker 5>not a person. <v Speaker 1>Neither is Tony Yeah? Well see that. <v Speaker 5>Okay, that's another thing is the basically a lot of <v Speaker 5>people are saying that Tony Stark is Doctor Doom on <v Speaker 5>a bad day. Like think about it this way, because <v Speaker 5>Doctor Doom has a bunch of robots that do his bidding. <v Speaker 5>You know, Tony Stark has had his suits do his <v Speaker 5>thing all the time. And also remember in Avengers Too, <v Speaker 5>Tony Stark says he wants to put a suit of <v Speaker 5>armor around the whole world. Doctor Doom wants to like <v Speaker 5>control the world so he can like do good. Like <v Speaker 5>he there's actually a comic it's like Doctor Doom twenty <v Speaker 5>ninety nine and he becomes the leader of the world <v Speaker 5>and everybody loves it. <v Speaker 1>They love him as as the leader. So I don't know, <v Speaker 1>it's it's just getting real nerdy. Yeah, but dude, I <v Speaker 1>could get real nerdy. <v Speaker 3>I mean, I'm sitting over here like I have nothing <v Speaker 3>to add to any of it. I swore off superhero <v Speaker 3>movies in general, DC, Marvel anything like after Iron Man two. <v Speaker 3>I just couldn't keep up anymore. There's so many storylines, <v Speaker 3>what's canon, what's not. I just can't do it anymore. <v Speaker 3>I got time for it. <v Speaker 2>About that pulling Wolverine, we didn't really say what we <v Speaker 2>thought of if we liked it. I just want to <v Speaker 2>reiterate that I liked it. I thought it was like <v Speaker 2>a good seven eight out of ten movie. It was <v Speaker 2>a lot of fun. I did think it was pretty funny. <v Speaker 2>It was a little cringe at some spots. Ultimately, I <v Speaker 2>think it's a fun movie. It's a great summer right. Yeah, Yeah, <v Speaker 2>it's just a great like summer movie. I saw a <v Speaker 2>meme that said the Marvel Universe has said the F <v Speaker 2>word one hundred and eighty nine times, and there's the <v Speaker 2>latest Guardians of the Galaxy movie time and this is <v Speaker 2>de Wolverine one hundred and eighty eight times. <v Speaker 1>He said the C word. Why Jesus, allright, should I <v Speaker 1>say this is a spoiler? It said an our word? <v Speaker 1>It did you go? Oh? They literally said the R word. <v Speaker 1>They said a lot of things. Wow, it was wild cool. <v Speaker 1>I'm excited. I'm gonna watch it all right. Can we <v Speaker 1>also point out that that chair is definitely not broken <v Speaker 1>by me? It's so hard just now. <v Speaker 3>I was just like this dude, he tells me everything. <v Speaker 3>He's like, you broke my It wasn't every time. <v Speaker 1>I told you it once at too many games. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>you're fired. Get out of here, all right, goodbye? <v Speaker 5>Anyway, Just on a final note, would you're talking about <v Speaker 5>the multiverse and you're tired of it? I promise you <v Speaker 5>at the end of Secret Wars, the multiverse will be done. <v Speaker 1>Mm hmm, I hope. So that's how that shot Secret <v Speaker 1>Wars ends. <v Speaker 2>It is like all the I just feel like, now <v Speaker 2>that they open the door, everything else to them is <v Speaker 2>gonna seem not exciting. If they can't do all these <v Speaker 2>like cameos, if they can't write all these like wacky stories. <v Speaker 5>Absolutely, they're gonna have to close the multiverse, and they <v Speaker 5>will after that. <v Speaker 2>They're gonna have to get like solo story great story writing, <v Speaker 2>gritty again like the first Iron Man or like the <v Speaker 2>Nolan Batman's. It's like the only way to do it <v Speaker 2>without like a multiverse. At this point, you revamped the <v Speaker 2>whole thing. Yeah anyway, all right, everybody, thanks so much <v Speaker 2>for watching, listening, being a part of the show. We <v Speaker 2>appreciate you so much. Thanks for coming out with the <v Speaker 2>way to Brooklyn. <v Speaker 1>Guys. <v Speaker 2>My god, it must have been so hard for you specifically. <v Speaker 2>Uh yeah, we'll see you guys next week, probably be <v Speaker 2>me and him back at my place, just so that <v Speaker 2>I don't just so that I don't hit any buses, right, Uh? <v Speaker 1>Do we have the updated end cod? That isn't just. <v Speaker 5>Jesus my god, if the only patreon, I think we should. <v Speaker 1>Have made it big gold sparkling letters as it just ran. <v Speaker 1>We have an actual end cod with the patreon. We'll <v Speaker 1>make sure we have we have that. <v Speaker 3>You're at the I've replaced the file because you told <v Speaker 3>me this is the new one and we haven't. <v Speaker 1>Oh, we're anyway, thanks listen. Yeah, we'll see you guys <v Speaker 1>next week.
