<v Speaker 4>very first show of twenty twenty six. Hope everybody had
<v Speaker 4>a very safe, happy New Year's and for those of
<v Speaker 4>you that went out well, hopefully by now your hangover
<v Speaker 4>is gone and you are just left with the regrets.
<v Speaker 4>So thank you everybody for joining us. We're going to
<v Speaker 4>go through the emails as we go through your your
<v Speaker 4>questions and there's a few tonight, not as overwhelming as
<v Speaker 4>some shows are, but we're going to go through that
<v Speaker 4>right now. But first, welcome and also you can go

<v Speaker 4>to get that in. So let's dive into it, and
<v Speaker 4>we're going to start with JM. JM, patron of the show, says, Hey, Matt,
<v Speaker 4>quick question. With WWE charging insane ticket prices for ples,
<v Speaker 4>how do you feel about ticket prices for non televised
<v Speaker 4>house shows. Though this was a few years ago, My
<v Speaker 4>wife gifted me two tickets for about five hundred and
<v Speaker 4>fifty dollars. We went and she had a good time.
<v Speaker 4>The seats were pretty decent too. Though there were no
<v Speaker 4>title changes and nothing big happens, I did see superstars
<v Speaker 4>have more engagement with the fans, which doesn't happen at
<v Speaker 4>PL's Raw or SmackDown. The main event was Seth Rollins
<v Speaker 4>versus Austin Theory. Oh that's right, when he was used champion.
<v Speaker 4>At the end, Rollins came up to our section and
<v Speaker 4>started giving high fives to people. Thanks and have a
<v Speaker 4>good one. J jam Well, first of all, thank you
<v Speaker 4>for being a patron, and I'm glad to hear that
<v Speaker 4>your house show experience went well. But WWE over the
<v Speaker 4>last couple of years, I mean this has been a
<v Speaker 4>strategy implemented by TKO execs where they have drastically reduced
<v Speaker 4>the number of non televised events because of a couple
<v Speaker 4>of reasons. One, it's not as profitable to run a
<v Speaker 4>non televised event than a televised event. Number two, it
<v Speaker 4>does have its wear and tear on the talent, and
<v Speaker 4>you risk the talent being injured and being run down.
<v Speaker 4>And even though for decades, there were house shows almost
<v Speaker 4>every day of the week, including on days obviously on
<v Speaker 4>days there were television, but talent would get maybe one
<v Speaker 4>day week off, you know. I mean that that was
<v Speaker 4>the grind back in the day, and I'm not saying
<v Speaker 4>it was easy, but they have drastically reduced that, for
<v Speaker 4>better or worse, and I see that from a talent perspective,
<v Speaker 4>I would be relieved that I get more time off
<v Speaker 4>to rest my body in my mind. At the same time,
<v Speaker 4>there is something to be said for non televised events
<v Speaker 4>where you aren't under the pressure and the bright lights
<v Speaker 4>of a camera in front of a live crowd for
<v Speaker 4>three plus hours or however many obviously minutes you get
<v Speaker 4>on those three hours. It's a place where you can
<v Speaker 4>hone your craft in front of a live audience, again
<v Speaker 4>without the television cameras on. So there is some kind
<v Speaker 4>of drawback there, and it also takes away when they
<v Speaker 4>reduce the house shows of that intimacy, as you alluded to, jam,
<v Speaker 4>the high fives and interacting with the crowd much more
<v Speaker 4>than if they were just in a particular storyline that
<v Speaker 4>is being progressed that night on television and they're inside
<v Speaker 4>of a box. Right, they can only do and say
<v Speaker 4>so many things, and they're constrained because of the storyline
<v Speaker 4>advancements during televised shows, right, And with the non televised
<v Speaker 4>they can kind of do what they want. I mean,
<v Speaker 4>they know the finish, they know who's going to go over.
<v Speaker 4>Ninety nine point nine percent of the time, there's no
<v Speaker 4>title changes, and once in a while, once in a
<v Speaker 4>great while, every few years, you'll see a title change
<v Speaker 4>happen on a house show, and it won't be a
<v Speaker 4>major top title, but it'll be like a mid card
<v Speaker 4>and it happens. But again, it's very rare. It's there
<v Speaker 4>to just go there, have fun and be in a
<v Speaker 4>much more intimate setting with typically much fewer people than
<v Speaker 4>if it was a televised event, Ross SmackDown, what have you.
