<v Speaker 1>He'll be like, a don't be beer, it's the Internet.
<v Speaker 1>You're busy. Let's do this for September twentieth, twenty twenty four.
<v Speaker 1>For the next hour or so, let me help you
<v Speaker 1>sort through the world of gaming on Game Mess Mornings
<v Speaker 1>Live with Me Jeff Grubb. Today, Sega announced a surprising
<v Speaker 1>new game and Sam Fisher is back sorta. But first,
<v Speaker 1>please join me and welcoming today's co host the Game
<v Speaker 1>Mess Mornings. It's tamorro husseinin everybody, dam how are you doing.
<v Speaker 2>I am here, I am doing.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, we're doing okay, Yes, okay, I'll taken Okay, guys, okay, I.
<v Speaker 2>I am. I woke up this morning and I looked
<v Speaker 2>at Twitter. Yes, okay, and I have known for a
<v Speaker 2>really long time that Twitter is cooked.
<v Speaker 1>Oh yeah, it's done.
<v Speaker 2>I did not realize how cooked it was it's been
<v Speaker 2>until recently. Oh it is.
<v Speaker 1>Bad.
<v Speaker 2>It's it's your boy, Your Boy, your boy preview Dragon Age.
<v Speaker 2>Let me tell you there are some people opposite about
<v Speaker 2>Dragon Age existing.
<v Speaker 1>Oh cool, just existing, that's fine.
<v Speaker 2>Oh my existing in whatever form it currently is. Man,
<v Speaker 2>holy ship, my go check out my mentions in that week.
<v Speaker 1>Oh fine, okay, yeah.
<v Speaker 2>Wow, but I do have a good update. Okay over
<v Speaker 2>the weekend, previous weekend up, we've won Jan Jerome Ochoa. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>he pulled up in a van. He was a man
<v Speaker 2>in a van and named Jan in a van, a
<v Speaker 2>man in named Jam in the van. We got that.
<v Speaker 2>He pulled up, picked up my couch that we needed
<v Speaker 2>to return and went in another ure. Me and him
<v Speaker 2>went to the office rescued another couch. Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>I saw that picture that one was good.
<v Speaker 2>Stole some snacks, almost stole the giant golden YouTube thing
<v Speaker 2>that games got. I was like, it says games on it.
<v Speaker 2>If it is a games stolen.
<v Speaker 1>And you you successfully returned the couch.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah. So we went all the way down there and
<v Speaker 2>they were like, you need the box. You need a box,
<v Speaker 2>and I was like, I don't have a box. I
<v Speaker 2>did like plastic wrap it, so it's plastic wrapped up,
<v Speaker 2>and they were like, we need the box. I was like,
<v Speaker 2>you clearly don't need the box. And the lady was like,
<v Speaker 2>let me go and talk to my manager. And I
<v Speaker 2>was like, if you're going to talk to your manager,
<v Speaker 2>that means there is a scenario where you could do
<v Speaker 2>this without a box. Just fucking do it without the box.
<v Speaker 2>And then she was like, we need the box, but
<v Speaker 2>I'll tell you what, bring your van over so I
<v Speaker 2>can look at it. I'm like, how's that gonna help?
<v Speaker 2>Clearly an option.
<v Speaker 1>You're gonna see that there is no box still and
<v Speaker 1>the same situation.
<v Speaker 2>And then she was like, I just want to see it.
<v Speaker 2>So I think she also thought it was like this
<v Speaker 2>fucking huge couch. It's a tiny get my ass barely
<v Speaker 2>fit on it, which is why I was giving it back.
<v Speaker 2>She looks it, and she looked and she looks at us,
<v Speaker 2>and she goes, I'll take it, bring in, which is great.
<v Speaker 1>So we brought it in, saying Jan Chat is saying
<v Speaker 1>Tam was very patient with the Walmart people.
<v Speaker 2>I was I was about to pop off if they
<v Speaker 2>said no, I was gonna pop off.
<v Speaker 1>You didn't.
<v Speaker 2>That was also very cognizant that I was with Jan
<v Speaker 2>and I didn't want to, you know.
<v Speaker 1>His stock with the Walmart folks, of course.
<v Speaker 2>Exactly exactly.
<v Speaker 1>And then she was like, seen some raw dog couches
<v Speaker 1>in Walmart aisles before, like they they did. They saw
<v Speaker 1>him like that. Sometimes what the hell?
<v Speaker 2>They had like some stuff behind them that were they
<v Speaker 2>were given like clearly all like processed refunds. She was
<v Speaker 2>handled by wolverine, but like that stuff was shredded. I
<v Speaker 2>then went to got the things. She looked at it and
<v Speaker 2>she was like, okay, great, you've got the various pieces hair,
<v Speaker 2>You've got the the side pillows. And I was like,
<v Speaker 2>uh huh uh huh, I got all that. She processed it.
<v Speaker 2>I went outside and I looked at Jan and I
<v Speaker 2>was like, Jan, I forgot to bring the side pillows.
<v Speaker 2>Let's get out.
<v Speaker 1>Got the fuck out, just the vands, screeching tires healing
<v Speaker 1>out of the Walmart parking lot.
<v Speaker 2>Hell, yeah, we go. We got the hell out of
<v Speaker 2>the asap rocky.
<v Speaker 1>Well, I'm glad you were able to make it happen.
<v Speaker 1>Is Is there a new couch that will be in
<v Speaker 1>your life at some point?
<v Speaker 2>I hope so, man, I really really hope. So I'm
<v Speaker 2>struggling to find the one that is like good size.
<v Speaker 2>I don't think I'm gonna get like a decent recline
<v Speaker 2>or like daybed style sofa that is, you know, the
<v Speaker 2>size that I need it that isn't made of a
<v Speaker 2>material my cat's or shred, So I might end up
<v Speaker 2>just doing like a nice chair. Yeah, get a lazy
<v Speaker 2>then that's probably it.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, kick back, recline, have a good time. Yeah. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>you're one of the many people that has travel coming up.
<v Speaker 1>You are you ready for that?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah? I did wake up with a sore throat, which
<v Speaker 2>is a bad omen, which is why I'm chugging chugging,
<v Speaker 2>or I'm like eating a lot of lozenges, breaking the
<v Speaker 2>rule of don't eat while you're on camera.
<v Speaker 1>We're going to protect our boy, Tam. Everybody let them lett.
<v Speaker 2>I think it was pretty cold yesterday and I have
<v Speaker 2>no respect for the weather, so I went out in
<v Speaker 2>a T shirt and shorts, and then I had an
<v Speaker 2>ice latte, which is probably a mistake, and then I
<v Speaker 2>woke up with a sore throat. So I feel like
<v Speaker 2>it's all connected, and my help is my help is
<v Speaker 2>by tomorrow it'll be fine.
<v Speaker 1>Well, let's get you through this. Let's get you through today.
<v Speaker 1>I get you rested up for your trip and stuff
<v Speaker 1>like that, and explain what we do here most weekdays,
<v Speaker 1>I Jeff Grub will help piece your gaming life back together.
