A Childhood Face-to-Face Bigfoot Encounter in Indiana | The White River Beast

<v Speaker 1>we traveled deep into the heart of central Indiana along
<v Speaker 1>the shadowed banks of the White River, a place where
<v Speaker 1>generations have lived, hunted, and whispered stories of something ancient
<v Speaker 1>moving through the trees. My guess is Philip, whose family
<v Speaker 1>has lived on the land since the eighteen twenties. As
<v Speaker 1>a child, he came face to face with something that
<v Speaker 1>should not exist. It had golden colored eyes, and it
<v Speaker 1>was staring back at him through the window. Decades later,
<v Speaker 1>the activity returned. Rocks were being thrown from across the river,
<v Speaker 1>deafening whoops echoing through the woods, and massive figures moving
<v Speaker 1>through the shadows between the trees. What Philip describes isn't
<v Speaker 1>just bigfoot encounters. It's a pattern, a connection tied to
<v Speaker 1>the land, the river, and something far older than any
<v Speaker 1>of us. Tonight we explored the ancient mysteries of the
<v Speaker 1>Great State of Indiana and the White River Beast. If

<v Speaker 1>All right, Philip, welcome to Sasquatch Theory. How are you
<v Speaker 1>doing today?
<v Speaker 2>Pretty good? Good.
<v Speaker 3>It's an absolute pleasure to have you on the show today, Philip.
<v Speaker 3>If you would tell me a little bit about yourself,
<v Speaker 3>where you're from, and your experiences from the very beginning, please.
<v Speaker 2>Well, I grew up in a small town right on
<v Speaker 2>White River in central Indiana. My family are actually listed
<v Speaker 2>as pioneers to the area, and we've been in this
<v Speaker 2>area since the eighteen twenties actually, and some of my
<v Speaker 2>family are farmers. My great granddad was a farmer. I
<v Speaker 2>grew up coon hunting and in the country and showing
<v Speaker 2>horses and stuff like that. Some I'm a very outdoorsy
<v Speaker 2>person as far as my counters with bigfoot. My first
<v Speaker 2>experience started when I was six years old. I was
<v Speaker 2>at my dad's parents' house and they lived right on
<v Speaker 2>White River out in the country, and it's a beautiful property.
<v Speaker 2>I used to fish down by the river all the time,
<v Speaker 2>you know, growing up and everything. I love it here,
<v Speaker 2>the land. Uh, there's a lot of legends around here
<v Speaker 2>and everything. Supposedly the natives cursed this land and all that,
<v Speaker 2>and I'll get into that in a little bit. But Uh, anyways,
<v Speaker 2>I was in my room where I stayed. It was
<v Speaker 2>my dad's bedroom, but my dad was working nights that night,
<v Speaker 2>and uh, I was playing with my uh like legos,
<v Speaker 2>and uh the cone dogs were going crazy in the backyard.
<v Speaker 2>Well it's it's typical that, you know, I hear the
<v Speaker 2>dogs in the backyard, but not the way I was
<v Speaker 2>hearing them. And it was nighttime. It was uh probably
<v Speaker 2>late summer, you know, it wasn't fall yet, and uh,
<v Speaker 2>but it's it was dark. It was like nine forty
<v Speaker 2>five o'clock at night. I know I was already to
<v Speaker 2>have to get ready for bed. And anyways, the dogs
<v Speaker 2>were going crazy, so I happened to just want to
<v Speaker 2>look out the window. Now I'm six years old. The
<v Speaker 2>crazy thing about this story is it's one of my
<v Speaker 2>first memories of my childhood. Like it's the farthest back
<v Speaker 2>memory that I really have, and I think it's because
<v Speaker 2>of what I experienced that night. And so I go
<v Speaker 2>to the window and when I moved the curtain, I
<v Speaker 2>see I see chest hair, and I'm slowly raising my
<v Speaker 2>little head up, you know, And I looked up and
<v Speaker 2>I'm making eye contact with what today I can only
<v Speaker 2>describe as a bigfoot. And I remember staring at it
<v Speaker 2>for what felt like forever, but it was probably only
<v Speaker 2>like eight seconds. And I instantly I ran out of
<v Speaker 2>the room random my grandma crying and I said, I
<v Speaker 2>just Sawbaka from Star Wars outside and but I'm streaming, balling,
<v Speaker 2>crying about it, like I like they they recognized that,
<v Speaker 2>you know, this ain't no joke, Like he saw something,
<v Speaker 2>you know, because within a couple of minutes of just
<v Speaker 2>my grandma trying to calm me down and didn't see anything,
<v Speaker 2>and all that, my Grandpa's already.
<v Speaker 4>Getting you know, his boots on going outside, you know,
<v Speaker 4>and that six years older, I didn't think, you know,
<v Speaker 4>why is he you know, going outside, you know, and all.
<v Speaker 2>That, because I saw what I saw. Anyways, But I
<v Speaker 2>think my grandpa went outside for a reason, and that's
<v Speaker 2>because my great grandpa always had encounters on that property
<v Speaker 2>and he would tell stories that there was a whole
<v Speaker 2>old Harry Indian man lived in the wood close to
<v Speaker 2>the boy Scouts, and he would always tell my granddad
<v Speaker 2>about him. Well, my granddad, I never heard anything about it.
<v Speaker 2>At that point. I was only six years old. My
<v Speaker 2>granddad ends up coming in he's always the old hairy
<v Speaker 2>man and all that, and it's the first time I've
<v Speaker 2>ever heard this, you know. And my dad ends up
<v Speaker 2>talking to me about it the next morning, and he's
<v Speaker 2>just like, oh, son, that ain't nothing to worry about.
<v Speaker 2>That's just a big foot. And that was kind of
<v Speaker 2>my first encounter with bigfoot. But I feel like I'm
<v Speaker 2>not doing justice because when I looked when I looked
<v Speaker 2>at him in the eyes, like, you know, I can
<v Speaker 2>see why as a kid I said, I said, baka,
<v Speaker 2>But he didn't really look like youbaka. His eyes were
<v Speaker 2>for like a golden like a gold collar maybe maybe
<v Speaker 2>well not really a little bit. And he had skin
<v Speaker 2>on his face, but it was real weathered, which is
<v Speaker 2>why as I was growing up and my grandpa would
<v Speaker 2>tell me the story about the old old Harry Indian,
<v Speaker 2>it would really kind of freak me out because I
<v Speaker 2>remember that weather face just staring at me in that
<v Speaker 2>window and how I had to look up to see
<v Speaker 2>it and I would say this thing was probably eight
<v Speaker 2>feet tall, but it was it was really hairy everywhere,
<v Speaker 2>like it was like Schebacca in that sense, but the
<v Speaker 2>face wasn't really all that hairy, like even beard and everything.
<v Speaker 2>It really wasn't well, I uh, kind of just I
<v Speaker 2>was terrified. I didn't want to sleep in my room
<v Speaker 2>and everything, you know. But over time it kind of
<v Speaker 2>went went away. I would I would go out coon
<v Speaker 2>hunting and fishing and right in that area, never really
<v Speaker 2>have too many encounters or just stories that, you know,
<v Speaker 2>we would tell stories while we were out with.
<v Speaker 5>The dogs and stuff like that. I'll get into some
<v Speaker 5>of the stories I have from locals to the old
<v Speaker 5>timers in the area and stuff like that. But years
<v Speaker 5>past and I never had any counter.
<v Speaker 2>In fact, sometimes went by and I hadn't even thought
<v Speaker 2>about bigfoot hat and came up. I've been busy working.
<v Speaker 2>I haven't really been even fishing much at this time.
<v Speaker 2>And this is about twenty twelve. It was twenty twelve,
<v Speaker 2>and it was it was fall time because that's when I,
<v Speaker 2>me and my cousin liked to catfish White River, and
<v Speaker 2>it was October to be exact, and me and him
<v Speaker 2>were gonna go down and we were gonna fish the river. Well,
<v Speaker 2>me and him had a few spots down on the
<v Speaker 2>river right in this little town where I grew up
<v Speaker 2>at it out in the outskirts of the town. The
<v Speaker 2>town is less than there's less than a few hundred
<v Speaker 2>people in this town here in central Indiana on White River.