<v Speaker 4>So it's kind of disappointing they're having fewer non televised events.
<v Speaker 4>But from WWE's tkos more importantly parent company, who are
<v Speaker 4>just obsessively focused on making the most money as possible
<v Speaker 4>and throwing everything else out the window, which is what
<v Speaker 4>they've shown they'll do. Then this makes sense. But I'm
<v Speaker 4>glad you had a good time. I have very fond
<v Speaker 4>memories of house shows very fine, where I mean I
<v Speaker 4>was literally on top of the ring and you get
<v Speaker 4>more of the talent's actual personality come out, and crazy
<v Speaker 4>wacky things happen that you wouldn't otherwise see in a
<v Speaker 4>televised show that you know is very structured and okay,
<v Speaker 4>we're going this storyline, this storyline. They just go, hey, guys,
<v Speaker 4>you got ten minutes. This person's going over have fun.
<v Speaker 4>I mean that's essentially what they say, and it's a
<v Speaker 4>good time. Is a talent. But I have very fond
<v Speaker 4>memories of Nonse non televised, as you do. If they
<v Speaker 4>do engage much more with the fans because the chains
<v Speaker 4>are off, they can do what they want and that's awesome.
<v Speaker 4>But I will say, two tickets for five hundred and
<v Speaker 4>fifty dollars that's stiff, my man. That is a very
<v Speaker 4>stiff price to pay. I know, if you're saying decent seats,
<v Speaker 4>I'm guessing when you say decent, you don't mean Ringside.
<v Speaker 4>You're probably I'm thinking lower level maybe, Like I don't know,
<v Speaker 4>if there's if row not row a of Ringside, but
<v Speaker 4>Row of the lower level, you'll probably rowe ABCDE or
<v Speaker 4>something like that like in the first five of lower level.
<v Speaker 4>Still very good seats even if it wasn't televised. But
<v Speaker 4>five point fifty damn man, that's still a lot. That's
<v Speaker 4>what like two seventy five apiece. That's a lot for
<v Speaker 4>a house show. Oh man, that's But I'm glad you
<v Speaker 4>had fun. That's the important part. And your wife is
<v Speaker 4>a gem for giving you those two tickets. All right,
<v Speaker 4>let's talk to Darius, He says, longtime listener here, I
<v Speaker 4>want to comment on aj Styles, refusing to sign an
<v Speaker 4>AW replica belt on camera, but he does give a
<v Speaker 4>shout out to two AW wrestlers. A WWE official tells
<v Speaker 4>him to stop by doing a hand gesture. I'm from
<v Speaker 4>Boston but currently living in Berlin. So I'll be attending
<v Speaker 4>SmackDown the ninth of January. Swallow touch. I'll be in touch,
<v Speaker 4>very cool, and I'm sure you guys will have a
<v Speaker 4>big SmackDown. I believe that is the SmackDown where Drew
<v Speaker 4>McIntyre and Cody Roads are going to have their three
<v Speaker 4>stages of hell match, if I'm not mistaken, which does
<v Speaker 4>free Drew up for the rumble, which I'm guessing is
<v Speaker 4>why they're doing it, and you guys now are getting
<v Speaker 4>more shows than ever, which I'm sure if you're overseas,
<v Speaker 4>you're you're just overjoyed you're getting I mean, you get
<v Speaker 4>you guys have gotten more shows in six months than
<v Speaker 4>in like sixty years. And so if you're if you're
<v Speaker 4>overseas a UK fan anywhere outside of the continental United States,
<v Speaker 4>I mean, you guys are having a ball. That's great,
<v Speaker 4>that's great, clearly implementing a global strategy here by TKO.
