<v Speaker 1>Welcome to the mailbag. It's Friday, February thirteenth, Yes, Friday
<v Speaker 1>the thirteenth here on this cold depending on where you
<v Speaker 1>are in the United States or anywhere around the world,
<v Speaker 1>but most likely you're cold. And I'm ready for spring.
<v Speaker 1>I'm done now that the Super bowls behind us and
<v Speaker 1>we can look forward to the warmer days ahead. I'm
<v Speaker 1>thinking baseball, I'm thinking outside and barbecue. I mean, like
<v Speaker 1>this is just I'm done with this winter. Just that
<v Speaker 1>being said, though, I will be on a vacation for
<v Speaker 1>a few days at the end of well at the
<v Speaker 1>end of the beginning of March. I'll let you know
<v Speaker 1>more about the dates and what that will do to
<v Speaker 1>affect this show a little bit later and in the
<v Speaker 1>coming days and weeks. So just a little heads up
<v Speaker 1>and getting the hell out of here. I'm getting the
<v Speaker 1>hell out of here and getting to some more weather
<v Speaker 1>at least for three days. So there is that, alrighty, Well,
<v Speaker 1>this is the ww podcast that if you want to
<v Speaker 1>go ad free and you're listening to this show and
<v Speaker 1>you're already tired of the ads, well, patreon dot com
<v Speaker 1>slash WWE podcast will solve those problems for you. But
<v Speaker 1>you should also know that there is a sale going on,
<v Speaker 1>the biggest sale of the year and it will give
<v Speaker 1>you fifty percent off your first month using the code
<v Speaker 1>Chamber at checkout. So let's get into the mailbag because
<v Speaker 1>it is that time of the week as we get
<v Speaker 1>closer to the Elimination Chamber, which is not that far
<v Speaker 1>away a couple weeks, and we have our emailers and
<v Speaker 1>listeners here we've got let's see who's up first. Let's
<v Speaker 1>go to John and all right, sorry John, Tom, Tom says, Hi,
<v Speaker 1>Matt with bron Breaker now out do you think they
<v Speaker 1>put Seth Rollins in the feud with Roman and Punk
<v Speaker 1>and do a rematch of last year's WrestleMania. Well, I'm
<v Speaker 1>not a fan of this. I feel like we're going
<v Speaker 1>to get a triple threat in one of the title matches. Well,
<v Speaker 1>last year worked out very well, an incredible matchup. To me,
<v Speaker 1>the best match of the entire event for both nights
<v Speaker 1>was that main event where Paul Hayman turned and he
<v Speaker 1>aligned himself with Seth Rollins and away we go with
<v Speaker 1>the Vision and of course Seth gets hurt and now
<v Speaker 1>bron Breaker gets hurt, and what do they do? And
<v Speaker 1>it looks like bron Breaker is not going to be
<v Speaker 1>a part of WrestleMania as of this moment. If he
<v Speaker 1>is Superman and heals sooner than maybe we may see
<v Speaker 1>a at this point. Here's where what I'm thinking, based
<v Speaker 1>on all the available information from all the outlets that
<v Speaker 1>we're seeing at best, at best, you may see a
<v Speaker 1>bron Breaker appearance at WrestleMania in some capacity. It could
<v Speaker 1>be as limited as just showing his face and interfering
<v Speaker 1>but not actually getting physical, or it could be a
<v Speaker 1>spear But I would be getting closer to ruling completely
<v Speaker 1>out the idea that Seth, Rollins and bron Breaker are
<v Speaker 1>going to be meeting at WrestleMania, which is a shame
<v Speaker 1>really for Braun and for Seth. So that I think
<v Speaker 1>is close to off the table, not officially, but pretty
<v Speaker 1>darn close. And I'd be looking at best at those
<v Speaker 1>scenarios I talked about with bron Breaker just appearing at
<v Speaker 1>the show again, which thinks so think, do I think
<v Speaker 1>they'll go back to a triple threat? They could, but
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if they want to run anything back.
<v Speaker 1>You know, you look at those men, though, and you
<v Speaker 1>have Punk and Rollins and Rains that would be a
<v Speaker 1>lot of fun because of how good they work together
<v Speaker 1>and have worked together and did last year. But I
<v Speaker 1>don't know if have they ever done a triple threat
<v Speaker 1>back to back that was the same year after year.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think they have so a great match. I
<v Speaker 1>mean probably automatically is the match of the entire event,
<v Speaker 1>But I honestly wouldn't do that. I would put bron
<v Speaker 1>Breaker in or rather Seth Rollins in some other program.
<v Speaker 1>You could do that, I mean, given the history of
<v Speaker 1>Punk and Seth and Roman, but right now all three
<v Speaker 1>of them would be babyfaces. You have three baby faces
<v Speaker 1>facing each other. Then what then, where does Brock fit in?
<v Speaker 1>And lately, now this wasn't your question, but brock Lessner
<v Speaker 1>is now rumored to be working with La Knight at
<v Speaker 1>WrestleMania this year instead of Gunther Brock, it could be
<v Speaker 1>La Night in Brock. What would I do Stone Gold
<v Speaker 1>versus Brock. I would throw any amount of money that
<v Speaker 1>Steve would want, and I would give it to him
<v Speaker 1>to have Brock and Austin. Why well, number one, it's
<v Speaker 1>a dream match that should have happened back in two
<v Speaker 1>thousand and two, and we still have a chance for
<v Speaker 1>it to happen in twenty twenty six, saying that even
<v Speaker 1>is just wild. But if we have the cards on
<v Speaker 1>the table and the money is there and the men
<v Speaker 1>are there and both are able to go, why the
<v Speaker 1>hell are we sitting on it? I don't know. And secondly,
<v Speaker 1>there's other reports, as I'm sure if you're tuned into
<v Speaker 1>the Twitter feed or the news outlets, you know that
<v Speaker 1>the reports have been that ticket sales for WrestleMania forty
<v Speaker 1>two are not anywhere near where WWE wants them to be.
<v Speaker 1>That the sales aren't where maybe they were even were
<v Speaker 1>last year, and now we're looking at maybe worse numbers
<v Speaker 1>than last year, or a lot worse. I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>I only they know the pre sale. But this year
<v Speaker 1>WrestleMania doesn't seem to be selling itself, at least at
<v Speaker 1>the level that they would hope it would. And do
<v Speaker 1>I feel bad for WWE?
<v Speaker 2>No?
<v Speaker 1>You know why, because number one, they're not lowering your
<v Speaker 1>ticket prices. They've already said that that's not what they're
<v Speaker 1>going to do, which is foolish because they would actually
<v Speaker 1>make more money by lowering the ticket prices than keeping
<v Speaker 1>them where they are and selling fewer tickets. But you
<v Speaker 1>know also why because sure that would allow more people
<v Speaker 1>to get in at a cheaper price, which obviously cuts
<v Speaker 1>into your profits if you're the company. But guess what
<v Speaker 1>those people are going to do when they're there. They're
<v Speaker 1>going to spend their money on merch, are they not.
<v Speaker 1>You don't think they're gonna spend additional money to go
<v Speaker 1>to the other events that they have at WWE World
<v Speaker 1>or wherever else they're holding these little mini side quest events.