<v Speaker 1>That includes breaking news and maybe even some of our
<v Speaker 1>own original reporting for all these topics. I'll get the
<v Speaker 1>input of a bona fide expert who will make me
<v Speaker 1>look smart. If you were watching live on Twitch welcome.
<v Speaker 1>You can always listen to the show later on podcast
<v Speaker 1>feeds by searching for Game Mess Mornings, or find the
<v Speaker 1>RSS on giant bomb dot com. You can also catch
<v Speaker 1>the show later with chapters and timestamps on YouTube. Hello YouTube.
<v Speaker 1>All right, we have a lot to get into, so
<v Speaker 1>let's start the morning mess with next. Like a Dragon
<v Speaker 1>is a pirate adventure starring Moduma. This is from Darren
<v Speaker 1>bonthus At Games.
<v Speaker 2>Did it? They finally did it?
<v Speaker 1>Did it? They really just did it?
<v Speaker 2>Everyone the thing they won, which is a Maduma game.
<v Speaker 1>And it's kind of like find the most Moduma game.
<v Speaker 1>It's boggers.
<v Speaker 2>Beautiful.
<v Speaker 1>Segaku Studio have revealed.
<v Speaker 2>Let me have that again to watch a third time.
<v Speaker 1>Gorlamiku Studio. Like a Dragon, I'm gonna lose it each time,
<v Speaker 1>and this time everyone's favorite. Yeahca is a loose canning Goro.
<v Speaker 1>Majuma will be the star of it. Like a Dragon pirate,
<v Speaker 1>Like a dragon pirate Yaa in Hawaii, which is the
<v Speaker 1>full name. We'll see an amnesiac Moduma reinvent himself as
<v Speaker 1>a pirate captain searching for a legendary treasure and adventure
<v Speaker 1>that will see him cross swords with Hawaiian pirate gangs.
<v Speaker 1>The first tailor, Yeah, go ahead.
<v Speaker 2>Please Sega, if you're watching this, thank you, thank you
<v Speaker 2>so much for this. This is what I needed. This
<v Speaker 2>is a bomb for my soul. They just were like,
<v Speaker 2>what can we do with Majuma And they were like,
<v Speaker 2>make him crazier and make him forget what's going on
<v Speaker 2>and make him a pirate and they went, hell, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>let's do it. Oh my god, this is this sounds
<v Speaker 2>incredible to me.
<v Speaker 1>I so so people like, Okay, what exactly is it?
<v Speaker 1>It's they're doing the thing. They're going to reuse the
<v Speaker 1>Hawaii map. And then there's a couple of new settings
<v Speaker 1>as well. There's an island, a pirate island that Moduma
<v Speaker 1>will be able to build up or something doesn't necessarily
<v Speaker 1>look look like it's gonna be the animal crossing game again,
<v Speaker 1>might be something else different happening there. And then there's
<v Speaker 1>a place called mad Atlantis, which is like a massive
<v Speaker 1>pirate cove like casino thing at sea. It looks bonkers.
<v Speaker 1>I am, I don't know, it's it's hard to like
<v Speaker 1>put your finger on exactly all the things is gonna
<v Speaker 1>be able to do in this game, because, as in
<v Speaker 1>a lot of like a Dragon games, it's gonna be
<v Speaker 1>a lot. They did show the combat. There was a
<v Speaker 1>gameplay of a trailer. All all this stuff's up on
<v Speaker 1>GameSpot dot com. Everybody can check it out there. There
<v Speaker 1>is an extended gameplay trailer though, where they actually came
<v Speaker 1>out in stage for this you know Rio Coo Kotoku Festival,
<v Speaker 1>where they're like, hey, let's let's actually tell you what
<v Speaker 1>this game is. They showed the combat. It is super
<v Speaker 1>action heavy combat. So they're like, once again offering different
<v Speaker 1>flavors of what this is going to be. You know,
<v Speaker 1>the turn based stuff in like a Dragon Infinite Wealth
<v Speaker 1>is still happening, and then over here they're going to
<v Speaker 1>have Majuba is going to be able to jump like
<v Speaker 1>for example, which is not something that you can frequently
<v Speaker 1>do in these games. So yeah, it looks kind of
<v Speaker 1>like what I want, Like, Okay, take these characters that
<v Speaker 1>I love, and you reuse this setting because it was
<v Speaker 1>fantastic and do something slightly different. I'm personally hoping it
<v Speaker 1>has a little bit of Sid Meyers pirates in it.
<v Speaker 1>I would love to like just go out to see
<v Speaker 1>and take on ships and take their cargo and take
<v Speaker 1>it to the port I know where I could sell
<v Speaker 1>that for the highest price. But even as as it is,
<v Speaker 1>what we've seen so far looks very fun.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I Sega and the RGG team are the kings
<v Speaker 2>of reusing content like they do it so well, and
<v Speaker 2>I'm just like, yeah, let them reuse it stuff. They'll
<v Speaker 2>come up with something stupid to do with it.
<v Speaker 1>Yep, it's uh.
<v Speaker 2>I hope this. I hope this genuinely turns into just
<v Speaker 2>like a one piece parody. Well it's fucking oh shit,
<v Speaker 2>much of my eight of fruit and now he's made
<v Speaker 2>of rubber.
<v Speaker 1>That seems almost very likely at a certain point that
<v Speaker 1>they would do something like that. Yeah, they also like
<v Speaker 1>a lot of cameos. Samoa Joe the wrestler showed up
<v Speaker 1>at the end of the trailer. Looks like Moduma will
<v Speaker 1>have like a whole new crew to work with. It's
<v Speaker 1>just it, it's fun, and you know, RGG is the
<v Speaker 1>kind of studio where they have frequently put out games.
<v Speaker 1>I thought they would slow down a little bit after
<v Speaker 1>Infinite Wealth, because before that they had two spinoffs when
<v Speaker 1>it was like a remaster. Maybe they both were, but
<v Speaker 1>it's like, oh, they had three games really quick back
<v Speaker 1>to back. This feels like, no, they're not slowing down.
<v Speaker 1>They have the capacity to keep putting these games out
<v Speaker 1>very frequently, and I'm not getting tired of it. Do
<v Speaker 1>you think there's any any sense that people are getting
<v Speaker 1>tired of this because I'm only getting more excited about
<v Speaker 1>like a dragon, I.
<v Speaker 2>Don't think so. I think more people are coming into it,
<v Speaker 2>especially off the Infinite Wealth. Infinite Wealth was more people
<v Speaker 2>that I'm never expected to be playing Yakas, like, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>I'm playing Yukas are right now, and I was like,
<v Speaker 2>what the okay, let's go, and yeah, so I'm I
<v Speaker 2>think it's it's like definitely growing.
<v Speaker 1>It really seems like it is.
<v Speaker 2>Why isn't Why isn't this news story promoted on the
<v Speaker 2>front of GameSpot dot com. I don't know, unacceptable?
