<v Speaker 5>My Big Put Sightings began in twenty thirteen. To be
<v Speaker 5>honest with you, I am not sure whatever got me
<v Speaker 5>into the Sasquatch at all. I mean, I you know,
<v Speaker 5>it was actually before they were on TV, and you
<v Speaker 5>know very much, and you know, I mean, I've seen
<v Speaker 5>the legend of Boggy Creek when I was a kid,
<v Speaker 5>But I don't know why. You know, I was just
<v Speaker 5>on a computer one day, grouping off and messing around,
<v Speaker 5>and I don't know if something came up or what.
<v Speaker 5>But anyway, I started investigating on the computer, finding out
<v Speaker 5>what I could find out about, and you know, so
<v Speaker 5>I got started, you know, learning about.
<v Speaker 2>Different signs of them.
<v Speaker 5>And the thing that really really intrigued me was the
<v Speaker 5>fact that all the Native American tribes from Florida to
<v Speaker 5>New York to californ one year to the Pacific Northwest,
<v Speaker 5>all of them had a name for Sasquatch.
<v Speaker 2>And I'm like, that shows some credence to the whole
<v Speaker 2>thing right there.
<v Speaker 5>And uh, I found a bfro and started reading sightings
<v Speaker 5>on there and everything. And so then what real My
<v Speaker 5>biggest break that I ever had was I played music
<v Speaker 5>and singing stuff and we were practicing with this my friend,
<v Speaker 5>and we took a break and I said, Terry, I said,
<v Speaker 5>I hadn't seen you for a minute. I said, I
<v Speaker 5>started investigating bigfoots. And he goes, wow, he goes, let
<v Speaker 5>me tell you something. He goes, I knew this guy.
<v Speaker 5>He said, he lived way back in the Boonies, down
<v Speaker 5>this gravel road. And he said, when he first moved
<v Speaker 5>in there, he said, he will see, like, you know,
<v Speaker 5>big clumps of hair on his wooden post. You know
<v Speaker 5>on his porch, and he said, said, and he was
<v Speaker 5>there for a while. Week or two he said, he
<v Speaker 5>started seeing him out in the front gard. He said,
<v Speaker 5>they would just come out and wouldn't really notice him.
<v Speaker 2>And you know, once he got used.
<v Speaker 5>To, he tried to get people to come out there,
<v Speaker 5>the sheriff and all that stuff, and really it was
<v Speaker 5>so far out and nobody would even come out there.
<v Speaker 5>So anyway, I said, uh wow, I said how long
<v Speaker 5>ago was that? It was probably like ten twelve years
<v Speaker 5>before And I said, uh where, where where is it?
<v Speaker 5>So anyway, he told me. So the first time I
<v Speaker 5>ever went out there, I had my uh my son
<v Speaker 5>and my grandson with me, and it was freezing cold.
<v Speaker 5>It was in February, I mean real, real cold, and
<v Speaker 5>I wasn't really planning on getting out and kicking up
<v Speaker 5>in the woods or anything. So but we're going down
<v Speaker 5>the road and I don't know about other people, but
<v Speaker 5>I get this, you know, your spider Singer, since this
<v Speaker 5>tingling thing, I get this kind of like I can
<v Speaker 5>kind of look and I started out with this where
<v Speaker 5>I can kind of look around and see goat and
<v Speaker 5>go wow, this looks squatchy. And so anyway, I look
<v Speaker 5>up on the side of the hill and there was
<v Speaker 5>one of those what I call teepee structures, you know,
<v Speaker 5>where the limbs are all. Couldn't have felt like that naturally,
<v Speaker 5>And I'm went, well, there's one of those things. I've
<v Speaker 5>seen it on the computer. And so anyway, me and
<v Speaker 5>my grandson.
<v Speaker 2>Get out of it.
<v Speaker 5>And this is really where a lot of the stuff
<v Speaker 5>takes place, so I'll kind of explain to you what
<v Speaker 5>it was like. It was like this gravel road when
<v Speaker 5>it went by a rock cory. And that's another thing.
<v Speaker 5>I don't know if other people have the same experience,
<v Speaker 5>but a lot of activity that I know of happens
<v Speaker 5>around rock corries for some reason. And anyway, so you
<v Speaker 5>first come in, there's a rock corry and then you
<v Speaker 5>probably go like five down this gravel road and there's
<v Speaker 5>there's nothing there except for that house.
<v Speaker 2>So anyway, on.
<v Speaker 5>The left coming in, there's a rise that maybe forty foot,
<v Speaker 5>you know, not too steep, just kind of general angle
<v Speaker 5>going up like forty foot, and then there's the road
<v Speaker 5>and then down then it goes down into a creek bottom.
<v Speaker 5>And so we walked to the down part, down towards
<v Speaker 5>the creek and I started doing whooping that i'd heard
<v Speaker 5>on the computer, and all of a sudden, we hear
<v Speaker 5>it like a So I start talking to him. I mean,
<v Speaker 5>because it's the first time I've ever even heard anything
<v Speaker 5>like that. So I started talking to him and normal, like,
<v Speaker 5>we're not here to hurt you or anything, We're just
<v Speaker 5>trying to see what's going on or whatever. I can't
<v Speaker 5>remember exactly what I said, and it growled again and
<v Speaker 5>it sounded a little meaner. So anyway, we left and
<v Speaker 5>when we go back, and I go back home, and
<v Speaker 5>I'm thinking about that, and I'm thinking.
<v Speaker 2>Well, you know what, what else.
<v Speaker 5>Could that have been down there? And I'm thinking, okay,
<v Speaker 5>well I'm going to go back. So I went back
<v Speaker 5>by myself one day and I started seeing some tracks,
<v Speaker 5>and you know, they're they're on the tracks. When you're
<v Speaker 5>trying to track sasquatch, they don't leave tracks. They try
<v Speaker 5>their best to not step in mud, to not leave
<v Speaker 5>any kind of sign.