<v Speaker 4>But as far as aj Style is being told he
<v Speaker 4>can't sign AEW replica stuff, it makes sense. Not that
<v Speaker 4>there's I don't think there's any legal issue with that.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, it's simply I think because WWE doesn't want
<v Speaker 4>to really give any value to a piece of merch
<v Speaker 4>that's not WWE's by having a currently contracted independent contractor
<v Speaker 4>sign a piece of merch that they're not going to
<v Speaker 4>get any return on, it's just more more of optics
<v Speaker 4>to that w WE, you know, is signing AEW merch
<v Speaker 4>and then the next thing you know, it's something that
<v Speaker 4>you're seeing more and more at signings, and then you
<v Speaker 4>know that's not a trend you want, you know, it's
<v Speaker 4>it's not a trend you want, but it's it is
<v Speaker 4>a little bit silly. I think, a little silly, a
<v Speaker 4>little bit, a little bit kind of I think unnecessary
<v Speaker 4>from a common sense perspective. I don't have any strong
<v Speaker 4>feelings about AJ styles doing this or not. I get
<v Speaker 4>why WWE did this, but what I have done that? No,
<v Speaker 4>I mean, let the guy sign. What the hell is
<v Speaker 4>it gonna It's not going to affect you by any
<v Speaker 4>means from WWE's perspective at all. But sometimes they have
<v Speaker 4>very very locked down ideals and what they do and
<v Speaker 4>don't want their talent to do. When it comes to
<v Speaker 4>other companies mentioning them signing their merch it could be
<v Speaker 4>in his contract too, it could be, but it's kind
<v Speaker 4>of petty in my mind. Thank you, Darius. Let's talk
<v Speaker 4>to DJ. Of course, what's he got to say? He says,
<v Speaker 4>Since this is the first mailbag and show of twenty
<v Speaker 4>twenty six Mailbag Show, I want to briefly mention a
<v Speaker 4>few things and I'm looking forward to happening in WWE.
<v Speaker 4>Some honorable mentions in AEW this year. I'm looking forward
<v Speaker 4>to John Moxley continuing his new Babyface run, which was
<v Speaker 4>teased at December's twenty twenty five World's End when he
<v Speaker 4>delivered a promo after winning the AW Continental Championship. The
<v Speaker 4>destination I'm looking forward to seeing eventually is Moxley to
<v Speaker 4>win the AW World title, possibly at all in against MJF.
<v Speaker 4>It's been almost three years since Moxley was once a
<v Speaker 4>babyface before turning heel and ending the career of Brian
<v Speaker 4>Danielson for the AW title at twenty twenty four's Wrestle Dream,
<v Speaker 4>and also creating the Death Riders faction that took over
<v Speaker 4>AW for almost two years in counting Well, for those
<v Speaker 4>who don't watch AW, you guys just got essentially a
<v Speaker 4>recap of some of the big events of the last
<v Speaker 4>two years, not nearly a comprehensive one, but some of
<v Speaker 4>the ones that you may not have known. When Dean Ambrose,
<v Speaker 4>or rather John Moxley was known as Dean Ambrose and WWE,
<v Speaker 4>some of the big highlights of his last couple of
<v Speaker 4>years in AAW were now outlined by DJ and that's
<v Speaker 4>very good. I actually didn't know some of this stuff
<v Speaker 4>because I just don't watch AW. But in TNA for
<v Speaker 4>this year, I'm looking forward to Mike Santana We're regaining
<v Speaker 4>the TNA World title at TNA Genesis this January second,
<v Speaker 4>and after Mike Santana at some point drops the TNA
<v Speaker 4>world title and moves on to NXT, Leon Slater moves
<v Speaker 4>up and becomes the new top guy in TNA. Now
<v Speaker 4>to WWE things I'm looking forward to happening in six.
<v Speaker 4>The first one Cody Rhoads turning heel at WrestleMania, with
<v Speaker 4>the Final Boss appearing and embracing Cody Rhads as his
<v Speaker 4>corporate champion. I'm gonna stop there. I know you got
<v Speaker 4>a lot more points here. DJ, I'm gonna stop here
<v Speaker 4>for a second. It's been something that I mean, I'm
<v Speaker 4>not stealing your thunder, but I mean I've been thinking
<v Speaker 4>too that DJ, or rather up Cody Rhoads not you
<v Speaker 4>would be turning heel sometime in twenty twenty six, and
<v Speaker 4>what better place to do with the WrestleMania There's still
<v Speaker 4>some steam left in Cody's run as a babyface if
<v Speaker 4>you like this version of Cody. But even those diehard
<v Speaker 4>Cody fans that love this pocket watch wearing, politically spoken
<v Speaker 4>version of Cody Rhoads have to admit, even deep down
<v Speaker 4>to yourselves in a dark room with nobody around you,
<v Speaker 4>you are probably admitting to yourselves that this is running
<v Speaker 4>a little bit long in the tooth, that Cody's in
<v Speaker 4>need of a shift, not that he's He's not spiraling
<v Speaker 4>down towards earth. You know, Cody Rose isn't in a
<v Speaker 4>bad place in his career. For the love of God,
<v Speaker 4>He's he's champion. He still gets a really good reaction.
