Rob Rea on Breathwork Fundamentals for Stress Reduction and High Performance under Pressure

Known as "That Breath Guy," Rob Rea is originally from Belfast in Northern Ireland.  Based in London, England he originally worked in Banking, but a trip to Bali changed the course of his life.  The trip and the experiences led him to take in a range of different teachings and modalities of breathwork. From Pranayama, Somatic Experiencing, Qi Gung, Functional Breathwork, Breathwork for Performance, to Transformational Breathwork and Yoga Teacher Training, Rob dived into the dynamic world of stillness.

He joins the #OntheMark podcast to help you to explore various breathwork practices and methodologies, and explore the connection between your physiological and psychological states.