<v Speaker 2>That they've been there.
<v Speaker 5>But the littler ones screw up sometimes, but the big
<v Speaker 5>ones do too every now and then. So I've seen
<v Speaker 5>a track or two, or what I thought was a track,
<v Speaker 5>and so I went down towards the creek, and I
<v Speaker 5>started seeing what I know now is tree breaks, and
<v Speaker 5>I mean probably like four inch trees broke off, maybe
<v Speaker 5>twelve foot up.
<v Speaker 2>And it's almost like to.
<v Speaker 5>Me, it's like when you're walking through a field and
<v Speaker 5>you just grab a stop and just break it, you know,
<v Speaker 5>like not thinking about it. They probably use it as markers,
<v Speaker 5>but I could imagine them just walking around going, you know,
<v Speaker 5>just breaking them. But anyway, I also started seeing there
<v Speaker 5>would be like big rocks and like an overhang hung lock,
<v Speaker 5>and then down below it would be like a nice
<v Speaker 5>place to sleep. And I've seen all kinds of these
<v Speaker 5>and what was weird was and I never hear really
<v Speaker 5>people talking about this, but I always seen like long sticks,
<v Speaker 5>like a walking stick, and they would always be a
<v Speaker 5>walking stick leaned up against one of these things where
<v Speaker 5>they would to.
<v Speaker 2>Me, I thought they would get.
<v Speaker 5>Up under the rocks and you know, there was I
<v Speaker 5>got some hair from under there, went down and us
<v Speaker 5>and I don't know how many real squatches you've got
<v Speaker 5>in here, but you know they'll eat, uh, they will
<v Speaker 5>push trees down and then come back the next year
<v Speaker 5>after gotting rotted and everything, and they'll eat they'll pull
<v Speaker 5>the bark off and eat the bugs and everything. And
<v Speaker 5>they'll do that too on trees that are kind of rotted,
<v Speaker 5>uh and still standing, and so uh I've seen uh
<v Speaker 5>you know.
<v Speaker 2>That other one was when my sister came.
<v Speaker 5>But at one point I brought my sister back and
<v Speaker 5>showed her everything I'd seen. And on this one tree
<v Speaker 5>you could see where they had actually taken a stick
<v Speaker 5>and dug into the the tree, you know, like using
<v Speaker 5>it for a tool to get to the bugs at all.
<v Speaker 5>And you can see their like their claw marks where
<v Speaker 5>they were pulling the bark off. And so anyway, and
<v Speaker 5>then so she goes. We go home and then come
<v Speaker 5>back again by myself, and I kind of look all
<v Speaker 5>around and everything, and I'm getting ready to leave, but
<v Speaker 5>I'm down by the creek, and all of a sudden,
<v Speaker 5>I see these deer up in the clearing up on
<v Speaker 5>the side of the hill after you go down the
<v Speaker 5>creek and then back up, and I hear like this
<v Speaker 5>on a whistle, I would say, or something like that.
<v Speaker 5>Now I haven't seen one yet, and so and them
<v Speaker 5>deer go towards that whistle, and then all of a
<v Speaker 5>sudden I hear this biggest commotion. And what I think now,
<v Speaker 5>because I think this is what they do. I think
<v Speaker 5>they they set up barriers and things like that to
<v Speaker 5>funnel deer into a certain place, and I think they
<v Speaker 5>jump out of the trees on them, is what I'm thinking.
<v Speaker 5>So anyway, I'm like, what the heck was that? And
<v Speaker 5>so I'm standing by that creek and maybe about five
<v Speaker 5>ten minutes later, I hear this walking coming down that ridge,
<v Speaker 5>coming down towards the creek, and vic that is the
<v Speaker 5>most scared I ever been in my life. It was
<v Speaker 5>starting to get dark and it just kept walking and walking.
<v Speaker 5>I couldn't do nothing. I was just standing there. I
<v Speaker 5>don't know if you know they've got that pheromone they
<v Speaker 5>say that, you know, it'll put fear into you. I
<v Speaker 5>don't know if that's what it was, or it was
<v Speaker 5>just the fact that here I am by myself and
<v Speaker 5>there's things walking down there. Because I had seen enough
<v Speaker 5>things evidence to realize that they really were there, I
<v Speaker 5>just hadn't seen one. So anyway, it keeps walking and
<v Speaker 5>walking and walking, and I'm wanting.
<v Speaker 2>To crawl under a rock.
<v Speaker 5>And it gets to rare and they'll do this a lot,
<v Speaker 5>a lot of times. It got to where if it
<v Speaker 5>took like a couple more steps, I would have seen
<v Speaker 5>it right out in the open, and it stopped. I'm
<v Speaker 5>not afraid of them. I've never had any. As a
<v Speaker 5>matter of fact. I hate when I see on uh
<v Speaker 5>and and I think there's different kinds and some may
<v Speaker 5>be mean, but I think the ones that live around populations,
<v Speaker 5>which there's a lot of them, I think they're more
<v Speaker 5>like you know, they're they're it's not tame, but they've
<v Speaker 5>seen enough humans that you know they're not. As a
<v Speaker 5>matter of fact, they just try to stay hidden. So
<v Speaker 5>you know, I've never felt actually afraid of any of them,
<v Speaker 5>other than at one time. And so anyway, I go back.
<v Speaker 5>I tell my sister about that again, and so we
<v Speaker 5>go back the well, I take that back. I took
<v Speaker 5>my son with me and we started doing the knocking
<v Speaker 5>at night, and Vick, I'm going to tell you, there
<v Speaker 5>was knocking on all around me, I mean in front
<v Speaker 5>of me and back of me, to my laf, to
<v Speaker 5>my right, and we knocked so much that I got
<v Speaker 5>tired of doing it. And my boy kept saying, Dad,
<v Speaker 5>that's somebody building a house, and you're building them all around.