<v Speaker 1>Uh, TAM's gonna lay down the law. Yeah, I am
<v Speaker 1>very excited about this. It was this is more than
<v Speaker 1>I was anticipating when over the last few months we've
<v Speaker 1>been talking about, Hey, they said they're going to have
<v Speaker 1>something unexpected at their RGG Fest right before Tokyo Game Show.
<v Speaker 1>What could it be? And then we saw the Akus
<v Speaker 1>of Wars thing which I did that did? Did that
<v Speaker 1>get confirmed? It's like something I think that did get confirmed.
<v Speaker 1>It's like a mobile game. I'm like, no, I'm like
<v Speaker 1>misremembering or not able to actually place that in a
<v Speaker 1>solid reality.
<v Speaker 2>But I don't think it did. I think it popped up.
<v Speaker 1>And then it's a gotcha is what some people are saying, Yes, Lexie,
<v Speaker 1>and then yeah that it sounds familiar, but I must not.
<v Speaker 1>I must not have cared, because it's just like went
<v Speaker 1>in my brain immediately forgot it.
<v Speaker 2>Uh.
<v Speaker 1>But you know, I was getting my hopes up for that,
<v Speaker 1>and now even then though I wasn't like, oh, well
<v Speaker 1>that's going to be some massive thing, even when I
<v Speaker 1>had my hopes up as high as they possibly were,
<v Speaker 1>this surpasses everything I was I was kind of hoping
<v Speaker 1>for here. So uh yeah, very exciting, very very interesting. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>it's got your thing for mobile for China, says Chat,
<v Speaker 1>So hey shout out. Do you enjoy your Yukisa Wars.
<v Speaker 1>I will be playing this just China, man, I mean,
<v Speaker 1>it'll probably come everywhere eventually. But you know those things
<v Speaker 1>when they start in China can eventually filter out. But yeah, boy,
<v Speaker 1>don't we know that Jesus next story, there's a report,
<v Speaker 1>don't there's a report that Concord director has stepped down
<v Speaker 1>as studios is being left in limbo. This is from
<v Speaker 1>Alex Hopley, a game reactor. Concord will go down as
<v Speaker 1>one of the biggest flops of the year. Unfortunately, Sony's
<v Speaker 1>live service here at the role just failed to attract
<v Speaker 1>an audience, despite reviews pointing to strongcore gameplay. Now we're
<v Speaker 1>hearing reports that everyone at Firewalk Studio is worried about
<v Speaker 1>what the future may hold. Kotaku has spoken to several
<v Speaker 1>sources which say that the game's director, Ryan Ellis, has
<v Speaker 1>stepped down from his role following the failure of Concord.
<v Speaker 1>According to the same sources, Ellis was too emotional to
<v Speaker 1>speak at some meetings following the flop and won't be
<v Speaker 1>around to helm Concord again if it resurfaces. There is
<v Speaker 1>a massive amount of uncertainty about what happens next with Concord.
<v Speaker 1>The game doesn't have an audience, and so Sony pulled
<v Speaker 1>it after two weeks of being online. Some believe it'll
<v Speaker 1>come back as a PlayStation plus exclusive so more people
<v Speaker 1>can try it. That just doesn't seem like it's gonna happen,
<v Speaker 1>while others think it's simply gone for good. More content
<v Speaker 1>for Concord was planned, including new maps, free gunners, and more,
<v Speaker 1>but we're unsure if we'll get to ever see any
<v Speaker 1>of that in the future. Yeah, it feels like we're
<v Speaker 1>like in the middle of the fallout of whatever happens
<v Speaker 1>next with this team and this game, and partially because
<v Speaker 1>I'm not sure they know what they're going to do
<v Speaker 1>with it next, right, No.
<v Speaker 2>I don't. I mean, I don't know whether they know.
<v Speaker 2>I'm sure they have concepts of a plan, but I
<v Speaker 2>don't think the issue is I don't think they expected
<v Speaker 2>a failure on this level as quickly as it happened.
<v Speaker 2>No one's ready for that, Like, no one's ever ready
<v Speaker 2>for that. So and it's that means that it's not
<v Speaker 2>just like a let's figure out what this game is
<v Speaker 2>going to become. It's like, let's figure out what this
<v Speaker 2>studio even is. Because we put a lot of eggs
<v Speaker 2>into this basket and this is all we thought about
<v Speaker 2>and this is all we like we expected. I assure
<v Speaker 2>they expected some level. They probably had a worst case
<v Speaker 2>scenario plan ready to be like, oh, if it doesn't
<v Speaker 2>take off and we have like half the players that
<v Speaker 2>we have, what do we do. I don't think they
<v Speaker 2>expected like we have basically no players. Yeah, so yeah,
<v Speaker 2>how can you expect? So?
<v Speaker 1>I wouldn't be surprised if this is this isn't the
<v Speaker 1>last we see of Concord and it does reappear, but
<v Speaker 1>I don't know to what end.
<v Speaker 2>At this point, it feels like the it feels like
<v Speaker 2>the perception around it and the kind of pr damage
<v Speaker 2>that has been done is gonna just hurt anything that
<v Speaker 2>they try and do from this point on. Short of
<v Speaker 2>like asset flipping it into a completely different new game,
<v Speaker 2>there's not much they can do. You know what they
<v Speaker 2>should do? They should take that all all that stuff
<v Speaker 2>and make a new Time Splitters, turn it into a
<v Speaker 2>first person shooter that is like weird and loose and
<v Speaker 2>like has that Time Splitters he kind of vibe to it,
<v Speaker 2>and maybe you'll have something there. But I don't know, man,
<v Speaker 2>that that's a big, big, big thing that you have
<v Speaker 2>to do now to try and salvage whatever this thing is.
<v Speaker 2>And everyone takes the piss, which is fine, but it's
<v Speaker 2>all fun in games until you see like, yeah, average Joe,
<v Speaker 2>people who are just trying to make a game, losing
<v Speaker 2>their jobs or just like falling apart and their future. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>being unsure about the future, and like, I mean, like
<v Speaker 2>it is what it is like, but it still also sucks.
<v Speaker 2>This is a brutal industry and yeah, that that is
<v Speaker 2>a one of the one of the worst stories of
<v Speaker 2>video game development in a long time.
<v Speaker 1>Yep I, I I tend agree with you that there's
<v Speaker 1>a chance then comes back, but what form? Who knows.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think the idea like, oh, it comes back
<v Speaker 1>as a PlayStation Plus exclusive that that that doesn't make
<v Speaker 1>any sense because it's just no one cared about it
<v Speaker 1>when it was free beta, And I think putting in
<v Speaker 1>PlayStation Plus is just not going to make much of
<v Speaker 1>a difference. It would have to be a much different
<v Speaker 1>game at that point.
<v Speaker 2>I also feel like Sony is getting away with not
<v Speaker 2>taking any blame for this, Like people are really shitting
<v Speaker 2>on the stud video, people are really shitting on the game.
