<v Speaker 1>This is WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre, and you're listening to <v Speaker 1>the WWE podcast show. <v Speaker 2>The one that everybody wants me God. <v Speaker 3>Step three sixteenth, So God says, Cliff, your ass is <v Speaker 3>my arm. <v Speaker 4>We can acknowledge me. <v Speaker 2>What's going on? Everybody. Let's get into the mailbag here. <v Speaker 2>Hope all of you are doing well as we roll <v Speaker 2>into the weekend and say goodbye to September. Next week <v Speaker 2>or a midnext week Wednesday, I think it is is <v Speaker 2>October first. Where September went, I don't know, but here <v Speaker 2>we are. It is getting into the fall season. We <v Speaker 2>are in the heart of the fall season now, and <v Speaker 2>if you're a wrestling fan, hey, we got Jewel and <v Speaker 2>Perth not in Saudi Arabia. And then I think there <v Speaker 2>might be another one. Is there a center of a <v Speaker 2>Saturday night main event thrown in there or something? And <v Speaker 2>then of course Survivors series thrown in in November. But <v Speaker 2>before we get there, I want to welcome you to <v Speaker 2>all the show. If you want to go, add free <v Speaker 2>Patreon dot com. Slash WWE podcast is a great place <v Speaker 2>to go. Not gonna lie for everything. Add free for <v Speaker 2>as little as a dollar a month, Yes, a dollar <v Speaker 2>a month. You can go add free with all of <v Speaker 2>our content. Now let's get with those emails, guys. This <v Speaker 2>set looks like it's going to be a pretty short <v Speaker 2>mail bag. We'll find out in the end, of course, <v Speaker 2>but we'll start. We'll start with DJ because patrons go first, <v Speaker 2>and he says that I'm going to do something slightly <v Speaker 2>different as I will mention my bullet points from this <v Speaker 2>week's Joe Hendry TNA report. I'm currently t having this email. <v Speaker 2>I'm my way back from the hospital after having a <v Speaker 2>medical procedure that I that I was at low strength, <v Speaker 2>less energy, and very tile to retire to record a <v Speaker 2>Joe Hendry Report. Well, first of all, before we get <v Speaker 2>into those points, DJ, I hope all as well. I <v Speaker 2>hope you're okay. If you were able to type the email, <v Speaker 2>I would imagine that you're not in any kind of <v Speaker 2>danger on if you're heading back from the hospital, that's <v Speaker 2>a good sign. So obviously, whatever's going on, I hope <v Speaker 2>that it continues to improve and no worries about the <v Speaker 2>Joe Hendry Report will surely get back on track next week. <v Speaker 2>So I want to mention that outright. But let's get <v Speaker 2>to it. Let's get to the Joe Hendry report courtesy <v Speaker 2>of DJ but voicing it through me. So let's see <v Speaker 2>how this goes. Firstly, it was reported by sports Keda, <v Speaker 2>Wrestling and other credible news sources a couple days ago <v Speaker 2>that Joe Hendry will be signing with WWE as a <v Speaker 2>full time talent starting in early twenty twenty six. My <v Speaker 2>speculation is that Joe Hendry would be placed in a <v Speaker 2>prominent role to become the new NXT champion to start <v Speaker 2>off twenty twenty six with a bang at NXT January <v Speaker 2>pl called New Year's Evil, and then appear as the <v Speaker 2>NXT Champion at the Royal Rumble later on. I can't <v Speaker 2>dispute that. I mean, you'd know better than I would. <v Speaker 4>DJ. <v Speaker 2>I know that you you have suspected that he'll be <v Speaker 2>chasing Obafemi for the NXT championship, and that I'm not <v Speaker 2>going to dispute you. I do believe sports Keto. They've <v Speaker 2>been fairly accurate in the years past, so twenty twenty <v Speaker 2>six seems real. Joe Hendry is I think ready to <v Speaker 2>go here. I mean, I really don't know what the <v Speaker 2>hold up is. I don't we don't always need talents <v Speaker 2>to go through TNA and then NXT and then pop <v Speaker 2>on the main roster and pop off and pop back <v Speaker 2>on and pop back off. Sometimes you can just go <v Speaker 2>with it, and I think Joe Hendry has been ready <v Speaker 2>for a while. But I mean I'm also a patient fan, <v Speaker 2>patient than probably most are, and I think that I'd <v Speaker 2>rather have a plan in place than having him just <v Speaker 2>thrown out there with no plan. We've seen that before too, <v Speaker 2>all right. A point number two. After the Shenanigans that <v Speaker 2>took place on last week's episode of TNA Pro Wrestling, <v Speaker 2>in which Joe Hendry