<v Speaker 1>It's foolish for them. They should want to pack the house,
<v Speaker 1>even if it means the gate, the amount that they
<v Speaker 1>bring in just from the gate is less than what
<v Speaker 1>they want because the other revenue streams that they have
<v Speaker 1>will offset that. They're just so dead set on not
<v Speaker 1>doing it. I think it's also partly because they have
<v Speaker 1>just a not only of course, an obsession with money
<v Speaker 1>and doing whatever it takes to make as much as
<v Speaker 1>they can. But it would be an almost admission of
<v Speaker 1>defeat that they uh that that, uh, well, WrestleMania is
<v Speaker 1>not gonna be good this, Yeah, we should probably lower
<v Speaker 1>the ticket prices. I think that to them it would
<v Speaker 1>they would list it as an l and you know
<v Speaker 1>in their column. But I mean they're they're full, they're
<v Speaker 1>foolhardy and fooling themselves if they think that not lowering
<v Speaker 1>the prices wouldn't help, it would, because that is a
<v Speaker 1>big barrier for a lot of people the wrestle. Many
<v Speaker 1>ticket prices are astronomically embarrassingly high. Now that doesn't mean
<v Speaker 1>you couldn't go to a nosebleed section, but even those,
<v Speaker 1>you're going to be paying out the ass because not
<v Speaker 1>only do you have to get in there, and you
<v Speaker 1>got parking in, your hotel expenses in Vegas, and your flight,
<v Speaker 1>your food, your ancillary entertainment, if you're going out at night,
<v Speaker 1>if you're spending two nights, your time off of work,
<v Speaker 1>if you're spending time with your family there, well, good
<v Speaker 1>luck on that. You might as well take a second
<v Speaker 1>mortgage out on your house, because now you've got to
<v Speaker 1>feed more faces than just your own. More ticket prices more,
<v Speaker 1>I mean then the merch. I mean, you're looking at
<v Speaker 1>several thousand dollars just to get your ass in there.
<v Speaker 1>But I honestly don't feel bad for WWE. And this
<v Speaker 1>is a good sign if you are looking for just
<v Speaker 1>generally ticket prices to decrease, because if ticket prices are
<v Speaker 1>in ticket sales, the number of tickets sold is not
<v Speaker 1>where they wanted to be, and the biggest factor is
<v Speaker 1>the ticket price. And this continues to be a trend, well,
<v Speaker 1>then the w W is gonna be forced to bring
<v Speaker 1>down their prices. This is this is where the rubber
<v Speaker 1>beats the road, guys, this is where you as fans
<v Speaker 1>can really make a difference to bring down the prices
<v Speaker 1>by not buying these tickets. Now, if you want to go,
<v Speaker 1>go right, it's your decision. But as a collective group,
<v Speaker 1>if you want to see, if we all want to
<v Speaker 1>see the ticket prices decline not you know, it's not
<v Speaker 1>gonna be cut by eighty percent but ten percent maybe right,
<v Speaker 1>then we have to as a collective not go to
<v Speaker 1>these events. If you know you're looking at the prices
<v Speaker 1>and going, yeah, this ain't right, you know. So I
<v Speaker 1>don't feel bad for the company. I mean there is
<v Speaker 1>no and will be no tears shed from my eyes.
<v Speaker 1>This is a message sent to the company and I
<v Speaker 1>like it. But back to the stone cold thing. The
<v Speaker 1>reason I'd also do it is because again it would
<v Speaker 1>sell more tickets. So you don't think that brock and
<v Speaker 1>Austin would sell more tickets. That would immediately spike ticket sales.
<v Speaker 1>People would spend whatever it takes to go there. But
<v Speaker 1>all right, let's get back to your email and going
<v Speaker 1>way off course. Second, I hope the rumors of the
<v Speaker 1>mass Men being Grays and Waller aren't true. They would
<v Speaker 1>be even worse than Austin Theory. I've heard that too.
<v Speaker 1>I don't. I would hope not.
<v Speaker 3>That.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, that would be just I don't know if
<v Speaker 1>horrific's the right word, but it would be, you know, ah,
<v Speaker 1>an unmitigated disaster for the Vision if you have Grayson
<v Speaker 1>Waller join, Because I don't think anybody wants to see
<v Speaker 1>Grayson Waller and Austin Theory together. Again, We've been through
<v Speaker 1>that more than enough. And to be honest with you,
<v Speaker 1>even if they're opponents and not he's not joining the Vision,
<v Speaker 1>which obviously he isn't, I don't think anyone would be
<v Speaker 1>interested in seeing Austin theory versus Grayson Waller. And also
<v Speaker 1>what would Austin Theory and Grayson I mean, or what
<v Speaker 1>would Grayson Waller have against bron Breaker. I mean, nobody
<v Speaker 1>would I think be interested in that program whatsoever. So no, Lastly,
<v Speaker 1>I think it's time to give La Knight his shot.
<v Speaker 1>I'm tired of seeing Cody fight for the title. Fatou
<v Speaker 1>isn't ready. I think Orton or Knight would be the
<v Speaker 1>best opponents for MacIntyre agreed. I mean, we've been saying
<v Speaker 1>it's Ella Knight's time for a few years now, but
<v Speaker 1>yet they have not pulled the trigger. Thanks, thank you, Tom.
<v Speaker 1>Let's go to DJ and he says, from the looks
<v Speaker 1>of it, it seems like Monday Night Raw has the
<v Speaker 1>more compelling story heading into WrestleMania, with Roman versus Punk,
<v Speaker 1>stemming from their past history over the last eleven years
<v Speaker 1>when Roman was a part of the Shield to Punk's
<v Speaker 1>backup army. But then we flipped the SmackDown as both
<v Speaker 1>Cody and Fatu want a piece of Drew. Honestly, Jacob
<v Speaker 1>doesn't seem like the right fit to be in this
<v Speaker 1>program and a potential triple threat at WrestleMania, but I'll
<v Speaker 1>give it some time and hopefully Jacob mentions who the
<v Speaker 1>mystery man was that actually attacked him last year, because
<v Speaker 1>I don't believe it was Drew. I hope it's not Drew,
<v Speaker 1>because that's just a boring choice. It's not a wrong one,
<v Speaker 1>it's just boring. I was hoping it was Cody and
<v Speaker 1>he was the one who attacked Fatu. And we're realizing that,
<v Speaker 1>you know, Cody is a little bit more of a
<v Speaker 1>wolf in sheep's clothing than we realized, and the start
<v Speaker 1>of a turn for Cody. That's my hope. As we
<v Speaker 1>find out it was Cody, maybe a little GTV will
<v Speaker 1>reveal that. If you watch the Attitude area, you know
<v Speaker 1>what I'm talking about. Speaking of Drew, I enjoyed his
<v Speaker 1>promo last week as it was a sense in a
<v Speaker 1>sense defending both SmackDown and the Championship. After Roman's comment
<v Speaker 1>stating that Raw is the flagship show and how Punk
<v Speaker 1>said that McIntyre is the easy way out, McIntyre says
<v Speaker 1>it bluntly that if you think the Championship is not
<v Speaker 1>the main title in WWE, then you are a bold
<v Speaker 1>face liar. Do you think that this becomes some sort
<v Speaker 1>of tag team match of Punk and Roman versus McIntyre
<v Speaker 1>and Cody on the March thirtieth edition of Raw, which
<v Speaker 1>will take place at Madison Square Garden. As like I
<v Speaker 1>mentioned previously, Fatu is the odd person out in this story,
<v Speaker 1>Fatu doesn't fit anywhere right now, at least in this
<v Speaker 1>particular story. He has beef with Drew and whoever attacked him,
<v Speaker 1>which again has not officially been revealed. It's just implied
<v Speaker 1>that Fatu was attacking the person that he believes is responsible.
<v Speaker 1>But we still don't know for sure, and maybe they'll
<v Speaker 1>never wrap up that storyline. Maybe they don't know, and
<v Speaker 1>they're not going to decide to put a bow on that.
<v Speaker 1>They probably won't. But despite that, do I think that
<v Speaker 1>your proposal of the tag team matches possible?