<v Speaker 2>The game didn't really work for me, but I know
<v Speaker 2>multiple people that played it and enjoyed it. And while
<v Speaker 2>I was playing it, I was like, oh, I could
<v Speaker 2>see why how people would like this. The marketing was
<v Speaker 2>non existent until like two days before that thing came out,
<v Speaker 2>Like I no one knew what what was going on
<v Speaker 2>with that game. No one even knew was coming out,
<v Speaker 2>Like Sony in many ways sent that game out to die.
<v Speaker 2>So I'm I'm very very surprised they're getting away with
<v Speaker 2>letting the studio takes so much of the ship shovel
<v Speaker 2>being shoveled at that game.
<v Speaker 1>Like they yeah, I mean the pretty much initiative that
<v Speaker 1>we know, like they want more live service games, you know.
<v Speaker 2>But they didn't step up and promote the first of
<v Speaker 2>the ones that they had, and.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, like they do feel completely like, you know, we
<v Speaker 1>don't have a living, breathing Sony, like overseeing what this
<v Speaker 1>initiative really looks like to its total fruition, where it's like, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>which has them things, but what does it actually look like?
<v Speaker 1>What is your part in making sure those things are
<v Speaker 1>going to the finish line? That was not noticeable here?
<v Speaker 2>And that must make like the Marathon team and the
<v Speaker 2>fair Games team like a little bit nervous to know
<v Speaker 2>that there's a chance that these guys will just like
<v Speaker 2>throw us under a bus in the first opportunity they get.
<v Speaker 1>Yep. And yeah, there's a lot more coming from Sony
<v Speaker 1>in terms of life service, although who knows how many
<v Speaker 1>of those things actually survive at this point. They got
<v Speaker 1>to learn some lessons from this and apply it, and
<v Speaker 1>I think the Sony side is the more important one here.
<v Speaker 1>Firewalk made a game that by all counts and I
<v Speaker 1>played some, but I thought it was decent. In a
<v Speaker 1>decent game should be able to be able to find
<v Speaker 1>its footing better than that dead and that. Yeah, the
<v Speaker 1>failures just go so much detail.
<v Speaker 2>It was you can say, I like, I wasn't huge
<v Speaker 2>into it, but I can very very least say the
<v Speaker 2>foundation of something really cool was there, and it could
<v Speaker 2>have been a thing that they build on and eventually
<v Speaker 2>it becomes a game that people really enjoy, you know,
<v Speaker 2>one of those I don't know, like Warframe. I guess
<v Speaker 2>like when that came out of people were like, but
<v Speaker 2>then like a couple of.
<v Speaker 1>Years every year amazing. Yeah all right. Uh. Meanwhile, also
<v Speaker 1>at Sony, uh, we had that ESRB leak of Horizon
<v Speaker 1>zero Dawn remaster coming along, and now the latest rumor
<v Speaker 1>is there might be another remaster in the same vein. Uh,
<v Speaker 1>and that is a Day's Gone remaster. This is from our.
<v Speaker 2>Yesterday on Twitter. I pitched a new week, Jeff Crow
<v Speaker 2>be quiet week, Uh huh, in which you just don't
<v Speaker 2>say anything for a week. Listen, I say, I'm willing
<v Speaker 2>to bet it will be the greatest week of your life.
<v Speaker 2>You would just be on Bob.
<v Speaker 1>No, I'm taking vacation here pretty soon. I'm not going
<v Speaker 1>to say a single word to anybody. Uh. This is
<v Speaker 1>from Marcus person, a game reactor. Day's Gone may have
<v Speaker 1>never sold quite as quickly or widely as Sony might
<v Speaker 1>have hoped, and reviews at launch were mixed, and the
<v Speaker 1>game actually sold pretty well all things considered. Yeah, it
<v Speaker 1>was nine ten eleven million copies of something like that,
<v Speaker 1>both from critics and consumers. But there's no doubt that
<v Speaker 1>the game has its fans, and there are those who
<v Speaker 1>even claim that Days Gone is one of the most
<v Speaker 1>underrated PlayStation exclusives. Fans those exist, Pam, you know they're
<v Speaker 1>out there. They're in your mentions, probably talking about Dragon Age.
<v Speaker 1>Fans have expressed their hopes for a sequel online on
<v Speaker 1>several different occasions, but now it seems that at least
<v Speaker 1>a remaster of the game is on the way. This
<v Speaker 1>is according to persistent rumors that have started off to
<v Speaker 1>spread online. Jordan Middler of VGC rights Days Gone will
<v Speaker 1>be getting a remaster. It looks like it will end
<v Speaker 1>up being the remaster that grub mentioned the other day. Okay, look,
<v Speaker 1>uh yeah, this is it.
<v Speaker 2>I'm telling you mind Jeff grubb be quietly, Yeah, gonna.
<v Speaker 1>Be the week for Giant Bomb. We could do that
<v Speaker 1>here right after Infrastructure Week. Everybody, Yeah, this is this
<v Speaker 1>is this is it, this is what's uh.
<v Speaker 2>You know, sorry to go back to Jeff grub Be
<v Speaker 2>quiet It would love this. It would be you on
<v Speaker 2>every every show that we do. But you're basically like
<v Speaker 2>the doom guy portrait in the original Dooms, which don't
<v Speaker 2>you just like look in different directions and make like
<v Speaker 2>grimacing faces.
<v Speaker 1>That's very good at face control. I kind of'm not
<v Speaker 1>very expressive. That's all Mike's thing. I'm just like I
<v Speaker 1>can kind of grimace a little bit. I rest face.
<v Speaker 1>That's all I have. I Yeah, Hey, I don't care.
<v Speaker 2>Hey, you know what. As funny as I found the
<v Speaker 2>statement about people saying it was underrated. That game was fine,
<v Speaker 2>it was it was big whatever, Like.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, I get that there's always people is anyone out
<v Speaker 1>there that has like wanted to play this not played
<v Speaker 1>it already? It's been there.
<v Speaker 2>Who is this full? Right? Who is this full?
<v Speaker 1>And I mean, I guess I get that it's for
<v Speaker 1>like Sony to have a team work on a thing
<v Speaker 1>so they can get their feet wet with like the
<v Speaker 1>production schedule and timelines and all that stuff and brings
<v Speaker 1>people on board that make these games and it's something
<v Speaker 1>to work on between the big projects. So it's for
<v Speaker 1>them a little bit. But you got to have like
<v Speaker 1>a there's got to be someone in the market, and
<v Speaker 1>this game runs really well on PS five already. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know, do you think there's like new modes, because
<v Speaker 1>there's gonna waste your time on that.
<v Speaker 2>I think the best I can come up with is
<v Speaker 2>there's a group of people. There's a potential customer base
<v Speaker 2>out there that has no idea what Day's Gone is, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>and they just did not interface with it. And they
<v Speaker 2>will see an advert or a listing or a box
<v Speaker 2>on listing on PSN or a box on the shelf
<v Speaker 2>that is cool looking, dude, on a bike with backwards
<v Speaker 2>hat and then a lot of zombies and be like
<v Speaker 2>that looks like Walking Dead. I'm gonna buy that.