<v Speaker 2>Us, you know. He goes, yeah, that is weird, and
<v Speaker 2>so uh.
<v Speaker 5>Anyway, so then the next time I come, I bring
<v Speaker 5>my sister again and we go and we we made
<v Speaker 5>a day of it, went down there and down at
<v Speaker 5>the creek and looked around and all that stuff. And
<v Speaker 5>then at nighttime, we're sitting there by my geek thinking
<v Speaker 5>about leaving, and you can hear this walking again, this
<v Speaker 5>I mean heavy, heavy walking, and it is up towards
<v Speaker 5>the top part, you know, and you had the sky
<v Speaker 5>the it was dark, but you could see up there
<v Speaker 5>at at the top and the horizon because we were
<v Speaker 5>looking up, so you could pretty much see anything that
<v Speaker 5>moved up there because of the skyball behind it. And
<v Speaker 5>we're looking and looking, and I'm saying, I mean, it
<v Speaker 5>was close enough that we should have been able to
<v Speaker 5>see it, but we couldn't. And then all of a sudden,
<v Speaker 5>I look up there and I see this head poking
<v Speaker 5>around the tree. And this thing was like ten foot,
<v Speaker 5>I mean, it was a lot bigger than I imagined
<v Speaker 5>that they would be in. So anyway, my sister sees
<v Speaker 5>it and then it turns its head and it goes
<v Speaker 5>and looks.
<v Speaker 2>Down around the other side.
<v Speaker 5>So I tell my sister, I go, looks this, I'm
<v Speaker 5>gonna I always carried a little thing to knock on
<v Speaker 5>trees with. I said, I'm going to go over there
<v Speaker 5>towards it and knock on the tree, and you watch
<v Speaker 5>it and let me know what it does. And she goes,
<v Speaker 5>I don't see it now, and I said, it's right there.
<v Speaker 5>And I pointed that knocker, which was actually like a
<v Speaker 5>paper cowel holder thing, except a little bigger, and I
<v Speaker 5>pointed it towards it and it went home, you know,
<v Speaker 5>made some kind of like sound where it was like,
<v Speaker 5>you know, afraid or startled, and it started walking up
<v Speaker 5>the heel. And so it got up the heel, and
<v Speaker 5>about that time, my son called me on the phone
<v Speaker 5>and I said, Bob, they're all over the place because
<v Speaker 5>I had heard some like chirping and stuff that I
<v Speaker 5>didn't equate with little squatches at the time, but now
<v Speaker 5>when I look back on it, I know that that's
<v Speaker 5>what it was. So while my son's on the phone,
<v Speaker 5>this thing and I'm not I don't know if it's
<v Speaker 5>the same one or not, but right up on the
<v Speaker 5>top of that heel, a little bit to the right,
<v Speaker 5>this thing screams a sound that I've heard people try
<v Speaker 5>to describe it before, you can't really describe it. It
<v Speaker 5>sounds like an elephant, a lion, a giant, a woman dying,
<v Speaker 5>all this stuff put together with just such a force
<v Speaker 5>that you know, it's undescribable. I've never heard a recording
<v Speaker 5>on that sound that that was. So anyway, once it
<v Speaker 5>does that, I'm wanting to leave, I said, says.
<v Speaker 2>We got to get out of here. Well, that's another thing.
<v Speaker 5>I always when I get into a place like that,
<v Speaker 5>I'll always point my vehicle towards that way out, you know.
<v Speaker 5>Like I said, I've never had any problems, but I
<v Speaker 5>always try to be prepared for it. As a matter
<v Speaker 5>of fact, several times after I would leave and I
<v Speaker 5>would be on the road, I would be like, oh gosh,
<v Speaker 5>that was something you know, and you know, kind of
<v Speaker 5>like hit you after you're gone. So anyway, she goes, no,
<v Speaker 5>I want to stay and see what happens is Oh.
<v Speaker 5>The other thing I meant to tell you, my son
<v Speaker 5>heard that scream on my phone and that kind of
<v Speaker 5>convinced him. But so anyway, we're sitting there and I'm
<v Speaker 5>wanting to leave and she don't want to, and then
<v Speaker 5>it wasn't very long after that one screamed. You could
<v Speaker 5>hear one way back in the I mean two hollers
<v Speaker 5>over walking.
<v Speaker 2>I mean you could hear it.
<v Speaker 5>That far away. And it kept walking and walking and walking,
<v Speaker 5>and it probably got like on the ridge it goes
<v Speaker 5>down to the creek. That's probably about how close, probably
<v Speaker 5>just about the time across the creek. I said, we
<v Speaker 5>got to get out of here, and so she agreed.
<v Speaker 5>So we got out of there, and so I started
<v Speaker 5>investigating where I was, you know, the history of the place.
<v Speaker 5>And this is funny, big Actually, if you went a
<v Speaker 5>little further than where we were, there was a gate
<v Speaker 5>and it was owned by the University of Louisville. It
<v Speaker 5>was a not a planetarium, but were you observatory back there?
<v Speaker 5>And so I went to the school and told them
<v Speaker 5>that I was, you know, up photographer and stuff like that,
<v Speaker 5>and so they gave me the key to that place
<v Speaker 5>down there, and so I started doing the history. And
<v Speaker 5>the people that donated the land to U of L
<v Speaker 5>were anthropologists, and I got to thinking, you know what, no,
<v Speaker 5>I'll take let me re say that I found this
<v Speaker 5>out before I seen that big one.
<v Speaker 2>I said, and then I thought, well, you know what,
<v Speaker 2>these are monkeys.
<v Speaker 5>They probably turned monkeys loose back here to study them
<v Speaker 5>and stuff like that, and.