<v Speaker 2>And so we're getting our stuff ready and we're thinking
<v Speaker 2>we're gonna have a good time. You know, we're impacting beer.
<v Speaker 2>You know, we haven't been on a fishing trip for
<v Speaker 2>a while. This is me and my cousin getting together,
<v Speaker 2>you know, for the first time quite a while, like
<v Speaker 2>doing something outdoors. Both then tied down with our family.
<v Speaker 2>So we're pretty excited about it. And everything's fine till
<v Speaker 2>I get there. We drive down to this spot where
<v Speaker 2>we're gonna finish this pot that we fished before, but
<v Speaker 2>we uh, we didn't fish it all that much. It
<v Speaker 2>wasn't our regular fishing a hole. We've been there probably
<v Speaker 2>four or five times. Anyways, we pull up and getting
<v Speaker 2>out of my truck and we're getting our poles ready
<v Speaker 2>and everything out in the back. We're kind of real
<v Speaker 2>close to the river where we park at there's actually
<v Speaker 2>the grab wroong gravel and everything, and I just feel
<v Speaker 2>really off. I feel really weird. I've tune hundred the
<v Speaker 2>area my whole life. I've been in these woods. It
<v Speaker 2>at nighttime and I'm sitting there wondering why. I feel
<v Speaker 2>kind of scared. I feel like chicken. And of course
<v Speaker 2>I'm not telling my cousin this or anything. And we
<v Speaker 2>get everything, We get everything down by the river or pole,
<v Speaker 2>stuff like that. He starts smoking cigarette. I crack up
<v Speaker 2>on the Blue Man and everything's pretty chill, but I
<v Speaker 2>feel off. I haven't spoke up to him about it.
<v Speaker 2>It's dark on we got lights, but we don't have
<v Speaker 2>our headlamps. I me and him both were complaining about
<v Speaker 2>it because we usually we usually had him. We didn't
<v Speaker 2>have him that night. And anyways, we're sitting there probably
<v Speaker 2>really it was probably about twelve fifteen minutes. And start
<v Speaker 2>hearing splash like it sounds like a fish. I mean,
<v Speaker 2>that's that is how it sounds. You know. I fished
<v Speaker 2>a lot, and I hear fish, you know, jumping the water.
<v Speaker 2>My cousin he goes, did you hear that fish jump?
<v Speaker 2>I'm like, man, I don't think that's no fish, and
<v Speaker 2>he he just tells me like, this spot's kind of freaking,
<v Speaker 2>you know, but that you know, I'm still thinking it's
<v Speaker 2>probably a fish. But and I don't really know why
<v Speaker 2>I told him that wasn't a fish, because I'm sitting
<v Speaker 2>there still believing it is a fish. And fair enough,
<v Speaker 2>one more big splash and it was probably the biggest
<v Speaker 2>rock those that was thrown, and I'm like, what the hell,
<v Speaker 2>and me and him just kind of looking around. We
<v Speaker 2>got the lights at that point, and we're shining them
<v Speaker 2>across to the other side of the river, and that's
<v Speaker 2>when we hear two whoops and the whoop. I never
<v Speaker 2>heard the Sierra Sounds at that at that time, but
<v Speaker 2>it was the two back to back whoops. It sounded
<v Speaker 2>just like the Sierra sounds. Only difference is these whoops
<v Speaker 2>had an echo to it, and and how how that
<v Speaker 2>whatever species they are, how he was able to make
<v Speaker 2>that echo, and how loud it was. It was utterly terrifying,
<v Speaker 2>but not really enough to make me run. But I
<v Speaker 2>ran because my cousin took off running and so I
<v Speaker 2>jumped right in the truck. We didn't grab nothing, man,
<v Speaker 2>we didn't grab anything. What you know, maybe he grabs
<v Speaker 2>some things I don't know, like a cigarette, that's about it.
<v Speaker 2>And I got in the truck. He's telling me to go,
<v Speaker 2>and I'm already going, and I'm like, man, I'm going,
<v Speaker 2>you know, like don't go me, you know, and we're
<v Speaker 2>driving and he's like, you see that thing and I'm
<v Speaker 2>like no, He's like that, dude, you didn't see him.
<v Speaker 2>And I said, no, what are you talking. I didn't
<v Speaker 2>see nobody. And he's like it looked like a freaking
<v Speaker 2>hander tall man that looked like in the inder tall.
<v Speaker 2>And he's just you know, shaking the little bag trying
<v Speaker 2>to light up the cigarette, you know, rolle down my
<v Speaker 2>truck window. And I'm starting to slow down the truck
<v Speaker 2>at this point a little bit because I'm, you know,
<v Speaker 2>like we're gonna get our heads straight here, and he's
<v Speaker 2>gonna tell me to go back and get get the stuff.
<v Speaker 2>But before I note found our way back over to
<v Speaker 2>the property where we were staying at my aunt's house
<v Speaker 2>at the time, and we ended up out in the
<v Speaker 2>barn and we talked about it all night, you know,
<v Speaker 2>and and he he he swears that he saw and
<v Speaker 2>theander tall standing over there, and he even says that
<v Speaker 2>it looked like he says, it looked like it had
<v Speaker 2>like a buckskin. There's some type of animal skin and
<v Speaker 2>it's Indiana's, so the only the only skin. I can,
<v Speaker 2>you know, buckskins we sit and helped me. I don't
<v Speaker 2>know they travel, I kind of. I do know. After
<v Speaker 2>this experience, when I started getting too getting into bigfoot
<v Speaker 2>around here and studying bigfoot, talking to hunters and stuff,
<v Speaker 2>I started to notice things like the bigfoot were active
<v Speaker 2>every other year, you know, like every other so like
<v Speaker 2>every other year is a good deer season and the
<v Speaker 2>year before it's bad deer season. And there's an old
<v Speaker 2>timer that used to have I'll call him mister Happy
<v Speaker 2>because that's what we all called him. Wasn't too Happy's
<v Speaker 2>kind of old grump. He was a good man, and
<v Speaker 2>he was an he was a big deer hunter. Well,
<v Speaker 2>he told me one time bigfoot it came up. I
<v Speaker 2>was there at his house, my grandpa, and the subject
<v Speaker 2>came up, and he told me this story. And his
<v Speaker 2>encounter happened at a at a property really you know,
<v Speaker 2>I don't know, probably about a mile away from where
<v Speaker 2>I was, right there on White River. And he says
<v Speaker 2>that one time he saw the biggest herder, a deer
<v Speaker 2>herd of deer you know that he's ever saw in
<v Speaker 2>his life, he said. He said he saw hundreds of deer. Okay,
<v Speaker 2>and I grew up, like I said, my family's pioneers.
<v Speaker 2>I can go there. My family was either buried at
<v Speaker 2>the farm cemetery or the town cemetery, and go all
<v Speaker 2>the way back to my fifth great grandpa's grave. I
<v Speaker 2>know these woods in the back of my hands. I've
<v Speaker 2>never seen hundreds of deer in one spot, he told me.
<v Speaker 2>He says, today he saw all those deers, he said,
<v Speaker 2>he him and well he had his brother with They
<v Speaker 2>noticed that in the middle of that herd was like
<v Speaker 2>four five people walking hs. He called him mates, you know,
<v Speaker 2>get the Bigfoot. And he said it was almost like
<v Speaker 2>they had control of all those deer. And he's telling
<v Speaker 2>me this story probably about eight months after what happened
<v Speaker 2>to me on White Worlds, And this was probably just
<v Speaker 2>a couple of years for he passed away, and he
<v Speaker 2>had a lot of interesting stories about this area and everything.
<v Speaker 2>But after that experience, my cousin didn't want anything to
<v Speaker 2>do with Bigfoot. We would hang out for a while
<v Speaker 2>and I would talk about it. All the time, and
<v Speaker 2>he just kind of didn't want to talk about it,
<v Speaker 2>and he got with a girl and was trying to
<v Speaker 2>let it go. But every time me and and my
<v Speaker 2>cousin see each other, it still comes up. You know, Thanksgiving,
<v Speaker 2>we were just talking about it had Thanksgiving, so I mean,
<v Speaker 2>he talks about it, but it didn't take a hold
<v Speaker 2>of him in the way that it took a hold
<v Speaker 2>of me. Something changed me that day, and it was