<v Speaker 1>That's that's true, And and really the can come up
<v Speaker 1>with the reality is reality is like, this is obviously
<v Speaker 1>the game you got to remaster next There is nothing
<v Speaker 1>ahead of this from PlayStation that they should be working
<v Speaker 1>on before this. I mean, it's not funny. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>if there was, they would be doing it. So that's
<v Speaker 1>not funny. I think it's pretty funny.
<v Speaker 2>Actually it hurts.
<v Speaker 1>Look. Yeah, that is definitely the thing that everyone pointed
<v Speaker 1>out that God Rise and Zero Don was one.
<v Speaker 2>Very excited for next month's Astro Bought remaster. Honestly, That's
<v Speaker 2>where I'm at.
<v Speaker 1>Hey, I'll take it if Yeah, Rise of Zero done
<v Speaker 1>and then this Day's Gone kind of getting remastered. It
<v Speaker 1>really is salting the wound a little bit of Bloodborne fans.
<v Speaker 1>But I think Bloodborne fans just got to recognize at
<v Speaker 1>a certain point that not even thinking about.
<v Speaker 2>You, yeah, Bloodborne fans are also very much meming for sure. Yes,
<v Speaker 2>we're having a great love Yeah I get yeah, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>exactly exactly, But also, who the fuck wants Days Gone
<v Speaker 2>on a re released. No one, you know what, fucking
<v Speaker 2>Deacon Saint John is the shittest name and the shittest
<v Speaker 2>character I have ever seen ever. Was crying about it
<v Speaker 2>on Twitter, and I was like, be lucky anyone mentioned
<v Speaker 2>your character's name ever again. Yeah, like, be happy that happened.
<v Speaker 1>Digging Saint John the best astro and astrobot of course,
<v Speaker 1>and Gavin did everyone?
<v Speaker 2>Did anyone ever use the phrase big deep energy in reference? Oh?
<v Speaker 1>They almost certainly had to have. I feel like I
<v Speaker 1>heard that, But if not, hey, well done.
<v Speaker 2>Thank you.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>I'm sure there's going to be people who I jest,
<v Speaker 2>but I'm sure there's gonna be people who are going
<v Speaker 2>to play this and be like this is cool. I
<v Speaker 2>like this because they did like Patch of course. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>they improved it, And when I played it, it wasn't terrible.
<v Speaker 2>It was just kind of bland and not anything that
<v Speaker 2>I was into. It was like functionally the gameplay loop
<v Speaker 2>was like fine. I can see people like switching off
<v Speaker 2>and being like I'm gonna shoot some zombies.
<v Speaker 1>I could also see people who weren't in the mood
<v Speaker 1>for it at the time being in the mood for
<v Speaker 1>it now and and like sure, it's been there, and
<v Speaker 1>you could play it in a not not like a
<v Speaker 1>oh an okay version, a really good version because it
<v Speaker 1>is the PS four game upgraded for PS five and
<v Speaker 1>then running really well. But whatever. When the game re releases,
<v Speaker 1>it does give you a chance to sort of remember it.
<v Speaker 1>But what's the price going to be?
<v Speaker 2>Is it out on piece?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah? I think it's it's on PC, was like one
<v Speaker 1>of the earlier PC releases.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, oh yeah it is. Is it's it's been like.
<v Speaker 1>It's been plastered everywhere.
<v Speaker 2>Now it's it's it's chance the hell I clicked Days
<v Speaker 2>Gone to Steam and it lists the reviews at Nina
<v Speaker 2>at ten.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, look, maybe maybe the children were right good.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>I never played Days Gone. I'm I mostly I just don't.
<v Speaker 1>I'm like, not know it for zombies, all this bike
<v Speaker 1>esthetic stuff. Not I don't need it. Of course, I
<v Speaker 1>have my Ride to Hell Retribution copyright here when I
<v Speaker 1>threw it during that podcast the other day. So what
<v Speaker 1>do I need Days Gone for? I don't Yeah, well, okay,
<v Speaker 1>what is going to be the price of this game?
<v Speaker 1>Because I feel like if it's forty dollars, oh okay,
<v Speaker 1>that's fine. More than that's kind of rough.
<v Speaker 2>I think they're gonna rock at full price, baby seventy
<v Speaker 2>at most will get sixty.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, okay, sixty sounds like definitely flaws. Okay, yeah.
<v Speaker 2>Oh well, the first review on the Steam for this is
<v Speaker 2>someone's shitting on Concorde and saying I can't believe they
<v Speaker 2>made Concorde and didn't make Days Gone Two.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, well, we're not gonna ma get Day's Gone two
<v Speaker 1>or more Concord buddy, don't worry. Uh okay, let's take
<v Speaker 1>a quick break when we come back. Uh. Sam Fisher
<v Speaker 1>is returning on Netflix. The Devill Make Cry series is
<v Speaker 1>coming out soon, and will Nintendo win its lawsuit against
<v Speaker 1>Power World? All that? Right after this? All right, we
<v Speaker 1>are back. Let's do this. Sam Fisher is getting the
<v Speaker 1>Netflix anime adaptationient treatment in splinter Cell death Watch. This
<v Speaker 1>is Ben Lyons a game Reactor. While we're still desperately
<v Speaker 1>awaiting official news and information about the splinter Cell remake,
<v Speaker 1>which they've announced, Ubisoft has presented a first snippet of
<v Speaker 1>a different splinter Cell project that it has in the
<v Speaker 1>works with Netflix. This is known as splinter Cell Deathwatch
<v Speaker 1>and is an anime adaptation of the famed stealth action series,
<v Speaker 1>one where Leave Schreiber will be taking on the task
<v Speaker 1>of voicing and bringing Sam Fisher into the format. While
<v Speaker 1>we don't yet know exactly when the series will debut,
<v Speaker 1>a twenty twenty five release does seem highly plausible as
<v Speaker 1>per the information we do know. For a fact, Netflix,
<v Speaker 1>Netflix has affirmed that the show is coming from both
<v Speaker 1>Ubisoft Film and Television and animation studio Sun Creature and Fast,
<v Speaker 1>that it will be directed by Yelm Deuce and Finish
<v Speaker 1>seeing cool dilge. Is that pretty good? So how they
<v Speaker 1>speak French?
<v Speaker 2>I love that?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I love that. I just barely pronounced the words.
<v Speaker 1>That's how you pronounce things in French.
<v Speaker 2>As someone who is not very good at speaking French,
<v Speaker 2>I personally am convinced that's perfect.
<v Speaker 1>That's perfect right. Written by John Wicks, Derek Colstad and
<v Speaker 1>produced by Colstad, Helen, a bunch of other names. I Hey, yeah, cool.
<v Speaker 1>I think that this is something that I will probably watch.
<v Speaker 1>Actually I will check it out.
<v Speaker 2>But you know what, it would be cool if they
<v Speaker 2>made a sucking video game and released it.
<v Speaker 1>That remake has been in the what works for a while, right, like.