<v Speaker 2>That's what I'm seeing, and that's the sign I'm seeing.
<v Speaker 5>And uh then of course, once I seen that big one,
<v Speaker 5>I knew that's what it wasn't it wasn't bad.
<v Speaker 2>And so one night I was there and I seen.
<v Speaker 5>Him darting from one, like one clump of bushes to
<v Speaker 5>the other on all fours, you know. I would just
<v Speaker 5>get glimpses, glimpses of them doing that, going back and forth,
<v Speaker 5>and it seemed like there was two or three of them.
<v Speaker 5>And I went back the next morning and looked, and
<v Speaker 5>you could see where they were going back and forth
<v Speaker 5>through those through the grass behind those bushes. And so
<v Speaker 5>the last one I really seen there. Oh, I forgot
<v Speaker 5>another thing. I forgot to tell you. I was actually
<v Speaker 5>taking food, fruit and stuff and leaving it out there.
<v Speaker 5>I probably did that for maybe oh six months or so.
<v Speaker 5>And also the story that I told U of l
<v Speaker 5>there was this guy I called him, like a lurch
<v Speaker 5>type guy that lived up in that house now, and
<v Speaker 5>he didn't like us being back there.
<v Speaker 2>I kind of think he knew and.
<v Speaker 5>Didn't want it out because he didn't want a bunch
<v Speaker 5>of people back there, and he was always trying to
<v Speaker 5>run us off. But I had gotten permission from the
<v Speaker 5>owner that owned the land outside of the planetarium area,
<v Speaker 5>telling him I was a photographer, you know, and doing
<v Speaker 5>butterfly counts and stuff like that. And so anyway, that
<v Speaker 5>comes up later what happened there. So anyway, we're me
<v Speaker 5>and my son go there one night. You know, nothing
<v Speaker 5>really too eventful happened. But when I was getting we
<v Speaker 5>were getting ready to leave, and right where I feed
<v Speaker 5>him at theres are clearing and then there was like
<v Speaker 5>a brush pile and stuff like that, and I leave
<v Speaker 5>the food back there.
<v Speaker 2>And I looked and I had been seeing it for
<v Speaker 2>a while, like the stump.
<v Speaker 5>That I didn't think that I remember being there. And
<v Speaker 5>I told my son, I said, Bob, I think that's
<v Speaker 5>one right there, just just sitting there watching us. You know,
<v Speaker 5>now it ain't, dad, because it was kind of dark.
<v Speaker 5>Other thing, if you want to piss a sasquatch off,
<v Speaker 5>shine your flashlight. They do not like flashlights. They don't
<v Speaker 5>like light. So if you're gonna have to have a
<v Speaker 5>flashlight with you, you might as well, not go. So anyway,
<v Speaker 5>I said, I think that is bub and he goes nowadays,
<v Speaker 5>So I said, well, well, I'm gonna walk over there,
<v Speaker 5>and Vic I'll walk over there, and I get probably
<v Speaker 5>with ten about twenty feet of it maybe, and all
<v Speaker 5>of a sudden, it just kind of makes a scream
<v Speaker 5>and just darts on all fours back into the woods.
<v Speaker 5>And so I told my boy, I said, come on,
<v Speaker 5>let's go, because you know, I didn't want any that
<v Speaker 5>scared it. I didn't want any other ones coming. And
<v Speaker 5>so anyway, I get a call. This has been all
<v Speaker 5>going on, like a happy year or something. And so
<v Speaker 5>I get a call.
<v Speaker 2>That night.
<v Speaker 5>Or you know, the next day or two from the
<v Speaker 5>owner and he goes, uh, Dave, you were out there
<v Speaker 5>and at night because alert seen.
<v Speaker 2>Us out there at night.
<v Speaker 5>He goes, I know you weren't taking pictures out there,
<v Speaker 5>and I think he knew what I was doing, but
<v Speaker 5>he didn't say it. And uh so he said I
<v Speaker 5>couldn't come back there anymore. So that's when I started
<v Speaker 5>getting the key to the planetarium.
<v Speaker 2>But I'd never seen much.
<v Speaker 5>Activity back there, but I did see and a real
<v Speaker 5>good friend of mine was with me.
<v Speaker 2>There was a rock, like a big kind of like boulder.
<v Speaker 5>And it had a footprint a man, a man's foot,
<v Speaker 5>and like a three like a what would look like
<v Speaker 5>a bird three toad, except huge, bigger than the man's
<v Speaker 5>footprint in a rock, a solid rock. And I went
<v Speaker 5>back and tried to find that, and I can't find
<v Speaker 5>it anymore.
<v Speaker 2>But uh anyway, so.
<v Speaker 5>That was pretty much like all that we could do
<v Speaker 5>right there, because we got kicked out. And actually I
<v Speaker 5>heard since that that rock Cory had actually bought all
<v Speaker 5>that land back there where U of l is and
<v Speaker 5>fenced it all in. So but I think I may
<v Speaker 5>ride over there, you know, sometime here in the future
<v Speaker 5>and see if that really happened. But uh so, anyway,
<v Speaker 5>I was living in Louisville at the time with a
<v Speaker 5>lady friend of mine, and all the stuff that I
<v Speaker 5>would get, like, I got what I thought was scat,
<v Speaker 5>I had hair, I had bones that I thought was
<v Speaker 5>tools that they were using, and I had all that
<v Speaker 5>in refrigerator at her house. And so anyway, we ended
<v Speaker 5>up breaking up and I move out, and you know,
<v Speaker 5>with all the heartbreak and all that stuff, I never
<v Speaker 5>really thought about the big foot stuff. You know, it
<v Speaker 5>was like you know, just my life was upside down.