<v Speaker 2>like I felt some type of connection towards something with this,
<v Speaker 2>and I had to, you know, start doing my own investigation.
<v Speaker 2>So I started going down through the river right in
<v Speaker 2>that general area, not the same as that spot, but
<v Speaker 2>in the general area, and I would you know, would
<v Speaker 2>not I would leave tobacco. I would tie tobacco to
<v Speaker 2>tree branches and leave there and come back to the
<v Speaker 2>tobacco John tobacco be gone. And so I started coming
<v Speaker 2>back because in about this he still no interruest. I'm like, man,
<v Speaker 2>I'm tying, you know, he don't want nothing to do
<v Speaker 2>with it. So here I am knowing that I'm tying,
<v Speaker 2>you know, bags of piped to back of the tree
<v Speaker 2>down by the bridroom. Going back a couple of days,
<v Speaker 2>checking on, it's gone, string off, back up gone. And
<v Speaker 2>where I'm putting it at is where I would knock,
<v Speaker 2>and it's the same tree that I would knocking all
<v Speaker 2>and then, but I wouldn't never get anything, so believeably
<v Speaker 2>that back of the back of I come back back
<v Speaker 2>would be gone. I ain't think. I ain't think much
<v Speaker 2>of it, you know. I kind of thought, maybe, you know,
<v Speaker 2>it could be anything. Maybe this ain't even before. Maybe
<v Speaker 2>someone's coming down here and taking this back. You know,
<v Speaker 2>I don't know. Well, I go down there with my
<v Speaker 2>dog one night, I got a blue hill of pit
<v Speaker 2>bull mache, and I decided to actually fitch kind of
<v Speaker 2>focus on this fishing. What's crazy about bigfood wasn't big
<v Speaker 2>on my mind because a lot of times I tell
<v Speaker 2>my old lady, oh, I'm gonna fish. But really I
<v Speaker 2>was just going down there. I try to try to
<v Speaker 2>get me a big try. You know, I would not
<v Speaker 2>call me in a bigfoot, because you know, it's just
<v Speaker 2>kind of my thing. And because I became fascinated by
<v Speaker 2>it and I wanted to know why. I felt like
<v Speaker 2>they were almost I called me to them, you know, like, uh,
<v Speaker 2>some people talk about mind speak and stuff. It's not
<v Speaker 2>really mine speak, but something. Why am I having these encounters?
<v Speaker 2>Why is me why other people in the same area.
<v Speaker 2>You know, one of my best friends always squirrel hunting.
<v Speaker 2>He's he's never had a bigfoot count, you know. So
<v Speaker 2>I'm starting to think that there is some type of
<v Speaker 2>more to it, you know. And so I became fascinated
<v Speaker 2>by this man. I'm not even gonna lie like I
<v Speaker 2>didn't because I didn't. And this was about twenty sixteen,
<v Speaker 2>you know. I go down there and I had nothing's
<v Speaker 2>happened to me, but I was still always fascinated by
<v Speaker 2>the foot and everything. And I would not and I
<v Speaker 2>for the first time in years, I got a knock back.
<v Speaker 2>Mind you, I've been having stuff take taking off trees
<v Speaker 2>Maine tobacco, but I have less apples down there as well.
<v Speaker 2>But anyways, I would not. I get it back too.
<v Speaker 2>Two replies no, And my dog is not happy at
<v Speaker 2>that point. And I've had this though, a blue Hiller
<v Speaker 2>pit boll mintion, and I said, start barking at me.
<v Speaker 2>And then I'm like, Okay, this is really this is
<v Speaker 2>really weird. You know, I'm kind of getting the goosebumps.
<v Speaker 2>But I caused myself of a never run. I mean,
<v Speaker 2>I just said if I ever encounter another bigfoot, I
<v Speaker 2>want one. I didn't want to run that day with
<v Speaker 2>my clothing, man, I just it was time just happened. Well,
<v Speaker 2>I start hearing like just an army tank, you know,
<v Speaker 2>mine is the machinery going through the woods. It sounds
<v Speaker 2>like I just made kingtong man, you know. And he's
<v Speaker 2>just back there tearing stuff up inside the tree line,
<v Speaker 2>now far back, because I hear it. And that's when
<v Speaker 2>I start seeing what I just what I would say
<v Speaker 2>with black shadows would would appear in from one tree
<v Speaker 2>and then it would it would be like tenth fleet
<v Speaker 2>in front of the other three boom, another shadow, and
<v Speaker 2>then it would top A shadow would top up from
<v Speaker 2>behind another treet, but just looked like shadows, and they
<v Speaker 2>were running back from tree to tree, and it was
<v Speaker 2>multiple shadows. And my dog's tails between its legs. I've honestly,
<v Speaker 2>I've been around coon dogs, been around a lot of dogs,
<v Speaker 2>and that dog was terrifying. And I've never seen that
<v Speaker 2>dog scared me, and it scared me to see that dog.
<v Speaker 2>That's scary. And I'm cussing that you know who who
<v Speaker 2>the fru get out of here. You know, I'm not scared,
<v Speaker 2>and you know I'm armed all this. I wasn't, by
<v Speaker 2>the way, but I knew as I'm yelling that that
<v Speaker 2>it wasn't a person. No person can make that much
<v Speaker 2>noise in the woods. Not a human being, not a
<v Speaker 2>homo sake, Okay, And it just slowly dissipay. I stood
<v Speaker 2>in my ground and I felt and over while I'm
<v Speaker 2>in keiths, believe it or not, mind you, I just
<v Speaker 2>saw a bunch of dark shadows. I don't know what
<v Speaker 2>these dark shadows are. I don't know if they're Usually
<v Speaker 2>anything dark is associated with something dark, you know, bad
<v Speaker 2>entity of some sort. Wasn't Harry. It was silhouettes, some
<v Speaker 2>shadows running between trees and just picking at me, you know,
<v Speaker 2>just silhouettes of shadows. But they were tall shadows, like
<v Speaker 2>eight feet big wine shadows, you know. And I honestly
<v Speaker 2>believe it was dark. And I think that there was
<v Speaker 2>quite a few bigfoot in that in that woods that night,
<v Speaker 2>and I think that, I really, I have never had
<v Speaker 2>an encounter with more than one besides that day right there,
<v Speaker 2>and my dog was so terrified of the leaf for
<v Speaker 2>the longest time, and really in all honesty. That dog
<v Speaker 2>is still a little bit terrified with the leash, and
<v Speaker 2>it associates going down the river with that. Still to
<v Speaker 2>this day, that dog has ptsd from whatever went on
<v Speaker 2>in the woods that day. But I left in a
<v Speaker 2>peaceful way, and it was almost like I was communicated with,
<v Speaker 2>not in the sense that it was mind speak, but
<v Speaker 2>in the sense that I honestly felt like they know
<v Speaker 2>me and uh h, they don't mean me no harm,
<v Speaker 2>but I'm starting to agitate them a little bit. And
<v Speaker 2>that this this here land that my ancestors you know,
<v Speaker 2>came to and buried in, tilted this land and everything
<v Speaker 2>hunted this land. Uh so did their ancestors. And I
<v Speaker 2>had like this apissed me, that that they're just part
<v Speaker 2>of my my area. Uh that they're probably ancient, and
<v Speaker 2>that they got just as much ties to this land
<v Speaker 2>as I do. Now. I talked about the cemeteries for
<v Speaker 2>a very pacific reason, and uh it ain't just because
<v Speaker 2>I'm very fortunate enough to be able to walk up
<v Speaker 2>to all my relatives graves and like most people you know,
<v Speaker 2>going back that far. But it goes back to the
<v Speaker 2>story of my best friend that I grew up with.
<v Speaker 2>It was around Halloween and we would alred to sneak
<v Speaker 2>out to that cemetery and his dad was what we
<v Speaker 2>were like, tell a story, tell us, tell us a
<v Speaker 2>ghost story. You know, that's what we thought it was
<v Speaker 2>gonna be a ghost story because we told him we
<v Speaker 2>were going to that cemetery. And he used to say,
<v Speaker 2>you got a story, tell us? And you know, so
<v Speaker 2>here I am thinking that I'm about ready to hear
<v Speaker 2>you know, a parent normal stories on sort was a
<v Speaker 2>big foot story him and his friends in the seventies.
<v Speaker 2>Mind you this cemetery, you probably know what's terry and

