But what I want to talk about is a bigger picture thing, not just in baseball, football, basketball, anything. Well, it is a big deal. Don't downplay it just because you think people are gonna be like, shut up Rich, even though we're thinking it.

We said it yesterday, We said, when teams other than the Dodgers are making moves, it's good for baseball because you just want to see, even if it's not every team, you want to see a handful of teams give the Dodgers some type of trouble. Right, And apparently he's a big personality, the type of guy the Mets are going to love in the clubhouse and the fans are going to gravitate towards. So, you know, seems to be a perfect fit. And he hasn't even gotten on the mountain yet.

You know those guys even right now the Mets they let Pca Crow Armstrong getaway. But you got like a mediocre second half. He's a really good player, but like, hey, you got to win now. And to me, when people say, yeah, but you need the pieces that you need too, though, like you said, you need starting pitching, and that's.

But what is interesting to what you're saying is I think that people thought that the normal argument was going to be Rich get richer. Look, Brewers trading their ace because of whatever. There are some in Milwaukee who are very frustrated with this move because of how good last season went, because of what they're I mean, they didn't hit at all in the NLCS against the Dodgers. But this is also the reason why the Brewers have perennially been in the postseason year after year after year, following this sort of sort of route. But I think ultimately to your point, Rich, in baseball, the name player is always going to win.

But Jesse Minter leaving the Chargers and getting a five year contract, according to reports, to be the new head coach of the Baltimore Ravens.
