Like many, I turned into a collector during <v Speaker 3>the pandemic and that eventually led me to this show. <v Speaker 3>Now onto the important part when you when are you <v Speaker 3>going to make a macho man stretch wrestler so I <v Speaker 3>can replace the one that broke on Christmas d nineteen <v Speaker 3>eighty seven. <v Speaker 1>That's a tall task, brother, Don't get me. <v Speaker 3>I've seen multiple requests for stretch wrestlers lately. I don't <v Speaker 3>know if it was just this. <v Speaker 1>Guy channel literally Homer Simpson into a bush right now, j. <v Speaker 5>I had it all for Christmas. They broke so easily. <v Speaker 5>There's such ship at the end of the day. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, you guys are you'd screw yourself. You'd make them <v Speaker 3>as best you can. They'd still break people would be annoys. <v Speaker 1>And like, I think there's got to be better, yeah, <v Speaker 1>better technology to them. But man, back in the day, <v Speaker 1>even stretch remember the rage of like stretch arms Trump <v Speaker 1>in the first kind of like everyone had to have it. <v Speaker 3>Yes, yeah, cool, that commercial ruled. <v Speaker 1>I think that's what it was, right, and then I've <v Speaker 1>I broke that like instantly I remember. And then on <v Speaker 1>the boxes just use a band aid, right what. <v Speaker 5>Those playmate stress wrettlers were like the worst wrestling figures <v Speaker 5>in history. <v Speaker 1>Horrible? <v Speaker 5>All right, well guys, the giveaway courtesy of Ringside Collectibles. <v Speaker 5>Last week it was the DX Retro set of four. <v Speaker 5>Just find the pinpost on x repost it to be eligible. <v Speaker 1>The winner is. <v Speaker 3>That would be right here Craig Gusher, cigsher. <v Speaker 5>Lg us USA Usher and give this week is to <v Speaker 5>Undertake It with wings ww from the Vault. <v Speaker 1>Very nice, all right? <v Speaker 5>Major marks dot com, Patreon dot com, slash Major do <v Speaker 5>pod You get this podcast early in add free access <v Speaker 5>to the Facebook group. <v Speaker 1>If you're in the Ultimate Heer you you watch live with. <v Speaker 5>Us and every single week we give away a prize <v Speaker 5>to a new and old subscriber. <v Speaker 1>Who do we got? I think even if you're not in the <v Speaker 5>wrestling business, you'll find it fascinating. <v Speaker 1>First time, last time. Brosky has no more knowledge to give. <v Speaker 1>He said, so well, I have so much knowledge. I <v Speaker 1>feel like it'd be a cash grab. <v Speaker 5>But hey, if you want to book me for seven hours, <v Speaker 5>book mac card, don't that's when it was new take. <v Speaker 1>I'd have to raise my rate a bit. Oh wow, Okay, it. <v Speaker 3>Was so good. <v Speaker 1>It was so good. <v Speaker 3>I have I have bits and pieces. Are the ones <v Speaker 3>that you put online I've seen? <v Speaker 1>Yeah, well that's that's but. <v Speaker 3>Broska, I've heard you say all that stuff. <v Speaker 1>I would love for some advice to listen to this <v Speaker 1>three hours and count the fuck bombs. Me and Gary vee. <v Speaker 1>You know, we just drop at the Fox. Oh my god, <v Speaker 1>just in the one minute clips on Instagram, it's like <v Speaker 1>twenty seven fucks. So like I can only imagine what <v Speaker 1>the three hours is. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, well yeah, because it's it's organic, it's authentic, right, <v Speaker 5>And I don't think Billy Peck for putting those reels <v Speaker 5>together for me. And uh, Also, we're gonna do a <v Speaker 5>Batman eighty nine. We're gonna all watch it. We're gonna <v Speaker 5>give you our take, our opinion. Does the movie hold up? <v Speaker 5>What were the figures like? But guys, I just want <v Speaker 5>to say this, I don't think we should do like <v Speaker 5>all the eighty nine figures that have ever been made. <v Speaker 1>We can dabble around, right, we can't get it gets <v Speaker 1>a little insane, dude, does it really? Yes? <v Speaker 3>I thought it doesn't. I thought that people. <v Speaker 1>At least, I mean the first six or whatever. For sure, <v Speaker 1>we got to get into and we have to do <v Speaker 1>the off screen with his his wing. I mean there's <v Speaker 1>I mean, I guess there's been a couple of modern <v Speaker 1>day incarnations including right now, right, all right, fine, we'll <v Speaker 1>do the whole thing. We'll go there. We're gonna count Funk. <v Speaker 3>The Great so what are we gonna say about it? <v Speaker 3>And even if we didn't like it, we the podcast <v Speaker 3>would get canceled if we said we did. <v Speaker 1>I'm very yeah, I'd be blown away with one of <v Speaker 1>the three of us Bury the film that I cheated. <v Speaker 5>But I saw this a few years ago in a <v Speaker 5>movie theater they like replayed and made Chelsea go see it. <v Speaker 1>It was incredible. Wow, that's still held up. That was <v Speaker 1>like five or six years ago. I wonder if'l gonna <v Speaker 1>try to make McKenzie watch with me. That's the only <v Speaker 1>thing I've been thinking. <v Speaker 3>About it is No, it's pretty stiff. <v Speaker 1>All that age. But I'm saying I saw what I <v Speaker 1>was five, she's seven. Yeah, so did I woke Mark <v Speaker 1>Sterling over here? <v Speaker 3>Oh boy, well, my daughter won't be watching it. <v Speaker 1>Wow. If you're in the Steen till he moves out at. <v Speaker 5>The Heart Foundation and up you get the mystery card. <v Speaker 1>Have the cards been shipped out yet? Mark? <v Speaker 3>I believe so. Yes. As I'm saying this. <v Speaker 5>That will be a little surprise. Of course you have <v Speaker 5>silver linings with smart Mark myself. <v Speaker 1>I do let him breathe figure dissecting with Deep Freedom, <v Speaker 1>the Captain's Log with Joe's shoes and oh baby, he's <v Speaker 1>happy hour. What's on sore? What's on tap? He's happy <v Speaker 1>hour this month. <v Speaker 3>He just really really really wanted to just do a <v Speaker 3>Q and A again this week. <v Speaker 1>This move so okay. <v Speaker 3>He loves answering the questions from the peeps. He gets <v Speaker 3>all exasperated if there's a topic or anything like that. <v Speaker 3>So we kind of mix in these Q and as. <v Speaker 1>I think that's a smart play. <v Speaker 3>Game. <v Speaker 1>Oh this shot Shindy God. You don't want to overwhelm <v Speaker 1>the Shindy God too much topic. He's got booked too <v Speaker 1>good items. <v Speaker 5>All right, If you want to advertise your product or service, <v Speaker 5>hit us up Major Podcast at gmail dot com. Some <v Speaker 5>follow up, Like I said, first Wrestling, Minneapolis, Minnesota. I <v Speaker 5>just went to do a little meeting and greeting, you know, <v Speaker 5>a little autogust signing. But the champion, Devon Monroe, didn't <v Speaker 5>open challenge and he said he didn't care how many <v Speaker 5>people got involved. Warhorse was there. There was like two <v Speaker 5>other guys. I said, let me throw my name in <v Speaker 5>the hat, and you know, I'm always ready, even though I'm. <v Speaker 1>Not making it cleared. <v Speaker 5>But I hit him with some chairs, a little radio <v Speaker 5>silence got the one, two, three, and I'm the new Look. <v Speaker 1>At that shot right there. Oh my god. <v Speaker 5>I was giving him the bird because he was just <v Speaker 5>saying how he's been the champion for a thousand consecutive days. <v Speaker 5>I said, I've been the champion for one consecutive day. Pal, Wait, you. <v Speaker 3>Won the belt in your jeans? <v Speaker 1>Hat stayed on? Did you take nice in? Did you <v Speaker 1>warm up? I'm always ready at believe this, and this <v Speaker 1>has never happened in your career. Has anyone ever won <v Speaker 1>a title with a hat on and it stayed on? <v Speaker 3>I'm sure, I'm sure that's happened. Probably a cowboy hat <v Speaker 3>in Texas. <v Speaker 1>Right, remember that? Like you know one Jeff Hardy used <v Speaker 1>to try to wrestle with that hat and it would <v Speaker 1>just always full off. He tried, damn tried. He tried <v Speaker 1>his artist. <v Speaker 5>But I guess now I am the face of First Wrestling, <v Speaker 5>and next month I will be coming to the Mall <v Speaker 5>of America to defend the championship. <v Speaker 1>Did you buy a puffy white shirtuffee shirt? Yeah? Did <v Speaker 1>you buy the puffy whit shirt? <v Speaker 5>I don't want to spoil what I will I will <v Speaker 5>not be wearing, or what I will or will not <v Speaker 5>be eating on the way to the ring? <v Speaker 3>Well Pastamania, Yeah, interesting, Alastamica. <v Speaker 1>Clear and I'm winning titles. Look at that. What do <v Speaker 1>you guys do this weekend? Any bookings? Brother, beyond wrestling. <v Speaker 1>I made my return after being banned for ten years. <v Speaker 3>Bro, I was basically trying to interview Brian. <v Speaker 1>We don't have enough time for that, but it's been <v Speaker 1>a long time. It was actually very fun. It Actually <v Speaker 1>Brian was not banned. <v Speaker 3>Drew asked me many times for Brian to be on <v Speaker 3>the show. Brian banned himself. Brian refused beyond that's that's <v Speaker 3>the thing. <v Speaker 1>The coolest thing for me, to be honest with you. <v Speaker 1>One and it was a daytime it was it meeting <v Speaker 1>t Bar absolutely not no, but so I didn't even <v Speaker 1>know it was a daytime show. So one, I did <v Speaker 1>Worcester and back and I was home by seven pm, <v Speaker 1>which was like unbelievable. And I still went to this <v Speaker 1>block party of my family and had a great night <v Speaker 1>like so that was incredible, And I didn't even know <v Speaker 1>that beforehand. But it was supposed to be outdoors, which <v Speaker 1>I also didn't know, and it got moved because we're <v Speaker 1>supposed to have rain, but we didn't. It was a <v Speaker 1>beautiful day into a building what's it called the Palladium, <v Speaker 1>which is this awesome like concert hall thing and home <v Speaker 1>of original several originally c dub shows. So they ring <v Speaker 1>it out to Rich Palladino was filmed in and that <v Speaker 1>I said, you know what, I'm unaware of this and <v Speaker 1>I had to ask sign guy Lou about it and stuff. <v Speaker 1>So that part, you know, being an ACW fan boy <v Speaker 1>like that was the coolest part for me. <v Speaker 3>A little little street christ e c W original. <v Speaker 1>Yes, and he worked those shows. He was telling me, Yeah. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, he was like one of the only other announcers <v Speaker 3>for e CW for years that like the alternate whenever <v Speaker 3>they were in the Northeast or something. <v Speaker 1>Yes, yes, so pretty cool, but yeah, a lot of <v Speaker 1>fund the system kicks the butt. We had a little <v Speaker 1>uh mixed tag actions. It was a great beat Teddy <v Speaker 1>Goods beat up. Teddy Goods was in and out there <v Speaker 1>though it was quick. <v Speaker 3>Teddy Goods a thorn in our side. The best toy <v Speaker 3>wrestler incorrect. <v Speaker 5>Teddy Goods has booked us to come to a sounding <v Speaker 5>his toy store. I know he's got bad The lope right, <v Speaker 5>you must not care about his store that much. He <v Speaker 5>doesn't want to stiff bro. <v Speaker 3>Uh not to not to extend this too long, but <v Speaker 3>Brian Sidney by Cabella. <v Speaker 1>I did gimmicks next to him, absolutely floored him. I <v Speaker 1>want him on every credit for a show going forward. <v Speaker 3>So he does like mgf's kind of thing, but like <v Speaker 3>it's funnier, it's not as awkward. <v Speaker 1>I wouldn't even compare it to that, Like, don't. <v Speaker 3>You know, like being mean to fans is what I'm saying, Yeah, <v Speaker 3>yelling at him and. <v Speaker 1>Dude, he had this guy come up first of the <v Speaker 1>other thing about this show, which is a lot. It <v Speaker 1>was like live music matches, live music matches, so there's <v Speaker 1>people there. It was a half and half beyond people <v Speaker 1>that are see wrestling and half people just like my <v Speaker 1>friends in this band, and I'm here at the show. <v Speaker 1>I have no idea what wrestling is, so it was <v Speaker 1>like a mixed book that people were coming up to <v Speaker 1>us like that. He convinced this guy. I don't even <v Speaker 1>know how the conversation started because I missed the beginning <v Speaker 1>of it, but he told the guy that he trained <v Speaker 1>with Judo Jean LaBelle and they're going back and forth, <v Speaker 1>this complete stranger, it doesn't even like wrestling. And then <v Speaker 1>he like he convinced the guy to buy T shirt <v Speaker 1>after like ten minutes of this. BS like has this <v Speaker 1>guy's physique, That's all I care about. The man of <v Speaker 1>the is a manager. Okay, you know what his stick is. <v Speaker 1>I explained this to somebody I can't remember who, just <v Speaker 1>maybe he told the Leam David. You know, Andrew Anderson <v Speaker 1>is on New Jersey Indies and he wants everyone to <v Speaker 1>think he was like an LJN eerror like wwfstler, but <v Speaker 1>he's not. This guy like wants to convince everyone he's <v Speaker 1>an LJN WF manager, but he's in on the stick. <v Speaker 1>He's not delusional. <v Speaker 3>It's it's a lot like so it's entertaining. <v Speaker 1>It's not like sad. It's entertaining, you know, Like and <v Speaker 1>he's done. Like he's got fake like white bordered like <v Speaker 1>WWF eight bite tens and stuff like he like, is <v Speaker 1>this guy like really old old enough to pull it off? <v Speaker 1>But he's not really that old. <v Speaker 3>Old enough to pull it off? <v Speaker 1>Is great. <v Speaker 3>He's it's a lot like Tony Clifton, you know, the the. <v Speaker 1>Character that it's a little bit of that. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, but like added his own flavor. It's awesome. You <v Speaker 3>probably seen him before. He's great. <v Speaker 1>He managed to any heel act I feel like makes it. <v Speaker 1>We'll make it that much better. <v Speaker 3>He's great. I love him. I think he should be <v Speaker 3>on TV, to be honest, but he does say some <v Speaker 3>pretty risky stuff sometimes. <v Speaker 1>Oh Bro was going to his Twitter on geez Bro. <v Speaker 1>But it's all it's a stick, so it's like I <v Speaker 1>got it. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, it's great. <v Speaker 1>Check him out. I'll check him out. Well, boys, Mark, <v Speaker 1>you're broken in half? What party is broken? <v Speaker 3>Broken? Half? My arm? Arm is broken? Guys? <v Speaker 1>Was is it spinal spot? The arm? <v Speaker 3>The arm is broken? <v Speaker 1>Okay, guys, you you you made the gratitude Era. <v Speaker 3>I'm feeling, uh, I'm feeling a lot of gratitude this <v Speaker 3>this weekend. First of all, yesterday it was Sunday. As <v Speaker 3>we record this, I woke up in Texas, Okay, woke <v Speaker 3>up in Texas, took part in four wrestling matches, four <v Speaker 3>wrestling promos, and and yes, four different suits. <v Speaker 1>And you are the most professional psychotic. I wear one <v Speaker 1>suit for system promos at TNA, and I'm miserable. I <v Speaker 1>don't know how you do it well. Thank you shirt. <v Speaker 3>You can buy the most professional lawyer shirt on my <v Speaker 3>prossing t's right now, but that mark. But I went <v Speaker 3>to bed in my own bed. I was I was <v Speaker 3>pulling into my driveway last night and I'm like, this <v Speaker 3>is an unbelievable How did. <v Speaker 1>You pull off? They were like early tapings. <v Speaker 3>It was an earlier taping. We finished all of our <v Speaker 3>stuff early enough that I was able to snag a <v Speaker 3>for Brosk be proud of me. Snagged a flight at <v Speaker 3>seven o'clock. Was just able to you know, make it. <v Speaker 3>It was. It was great. But it was a huge, <v Speaker 3>crazy weekend. Six total, six wrestling matches, six promos for <v Speaker 3>each one, all different suits, and it's just great, man. <v Speaker 3>We're having a ball. The tech, the Texas residency has <v Speaker 3>been great. Other than the fact that I've you know, <v Speaker 3>wouldn't you believe it? Brosky beat up again, Okay, Darby <v Speaker 3>Allen Coffin dropping me. I'm just trying to do my <v Speaker 3>own business there on the outside. It's been a great time. <v Speaker 5>I asked a murderer and going to Dallas with your <v Speaker 5>toys every week, because. <v Speaker 3>That's what I went. I went once what. <v Speaker 1>I think what burger is a little overrated. I disagree. <v Speaker 1>I love whatever. <v Speaker 3>No man, Brian, you're about to you might not. <v Speaker 1>Go to be mauled for that boat. Sorry guys. <v Speaker 3>Anyway, that's that's. <v Speaker 1>Even in my old age. I think in and out's <v Speaker 1>getting a little overrated. To me, you're not doing it right. <v Speaker 1>What does that even mean? That dude, you would like <v Speaker 1>it how I do it? Flying Dutchmen? No, let us <v Speaker 1>the Dutch rudder? What Dutch were? Can we get dancer? <v Speaker 1>You get a Dutch rudder? It in and out? Jesus, <v Speaker 1>I have been doing it wrong flying Dutchman. And I <v Speaker 1>add you guys, flying Dutchman, and I add the grilled Uh, <v Speaker 1>you're could have to give us some more details of that. <v Speaker 1>They's just saying flying Dutchmen like you probably do like <v Speaker 1>the lettuce rat burgers right nine at ten times. Yes, <v Speaker 1>but I've had it with the mon and I've been <v Speaker 1>like I've been flying Dutchman. No bun, no lettuce wrap. Bullshit. <v Speaker 1>The lettuce wrap, you eat it and then there's like <v Speaker 1>lettuce it's insanity. Arms. <v Speaker 5>Flying Dutchman's just sucking the meat and cheese. You add <v Speaker 5>the tappings you want and you eat like a civilized <v Speaker 5>human or the fork and knife. <v Speaker 1>It's like a poor man's steak. We're talking it's in <v Speaker 1>and out. It's a smart man's in and out. I'm saying, <v Speaker 1>you're eating it with a knife and fork, and it's <v Speaker 1>a poor man's steak. All Right, we've we've really gone <v Speaker 1>off the map here. <v Speaker 3>But that's a good social clip. We're gonna start with <v Speaker 3>Brian shitting on Waterburger. We'll get a lot of views. <v Speaker 5>Boy, all right, Powertown, this is the last week to <v Speaker 5>pre order, and Powertown drop some mint in box images. <v Speaker 1>I think it looks fantastic. I actually got this email <v Speaker 1>like legit as a civilian and went, my god, I <v Speaker 1>haven't ordered these yet, and I ordered yesterday. I don't <v Speaker 1>know if i've ordered them. <v Speaker 5>I would look into that. I gotta look into that. <v Speaker 5>So we got Wahoo, We have Tory Funk Junior. We <v Speaker 5>have Jack Brisco, we have Jack Definite people. I listened <v Speaker 5>to the littlement on a car, trust me, but it's just. <v Speaker 1>An in box and no flat brother, no flat baby, <v Speaker 1>No flat is the new new thing. Fortunately, some of <v Speaker 1>these individuals are still alive to get I think my <v Speaker 1>signatures on it wasn't it just Dory and Meduca for <v Speaker 1>this set though, right. <v Speaker 5>But even so, it just looks better this way, more <v Speaker 5>presentable the other ways, like you can't display it. <v Speaker 1>I I completely agree, and I understand what they were <v Speaker 1>going for to be different and that I did think <v Speaker 1>the text was cool, like you know, most figures don't <v Speaker 1>have that much copy, but it's not worth it. This <v Speaker 1>is the way to go. <v Speaker 5>This is definitely the way to go, and they look awesome. <v Speaker 5>I can't wait to get these. I haven't pre ordered them. <v Speaker 1>I will. <v Speaker 5>You should to pre order ends this week, so so <v Speaker 5>make sure you get those d I don't know what <v Speaker 5>this is you have to put on the screen. Oh <v Speaker 5>Joey Janella, who I don't want to say he got screwed, <v Speaker 5>but he was definitely slotted for a lineup and even so, <v Speaker 5>like his name was at like Walmarts and targets like <v Speaker 5>on the shelves. So since he never got a figure, <v Speaker 5>he signs the weapon pack? <v Speaker 1>Does he like he travels with us and signs her <v Speaker 1>like did a fan bring this to him? There's no <v Speaker 1>way he travels with this. He barely travels with merch. <v Speaker 1>I was gonna say, but I can see he's selling <v Speaker 1>Bendy's and Bendy cards there though, Yeah, I know, I <v Speaker 1>can't read his horrible hand about it as the closest <v Speaker 1>thing to a Joey Janella AW figure, bad bad boy, <v Speaker 1>Joey Janella very cool. <v Speaker 5>It's crazy to think AW has been around so long <v Speaker 5>that Janella used to work there, Like, I don't even remember. <v Speaker 1>Him, honestly. Yeah, it's right, it's weird. You kind of forget. <v Speaker 1>He was like a he was like a big deal <v Speaker 1>to begin there. He was there part of the press conference. Right, <v Speaker 1>He's original, you would take can never take that away <v Speaker 1>from him. He'll always being original. They should you from <v Speaker 1>the vault, Joey Gela. I'm sure locked up. <v Speaker 3>We were just talking about speaking of this. We were <v Speaker 3>just talking about recently. The original concept of Dark was <v Speaker 3>you do dynamite and then you have like three actually <v Speaker 3>featured matches of people that weren't on Dynamite. So like, <v Speaker 3>if Kenny wasn't on Dynamite, he would have a sick <v Speaker 3>match on Dark and then they would release it on YouTube, right, <v Speaker 3>And like one of the first matches for AW Dark <v Speaker 3>was Kenny Omega versus Joey Janella in a lights out <v Speaker 3>match just after the show. It was super Long. It <v Speaker 3>was a sick ass. <v Speaker 1>Match, Sax and Janella match too, like on Dark. <v Speaker 5>I'm not sure that might have been on Dynamite, but yeah, <v Speaker 5>that was one of my third favorite opponents. Actually, go <v Speaker 5>back and watch me versus Janella harrstan Ball for the <v Speaker 5>last month's Patriot thing. Fun to put the match together with. <v Speaker 5>But once you're in there and you're doing it's great. <v Speaker 5>So Joey, I'm right here. Keep talking to me. Let's <v Speaker 5>go keep that, Joey, keep that thought, Joey, and then <v Speaker 5>I'll do that and I'll do that. <v Speaker 1>But what is that, Joey or he's a big maybe guy. <v Speaker 1>Maybe I'll do this, Maybe I'll Do'm like, no, Joe, <v Speaker 1>I need to know what you're gonna do. Man. Uh <v Speaker 1>so is this Walmart selling this Brett Hart bro This <v Speaker 1>is like I don't exactly know what this is, but <v Speaker 1>this is sure and sunglasses combo, this is surefire what <v Speaker 1>to where to not get laid ever even officially w <v Speaker 1>w E it's gotta be. <v Speaker 5>But the glasses you I give mattel Ship for these sunglasses. <v Speaker 5>Brett Hart never wore some glass Those are. <v Speaker 1>Like Joey Janello glasses. Speaking speak of the devil. Uh man, <v Speaker 1>if if someone got laid, my god, someone got laid <v Speaker 1>in this, it would be a goddamn miracle. Hey, major <v Speaker 1>marks out there, if you postproof you got laid, I <v Speaker 1>will Perceif there's no way, pay PALU five hundred dollars. <v Speaker 1>There is no proof. <v Speaker 3>Way I need proof, Like do their wives account? <v Speaker 4>Yeah? <v Speaker 1>No, man, even I don't think anyone's wife is banging <v Speaker 1>them in that. It's rough wives count. But there has <v Speaker 1>to be like some proof that like it went down. <v Speaker 1>I'm not asking for a video. I'm not asking for <v Speaker 1>naked photos. This something this looks this is just to <v Speaker 1>cook it back to how horrible this shirt is. <v Speaker 3>This is like the major pod indecent proposal, right. <v Speaker 1>Right, But like that's not even how a single is cut. <v Speaker 1>Right tt D, get out your iPad. We need a <v Speaker 1>mat corn on a Brian mar smart Mark version of <v Speaker 1>this shirt. <v Speaker 3>I have one shop. <v Speaker 1>I mean so embarrassed. I love it. It's so bad. <v Speaker 1>It's good. I didn't realize it has a little bit <v Speaker 1>of the tights too, Like, oh my god, it's horrendous. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>all right, the New Day we we talked about it <v Speaker 1>last week while it was recording. They brought out the <v Speaker 1>figures that they the turtles figures. They wore the gear <v Speaker 1>slightly different, but close enough. What else could you ask for? Though, <v Speaker 1>this is unbelievable promotion right close enough. <v Speaker 5>They gave the figures out to the kids, and this <v Speaker 5>is awesome. I love the New Day, I love Koffee, <v Speaker 5>I love. <v Speaker 1>Woods, Liam Davis and I stopped at a Target on <v Speaker 1>the way to Beyond this weekend and I saw these <v Speaker 1>in the store for the first time. Really very cool, <v Speaker 1>I am, I am gonna get Woods and uh Kofee. <v Speaker 5>So change of heart ski over here. Because because they <v Speaker 5>wore them in real life, they took an effort and <v Speaker 5>wore them. I don't expect Roman to come out of <v Speaker 5>Shredder right right, No, that'd be Actually could picture Ray <v Speaker 5>coming out as the turtle? <v Speaker 1>I could picture. I guess I just took some creative <v Speaker 1>liberties with those kick pads one way or the other. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>with Woods, right. <v Speaker 5>Well, because what happened to the impression that the figures <v Speaker 5>were made first and then they made the. <v Speaker 1>Gear, he would assume, But then why wouldn't it be exact? Well, <v Speaker 1>we got to ask Kofe and Woods about that. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>we gotta We're gonna do some investigating because now I'm <v Speaker 1>looking at their the legs, the quads, and both of <v Speaker 1>them are not They're close, but like not exact. Yeah. <v Speaker 5>Interesting, Man, if I'm in a store and I see <v Speaker 5>the whole set, I might I might break down and <v Speaker 5>get the whole thing. <v Speaker 1>There. I saw him. <v Speaker 5>Damn very cool, all right, So I we always correct <v Speaker 5>when we make mistakes on the show, and I was <v Speaker 5>I was ragging on Mattel because they didn't include the <v Speaker 5>winged eagle with the Santio comicat show Michaels, but they <v Speaker 5>gave the crying face. That doesn't make sense. He does, <v Speaker 5>Brian Deposo let us know. He does like clench like <v Speaker 5>an invisible title before that to get the title. So <v Speaker 5>it does make sense. So I was wrong. Still, it <v Speaker 5>should come with the title. But you can recreate this iconic. <v Speaker 5>I think we're all used to the post where he's <v Speaker 5>like on his butt holding the title. <v Speaker 1>It's literally over my shoulder here. <v Speaker 5>Right, But he does drop to his knees first, and <v Speaker 5>for some reason, maybe it's the Mandela effect. I always <v Speaker 5>assumed he had the title in his hands, but he <v Speaker 5>does not. <v Speaker 1>So but he does like two seconds after this right. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, so, but I did want to correct Brian Oposo. <v Speaker 5>He made that he made this out to me or <v Speaker 5>put this out to me, So I appreciate that. <v Speaker 1>And still there's some delays in those figures. Don't thin <v Speaker 1>people are getting until November. So I actually, oh my god. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>I looked at my email and says that I got <v Speaker 1>mine right here. Actually, yeah, I know who who's Steve's favorite? <v Speaker 5>I guess, well no, he he asked you could do <v Speaker 5>the unboxing. I said I could, but there was a <v Speaker 5>lot of people who got am well we did also <v Speaker 5>true some other influencers. Right, well, you smell that collusion. <v Speaker 5>I smelled real bad. <v Speaker 1>I smell collusion real bad. And it's not Mark Sterling <v Speaker 1>doing seven matches in one day. Oh boy. <v Speaker 5>We got some updated photos of the best of Monday <v Speaker 5>Night Wars, so this was a little uh shocking. <v Speaker 1>They didn't even give him his cool entrance gear. So <v Speaker 1>I mean, I'm out on this. There's one hundred percent out. <v Speaker 1>I mean, you gotta get it for Vincent, right, but <v Speaker 1>I'm not going this is not an up. <v Speaker 5>Way, Like, didn't even do the gear, the cool one shoulder, <v Speaker 5>yeah entrance, So yeah, HBK. <v Speaker 3>And and and that's is that a better hair head <v Speaker 3>thing than the original or what? <v Speaker 1>In my mind it's the same one. <v Speaker 3>But yeah, that's what I'm thinking. And I thought we <v Speaker 3>thought we were getting an upgrade on the head, We <v Speaker 3>were getting an upgrade on the all. <v Speaker 1>That see you right, that's fine. Yeah, I gotta say <v Speaker 1>this out loud. I'm borderline overwhelmed by all the cuts <v Speaker 1>and upgrades that are coming our way then that have <v Speaker 1>already happened. And it's it's a lot, you know. <v Speaker 5>It's the thing we were making the choice as the consumer. <v Speaker 5>Do we want to No one's to buy another one? <v Speaker 1>I know, but can Mattel like hump the brakes on <v Speaker 1>so many re releases and ship you know, it's a lot. <v Speaker 1>I don't disagree, it's a lot. <v Speaker 5>Also in this set, along with Shawn Michaels is the <v Speaker 5>Eddie Guerrero. This is a Target Hall of Fame, which <v Speaker 5>I believe did not come with the US title originally. <v Speaker 5>So this would be in my definitely. <v Speaker 1>Upgrade updated the hands and elbow. I mean I don't. <v Speaker 1>I mean, like you said, you have to get them <v Speaker 1>all to get Vincent right, So it will be a <v Speaker 1>lot easier decision because they're all in hand, but. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, maybe I have I'll take this. <v Speaker 5>Eddie's a must for me, especially with that title. I <v Speaker 5>love that United States tod That's one of my favorite <v Speaker 5>title designs ever. <v Speaker 1>Yol. <v Speaker 5>Next up, we have Triple H. This is, in my opinion, <v Speaker 5>I think, another. <v Speaker 1>Upgrade, right, but like, this is one of my favorite <v Speaker 1>figures of the Attitude era and I feel like, oh <v Speaker 1>my god, Vincent has two sweet hands that just really <v Speaker 1>sold me. But I do think with the corrected microphone <v Speaker 1>and the hands and like this is from such an <v Speaker 1>iconic night in a promo, like yeah, yeah, it's it's <v Speaker 1>a small upgrade, but also a lot a big upgrade. <v Speaker 1>I agree. <v Speaker 5>And also, if you're a min On card collector, the <v Speaker 5>original one did not have the T shirt on. It <v Speaker 5>was just on the side of the package. This is <v Speaker 5>all one piece, not one piece, but it's all like <v Speaker 5>presented as one. <v Speaker 1>Piece, put together, ready for you. Yes, and last but <v Speaker 1>not least, we have Bam Bam Biglow. This is one <v Speaker 1>where I'm not so sure what to do and I <v Speaker 1>wanted to hear your opinion. Yes, I don't. This figure <v Speaker 1>has already come out exactly like this. No, the boots <v Speaker 1>are different. What's different? <v Speaker 5>He's like some red or something on the boots. I <v Speaker 5>want to say, like on the toe, and that one <v Speaker 5>is clearly EASW because EASYW title. This is to depict WCW. <v Speaker 1>So what you come on? No, what do you mean? No? <v Speaker 1>I mean, I'm just saying it's not enough. Like he <v Speaker 1>had the interchangeable hands, he had these every title which <v Speaker 1>different is different boots though different missing like a deco hit. <v Speaker 1>I believe it's also different boots, a different style boot. <v Speaker 1>Maybe I'm wrong about that. No, No, you're definitely not, <v Speaker 1>because that one counts as both to me. Yeah, I don't. <v Speaker 1>I don't think I'm going to keep it. <v Speaker 5>I wish it was not enough fluish, So I get <v Speaker 5>there was some meat on the bone. <v Speaker 3>But yeah, when I when I think of him and <v Speaker 3>w W, that's what I think of. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I think of a more like it's like when <v Speaker 1>he like stopped wearing cool gear, you would just wear <v Speaker 1>like a crappy cutoff shirt and like some tights, like <v Speaker 1>that's what I think of the toy bass figure, right, <v Speaker 1>that's like he comes in and wears every but he <v Speaker 1>switches to those like pretty rotten. Unfortunately, this is going <v Speaker 1>to be a cutting room floor for me especially already <v Speaker 1>have with interchangeable hands and stuff like. Even if that <v Speaker 1>was different, I would keep it, but it's was released <v Speaker 1>in the hands era. <v Speaker 3>Whenever I see these pictures, I always get confused immediately <v Speaker 3>and I think, when the hell was baby? I mean <v Speaker 3>the nWo what was he come with that shirt? <v Speaker 1>I did that several times too. <v Speaker 5>Actually, yes, we also saw pictures of the latest Monday <v Speaker 5>Night War set, So these are Monday Wars, the greatest <v Speaker 5>hits if you will. And then we saw the next <v Speaker 5>set of the Monday Night Wars. Thank you did all right? <v Speaker 5>So first up in news, Hastel Toy showing off the <v Speaker 5>macho man Randy Savage wrestle Mania ten inspired. I definitely <v Speaker 5>have to get this because I was at WrestleMania ten. <v Speaker 5>I like it. I do want to say. This is <v Speaker 5>horrible news. Mitch's wife passed away today, So our condoles <v Speaker 5>is to Mitch. Holy shit, I can't even imagine what <v Speaker 5>he's going through. We give Mitch a lot of shit <v Speaker 5>on this show, but you know we love you, Mitch. <v Speaker 5>We're rooting for you. We'll definitely be getting this macho man. <v Speaker 5>But Mitch is a hard working guy. Little carneie sometimes, <v Speaker 5>but we love to pick on them, but we love him. <v Speaker 5>So Mitch, we're thinking of your. <v Speaker 1>Pal Y today, man. Yeah, because we met her several times. Man, <v Speaker 1>she was always such a sweet lady. So away how <v Speaker 1>his family. Yeah, condolences to Mitch for sure, we're thinking <v Speaker 1>of your pal. Next up, we have Tony's Storm bobblehead <v Speaker 1>black and white, hand numbered to two hundred, The Bibble <v Speaker 1>Brawlers a W shop a w dot com nice I <v Speaker 1>like these things. I think they're great. I think they're <v Speaker 1>better than the Foco bubble. Yes, yes, like the bottom <v Speaker 1>plate poses are cool. <v Speaker 3>Makes sense. They're not holding bibblehead versions of themselves, so <v Speaker 3>that helps. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I dig it. <v Speaker 5>Next up we have the A W micro Brawler Mini <v Speaker 5>Series two. So it's Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, <v Speaker 5>another Matt Jackson, another Nick Jackson, little variance. <v Speaker 1>Walk me through this and maybe we've talked with this. <v Speaker 1>Every one is a chase. No, I'm it's like a <v Speaker 1>blind box. But like everything you get is a chase <v Speaker 1>or I'm so grus or that's all the chases. I <v Speaker 1>think you're confused. <v Speaker 5>There's some chases like the Young Bucks have a chase, <v Speaker 5>Kenny Omega is a chase. The other ones aren't chases. <v Speaker 5>It's like you have a one of ten chance of <v Speaker 5>getting Dax's hardwood. Oh and there I thought there's like <v Speaker 5>out of ten. I'm like, there's only ten in the world. <v Speaker 3>I see, So the chase Matt Jackson is very rare compared. <v Speaker 1>To Yeah, that's the only really rare ones. <v Speaker 7>And then the Kenny Omega won one one Kenny Omega <v Speaker 7>chase ever, right, and then there and Soraya a little <v Speaker 7>bit more and the other box and the Omega cool. <v Speaker 1>I love this. <v Speaker 3>That might be the that also might be the best <v Speaker 3>Das Horwood figure. <v Speaker 1>Sad reality. Yes, no, well they made a regular micro bowlers. <v Speaker 1>These are all these are all micro bowlers that have existed, <v Speaker 1>just shrunking down. <v Speaker 5>Right, Yeah gotcha? Yeah, but do you have to get <v Speaker 5>these acclaim Brian? <v Speaker 1>Uh No, I stopped micro bowlers like period, So no. <v Speaker 5>Even if it's your student. Yeah, okay, yeah, next up, <v Speaker 5>this blew my mind. <v Speaker 1>I didn't know this was coming. Yeah, shot Jumper, let's go. <v Speaker 1>You know me, I was buoned up to see a jumper. <v Speaker 5>Zombie sailor Jumper Ultimore Dragon. Dude, this came out of nowhere. <v Speaker 1>Looks awesome to me. This is what Zombie needs to <v Speaker 1>get back to the Hazro ask fake moves. Obviously there's <v Speaker 1>no action, but make it look like there's an action, <v Speaker 1>right there? We uh Ricky the Dragon steamboat esque? Yeah <v Speaker 1>all together right with the chest plate. <v Speaker 3>We talked last week about you hanging out with Zombie. <v Speaker 5>So Zombie is in Orlando, so he asked me to <v Speaker 5>uh to get some dinner. He wanted me to go <v Speaker 5>to Universal Studios eat there, said absolutely not, I'll meet <v Speaker 5>you at this restaurant. Givehim a trouble at restaurant options <v Speaker 5>we went. We had a great time. We were just <v Speaker 5>eating some fine Mexican cuisine, drinking Margarita's and tequila. All <v Speaker 5>of a sudden, he starts pulling out the ziplock bags <v Speaker 5>of prototype figures, just walking around with Lucy's. We were <v Speaker 5>at Roccos Tacos that he the waitress looking at me <v Speaker 5>like I'm looking at this little Sandman under the table. <v Speaker 1>Like the shine and the shirt is awesome. <v Speaker 5>I thought the Sandman looked good from the images. This production, <v Speaker 5>this is a fully finished production sample. <v Speaker 1>Blew me away. <v Speaker 5>Maybe listen, I'm doing a cell phone picture drunk at <v Speaker 5>a Mexican restaurant. Maybe I'm not taking the best shots. <v Speaker 5>Maybe it's not the best angle, but I'm telling you, <v Speaker 5>in hand, this is the best likeness I've ever seen <v Speaker 5>for a Sandman figure. The beer fits perfect in his hand. <v Speaker 5>The cane you can swivel the arms at the sleeve <v Speaker 5>so you can. <v Speaker 1>Do his post. Did you bring him blow drying out <v Speaker 1>to eat? And I didn't know a little straight down <v Speaker 1>before you boast? No, I did not know slid right <v Speaker 1>in there. Okay, yeah, but. <v Speaker 5>The stars and stripes, the detail and the shoes. I <v Speaker 5>think people are going to really love this figure when <v Speaker 5>it's in stock. When the other Sandman figure comes, I <v Speaker 5>have no idea, but this one looks great. <v Speaker 1>This was the fourth of July sale exclusive, right, Yeah, <v Speaker 1>like just like the different hair, like the it's blod <v Speaker 1>and it's brown. It looks so good. <v Speaker 3>And anyone who's as broken by a major wrestling for <v Speaker 3>your podcast. <v Speaker 1>That's right as broken by me. Yeah. <v Speaker 5>And anybody said it looked like Luger, I could see it. <v Speaker 5>Some people like the short hair like ninety three Lugger <v Speaker 5>in those original images. But when you have this in hand, <v Speaker 5>it's clear as day Sandman, you popped. <v Speaker 1>This is the test. I always we have been fooled <v Speaker 1>by photographer figures many at times. <v Speaker 5>Right, So you pop this head off. If you're a <v Speaker 5>wrestling fan, you have it in hand, that's Sandman. No <v Speaker 5>one's saying Luger, so really really cool. He also showed <v Speaker 5>these figures off. <v Speaker 1>Oh yeah, sick, this one blew me away. <v Speaker 5>Macho man, Randy Savage, technically it's macho king. I'm a <v Speaker 5>macho psychopath. This is technically a macho king. <v Speaker 1>I don't know what he's gonna write on the package. <v Speaker 3>That'll spicy Mango, the strawberry Basil mobile glass Skinny, Senorita. <v Speaker 5>Did I take a picture of the back? The back <v Speaker 5>is what really blew me away, like unbelievable and that decho. <v Speaker 1>God, there's so much going on there. <v Speaker 5>It's everywhere. It looks so good, so clean. I don't <v Speaker 5>know when this is coming out. I know he's doing <v Speaker 5>like a macho man. <v Speaker 1>Collection with Can we rewind it that zombie was on <v Speaker 1>a family vacation packed Lucy's only just the chance that <v Speaker 1>he's going to see you to whip out at a <v Speaker 1>Mexican restaurant like this, Well, I mean he was there <v Speaker 1>for two weeks. You would think you'd see your friend <v Speaker 1>who lives in Orlando in two weeks, okay, and he <v Speaker 1>only bought three figures, how like he brought like boxes <v Speaker 1>worth Okay, okay. <v Speaker 5>And then when he brought this out to you, hear that, <v Speaker 5>my my cock got hard double j Jeff Jarrett. I <v Speaker 5>saw some people hating on this online. I said, are <v Speaker 5>you on literal drugs? This is fucking a work of <v Speaker 5>our ten out. <v Speaker 1>Of ten it does have like a deluxe aggression vibe, <v Speaker 1>but I love it. I think that might be in <v Speaker 1>my hand, but I it's smaller. It's going to be <v Speaker 1>smaller than Ax Aggression, so I don't think I think <v Speaker 1>that'll make. <v Speaker 5>If not think just the way it was painted and <v Speaker 5>it just felt like Neca quality, but without you know <v Speaker 5>how when Neca's are hard joints, hard to move without <v Speaker 5>that just how how good in all the different heads, <v Speaker 5>the sunglasses, hat, he had it all. <v Speaker 1>At it all, So it's close. I don't know when <v Speaker 1>it's actually coming that I don't know, and we still <v Speaker 1>don't know like what the packaging is going to be like, <v Speaker 1>like there's still a lot of questions. <v Speaker 5>I believe the package is gonna be similar to the <v Speaker 5>Power Town. <v Speaker 1>I believe could be wrong, a window box situation. <v Speaker 5>He showed me a bunch of extra stuff too that <v Speaker 5>that he's never announced. I was like, when is this <v Speaker 5>stuff coming out? <v Speaker 1>Oh my god, so much cool stuff. <v Speaker 5>He's a son of a bitch, like he does not <v Speaker 5>anything of a ball by himself, which I think is crazy. <v Speaker 5>Of course, you get some help shipping stuff out, like <v Speaker 5>Tommy u Huswar helps him time. <v Speaker 1>I believe, But Yeah, hus Far and Sapienza work for him. <v Speaker 1>Like on the k Fabe that I just exposed on <v Speaker 1>the podcast. <v Speaker 3>We've talked about that. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, our quality control department, for instance, we get a figure, <v Speaker 5>you know, it's I'm looking at it, Brian's looking at it, <v Speaker 5>tdd's looking at it, Brian Baty's looking at it. <v Speaker 1>De Freedom's looking at it. <v Speaker 5>He does it all by himself, and that's why I <v Speaker 5>think it slows him down. He doesn't trust in it, <v Speaker 5>but DTA don't tell us about it. <v Speaker 1>Also, so he knows when he sends me my orders <v Speaker 1>that like I'm going to open one. So late lately <v Speaker 1>he's been like sticky posting, like open this one, yep, <v Speaker 1>bro the last Like when I got the gauge Guardona, <v Speaker 1>his his definition of like damage packaging is above and beyond. <v Speaker 1>Because I could not even I could. I was like <v Speaker 1>what I couldn't couldn't find a thing wrong with this. <v Speaker 1>So that's how much of a nitpicker he is. <v Speaker 5>Let me talking about this gauge of Cardona for a second. <v Speaker 5>I love mine. I've been signing some for whatnot. I've <v Speaker 5>signed two in the past two weeks, like in person, <v Speaker 5>typically for Hell and faces we sign on the card, <v Speaker 5>but this one has like a flat bubble. <v Speaker 1>I know, I think, yeah, So what do you think <v Speaker 1>I've done? You've done both, I've done both. Well, Shoot, <v Speaker 1>this is a big question. Huh. You know what I'm saying. <v Speaker 3>I think you definitely do the bubble if it's flat <v Speaker 3>and it looks good. Does it look good? <v Speaker 5>It looks No, of course, it looks great. Like you <v Speaker 5>would sign the Super seven like you would, no question. <v Speaker 1>Okay, I have almost the entire Hasbro collection signed. I <v Speaker 1>have every Zombie almost possible signed. I have almost have <v Speaker 1>all the Globe signed. None of them are on the <v Speaker 1>bubble because you can't. That's what I'm saying. This would <v Speaker 1>be my. <v Speaker 3>One as the person Brian would want it on the <v Speaker 3>on the car. <v Speaker 1>I think I do want the cards. This is this <v Speaker 1>is a weird problem. That's why I'm asking. But okay, <v Speaker 1>then there's also this what if zombie keeps doing this right, <v Speaker 1>he makes another two back that then it can then <v Speaker 1>it'd be fine. There's one I feel like if there's <v Speaker 1>just one that's weird. You brought that up. <v Speaker 5>I'm glad you say that because John Lucas Reyes, who <v Speaker 5>designs all his packaging. He sent me this message. I <v Speaker 5>want to read it to you. Hi, Matt, I just <v Speaker 5>saw the podcast just now, and yeah, the gauge Cardona <v Speaker 5>two pack is way bigger than the standard Hasbro card. <v Speaker 5>Original plan was to have it same scale as Hasbro <v Speaker 5>two pack card, but we need extra space for the accessories. <v Speaker 5>Technically it fits, but we also need to make space <v Speaker 5>for your artwork not to be covered at all on <v Speaker 5>the right side, so we need to make it larger. <v Speaker 5>It's a special sized two pack. Other incoming two packs <v Speaker 5>would be in standard two pack size packaging, so. <v Speaker 1>I'm definitely on the card. Then if that, I feel <v Speaker 1>like they're gonna be scaled down and not like that again. <v Speaker 1>But what other two packs are coming? <v Speaker 3>Zombiessy now, so you got plenty of time to decide anyways. <v Speaker 1>Oh wait, he's told us about one. I just thought <v Speaker 1>it one l d ohd ld like is on the <v Speaker 1>back of the boxes and he's never mentioned it again. <v Speaker 1>It's been like two years. But that's not even who <v Speaker 1>I was thinking of. And I wouldn't have that issue <v Speaker 1>because I can't get them to sign it. But unfortunately, <v Speaker 1>all right. <v Speaker 5>Next up, what we got, Oh, we got we got <v Speaker 5>some good jitsu, stretchy supersts. <v Speaker 1>We're talking about stretches. Oh my god, weren't these like <v Speaker 1>popular like a couple of years ago. It's like this this, No, <v Speaker 1>this line is pretty popular. They do a lot of <v Speaker 1>popular I see them. I like Target, but I feel <v Speaker 1>like I used to see them more. <v Speaker 5>They just did Ghostbusters and Turtles. It's pretty out there cool. <v Speaker 5>So it's John Cena. Now, this is what John Cena <v Speaker 5>looks great, has the gel inside. <v Speaker 1>There's also it looks like earnest to. <v Speaker 5>Me, Oh boy, more than everybody fan who writes on <v Speaker 5>our Facebook must love. <v Speaker 1>This kind of looks like your's Zach Ryer retro retro <v Speaker 1>figure in the face. Hey see, Cina's doing what nice? <v Speaker 1>Still our gimmick. I got that email today too. I <v Speaker 1>was like, son of the bit gimmick, sons of bitches. No, <v Speaker 1>I'm kidding. All the proceeds go to make it. Wishes <v Speaker 1>definitely checking. Oh wow, that's amazing. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, definitely check out the Scena whatnot? So who else <v Speaker 5>is besides Sena? They got Ray Mysterial but no gloves <v Speaker 5>stars go Jitsu okay, And then there's a two pack <v Speaker 5>with Cody Rhodes and Roman reigns. <v Speaker 1>So I like that stretch Superstars. I'm super stretchy. I <v Speaker 1>like any kid friendly products like this, you know, just <v Speaker 1>for the sake that you know, toys are for kids <v Speaker 1>and they should be the ones them anyway, right, I <v Speaker 1>agree at the end of the day. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, So, I mean, I don't think we'll see anyone <v Speaker 5>other than these four. <v Speaker 1>But it is what it is. I don't hate it. <v Speaker 1>It's fine. They make a Hulkster, you're getting it. No, <v Speaker 1>I don't think we'll see Maybe I will. Oh, here's the. <v Speaker 3>They're making more than just these four. <v Speaker 6>Oh, they haven't announced yet, but yeah, these are gonna <v Speaker 6>be the Sena and the Mysterial. There's gonna be an <v Speaker 6>assortment and then it seems like the plan is to <v Speaker 6>have these matchup action packs speak exclicit with Walmart. <v Speaker 3>So wow, okay, yeah, by the way, uh uh, you <v Speaker 3>might be wondering why these just popping in here. Had <v Speaker 3>a snaff oo we got we got a little copyright. <v Speaker 3>So we're working on maybe a new entrance song, right, <v Speaker 3>d I'm assuming. <v Speaker 6>Well, I just didn't want to play the music because <v Speaker 6>I figured why wait, I sped it up. <v Speaker 3>You got it? Did you get a new one. <v Speaker 1>No, I sped it up. <v Speaker 3>Well, we don't play. Don't play the old one. We <v Speaker 3>don't want to get a copyright. <v Speaker 1>No, it's fine. <v Speaker 3>It sped up. You guys just have to talk over it. <v Speaker 1>That's okay, okay, got it? <v Speaker 5>Anything else D for news, right, So let's go to <v Speaker 5>some ring side news. Yes, yes, we <v Speaker 1>did confirm that we are way out of the ball <v Speaker 1>in that we have the Cawoons Live Exclusive Captain Joe <v Speaker 1>Shues Bendi of the Year Award winner. So we got <v Speaker 1>a Redeco, a fan favorite. I'm sure those will be gone. <v Speaker 3>See there was three Joe Shoes at Live or the <v Speaker 3>colowns Live. Do you think there'll be more or less? <v Speaker 1>Three? Oh? People just that beloved Joe Shoes in the <v Speaker 1>didn't we announce the Bendi last year? Here's a Mark <v Speaker 1>Merrow Redeco variant. Details on that to come soon. And <v Speaker 1>here we go, guys, my personal favorite of all time, <v Speaker 1>the first set designed entirely by the very talented Brian <v Speaker 1>bady ttd Wrestling Bendy's Extreme Wave two. How about this <v Speaker 1>the only ponytail Shane Douglas figure and wrestling figure history. <v Speaker 1>There he is, and that he's coming with the bloody variant. <v Speaker 1>It's so freaking awesome. Blood on the back, blood all <v Speaker 1>over him. He's got a lot of color. I even like, <v Speaker 1>here's a little detail. And we went back and forth <v Speaker 1>in this. His goatee is blood soaked, so it's like <v Speaker 1>a different color. Yep. So I thought that was an <v Speaker 1>awesome call. What would Shane be without my girlfriend, Franny Francine, <v Speaker 1>one of my favorite major bendies of all time. She <v Speaker 1>looks awesome. And then we did our research, talked to her, <v Speaker 1>said did you ever get color in ECW? She said, <v Speaker 1>I did. She sent us the exact clip. We made <v Speaker 1>an alternate one here and the color dress that she <v Speaker 1>was wearing when that moment happened. It was on YouTube. <v Speaker 1>Real thing. How about the man that's responsible for training <v Speaker 1>me and Broski, Mikey Whipwreck just an awesome, very fun <v Speaker 1>major Bendy officially licensed liquid blue T shirt. Maybe ridiculous, <v Speaker 1>I mean, not that there was much competition, but it <v Speaker 1>is the best Mike whip Wreck figure of all time. <v Speaker 1>Super fun bloody variant. He's got a little bit on <v Speaker 1>his kneepad, his wrists there covered in blood. Jupid smile. <v Speaker 1>I love it. Yep. Then you have one of my <v Speaker 1>personal favorite Jerry f and Lynn the guy my ty <v Speaker 1>calloons Jerry Lynn look at awesome super toyatak and those <v Speaker 1>trunks that everybody you know loves. And then we went <v Speaker 1>really out of the way to make his bloody chase <v Speaker 1>something really special. This is literally from heat Wave two <v Speaker 1>thousand verse Steve Kreno. He writes Diana's chest. We changed <v Speaker 1>the tights and everything to depict the exact moment, never <v Speaker 1>been done before in wrestling figure history, and what in <v Speaker 1>honor the American Dream Dusty Rhodes. Yes, also first time <v Speaker 1>ever being depicted in toy for him, as you know, <v Speaker 1>an ECW competitor. This is him from his Bullroot match <v Speaker 1>with Steve Kreno and of course my personal favorite, the <v Speaker 1>blood soaked variant of the American Dream Dusty Rose might <v Speaker 1>be my favorite Bendy of all times. It's so cool, <v Speaker 1>it's got some girth to it. It's just freaking if <v Speaker 1>you want to see, like you know, in comparison, they're <v Speaker 1>freaking awesome. Fifteen brand new major Bendish and I'll be honest, <v Speaker 1>this eas W two set. They've never been better. They've <v Speaker 1>never been better that we. I think initially it's safe <v Speaker 1>to say Bendy's were we were trying too hard to <v Speaker 1>be exact replicas of just toy Bendy's the car. Now <v Speaker 1>we found this like what we really are, like a <v Speaker 1>niche of like what they could be now like with <v Speaker 1>improvements and you know quality, you know, you know what <v Speaker 1>I mean. So a lot of fun, a lot of <v Speaker 1>proud of the whole team, just really really awesome stuff. <v Speaker 1>Very over I don't know how, and then shout out <v Speaker 1>to connecting all the work he does because like you <v Speaker 1>can imagine what fifteen Bendy's of, you know what, my <v Speaker 1>you know, shipment was, the amount of boxes that came, <v Speaker 1>it was super overwhelming. So I don't and he gets, <v Speaker 1>you know, ten times that so crazy. I'm a little <v Speaker 1>overem I didn't even get him yet, but I did <v Speaker 1>get this they're coming probably any any day now. Tough Guy, <v Speaker 1>Big Rubber Guy USA variant hack soldeumdug and you guys <v Speaker 1>will be getting her soon if you pre ordered. <v Speaker 5>This might be my favorite Big Rubber Guy that we've <v Speaker 5>done yet. And I keep saying that every time we <v Speaker 5>do a Big Rubber Guy, but they just get better <v Speaker 5>and better. The USA Removable two by. <v Speaker 1>Four, Yeah, man, I just love this one. It's unbelievable. <v Speaker 1>All right. <v Speaker 5>Hacksaw is when where even I doesn't do. We really <v Speaker 5>need to redo him. He had a great LJN. But <v Speaker 5>it's unbelievable. We're trying to build our own line here. <v Speaker 5>So the Hacksaw looks just I even love like how <v Speaker 5>it goes. <v Speaker 1>Up to like his belly button there, you know, like <v Speaker 1>outside Hi trucks, Life like life. I love it. Oh <v Speaker 1>get it? What else we got boys? <v Speaker 3>Well from ringside? John, I don't have it with me <v Speaker 3>obviously I'm in laws, but I uh he got he <v Speaker 3>gave me a chase, Alex Reynolds. <v Speaker 1>Dude me too. Wow, look at you guys, So that's <v Speaker 1>I gotta talk to John. I got a couple of <v Speaker 1>creative pro guys that are very desperate for Alex Reynolds. <v Speaker 3>Well, I really wanted it because I I want to <v Speaker 3>open one and the only one I was gonna I <v Speaker 3>wasn't going to open the one I had, so I <v Speaker 3>wanted a second. So this is great. And actually my <v Speaker 3>plan was to rip it open on this podcast. But <v Speaker 3>I don't have it with me, so. <v Speaker 1>I don't. I don't know if I eat a tomato <v Speaker 1>behind you instead. <v Speaker 5>I was thinking, do I go back in time three <v Speaker 5>years to get the John Silver because my AW debut <v Speaker 5>matches against these guys. <v Speaker 1>It wasn't year. You don't have John Silver. Well, I <v Speaker 1>don't collect AW figures. <v Speaker 3>I believe we had a conversation. <v Speaker 1>I thought he'd make the friends and family or something. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>we have his numbers. Well, I love Reynolds, I love Silver, <v Speaker 1>but I wouldn't count like I think you guys use <v Speaker 1>the term friend too loosely. You know what I'm saying. Well, <v Speaker 1>me and Mark of a much way different relationship. I <v Speaker 1>was at Alex reynolds wedding party, like we're very close <v Speaker 1>friends like friend lee. <v Speaker 5>With both of them, I would give them a nice hello, <v Speaker 5>maybe a hug. If I saw them and you're in. <v Speaker 3>The job, walk in to the you walk into the <v Speaker 3>Delta lounge. There's Alex sitting there. Man, do you sit <v Speaker 3>next to woman talk? <v Speaker 1>It depends what hungry? How much? If he says how <v Speaker 1>Alex Reynolds then becomes his friend. Who gets cut? Right? <v Speaker 5>You know, well who gets cut. I'm not saying I'm <v Speaker 5>not friends with Alex. <v Speaker 1>I wouldn't like. <v Speaker 5>I wouldn't consider like a good friend of mine. I <v Speaker 5>don't I think he would say the same about me. <v Speaker 1>You know, I don't know. We'll have to find out. <v Speaker 1>I like him a lot. <v Speaker 3>I had a great time with Alex Reynolds in the <v Speaker 3>lounge yesterday there. <v Speaker 1>I don't even know if els was a lounge guy. <v Speaker 3>We we had this conversation about Johnny Silver before he said, Broski, <v Speaker 3>you need it and he said, no, I remember this <v Speaker 3>when it came out. But I'll tell you this, you're <v Speaker 3>not You won't have a hard time fighting of Johnny Silver. <v Speaker 3>It's still on the shelves. <v Speaker 1>Who man, it's just now you're saying that Alex is <v Speaker 1>a lounge guy. Like who baby sits Johnny and gets <v Speaker 1>him to the airport and make sure he makes flights <v Speaker 1>and like. <v Speaker 3>No one knows, does not he does kind of broke <v Speaker 3>up in that regards. <v Speaker 1>That's a big responsibility. <v Speaker 3>He doesn't take care of Johnny anymore. <v Speaker 1>Well, he's got two kids. He shouldn't be taking care <v Speaker 1>of Johnny anymore. But like, man, I can't I can't <v Speaker 1>imagine him like making flights on time or like he <v Speaker 1>does even knowing that, like there is a doubt of lounge. <v Speaker 1>I can't even imagine he's growing up a little un <v Speaker 1>have frequent flyer miles. Yeah, I could literally see all <v Speaker 1>this being true. Yeah, listen, I'm very very happy for <v Speaker 1>Alex Reynolds for so many reasons. You know, he was <v Speaker 1>a busting his dad for so. <v Speaker 5>Long, just just somebody who needed a break, got the break, <v Speaker 5>and then we thought he'd never get this fucking figure. <v Speaker 5>If I was him, I mean, life would have been <v Speaker 5>rough for a couple of years. You know, my buddies <v Speaker 5>get figures and I'm getting bumped and bumped and bumped <v Speaker 5>and bumped. <v Speaker 1>Have a fucking mental breakdown. Yeah what would have happened? <v Speaker 1>But he really cool. I don't know what would have happened. <v Speaker 1>It's a great, great figure. I will say that, and yeah, <v Speaker 1>maybe I'll maybe I'll track down that silver you know, <v Speaker 1>maybe I'll track down that still track it, you know, <v Speaker 1>you try your hardest to track it down. Wishing the best. <v Speaker 1>I'm wishing to you the best. It's actually not a <v Speaker 1>Ringside it's not a Ringside sale. I think all those <v Speaker 1>that set because they came with cards. When they got <v Speaker 1>marked down, the card people swooped in and it's like <v Speaker 1>worth it to buy the pack of cards. <v Speaker 3>Right, It's not as plentiful as a couple of the sets, <v Speaker 3>but it certainly you could still find it in a <v Speaker 3>store theoretically. <v Speaker 1>Sure. So I also got these from Ringside. They sent <v Speaker 1>me for research purposes, the new Xavier Woods, which also figure. <v Speaker 1>I don't you know know what this gear is. It's <v Speaker 1>my I don't know if Kope has a magic figure <v Speaker 1>coming out or it was already out. I don't know <v Speaker 1>if this is Solo woods. The back does say new <v Speaker 1>day but great gear, great uh, great likeness. He is <v Speaker 1>the nose piercing So I dig that. I also got <v Speaker 1>this pray. I believe this is the bray that they <v Speaker 1>ultimate deletion. <v Speaker 3>Yes right, yeah, John sent me as well, so thank <v Speaker 3>you very much. <v Speaker 1>I was supposed to be out many moons ago, and <v Speaker 1>then was Matt ever released I believe the matt and <v Speaker 1>the network spotlight. So now you can complete it, right, <v Speaker 1>you can complete it. Okay, that's really cool. The and <v Speaker 1>dilapidated boat in all. Wow, the sculpting of the pants <v Speaker 1>is unbelievable. It's a great figure. It's one I think <v Speaker 1>a lot of it tells if you really got to <v Speaker 1>have it in hand to really appreciate it, because details, right, Yeah. <v Speaker 5>The sculpt and the molding looks great. So you know, <v Speaker 5>I personally know collect these. I'll be giving giving them <v Speaker 5>away on give way on whatnot. But yeah, thank you <v Speaker 5>for I always like to even though I don't buy <v Speaker 5>the current guys, you gotta be up to up to <v Speaker 5>speed with what's going on and to see it all. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I love them. Great great stuff. Thanks Ringside and <v Speaker 1>I got from Ringside from the same set Elite one twelve. <v Speaker 1>JD McDonogh first time in the line. Let's let him Breathe. <v Speaker 1>The Irish Ace align himself with his mentor Finnbala in <v Speaker 1>an attempt to gain the favor of Monday Night Ra's <v Speaker 1>most dangerous faction, the Judgment Day former NXC Cruiserweight Champion. <v Speaker 1>Does that belt exist anymore? Tony Kahan buy that belt <v Speaker 1>because he wants all the belts. Incorrect, it doesn't there <v Speaker 1>we go? <v Speaker 3>Didn't it link with the one of the UK titles. <v Speaker 1>I was intrigued by this figure obviously, you know, first <v Speaker 1>time in the line. But then also it has the <v Speaker 1>the hair piece technology, which is like always mind blowing <v Speaker 1>to me. Let's see this, Let's see how it goes <v Speaker 1>if I can get him off this plastic thing of <v Speaker 1>a jig. All right, we have open hands, closed fists, <v Speaker 1>you know the deal sea grips on the figure, nice <v Speaker 1>little robe ski. There is his hair like in a bun? <v Speaker 1>What his hair is in a Brian meyers man bun? <v Speaker 1>Right there? Okay, jacket clips off? Then you can't even <v Speaker 1>see what Trump is warning you gotta clip the get <v Speaker 1>this off? All right? Cool, and let's see man, it <v Speaker 1>looks like literally, it looks seamless. That's what I say. <v Speaker 1>It looks seamless. Oh my god, it's terrifying. <v Speaker 3>Yeah. <v Speaker 1>And here is the hair down which I feel like, <v Speaker 1>this is what he looks like now right more. <v Speaker 3>Oh wow, that's pretty good. <v Speaker 1>It's wild. And that's that's hey. That's a great great <v Speaker 1>uh great piece of business right there, right, yeah, great <v Speaker 1>piece of great piece of business. I would tell here <v Speaker 1>pretty damn cool means a tag team champion, right if <v Speaker 1>you say so, Well, that's awesome sweet and uh, you <v Speaker 1>know what, guys, I'm gonna do a giveaway right here, <v Speaker 1>right now. If you're watching on YouTube in the comments right, <v Speaker 1>Finn likes Brian better. That's it, That's all I gotta write, <v Speaker 1>Finn likes Brian better. And then a week I'll pick <v Speaker 1>one and I'll send this to you for free. <v Speaker 5>I needs to last someone to check who wonder I <v Speaker 5>will not pick it, but yeah, I'll have someone do <v Speaker 5>that yet. Man, guys, I got this in the mail today, <v Speaker 5>a PSA graded eight Zach Ryder Kurt Hawkins wrestle Mania <v Speaker 5>thirty five eight. Pal, Yeah, I think I'm gonna sign <v Speaker 5>and sell eight. I definitely have that in a nine <v Speaker 5>or ten, so I. <v Speaker 1>Try to go eight and above for my stuff. Bright. <v Speaker 1>I was talking to Papa Bear Paul about this. What <v Speaker 1>do you think I submit every single Zach Rider card <v Speaker 1>I have. I just submit them all to PSA in <v Speaker 1>stupid insanity. Why because it'll be just riddled with like <v Speaker 1>six and sevens, and then those are the ones I <v Speaker 1>go and re get and resubmit. Then you have like <v Speaker 1>this is like a three year project. <v Speaker 3>Then he's paying pop poppy players actually retiring, and a <v Speaker 3>lot of those to be hired as Brosky's car guy. <v Speaker 1>Yeah right, and a lot of those you're not going <v Speaker 1>to find easily, like in a crazy numbered one or whatever, <v Speaker 1>like no way. So you're saying, don't do it. I <v Speaker 1>don't think. So this is what I had him do <v Speaker 1>a couple of years ago. He combed through all mine <v Speaker 1>and picked out the ones that would pass, you know, <v Speaker 1>and get a good grade. <v Speaker 5>Wait a minute, so I psycho me. I could never <v Speaker 5>have graded ones as part of my collection, like it <v Speaker 5>have to be separate. <v Speaker 1>That makes no sense because it's the same exact card. <v Speaker 1>It's the difference of being in a slab and a <v Speaker 1>top loader. It's like I don't put I don't keep <v Speaker 1>in the same spot. <v Speaker 3>Well don't you put them in the same spot. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I have a book that wouldn't fit, so I <v Speaker 1>have to I have too b Myers, Kurt Hawkins books. <v Speaker 1>I have a top loader book and I have a <v Speaker 1>slab book. I I really I barely have anything slabbed <v Speaker 1>of my own. Oh well, that's that's on you. Bo <v Speaker 1>but I was thinking of trying to get them all slabbed. <v Speaker 1>You're saying that, I'm thinking of how many cards I <v Speaker 1>have that's missing two years from when I was like, oh, <v Speaker 1>like you have even more. Yeah, I mean that's so <v Speaker 1>that's a tall task. And then, like I said, some <v Speaker 1>of those cards will drive yourself insane because they're not <v Speaker 1>just like readily available. You know you'll take. <v Speaker 5>Forever, all right, I guess I'll just keep it as is, <v Speaker 5>But yeah, here it is. <v Speaker 1>Actually I don't even know if I have a higher <v Speaker 1>grade of this. I gotta check. <v Speaker 5>If I don't, I'll keep it if I do. <v Speaker 1>You guys get anything else? Yeah, I believe we both <v Speaker 1>got something unique. A little test shot of major pod <v Speaker 1>legend Johnny see our is differently? Did you just have <v Speaker 1>the black on the sleeves? It does? And then also mine, <v Speaker 1>I feel like has no neck compared to the real <v Speaker 1>John Cone build a figure. <v Speaker 3>I guess it's kind of on the test shot was <v Speaker 3>fixed neck. <v Speaker 1>That's what I literally am thinking, like, extend the neck. <v Speaker 1>But I guess maybe it's just because it's a different color. <v Speaker 1>It's harder to see You're actually your head looks a <v Speaker 1>little darker than mine, or maybe it's the light. I <v Speaker 1>can't tell. <v Speaker 3>Well, part of the neck is is. <v Speaker 1>Well, I have my new ring light on here that <v Speaker 1>you guys asked me to turn on this week, so <v Speaker 1>you look great, real, real pretty. And also with this <v Speaker 1>is a full blown building figures you can you can <v Speaker 1>pop everything popped the ways I did it. Also it <v Speaker 1>came with hands, but I'm fine with it. Not right, <v Speaker 1>still a pretty cool piece of history. It's not like <v Speaker 1>John Colin is going to get a bunch of more, <v Speaker 1>you know. I don't think John CON's gonna much more. Guy, <v Speaker 1>some cellar had multiple ones we sent it, but who <v Speaker 1>you and I found at first the sentence you need <v Speaker 1>to get this as cool as hell. He scooped it up. <v Speaker 1>I think maybe he found it to be maybe maybe right, <v Speaker 1>and then it up again And I didn't even know <v Speaker 1>you got it because I got I saw pop up <v Speaker 1>and said, oh I want want to I don't. <v Speaker 5>I don't collect test shots of people that Cohen's special <v Speaker 5>to me, so I figured I needed this one. <v Speaker 1>I don't know what I'm gonna do with it. I mean, <v Speaker 1>I have so many now, like my friends in the business, <v Speaker 1>that it's like perfect for my you know, my collection. <v Speaker 5>It's really cool how accessible these things are. You know, <v Speaker 5>obviously they're illegally obtained. We don't condone that, but they're <v Speaker 5>on eBay. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, it's out people's hands. You know anything else, guys, <v Speaker 1>I got one last little cool thing I wanted to show. <v Speaker 1>I got an I don't think we recorded, but we <v Speaker 1>swung by the McFarlane booth and they, oh, ship how <v Speaker 1>many as you get this week? Mark? Oh to god eighteen. <v Speaker 1>You send me some of those tomatoes. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, yeah, if you display, I'm sure I put them <v Speaker 3>on your sandwich. <v Speaker 1>Anyway. At Comic Con we popped into McFarland booth. McFarland <v Speaker 1>has the uh MLB license, the NFL license. Again. Sports <v Speaker 1>picks are back after a hiatus. I was pretty mesmerized. <v Speaker 1>I was like, I just need to know. I need <v Speaker 1>to know what these things are. Like, I scooped one <v Speaker 1>this week just for like research purposes, because there is <v Speaker 1>no New York sports representation yet. Bro, look at this thing. <v Speaker 1>Awesome is insane. This is like a crazy hard cardboard. <v Speaker 1>And now if you can imagine this, if you haven't <v Speaker 1>seen him yet, men on card it's the same all <v Speaker 1>plastic packaging, but this is the carding, but it's twofold <v Speaker 1>because you use it for the diorama and then it <v Speaker 1>has this little piece. This all comes out and you <v Speaker 1>kind of build it when you get the figure. But <v Speaker 1>like pretty epic. So I got this Bryce Harper just <v Speaker 1>to check out. Unbelievable, like back this is like a <v Speaker 1>I mean, here here's the JD McDonald like they got <v Speaker 1>massive this ish Oh wow, I mean this is like <v Speaker 1>a big, big piece. So like obviously, you know, I <v Speaker 1>would love for like an Aaron Rodgers or like a <v Speaker 1>Francisco Lindoor somebody I can actually display, you know, of <v Speaker 1>my sports fandom. But man, McFarland is back Jack. <v Speaker 3>Aaron Rodgers quarterback. I know, but is he really? <v Speaker 1>He's going to take us to the Promised Land this year? Mark? <v Speaker 1>All right, Jesus, all right, be ready for some Who <v Speaker 1>are these people? Yes? <v Speaker 3>And Pretzky we got we got a new sponsor for <v Speaker 3>this segment. <v Speaker 1>Actually, who's that? Mark? Well? <v Speaker 3>The Law Offices of Smart Mark Sterling brought to you <v Speaker 3>by Hi. He's back, our good pal, <v Speaker 3>just just chugging along there, Josh Breeze says, back again, <v Speaker 3>back again. With the extreme purchases. A few years ago, <v Speaker 3>I asked Matt if I needed the Jack's ring gear <v Speaker 3>with the Hardy Boys chair and beer cans. He said, <v Speaker 3>of course, yeah, of course, yeah. So