<v Speaker 2>towards them, and that they were like in suspended animation
<v Speaker 2>and they couldn't move, and he says he remember being
<v Speaker 2>utterly terrified because he has this creature coming at him
<v Speaker 2>that he said nineteen feet talk, which is pretty tall,
<v Speaker 2>you know, for it sounds more like what I hear
<v Speaker 2>out of Alaska with the big Foot. You know, that's
<v Speaker 2>a tall big foot. And he uh said that it
<v Speaker 2>scared the living hell out of him. But as it
<v Speaker 2>got closer, it dissipated and it just became the red
<v Speaker 2>eyes and then it was almost just like an orb
<v Speaker 2>and then it disappeared and they were able. All of
<v Speaker 2>them started talking at the same exact time, you know,
<v Speaker 2>and they were shocked. They took off running. They got
<v Speaker 2>they got enough, the pickup truck got the heck out
<v Speaker 2>of the cemetery. Now, I remember being really really excited
<v Speaker 2>that night, and you know, this is a big deal,
<v Speaker 2>you know, because and that's I told him about my
<v Speaker 2>experience when I was six years old, and we started
<v Speaker 2>talking about how that palace is so close to White
<v Speaker 2>were right there, right right now that cemetary as well,
<v Speaker 2>and of course, man, my buddy would go down. Not
<v Speaker 2>nothing much happened, but I always thought it was really
<v Speaker 2>interesting that he had an encounter at that cemetery. So
<v Speaker 2>time goes by time goes by. I start dating a
<v Speaker 2>girl that's into the paranormal and she has PSB seven
<v Speaker 2>spirit box and we go to that cemetery and we
<v Speaker 2>turn it on and the first words that it says Bigfoot.
<v Speaker 2>And it wouldn't stop talking about Bigfoot the whole time
<v Speaker 2>I was up at that cemetery. Mind you, I honestly
<v Speaker 2>think it was only doing that because of me. I
<v Speaker 2>feel like whatever energy is in that area, mind you,
<v Speaker 2>there's been all kinds of bad things that happened in
<v Speaker 2>that town. Suicides, There's been a lot of suicides in
<v Speaker 2>that small town, Like the number would be would really
<v Speaker 2>shock you, you know, for such a small town. And
<v Speaker 2>the natives supposedly cursed that land. There's something going on
<v Speaker 2>around here along White River, and there's always been legends
<v Speaker 2>of things going along. Right there's a town right next
<v Speaker 2>to us where there was even a bigfoot siding, you know,
<v Speaker 2>in the nineteen seventies. You know, the woman said she
<v Speaker 2>saw Bigfoot. She was on the road and she says
<v Speaker 2>she saw it. And to top it all off, there's
<v Speaker 2>always been legends since the pioneers over here, the White
<v Speaker 2>River beasts people reported, people say it's a black cat.
<v Speaker 2>You see, they see a black cat along the river
<v Speaker 2>right here too. Actually, and I remember hearing stories from
<v Speaker 2>people saying they've seen black cats when I was young.
<v Speaker 2>You know, my dad told me about the black cats
<v Speaker 2>a White River and the White River beasts, and uh
<v Speaker 2>Dan R have talked about it. They're not Dean R.
<v Speaker 2>There's a it was. There's a Prairie creek. Uh. It
<v Speaker 2>was a Prairie Creek security guard. Uh there Connors Prairie.
<v Speaker 2>Connors Prairie, not Prairie Creek. The Connor Prairie security guard
<v Speaker 2>that said he saw a black cat along White River
<v Speaker 2>one night, not too far from from my area. It's close.
<v Speaker 2>It's a different county where they're at, though. But I
<v Speaker 2>honestly think that some of these black cats signings are
<v Speaker 2>big slist signings. I think that even that these stories
<v Speaker 2>of the White River beest when the pioneers came, I
<v Speaker 2>think that they when they saw something black and big.
<v Speaker 2>I think the local pioneers in this area, I just
<v Speaker 2>saw it was a black cat, even though there's no
<v Speaker 2>black cats. Uh. But that's just kind of what I've
<v Speaker 2>always I just always think, now it's bigfoot, you know,
<v Speaker 2>it is what it is and h one night. This
<v Speaker 2>could be related to big fib I'm not for sure
<v Speaker 2>if it is or or not, but it goes back
<v Speaker 2>to the story my friend's dad told me about the
<v Speaker 2>Red the Red and how it was almost like an orb.
<v Speaker 2>We're too hunt one night and it's me and my cousins.
<v Speaker 2>I get few my cousins mean a couple of female
<v Speaker 2>cousins and they're out. We got the We just let
<v Speaker 2>the dogs out. Oh, you know, we'll never forget the
<v Speaker 2>dogs we had that night. One of my favorite dogs
<v Speaker 2>we had that doctor dang good King dog Walker came out,
<v Speaker 2>great dog break dog. I've seen that dog like Kyloes,
<v Speaker 2>you know, like big, like setting kyl You know, he
<v Speaker 2>ain't scared, he ain't scared. He's a champion. It's a
<v Speaker 2>good he's a good dog. Well, I'm getting kind of
<v Speaker 2>upset talking about just right here, because this was hard
<v Speaker 2>on me that night. We're kind of just enjoying ourselves talking.
<v Speaker 2>The dogs are out, they'ren't making that much noise, so
<v Speaker 2>we're we're we're in the truck in the field. We're
<v Speaker 2>set in the back of the pick up. You know,
<v Speaker 2>weally drinking. Probably shouldn't be, but that's what we're doing.
<v Speaker 2>And yeah, it's eerily quiet, so I bring it up
<v Speaker 2>like it's her equal. It's quiet. I don't hear the dolls.
<v Speaker 2>Uh this, We ain't got lights on the dogs tallers.
<v Speaker 2>A lot of times we sat right there and we
<v Speaker 2>see the dogs like lights because we had lights on
<v Speaker 2>their collars, you can kind of see where they're at.
<v Speaker 2>You were setting in the field. Well that night, you know,
<v Speaker 2>it's just really quiet, and everyone starts lading. It is
<v Speaker 2>quiet roll out there because it was kind of like
<v Speaker 2>a big deal. You know, Grandpa gonna be like Grandpa's
<v Speaker 2>last king king season. Kindy, he's old, he's done, you know.
<v Speaker 2>So we got like kind of like the family out there.
<v Speaker 2>You know, you wouldn't think anything go wrong, but he did.
<v Speaker 2>And it was this bad night, you know, because that
<v Speaker 2>was my that was my dog. But anyways, we noticed
<v Speaker 2>in tree line it's like almost like an order exactly
<v Speaker 2>what my friend's dad said he saw smeary, which mind
<v Speaker 2>you just was fishing. You know. It's man, it's it's
<v Speaker 2>not even a mile really way, it's right here, right
<v Speaker 2>in the same area where I grew up, you know,
<v Speaker 2>and we would see it flash. It would disappear, and
<v Speaker 2>we talked about it for a while. We didn't think
<v Speaker 2>much of it, and you know, trying to figure out
<v Speaker 2>what it is kind of just dropped it. Well, the
<v Speaker 2>dogs they treat you know, we start hearing the dogs
<v Speaker 2>and we're not even thinking about those red lights anymore
<v Speaker 2>or anything like that. And so we're getting ready to
<v Speaker 2>go get the dogs and everything. Thought the dogs were
<v Speaker 2>tree dogs r on their way back. How hooting hall
<v Speaker 2>here comes the dogs running out of the woods, terrifying,
<v Speaker 2>you know, like they just like they just saw the
<v Speaker 2>devil themselves or something. Mind you, dots fought coyote before
<v Speaker 2>Sissy was it was a little chicken dogs. So I
<v Speaker 2>caught her, Sissy, but uh and the other dogs, you know,
<v Speaker 2>they were all scared. Red tikesrong and we hain't never
<v Speaker 2>seen anything like this, you know, Why are these dogs
<v Speaker 2>so terrified? You know, they don't want to hunt these woods,
<v Speaker 2>you know, and we were wanting to have a good
<v Speaker 2>night that night, so we wouldn't give up. So we
<v Speaker 2>end up putting them in the back of the truck
<v Speaker 2>and just trying to drive around, you know, to the
<v Speaker 2>other side, you know, on the other like country road,
<v Speaker 2>you know. But it's still the same woods. We let
<v Speaker 2>the dogs out right there and they win. They got
<v Speaker 2>out there like you know, the dogs didn't want nothing
<v Speaker 2>to do. We're going back in the woods, and we
<v Speaker 2>just couldn't get over it. Sure enough, we search lights
<v Speaker 2>in the sky, but they're lights above they're both the woods,
<v Speaker 2>and they're high heck, and they look like Christmas lights,
<v Speaker 2>and they're they're beautiful. And my grandfather was talking about
<v Speaker 2>he's never seen lights like that. It's so pretty and
<v Speaker 2>all this, and sure enough, cousin look at the woods
<v Speaker 2>and then why why there's Christmas lights above us? In
<v Speaker 2>the woods, we start seeing ors, red orcs flashing, flashing,
<v Speaker 2>almost like they got breath to them, like a breathe
<v Speaker 2>a little bit, and then they just they just go away.
<v Speaker 2>And we were kind of amazement by at all. And
<v Speaker 2>we didn't realize that it's deadly quite it's silent again,
<v Speaker 2>you know, and that comes up, you know, we're trying
<v Speaker 2>to figure out the mystery of what's going on in
<v Speaker 2>the sky, what all these lights are, and we forgot
<v Speaker 2>that we ain't hurt our dogs, and so we started
<v Speaker 2>looking for the dogs, find every dog that night, and
<v Speaker 2>it all came it was not a big deal, and
<v Speaker 2>the dogs came right too, as a matter of fact,
<v Speaker 2>but doubt on my third dogs never came back that night,
<v Speaker 2>never did find doctor that night, never found doctor next day.
<v Speaker 2>And it was hard on me. I remember always going
<v Speaker 2>outside because I lived closer right there, but the boy
<v Speaker 2>scout camp was kind and I would just kind of
<v Speaker 2>remember staring, just hoping that my dog was gonna show up,
<v Speaker 2>you know, and uh, you never did. And that was
<v Speaker 2>hard on me. And I lived that every day, you know,
<v Speaker 2>because I know. And and what makes me mad about
<v Speaker 2>that particular incident about that night there is with all
<v Speaker 2>that going on yours life and gone, nobody really with
<v Speaker 2>me wants to wants to hear anything, you know, it's
<v Speaker 2>negative about what happened. You know, dogs just gone. And
<v Speaker 2>so I always felt like I didn't really have anybody
<v Speaker 2>to really talk to about it, get experienced with them.
<v Speaker 2>And I never really understood everybody. I know, everybody handles
<v Speaker 2>things in different kinds of way. But even today, when
<v Speaker 2>I bring that subjects up about Doc and what happened
<v Speaker 2>to Doc, nobody wants to hear my theory about how
<v Speaker 2>yours and everything was all tight in and it kind
<v Speaker 2>of messed me for a while. I enjoyed going out
<v Speaker 2>and doing some much from hunting, and there's a nature
<v Speaker 2>presure close by. And the only other major in county
<v Speaker 2>that happened to me in my life was when I
<v Speaker 2>was mustering hunting and it was in that nature preserve
<v Speaker 2>and I heard, I have that sounds just like the
<v Speaker 2>Ohio Man. How it was far away, and when I heard,
<v Speaker 2>I remember it just kind of laughing at myself, like
<v Speaker 2>you gotta betina ohow manhaw. Like I wasn't even home
<v Speaker 2>before the mo I wasn't even thinking before, you know,
<v Speaker 2>like I even for a while, you know, like just
<v Speaker 2>I'm in really mother mom, And I just I thought
<v Speaker 2>that was really really kind of like I don't know
<v Speaker 2>about it really is a gitch experience because because it
<v Speaker 2>was the Ohio man, how, that's what it was. And yeah,
<v Speaker 2>I'm in Indiana. The grass man is what then they
<v Speaker 2>call him in Ohio. I believe that's what they call him.
<v Speaker 2>But with these lights and all the strain activity being
<v Speaker 2>the pug Wodgy legends, the pug Wodgies was a Native
<v Speaker 2>American legend about these fort gray beings, and I found
<v Speaker 2>it very interesting that they called the pug Wodgies gray,
<v Speaker 2>you know, and the gray aliens and bigfoots and people
<v Speaker 2>think bigfoots an alien. And I don't know what I
<v Speaker 2>really think about Bigfoot me personally. Someone told me what
<v Speaker 2>do I think about Bigfoot? If I had to put
<v Speaker 2>if I had to guess what it was, I would
<v Speaker 2>say Bigfoot's no really, no divide ons. There's some type
<v Speaker 2>of highly evolved hominin that probably took a different route
<v Speaker 2>on the evolutionary path that that they their their technology
<v Speaker 2>is not our type of technology. They have powers of
<v Speaker 2>the mind, uh, powers that that maybe they can operate
<v Speaker 2>between dimensions and a lot of that. People take all
<v Speaker 2>that and think it's supernatural. But humans might have had
<v Speaker 2>those powers of one point. There might have been great
<v Speaker 2>advanced civilizations. And I'm not the only person that thinks
<v Speaker 2>this that existed. And but yet you can't find no
<v Speaker 2>technological evidence of those great civilizations because they were advanced
<v Speaker 2>in other type ways. Heck, maybe Bigfoot has the ability
<v Speaker 2>to travel, you know, from one planet to another planet.
<v Speaker 2>Now you know, who knows where they are? How many
<v Speaker 2>more years did they walk to this planet than even us?
<v Speaker 2>I know a lot of people think it might be
<v Speaker 2>tightenin the feeling and all that. You know, mine, I'm
<v Speaker 2>a Christian, but I don't I don't really know about
<v Speaker 2>all that. But I do think that they are human.
<v Speaker 2>They're not aid, they're more human like, and that the
<v Speaker 2>earth is their home, and that they know about us.
<v Speaker 2>They perhaps made war with us, they perhaps bred with does.
<v Speaker 2>But you know, now they're hiding from us for some reason.
<v Speaker 2>You know, maybe it suits them better. You know, maybe
<v Speaker 2>maybe we're the bad ones, and maybe they're bad. I
<v Speaker 2>don't know, you know, maybe you know, they got good,
<v Speaker 2>we got bad. I think that's kind of how it is.
<v Speaker 2>I'm not one of those people like, oh, the the
<v Speaker 2>bigfoot are bad, you know, they're the falling ones.