distracted Eric Young to cost him <v Speaker 2>a loss to Judas via schoolboy roll up, the grudge <v Speaker 2>match of Joe Hendry versus Eric Young is now official <v Speaker 2>for TNA's next event, called TNA's Road to Victory, or <v Speaker 2>rather Victory Road, this Friday Tonight, live from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. <v Speaker 2>Number three This past Tuesday night at NXT, a backstage <v Speaker 2>segment that had Joe Henry randomly appearing dressed up as <v Speaker 2>a NASCAR driver to align with two NASCAR drivers and <v Speaker 2>the tag team of Kale Dixon and Uriah Connors of <v Speaker 2>Chase You against all four members of Dark State. It <v Speaker 2>then became a six man tag match of three members <v Speaker 2>of Dark State versus Joe Hendry, Dixon and Uriah Conners. Unfortunately, <v Speaker 2>Dark State got the win in eleven minutes and thirty <v Speaker 2>seven seconds and fourth and final point he wants to <v Speaker 2>make the main event title for title winner take all <v Speaker 2>match of Obafemi versus Trick Williams to NXT versus TNA, <v Speaker 2>in which the match ends with a huge brawl between <v Speaker 2>NXT wrestlers and TNA wrestlers, the men attacking the men <v Speaker 2>and the women attacking women. But the interesting thing here <v Speaker 2>was twofold Ricky Saints walks casually through the chaotic brawl <v Speaker 2>and eyes Obafemi's NXT championship. Meanwhile, there was no appearance <v Speaker 2>of Joe Hendry during this chaotic scene to end the <v Speaker 2>latest episode of NXT. I like the fact this could <v Speaker 2>lead to a potential NXT versus TNA wargame style pl <v Speaker 2>That's all for now and hopefully I'll be back to <v Speaker 2>full strength next week to record the episode and have <v Speaker 2>a great week. Go well, yes you as well, DJ, <v Speaker 2>thank you for the update, Thank you for the play <v Speaker 2>by play here. With the majority of us likely not <v Speaker 2>keeping up to speed on the events of TNA and <v Speaker 2>some of us not NXT, so thank you, thank you <v Speaker 2>for that, and continuing to follow Joe Hendry and his <v Speaker 2>debut that apparently it was like I said twenty twenty six, <v Speaker 2>thank you. Let's go to the next emailer here and <v Speaker 2>this is from Chris in England. Chris says, Hey, Matt, <v Speaker 2>just a few comments on the hope for a Scena <v Speaker 2>versus Edge match. I was meant to email with a <v Speaker 2>few things I'd seen a few weeks ago, but life <v Speaker 2>always got in the way and all that Jazz, I <v Speaker 2>totally understand. There is a timeline for all the potential clues. <v Speaker 2>This was possibly as far back as May this year, <v Speaker 2>when WWE successfully filed to revive the Edge trademark. I <v Speaker 2>thought maybe at the time he would appear in a <v Speaker 2>two K twenty five update or something. It's reported they <v Speaker 2>had failed attempts in November twenty twenty four and again <v Speaker 2>in April twenty twenty five. Then you were talking about <v Speaker 2>a match between Sena and Edge. At the time he <v Speaker 2>was and still is with AW. I thought maybe a <v Speaker 2>one off. Fast forward to the last few weeks. Both <v Speaker 2>men were paying tribute to each other in some of <v Speaker 2>their signature moves. Seen it with a spear against Sammy <v Speaker 2>z Ain and a five knuckle shuffle by Edge Adam <v Speaker 2>Copeland at aw all Out. I thought maybe some Easter <v Speaker 2>eggs there were being planted. Now fast forward to today, <v Speaker 2>and it's reported that Adam Copeland's contract expires in October <v Speaker 2>this year. So Sina versus Edge on the thirteenth of December. <v Speaker 2>The last time is now and this is now well <v Speaker 2>known news. But some of these have already been covered <v Speaker 2>by you. I'm behind on the podcast world, But if <v Speaker 2>you've already talked about it, ignore everything above and just <v Speaker 2>here to say hi, So Hi speak soon. Okay. Well, <v Speaker 2>I have heard over the last several months of conflicting <v Speaker 2>reports about Adam Copeland's contract expiration with aew but let's <v Speaker 2>take yours at face value. Okay, just for the sake <v Speaker 2>of argument, that Adam Copeland's contract expires in October, Well, <v Speaker 2>then the wrestling gods have shined down upon us, because <v Speaker 2>you can't tell me that Edge versus John Cena at <v Speaker 2>the at WWE main event on December thirteenth would not <v Speaker 2>be the perfect way to send him off. I