But watching the Real Housewives of Orange County just makes me happy that I get to snuggle up on my couch with my dogs and just watch an entertaining show where I am completely invested in every woman's on this show personal story.

Speaker 1: SAG Awards has like the best ensemble cast I think abbit Elementary one recently. It's when an ensemble cast of actors on the script to show they win this particular award that only the SAG Awards hand out. The Real Housewives of Orange County cast. All of these ladies, including the friends of they all deserve an award. This is the best ensemble cast on Housewives today. Everybody's fantastic, Everybody spectacular.

Speaker 1: Watching Jin and Dawson scene made me feel so bad for Gin and what she's going through and how she was listen to be a forty six year old woman and you're on national television telling the world that you sometimes feel like a failure because you wish that you had someone when you are seventeen tell you the things that you're telling your son now. I mean, I need to like sign up up for a lifetime supply of Kleenex. That scene made me cry because in this day and age, a reality television is very rare for a reality star to be so authentic without worrying about the negative comments on social media. I applaud Jen for her honesty about how she feels she's in her life right now at forty six years old. And again, these are things she said, not being able to pay your rent, looking for work, and balancing from house to house, and then to look at your son across the couch from you, who isn't going.

Speaker 1: Jen says she's afraid of him flunking out of school, and obviously she's going to be strict because that's not what she wants for him. And to see him say I want to be able to maybe live with my dad because I feel like he gets me, and I feel like he and I are able to respect each other's faces. And to see Jen emote to Dawson about that, and then to see her color in his arms, and to see Dawson just look at his mom and that, I mean, h I'm.

Speaker 1: Love the drama, we love the petty arguments, but it's moments like that that reminds you all and myself too a why we love reality television because we like to watch people invite us inside of the home and to just give us a peek into their real life. So I can go on and on about that scene. I it is my favorite that scene. Honestly, I would say it's my favorite scene of the season.

And you know how both of them, Katie and Tamra were warning their daughters like be careful who you have kids with. And to watch Katie and this will make me fall in love with Katie honestly, to watch Katie in her confessional interview. By the way, Katie, that look was honey, that pink number girl, and the words at Figer Parks, now this you're on point with now, baby, that was a look, that pink number. The hair was slicked backed, the makeup was makeuping maybe Lene Queen, it was honey.

Speaker 1: That was perfect editing, perfect storytelling. To put those two scenes in the same episode Chef's Kiss, it was amazing. I fell in love with Katie in that scene when she said how she sees the plane fly off and she chokes up, and it's like, I can't believe this is my life. I only see my son four times a year. To all of my female listeners who are mothers, imagine being only able to see your child four times a year. Oh, fantastic storytelling. And then to watch Tamra's daughter say that she has no desire to want to get married because she saw what her parents went through and how you have to be one hundred percent sure you want kids. That woman has so much maturity. Tamra, if you're listening, you did an excellent job raising her. She has so much wisdom and maturity at her young age that I'm super impressed with her awareness. I tell people all the time, you can't force someone to have kids.

So for Tamra's daughter to have that much wisdom at her young age, amazing, amazing. Oh now, look, child, let's get into the mess of it all.

Speaker 1: So at Jen's house she has a fiesta and all the girls all over there, and Emily decides to confront Heather because at last weeks, last episodes, that's when they have their have this event and she got the measurements.

Speaker 1: Long story short, Emily had to wear her own jeans and she felt like she was being fast shamed pretty much. In my opinion, Emily looks amazing, and I've always felt that Emily looked amazing. I like Emily any side she is, but it's not about what I like. It's about what Emily likes. Because we're not allowed to have agency over anyone's body. So if Emily wants to lose weight, that's her prerogative. But what I will say is I liked Emily then and I like Emily now. I think she looks great when she first got on the show, and I think she looks great now and she's killing it and I love her confidence. So unfortunately, she did not feel confident at Heather's event because she felt that well shit, be an a Lexic out of the same outfeel like this is whack. So she said she cried herself in the bathroom, blah blah blah blah. So she decides to confront the Heather in front of a group of people, which you know, I live for that. So she confronts Heather and baby. One thing Heather cares about more than real estate and Josh Audman and yes, Terry too, she cares about her image. Heather looked at Emily like, bitch, I know good and dang on, Well, you are not about to sit up here and tell these bitches in the world that I fashiamed you like, I'm not gonna take that. So Emily is expressing that, you know, she felt uncomfortable, she felt really sad, and Heaven's like, but that had nothing to do with me. My job was to get the measurements. Once I received our measurements, I passed them off. I think the woman name is Susan. I passed them off to Susan. Her team did with it what they had to do with it, and Heaven's like, it had nothing to do with me. Emily's like, no, I'm not saying you did. And what was so interesting about this that I really did enjoy? Alexis and Tamera had Heather's back. They're like, no, that's not Heather's style. I don't see Heather trying to set you up or so I like that, you know what I mean, because again real friendship. They're like, nah, we're gonna have Heather's back here and look unpopular opinion. I'm on Heather's side, and the reason why I say it's unpopular is because my listeners and Heather think I'm hard on Heather. And Heather, I'm not hard on you. When you're wrong, you're wrong, and when you're right, you're right. In this instance, I am on Heather's side. I don't think Heather had anything to do with this selection of fashions, none of that. I think Heather was so focused on making sure the event was great. I didn't think she even looked twice at what the other girls were wearing. Honestly, she's like whatever, we look at Emily, and I think Emily is a ten out of ten. But again, it's how Emily sees herself. So we have to also make sure that's important. And that's why I was on Emily's signed in terms of if this is how you.

So Heather goes in the kitchen child and Emily's talking to Gina and in the midst of all of this, before Heath believes Alexis does have the inability to not read the room like Alexis, sometimes everything is not all about you. So Alexis tried to insert herself in the conversation because she felt that she was inserted by proxy of Emily stating that they wore the same outfit, and because of that alone, Alexis felt like, oh, well, that's my cue to talk about something other than John Janssen and Shannon. I mean, let's call it spade a spade, cause that's what happened. Let's have a real conversation. Alexis saw an opening of I can't insert myself in a conversation that has nothing to do with John Jansen or Shannon.