<v Speaker 4>He doesn't feel nearly as fresh though, he doesn't feel
<v Speaker 4>as exciting. He just doesn't. Even as somebody who doesn't
<v Speaker 4>enjoy his character trying to see it from an objective standpoint,
<v Speaker 4>he just doesn't seem exciting. He's just he's rinse and
<v Speaker 4>repeat now. I'll admittedly, the Drew McIntyre program has breathed
<v Speaker 4>a little bit of life into Cody and seeing other
<v Speaker 4>forms of him other than just calm, cool, collected Cody.
<v Speaker 4>You know, Drew has gotten under his skin in a
<v Speaker 4>big way, and this program with Drew has been really fun,
<v Speaker 4>really fun. Even though Drew, once again for the twentieth time,
<v Speaker 4>is not going to win the championship because timing, even
<v Speaker 4>though he's more than deserving and could carry the company
<v Speaker 4>absolutely by himself, well at least as champion anyway, he
<v Speaker 4>needs people to help him. But you know what I mean,
<v Speaker 4>So Cody Rhodes turning heel, the final Boss appearing, if
<v Speaker 4>that happens, I mean, I'm not against it having Cody
<v Speaker 4>be the corporate Champion. It would be full circle to
<v Speaker 4>The Rock and what he did being corporate Champion with
<v Speaker 4>Vince McMahon back in nineteen ninety eight. So things do
<v Speaker 4>come full circle. That'd be a fun little rift. But
<v Speaker 4>I don't want The Rock to because here's what he'd do.
<v Speaker 4>He would come back and say, oh see, I told you.
<v Speaker 4>You know, you guys thought The Rock was gone. I
<v Speaker 4>wasn't going to finish the story, and here I have
<v Speaker 4>to finish the story with Cody the whole uh you know,
<v Speaker 4>go f yourself. And you know that's when, of course
<v Speaker 4>we had Travis Scott and John Cena turnheel and all
<v Speaker 4>the rest that I've talked about it nauseum. But for
<v Speaker 4>the Rock part of it, I don't want to hear that. No,
<v Speaker 4>this is not you making good on your story. This
<v Speaker 4>is simply you deodorizing again. One of the worst flubs
<v Speaker 4>in wrestling in WWE history of a storyline where you
<v Speaker 4>had a great, hot start and it just fizzled into
<v Speaker 4>absolutely nothing. And I don't want anyone to believe the
<v Speaker 4>Rocks nonsense that he's going to try to tell us,
<v Speaker 4>you know, oh yeah, we're gonna come back. No one
<v Speaker 4>wants to see a story take a year plus break
<v Speaker 4>to come back and didn't try to sell us on
<v Speaker 4>the fact that you know, you well you meant to
<v Speaker 4>do this. If I hear that, I mean, it's just
<v Speaker 4>total it's total BS. But I'm not against this particular story.
<v Speaker 4>I just hope the fans are smart enough to realize
<v Speaker 4>that if they try to spin it that this was
<v Speaker 4>all part of the plan, you can see right through
<v Speaker 4>that total BS. Number two, bron Breaker wins the win
<v Speaker 4>the almost said the women's the world heavyweight title. Does
<v Speaker 4>anybody think bron Breaker is not gonna win the championship
<v Speaker 4>this year, by the end of this calendar year, by
<v Speaker 4>December thirty first, twenty twenty six. Is there any chance
<v Speaker 4>bron Breaker doesn't win the world title or maybe the
<v Speaker 4>w WE Championship, the NSP ch championship. The odds have
<v Speaker 4>to be I mean eighty ninety percent maybe higher. Yes,
<v Speaker 4>this is something almost guaranteed unless they are really playing
<v Speaker 4>the long game here where they put him in a
<v Speaker 4>position to get You know, Seth Rollins is gonna come
<v Speaker 4>back right and he's gonna assumingly turn on the vision.