<v Speaker 3>Yes?
<v Speaker 1>In fact, that actually would align with history of strange
<v Speaker 1>bedfellows tagging up opponents at WrestleMania. Will tag up in
<v Speaker 1>the final week before WrestleMania. I know March thirtieth isn't
<v Speaker 1>the final one, but you know there's a couple weeks
<v Speaker 1>between March thirtieth and WrestleMania this year. But you get
<v Speaker 1>my drift, right. We've seen that many times before. Like
<v Speaker 1>the blowoff is the two people that are going to
<v Speaker 1>face each other have to team up to take on
<v Speaker 1>the other two people that are going to face each
<v Speaker 1>other that have to team up, and you know the
<v Speaker 1>eventual break down is coming and it's a matter of
<v Speaker 1>who does what and when and how it happens. So yes, absolutely,
<v Speaker 1>and you talk about a really good main event for
<v Speaker 1>Madison Square Garden, how can that not be Roman Reigns
<v Speaker 1>is only going to be there for exact I think
<v Speaker 1>it was half of the raws, half of the Monday
<v Speaker 1>net ros between now and WrestleMania, which is absolutely surprised
<v Speaker 1>to nobody it shouldn't be, which means you're going to
<v Speaker 1>have to utilize him in the best possible places, which
<v Speaker 1>is certainly one of them. Could be a tag team scenario,
<v Speaker 1>another couple of maybe in ring or face to face
<v Speaker 1>promos with Punk or sit down. But what I would
<v Speaker 1>not do is put Roman and Punk in with somebody else.
<v Speaker 1>I don't need a triple threat. I know that we
<v Speaker 1>had Tom earlier suggested I as good as that match
<v Speaker 1>would be, the more I'm thinking about it, I don't
<v Speaker 1>need a third person muddying the waters. Just like last
<v Speaker 1>year when it was supposed to be Roman and Seth
<v Speaker 1>finally won on one at WrestleMania, we get Punk in
<v Speaker 1>there and then, don't get me wrong, Punk added a
<v Speaker 1>lot to the match itself from a wrestling perspective, but
<v Speaker 1>the story when it comes to storyline, when you add
<v Speaker 1>a third person, it divides your attention as to what's
<v Speaker 1>going on and why you should care, and it allows
<v Speaker 1>you to or doesn't allow you to get as deep
<v Speaker 1>into a story as you otherwise could, because now you're
<v Speaker 1>adding a third party that has to have their own
<v Speaker 1>story tied somehow to the other two. It gets weird.
<v Speaker 1>So that's why I think Punk and Roman, who absolutely
<v Speaker 1>both killed it last week on the on the mic
<v Speaker 1>probably Roman reigns his best promo he's ever cut in
<v Speaker 1>his entire career against Cmpunk, one of the best on
<v Speaker 1>the microphone. As we know, they had an out standing
<v Speaker 1>night together. This story is off to the races. It's
<v Speaker 1>not like you're looking at it and thinking, oh, well,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know, there's not a lot of chemistry and
<v Speaker 1>not much history here. They might have to bring in
<v Speaker 1>a third person. No, I don't think that many people
<v Speaker 1>felt that way. It feels like they are just ready
<v Speaker 1>to go right now. So one other thing, Oba Femi
<v Speaker 1>has been squashing Kit Wilson and previously the Viking Raiders
<v Speaker 1>on his appearances. Oba quote not signed at the moment
<v Speaker 1>to either show, but hopefully we get him on the
<v Speaker 1>mor as to why he's doing this and what his
<v Speaker 1>next focus is. I agree, you know there actually is
<v Speaker 1>for the moment, though I'm not too concerned about in
<v Speaker 1>ring promos yet. He'll have to get there and have
<v Speaker 1>a good one or two to really set the fire
<v Speaker 1>behind him. But right now what's going on is working.
<v Speaker 1>It's not a forever plan. It's just for the moment.
<v Speaker 1>And we've seen this with many guys that have come in,
<v Speaker 1>braunz Stroman being one of the most prevalent examples. Braun
<v Speaker 1>Stroman comes in and how many squash matches did he
<v Speaker 1>have before he finally got a little mic time he
<v Speaker 1>kind of understood who he was. And now that that said,
<v Speaker 1>broun Stroman wasn't exactly a A plus promo, but you know,
<v Speaker 1>he eventually got there to the point where he could
<v Speaker 1>cut promos against his opponents and you understood who and
<v Speaker 1>what he stood for. It took a while, but Obafemi,
<v Speaker 1>I'm not worried about his mic work yet. It's gonna
<v Speaker 1>be there and it's going to have to be there.
<v Speaker 1>But right now the most important part is getting him
<v Speaker 1>in front of the eyeballs fans consistently and they've been
<v Speaker 1>doing that. Even when he's not on Raw, they put
<v Speaker 1>a video package together to remind you of him. They
<v Speaker 1>don't want you to forget him because they clearly have
<v Speaker 1>big plans for him. And whether or not that's Brock
<v Speaker 1>Lesner this year WrestleMania, which many have thought, unless it's
<v Speaker 1>Brock and Night, it seems like it's one other two
<v Speaker 1>Ovi Femmei's gonna have a huge impact on WrestleMania. So
<v Speaker 1>all right, shout out to the Seahawks forgetting the job
<v Speaker 1>done this past Sunday in dominant fashion against the Pats
<v Speaker 1>and their revenge from a couple of years ago. But
<v Speaker 1>now we turn the page to Baseball's American summertime or
<v Speaker 1>America's summer pastime. I'm excited to see where the Mets
<v Speaker 1>can go. I purchased one single game ticket so so
<v Speaker 1>far to see the Mets play at home in June,
<v Speaker 1>because at the moment, there was only a single game
<v Speaker 1>ticket that you could purchase between March and June. Just
<v Speaker 1>I just hope this season they don't collapse during the
<v Speaker 1>second half before the postseason. I forget weekend. Thanks DJ,
<v Speaker 1>and he was well me too. I hope they don't collapse,
<v Speaker 1>really do. I said this before a couple of weeks ago.
<v Speaker 4>I don't.
<v Speaker 1>As a Yankees fan, I really hold no animosity towards
<v Speaker 1>the Mets. I'm told I should have animosity just by
<v Speaker 1>being a Yankees fan, just by definition, I'm supposed to
<v Speaker 1>hate the Mets. I don't.
<v Speaker 4>I don't.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, I don't actively go to their games and
<v Speaker 1>wear their merch, but I don't actively root against them.
<v Speaker 1>I don't see why I should. I'm just told I
<v Speaker 1>should because they're a rival in city team. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>do the Angels and the Dodgers have this same problem
<v Speaker 1>the Cubs in the White Sox. I mean, I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>It feels just again like I'm supposed to hate them
<v Speaker 1>and I don't. So I'm you know, I hope they
<v Speaker 1>do well. I really do. That doesn't mean that when
<v Speaker 1>they face each other, I won't be rooting for the Yankees,
<v Speaker 1>of course, But yeah, I mean, I'm not a big
<v Speaker 1>football guy. The game, I did see some of it.
<v Speaker 1>It was boring, As many people pointed out, it was
<v Speaker 1>just a demolition of the Pats, especially from the defensive
<v Speaker 1>side of the ball. But yeah, I mean, we're about
<v Speaker 1>to head into baseball guys. For those of you that
<v Speaker 1>care spring trainings upon US pitchers and catchers report soon.