don't <v Speaker 2>want to hear Edge being invited to come out and oh, <v Speaker 2>you know, he gets a one off to just appear <v Speaker 2>and shake hands. No, they need to have a match. <v Speaker 2>There needs to be promos between these two. That means <v Speaker 2>that we could see Edge. If this is true, if <v Speaker 2>his contract expires, we could see him as soon as <v Speaker 2>a month from now. We could see him building to <v Speaker 2>the Survivor Series event. Johnsen has only got four appearances left, <v Speaker 2>which is nothing right. But if this is true, Edge <v Speaker 2>has to be his final opponent. I would argue in <v Speaker 2>a lot of ways, Edge was his best opponent. Yes, <v Speaker 2>Randy Orton and John Cena had a long standing program, <v Speaker 2>but to be honest, it felt like that was driven <v Speaker 2>into the ground to the point where I, you know, <v Speaker 2>John Cena, Randy Orton, they did it so much, even <v Speaker 2>though they were good together, that it was just they <v Speaker 2>It felt like WW didn't even know where to go, <v Speaker 2>so they just kept repeating, rinse, repeating. Even though they <v Speaker 2>worked very well together with Edge, I could never get enough. <v Speaker 2>They had a certain intensity that even Randy Orton and <v Speaker 2>John Cena didn't have. They had a real, just a <v Speaker 2>more authentic rivalry against one other. It was awesome. Their <v Speaker 2>matches seemed more violent. There seemed to be more personal <v Speaker 2>ambiguity between the two. They just I think, and this <v Speaker 2>is saying something had a better chemistry even than Randy <v Speaker 2>Orton John Cena. So what kind of match could they <v Speaker 2>put on at this point? I mean, I don't even care. <v Speaker 2>I mean, who cares? Because it's John Cena. It would <v Speaker 2>be John Cena's last match, Like who gives a damn? <v Speaker 2>Because it's just about watching John Cena do what he <v Speaker 2>does for the final time with one of his greatest, <v Speaker 2>if not his greatest rival of all time in Edge. <v Speaker 2>The clues that we saw, and I did see the <v Speaker 2>clips of Adam Copeland on aew doing the five knuckle shuffle. <v Speaker 2>I saw also the backstage conversation with himself and Christian Cage, <v Speaker 2>I e. Christian from Dow where he said he had <v Speaker 2>to go. You know, he's gonna have to go, He's <v Speaker 2>got something to take care of for something like that, <v Speaker 2>backstage saying he's not gonna be around for a while, <v Speaker 2>and he ends up leaving. So that could be very <v Speaker 2>much a clue as well that he's about to just <v Speaker 2>bounce to WWE for a very short period. Now, I'm <v Speaker 2>not arguing for Adam Copeland to come back into WWE <v Speaker 2>as a long term talent. But I am arguing him <v Speaker 2>to come back at least for just even if it's <v Speaker 2>a one off. Even if it's a one off. Now <v Speaker 2>Edge and WWE just feels better than Edge in AW. <v Speaker 2>But Edge has got to do what actually I should say, <v Speaker 2>Adam Copland has to do what Adam Copland has to <v Speaker 2>do for his family, for his you know, his own <v Speaker 2>personal interests of course. But selfishly I want him back, <v Speaker 2>and i'd want him back for on a short term basis. <v Speaker 2>But if this is a one off, it's a one off. <v Speaker 2>If they just pay him to come back for a month, <v Speaker 2>to cut a couple promos with John and have one <v Speaker 2>match in December and then go back to AW or <v Speaker 2>do whatever he wants to do, then that's fine too. <v Speaker 2>And again I'm not even worried about the quality the match. <v Speaker 2>This is the one time it doesn't matter at all, <v Speaker 2>doesn't matter, so we'll see. But the evidence continues to <v Speaker 2>pile up. Their outright tributes to each other on each <v Speaker 2>of their own perspective, shows the chemistry the storyline that <v Speaker 2>Edge is going through in AW right now, and if true, <v Speaker 2>taking your news at face value. If his contract expires <v Speaker 2>in October, then everything's aligning. Let's go, let's do it. <v Speaker 2>The pop for Edge, by the way, would be insane, <v Speaker 2>just as it was in twenty twenty for WWE when <v Speaker 2>he returned at the Brumble. So thank you, Chris Hope. <v Speaker 2>All's well across the pond. Let's go to We're going <v Speaker 2>to K from Toronto. Uh oh, I think I know <v Speaker 2>what you're at the end of your email is going <v Speaker 2>to be here. If you guys follow the show. K <v Speaker 2>writes it every week and he's a baseball fan, We'll <v Speaker 2>get to that at the end. All right, K. Overall, <v Speaker 2>you're still finding the program ms. Programming is so so <v Speaker 2>SmackDown was okay, Wrussell Palooza was not good, and Raw <v Speaker 2>just stopped at one and a half hours after usually <v Speaker 2>being two plus. However, you know, I would say, hey, <v Speaker 2>that that makes the show more unpredictable. When you don't <v Speaker 2>know the length of the show, you don't look at <v Speaker 2>the clock and go, oh, well, they've only got ten <v Speaker 2>minutes for the main event, so you know, you know <v Speaker 2>the match is going to kind of be quick and <v Speaker 2>you know, uh, they got to have a little bit <v Speaker 2>of a run in or whatever, like you can kind <v Speaker 2>of structure the show in your mind based on the clock, <v Speaker 2>and when you can't do that and wwe can just <v Speaker 2>focus on giving you good, solid wrestling content and not <v Speaker 2>having to put as much filler in because they have <v Speaker 2>a certain amount of time they have to fill. I <v Speaker 2>think that's a positive. Actually, Okay, so it's the good <v Speaker 2>read and breaker, love them and the true heal angle Drew. <v Speaker 2>But when sure what you mean? Oh, I know, okay, <v Speaker 2>very deserving of more. Yes, I completely agree, Drew. I <v Speaker 2>will continue to say I've been saying this for about <v Speaker 2>twelve months now, eighteen months, Drew, Drew, Drew stops screwing around. <v Speaker 2>I know it's all about Cody, and that's been the <v Speaker 2>problem is it's been Cody or Bust, Cody or Bust, <v Speaker 2>and then Roman drops it and then it's Cody Cody, <v Speaker 2>Cody Cody. But you know what, man, Drew McIntyre would <v Speaker 2>make a hell of a champion. He already has been <v Speaker 2>a hell of a champion, but not in this role, <v Speaker 2>which arguably is his best role, and we haven't seen <v Speaker 2>him be able to carry a belt for a significant <v Speaker 2>period of time. It's a criminal offense. Somebody needs to <v Speaker 2>be put in jail for this, like there needs to <v Speaker 2>be somehow people need to be prosecuted and put in prison. <v Speaker 2>I mean some whoever is making these calls. I mean, <v Speaker 2>I don't know if it's Paul Leveck or whatever. I mean, <v Speaker 2>it's just I get it. I mean being dramatic and facetious. <v Speaker 2>But Drew mctarre, in all seriousness, does need to have <v Speaker 2>a belt and hold it for a long time. And <v Speaker 2>not just a US or in a continental I'm talking <v Speaker 2>world title or undisputed title. Tiffy, she needs to get <v Speaker 2>away from Nya and Jade, who I believe is a <v Speaker 2>future program. Tiffany Strand. I mean she has Tiffany and <v Speaker 2>Naya and Jade right now are intertwine in this. I <v Speaker 2>mean Naya Jacks is vastly improved over the last couple <v Speaker 2>of years from what she was. I've sung her praises <v Speaker 2>and I didn't think I would. Jade has been inconsistent, <v Speaker 2>you know what I got. You know what I feel <v Speaker 2>about Jade. Tiffany is the most I guess quote unquote complete, <v Speaker 2>but she has her weaknesses as well, mainly on the <v Speaker 2>mic and you know, kind of not being able to <v Speaker 2>hold herself back when she's a babyface, giving her like <v Speaker 2>she's got heal ten and as a babyface, and that's <v Speaker 2>not good. Her kind of obnoxious voice and the way <v Speaker 2>she cuts promo, she's not very endearing at times. But again, <v Speaker 2>none of these three women are catastrophically bad, but they <v Speaker 2>all have their flaws and they seem to be intertwined <v Speaker 2>in this triangle right now that is likely going to <v Speaker 2>end in Tiffany Stratton retaining, but I could also see <v Speaker 2>Nia Jacks regaining the championship. I could see it. <v Speaker 4>All right. <v Speaker 2>Alexa Flair and Chelsea and Alba is fun. Hope Piper <v Speaker 2>heals well? Up, Yeah, I do hope. I mean we <v Speaker 2>covered that earlier in the week about Piper Knivin and <v Speaker 2>her injury to her neck and hopefully that's nothing too crazy, <v Speaker 2>but wishing her well, I would agree. But Alexibliss and <v Speaker 2>Charlotte Flair and Chelsea Yeah, and Alba Fire, it is <v Speaker 2>fun right now. There's no better place for Alexiblis than <v Speaker 2>Charlotte Flair than together right now. Flair needs Alex and <v Speaker 2>Alexa or Alexi needs Flair because Alexa brings something to <v