<v Speaker 4>Small chance he tries to integrate back in, but based
<v Speaker 4>on the events of him after he left, when bron
<v Speaker 4>Breaker in Seth Rollins Clash, which could be as soon
<v Speaker 4>as February depending on Seth rollins His progress with his injury,
<v Speaker 4>he's gonna be a hell for a while. But I
<v Speaker 4>can see bron Breaker going Babyface Midsummer and winning the championship,
<v Speaker 4>maybe even at SummerSlam. If they want to play the
<v Speaker 4>long game, you could have bron Breaker win the twenty
<v Speaker 4>twenty seven Royal Rumble and then go on to WrestleMania
<v Speaker 4>and face whoever champion Whoever's champion at that point. Number
<v Speaker 4>three bioncabelle A returning at the Royal Rumble, winning the Rumble,
<v Speaker 4>winning the title from Jade at WrestleMania. Yeah, this is
<v Speaker 4>seemingly the plan here based on what I'm hearing the
<v Speaker 4>quote unquote leaks, Even if that leak was totally manufactured,
<v Speaker 4>it makes sense. That's the thing. These leaks aren't otherworldly unbelievable.
<v Speaker 4>These are very believable, plausible, and seemingly likely scenarios. Bianca
<v Speaker 4>bell Air has been out for with like a broken
<v Speaker 4>finger for seeing the last three years. It's been in
<v Speaker 4>incredibly long and I'm not making fun of a broken
<v Speaker 4>finger that has to hurt, but it's low key funny
<v Speaker 4>that she's out with a broken finger. I mean, Kevin
<v Speaker 4>Owens has like spinal fusion surgery, and he may return
<v Speaker 4>before Bianca bell I'm being half serious. I mean, Ko
<v Speaker 4>is maybe gonna return by end of this calendar year,
<v Speaker 4>maybe more likely in about a year, but still Bianca
<v Speaker 4>Bellair returning at the Rumble, winning the Rumble facing Jade
<v Speaker 4>seems kind of like a foregone conclusion, one that, by
<v Speaker 4>the way, I'm not against. I think Bianca bell Air
<v Speaker 4>versus Jade is something that we've all looked forward to
<v Speaker 4>the moment Jade stepped in the company. Now the question
<v Speaker 4>is can Jade hold up her end? We know what
<v Speaker 4>Bianca is capable of in putting on an incredible main
<v Speaker 4>event she did with Sasha Banks. I mean, as much
<v Speaker 4>as I despise Mercedes, like to my core in the ring,
<v Speaker 4>her and Bianca were just incredible so she's more than
<v Speaker 4>capable of it, and I just hope that she's maybe
<v Speaker 4>able to pick up the slack of Jade. The sad
<v Speaker 4>part is if they do clash at WrestleMania, even if
<v Speaker 4>Bianca has to make up a lot of the work
<v Speaker 4>of Jade and pick up a lot of the slack,
<v Speaker 4>the match is still going to be ten minutes tops
<v Speaker 4>you know, It's just just the way it's going to be. Sadly,
<v Speaker 4>Seth Rollins returning and forming a new alliance to take
<v Speaker 4>down the Vision, that's not a bad idea. I mean
<v Speaker 4>Seth Rollins returning and attacking the Vision specifically bron Breaker
<v Speaker 4>and Bronson Reid seems to be exactly what he's going
<v Speaker 4>to do and should do. But coming with a new alliance,
<v Speaker 4>who all I mean, do we also need to see
<v Speaker 4>Seth in another group because that's what we just saw
<v Speaker 4>and then he got injured. Is Seth in a group
<v Speaker 4>the best use of Seth maybe because it does lighten
<v Speaker 4>the workload for a potential future injury. He does at
<v Speaker 4>this point need to kind of start to build the
<v Speaker 4>next generation of stars, and Seths in the prime, albeit
<v Speaker 4>second half of his prime of his career, it's a
<v Speaker 4>good time to bring Seth into a babyface group to
<v Speaker 4>help take down the Vision. Now. I would say too, though,
<v Speaker 4>that even if he doesn't bring a group, you could
<v Speaker 4>have just common enemies aligned with Seth and it's not
<v Speaker 4>an official group. They just all have a common enemy
<v Speaker 4>of the Vision. L A Knight, for example. L A.