<v Speaker 1>Then we've got into you know, the spring training games
<v Speaker 1>if you watch those, those are coming in the next
<v Speaker 1>few weeks. And then of course we're off to the
<v Speaker 1>races at the end of March or the April for
<v Speaker 1>home openers. So it's here, it's almost here anyway, and
<v Speaker 1>that is really the kickoff to spring. We can say
<v Speaker 1>goodbye to winner. All right, DJ, We'll get to that
<v Speaker 1>report at the end of the show. As always, we're
<v Speaker 1>gonna kind of put it there for now. I think
<v Speaker 1>it's a good place. So it's the the end of
<v Speaker 1>the show. We will slot your Joe Hendry report into
<v Speaker 1>all right, let's go to let's see JM. JM says
<v Speaker 1>it's from Patreon, so thank you for being a patron.
<v Speaker 1>He says, hope you're doing well. Would you like would
<v Speaker 1>like your thoughts on two things? One, how would you
<v Speaker 1>feel about a Gunther Roman match? It was teased at
<v Speaker 1>the rumble with those big those guys being the last
<v Speaker 1>two men. I think it could be a great story
<v Speaker 1>in a match, but I would like to see it
<v Speaker 1>Gunther and Roman. Yes, we're gonna get there eventually. It's
<v Speaker 1>nice to have two guys who have had essentially a
<v Speaker 1>hands off approach to their careers. It feels like they
<v Speaker 1>haven't met in a long time, and it just is
<v Speaker 1>I'm primed for that match. Yes, there's a WrestleMania Maine event,
<v Speaker 1>maybe WrestleMania twenty or wrestle In twenty, WrestleMania forty three,
<v Speaker 1>maybe there or even a Summer Slam. Doesn't have to
<v Speaker 1>be WrestleMania all the time. It could be a Summer
<v Speaker 1>Slam matchup Gunther and Roman.
<v Speaker 4>Yes.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely. Sammy's Ain was pretty quiet on SmackDown. Where does
<v Speaker 1>he go from here? He needs to heal turned very soon,
<v Speaker 1>Thanks and have a good one. Sammy's Ain is a
<v Speaker 1>character that is always going to feel like the underdog,
<v Speaker 1>and there's nothing he can do to get away from that.
<v Speaker 1>He is going to forever feel that way, no matter
<v Speaker 1>seemingly who will he will be facing in the ring.
<v Speaker 1>But right now, Sammy Zain, I would agree if he
<v Speaker 1>turns YAlO wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.
<v Speaker 1>He does feel like he needs a bit of a refresh,
<v Speaker 1>and I will say that Sammy Zain right now is
<v Speaker 1>in weird. He's in a weird spot right now. Sammy
<v Speaker 1>Zain is very big into Islam, right And I'm only
<v Speaker 1>bringing religion into this because Sammy Zain is bringing religion
<v Speaker 1>into this, being a publicly being a coming into Islam.
<v Speaker 1>And this is quote what Sammy Zin said in January.
<v Speaker 1>Well he's in January twenty twenty six, Sammy Zain performed
<v Speaker 1>Umrah in Maka, expressing profound feelings for his faith and
<v Speaker 1>stating quote, this is where the quote comes in, Islam
<v Speaker 1>will enter enter every home and highlighting the peace and
<v Speaker 1>love within the religion. He's of Syrian descent and shared
<v Speaker 1>his emotional spiritual journey on social media, earning praise for
<v Speaker 1>his humility and open expression of Muslim identity. Okay, well,
<v Speaker 1>we all knew his feelings on you know, what was
<v Speaker 1>going on in the least, he wasn't too quiet about that.
<v Speaker 1>Very much against Israel, very much against Israel and everything
<v Speaker 1>they do and say, and just probably them existing bothers him.
<v Speaker 1>And you know, so he's very much into Islam. Which
<v Speaker 1>again I'm not going to give my opinions on that.
<v Speaker 1>It's not the show, not the time and place or
<v Speaker 1>format for that.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Again, Samy Zain. We know where he stands. He's not
<v Speaker 1>quiet about it, and do I agree with him. I'll
<v Speaker 1>just say yeah, not exactly. But that's my own personal opinion.
<v Speaker 1>And Sammy Zain, though that said, he's character wrestling anyway
<v Speaker 1>is is a bit of a He's hard to get
<v Speaker 1>behind now, even though he's the underdog and he's likable
<v Speaker 1>as a character on TV, he's difficult to get behind
<v Speaker 1>because he cannot win. He cannot win that big match,
<v Speaker 1>he cannot get to the top of the mountain. He
<v Speaker 1>continues to be in a place where he he'll try
<v Speaker 1>to make you believe, but you know at the end
<v Speaker 1>of the day, because of the timing or who's champion,
<v Speaker 1>or again what calendar year it or what month of
<v Speaker 1>the year it is on the calendar, all of that
<v Speaker 1>is important because it'll tell you if sammy's Ain has
<v Speaker 1>any chance of winning. And every time he's faced anyone
<v Speaker 1>for the championship outside of one time, you knew there
<v Speaker 1>was no chance. And they've run the story even on
<v Speaker 1>the many times on camera that Sammy's A will never
<v Speaker 1>be champion, and so far that that's been true. So
<v Speaker 1>if he wants to go a little dark I'm with it.
<v Speaker 1>I can also do without every promo of him yelling
<v Speaker 1>every single promo and has to about he has to
<v Speaker 1>yell for about the back hand, like the back half
<v Speaker 1>of it. It's always him yelling, and I don't think
<v Speaker 1>that's a great way to sell a promo. Every time.
<v Speaker 1>You can yell during your promo and get be effective,
<v Speaker 1>but you can also be very quiet and be effective.
<v Speaker 1>It doesn't mean that just because you are yelling means
<v Speaker 1>you're more passionate, or that we're supposed to believe you
<v Speaker 1>more because you're yelling. Sometimes the increased volume will work
<v Speaker 1>against you where you're worried. You know, it seems like
<v Speaker 1>you're over selling it, Like I know that you don't
<v Speaker 1>believe this, so you're trying to compensate by yelling instead
<v Speaker 1>of genuine emotion. It's just kind of manufactured over the
<v Speaker 1>top noise that you're hoping will kind of deodorize your
<v Speaker 1>actual lack of emotion for this particular segment. I don't know,
<v Speaker 1>so I think he overdoes the yelling. Sammy's in and Ring,
<v Speaker 1>I mean love hate him inside outside of the ring,
<v Speaker 1>his political beliefs, religious whatever. He's very good in the ring.
<v Speaker 1>You can't. Ever, you can't deny that. So do I
<v Speaker 1>think it will see him champion one day?
<v Speaker 4>Yes?
<v Speaker 1>I do one day. I think we will get to
<v Speaker 1>the point where Sammy's in the right place at the
<v Speaker 1>right time. He's a veteran and he already is. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>he is a veteran now. But I do think at
<v Speaker 1>some point they'll pull the trigger. Okay, there we go.
<v Speaker 1>Well that'll do it for the emails. Let's get to
<v Speaker 1>a voicemail or two. Of course we'll end with DJ,
<v Speaker 1>but I know we have one before we get there,
<v Speaker 1>and let's see who that is. I think I know,
<v Speaker 1>but let's find out together.
<v Speaker 5>It's Postimer. They're only come about to rumble from yesterday.
<v Speaker 5>I'm glad that Lived one made sense. I'm looking forward
<v Speaker 5>to seeing a potential Live versus Raquel that Steef like,
<v Speaker 5>that's that's the most interesting story to do for a championship.
<v Speaker 5>Before sleet with Stephinitie, she hasn't any incredibly with the
<v Speaker 5>chips say she won it rest the police this though,
<v Speaker 5>I think Rock Keel's gonna win the title one uh
<v Speaker 5>tomorrow and have Lived in Raquel one on one. A
<v Speaker 5>WrestleMania seems storyline makes sense. Roman winning. Don't like it.
