Ep 184 // Learn To Protect The Outcome Of Your Routines To Stay Organized

Habit Stacking Mom | Routines, Schedule, Overwhelm, Home Organization, Organized, Declutter, Balance, Goals, SAHM

Are you constantly feeling like your routines should be working… but somehow they keep stretching longer than they should? Have you ever noticed how one small interruption can completely throw off your flow and leave you feeling behind for the rest of the day?

In this episode, I’m walking you through what it actually means to protect the outcome of your routine instead of just focusing on the steps inside of it. Because most of the time, it’s not that your routines are wrong, it’s that they’re getting interrupted, stretched, and pulled into moments they weren’t designed to hold.  We’re going to shift your focus from “doing more” or “fixing your routine” to understanding the purpose behind each routine block—and how protecting that purpose is what actually keeps you organized.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to look at one routine in your day and ask yourself: what is the outcome this routine is meant to create? Then start paying attention to where that routine is getting interrupted or stretched beyond its purpose.

Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. This is your reset… it’s time to pop in your ear pods, drop the stress, and let’s get stacking.