<v Speaker 4>Knight is scheduled to come back very soon. It could
<v Speaker 4>be as soon as Monday Night. It could be as
<v Speaker 4>late as the Royal Rumble. But I mean I would
<v Speaker 4>save La Night for the Rumble, to be honest with you,
<v Speaker 4>save some. I mean, we're far into the the Rumble season.
<v Speaker 4>I think enough now, where what the hell is another
<v Speaker 4>few weeks?
<v Speaker 2>But that's what I think.
<v Speaker 4>It's gonna be more just an alliance of circumstance than
<v Speaker 4>it is a dedicated group that he's gonna build to
<v Speaker 4>help take down the Vision. That's my that's my guess.
<v Speaker 4>Finn Balor getting a singles run for the IC title,
<v Speaker 4>whether in Dirty Dom's absence or challenging Dirty Dom, well,
<v Speaker 4>Finn Balor has been in need of a singles run
<v Speaker 4>for how many years? I'm four or five years now.
<v Speaker 4>Finn Balor has been pushed aside. He's a side character.
<v Speaker 4>He's an afterthought, yet still very good in the ring. Yes,
<v Speaker 4>the dirty Dom Finn Balor tension has to be paid off.
<v Speaker 4>It has to be. I would totally agree with that
<v Speaker 4>because to me, in my mind, the judgment date doesn't
<v Speaker 4>exist anymore. But we'll see. We'll see if they act
<v Speaker 4>decided to go that way Finn Balor, it would do
<v Speaker 4>really good things for both guys because Dom needs a
<v Speaker 4>Rustlemanni opponent. There's a lot of history and time spent
<v Speaker 4>between Finn and Dom, and a lot of tension that
<v Speaker 4>is built over the years between Finn and Dom that
<v Speaker 4>it's a rivalry right there. And you know, the quality
<v Speaker 4>of match you're going to get with these two is
<v Speaker 4>going to be four stars minimum. So Naomi returning at
<v Speaker 4>Summer Slam in some capacity to a baby face pop, Yeah,
<v Speaker 4>SummerSlam seems to be more likely obviously with the baby
<v Speaker 4>if she wants to come back. We all assume that
<v Speaker 4>she's just going to but you know, maybe she decides, Hey,
<v Speaker 4>this mother thing is pretty good. I've been smart with
<v Speaker 4>my finances and uh, I just want to move on
<v Speaker 4>to the next stage of my life. It's not impossible
<v Speaker 4>but assuming as she comes back SummerSlam, I would say
<v Speaker 4>is the earliest, Yeah, I would say at the latest
<v Speaker 4>maybe next Rumble. But Naomi coming back would be fun.
<v Speaker 4>She was just starting to get into her character. Proceed
<v Speaker 4>with caution and all the rest caution tape. It sucks
<v Speaker 4>from a professional standpoint, you know, to me, it's not
<v Speaker 4>as important as raising another human being. But from a
<v Speaker 4>professional standpoint, she was just starting to catch on, just
<v Speaker 4>starting to really find herself as a character. So she'll
<v Speaker 4>be able to, I think, slide right back into that
<v Speaker 4>upon her return. So she's at least got a formula
<v Speaker 4>that she knows works and has life left in it.
<v Speaker 4>She doesn't have to reinvent herself. I hope she doesn't
<v Speaker 4>come back as the glow Naomi. That would be really disappointing,
<v Speaker 4>you know, in the next six to twelve months. So
<v Speaker 4>to me, she just slide right back into the one
<v Speaker 4>she was doing. It was awesome. Her promos came together everything.
<v Speaker 4>It's all of a sudden, you know, you're thinking to yourself,
<v Speaker 4>where have you been? Okay montes forward finally getting a

<v Speaker 5>Christmas special. Joe Henji opens the show as he was

<v Speaker 5>on a stool as he was hosting a mini Christmas
<v Speaker 5>concert alongside some women and of course the quote unquote
<v Speaker 5>misfits of the wwe Akure tazawo Otis and some guy
<v Speaker 5>in an easter bunny suit who we will get to
<v Speaker 5>as big reveal. Later on, Joe Hendry wishes everyone Merry
<v Speaker 5>Christmas and decides to give the gift of a holiday
<v Speaker 5>song to the w W fans. Hendry sings about the
<v Speaker 5>misses tiny balls, which in my opinion was very cringely
<v Speaker 5>and a bit embarrassing to sing about someone's private parts,
<v Speaker 5>but whatever comedy is comedy anyway. The miss interrupts Joe Hendry.