Speaker 2>Charlotte that Charlotte doesn't have, and that's that's a feeling <v Speaker 2>of connection with the fans, or rather endearment to the fans. <v Speaker 2>Alexa Bliss, it's almost impossible to hate her. She's so just, <v Speaker 2>she's just. She's got the tie back to Bray Wyatt. <v Speaker 2>She's good in the Ring, of course, but she's just <v Speaker 2>a charming, authentic character that's hard to hate. And Charlotte <v Speaker 2>Flair is none of those things on her own when <v Speaker 2>she's constantly chasing the championship and telling everyone about down <v Speaker 2>to her. So she brings that, you know, the piece <v Speaker 2>that the fans have needed to cheer for Flair. And <v Speaker 2>also Alexa gives something Alexa to do because Alexa is <v Speaker 2>and has been since her return, very inconsistent in her <v Speaker 2>booking as well on TV off TV. Is she going <v Speaker 2>to join the White Six? So she doesn't join the <v Speaker 2>White Six? Okay, she still got Lily? Is she still <v Speaker 2>you know? It's something for for Alexa to really grab <v Speaker 2>onto and that's one of the biggest women stars of <v Speaker 2>all time in Charlotte Flair. So that's good for both women. <v Speaker 2>All Right, here comes the bad. Cody is annoying. I <v Speaker 2>did not know I swear that Kay is not a <v Speaker 2>plant in my audience. Okay, uh, I mean yeah, he <v Speaker 2>is annoying. He's been annoying for a long time. Man <v Speaker 2>that the heel turn needs to come. The heel turn <v Speaker 2>from Cody needs to come because, as I would say, <v Speaker 2>and agree with the Undertaker who said it himself as well, <v Speaker 2>he is a heel through and through. His best days <v Speaker 2>are going to be as a heel because Cody, unlike <v Speaker 2>John Cena, Cody feels extremely phony at times. He's very's <v Speaker 2>he is the embodiment of a corporate suit. Physically, symbolically, <v Speaker 2>he is a corporate suit, and he's just I don't <v Speaker 2>need to go on the eighty eighth Cody rant. I mean, <v Speaker 2>I know some of you out there enjoy it. Maybe <v Speaker 2>I'll bring them back in short order. But it's been <v Speaker 2>a while since I've gone on Cody rants because I <v Speaker 2>think I've got it all out of my system. My <v Speaker 2>feelings on Cody haven't really changed. I think I've just <v Speaker 2>even finally wore myself out of repeating myself, which that <v Speaker 2>takes some doing. But Cody Rhoads, I mean, I don't <v Speaker 2>feel any different about him now than I did a <v Speaker 2>year or two years ago. He's still a corporate suit <v Speaker 2>that is too mechanical on. When I say mechanical on <v Speaker 2>the mic, I don't mean that he doesn't know what <v Speaker 2>he's doing on the mic, or that he sounds like robotic. <v Speaker 2>He sounds just too prepared too. If there's such a <v Speaker 2>thing as too prepared, that's what Cody is meaning. It's <v Speaker 2>like he rehearsed this in his head beforehand, even though <v Speaker 2>he delivers it well, I can't quite put my finger <v Speaker 2>on it. And of course the suits, the suits are <v Speaker 2>just I mean, they're obnoxious. He is at least stop <v Speaker 2>bringing his dog around, which is a good thing. Okay, <v Speaker 2>the scene of soap opera continues and we have to <v Speaker 2>live with it, but it has some good Well, look <v Speaker 2>whether you love or hate it, Kay, it's almost over <v Speaker 2>a couple of months, and it's gone a couple months <v Speaker 2>and you can just you know, say goodbye, all right. <v Speaker 2>And he only has four appearances left anyway, I think <v Speaker 2>it's four, and that's like nothing, right, so he's he's <v Speaker 2>on his way out. I mean, no matter what you <v Speaker 2>think of John Cena, four or five? Is it four appearances? <v Speaker 2>I gotta look, But if it is, come on, I mean, <v Speaker 2>you can live with four appearances of one of the <v Speaker 2>greatest of all time. Even if it is you know, <v Speaker 2>this soap opera of everybody, Oh thank you, Sina, thank you. <v Speaker 2>I mean, it is very repetitive, but we're all going <v Speaker 2>to miss it. I mean, we will never be able <v Speaker 2>to say again in our lives that we saw John <v Speaker 2>Cena wrestle ever again. And that's kind of insane given <v Speaker 2>how long he's been with the company, even though there <v Speaker 2>were years where he would show up literally for one night, <v Speaker 2>just to say that. He continued to streak of wrestling <v Speaker 2>for the company for how many years. I