<v Speaker 6>that there's some danger in it, because you don't know
<v Speaker 6>what kind of big foot you're gonna get when you
<v Speaker 6>go into those woods and you want a tree.

<v Speaker 2>will twelve hours a day. I haven't been bad yet,

<v Speaker 2>budget on where I'm well to you the whole time,
<v Speaker 2>you know, that's what I do, and I will started
<v Speaker 2>listening to your show and I was like, man, I
<v Speaker 2>was like, this is probably the most legit bigfoot thing
<v Speaker 2>I've ever found. Channel whatnot. It was a guy in
<v Speaker 2>Indiana that had an encounter when he was fishing, and
<v Speaker 2>it was the only reason that popped up on my
<v Speaker 2>recommendation because I ain't been looking at bigfoot stuff for wow,
<v Speaker 2>like we're talking for real, like since twenty nineteen, I
<v Speaker 2>haven't been a bigfoot, you know, like I kind of
<v Speaker 2>let it go. I had another kid, I got remarried,
<v Speaker 2>and I let it go. And I just heard your
<v Speaker 2>your podcasts and it kind of brought back all that
<v Speaker 2>with me and kind of kind of made me feel
<v Speaker 2>It made me feel good instance that I know there's
<v Speaker 2>other people that are in Indiana that are having it,
<v Speaker 2>that have had these encounters, you know, and that I'm
<v Speaker 2>not crazy, you know, like, and that it was kind
<v Speaker 2>of really cool when I just started listening to Channel
<v Speaker 2>and I was like I got to tell this. I
<v Speaker 2>listened to three podcasts before I messaged you and told
<v Speaker 2>you I want to tell you my story. And I'm
<v Speaker 2>so glad that it popped up, because it's that video
<v Speaker 2>that Fisherman Indiana never popped up, I would have probably
<v Speaker 2>never even known to talk with you or whatnot. But