that sent me <v Speaker 3>down the rabbit hole. Come to find out, there are <v Speaker 3>three ring gear sets that come with this chair. I've <v Speaker 3>had two of them for some time and finally found <v Speaker 3>the ring gear set that came with the wheelchair. Now <v Speaker 3>I'm fully complete and hardy boys ring gear sets. Low, guys, <v Speaker 3>I think I always have some issues. <v Speaker 1>I was in Matt's room and I don't think he <v Speaker 1>has These guys say some breaking news. Oh, I'm on <v Speaker 1>the Facebook group, Charlie Philbrick just got the new card. <v Speaker 1>Can I say who it is? Sure, sharre me, I <v Speaker 1>know who it is. Hide your greens and check your mailboxes. <v Speaker 1>Leo Spellrow Wow, Wow, Leo spell is the card. Here <v Speaker 1>we go. People have been creator pro Zone and say <v Speaker 1>a pretty beloved member of the major part community as well. <v Speaker 3>So started at just taking pictures of us at a <v Speaker 3>Mitch signing actually yeah, then started training, then became a wrestler. <v Speaker 3>That's how long we've been a podcast. <v Speaker 1>Good lord. I first met Leo was like, what the <v Speaker 1>fuck does this kids deal? Like? What does he do? Like? <v Speaker 1>I didn't know if he was training. The first thing <v Speaker 1>he ever did that blew my like really caught my <v Speaker 1>attention was remember when he cleaned up the toy drive <v Speaker 1>in between when we like went back and forth to <v Speaker 1>drop something. Yeah, yeah, and it was like I thought <v Speaker 1>it was like a what he was a student then? Right? <v Speaker 1>Or no? Right? Right? But he was still I don't <v Speaker 1>want to say he was an anonymous student, but he <v Speaker 1>was like borderline anonymousdent, you know what I mean. Like <v Speaker 1>it takes a while for me to like really like <v Speaker 1>well yeah when I get that, and I was like, <v Speaker 1>what did this kid do in this amount of time? <v Speaker 1>Like we thought it was like a five hour thing, <v Speaker 1>Like remember we thought we were all scoot and he <v Speaker 1>did it all by himself in like an hour. <v Speaker 3>Well I remember h Leo from helping out on a <v Speaker 3>couple of our signings before he became a student. He <v Speaker 3>was running our line out lot David c Anderson, you know, <v Speaker 3>and and taking the phones and taking the pictures and <v Speaker 3>bringing people up. And he was very personable and very nice. <v Speaker 3>And this was before he was even student, and he <v Speaker 3>was so good at that. I remembered him. And then <v Speaker 3>when he became a you know, a trainee, I knew. <v Speaker 1>Who he was. And mind the toy draft thing is <v Speaker 1>first but. <v Speaker 3>Only oh no, absolutely, he helped with Mitch stuff before <v Speaker 3>he became a trainer. I would bet my house we'll <v Speaker 3>find out. <v Speaker 1>M okay, I'm not saying I'm right or wrong, but <v Speaker 1>I'm questioning it. <v Speaker 3>All right, Well, Broke, you can take a break, he says. <v Speaker 1>Jeff, are you salivating? You salivated at this photo? <v Speaker 3>This one? <v Speaker 1>I don't even know what you're about to say, but <v Speaker 1>I think this rules, Like this is cool shit to me? <v Speaker 3>Thought, he said, thought i'd share that after listening to <v Speaker 3>Brian's episode of Captains. That was my episode two, Puddy, <v Speaker 3>Okay signed Pedro Martinez nineteen ninety nine All Star Game <v Speaker 3>Ball played at Fenway, the greatest pitching performance of my life. <v Speaker 3>Pedro stuck out the first four batters of the game <v Speaker 3>during peak steroid era baseball. You can find a fancy <v Speaker 3>baseball card case for this baby. <v Speaker 1>I just literally this morning on Instagram saw something like <v Speaker 1>the ninety nine All Star Game was insane. It was <v Speaker 1>like the starting lineup, it was nuts. And like you said, <v Speaker 1>Pedro started that game and killed it at Fenway as <v Speaker 1>a red So pretty cool. <v Speaker 3>Absolutely back just in time, because I think Brosky's gonna love. <v Speaker 3>Oh that's not it. Hold on, here we go, that's <v Speaker 3>not it. Okay, we will, we will get back to that. <v Speaker 3>We'll just do this one right now. Alan corpus, he says, <v Speaker 3>been going back and forth. Nope, that's not it. <v Speaker 1>What happened tomatoes? <v Speaker 3>Okay, here we go, Joe Sullivan says, reach for this <v Speaker 3>guy picked up the Briscoes. These have been on my <v Speaker 3>list of top figures for years and they are excellent. <v Speaker 3>I was at this match and Den Boys are in <v Speaker 3>my top tag teams. Ever, so I had to add this. <v Speaker 1>Now. <v Speaker 3>I wish I would have gotten too, since he looks <v Speaker 3>so great in the package. I just picked this because <v Speaker 3>a lot of people were posting these. A lot of <v Speaker 3>people got that this this week, so. <v Speaker 1>A lot of people were posting some bad things about that. <v Speaker 1>I am people like devastated. First of all, I ordered <v Speaker 1>these like this hour they went on sale, might have <v Speaker 1>not come and not even like really moved from when <v Speaker 1>I checked the tracking before we went live here. But yeah, <v Speaker 1>Brossy's right, people. But there's been some real mixed things <v Speaker 1>in our Facebook group about these, like obviously which I <v Speaker 1>thought right away, like why are those jackets on them <v Speaker 1>in the package? Like they're going to be stained at <v Speaker 1>the wazoo and that's what's happening. We'll see, we'll see. Then. <v Speaker 1>I've seen people both like got them and they're amazing, <v Speaker 1>no problems. <v Speaker 3>So all right, this is the one I was looking for. <v Speaker 1>Uh. <v Speaker 3>Russell Letterman says it changed his name to Russell Russ <v Speaker 3>for a long time. A wrestling legend, an NBA legend, <v Speaker 3>a pop culture I kind of pretty much the definition <v Speaker 3>of the nineties all rolled into one. You for sure <v Speaker 3>meet them the worm Rodzilla at Steel City con got <v Speaker 3>my origin general rare bird s I signed not the <v Speaker 3>best condition, but I don't care which. Rodman said, Damn, <v Speaker 3>you've had this forever. Huh. Also added Ralph Lacio, William <v Speaker 3>Zopka and four other SIGs to my Cobra Kai piece <v Speaker 3>I'm working on in the Baby Mom met Mark Summers <v Speaker 3>from Double their Fame. <v Speaker 1>Nice, damn we Brosky, we gotta get it on a <v Speaker 1>Steel City com Man. <v Speaker 3>I thought you Broski has done it before. <v Speaker 1>The Steel City. You don't know where the Steel City <v Speaker 1>is now? All right? <v Speaker 3>This one's really cool. <v Speaker 1>Where is it? It's Pittsburgh. Wow, it's pretty common knowledge. <v Speaker 3>Holy shit, Pittsburg, Steel City, James says, check out this Grail, Brian, <v Speaker 3>I don't know, were you a fan of this the mask? <v Speaker 1>Yeah? <v Speaker 3>Yeah, this is as check out this grail. This is <v Speaker 3>a screen used Loki mask from the classic The Mask <v Speaker 3>starring Jim Carrey. This exact one is the mass Jim <v Speaker 3>finds in the river when the cop is shining his <v Speaker 3>flashlight down at him. After production, Jim autographed the mass <v Speaker 3>and gifted it to one of the top prop masters <v Speaker 3>on set. Truly an iconic piece for our ever growing <v Speaker 3>prop collection. <v Speaker 1>That rules. I mean, that's legit and authentic. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, all right, last one here whoa on Corpus been <v Speaker 3>going back and forth with a major Mark about making <v Speaker 3>this big boy purchase, but when I realized it was <v Speaker 3>the Goat's birthday, it was a no brainer. Happy birthday, <v Speaker 3>hell him. <v Speaker 1>Over the edge. Well it's the Goat's birth as well. <v Speaker 3>Huh. <v Speaker 1>It's great. I can see that, and man, I steals <v Speaker 1>all the time. The bubble's always yellow, so to see <v Speaker 1>a clear ass bubble. <v Speaker 5>Like that, I've been holding out. I want to buy <v Speaker 5>one min on card, but I want a five back <v Speaker 5>with a stand. I know the stand was gonna be <v Speaker 5>damn near impossible. I think, Yeah, the stand is so <v Speaker 5>like I feel like diehard LJM. People don't even know <v Speaker 5>about this as a kid. That's why I'm not, you know, <v Speaker 5>married to it because I didn't even have a stand <v Speaker 5>as a kid. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, but I definitely want to five back though. Do <v Speaker 1>you even own like any stands at all? Have one <v Speaker 1>real stand, one real thing? <v Speaker 3>All right, great segment now that it's brought to you <v Speaker 3>by the Law Offices. <v Speaker 1>Oh yeah, that really put us over the top there, <v Speaker 1>and thank you for that off smart marks early. <v Speaker 5>All right, guys, we're bringing back a segment for one <v Speaker 5>week only. <v Speaker 1>Up next the Incarnation of Domination. <v Speaker 4>The Incarnation of Domination. <v Speaker 5>All right, welcome onard to the Incarnation of Domination for <v Speaker 5>bringing the segment back for this special week. Unfortunately, Kevin <v Speaker 5>Sullivan passed away this week. We thought it'd be a <v Speaker 5>perfect time through the Incarnation of Domination covering his figures. <v Speaker 5>I feel like we might have covered him before, but <v Speaker 5>there's definitely some new stuff with the heels and faces <v Speaker 5>out there. <v Speaker 1>I mean went out with a bang, that's for sure. <v Speaker 1>So let's get into it. Let's celebrate the life and <v Speaker 1>figure career of Kevin Sullivan. <v Speaker 5>So first up is his WCW original San Francisco toy <v Speaker 5>maker Kevin Salvans. By the way, he did the opening <v Speaker 5>to our history of original sans toy maker, Brian, how <v Speaker 5>did you get that? <v Speaker 1>I don't recall ever meeting Kevin Salvon? How did you <v Speaker 1>get that done? So I met Kevin Sullivan the first time. <v Speaker 1>I was fired at like a wrestle coon in passing, <v Speaker 1>and it happened to be with Colt Cabana, and Cavana <v Speaker 1>was like, he said something along the lines of like <v Speaker 1>maybe one of the most shocking, like art of wrestling <v Speaker 1>kind of relationships I ever made. He's like, he's like <v Speaker 1>the sweetest He's like I feel like he's like my grandpa. <v Speaker 1>He's like this old man. I was like, oh, wow, <v Speaker 1>that's cool, and he kind of just said hello, and <v Speaker 1>it was brief, but for some reason that stuck in <v Speaker 1>my head. And then when we were looking for someone <v Speaker 1>to do that open and obviously it has to be <v Speaker 1>someone who's in the line, and I thought there was <v Speaker 1>I'm like, Cavana has like a relationship with Kevin Selvan' <v Speaker 1>So I hit him up, asked for his number, and <v Speaker 1>then just cold texted of and then we eventually got <v Speaker 1>on the phone a couple of times because I really <v Speaker 1>had to. He didn't really quite understand what I was <v Speaker 1>asking of him, but we got on the phone and <v Speaker 1>I explained, and he couldn't have been cooler about the <v Speaker 1>whole thing, and eventually got that done for us because <v Speaker 1>we knew through research purposes that he was friends with <v Speaker 1>Robbie Kaneoff, who was instrumental behind the toymaker line. So <v Speaker 1>I thought it was a very fitting thing, and like <v Speaker 1>I said, he couldn't have been cooler about doing it. <v Speaker 1>Dare I say honored? And then fast forward a couple <v Speaker 1>of months from there, his Heels and Faces had come <v Speaker 1>out and I wanted to get that signed. And I <v Speaker 1>was literally home on a Sunday randomly, and he was <v Speaker 1>up the road at Kane S. And I was like, <v Speaker 1>you know what I'm gonna And then normally I just <v Speaker 1>dropped my stuff off at k and S. And I'm <v Speaker 1>glad that for once, I didn't do that. I just went, <v Speaker 1>you know, I'm going to go. You know, I never <v Speaker 1>I wanted to say thank you for doing the video <v Speaker 1>and meet him in person and get it signed. And <v Speaker 1>I got him and had him sign. I took a <v Speaker 1>picture with them, and it was just a great interaction. <v Speaker 1>It's said that that feels like it was. It was <v Speaker 1>only a couple of months ago. And he's gone or anything. <v Speaker 1>Pretty sad, but I'm grateful that I was able to <v Speaker 1>say thank you, we meet him and take a picture <v Speaker 1>and stuff. <v Speaker 5>So yeah, like I said, I don't think I ever <v Speaker 5>met him. If I did, it was kind of like <v Speaker 5>an impassing deal. I did speak to him on the <v Speaker 5>phone once, Like last year there was this wrestling promotion <v Speaker 5>that was going to start up, and Kevin Sullivan was <v Speaker 5>gonna be the booker man, like he was explained to me, <v Speaker 5>like my creative but it never actually happened, promotions ever <v Speaker 5>took off, but he was like picturing me my creative <v Speaker 5>and it was like it was just so fascinating listened <v Speaker 5>to him because he is such a brilliant mind. <v Speaker 1>In the business. Of course. <v Speaker 5>But yeah, I knew he was sick, but I didn't <v Speaker 5>realize it was I guess that serious. It just kind <v Speaker 5>of I guess to me, it looked like it happened <v Speaker 5>at a nowhere But same, Yeah, it was sick for <v Speaker 5>a while, and definitely unfortunately everyone's been saying some great <v Speaker 5>things about him. <v Speaker 1>Yeah he was not that it was like great that <v Speaker 1>he passed, but it was great that like there was <v Speaker 1>a lot of awesome stories of you were on social <v Speaker 1>media about the people that that he impacted or you know, <v Speaker 1>became friends with him and stuff. I appreciated all that information, <v Speaker 1>and you know, hearing all those stories, that's all for sure. <v Speaker 3>Hey, let's I got the the open. Let's play that <v Speaker 3>right here. All right, here we go, boom and the wrong. <v Speaker 1>I'm killing Sullivan the test Master, and I'm here for <v Speaker 1>an episode of w c W San Francisco Toy Bankers. <v Speaker 3>And let me tell you something I'm talking about. Let's <v Speaker 3>just dandy Katy too late place, probably Kate off everything <v Speaker 3>pretty cool. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, that was a lot of explaining in a couple <v Speaker 1>of takes, by the way. <v Speaker 3>And I loved that he did it right by the <v Speaker 3>dryer that was going. <v Speaker 1>Like the way Combana described just the sweetest, like grandpa <v Speaker 1>kind of type of guy. The other thing with Kevin's passingtory, <v Speaker 1>I also was daring this crazy memory. I don't know <v Speaker 1>if I've ever talked about, but I remember in fourth grade, <v Speaker 1>I have a friend of this kid named Eric la <v Speaker 1>Cursey who just moved to my town, and uh, I <v Speaker 1>can't remember he brought him into school or it was <v Speaker 1>one time when I went to his house. He had <v Speaker 1>this giant like shipment of like W C W. Merch <v Speaker 1>And I was like, what Ellen. He was explaining that <v Speaker 1>like Kevin lived, Kevin Sullivan lived in Florida where his <v Speaker 1>grandparents lived or maybe his dad, and he lived with <v Speaker 1>his stepdad something, and he hid all this stuff. I <v Speaker 1>remember he said Kevin Slivan sent it to him and <v Speaker 1>he had talked to Kevin's all of it on the phone. <v Speaker 1>And remember being like, Wow, this is like surreal to me, <v Speaker 1>so awesome, dude. <v Speaker 5>That first figure in the black trunks, I remember when <v Speaker 5>that comes out. I don't know if you have this memory, Brian. <v Speaker 5>I have the memory of it not coming out with <v Speaker 5>the rest of the set, like him and Jimmy Hart <v Speaker 5>come later. <v Speaker 1>I don't have that, But I what I think, if <v Speaker 1>I had a guess, and what I think is that <v Speaker 1>the Jimmy Hart and Kevin's Altenmo were short packed. Okay, <v Speaker 1>maybe they are out, They're just not as easy to find. <v Speaker 1>That's the way I kind of recall it could be. <v Speaker 1>And he doesn't. <v Speaker 5>He's not in his classic task Master outfit, which is <v Speaker 5>a little odd to me because I don't even remember <v Speaker 5>him like wearing his black trunks for a long enough <v Speaker 5>period where they can make a figure. Obviously he did. <v Speaker 1>No, he did in like ninety four ninety five WW <v Speaker 1>for sure. Yeah, And I also like that photo is <v Speaker 1>the reference photo of the figure because he's doing well, <v Speaker 1>he's doing the squint. He only has one eye open, <v Speaker 1>which I always that's like the one thing I think <v Speaker 1>of when I think of that figure, like his one <v Speaker 1>eye open. <v Speaker 5>So his next figure, well, actually this is how it was. <v Speaker 5>It was shown in promotional stuff with with red trunks. <v Speaker 5>This figure is actually popped up. <v Speaker 1>We covered it. We covered it a couple of years ago. <v Speaker 1>There a bunch of times. <v Speaker 5>Yeah, So there it is with it's autographed by Kevin Sullivan. <v Speaker 5>I never pulled the trigger on it. Not that I <v Speaker 5>don't regret not pulling the trigger on it, but just <v Speaker 5>wasn't enough meat on the bone for me to drop <v Speaker 5>that kind of money. <v Speaker 1>That makes me think Robbie Kanoff gave him like a <v Speaker 1>prototype and he signed it and gave it away or <v Speaker 1>sold it. Something like that happened for sure. <v Speaker 5>Then he has the Series two, which is like a <v Speaker 5>purplish blue mark probably thinks it's in green because color blind. <v Speaker 3>Sam Stray Bullets Fly my Way got him. <v Speaker 5>But yeah, I mean, there's really nothing to this one, <v Speaker 5>Like this is one like I don't even have in <v Speaker 5>my collection because I'm not doing I'm only doing one <v Speaker 5>of each guy unless it was like a major outfit change. <v Speaker 1>To me, this is not a major outfit change. I <v Speaker 1>have the black trunks. I can see it from here <v Speaker 1>in my case. Yeah. Yeah, so it's it's a nice figure, <v Speaker 1>but kind of not very Toys Series two besides, like <v Speaker 1>Macho was just a bunch of repains anyway, So yeah, <v Speaker 1>that's what it is. <v Speaker 5>And then we got this. This one comes way later, <v Speaker 5>but I had to get this. I didn't have it <v Speaker 5>as a kid, but I have it now where he's <v Speaker 5>kind of painted like the task Master, like no single. <v Speaker 1>It, which even the packaging says the task Master. It <v Speaker 1>doesn't think Kevin solve it, right, So do you have <v Speaker 1>this for your collection, Brian? I don't because, like you said, <v Speaker 1>they keep one of each and to me, the black <v Speaker 1>it's just more sentimental to me from my childhood because <v Speaker 1>that's what I hadn't played with. Now, Mark, do you <v Speaker 1>collect any of these? Do you have any of these <v Speaker 1>in your collection? <v Speaker 3>None? Not a single one. And after we did the episode, <v Speaker 3>I thought about it, but wow, oh yeah, you're right. <v Speaker 3>I do have all the flayergics. I even I even <v Speaker 3>have it on card, the rare one. <v Speaker 5>All right, so this I believe the one that we're <v Speaker 5>just talking about this on screen. I in my mind <v Speaker 5>it comes out after what we're about to talk about. <v Speaker 1>Bro that this I might I come out like ninety <v Speaker 1>eight right, Like it's totally like what's going on here? Yeah, <v Speaker 1>but next up is the vibrating the task. This is <v Speaker 1>how I remember Kevin solve it. Yes, this is peak <v Speaker 1>Nitro early Kevin. You remember h vibrating constantly? Yeah, peak <v Speaker 1>Nitro starting Kevin solving what he wore and what he <v Speaker 1>looked like. My problem with this is in the same <v Speaker 1>set as the giant in they're the same height. Yeah yeah, <v Speaker 1>well all the height even when you're a little kid. <v Speaker 1>That's tough. <v Speaker 5>We've talked about as many times these figures suck. You're <v Speaker 5>supposed to like press the button so they vibrate. It <v Speaker 5>gets each other. This it's weird to begin with, but <v Speaker 5>then it just makes the paint scratch off on each other. <v Speaker 5>So they're like instantly fucked up. <v Speaker 1>Big Show said. And this is also in an early <v Speaker 1>vlog that Robbie Kanoff said, they're supposed to be shaking <v Speaker 1>with anger, like like Kannick, he's shaking in nervousness though <v Speaker 1>it's different, damn. <v Speaker 5>So he doesn't get a figure for quite some time <v Speaker 5>after that, and then it's the Jack's Classic Superstars. Kevin <v Speaker 5>Sullivan just cool. He's got the robe, this plain generic microphone, <v Speaker 5>but soft goods Robe and Jeremy you know, listen, we <v Speaker 5>always give him credit, but he deserves more, like he <v Speaker 5>got a lot of names. And this is before like nowadays, <v Speaker 5>if this would be tell Kevin would have to be <v Speaker 5>under WW Legends. <v Speaker 1>Deal to get the figure. Yeah, and I thought this <v Speaker 1>was like a little hidden underrated gem late in the <v Speaker 1>Classic line too, like this kind of came out of nowhere, <v Speaker 1>a very nice figure. It wasn't that easy to come by, <v Speaker 1>and said, it's actually pretty rare now too, I want <v Speaker 1>to say, it's not like it goes for a decent <v Speaker 1>price in the secondary market. <v Speaker 5>I don't think Classic Superstars get the love that they deserve. <v Speaker 5>I certainly don't. <v Speaker 1>I mean, and think about it, they've been it's been <v Speaker 1>twenty years as the line launched. Yeah, I mean, maybe <v Speaker 1>it's gonna come around soon. <v Speaker 5>Though you never know, and then he finally gets a <v Speaker 5>figure all these years and probably his most successful run, <v Speaker 5>you know, right, and this version of Kevin Sullivan. <v Speaker 1>With the painted face, with the dog collar, the gloves. <v Speaker 1>I love this figure, zombie sailor, heels and faces. I <v Speaker 1>have it autographed. Will I will chairish it now that <v Speaker 1>Kevin is no longer with us. It's just great. So <v Speaker 1>toy add like the chain rules, the look rules, and <v Speaker 1>like you said this, I think this is like peek <v Speaker 1>Kevin Sullivan's success as a wrestler. Obviously he saw a <v Speaker 1>lot of success behind the scenes in the business, but true, yeah, <v Speaker 1>you're right, I think I think has talent. This is <v Speaker 1>this is it so pretty cool and I. <v Speaker 5>Couldn't swore there was going to be a repaint of this, <v Speaker 5>but I don't know if that's still in the pipeline <v Speaker 5>or what's going. <v Speaker 1>On with it. I didn't hear anything the first I'm <v Speaker 1>hearing this. <v Speaker 3>But yeah, there there, There doesn't go a Halloween season <v Speaker 3>by in my life that I don't rewatch. Multiple dungeoned <v Speaker 3>Dungeon of Boom matches and segments and compilations. Love putting <v Speaker 3>that on in in October. <v Speaker 1>It's just fun, nice. Wow. Well what would be your <v Speaker 1>your favorite Kevin Sullivan? Mine has to be the heels <v Speaker 1>and faces because like I said, I no question, Yeah, <v Speaker 1>went and Meta had him sign it, took a picture <v Speaker 1>of a nice little talk with him. It was just <v Speaker 1>a great moment that you know, I'll appreciate forever. <v Speaker 5>So thanks to getting that crazy Mine is the vibrator. <v Speaker 5>I mean I get it to me when I what <v Speaker 5>what I grew up on. This is my Kevin Sullivan <v Speaker 5>right and this is the only you know version of <v Speaker 5>him in that outfit. Like I wish, you know, Mattel <v Speaker 5>would make a figure like this, absolutely, but for now <v Speaker 5>this is my This is. <v Speaker 1>My task master. <v Speaker 3>Really cool, all right? <v Speaker 5>Well, rest in peace, Kevin Sullivan. Boys, <v Speaker 5>we got a big week, a staycation if you will, <v Speaker 5>at Disney World. <v Speaker 3>H Bombie Sailor. <v Speaker 1>Bobby Sailors with his family. Chippetta here we are here. Okay, guys, <v Speaker 1>Zombie bought the Lucy's, but you're bringing a different kind <v Speaker 1>of Lucies, a couple of loose, don't. I don't want <v Speaker 1>to Brady Lucy. That's why I take the blue shoe. <v Speaker 1>Oh so, Gippetta, there was some room on this VIP. <v Speaker 1>I'm like doing invite she doing? I got to invite she. <v Speaker 1>I have to invite she. I have to. I have <v Speaker 1>to do it. And it went down. His wife packs <v Speaker 1>up and what not stuff. I have to do it. <v Speaker 1>She's on the payroll. So I said, Achi, what are <v Speaker 1>you doing Tuesday? <v Speaker 5>He said, I got work. I said, I want to <v Speaker 5>go to Disney. You want to come? He said no. <v Speaker 1>I did not continue the combo and stress that I <v Speaker 1>have this exclusive VIP situation. I did stiff. I invited <v Speaker 1>to go. He said, he's got work. That's it. Okay, <v Speaker 1>I didn't peah. <v Speaker 3>But then you say, if it's a once in a <v Speaker 3>lifetime opportunity, he might take work off. <v Speaker 1>I'm not pulling. <v Speaker 3>I would say the same thing. <v Speaker 1>What do you mean, like if you like, yeah, you <v Speaker 1>would have things around. Yeah, I want someone to come <v Speaker 1>when they don't think they're getting the total package, you <v Speaker 1>know what I'm saying. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, but workoff and a real ass job is a <v Speaker 3>very difficult thing sometimes, and you only have limited times <v Speaker 3>you can do that. <v Speaker 1>So when you're thinking, if you don't want to come, <v Speaker 1>what it's just a Disney trip, you're not coming as <v Speaker 1>a VIP. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, But in his mind he said, why can't I <v Speaker 3>just come with them some Saturday? But I don't have <v Speaker 3>to take the day off work. I only have twenty <v Speaker 3>days I can take off for the whole year, and <v Speaker 3>that's a good job. <v Speaker 5>Well, anyway, guys, I'm gonna be popping a lot of <v Speaker 5>blue shoe at Disney World at the Grand Fallo Aridian <v Speaker 5>this week. Glad, Grand blue Chow at the Grand flo <v Speaker 5>You all right, let's answer some questions. <v Speaker 3>Let's go Ah, alrighty Matt's question, John Philippelli, what movie <v Speaker 3>TV show do you think deserves a toy line that <v Speaker 3>never got one. <v Speaker 5>Listen, I'm gonna say it fast and then ignore it, <v Speaker 5>Master Squad, but we're not gonna. But I believe now <v Speaker 5>taking this question is like what should have got one <v Speaker 5>back in the day, because now with Niches and listen, <v Speaker 5>we know anything can get a toy line, right. <v Speaker 1>But I feel like if they would. <v Speaker 5>Have made like if Kenner, for instance, would have made <v Speaker 5>like Home Alone Figures back to the day with a <v Speaker 5>giant house play set and it does all sorts of traps, <v Speaker 5>I think that would have sold big. <v Speaker 1>Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm biased. It's just like you <v Speaker 1>make like four people and you're done. That's the problem. <v Speaker 1>You know, you make the Robbers, you all Man Marley, <v Speaker 1>you make Kevin, you can make all you can be <v Speaker 1>like three different Kevins. Kevin's gonna get three Kevin where <v Speaker 1>it's like slippery floor Kevin and fucking you make healthy Kevin. <v Speaker 3>Healthy Marv and beat up Marv. <v Speaker 1>You know, they could be like the Flace I keep saying, <v Speaker 1>Flace face flipping fighters. We press them like now they're <v Speaker 1>all screwed up, you know. Yeah, maybe like a mail <v Speaker 1>Away bugs, like a Ghostbuster style figure man, who you <v Speaker 1>love Tommy Boy. You keep trying to get Tommy Boy stuff, <v Speaker 1>but like Action fa Like I'm not I'm trying to <v Speaker 1>be realistic, like what I love that, Yes, greatly, But <v Speaker 1>do I think that's like something that would have hit <v Speaker 1>especially Tommy Boy when at the time its release was <v Speaker 1>kind of a flop, it became beloved like after the fact, <v Speaker 1>Wayne's World, Wayne's Wayne's World was always a hit. That <v Speaker 1>might be the one, you know, because there's several toyatic <v Speaker 1>aspects to that, but it just wasn't kid friendly enough, right, Yeah, <v Speaker 1>that's the miss Come on, I know it's weird, like <v Speaker 1>but back in the day, like violence was okay for <v Speaker 1>some reason, but like sexual stuff wasn't. Right. I think <v Speaker 1>that's the that's the weird cutoff. Yeah, Christy Javine just <v Speaker 1>got me a mighty duck. <v Speaker 3>Yeah that. <v Speaker 1>Was awesome. <v Speaker 7>Sandlot Action figures question more than dolls for sure, that <v Speaker 7>was a mega hit. <v Speaker 3>Oh yeah, they had dolls, didn't they. <v Speaker 1>They're like Barbie dolls, dolls, Like if they had something <v Speaker 1>more less, you know, girly, I think it would have <v Speaker 1>been a hit. <v Speaker 3>I wonder if I would have bought like a full <v Speaker 3>house figure or a Family Matters figure, you know. <v Speaker 1>Dolls and stuff. Family Matters had Kle things, but not. <v Speaker 3>Like but if there was, if there was a kennt Ancle, Right, <v Speaker 3>all right, my question Rick Collector, Ri Collector has. <v Speaker 1>Bro l j And no, we don't have enough time <v Speaker 1>for this Broki. We can. <v Speaker 3>We can just kind of there was a lot of <v Speaker 3>stuff talked about. First of all, we didn't even mention <v Speaker 3>it in the news. We talked about it kind of <v Speaker 3>today that the Star Cruiser went on sale today and <v Speaker 3>it's sold out three thousand units. But the crazy thing <v Speaker 3>about the star Coaster or it was, it's an un <v Speaker 3>believable vintage collection sized thing and it played the ride <v Speaker 3>in the toy. <v Speaker 5>It's pretty wilds and I, when I try to get <v Speaker 5>online today get it. I don't know if this is accurate, <v Speaker 5>but I was the sixty third thousand person in the quo. <v Speaker 3>When I get in, I was six sixty something too, <v Speaker 3>and I went, I'll. <v Speaker 5>Probably have to pay double the price, Yes, but that's <v Speaker 5>it's an incredible piece. If you're a Star Wars fan, <v Speaker 5>if you're a Disney Parks fan, this is a must have, <v Speaker 5>non negotiable in my opinion. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, if you're a Star Wars fan. He went to <v Speaker 3>Disney when you were a kid. This is a huge <v Speaker 3>part of your childhood. I feel, you know, if if <v Speaker 3>you went to Disney a few times. This is one <v Speaker 3>of the best rides Star Crew and that comes with <v Speaker 3>the two figures. But what is insane to me is <v Speaker 3>this is unprecedented. There's a video screen one. It's got <v Speaker 3>the r T D two and the Rex. <v Speaker 1>Okay, okay, but plays the ride movie. <v Speaker 3>It's unreal, so you have like you will always have <v Speaker 3>the video of the ride in this thing. But I <v Speaker 3>was more speaking about no, no, no, you probably would <v Speaker 3>have hated this one too, to be honest. <v Speaker 1>I'm thought the one where I was just pressing the <v Speaker 1>button on the wall. <v Speaker 5>That one sucks, which they are They one of their <v Speaker 5>announcements they're doing a new movie for that ride, so <v Speaker 5>hopefully it gets corrected. <v Speaker 1>Oh cour it sucked. <v Speaker 3>But I was more talking about the expansion of the parks. Brosky. <v Speaker 3>They're doing a whole and added a whole section to Disney. <v Speaker 3>That's pretty cool. <v Speaker 5>I mean, let's they do this every couple years where <v Speaker 5>they announced a bunch of stuff and sometimes a lot <v Speaker 5>of those things don't happen. I feel like these will <v Speaker 5>because of Universe, Epic Universe opening up and Disney has <v Speaker 5>to compete. Uh you know, so there's a lot of <v Speaker 5>things like a Magic Kingdom they have to get rid of, <v Speaker 5>like the whole like Rivers of America they're getting rid of, <v Speaker 5>and the Tom Sawyers Island, which I don't give a <v Speaker 5>fuck about, get rid of that shit. They're building cars <v Speaker 5>land there, so fucking cool. But I'll tell you what, <v Speaker 5>if they're going to take down Muppet Vision three D, <v Speaker 5>I will handcuff myself outside and boycott. I get it's <v Speaker 5>not a museum, but fuck me and Dylan. We'll finally <v Speaker 5>seeing eye to eye figuratively obviously, not literally. We're finally <v Speaker 5>seeing eye to eye about something because I don't want <v Speaker 5>that Muppet Vision to go well. <v Speaker 3>And I also love the idea that they're adding more <v Speaker 3>villains stuff like the the Disney Villains into that section. <v Speaker 1>Whole Land, the Whole Villains, yeah, the villain. <v Speaker 3>And also a big Indiana Jones section, which is. <v Speaker 5>Well that's been rumored for years because the Dinosaur ride <v Speaker 5>is really the track of Indiana Jones in California. So <v Speaker 5>it's a new ride, but it's also like thirty years old. <v Speaker 5>I'm sure there'll be some updates, got it. But it's <v Speaker 5>not like this brand new thing, like I fucking I've <v Speaker 5>been doing it. <v Speaker 3>For years, got it. <v Speaker 1>It's so cool to have here, that's for sure. <v Speaker 3>Better than die good insight there, Brusky. <v Speaker 5>I'm very excited about it. I'm very excited. We'll see <v Speaker 5>what happens. Very excit. Let's see what it actually gets <v Speaker 5>done though. <v Speaker 3>Okay, all right, bruh. Brian's question Chris DG. You pick <v Speaker 3>him every week, Chris DG five to five. Do you <v Speaker 3>think the younger generations will be nostalgic for toys like <v Speaker 3>eighties and nineties kids or will the adult collector die <v Speaker 3>with our generation of course? <v Speaker 4>Thing? <v Speaker 1>Yeah, I don't think this. I guess I picked this <v Speaker 1>because I don't. It's a great question, but I don't think. <v Speaker 1>I don't think nostalgia goes away, right, There's no way it's. <v Speaker 3>Like feel terrible childhood's something. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, unless this overwhelming generation of like terrible childhoods. <v Speaker 3>But it's actually a thought that I have constantly, and <v Speaker 3>I love it. It's a it's a very happy thought <v Speaker 3>of mine when I see my daughter playing with something <v Speaker 3>or getting really into something, and I think I think <v Speaker 3>that's going to be something that she remembers, right yeah, <v Speaker 3>same or holds onto for the future alike, right, like <v Speaker 3>she has lol dolls, American girl like love. <v Speaker 1>Like thinking about man that that YouTube show I loved <v Speaker 1>when I was a kid, whatever, you know, Like it's <v Speaker 1>just going to be their version of it, right. <v Speaker 3>Yes, absolutely, Bluie. I think my daughter will have like <v Speaker 3>nostalgia feelings for. <v Speaker 5>Yeah right big Sometimes like people saying like, oh, kids <v Speaker 5>aren't buying toys, kids aren't playing with toys. Like I'm <v Speaker 5>sure there are a lot of examples of some kids <v Speaker 5>who don't play with toys, but there are plenty of <v Speaker 5>examples of kids who do you know. <v Speaker 1>Like I mean my I mean, from my personal experience, <v Speaker 1>my two girls are obsessed with toys. And then if <v Speaker 1>something has a toy, they're exactly like I was like, <v Speaker 1>then they're like they double down on their fandom of it, <v Speaker 1>you know what I mean. We literally they're obsessed with <v Speaker 1>Descendants and this new Rise of Red movie and like <v Speaker 1>we just literally look at the internet at these dolls <v Speaker 1>all day long and how to get them and when <v Speaker 1>they're coming out, and like they're obsessed and they like <v Speaker 1>literally actively play, like they go up in their playroom <v Speaker 1>and they black out and they're playing with these things <v Speaker 1>for hours, you know what I mean. And so right, <v Speaker 1>it's definitely real in my life. <v Speaker 3>My daughter and if I look back, like you know, <v Speaker 3>she's been in and out obviously with different things, but <v Speaker 3>American girl dolls has been her thing right for almost <v Speaker 3>her whole life, and she always goes back to it. <v Speaker 3>And she loves like the little pieces, like the tables <v Speaker 3>and the and the accessories that you get, which is <v Speaker 3>very similar to like a fig fed and the things <v Speaker 3>that you used to get or whatever. So and the <v Speaker 3>cool thing about American girl dolls is they go back <v Speaker 3>a long time now. So like my brother's girlfriend has <v Speaker 3>nostalgia for American girl dolls, and I feel like my <v Speaker 3>daughter will have nostalgia for American girl dolls. And it's interesting, <v Speaker 3>it's the same thing. <v Speaker 5>But I'm reading Tom's wrestling collection, and I disagree with <v Speaker 5>both statements you just made. <v Speaker 1>I don't mean that in a conversational way. <v Speaker 3>He says, kids care far less about toys I played <v Speaker 3>until I was a teenager. At my daughter's ten and <v Speaker 3>never touches them. <v Speaker 5>I mean, Tom that's okay. You were a loser if <v Speaker 5>you were playing as a teenager. <v Speaker 1>So was I. Most kids were not, you know, I <v Speaker 1>mean that is the reality. <v Speaker 5>Like we're the exception pal, that's why we're in the <v Speaker 5>same community. But like I was just about to say <v Speaker 5>before I read that comment, like I remember, is it <v Speaker 5>like second or third grade where I felt like I <v Speaker 5>was the only one still playing with toys and I do. <v Speaker 1>It in secret, even though when I like, I'm trying <v Speaker 1>to do the math. When I liked Power Rangers, I <v Speaker 1>remember I had to be a little like pump the <v Speaker 1>brakes on because because I'm your agent, I was already woo. <v Speaker 1>It wasn't like the coolest to be like yeah, I <v Speaker 1>mean my mom ran down the aisles of Kmart like <v Speaker 1>mad people to try to get these toys. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, oh my god. <v Speaker 1>That just comes to the territory. <v Speaker 3>We get older embarrassed buying toys. <v Speaker 1>I think you become self conscious you get older. That's <v Speaker 1>just part of growing up. <v Speaker 5>I think there's like this revisionist history because now, like <v Speaker 5>comic cons are so cool and it's cool to be <v Speaker 5>a nerd, and you know, like Deadpool Wolverine is breaking <v Speaker 5>a billion dollars. Let's not forget ten years ago this <v Speaker 5>podcast could not exist. <v Speaker 1>We'd be banned, we wouldn't have wives, we wouldn't have girlfriends. Yeah, <v Speaker 1>you don't wear that, Like we'd be wearing that bred <v Speaker 1>Hart shirt. Yeah, we wear that bread hert. Nope, it <v Speaker 1>was not It was forty year old Vergin. It was <v Speaker 1>not cool. It was not cool to collect. <v Speaker 5>And like now I think everyone's accepted it, and like, <v Speaker 5>you know, like that's why so much of the stuff <v Speaker 5>I'm buying now is stuff that I wish I would <v Speaker 5>have had as a kill, like the Power Ranger, stuff <v Speaker 5>that I wish I didn't think it was too cool <v Speaker 5>to buy. Of course I'm buying this stuff I loved, <v Speaker 5>but it's also stuff I wish I bought because I <v Speaker 5>thought I was too cool. <v Speaker 1>Then fuck that. But I know what I saw this weekend. <v Speaker 1>I almost bought too, the new turtles that look like <v Speaker 1>the ones we had as kids, but they're articulated. M oh, <v Speaker 1>I don't like those. I know what you're talking about. <v Speaker 1>Liam David showed me. I thought they were awesome, but <v Speaker 1>like that's full nostalgia for me. But it like combined <v Speaker 1>both like my adult love of like figures as like <v Speaker 1>what about the Super Stevens has been out for years those, Yeah, <v Speaker 1>but I feel like that one. It just looks so concise, <v Speaker 1>you know, it comes to that stand you pose them <v Speaker 1>had the same way Sames like weapon. I don't know, <v Speaker 1>I liked it. <v Speaker 3>Yeah, I see what you're saying. <v Speaker 1>Yeah, read what Mike, Mike Small just Wroke. <v Speaker 3>I brought my sixty six Batman Robin the sixth grade <v Speaker 3>launch and got roasted by. <v Speaker 1>I know Todd Rokus has his story if he's listened. <v Speaker 1>I hope he is that. I remember he wore the <v Speaker 1>denim WrestleMania twelve jacket to like something in eighth grade, <v Speaker 1>like and he's like scarred for life from him because <v Speaker 1>he just got like sun. It was like Brett and <v Speaker 1>Sean that diesel now the taker down the sides, a <v Speaker 1>deadhim jacket and. <v Speaker 3>Like pretty cool jacket. <v Speaker 1>Now not man and you're getting roasted. I got roasted. <v Speaker 1>I think it was. <v Speaker 5>It must have been ninth or tenth grade. It was <v Speaker 5>like Tuesday after raw. I just bought a new too <v Speaker 5>cool shirt and wore it. It's a silhouette of like <v Speaker 5>graandbast and sex a Scotti Rakishi. <v Speaker 1>I was not cool. It's cool for that too cool shirt. <v Speaker 3>I did. I did an Avenger shirt to basketball practice <v Speaker 3>in seventh grade, and it's like, it's a life. It <v Speaker 3>was such a terrible night. It was a it's a life. <v Speaker 1>Memory, such a terrible night. <v Speaker 3>Like the amount of a ship that I took by <v Speaker 3>wearing a fucking Avenger shirt. <v Speaker 1>To think about how ahead of your time you wear though. <v Speaker 1>This just popped in my head. <v Speaker 5>I remember I was in third grade and I made <v Speaker 5>fun of somebody who was wearing a real Ghostbuster shirt. <v Speaker 1>And how the tables have turned on that one. I'm <v Speaker 1>almost four. I literally have a slimer, giant like Halloween <v Speaker 1>decorations that I'm putting in my shirt. <v Speaker 5>Right, Ghostbuster shirt yesterday today? <v Speaker 1>God come, yeah, times have changed. That's a good thing. Though, <v Speaker 1>great question, Great question. <v Speaker 3>You also ruined my day because now I'm just thinking <v Speaker 3>about that Avenger shirt day. <v Speaker 1>We're all losers, Oh my god, we're all losers together. <v Speaker 1>Mark got the worst wedge of his life that day. <v Speaker 1>Markt swirly in the in the bathroom because that Avengers <v Speaker 1>first time.