<v Speaker 5>And so anyway, I move on over to Indiana, southern Indiana,
<v Speaker 5>right across the river, and so i'm you know, you know,
<v Speaker 5>after I get the feeling better and stuff, I thought,
<v Speaker 5>oh man, I needed my stuff.
<v Speaker 2>We'll come and find out she threw it all the way.
<v Speaker 2>So anyway, not.
<v Speaker 5>To be mean, I guess I just I did not
<v Speaker 5>you know, I actually forgot about it. So anyway, go
<v Speaker 5>for a drive one day and we see this place
<v Speaker 5>and I say, hey, stop there a minute. And I
<v Speaker 5>had that feeling that that was a squadchy place, even
<v Speaker 5>though I could throw a rock and hit somebody's house
<v Speaker 5>from where I was.
<v Speaker 2>It was a little country town. And so I'm looking
<v Speaker 2>around and stuff.
<v Speaker 5>And I said, you know, this history is like, look
<v Speaker 5>how beautiful this place is and all that, and the
<v Speaker 5>same kind of deal, except the hills higher and it
<v Speaker 5>comes down and then there's the road and then it
<v Speaker 5>goes down to a creek and then goes up the
<v Speaker 5>other side with another hill and like a little valley.
<v Speaker 2>And so I started leaving fruit there. And the thing about.
<v Speaker 5>The Sasquatch, they want you when you're gifting them like that,
<v Speaker 5>they want you to know they're they're like you could
<v Speaker 5>take I would take the tupperware thing with a lid

<v Speaker 5>they would actually take the top off of that, eat
<v Speaker 5>the berries and leave it all right there. The bananas
<v Speaker 5>peel they well, sometimes they would take some of them
<v Speaker 5>up the hill, but most of the time they would
<v Speaker 5>just sit right there and eat them.
<v Speaker 2>And they they eat them two ways.
<v Speaker 5>They either peel them upside down from what we do,
<v Speaker 5>or they just kind of like, uh, like squeeze them open,
<v Speaker 5>you know where they don't even peel it. They'll just
<v Speaker 5>squeeze it open. But they'll leave those there. One time
<v Speaker 5>I left water bottle there. They took the water bottle,
<v Speaker 5>drank the water, and put the water bottle back down,
<v Speaker 5>and you could see their thumb, the big thumb print.
<v Speaker 5>I had all this forever, but to be honest with
<v Speaker 5>you once once you you know, I never wanted to
<v Speaker 5>do anything like take advantage of the fact that they're there,
<v Speaker 5>or try to take pictures of them, or you know,
<v Speaker 5>I didn't share where I was.
<v Speaker 2>You know, I didn't.
<v Speaker 5>I didn't want to do anything that, you know, that
<v Speaker 5>would seem like I'm trying to to you know, I
<v Speaker 5>don't know what the word I'm looking for is, but
<v Speaker 5>uh extored them or you.
<v Speaker 2>Know, I didn't want to.
<v Speaker 5>I wanted them to know that I'm just right here
<v Speaker 5>with them, and you know, I'm just here to hell.
<v Speaker 5>And uh so I was doing that probably and I
<v Speaker 5>never could see I never seen none of those except
<v Speaker 5>I would see their prints. And there was one there
<v Speaker 5>was when I first seen it, it was like a baby,
<v Speaker 5>probably like a four year old or something like that.
<v Speaker 2>So I kept, uh feeding them and feed them.
<v Speaker 5>This one on for years, and that littler one I
<v Speaker 5>quit seeing its tracks there where.
<v Speaker 2>The bigger ones were.
<v Speaker 5>And I'm like, if they like kick him out of
<v Speaker 5>the nests or something like that. I'm wondering what happened
<v Speaker 5>with that. And so anyway, I'm down there one day
<v Speaker 5>and you know, like I said, I've talked to him.
<v Speaker 5>I would talk to him, you know, up on the
<v Speaker 5>hill and you know, like, hey, a bunch of stuff
<v Speaker 5>you know here it is this WI should come out
<v Speaker 5>here one time and you know, talk to him.
<v Speaker 2>And so one of these days I'm down there doing that.
<v Speaker 2>It was in the morning.
<v Speaker 5>It was a beautiful morning, and I'm looking up the
<v Speaker 5>hill where they always lived at and they'd come down
<v Speaker 5>the hill. You can see whether they're past and where
<v Speaker 5>they would go over a barbed wire fence and that.
<v Speaker 5>Oh the other thing I should mention, that's federal land
<v Speaker 5>right there, and there's signs everywhere, you know, keep out
<v Speaker 5>federal land, be.
<v Speaker 2>Prosecuted and all that.
<v Speaker 5>And so another thing I might add the guards they
<v Speaker 5>guarded the federal land. The sheriff, the county sheriff, the
<v Speaker 5>little city share up, all of them, at one time
<v Speaker 5>or another stopped me down there, and I was honest
<v Speaker 5>with him what I was doing. And it had been
<v Speaker 5>to the point now where they were on TV and
<v Speaker 5>everything like that. So really, you know, because when I
<v Speaker 5>first started doing it, people would just laugh and riddlecure you,
<v Speaker 5>but they actually was like, as matter of fact, I
<v Speaker 5>wondered if they had seen him. So anyway, I'm down
<v Speaker 5>there on that road, and all of a sudden, I
<v Speaker 5>hear this tree. It sounded like a squirrel jumping from
<v Speaker 5>one limb to another, except times fifty. And I look
<v Speaker 5>up and there's that little one. He's about like a
<v Speaker 5>maybe a twelve year old, ten year old in size,
<v Speaker 5>and he had jumped from this tree onto this branch,
<v Speaker 5>and the branch was bare, and I could see him
<v Speaker 5>on all fours going on that branch, and then he
<v Speaker 5>jumped to another one and I watched see him jump
<v Speaker 5>back and jump back and jump back, and you know,
<v Speaker 5>I thought about trying to, you know, because I kind
<v Speaker 5>of seen which way he went, but I thought.