<v Speaker 3>you had when you were six years old, that was freaky.
<v Speaker 3>I can't imagine looking out the window as a child
<v Speaker 3>and seeing something huge and hairy and it's staring back,
<v Speaker 3>And yeah, I definitely feel for you. You took off running,
<v Speaker 3>you were definitely traumatized by the encounter, and you described
<v Speaker 3>it looking like Chewbacca. I feel like that's a very
<v Speaker 3>good description for this creature.
<v Speaker 2>I was. I was literally I was literally terrified. And
<v Speaker 2>what what makes you, what makes you even more terrifying,
<v Speaker 2>really is as time has went buying and I talked
<v Speaker 2>to my father about that incident. He would later confining
<v Speaker 2>Confine into me that he saw bigfoot in that house
<v Speaker 2>out the window only disnerances. He was in the kitchen
<v Speaker 2>and he was the sink, and he saw looking at
<v Speaker 2>him through the sink. I don't know, there's something about.
<v Speaker 7>Houses that maybe maybe they're curious, you know, they want
<v Speaker 7>to see they want to see how we live. I
<v Speaker 7>don't know if that's kind of, you know, kind of
<v Speaker 7>like you do you hear that a lot or them
<v Speaker 7>looking in people's houses.
<v Speaker 2>Is that something? Oh? Yeah, it's kind of coming all
<v Speaker 2>the time.
<v Speaker 3>I actually interviewed actually a bunch of people, but there
<v Speaker 3>was one specific person. He said him and his family
<v Speaker 3>were inside the house this happened in Arkansas, and his
<v Speaker 3>grandmother was washing dishes and all of a sudden, she
<v Speaker 3>just screamed because the sasquatch creature was looking at her
<v Speaker 3>through the window. And they all grabbed their firearms and
<v Speaker 3>took off. And they said they saw this creature run
<v Speaker 3>through the yard and it busted through this giant fence,
<v Speaker 3>and when it did, it roared, and he said that
<v Speaker 3>echo like echoed through the forest and vibrated through their bodies,
<v Speaker 3>and it was definitely a terrifying encounter. And yeah, I've
<v Speaker 3>interviewed a lot of people on the channel. It seems
<v Speaker 3>to be a common trend that these creatures want to
<v Speaker 3>observe people through the windows, especially children for some reason.
<v Speaker 3>I don't know what the purpose behind that is.
<v Speaker 8>Yeah, maybe maybe the only thing I can think of
<v Speaker 8>is maybe with children, they feel they don't feel like
<v Speaker 8>it's threatning, you know, or maybe there's some type of
<v Speaker 8>you know, bad intention, you know, you never really knowing that.
<v Speaker 2>That is when I when I started listening to your channel,
<v Speaker 2>that is when I kind of realized, you know, when
<v Speaker 2>I was going down there and doing all that, it
<v Speaker 2>really probably wasn't the smartest thing to do. And I'm
<v Speaker 2>not encouraging other people to do this. But at the
<v Speaker 2>same time, I don't call it in mind speak, but
<v Speaker 2>I honestly feel like something has told me they know me,
<v Speaker 2>they know I care about this land, they care about

<v Speaker 3>the sasquatch, that's a common report as well. And being
<v Speaker 3>able to see the skin exposed on the face and
<v Speaker 3>it being weathered, that's pretty common. So yeah, it definitely
<v Speaker 3>sounds legit to me, and I totally believe you. And yeah,
<v Speaker 3>I can see why you're afraid to go to sleep

<v Speaker 2>Oh, utterly afraid to go to sleep. But what you
<v Speaker 2>would be I don't know if not you had. But
<v Speaker 2>some people I feel like would be surprised when I
<v Speaker 2>say that about that beard. Even wasn't I know men
<v Speaker 2>that that that that beards are fuller? You know what
<v Speaker 2>I mean? Homo Saging knows you know, the beards you're
<v Speaker 2>fuller and the faithful hair that he had. It really
<v Speaker 2>wasn't much, but that body was covered in hair and

<v Speaker 2>to say it was reddish hair. It was like it
<v Speaker 2>was like a brownish red. I want to say it
<v Speaker 2>had red, definitely had red. I feel like if it
<v Speaker 2>was blied out, I'd be telling you that thing was
<v Speaker 2>more red than anything. But I can't. I was so young,

<v Speaker 3>Yeah, could you tell if it looked more primate in
<v Speaker 3>the face or more Neanderthal human?
<v Speaker 2>What's crazy? Is it looked and I don't want to Okay,
<v Speaker 2>it looked in the face. It looked kind of like
<v Speaker 2>down syndrome, you know, in the face, you know, it
<v Speaker 2>really did, or like or in bread. Something was wrong
<v Speaker 2>with the face. I don't even want to see. I
<v Speaker 2>don't even want to see what it looked like if
<v Speaker 2>something was Sometimes the deformity the face wasn't right and
<v Speaker 2>it was freaking yeah, But at the same time, it
<v Speaker 2>was so human. It was almost demonic, to be honest

<v Speaker 3>Yeah, that is terrifying for sure. And later on you
<v Speaker 3>encounter these things at the White River when you're fishing
<v Speaker 3>with your friend, and that's also common. People start hearing splashing,
<v Speaker 3>they think it's just fish until they start noticing huge
<v Speaker 3>rocks dropping out of the sky into the water. And
<v Speaker 3>you're friend, he saw this thing and he refused to
<v Speaker 3>talk about it afterwards. He said it looked like a Neanderthal.
<v Speaker 3>That's pretty freaking.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah it was. It was actually my cousin. And he'll talk,
<v Speaker 2>he'll talk to me, but he just talked with me
<v Speaker 2>about it Thanksgiving. But he wanted to let it go.
<v Speaker 2>And yeah, and he's adamant, and he made it very clear.
<v Speaker 2>And every time we talked, he just told this whole
<v Speaker 2>story on the front pork and we were all out
<v Speaker 2>there talking about it on Thanksgiving and he swear he
<v Speaker 2>says it had buckskin on.
<v Speaker 3>He said, like a skinwalker or like what like.
<v Speaker 2>It had clothes like it like like it like it
<v Speaker 2>like a Native American clothing. My natives would kill a deer,
<v Speaker 2>maybe put the make a make some type of shirt
<v Speaker 2>out of it. Yeah, that's what he said. It had
<v Speaker 2>like a buck like a kind of just hanging over
<v Speaker 2>his shoulders. You know, he had some type of hide
<v Speaker 2>over his shoulders.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, that wouldn't be the first time I've heard that.