<v Speaker 2>That remaking not that remake is on the shelf next
<v Speaker 2>to Beyond Good and Evil Too. That's where that is
<v Speaker 2>the line of releases. Beyond Good and Evil Too, and
<v Speaker 2>then Splinter Cell remake. Yeah really, and let me tell you,
<v Speaker 2>Beyond Good and Evil two is never coming out.
<v Speaker 1>And also yeah, I think Splinter so awesome maybe never
<v Speaker 1>coming out. I mean they were working on it for
<v Speaker 1>a while, i'member hearing about it, and then they said publicly, yes,
<v Speaker 1>we're doing that, and it was like, no, we never
<v Speaker 1>got like any like gameplay or a trail or anything
<v Speaker 1>like that, and they've never mentioned it since.
<v Speaker 2>It's probably because every time someone tries to make a game,
<v Speaker 2>they get pulled into making an Assassin's Creed game or
<v Speaker 2>helping an Assassin's Creed game. Yes, one million, I don't know,
<v Speaker 2>is a small miracle that Prince of Persia lost crown happened,
<v Speaker 2>and it is as good as it is, but I'm
<v Speaker 2>still hopeful for a newsles so like I I hope
<v Speaker 2>that they do actually release that. The Stealth franchise has
<v Speaker 2>never been more available to own than ever. When when
<v Speaker 2>mel Gets Solid was kicking sam Fish's ass up and
<v Speaker 2>down the industry, they were like We're gonna release fucking
<v Speaker 2>eight of these games and get absolutely clapped by the
<v Speaker 2>goat snake And now that there's no snake around, my
<v Speaker 2>man is gone. Okay, They're like, actually it's coming back,
<v Speaker 2>isn't he? Then? Yeah, but they're like they're like, we're
<v Speaker 2>not making no more. We're not gonna make any of
<v Speaker 2>those games. It looks to me like a market is
<v Speaker 2>now available for self stealth games. I believe we should
<v Speaker 2>stop milking making them. Come on, man, what are you doing?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah? Relaxed, and I get excited, like the technology is
<v Speaker 1>kind of really there to do to really see through
<v Speaker 1>the ideas of splinter style all the way. Now with
<v Speaker 1>like global illumination or race racing, you guys have complete
<v Speaker 1>real time lighting, and how much fun would that be
<v Speaker 1>to mess around with. In a kind of like the
<v Speaker 1>middle Gear Solid five moment for Splinter Cell, it's like, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>let's really kind of open things up and let people
<v Speaker 1>play around in this playground space of here's some systems
<v Speaker 1>you can interact with them, now, go figure it out.
<v Speaker 1>That would be fantastic, but they're not gonna It.
<v Speaker 2>Has never been a better time to create a video
<v Speaker 2>game where you can shoot out light bulbs.
<v Speaker 1>We are never been a better time. Yes, hearing the
<v Speaker 1>light bulbs shoot aissance right now?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, this should be it. I'm gonna make a
<v Speaker 2>video game that's just people shooting light bulbs. I nothing else.
<v Speaker 1>Would love that. I would love that.
<v Speaker 2>But each each light bulb has a personality and as
<v Speaker 2>it dies, as it explodes, you can hear. It's like
<v Speaker 2>a final.
<v Speaker 1>Word for me even more. No, Yeah, yeah, I am
<v Speaker 1>I so excited. Yeah, hey, splinter Cell, Deathwatch show, Leave Schreiber.
<v Speaker 1>That's I think that's a pretty good casting decision. I
<v Speaker 1>like leave Schreiber. He's got he can have a gravelly voice.
<v Speaker 1>Sometimes he just the faults to a gravelly voice for
<v Speaker 1>some of his characters in like movies, and uh, that's
<v Speaker 1>really all you need for a Sam Fisher. He's just
<v Speaker 1>got to sound a little bit worn, a little bit
<v Speaker 1>like he smoked a lot. And uh, yeah that works
<v Speaker 1>for me. What do you think?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I'm down, it's I think it's good. I think
<v Speaker 2>I tweeted or I threaded as well, because I'm like
<v Speaker 2>using threads way more. Now follow me on threads. I
<v Speaker 2>looked at some tweets there and it was very normal,
<v Speaker 2>So I was like, huh, interesting, but Michael Einside is around. Yes,
<v Speaker 2>Michael Einside is also very old. Yes, And I feel
<v Speaker 2>like any sort of production that is like like this
<v Speaker 2>is kind of effort. Yeah, and especially if it's like, oh,
<v Speaker 2>this popped off so hard, we need the season two.
<v Speaker 2>You kind of want to avoid a situation where Michael
<v Speaker 2>Einside is not available. Yeah, it would be good if
<v Speaker 2>they like gave him a brief cameo as another character
<v Speaker 2>to kind of like tip of the hat.
<v Speaker 1>I love that, Yes, Like just have.
<v Speaker 2>Him be like Sam Fisher's dad or something like that.
<v Speaker 1>Just the you know the agency director you know you
<v Speaker 1>hear from once a season.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, yeah, stand in the shadows that would rule.
<v Speaker 1>I would, I would, I would look cool. I'm gonna
<v Speaker 1>watch this though, I'm I'm uh, I am like of
<v Speaker 1>that age where I'm like I feel the poll of
<v Speaker 1>a Tom Clancy where I'm like.
<v Speaker 2>Military fiction is that just unlucky?
<v Speaker 1>It's just genetics, man. Yeah, it's not great. I think
<v Speaker 1>it's all the colonialism and the imperialism. It just just
<v Speaker 1>comes for us all in the end. It really sucks.
<v Speaker 1>But I do feel it, and I'm like, oh, cool,
<v Speaker 1>military spy fiction I want more of that all the
<v Speaker 1>all the time. So, uh, this seems like this could
<v Speaker 1>be a good one where it like crosses over some
<v Speaker 1>of my other interests.
<v Speaker 2>And it's Sam Fish in any of those games, any
<v Speaker 2>of those books and movies and TV.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know.
<v Speaker 2>He's a Ubi Soft joint.
<v Speaker 1>He's a UBI Soft creation. Yes, But you know Tom,
<v Speaker 1>you know they they owned the Tom Clancy name now,
<v Speaker 1>so yeah, uh yeah, that's which I never fully understand.
<v Speaker 1>But they did acquire the name when he died, which
<v Speaker 1>is a fun thing to do, one thing to think about.
<v Speaker 2>They do still consult with him though.
<v Speaker 1>Oh of course they could sort with him and yeah,
<v Speaker 1>speak it's called ghost. Oh my god, damn.
<v Speaker 2>I've already got joke once before, I know.
<v Speaker 1>But hey, it's just getting better.
<v Speaker 2>Uh.
<v Speaker 1>Netflix's Devil May Cries series is coming in April. This
<v Speaker 1>is where been Lyon's a game reactor and Netflix has
<v Speaker 1>seemingly cracked the code when it comes to turning iconic
<v Speaker 1>video games into anime adaptations. The formula. I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>Listen that people like that Castlevania show better than a
<v Speaker 1>lot of stuff on.