<v Speaker 5>It's just been there, done that. I just I don't
<v Speaker 5>know you're I listen, listen to your review now from
<v Speaker 5>the Rumble, and I mean, I get your point and
<v Speaker 5>I get you know, the play for Roman raised be
<v Speaker 5>the top name, and that's all well and good, but
<v Speaker 5>I probably just doesn't win the championship. I hope he
<v Speaker 5>goes into the Wrestlemenia loses. I hope anyway, because he
<v Speaker 5>should not win the title back, He's going to be
<v Speaker 5>gone for the majority of the time. He could not
<v Speaker 5>keep having this guy being the champion, have him not
<v Speaker 5>on TV and least SmackDown to leave them with what
<v Speaker 5>what are these people fighting for? Pride?
<v Speaker 6>So I hope he goes to the.
<v Speaker 4>Rest of men and loses. Anyway.
<v Speaker 5>Didn't care for that finish, but it is what it is.
<v Speaker 5>But I am happy that live one. That was the
<v Speaker 5>outcome I wanted for the Rumble And yeah, that's it.
<v Speaker 1>Uh, go back, Kyle, did you hear from you? As always,
<v Speaker 1>Roman winning, it's a safe choice. Is it the best choice? Well,
<v Speaker 1>it's impossible to know because we only have one one
<v Speaker 1>scenario that we can see play out. We don't live
<v Speaker 1>in infinite universes that we can see. I mean, we
<v Speaker 1>might have infinite universes, but we are living in only
<v Speaker 1>one of them, and we can't see all the other
<v Speaker 1>possibilities that would have played out. So it's a safe choice.
<v Speaker 1>Is it the right one? Again? Time will tell if
<v Speaker 1>we believe on the back end it's the right one.
<v Speaker 1>But you're you know what, the point you're making though,
<v Speaker 1>that Roman shouldn't win. I'd actually agree with that because
<v Speaker 1>as much as people are behind Roman and he's had
<v Speaker 1>his heel run and all the rest, I don't think
<v Speaker 1>that him winning the belt would help him as a
<v Speaker 1>babyface because I think the feelings of him as champion
<v Speaker 1>would come flooding back to the people that are supporting
<v Speaker 1>him and go, oh wait, oh that's right. You're that
<v Speaker 1>absentee champion that we see once every six weeks and
<v Speaker 1>you did that for four years. Okay, got it, you're
<v Speaker 1>that guy. I actually believe Roman Reigns will not win
<v Speaker 1>the championship at WrestleMania because I think would undermine his
<v Speaker 1>undermine his babyface run because people would remember that Roman
<v Speaker 1>is not here. He's not gonna go back to a
<v Speaker 1>full time schedule or anything.
<v Speaker 4>Near it.
<v Speaker 1>This is roman schedule from now until he's not a
<v Speaker 1>wrestler anymore, and Punk should get a victory at WrestleMania.
<v Speaker 1>I'm on for that. It just becomes well, how does
<v Speaker 1>he win? Does Punk turn heel? There's that possibility, who interferes?
<v Speaker 1>Does the Rock actually come out? I mean, I don't
<v Speaker 1>do I dare mention it, but you know that kind
<v Speaker 1>of thing is there's some kind of weird stuff going
<v Speaker 1>on in that match that prevents Roman from winning and
<v Speaker 1>still allows Punk to be a baby face probably, or
<v Speaker 1>they just have a kick ass match and Punk wins.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, what about that? That's possible too. Again, with
<v Speaker 1>a lot more build up here, I hope they don't
<v Speaker 1>add a third man to this. They don't need it.
<v Speaker 1>They don't need it. These two are more than capable.
<v Speaker 1>We've seen it last week of building this match, so
<v Speaker 1>I hope it doesn't happen, and I hope we do
<v Speaker 1>see the Roman Reigns lose at WrestleMania, but in a
<v Speaker 1>memorable fashion. Absolutely. All right, let's get to another voicemail,
<v Speaker 1>and that.
<v Speaker 4>Is seven here from Australia. I hope you will probably
<v Speaker 4>pretty cold, but you are where here. It's like seven
<v Speaker 4>degrees of hell of heat living in air Columber these days. Hey,
<v Speaker 4>I'm pritty watching raw. I'm probably only halfway through it,
<v Speaker 4>so I've got three points I wanted to bring up
<v Speaker 4>and unce to know all your thoughts on it. How
<v Speaker 4>long has Dominick mysterio? How long does it takes for
<v Speaker 4>him to get out of this injury and defend the title?
<v Speaker 4>Like to me, it seems a bit ludicrous that he's
<v Speaker 4>not even involved in any form of what's the word
<v Speaker 4>I'm looking for any form of interaction with anyone for
<v Speaker 4>letters of better phrase. There's no one chasing him. It's
<v Speaker 4>like it stuff after port which to me for the
<v Speaker 4>intercompent and that's I've been really rare for a very
<v Speaker 4>various historic belt and it's just been forgotten. So what
<v Speaker 4>are your thoughts on that? Also, I just watched the
<v Speaker 4>CM Punk Swindella promo, and I mean, we all know
<v Speaker 4>seems not going to win because the biggest main events
<v Speaker 4>match you's going to be CM Punk versus Roman Range
<v Speaker 4>Roman Range versus Swindella doesn't have the same kind of
<v Speaker 4>prestige about it. Is the I'm a sin fan when
<v Speaker 4>he's when he's bore over face, But yeah, I don't
<v Speaker 4>see like they they're using They're using the from my
<v Speaker 4>from my perspective, and the pharmacisical. They're using the range
<v Speaker 4>hem punk. That is going to be WrestleMania. It's going
<v Speaker 4>to full crowds, is going to pull tickets, it's gonna
<v Speaker 4>make money. I don't think the the Sovella runing range
<v Speaker 4>and would Filly is not going to win. I noticed
<v Speaker 4>everyone do. Then they said it was an elimination chamber
<v Speaker 4>and I'm not sure that doing because it wasn't at
<v Speaker 4>Cleveland this evening. But yeah, I don't what's the point
<v Speaker 4>we know he's not going to win, Like we're gonna
<v Speaker 4>watch if they're going to have very close near falls,
<v Speaker 4>but it's not gonna happen. It must be. It don't
<v Speaker 4>be pretty frustrating for a person that's thing like unfortunately
<v Speaker 4>Unreal has brought everything to the fall. You know about this?
<v Speaker 4>Hey guys, remember this is all and there's all a show.
<v Speaker 4>But yeah, I just am quite frustrated, right and also
<v Speaker 4>I've only got a few seconds left. You think we
<v Speaker 4>are Rippley and Eos guy are going to get married.
<v Speaker 4>The way they look into each other's eyes, it is
<v Speaker 4>it is just ticketing. It's just like, oh, it's so
<v Speaker 4>sloppy and soppy, and so it's way than just watching
<v Speaker 4>the cringe show of the Delicate Twins which split like
<v Speaker 4>the news, right, it's channel changing, it's not he's creating
<v Speaker 4>its channel changing. Anyway, I think I've got five seconds.
<v Speaker 4>Take care, chet suit, bye.
<v Speaker 1>Bev and my friend. Good to hear you, always good
<v Speaker 1>to hear you, And hope you're staying cool over there
<v Speaker 1>in Australia. Don't worry. Your time is coming in the sun,
<v Speaker 1>so to speak, with winter returning there, right, I mean,
<v Speaker 1>so we're in the thick of it. You're in the
<v Speaker 1>thick of it, and we're about to trade places gladly.