remember he <v Speaker 2>didn't wrestle all the year that he wrestled in like <v Speaker 2>New Year's Eve, just to keep the streak going. I <v Speaker 2>think he was with Kevin Owens or something a couple <v Speaker 2>of years ago. But nonetheless, it is going to be <v Speaker 2>pretty crazy to say that, you know, John Sen is <v Speaker 2>no longer wrestling, He's done. There'll be a Hall of <v Speaker 2>Fame appearance again. I believe you'll see a John Cena <v Speaker 2>appearance in the ring even after this. This is not <v Speaker 2>the last time you've seen his face in the company. <v Speaker 2>He will be a part of the company. Do I <v Speaker 2>think he'll deliver an AA at WrestleMania again. Yeah. Probably. <v Speaker 2>I know that he says he won't do that. I <v Speaker 2>think he will. I'm not saying he'll have another match. <v Speaker 2>I believe him when he says he won't. But I <v Speaker 2>fully believe that in future years, as John Cena kind <v Speaker 2>of fades into our memories, then when he's eventually inducted <v Speaker 2>into the Hall of Fame, which he very well could <v Speaker 2>be in twenty twenty seven, or be the head of <v Speaker 2>the class in twenty twenty eight, that we'll see a <v Speaker 2>John Cena appearance, maybe an AA for old time sake, <v Speaker 2>all right. The couple's angle is awful. It renders a <v Speaker 2>deference for a male non existent, as you have stated. Yes, <v Speaker 2>completely agree. I'm not going to go over that again <v Speaker 2>and again because I think I've killed that one as well. <v Speaker 2>With the idea of men and women competing, but the <v Speaker 2>men can't compete, so they just let the women beat <v Speaker 2>on them. It's an embarrassment. I don't want to there's <v Speaker 2>no other way to put it. It's an embarrassment. No <v Speaker 2>one's been able to come up with a good reason <v Speaker 2>why the women are able to do this. See that, <v Speaker 2>Like I've offered if anybody, and I really mean that, <v Speaker 2>what is the advantage what is being gained by the <v Speaker 2>company or the wrestlers themselves more importantly, by just allowing <v Speaker 2>the women to do whatever they want to them with <v Speaker 2>no repercussion. None. Can somebody explained to me what the <v Speaker 2>benefit of that is. There's there's absolutely zero upside and <v Speaker 2>all downside for me. And that's just me in a vacuum. <v Speaker 2>I think there's a lot of people that agree with <v Speaker 2>me but are afraid to speak and say anything because <v Speaker 2>of the fear of being labeled as some kind of <v Speaker 2>pro domestic abuse supporter. That's my guess, which of course <v Speaker 2>is absurd. But all right, well, I see it's not myself. <v Speaker 2>Self control is coming folks. Judgment Day stop, it's done. Yeah, <v Speaker 2>I've echoed that over and over and over too, the <v Speaker 2>Judgment Day. Appreciate what they brought. Edge was the mastermind <v Speaker 2>behind that. We saw what that happily. Then Edge and <v Speaker 2>everything else that came by that, Dominic and Rhea and <v Speaker 2>Live and the great stuff that came through that, and <v Speaker 2>our Truth being a part of that, and Damian Priest <v Speaker 2>being a part of that. It brought some really good fun, <v Speaker 2>creative no doubt about it. I'm appreciative of the Judgment Day, <v Speaker 2>but it's time to call a spade a spade here <v Speaker 2>and be done with the Judgment Day. They may need <v Speaker 2>to have it just barely survive on enough long enough <v Speaker 2>for Live Morgan to return, which should be soon. But <v Speaker 2>after that, we gotta just disband this group. Please. It's <v Speaker 2>it's a bore. It is a snooze fest when I <v Speaker 2>see them now. But what do I know? All right, <v Speaker 2>nothing surprising happening at a PLA and a new network, <v Speaker 2>but that they expect fans to pay a premium for <v Speaker 2>so much for hype? Then, yeah, this is that was <v Speaker 2>really surprising, right, They go to a new network and <v Speaker 2>then expect us to pay for pay more money for <v Speaker 2>less at least again, that's one night, I understand, it's <v Speaker 2>a it's a it's the first night of many nights <v Speaker 2>that are gonna be on ESPN. I understand that. But <v Speaker 2>they're asking us to pay what is it, nineteen ninety nine, <v Speaker 2>twenty nine ninety nine whatever the crazy price is for <v Speaker 2>ESPN plus. Uh, so they want us to pay for <v Speaker 2>that and then pay for Peacock and then if you <v Speaker 2>have to get a cable