<v Speaker 2>No, I'm not going to do that. I'm just going
<v Speaker 2>to leave him alone. You know.
<v Speaker 5>And when you know, when people hear something like that,
<v Speaker 5>if they haven't had a sighting or hadn't interacted with them,
<v Speaker 5>they might go like, man, I don't even go chase
<v Speaker 5>chase them and stuff like that.
<v Speaker 2>But it's like I said, once you once you know,
<v Speaker 2>and once you.
<v Speaker 5>Feel like there's nothing else to learn and you want them,
<v Speaker 5>you want to let them be. You know, I still
<v Speaker 5>take some bread or you know, they love bread, they
<v Speaker 5>love fruit, they love candy. I still take something and
<v Speaker 5>now and then and leave it over here at this
<v Speaker 5>second place.
<v Speaker 2>It's only like ten minutes from my house. Folks. I'll
<v Speaker 2>tell you this. If you have woods and it has
<v Speaker 2>water and and.
<v Speaker 5>It's connected to a bigger woods, it doesn't matter if
<v Speaker 5>you've got a town, right there.
<v Speaker 2>Or anything.
<v Speaker 5>There is likely sasquatches that come through there, even if
<v Speaker 5>they don't stay there. You know, there's little bitty uh
<v Speaker 5>spots where I've seen where they'll come through and uh.
<v Speaker 5>But they don't stay there, but they'll stay there long
<v Speaker 5>enough to where, like the deer, you'll you'll notice there
<v Speaker 5>isn't any more deer coming out around in there. And
<v Speaker 5>I don't know if that's because they get them all
<v Speaker 5>or if they scare them or what, but the sasquatches
<v Speaker 5>live everywhere. They're not just stuck up in the top
<v Speaker 5>of the.
<v Speaker 2>Big thick woods.
<v Speaker 5>They take advantage of every little bit of woods that
<v Speaker 5>there is.
<v Speaker 2>And uh. And people find that hard to believe.
<v Speaker 5>And I've had people out with me at night before
<v Speaker 5>and be like on the edge of a golf course
<v Speaker 5>or someplace like that, and uh, and they go, whoy
<v Speaker 5>would they be right here? People will see them? I say,
<v Speaker 5>we're here right now. Nobody sees us. Nobody's seeing us.
<v Speaker 5>And they're like, oh yeah, because they're mostly nocturnal. And
<v Speaker 5>another thing that that I want to want to bring
<v Speaker 5>up is, UH, if you look at a map, if
<v Speaker 5>you look at a map and go up from like
<v Speaker 5>the middle of Indiana, you know, south of Indianapolis, and
<v Speaker 5>go all the way east and bring that down to
<v Speaker 5>the Ohio River where West Virginia, Pennsylvania all that stuff meet,
<v Speaker 5>and on down into Tennessee. That is that to me,
<v Speaker 5>is their migration uh and and I don't think they
<v Speaker 5>migrate so much like a tribe. But I think that
<v Speaker 5>the young males, they kick the young males out after
<v Speaker 5>a while because they can't mate with their sisters. So
<v Speaker 5>I think those those uh sasquatch is leaving the nest.
<v Speaker 5>I think that's what people mostly spot when it's uh
<v Speaker 5>like just a chance encounter. I think that's what they're
<v Speaker 5>what they're seeing. But anyway, if you look, you you
<v Speaker 5>will see that there is woods connected from you know,
<v Speaker 5>there's a Hoosier National Forestry, Harrison National Forestry, Uh, there's.
<v Speaker 2>Cliffti Falls Park.
<v Speaker 5>There's all from from Indianapolis down to uh Kentucky and
<v Speaker 5>then on in Kentucky too. It's all you could you
<v Speaker 5>could walk and never come out of the woods. And
<v Speaker 5>if you look at a map, and as a matter
<v Speaker 5>of fact, if you were really interested in just trying.
<v Speaker 2>To see UH sign or or to see if.
<v Speaker 5>There's sasquats coming through, you can look for choke points like, uh,
<v Speaker 5>you know, maybe you'll have a great big.
<v Speaker 2>Woods or stuff.
<v Speaker 5>And then to get from the to the next woods,
<v Speaker 5>maybe there's you know, just a few acres of woods to.
<v Speaker 2>Get almost like hunting deer.
<v Speaker 5>You know, that's not always true, because sometimes they'll make
<v Speaker 5>a big detour if they if they don't feel safe.
<v Speaker 5>But anyway, and then they float across that Ohio River
<v Speaker 5>at certain parts and head down to Tennessee and on down.
<v Speaker 5>And I don't think they go much further than the
<v Speaker 5>northern ones. Well, I guess i'd call them. I don't
<v Speaker 5>think they go much further than maybe Georgia. And I
<v Speaker 5>think after that you have a different type, you know,
<v Speaker 5>like call them the skunk apes and stuff like that.
<v Speaker 5>I think when you get down in the hot areas,
<v Speaker 5>they turn into a different kind where I've heard people
<v Speaker 5>say there's like six six different.
<v Speaker 2>Kinds, and I wouldn't argue that.
<v Speaker 5>And then you got the dog Man two, which I've
<v Speaker 5>never seen, but it must be real, because once you've
<v Speaker 5>seen a sasquatch, you believe any things anybody tells you
<v Speaker 5>unless you got a reason or not to believe them.