<v Speaker 3>like juveniles wearing clothes. It's kind of weird, but primates
<v Speaker 3>do stuff like that. I've seen primates smoking cigarettes because
<v Speaker 3>they've seen people do it. And there's actually video footage
<v Speaker 3>of that.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>One thing that really struck a chord with me, and
<v Speaker 3>I can't even make this up. One time I was
<v Speaker 3>camping at my friend Adam's place, and I actually made
<v Speaker 3>a video about this. I documented the whole thing. But
<v Speaker 3>we were camping, we were looking for bigfoot, and it
<v Speaker 3>was during the wintertime. We didn't have really any experiences.
<v Speaker 3>There was a lot of people there, and when we
<v Speaker 3>all went to bed, everybody went in their tents. I
<v Speaker 3>was in my hammock. These two sasquatch whooped, and like
<v Speaker 3>you said, it was like the Sierra sounds just too loud,
<v Speaker 3>distinct whoops. But I described it like these things whooped
<v Speaker 3>into a cave, like there was an echo to it,
<v Speaker 3>and you described the sad.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, man, I can't that echo. When I okay,
<v Speaker 2>when when I got back to the barn and we
<v Speaker 2>started putting fire in the wood burns, just sitting there
<v Speaker 2>there and me and my cousin were talking about it
<v Speaker 2>in the barn right after it happened. I remember telling
<v Speaker 2>my town that the way I felt must have been
<v Speaker 2>like how like all my uh my ancestors felt like
<v Speaker 2>when they encountered like a dno saving or like something
<v Speaker 2>like I felt like like I felt my ancestors, you
<v Speaker 2>know what I mean, Like I felt my ancestors tell
<v Speaker 2>me to get the heck out of there, you know
<v Speaker 2>what I mean. And it was almost like yeah, like
<v Speaker 2>like we just know, you know, they know about us,
<v Speaker 2>we know about them, the stories that existed. Uh, they
<v Speaker 2>probably got you know, stories, different stories about us, like
<v Speaker 2>you know, who knows. I know some people said they
<v Speaker 2>got language. You know. I don't know exactly. I think
<v Speaker 2>that maybe it's more telepathic in my opinion, you know,
<v Speaker 2>but I do think that they can probably mimic any
<v Speaker 2>animal in the woods.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, it could be an intuition, a knowing mind speak,
<v Speaker 3>or these things are able to imprint thoughts or project
<v Speaker 3>feelings onto people. And I definitely understand where you're coming
<v Speaker 3>from with all that.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, yep, and yeah, that's basically been my experiences
<v Speaker 2>with Bigfoot. I'm actually really glad I got to share
<v Speaker 2>it with you.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Absolutely. Another thing that struck a chord with me was
<v Speaker 3>the giant deer herds, so where I had my bigfoot
<v Speaker 3>encounters at uh huh. This was years before I ever
<v Speaker 3>experienced any bigfoot activity and I was just a kid.
<v Speaker 3>But one day I was coming home from school and
<v Speaker 3>there was, I kid, you not like hundreds and hundreds
<v Speaker 3>of deer and it was the biggest herd I have
<v Speaker 3>ever seen. There was just white tails all over the place.
<v Speaker 3>I didn't see any bucks, it was just all doze.
<v Speaker 3>But I've never ever seen so many deer. And this
<v Speaker 3>was in the exact spot where years later I had
<v Speaker 3>my big foot encounter where the thing just stood up
<v Speaker 3>and walked off into the woods. And yeah, hearing that
<v Speaker 3>that story, I think it was your did you say
<v Speaker 3>it was your grandfather?
<v Speaker 2>It was one of my grandfather. It was one of
<v Speaker 2>my grandfather's friends, who was an old timer from around here.
<v Speaker 2>Is a good man. He's passed away now, but yeah,
<v Speaker 2>it was one of his. He swore, you know till
<v Speaker 2>he went to the gravy about that story there and uh.
<v Speaker 2>And he had no reason why. He was a good man,
<v Speaker 2>and he can talented. He wanted he wanted answers, you know,
<v Speaker 2>he and he enjoyed sharing that story with me. And
<v Speaker 2>my dad has a lot of bigfoot stories. I told
<v Speaker 2>him I wouldn't get on here and glad all his
<v Speaker 2>stories away and everything, but he he, he, he's would
<v Speaker 2>hang out with him a lot and a lot of
<v Speaker 2>interesting stories. You know, maybe maybe sometime we can get
<v Speaker 2>together and do more talk here. I can even talk,
<v Speaker 2>you know, a couple of my relatives to you know,
<v Speaker 2>maybe want to talk with you sometimes.
<v Speaker 3>No, that'd be amazing. And we could also meet up
<v Speaker 3>in person if you would like.
<v Speaker 2>And yeah, that'd be great. We got plenty of land
<v Speaker 2>around here and just kind of, you know, right now,
<v Speaker 2>there's some things going on, but I'm sure you know,
<v Speaker 2>in the future we can definitely work something out and
<v Speaker 2>that would that actually would be great because I honestly
<v Speaker 2>think that us together and the way I know these
<v Speaker 2>woods and my encounters and your experience, I think we
<v Speaker 2>could tell you get a lot done.
<v Speaker 3>Oh I think so too. And yeah, the old timer
<v Speaker 3>said he saw like four or five sasquatch walking with
<v Speaker 3>that giant herd of deer, and it was almost like
<v Speaker 3>they were controlling them. I kind of felt that way
<v Speaker 3>when I saw that giant herd. Not not that sasquatch,
<v Speaker 3>we're controlling them, but that something was off, like this
<v Speaker 3>isn't normal. I read about it online and it said
<v Speaker 3>it's it's super rare, but many many deer herds can
<v Speaker 3>group up together to protect themselves from predators. And wow, yeah, yeah,
<v Speaker 3>that's amazing.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah. But see like like like you said, you know,
<v Speaker 2>I've never saw that. You know, when he saw that,
<v Speaker 2>stories just it always was kind of really interesting to me.
<v Speaker 2>And you know, mind you you know, if he was
<v Speaker 2>alive today, he probably being eighty nine years old. You know,
<v Speaker 2>so this is before you know, you know, people talked
<v Speaker 2>about these type of things. You know, he said that
<v Speaker 2>happened to him, you know a whole you know, it's
<v Speaker 2>before I was going you know what I mean.
<v Speaker 3>Later on you would go down there wood knocking and
<v Speaker 3>making bigfoot calls and you got to reply back. Do
<v Speaker 3>you feel like you called in these creatures because you
<v Speaker 3>could see like shadows moving through the forest, hiding in
<v Speaker 3>and out from behind the trees. What do you think
<v Speaker 3>about that? Was it more like in like spiritual form,
<v Speaker 3>kind of like a shadow person, or like they were
<v Speaker 3>cloaking or was it just because it was dark.
<v Speaker 2>I think it was just because it was dark, and
<v Speaker 2>it's just a bunch of big foot, But it looked
<v Speaker 2>like it looked like silhouettes, tall silhouettes running from tree
<v Speaker 2>to tree, you know, and like peeking out at me
<v Speaker 2>every now and then, almost like they wanted me to
<v Speaker 2>see how fast they were. How they could suddenly, you know,
<v Speaker 2>be behind and the hold another tree that's you know,
<v Speaker 2>twenty yards away, and it went to them eye, you know,
<v Speaker 2>But yet somehow I knew where to look too. It
<v Speaker 2>was like it's like it's like they were toying with
<v Speaker 2>my mind. Yeah, that's weird. Just put it like that,
<v Speaker 2>because that's that's how I would describe it.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, And I've heard this often, like people have been
<v Speaker 3>with the biggest baddest dudes or the biggest baddest dogs
<v Speaker 3>that never back down to anything, and when the sasquatchs
<v Speaker 3>show up to see those people or those animals, and
<v Speaker 3>fear puts fear inside that person, like, wow, I've never
<v Speaker 3>seen this person or this dog scared in my life.
<v Speaker 3>Something is wrong.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah. And the color did not want me, He did
<v Speaker 2>not want me would knock him that day for some reason,
<v Speaker 2>you know, and any other day it never meant nothing
<v Speaker 2>to him, but that day he didn't want me. He
<v Speaker 2>would knock. He was old. He was barking at me