<v Speaker 2>People seem to have forgotten about Dragon's Dogma.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, God, there's a lot of stuff on there. You're right,
<v Speaker 1>that like just to slop people forget about. Yeah, the
<v Speaker 1>formuma pretty much seems to be to get Addie Shankar
<v Speaker 1>to helm the project and the talented folk at Studio
<v Speaker 1>Mirror to animate it. And that's something we'll see again
<v Speaker 1>in practice when The Devil May Cry adaptation arrives in
<v Speaker 1>April twenty twenty five. This takes on Capcom's famed game series,
<v Speaker 1>and we'll see Dante back up to his usual tricks
<v Speaker 1>and slain monsters in the most badass and action packed way. Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>Uh, they got Johnny young Bosh back. Though Johnny Young
<v Speaker 2>Bush was the replacement Black Ranger All Power Rangers for
<v Speaker 2>a while.
<v Speaker 1>Oh okay, he was.
<v Speaker 2>He's very good. He I believe he voiced Nero in
<v Speaker 2>a couple of the games. Okay, and now he's graduated
<v Speaker 2>to Dante, which is great. He has the attitude, he
<v Speaker 2>has the he has the kind of vibe and the
<v Speaker 2>energy you need for Dante. So I'm glad that they
<v Speaker 2>went with that casting. That's that's that's good casting respect.
<v Speaker 2>He's also in like a bunch of like games already.
<v Speaker 2>I think he was it was he I think he
<v Speaker 2>was Okawa in in Infinite Wealth.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, yeah, he's. He's a prolific voice actor. Okay, that
<v Speaker 1>makes it.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah he's. I think he's also in Ultimate Ninja Storm
<v Speaker 2>Connections Assory one of Okatski and uh Gin in All Combat.
<v Speaker 2>So he's he's he's very beloved in the video game
<v Speaker 2>space and the anime space, and so this is a perfect,
<v Speaker 2>perfect mixed up. I there was already a Devil May
<v Speaker 2>Cryer anime.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I'm sure that sounds familiar.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I watched it a little while back. It's called
<v Speaker 2>it's just called devilm Cry the animated series, and it
<v Speaker 2>was interesting. It was I think it's gonna it was
<v Speaker 2>a lot darker than what they're trying to go with Kia,
<v Speaker 2>it seems like. But it had that very nighties early
<v Speaker 2>two thousand's era anime style. Was like he looks kind
<v Speaker 2>of like he's grabbed out of trygun or something like that.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, okay, yeah, it was.
<v Speaker 2>I'm excited to see it. I I love Devil May Cry.
<v Speaker 2>I'm a longtime Devil may Cry fan. I aged out
<v Speaker 2>of Dante as a character pretty quickly. I thought he
<v Speaker 2>was he kind of like I thought he was cool
<v Speaker 2>up until Devil May Cry three, and I was like,
<v Speaker 2>this is cool. This is this young brash Devil May
<v Speaker 2>Cry character. Dante's really cool. Then he became like creepy
<v Speaker 2>Dante where he started being a bit of a sex
<v Speaker 2>pest and doing weird corny shit like dancing around with
<v Speaker 2>a rose in his mouth, and I was like, like, whi, Luigi.
<v Speaker 2>I was like, this guy's not cool anymore. He's kind
<v Speaker 2>of like embarrassing and a little bit awkward. So luckily
<v Speaker 2>there's a cry baby Nero now. But you know what's good,
<v Speaker 2>Virgil always always cool, cool.
<v Speaker 1>I uh, not huge the Devil May Cry. I played
<v Speaker 1>some of five. I enjoyed it enough. I actually like
<v Speaker 1>DMC Devil May Cry quite a bit. I enjoyed that
<v Speaker 1>one a lot.
<v Speaker 2>I also think that's a great game. I know people
<v Speaker 2>hate it because it changed for various reason. They changed things,
<v Speaker 2>but like it's got the most coherent the story of
<v Speaker 2>them all.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it's a good story. It's like at least really
<v Speaker 1>well told. I think whether it's.
<v Speaker 2>A demon version of Bill O'Reilly, Yes exactly, And that's
<v Speaker 2>right in my wheelhouse.
<v Speaker 1>I've always wanted to beat up Bill O'Reilly So that
<v Speaker 1>was very soundtrack. Uh huh yeah. And uh but hey,
<v Speaker 1>I'm like, if I'm gonna like go watch one of
<v Speaker 1>these shows, I'm probably gonna go catch up on the
<v Speaker 1>Castlevania stuff because that is very I like the spooky stuff.
<v Speaker 1>And I could justify because October is coming up and
<v Speaker 1>all that stuff, and uh, it just fits with me
<v Speaker 1>a little bit better. But it's Audie shock Cars, you know,
<v Speaker 1>who I think is kind of a bit much. But whatever,
<v Speaker 1>he's good at producing these shows? Is he he seems
<v Speaker 1>like he's a bit much. I don't know, or you're.
<v Speaker 2>Oh, is he just like producing a lot of them?
<v Speaker 1>Okay, right, maybe he's just got the normal.
<v Speaker 2>I mean he's he's listed as executive producer.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, and he does seem to be like like a
<v Speaker 1>made I don't. I don't know how yeah yeah, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>yeah yeah.
<v Speaker 2>I feel like, I know, no disrespect to all the
<v Speaker 2>executive producer that you get different flavors of executive producer.
<v Speaker 2>I get this. I get the feeling that this is
<v Speaker 2>a flavor executive producer. It's like, yep, do that that
<v Speaker 2>sounds cool?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah? I don't, yeah, I don't. I would not want
<v Speaker 1>him in the creative room actually deciding what the show
<v Speaker 1>is going to look and feel like.
<v Speaker 2>He's Yeah, he's listed as creative executive producer on all
<v Speaker 2>of the Castlevania stuff. But like, I mean, I've never
<v Speaker 2>seen him talk about.
<v Speaker 1>Was worried about it a lot. I remember him in
<v Speaker 1>a way.
<v Speaker 2>That like made me feel like, Oh, these guys get
<v Speaker 2>they get it.
<v Speaker 1>No, No, I think he gets is he should be
<v Speaker 1>hiring the right people, and I think he I'll give
<v Speaker 1>him credit for that. I'll give him credit for that
<v Speaker 1>because it seems like he's occasionally done that for some
<v Speaker 1>of these things. And again, I like that first season
<v Speaker 1>at Castlevania. I thought it was pretty okay.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, not to not to talk to about. You know,
<v Speaker 2>Addie Shankar. Clearly he's the Castlvania things pop off, so
<v Speaker 2>whatever part he plays in that is great. But I'm
<v Speaker 2>just like, maybe we don't like give him carte blanche on.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I don't think that's necessary. Yeah, And again I
<v Speaker 1>think he's a bit much. So Yeah, there are Netflix
<v Speaker 1>also has a tomb Raider show coming out very soon. Overall,
<v Speaker 1>how do you feel about the state of like video
<v Speaker 1>game television adaptations, especially here in the West and then
<v Speaker 1>the versus like the movies, because that there are a lot,
<v Speaker 1>Like I think you pointed this out, a lot of
<v Speaker 1>these shows get made, even especially on Netflix, and I
<v Speaker 1>forget about them and don't even think about him. But like,
<v Speaker 1>there's like four five that are pretty solid, right, especially
<v Speaker 1>once you count Arcane.