<v Speaker 5>And uh So, anyway, so back to the gift, and
<v Speaker 5>they would sometimes leave me stuff. They would leave they
<v Speaker 5>one time they left me a big onion with the
<v Speaker 5>stock and everything on it, and I don't know where
<v Speaker 5>in the heck they got that, because there's no farms
<v Speaker 5>or nothing around there. They left me a snake with
<v Speaker 5>his head bit off, They left me flowers. So but anyway,
<v Speaker 5>back then, I was keeping a journal and everything, and
<v Speaker 5>uh I just got to a point where I went,
<v Speaker 5>you know what, you know what, I've done everything, and
<v Speaker 5>I've uh you know, seen everything that I want to see,
<v Speaker 5>and I'm just going to leave them alone. And uh
<v Speaker 5>so I haven't actually been actively out in the woods
<v Speaker 5>probably for the last two or three years, although I've
<v Speaker 5>been lately getting a hankering for it, you know, like
<v Speaker 5>I said, I'll leave them food and stuff now, but
<v Speaker 5>I don't go back and check, you know, like I
<v Speaker 5>used to leave it and then the next day go
<v Speaker 5>back and check and all that stuff.
<v Speaker 2>So I've kind of gotten out of that. And and I.
<v Speaker 5>Know there's if you're on this, if you're listening to
<v Speaker 5>this podcast, the Sasquatches are real. I have no reason
<v Speaker 5>to sit here and waste you all's time and tell
<v Speaker 5>you about them and.
<v Speaker 2>Make stuff up.
<v Speaker 5>And there is actually people that I know that know
<v Speaker 5>that they're on their property and they don't tell nobody,
<v Speaker 5>and they really get to interact with them, and they
<v Speaker 5>want they want a relationship, or a lot of them do,
<v Speaker 5>because they especially the ones that actually live in a
<v Speaker 5>in a certain woods, you know, because some of them
<v Speaker 5>it does seem like they're here one minute and gone
<v Speaker 5>the next. But the ones that actually live in an area,
<v Speaker 5>they like interactions with people. They're they're inquisitive as us
<v Speaker 5>to us as we are to them. I mean, they're watching.
<v Speaker 5>They're watching us like we're watching now, looking for them.
<v Speaker 5>And to think that you're going to go up on
<v Speaker 5>a hill and yell and scream and shine flashlights around
<v Speaker 5>and see a bigfoot, that's crazy. They've got to have
<v Speaker 5>to come to you. That's I mean. I'm not saying
<v Speaker 5>you won't ever see one just driving somewhere and see
<v Speaker 5>one going through you know, through the bushes or something
<v Speaker 5>like that. But if you want to see sasquatch, go
<v Speaker 5>camping in an area and Friday ups and bacon and
<v Speaker 5>you know, sit there and chances.
<v Speaker 2>Are if they're around, They're going to come up to
<v Speaker 2>the campsite there at some point.
<v Speaker 5>But to go chasing them and stuff like that, I
<v Speaker 5>think maybe that's when they get angry sometimes and people
<v Speaker 5>chasing them through the woods. But I've got to the
<v Speaker 5>point now while leave them alone. But like I said,
<v Speaker 5>I've been having a hankering to go back out and
<v Speaker 5>you know, start make sure I could still have a
<v Speaker 5>relationship with the one. There's ones that I know of
<v Speaker 5>right up here. But uh, if you if you know
<v Speaker 5>what to look for, you can go into the woods
<v Speaker 5>and tell if it's got sasquatch in it. You'll see
<v Speaker 5>the marks off of trees. Probably one thing I meant
<v Speaker 5>to tell you too. At that first place, the little
<v Speaker 5>ones would make little bitty cheepee structures.
<v Speaker 2>You know, it was cute.
<v Speaker 5>They would have little little bitty ones around, you know
<v Speaker 5>where they had made their little structures. I'm not I
<v Speaker 5>don't know for sure what those are. I'm assumming there's
<v Speaker 5>some kind of a signpost people. Other people have different
<v Speaker 5>opinions of what they are, you know, maybe a shelter
<v Speaker 5>or something. And then all the other stuff fell off.
<v Speaker 5>I don't know, but I know the little baby ones
<v Speaker 5>were making it.
<v Speaker 2>Oh. I got another.
<v Speaker 5>Story here real quick, kind of further away from where
<v Speaker 5>this last These last ones are down the Ohio River.
<v Speaker 5>We were going riding around and you know, drinking and
<v Speaker 5>stuff back in the country. You know, I'm sober eight
<v Speaker 5>years now, but back then we were drinking and stuff,
<v Speaker 5>and we stopped at this place and because to me,
<v Speaker 5>I got kind of had that feeling. And it's dark,
<v Speaker 5>it's pitch dark out, and so we're out in this field.
<v Speaker 5>I'm drinking this beer and I'm somebody. You know, when
<v Speaker 5>they're drinking, somebody throws their can over into the woods
<v Speaker 5>and it comes to gets thrown back, and so it
<v Speaker 5>freaks everybody out. And we get in the car and
<v Speaker 5>as we're leaving, I see one on all fours and
<v Speaker 5>it looked back. And when you see a big foot's eyes,
<v Speaker 5>there's nothing else that looks like it.
<v Speaker 2>You'll know what it is.
<v Speaker 5>And this one was on all fours and running across
<v Speaker 5>this field. So anyway, the next day I tell my
<v Speaker 5>other sister, not the one that was coming with me
<v Speaker 5>in Kentucky, but uh, my other sister, and I tell them,
<v Speaker 5>I said, look, they're they're there. Let's go up and
<v Speaker 5>I'll show you some sign because I had been there
<v Speaker 5>a time or two looking around and seeing some sign.
<v Speaker 5>That's why we stopped there. And so we go her,
<v Speaker 5>her husband, a bunch of other people. Well, like, you know,
<v Speaker 5>they're going to finally go see you know, because I've
<v Speaker 5>been telling them forever. Look, these things are real. H
<v Speaker 5>blah buh and uh. So they finally they're going to
<v Speaker 5>go with me and Vic. We go up to the
<v Speaker 5>hill on the road to go up to get to
<v Speaker 5>where we were, and there was no storm, no nothing
<v Speaker 5>to night before, and a huge tree is pushed over the.