<v Speaker 5>He tells Joe to stop singing that song. They continue
<v Speaker 5>to have a back and forth confrontation which then led
<v Speaker 5>to the general manager of frid Night SmackDown, mister Nick
<v Speaker 5>allan Is coming out and telling them is that he
<v Speaker 5>has a match against Joe Hendry. It will be a
<v Speaker 5>Christmas gimmicky match called a Miracle on thirty fourth Street fight,
<v Speaker 5>which immediately happened after a brief commercial break. This match
<v Speaker 5>lasted eleven minutes and thirty six seconds, with a couple
<v Speaker 5>of hilarious points. First, Henry using the candy cane candlestick
<v Speaker 5>as he places it between the missus legs to hit
<v Speaker 5>the misses proverbial tiny balls. The second comedic part of
<v Speaker 5>this match was Otis going for the worm finisher on
<v Speaker 5>the miz after having a cookie break, because if you
<v Speaker 5>leave food in front of Otis, he will eat. And
<v Speaker 5>the third and final comedic part of this match is
<v Speaker 5>that we got the big reveal as to who was
<v Speaker 5>the mystery person in the Easter Bunny suit, and it
<v Speaker 5>was none other than Our Truth as he delivers a
<v Speaker 5>I guess you could say a five knuckle Easter Bunny
<v Speaker 5>shuffle to the Mizz. But then as we fast forward
<v Speaker 5>to the tailor of the match after one, we saw
<v Speaker 5>Joe Hendry as he uses his guitar and smashes it
<v Speaker 5>on the Miss. I guess you could say, allah, Jeff Jarrett.
<v Speaker 5>We then see Joe Henry going for the standing ovation
<v Speaker 5>choke slam to the Miz through a slim gym table.
<v Speaker 5>Henry goes for the cover and one, two three, Joe
<v Speaker 5>Hendry gets the victory in this comedic kimmicky miracle on
<v Speaker 5>thirty fourth Street Fight match and in the process once
<v Speaker 5>again embarrasses the Miz because the Mizz is such a
<v Speaker 5>fall guy, He's such a good little soldier. In w
<v Speaker 5>W A host match, we see Joe Hendry, Otis a
<v Speaker 5>Characterizawa and Our Truth do the Joe Hendry Wave to
<v Speaker 5>close off this part, of the show as everybody in
<v Speaker 5>the crowd was doing the Joe Hendry wave. Well, overall,
<v Speaker 5>I gotta say it was a fun, okay match. It's
<v Speaker 5>a small sample size of what we will see Joe
<v Speaker 5>Henry doing on the main roster, and hopefully we don't
<v Speaker 5>see him in too many of these sideshow comedic segments.
<v Speaker 5>He does have some good innering chemistry with them, is
<v Speaker 5>stemming from their house show appearances with the matches that
<v Speaker 5>it had while they were on the w W European
<v Speaker 5>tour during the summer of this year. Will this lead
<v Speaker 5>to another Joe Hendry and mismatch in the near future,
<v Speaker 5>whether on NXT or on an episode of Finance backdown,
<v Speaker 5>Let's see, we're doing the show And after the show,
<v Speaker 5>there were reports and rumors that Joe Hendry we moving
<v Speaker 5>up to the main roster sooner rather than later and
<v Speaker 5>that SmackDown will become his new main roster home. But

<v Speaker 5>done multiple concerts in different promotions. So shout out to

<v Speaker 4>want to say up front because it's what I'm about
<v Speaker 4>to say sounds horrible and I don't mean it to be.