<v Speaker 1>So so your points here. With Dom not defending the
<v Speaker 1>title and like nobody's chasing him, I think there's a
<v Speaker 1>reason for that. Well, first of all, Dom was injured
<v Speaker 1>for a little while. Secondly, I think they're in a
<v Speaker 1>holding pattern for him. He's in a holding pattern for
<v Speaker 1>Finn Balor, and with Finn Balor and Ciampunk's promo, there
<v Speaker 1>is no way Finn wins. But that's okay because that's
<v Speaker 1>not the purpose. So I think of this, I believe
<v Speaker 1>the purpose of this program with Punk is to well,
<v Speaker 1>number one, pull Finn out of the disastrous, defunct Judgment
<v Speaker 1>Day group that has been long dead for all they're
<v Speaker 1>essentially just they're working with a corpse. I mean, that's
<v Speaker 1>what this group is. It's a corpse. It's like what
<v Speaker 1>is that movie, that famous movie Weekend at Bernie's where
<v Speaker 1>they have to play with the dead guy's the That's
<v Speaker 1>what the Judgment Day has been for a long time,
<v Speaker 1>and it's to pull him out of there and make
<v Speaker 1>him a single star. But more importantly, I think it's
<v Speaker 1>to re establish Finn Balor as a main eventter because
<v Speaker 1>he hasn't been in the main event consistently in years
<v Speaker 1>ever since he joined the Judgment Day. I mean, he's
<v Speaker 1>been tag team champion. He'll occasionally break out and do
<v Speaker 1>something kind of on the side, but he's never the
<v Speaker 1>focal point. It was always Rhea or Damien and then
<v Speaker 1>Dom and then Live originally Edge and so down the list. Like,
<v Speaker 1>Finn's always been a supporting character and it's time to
<v Speaker 1>take him out of that and put him back in
<v Speaker 1>the main event scene. Even though you know he's not
<v Speaker 1>going to win the belt, that doesn't mean he can't
<v Speaker 1>be a main eventor being a main eventor doesn't mean
<v Speaker 1>you need to hold the belt. It just means you
<v Speaker 1>need to be able to perform at a main event level.
<v Speaker 1>And I think that's what Finn can continue to do
<v Speaker 1>and will do. I don't know if he'll actually win
<v Speaker 1>the belt. Maybe some kind of scenario presents itself over
<v Speaker 1>the next twelve months or so that you can go, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>maybe it's time. But you're right, there's no chance, absolutely
<v Speaker 1>no chance that Finn Balor wins none. But that's again,
<v Speaker 1>you have to look at it through a different lens.
<v Speaker 1>Don't look at it through the lens of oh oh,
<v Speaker 1>we already know he's not going to win. Well, yeah, okay, fine,
<v Speaker 1>think at the bigger picture, then zoom out. Why would
<v Speaker 1>they do this? Why are they putting Finn in this
<v Speaker 1>position when everyone knows with one hundred percent certainty the
<v Speaker 1>finn Balor is not going to win the belt from
<v Speaker 1>punk And I think you'll you know, you'll get your answer.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe there's answers beyond the ones I've given you. You
<v Speaker 1>can think of two. So as far as Ria and
<v Speaker 1>Eo getting married, is it sickening the way they look
<v Speaker 1>at each other, Yeah it is. I'm almost ready for
<v Speaker 1>Ria to go back to being a single star. Is
<v Speaker 1>same with EO. Both can be single stars and have
<v Speaker 1>been single stars and have been Women's Champion. And I
<v Speaker 1>think that when they do break up, I don't need
<v Speaker 1>a violent breakup. I can have them civilly breakup. Not
<v Speaker 1>every tag team that dissolves needs to result in those
<v Speaker 1>two individuals having some long standing program. Excuse me, So
<v Speaker 1>I think Ria and EO, whenever they do eventually split,
<v Speaker 1>it's fine. I mean, I'm ready. I'm not pressing for it.
<v Speaker 1>I'm not saying, oh my god, it's horrible that they
<v Speaker 1>need to break up, because there are two big stars
<v Speaker 1>helping establish a tag team division that had desperately, desperately,
<v Speaker 1>desperately needed help and always needs help perennially, just all
<v Speaker 1>the time. It just will forever need help, much like
<v Speaker 1>the men's tag team division. So that's a good thing.
<v Speaker 1>They've helped really put that tag team division back on
<v Speaker 1>the map and back into relevancy. But you're right, those
<v Speaker 1>kinds of things are eye rolling where you're embarrassed to
<v Speaker 1>watch and you sometimes think to yourself, like, I'm too
<v Speaker 1>old to watch this crap. That's that. That's what I see.
<v Speaker 1>I agree when I see that kind of interaction. But
<v Speaker 1>the Bellas, I would agree, are a degree worse. They
<v Speaker 1>are the epitome of what I don't like about women's wrestling,
<v Speaker 1>and they continue to be that even at their advanced age.
<v Speaker 1>And yes I say advanced age because the gimmicks that
<v Speaker 1>they continue to push forward have not evolved or matured.
<v Speaker 1>They are still doing the same routines. Brie is still
<v Speaker 1>working off of the s kicks, which of course are
<v Speaker 1>only made famous by her husband. So the people are
<v Speaker 1>only cheering for it because it reminds them of Daniel Brian,
<v Speaker 1>not because they're going with Bree. It's an extension to
<v Speaker 1>Daniel Bryan or Brian Danielson. That's why they like those kicks,
<v Speaker 1>all right. So, and yes, the pop she got at
<v Speaker 1>the Rumble was big, but that was the only surprise
<v Speaker 1>the crowd got all night. So they were waiting for anything,
<v Speaker 1>something in order to get up and be excited for
<v Speaker 1>it the Rumble, and they got Brie Bella. So that
<v Speaker 1>kind of tells you how much of an epic night
<v Speaker 1>quote unquote that we had from what Triple H told
<v Speaker 1>us it was gonna be uh and yeah. The Bellas
<v Speaker 1>are are I guess, big names in their in their
<v Speaker 1>within the women's division. They have some star power to them,
<v Speaker 1>but when it comes to their promos and everything else
<v Speaker 1>that they bring to the ring. I don't think we
<v Speaker 1>need them. We certainly don't need them. The women's division
<v Speaker 1>was going along just fine without them. They are a
<v Speaker 1>a flashback into the diva's era that nobody wants again.
<v Speaker 1>They're not horrible in the ring. In fact, Nikki has
<v Speaker 1>actually improved since she returned, and I give her credit
<v Speaker 1>and continued to. I think they are very self serving, narcissistic,
<v Speaker 1>especially Nicki individuals. That's just how I feel, and I
<v Speaker 1>don't need them in my ring. I think they are
<v Speaker 1>a They take back women. They pull women's wrestling back
<v Speaker 1>rather than push it forward. They are regressors, even though
<v Speaker 1>they present themselves as progressors in the women's division. I'll
<v Speaker 1>push them women forward, do this or that. You know,
<v Speaker 1>we were advancing women's wrestling. Yet at the same time,
<v Speaker 1>they're actually with their actions and their gimmick of the
<v Speaker 1>stripper pole dance and what they wear. They're in their
<v Speaker 1>forties now and they're still wearing what they wore in
<v Speaker 1>their twenties. They're actually doing the opposite to what they
<v Speaker 1>say they want to do, and they don't even see
<v Speaker 1>the irony in that they are trying to in on
<v Speaker 1>one side with their words saying they want to push
<v Speaker 1>women's forward, women's wrestling forward, and then with their actions
<v Speaker 1>they're working completely against that, and they're not smart enough
<v Speaker 1>to see it. So that's how I feel about it.