<v Speaker 2>Road to where you couldn't drive up that road.
<v Speaker 5>So I wanted to get out and show them some
<v Speaker 5>stuff around, and that nobody wanted to get out after that.
<v Speaker 2>So that's another area that I used to go to sometimes.
<v Speaker 5>I never really got to gift in them there because
<v Speaker 5>for some reason I felt like those were not as nice,
<v Speaker 5>you know, not that they would hurt anybody, but I
<v Speaker 5>wasn't familiar with them, and it was so far away,
<v Speaker 5>I wasn't going to be able to take the time
<v Speaker 5>to get familiar with them.
<v Speaker 2>So I didn't really gift anything there.
<v Speaker 5>But so anyway, another good spot to look for big
<v Speaker 5>which sign is if you look at your interstate highways,
<v Speaker 5>most of them have like a buffer of of trees
<v Speaker 5>and creeks and everything that's maybe twenty forty fifty yards on.
<v Speaker 2>Each side of the highway. And if they're.
<v Speaker 5>Going from like say Louisville up you know, somewhere else
<v Speaker 5>east or west or whatever, they can go through those trailways,
<v Speaker 5>you know, almost like a highway for people. They'll use
<v Speaker 5>those too. These things are much smarter than we are,
<v Speaker 5>I mean, and they have there's a paranormal, paranormal aspect
<v Speaker 5>to them too. I remember this one time, the only
<v Speaker 5>time I ever put a camera out, and because it
<v Speaker 5>was just so close to my house, and they talked
<v Speaker 5>me into putting the camera out. And now I was
<v Speaker 5>still kind of pretty young in it back then, And
<v Speaker 5>so me and my buddy went out and we put
<v Speaker 5>some beef jerky and stuff out you know, in this spot,
<v Speaker 5>and we hung the camera and before we left, we
<v Speaker 5>you know, went hey, held our beers up and it
<v Speaker 5>took a picture of us. And when I got back
<v Speaker 5>home and we looked at that, you know, once we
<v Speaker 5>took it back out and looked at the pictures.
<v Speaker 2>There was fifty orbs around us.
<v Speaker 5>This is the nighttime, all different colored ones, purple blue,
<v Speaker 5>I mean, And it wasn't the screen, you know, because
<v Speaker 5>of that shot wouldn't have those in it. And there
<v Speaker 5>was a big foot area, so there's something to do
<v Speaker 5>some connection with orbs and big foots. And had a
<v Speaker 5>couple of other weird things that I've had is and
<v Speaker 5>and it's kind of weird.
<v Speaker 2>I usually don't tell people this, but it's the truth.
<v Speaker 5>The one that I seen walking away, that first one
<v Speaker 5>that I pointed a stick to at the reason I
<v Speaker 5>think it was a different one that screamed is this one.
<v Speaker 5>As it was walking it got smaller and smaller and
<v Speaker 5>kind of like was up in the air. I had
<v Speaker 5>binoculars on it watching it walk away, and it just
<v Speaker 5>kind of disappeared. It got smaller and smaller and disappeared.
<v Speaker 5>And right after it disappeared, that's when that other one screamed,
<v Speaker 5>so you know. And then one time I was at
<v Speaker 5>my house and there was this little red light.
<v Speaker 2>And I'm not.
<v Speaker 5>Saying, you know, the big foots could be little red lights,
<v Speaker 5>but I was sitting there and I was feeling bad
<v Speaker 5>because I couldn't go back to that place anymore and
<v Speaker 5>feed them big puts, and I think they will connect
<v Speaker 5>with you, you know, they know, they.
<v Speaker 2>Get to know you.
<v Speaker 5>Like that one place, I would always crank up some
<v Speaker 5>mo Hank Senior whenever I was going, so they would know.
<v Speaker 2>It was me.
<v Speaker 5>So they get to know recognize who you are. And
<v Speaker 5>so I don't know what how this happened, but there
<v Speaker 5>was this light in the room and it took me
<v Speaker 5>a while to notice it, but when I did, I
<v Speaker 5>was like, man, what it is that? Like there there's
<v Speaker 5>no you know, I look around, there's no reflection to it,
<v Speaker 5>and it's just on this wall. And so I started
<v Speaker 5>asking it questions like yes or no and stuff like that.
<v Speaker 5>I'd said blink once for yes and two for no,
<v Speaker 5>and it was actually doing it, you know, bleaking. And
<v Speaker 5>what that means I don't know. I just thought i'd
<v Speaker 5>throw that in there. But there's a very very spiritual
<v Speaker 5>paranormal aspect to sasquatch.
<v Speaker 2>Now is that all of them or like that?
<v Speaker 5>I don't know, because that one guy said, I mean
<v Speaker 5>there's been history of people actually shooting them, you know,
<v Speaker 5>and killing them. How they could do that, I don't know.
<v Speaker 5>Maybe some of them can't get away. Maybe some of
<v Speaker 5>them can't don't have the same powers, maybe it's something
<v Speaker 5>they got to learn. But there is some sort of
<v Speaker 5>a paranormal aspect to the Sasquatches. And so the last
<v Speaker 5>couple of years, I've just kind of like just resting
<v Speaker 5>on my laurels, so to speak, you know. I mean,
<v Speaker 5>I'll come on podcasts and stuff and tell folks from
<v Speaker 5>my experiences, but I haven't really been on the field
<v Speaker 5>for a couple of years. But like I said, I'm
<v Speaker 5>getting a hankering to get back after and just make
<v Speaker 5>that they're still there, because these families will stay in
<v Speaker 5>the same area if it's a secure area that they
<v Speaker 5>feel safe, and they'll stay there for you know, probably centuries,
<v Speaker 5>you know, decades. So anyway, that's pretty much my Sasquatch stories.