subscription for USA Network. I <v Speaker 2>mean it stacks up. I mean it stacks up. You're <v Speaker 2>looking at like fifty bucks a month where the WWE <v Speaker 2>network if you remember, remember remember the price I think <v Speaker 2>we all do nine now. Of course they didn't have <v Speaker 2>live SmackDown or raws. I understand that, but the nine <v Speaker 2>ninety nine price point, how sweet that was? Remember? Oh okay, <v Speaker 2>let's see here part time stars. But par for the course, <v Speaker 2>tag team wrestling is dying in my humbled opinion, Well, <v Speaker 2>tag team wrestling isn't dying. It's always just going to <v Speaker 2>be playing second fiddle to singles wrestling. It has it <v Speaker 2>ebbs and flows. I mean, there are occasionally times where <v Speaker 2>tag team wrestling may main event a raw or SmackDown <v Speaker 2>for multiple weeks. You may have a tag team match <v Speaker 2>occasionally main event a show, or even a WrestleMania if <v Speaker 2>you forgot, I mean WrestleMania. Last year we had a <v Speaker 2>WrestleMania forty though I think it was not forty one. <v Speaker 2>Kevin Ellens and Samy's Ainy took on the USSOS and <v Speaker 2>won the Tag Team Championships. I mean, tag team wrestling, <v Speaker 2>it's it's not a dying genre of wrestling. It's not <v Speaker 2>a dying subcategory for wrestling. I think it's just it's <v Speaker 2>just what it is, which is second place to singles wrestling, <v Speaker 2>and it always seemingly will be, whether you agree with <v Speaker 2>it or not. It's just been the way and the <v Speaker 2>focal point of w WE, the way they've presented wrestling <v Speaker 2>and what their priorities are is single stars. So thank <v Speaker 2>you as always for your great work. Our teams are tied, <v Speaker 2>but go Jay's go cheers. <v Speaker 4>Yeah. <v Speaker 2>So, as promised, here's my MLB analysis of what the <v Speaker 2>hell is going on in the Major League Baseball here <v Speaker 2>as we close out the last few games of the season. <v Speaker 2>I think there's three games, including the one that's going <v Speaker 2>on right now as the Yankees take on the Orioles, <v Speaker 2>and I see the Rents are the who are the <v Speaker 2>blue Jays play? I gotta see. Here's what I think's <v Speaker 2>gonna happen. I still think the Blue Jays are gonna <v Speaker 2>win the division by a game, and the reason is <v Speaker 2>Number one, you guys have the tiebreaker because you won <v Speaker 2>the series, the regular season series, so you got the <v Speaker 2>tiebreaker there, and I think you will win even if <v Speaker 2>the Yankees win out here. If you guys win out <v Speaker 2>and we're still tied. You win the division because you <v Speaker 2>guys have the tiebreaker. But the Orioles are a pain <v Speaker 2>in the ass team. They're a pain in the ass <v Speaker 2>team that you need to be careful of. They have <v Speaker 2>some good hitters. Their starters are you know, outside of <v Speaker 2>their one and two aren't very good. But their bullpen <v Speaker 2>has some scary guys. I really believe the Yankees are <v Speaker 2>probably gonna take two out of three from the Orioles, <v Speaker 2>but it's not gonna be enough because I don't think <v Speaker 2>the Blue I don't think the Blue Jays are going <v Speaker 2>to completely collapse here. I don't think the Blue Jays <v Speaker 2>are going to go zero to three. I think you <v Speaker 2>guys are also going to take two out of three <v Speaker 2>and then we're tied and you get the tie breaker. <v Speaker 2>It's kind of insane that you play one hundred and <v Speaker 2>sixty two games and it still comes down to the <v Speaker 2>last game of the season, like mathematically, I mean, that's <v Speaker 2>just crazy, but that's my guess. And then we'll still <v Speaker 2>be the number one wildcard. We're locked in for the <v Speaker 2>number one wildcard no matter what I think at this point. <v Speaker 2>Although the Red Sox keep winning so we'll see, but <v Speaker 2>I really believe that. Yeah, I think the Blue Jays <v Speaker 2>and Yankees have her are destined to meet in the playoffs. <v Speaker 2>It's gonna happen, so we'll see. But yeah, there's my again. <v Speaker 2>See I can be a Yankees fan cheer for them, <v Speaker 2>but still be a realist. And I think the Toronto <v Speaker 2>Blue Jays are probably gonna be the ones to take <v Speaker 2>the division. I just do. I think that's mathematically what <v Speaker 2>is the most likely here. But all right, that will <v Speaker 2>do it. For the emails, everybody, let's get to