<v Speaker 1>I would agree with that the bellas they can, I mean,
<v Speaker 1>they can fall off the face of the earth, and
<v Speaker 1>I don't even know if I would even I might.
<v Speaker 1>I might just look at my phone if I see
<v Speaker 1>the notification that the Bellows are are missing, I'd be okay,
<v Speaker 1>and then i'd you know, continue sipping my coffee in
<v Speaker 1>the morning or whatever. That's how much attention I would
<v Speaker 1>give it. A go, Okay, cool, move on. Like, I'm
<v Speaker 1>not saying I want them dead, Okay, not what I'm saying.
<v Speaker 1>I'm saying if they just suddenly disappeared, if they went
<v Speaker 1>they just went off the grid, is what I'm saying.
<v Speaker 1>So some of you took that as, oh, you want
<v Speaker 1>them to die. No, no, not that's you know, I'm
<v Speaker 1>not that demonic, all right, I just want them gone
<v Speaker 1>and to not exist in pro wrestling anymore. That's all
<v Speaker 1>so all right, Well, thank you Bevan, and I hope
<v Speaker 1>all is well down there, my friend. All right, we're
<v Speaker 1>gonna close it out with DJ. But before we do,

<v Speaker 7>I believe in Joe Hendry.
<v Speaker 3>Best right, folks, Joe Hendry is his name.
<v Speaker 6>As I take it to my eighty third episode of
<v Speaker 6>the Georgia Report, L I always coming to you live
<v Speaker 6>from an undisclosed location. L like always before I talk
<v Speaker 6>about Joe Hendry. By the way, who is the new
<v Speaker 6>NXC Champion. Let me talk about the continuing storyline of
<v Speaker 6>the NXCNT they collaborations with the NXT invasion in TENA
<v Speaker 6>as TEENA is gearing up for their next wrestling event
<v Speaker 6>called No Surrender that'll be happening this coming Friday. That's right, folks,
<v Speaker 6>this coming Friday, Friday the thirteenth. Ooh Spooky February thirteenth,
<v Speaker 6>are from Nashville, Tennessee. So far, we have four matches
<v Speaker 6>and a card, and I'll be focusing on three matches
<v Speaker 6>that will be featured on this event. We have Stax
<v Speaker 6>versus Trey Miguel for the TEENA International Championship. We have
<v Speaker 6>Lee Yingley formerly known as Zilee. She'll be taken on
<v Speaker 6>Ariana Grace for the TNA Knockouts Championship, and most likely
<v Speaker 6>the main event a tag team match of nick Nameit
<v Speaker 6>formerly known as Don Ziggler and Eddie Edwards versus the
<v Speaker 6>TNA Ex Division Champion in Leon Slater and the TNA
<v Speaker 6>World Champion in Mike sand Tan. But on the previous
<v Speaker 6>episode of TNA on AMC, we get a backstage segment
<v Speaker 6>of Ariana Grace and her father, the Director of Authority,
<v Speaker 6>mister Santina Morella. As Ariane is asking her father for
<v Speaker 6>advice after when she got into a fight with her
<v Speaker 6>boyfriend Stax. Ariana is frustrated with the lack of opportunity
<v Speaker 6>to prove herself in the ring, so she acts the
<v Speaker 6>Santino to arrange a title shot so she could know
<v Speaker 6>if she has what it takes to be a wrestler.
<v Speaker 6>Santino was a bit reluctant because he realized how making
<v Speaker 6>that match would look unfair to the locker room since
<v Speaker 6>she is a glorified nepple baby. Anyway, Arianna gilted Santino
<v Speaker 6>into making up for missing her sweet sixteen. Santino then
<v Speaker 6>said that he would find a way to make that
<v Speaker 6>man happen, and it's official at no surrender, Like I
<v Speaker 6>said a couple of minutes ago, it will be Arianna
<v Speaker 6>Grace versus Lee yng League with the TEENA Knockouts Champions.
<v Speaker 6>We get another backstage segment, this time featuring Daria Ray
<v Speaker 6>aka the suit formally known from WWE as Sonya Deville,
<v Speaker 6>alongside Santina Morella, Mike Santana, Steve Macklin, and a few wrestlers.
<v Speaker 6>Daria notices Steve Macklin was in the building as Santino
<v Speaker 6>allowed Macklin to say his tearful goodbyes to his friends
<v Speaker 6>after getting fired during the previous Feast or Fired segment,
<v Speaker 6>but Daria did not like Santino being too emotional to
<v Speaker 6>allow this bad decision. Macklin gave a positive speech of
<v Speaker 6>his love for TNA and saying that this company took
<v Speaker 6>a chance on him unlike the other wrestling promotions and
<v Speaker 6>how TNA is filled with misfit wrestlers like himself at
<v Speaker 6>an overcoming the odds. We see Mike Santana by the
<v Speaker 6>door as he and Macklin share respect for one another
<v Speaker 6>as he's getting ready to leave TNA. However, all of
<v Speaker 6>a sudden, as Santana turns us back, Macklin attacks him
<v Speaker 6>after being angry about being labeled to selfless who are fault.
<v Speaker 6>Now we fast forward to the final segment of this
<v Speaker 6>episode of TNA on AMC as Mike Santana is in
<v Speaker 6>the ring addressing the crowd about his backstage confrontation with
<v Speaker 6>Steve Macklin in which Macklin attacked him from behind. Santana
<v Speaker 6>says he's okay with a target on his back as
<v Speaker 6>a TENA World champion, but he didn't expect the title
<v Speaker 6>to turn friends into enemies. Santana sends a direct measuge
<v Speaker 6>for Steve Macklin by saying, don't stab me in the
<v Speaker 6>back the next time, but stab me in the chest
<v Speaker 6>like a real man. Then immediately we get an appearance
<v Speaker 6>from Eddie Edwards and the System as they attack Mike
<v Speaker 6>Santana in which any sense or request for a future
<v Speaker 6>title shot for Mike Santana's TEENA World championship. Then we
<v Speaker 6>get the Hardys to make the say but the numbers
<v Speaker 6>game was still any advantage of the System.
<v Speaker 3>But then all of a sudden, we get the appearance
<v Speaker 3>of a.
<v Speaker 6>Former member of the System who was ousted from the
<v Speaker 6>group a week ago, and that is none other than Moose.
<v Speaker 6>Moose gets his revenge and attacks all the members of
<v Speaker 6>the system, including the newest member in Cedric Alexander, as
<v Speaker 6>Moose delivered a pop bombs.
<v Speaker 3>To Cedric over the ropes.
<v Speaker 6>As this episode of TNA on AMC comes to an end,
<v Speaker 6>and I guess you could say it's safe to say
<v Speaker 6>that Mike Santana has new allies in Moose and.
<v Speaker 3>The Hardy Boys.
<v Speaker 6>Now to Joe Hendry, the new NXT Champion, as he
<v Speaker 6>put out a video on his socials on Friday, which
<v Speaker 6>by the way, featured his new NX Championship built over
<v Speaker 6>his shoulders with the new sideplate printed on by saying
<v Speaker 6>his name Joe Hendry. Joe mentions that he'll be featured
<v Speaker 6>on two upcoming NXT Live events, won on Friday February
<v Speaker 6>sixth Live from Ford Pierce, Florida and Saturday, February seventh,
<v Speaker 6>Live from Jacksonville, Florida, as Joe Hendy concludes by saying,
<v Speaker 6>so get your tickets, make sure you're there to see
<v Speaker 6>my first matches as the NXT Champions, see you there.