<v Speaker 4>You know, if I felt this way truly, you guys
<v Speaker 4>know I would have no hesitation, right I mean that,
<v Speaker 4>I just tell you as it is. Booker t is
<v Speaker 4>a I think approaching legendary status in pro wrestling. He's
<v Speaker 4>I don't think he's up there with Austin or Hogan
<v Speaker 4>or Rock or Taker, I mean the guys that we
<v Speaker 4>all talk about and debate about, and Rick Flair on No,
<v Speaker 4>I don't think he is, but he's certainly a Hall
<v Speaker 4>of famer. I respect everything he has brought to the
<v Speaker 4>business in WCW, Harlem Heat to King Booka and Queen
<v Speaker 4>Charmel and all the rest. And his feud with the
<v Speaker 4>Rock was really good. I mean, he has some great
<v Speaker 4>moments in w Even if you didn't watch any of
<v Speaker 4>his work in WW or WCW, I really enjoyed a
<v Speaker 4>lot of what he did in bringing the energy. He
<v Speaker 4>was actually good with comedic timing, his work with gold Dust.
<v Speaker 4>He had some great moments, and I really have nothing
<v Speaker 4>bad to say about him as a wrestler in WWE
<v Speaker 4>or even WCW the little I watched him in WCW
<v Speaker 4>from that matter, but as a commentator, I just I
<v Speaker 4>cannot stand Booker T. I don't think, first and foremost,
<v Speaker 4>his voice is not meant for radio. It's meant for
<v Speaker 4>wrestling promos. He has a very attention grabbing voice as
<v Speaker 4>a wrestling promo, but he's not a voice you can
<v Speaker 4>listen to for long periods of time. It's scratchy. It's
<v Speaker 4>just the way it is. It's just his voice. That's
<v Speaker 4>just the way it is. My voice isn't the greatest
<v Speaker 4>for podcasting. I've given it a go and it's been okay.
<v Speaker 4>But the point is, though, like Booker T needs to
<v Speaker 4>just step away from commentary. In my opinion, I don't
<v Speaker 4>find his humor on commentary or his little quips that
<v Speaker 4>he puts out there entertaining. I just don't think it's
<v Speaker 4>a good fit for him and to hear him if
<v Speaker 4>he's singing the Joe Henry song and it's a botch.
<v Speaker 4>The fact that we even need to consider this a
<v Speaker 4>botcher or have a conversation that it's a batch when
<v Speaker 4>clearly he was probably just trying to sing along and
<v Speaker 4>maybe be funny, but it was so bad that people
<v Speaker 4>are wondering why that was horrible. Was that an actual
<v Speaker 4>attempt by Booker to sing his song. That's all you
<v Speaker 4>need to know. I mean, sorry, book I really respect
<v Speaker 4>the hell out of what you did in the ring,
<v Speaker 4>but you gotta step away from the booth. You just
<v Speaker 4>have to. I mean, they just keep putting him in there,
<v Speaker 4>and I just I don't get it. I don't see
<v Speaker 4>the appeal of Booker T on commentary. He's a smart guy.
<v Speaker 4>He's a smart guy. He knows his wrestling. He's done
<v Speaker 4>it for how many years. I actually don't know the
<v Speaker 4>length of his career. I'd have to it's got to
<v Speaker 4>be twenty years. But I cannot take him on commentary.
<v Speaker 4>He's not as bad as some of the people I've
<v Speaker 4>seen come through the ringer and there's been some really
<v Speaker 4>bad people in commentary. Booker T though he's not on
<v Speaker 4>my He's not on my nice list for commentary. That's
<v Speaker 4>my personal opinion. But maybe if I want to punish myself,
<v Speaker 4>I'll go google that or YouTube it and look for
<v Speaker 4>Booker T singing the Joe Henry song. My goodness, Thank you, DJ,
<v Speaker 4>thank you for the updates. What's going on DNA as
<v Speaker 4>always with Joe Hendry and others, And yes, we're all
<v Speaker 4>looking forward to the main roster debut, the consistent how
<v Speaker 4>about that, because he's already he's already debuted. It's the
<v Speaker 4>consistent debut or the whatever you want to label it like,
<v Speaker 4>it's true. I'm here moment. So far, it's been in out,
<v Speaker 4>in out, in out. I'm gonna appear not I'm here.
<v Speaker 4>I'm not you know, start stop, start stop, star stop.
<v Speaker 4>So maybe this past week when he was singing jingle
<v Speaker 4>bells and he was putting in a comedy segment, perhaps
<v Speaker 4>that was his official debut, so to speak. We'll see,