<v Speaker 2>already when I would knocking. And I've never seen that
<v Speaker 2>dog's tail go between his legs like I've seen dogs
<v Speaker 2>scared trying to do it, you know, but the way
<v Speaker 2>he did it was totally different. And even getting him
<v Speaker 2>to get out of there was kind of kind of weird,
<v Speaker 2>like he would want to, not want to. He didn't
<v Speaker 2>even want to really get to the truck. He just
<v Speaker 2>he just kind of wanted to get up under me
<v Speaker 2>kind of like like literally like he was kind of
<v Speaker 2>getting up under my legs, man like he was terrified,
<v Speaker 2>and he was doing that shaking the dogs. Yet, you know,
<v Speaker 2>like when you know, I'm surprised, you hee. You know
<v Speaker 2>he might have some Sure he probably did really, you know,
<v Speaker 2>but I don't know dark but I'll never forget that,
<v Speaker 2>and I kind of, you know, it kind of messed
<v Speaker 2>him up with walking on the leaf. And he's got
<v Speaker 2>real bad like anxiety as he's gotten older. Everyone talks
<v Speaker 2>to him and said, dogs got always anxiety. But what
<v Speaker 2>it is I think I think that kind of messed
<v Speaker 2>him up. Yeah he's a good dog though.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, dogs can get anxiety or PTSD. And yet your friend,
<v Speaker 3>your friend's dad said he saw a bigfoot by the
<v Speaker 3>cemetery off the White River, and yeah, that was definitely
<v Speaker 3>he said.
<v Speaker 2>It was almost like they couldn't even react to it.
<v Speaker 2>So like that's that's what's really terrifying to think that
<v Speaker 2>that that they have some type of ability, because they
<v Speaker 2>say he said it was walking towards them. I know
<v Speaker 2>what hairstone he was talking about, the gal big hairstone.
<v Speaker 2>He said, he came up from behind it, right behind
<v Speaker 2>that is the tree line and go down kind of
<v Speaker 2>like a like a big hill. And when you go
<v Speaker 2>down that big hill, you know, probably like ten yards
<v Speaker 2>way bey White River, and he came up out of
<v Speaker 2>that tree line there in that cemetery, you around that thing,
<v Speaker 2>you know, And he said that every he said, every
<v Speaker 2>one of them talking about how they couldn't move and
<v Speaker 2>that they were frozen, but their minds were racing, their
<v Speaker 2>minds were racing, and here's that boefoot just getting closer
<v Speaker 2>and closer, and as it got about twenty feet away
<v Speaker 2>from it, and it starts to dissipating just kind of
<v Speaker 2>like this disapparent and then before you know, it's just
<v Speaker 2>just a couple of red orbs there, and then with
<v Speaker 2>one big red orb, he said, and then it just
<v Speaker 2>goes away. And that story always stuck with me because
<v Speaker 2>the red eyes of red orbs and what happened. I
<v Speaker 2>don't know, man, I think there's some I've always heard.
<v Speaker 2>That's why I don't know, because I've heard Bigfoot's got
<v Speaker 2>red eyes. So I don't know if you've heard that
<v Speaker 2>what I saw was gold, you know. So I don't
<v Speaker 2>know what's going on, you know, with the red But
<v Speaker 2>I think that perhaps the red Orbs and the bootfoot
<v Speaker 2>are connected in someway or another.
<v Speaker 3>Oh yeah, absolutely, they have different color eyes. Their eyes
<v Speaker 3>can self illuminate and be like a red color, almost
<v Speaker 3>like coals dimming in the fire. And they have been
<v Speaker 3>known to cloak or turn into balls of light. So
<v Speaker 3>it definitely lines up with many other reports that have
<v Speaker 3>been shared on the Channel and throughout all history.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, and I think I think that right here in
<v Speaker 2>this area, man, I think theyre I think they I
<v Speaker 2>think they use this river. I think they they travel
<v Speaker 2>along it. I think that, you know, I think they're
<v Speaker 2>in this area quite a bit. I think they consider
<v Speaker 2>it theirs, but I think they consider quite a bit
<v Speaker 2>of land theirs. And I think there are certain times
<v Speaker 2>of the years that they're around here more, you know,
<v Speaker 2>than other times. But I do know from talking with people,
<v Speaker 2>the ones really had no lock there. Hunting this year
<v Speaker 2>it ain't being what it usually is. So it kind
<v Speaker 2>of makes me wonder. I don't dear hunt.
<v Speaker 9>I never got into it. It's just something I don't do.
<v Speaker 9>I got brothers that do and cousins that do, but
<v Speaker 9>it's just not my thing. But I know no one's
<v Speaker 9>really done that great this year, and it kind of
<v Speaker 9>makes me wonder.
<v Speaker 2>I wish I wasn't working so much. Maybe this summer
<v Speaker 2>I'll be able to take off some time and actually
<v Speaker 2>do some investigat I'd like to. I'd like to try
<v Speaker 2>to go investigate bigfoot someplace else, even myself, you know,
<v Speaker 2>Like I gotta be honest with you. Ever since I
<v Speaker 2>started listening to your podcast, I was like, you know,
<v Speaker 2>I kind of I kind of thought that I came
<v Speaker 2>to peace with it all and letting it go was
<v Speaker 2>a good thing. But maybe me feeling the need to
<v Speaker 2>let it go was I didn't doing this, I always
<v Speaker 2>felt ashamed just to say it. I always felt a
<v Speaker 2>little ashamed by it, and I don't think I really
<v Speaker 2>need to be ashamed, you know what I mean, And
<v Speaker 2>just doing this podcast really think I think you're helping
<v Speaker 2>people more than you realize, and you're doing a lot
<v Speaker 2>of good for people. I really do.
<v Speaker 3>Are you there? Yeah there, Yeah, I accidentally had the
<v Speaker 3>mute button on, But yeah, that is definitely that's terrifying.
<v Speaker 3>And all the experiences that you've had, it sounds like
<v Speaker 3>these things have followed you throughout time. Like you said,
<v Speaker 3>they know you. You guys are pioneers in the area,
<v Speaker 3>and you've been there since the eighteen hundreds, And it makes.
<v Speaker 2>You wonder if they know my families, if they know
<v Speaker 2>my ancestors. Maybe maybe they know my bloodline, you know,
<v Speaker 2>maybe there's some type of connection with the bloodline. Maybe
<v Speaker 2>their plan is you know connected. I mean, like I said,
<v Speaker 2>my family's listened and I can share that with all
<v Speaker 2>with you and everything sometime, you know, show you you
<v Speaker 2>know who my family are and everything like that. But uh, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>I really think, I honestly think that this land has
<v Speaker 2>connected us, and I kind of feel like I kind
<v Speaker 2>of feel like they're here this year, you know, I do.
<v Speaker 2>I haven't been out, you know, but ever since I
<v Speaker 2>kind of started listening to your podcast again. I drive
<v Speaker 2>home at night, I drive real slow, you know, down
<v Speaker 2>the road. It's all country right here, and I feel them, man,
<v Speaker 2>I know there. Anybody you know the town, I told
<v Speaker 2>you what it was. If you drive through that town
<v Speaker 2>one time, just thank yourself then for you'll feel. You'll
<v Speaker 2>feel that they're here. They're a long white river right
<v Speaker 2>here in citral Indiana, and a lot of people probably
<v Speaker 2>don't want to believe that they're right here in the heartland,
<v Speaker 2>but they're here. And I'm not even ashamed to say it.
<v Speaker 2>And I'm actually looking forward to, uh, you know, getting
<v Speaker 2>back into this and not being so shamed of it

<v Speaker 2>these mounds right here and all this big foot activities,
<v Speaker 2>the lights in the sky, that it's something very I
<v Speaker 2>think that there's something going on here that we couldn't

<v Speaker 2>this goes back to the time of Christ, you know,
<v Speaker 2>to the people that built those mounds there, and so
<v Speaker 2>something has been going along going on around here for
<v Speaker 2>a long time. And I feel it, and it's not
<v Speaker 2>all necessarily bad. It's a lot of time. I feel
<v Speaker 2>like when the land's old, you get you just get
<v Speaker 2>a lot of history, you know, and just some of
<v Speaker 2>the history you're good, some of it's bad, and some
<v Speaker 2>of it's really interesting, and the big flip part of
<v Speaker 2>it is definitely interesting. And I'm gonna try to get
<v Speaker 2>out and maybe have some more encounters, and if I do,
<v Speaker 2>I'll definitely share them, and maybe I'll even start trying