<v Speaker 6>And speaking of those two NXT Live events, let's get
<v Speaker 6>to them. On Friday February sixth, Joe Hendry was featured
<v Speaker 6>in a six man tag team match alongside Ilio Lafeur,
<v Speaker 6>the new NX French Wrestling Sensation, and Miles burn as
<v Speaker 6>they took on the Vanity Project of Brad Baylor, Jackson
<v Speaker 6>Drake and Ricky Smoke. Joe Hendry's team got the victory
<v Speaker 6>on that event, and we turned the page to Saturday,
<v Speaker 6>February seventh, Live from Jacksonville, Florida, in which Joe Hendry
<v Speaker 6>defeated Jackson Drink in a NXT championship match. And like always, folks,
<v Speaker 6>if you remember to say his name, he might just
<v Speaker 6>randomly uppear and he appeared last night on NXT. Joe Hendry,
<v Speaker 6>the new NXT Champion, was featured a couple of times
<v Speaker 6>on this episode, including an impromptu championship match of Joe
<v Speaker 6>Hendry versus Jackson Drake.
<v Speaker 3>But prior to the show, Joe Hendry puts out a
<v Speaker 3>video on.
<v Speaker 6>His NXT show, so was by saying, tonight APM sharp
<v Speaker 6>on CW, your new NXC Champion, Joe Hendry is opening
<v Speaker 6>the show.
<v Speaker 3>Make sure you're there to tune in. I have a
<v Speaker 3>lot to say.
<v Speaker 6>I want to say thank you to the fans everyone
<v Speaker 6>who supported me in getting to this point. Tonight you're
<v Speaker 6>gonna find out what this championship title rain is going
<v Speaker 6>to be about. And now to the opening of this
<v Speaker 6>episode of NXC, the new NXC Champion, Joe Hendry makes
<v Speaker 6>his entrance, and by the way, for the upteen time,
<v Speaker 6>Booker T is singing along to joe themes music. I
<v Speaker 6>can't take it anymore. It's so terrible. As Booker T continues,
<v Speaker 6>so butcher the song in his raspy voice, I'm going
<v Speaker 6>to have to mute Joe's entrance the next time Booker
<v Speaker 6>T wants to sing anyway. Joe starts off by thanking
<v Speaker 6>the crowd for believing in him as he talks about
<v Speaker 6>how the crowd resurrected him right as Ricky Saints was
<v Speaker 6>trying to claim the NXT title last week. Joe goes
<v Speaker 6>on to talk about his path to the NXT title,
<v Speaker 6>from his humble begin in amateur wrestling to the TEENA
<v Speaker 6>World titles to his song I Believe In Joe Hendry
<v Speaker 6>charting the music charts all over the world to getting
<v Speaker 6>a match with Randioid at last year's WrestleMania. Joe declares
<v Speaker 6>that we Believe isn't just a catchphrase, it's a movement.
<v Speaker 6>But immediately Jackson Drake and his Vanity Project cronies and
<v Speaker 6>Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes interrupt Joe Hendry. Jackson talks
<v Speaker 6>about how inspirational Joe Hendry's speech was and how he
<v Speaker 6>could run through a wall, but Jackson flips the script
<v Speaker 6>by saying that how Joe Hendry shouldn't have been in
<v Speaker 6>the ladder match to begin with, with a spoiler alert.
<v Speaker 3>Dun, Dun, dun.
<v Speaker 6>They were the ones that attacked Joe Hendry because Joe
<v Speaker 6>disrespected them and made Ricky Smokes disappear that time. What
<v Speaker 6>do you mean disappear?
<v Speaker 3>The crowd?
<v Speaker 6>Chance, Shut the hell up, Shut the hell up. As
<v Speaker 6>Jackson continues to talk, Joe Hendry cuts off Jackson by
<v Speaker 6>saying if they spent as much time coordinating their attacks
<v Speaker 6>as they do their outfits, maybe they could have taken
<v Speaker 6>Joe Hendry out of the picture. Then Jackson Drake mocks
<v Speaker 6>Joe Hendry for looking like if Joe was in a
<v Speaker 6>nineties boy band his mom would light in which Jackson
<v Speaker 6>declares that the Vanity Project should finish the job and
<v Speaker 6>take Joe's NXT title. Joe concludes by saying they were
<v Speaker 6>man enough to attack him He's got no problem in
<v Speaker 6>kicking all of their asses in defending the NXT title
<v Speaker 6>against the Vanity Project. This then led to a brawl
<v Speaker 6>as Joe did his best to take down all.
<v Speaker 3>Three members of the Vanity Project.
<v Speaker 6>Joe is fired up, but after attempting to deliver a
<v Speaker 6>standing ovation choke slam to Brad Baylor, Jackson Drake hits
<v Speaker 6>Joe with a chop block.
<v Speaker 3>Then all three of them beat down on Joe Hendry.
<v Speaker 6>Jackson grabs the NXT title as he mockingly does the
<v Speaker 6>Joe Hendry Spin to the camera as he holds the
<v Speaker 6>NXT title. Could there be a possibility of Jackson Drake
<v Speaker 6>becoming a two time champion and holding both the Wweevol
<v Speaker 6>Championship and the NXT Championship. Let's see what happens as
<v Speaker 6>we continue on this episode. Now we fast forward to
<v Speaker 6>the at my main event, an impromptu match by the
<v Speaker 6>Way for the NXT Championship of Joe Hendry versus Jackson
<v Speaker 6>Drake and Joe Hendry's first televised NXD title defense. This
<v Speaker 6>match lasted eleven min and thirteen seconds, But as you
<v Speaker 6>fast forward to the tail end of this match, after
<v Speaker 6>when Joe Hendry catches Jackson Drake in mid ear. Joe
<v Speaker 6>Hendry then delivers a massive power bomb to Jackson Drake.
<v Speaker 6>Hendry is fired up, the crowd is fired up. Then
<v Speaker 6>Joe delivers a standing ovation choke slam to Jackson Drake,
<v Speaker 6>followed by the cover to Jackson and one two and
<v Speaker 6>still your NXT champion. Joe Hendry stands victorious over Jackson Drake.
<v Speaker 6>But hold on a minute, this show is not over yet.
<v Speaker 6>After when we saw Joe Hendry celebrating his first televised
<v Speaker 6>NXT title defense, all of a sudden, we get the
<v Speaker 6>appearance of a person in a hoodie who, by the way,
<v Speaker 6>is not affiliated with the mystery persons that have been
<v Speaker 6>appearing frequently on Monday Night Raw. This person in a
<v Speaker 6>hoodie was none other than Ricky Saints as he immediately
<v Speaker 6>beats down on Joe Henry with a series of punches
<v Speaker 6>followed by a devastating spinning DDT off ropes to Joe Hendry.
<v Speaker 6>As Ricky Saints stands tall over Joe Hendry, raising the
<v Speaker 6>NXT championship over him, it seems like Joe Hendry's next
<v Speaker 6>challenger is Ricky Saints because he still has some unfinished
<v Speaker 6>business with Joe Hendry from last week's ladder match. And
<v Speaker 6>like always, folks, if you remember to say their name
<v Speaker 6>in Theahale and Joe Hendry, they might just randomly up here.
<v Speaker 2>Always remember to believe, say his name, Always remember the
<v Speaker 2>words that Joe Hendry says anytime, any place, at any show,
<v Speaker 2>and most simporly, most simporly, always remember to do this.
<v Speaker 7>Strong sight sciencing well believing you here.
<v Speaker 6>Substeg once again, this is your guy, DJ Coulsmo. Have
<v Speaker 6>a blessed week, Big kai to one of the stays
<v Speaker 6>in my friends, Believe and peace.