I <v Speaker 2>believe before I say, you have a voicemail that I don't. <v Speaker 2>I do want to check here. We have. <v Speaker 3>One. <v Speaker 2>Yeah, we do have voicemail, so we'll get to that. <v Speaker 2>I believe it's Kyle from Baltimore, so let's get to <v Speaker 2>him and then we'll wrap. <v Speaker 4>The show up. He's cop of Baltimore. Stell wanted too, <v Speaker 4>kin players. I think we have on Friday. Whoever walks <v Speaker 4>out as the one's champion on Friday, Let's just say <v Speaker 4>it's simpany. She will face Stephanie or the crowd duel <v Speaker 4>champion versus chaff Da the same thing. But I'm Cody <v Speaker 4>and sets Tipper versus Champion on titles on the line. <v Speaker 4>So that's what Friday determines. So Fire as the championship <v Speaker 4>match and then whatever that will face Stephanie for the <v Speaker 4>Crown Jewel Championship at in Australia. That's the situation, and <v Speaker 4>that'll think there won't be no that's the only brand <v Speaker 4>versus Grand seeing that's happening. And I'll take say Tippy, <v Speaker 4>I don't think she's gonna go over to the raw <v Speaker 4>to be a double champions. I believe that's it's the <v Speaker 4>fact that you'll have Stephanie versus Tiffany and Cody versus <v Speaker 4>Sets and whether that will be the Crown Duel Championship <v Speaker 4>champion and then they'll they still remain their own champion <v Speaker 4>on their on their own brand on the one flip <v Speaker 4>flaps is only for that for the Crown Druel Championship seeing. <v Speaker 4>So but that is it just I'll call back, all. <v Speaker 2>Right, Kyle, short and sweet, but I I I'm glad <v Speaker 2>you brought that to my attention about the Crown Duel <v Speaker 2>Championship and Stephanie vicaire vicor I don't know, I'm gonna <v Speaker 2>switch back and somebody's gonna get pissed off. But Stephanie <v Speaker 2>Vicor is gonna be facing I think, like you said, <v Speaker 2>probably Tiffany Stratton. From a matchup perspective, it makes the <v Speaker 2>most sense to have Tiffany and Tiffany and Stephanie face off. <v Speaker 2>They'll have the best match mechanically, So I think that's <v Speaker 2>probably what's gonna happen here, and it'll probably be Tiffany <v Speaker 2>who wins that. Again, the totally meaningless championship, I mean, <v Speaker 2>I don't understand the needs to bring in this imaginary championship. <v Speaker 2>This like theoretical championship that has like actually no physical remediicanting, <v Speaker 2>there's no belts. I understand Cody got a ring. Who cares? <v Speaker 1>Now? <v Speaker 2>Actually no, didn't Cody have a belt last year? <v Speaker 3>There was? <v Speaker 2>There might have been a belt there was, That's right, <v Speaker 2>Triple H introduced one that, of course Cody Rhads is <v Speaker 2>not wearing because it's completely meaningless and a waste of <v Speaker 2>money to even produce. But there's it. It's a made <v Speaker 2>up championship. It's invented. Now, all all the championships are invented, yes, <v Speaker 2>but this is one that's only defended once a year <v Speaker 2>for a pl that most people connect connect the Saudi <v Speaker 2>Arabian area with that most of us are not fond with. <v Speaker 2>Most of us here is Saudi Arabia, we hear Crown Jewel, <v Speaker 2>we think of Saudi Arabia, even though this year is <v Speaker 2>in Perth. But I don't think there's a whole lot <v Speaker 2>of value in the championship. No one cares. No one <v Speaker 2>actually cares about the Crown Jewel Championship. It doesn't mean anything. <v Speaker 2>There's no value, there's no lineage, doesn't have any weight. <v Speaker 2>It's just a thing. It's just a title that you <v Speaker 2>earn that has absolutely no bearing on your career. It's <v Speaker 2>never brought up ever until it's time to talk about <v Speaker 2>Crown Jewel again. And that's like, oh, that's right, that's <v Speaker 2>so and so one it last year. They're going to <v Speaker 2>defend their No, they're not. They're defending what. It's meaningless, <v Speaker 2>it's useless. But if you look at this through the <v Speaker 2>lens of who can have the best match, yes, Tiffany, <v Speaker 2>Tiffany Stratton and Stephanie Vecor are absolutely the ones to <v Speaker 2>do that. I think those will be the two to <v Speaker 2>meet at Crown Jewel. So there you go, quick and dirty. <v Speaker 2>Thank you, Kyle and everybody k and everybody else from <v Speaker 2>the email booth, and we will be back Sunday for <v Speaker 2>your weekend review regularly scheduled weekend review.