<v Speaker 2>Count Allcane, Yeah, Cyberpunk, right, Calvania, those are pretty much.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, there's there's three. Okay, there's three super solid ones.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, those of those, and then.
<v Speaker 1>Two of those are like actually super good with Cyberpunk
<v Speaker 1>and an Arcane, And I'm like, I'll take that hit, right,
<v Speaker 1>that sounds that's fine to me. Yeah, it's decent, right,
<v Speaker 1>And I think I just said I'm at a point
<v Speaker 1>where when the lower stakes, like and not having to
<v Speaker 1>be a massive of blockbuster film, like I kind of
<v Speaker 1>like the Netflix way of doing things still a little
<v Speaker 1>bit better with this.
<v Speaker 2>Stuff, but yeah, I just feel like, uh, the the
<v Speaker 2>game side of it is where I get a little frustrated.
<v Speaker 2>It's like, we don't have we don't have a splinter
<v Speaker 2>Cell game. We probably will get a new deva make
<v Speaker 2>Right game soon ish announced, I guess, but you know,
<v Speaker 2>we don't have a new Castlevania game, that's like annoying.
<v Speaker 2>They just announcing, you know, you know, we'll get on point.
<v Speaker 1>Actually keeping rumors is in New Casylvania, but that they've
<v Speaker 1>done so in Hell of Metal Gear, and we are
<v Speaker 1>still waiting to hear about Caslvania, which was rumored alongside
<v Speaker 1>those things. It's like, oh, man, is that actually gonna happen.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I just I'm I'm fine with it. I just
<v Speaker 2>hope that it translates back the other way where I agree,
<v Speaker 2>of course, you know games, you know, TV and movie
<v Speaker 2>is benefit of off games, Like I hope that the idea.
<v Speaker 2>I assume the idea is like you build an audience
<v Speaker 2>with these shows and and then you leverage that for
<v Speaker 2>something else. And I hope that something else inevitably is
<v Speaker 2>a game and not like Sam Fisher action figure or
<v Speaker 2>something like that.
<v Speaker 1>You know, I I agree. I hope that that that
<v Speaker 1>these companies are doing this not just because it's a check,
<v Speaker 1>and that they have plans to do stuff for these characters,
<v Speaker 1>because I do, I do care about them. Pokemon Concierge
<v Speaker 1>one point that out that that stop that was pretty
<v Speaker 1>good as well. So yeah, for though not anime. No,
<v Speaker 1>but everything's animated, Right, that's all. That's all anime. My
<v Speaker 1>favorite anime is care Bears. All right, so let's see here.
<v Speaker 1>Analyst is, oh wait no, yeah, that is right. Analyst
<v Speaker 1>is certain that Nintendo will win its lawsuit against Power
<v Speaker 1>World developer. This is from Ali Reynolds at Nintendo Life
<v Speaker 1>circin Toto came out. He's a well known analyst from Japan,
<v Speaker 1>and he's like basically just saying so, first of all,
<v Speaker 1>the lawsuit is filed under Japanese law, so it has
<v Speaker 1>nothing to do with the US, nothing to do with
<v Speaker 1>the UK or EU law at all. Any And a
<v Speaker 1>second point is that I think that Nintendo took its
<v Speaker 1>time to really build the case, map everything out, including
<v Speaker 1>courier arguments that the other side might bring up in
<v Speaker 1>a lawsuit and how to and how to counter them,
<v Speaker 1>and make absolutely sure that they think they will win
<v Speaker 1>before filing the lawsuit. And I bet that's right when
<v Speaker 1>you take into account that, like you know, I'm definitely
<v Speaker 1>when I was discussing this stuff, definitely thinking of US
<v Speaker 1>patent law. I bet Nintendo is going to be quite
<v Speaker 1>favored when it comes down to Japanese patent law. And
<v Speaker 1>that they did do exactly this and ensure that they
<v Speaker 1>were in a good position. Although I still if I
<v Speaker 1>had to put money on it, I would bet that
<v Speaker 1>these companies settle instead of actually seeing it all way
<v Speaker 1>through the court.
<v Speaker 2>Right. Yeah, I think they probably will settle, and there
<v Speaker 2>will be some I mean, it will be a settlement,
<v Speaker 2>but Nintendo will come out on top, that's how Yeah, definitely,
<v Speaker 2>it'll be like we're settling, but you're never allowed to
<v Speaker 2>bring those fucking pals anywhere near Asia.
<v Speaker 1>It'll be a serious something like a serious wrist slab,
<v Speaker 1>not some like little one. It'll be like they will
<v Speaker 1>they will feel the welt on their wrist when the
<v Speaker 1>Nintendo's done with them. That would be what they're going
<v Speaker 1>for here. Yeah, and you're right, they could even come
<v Speaker 1>with like exclusionary like hey, no, you can't do this
<v Speaker 1>certain thing in this certain territory or something like that.
<v Speaker 2>You know what I hope happens. I hope there's like
<v Speaker 2>a knockdown, drag out court case and like the defining
<v Speaker 2>moment that tips the favor in Nintendo's direction is they
<v Speaker 2>reveal a new Pokemon from a upcoming game and it
<v Speaker 2>is a gun and they're like, we did the Pokemon
<v Speaker 2>gun thing already. Yeah, this is infringing on our copyright. Yep,
<v Speaker 2>that'll be really amusing to me.
<v Speaker 1>It'll be good. And you know, other people aren't as sure.
<v Speaker 1>Richard Hoague Hogue Law on YouTube usually does a pretty
<v Speaker 1>good breakdown, but again he's an American attorney. He did
<v Speaker 1>he was less concerned or less convinced I should say
<v Speaker 1>about Nintendo's like one percent sure lockdown on this case.
<v Speaker 1>Mostly he points out, because it's weird that it's a
<v Speaker 1>patent case instead of a copyright case, and it's almost
<v Speaker 1>certainly a patent case because they didn't feel comfortable making
<v Speaker 1>the copyright claims or like, no, these are actually legally
<v Speaker 1>distinct and even Nintendo knows that. And so we know
<v Speaker 1>what the patents are that Nintendo's accusing a pocket pair
<v Speaker 1>of violating, we can't really know how confident they should be.
<v Speaker 1>In fact, the fact, I think the fact that Nintendo
<v Speaker 1>has not shared what that patent is yet or not
<v Speaker 1>like put that those filings out publicly, they might speak
<v Speaker 1>to them, might just speak to this being somewhat of
<v Speaker 1>a scare tactic. Pocke Beear themselves said they hadn't seen
<v Speaker 1>what the patents are, so yeah, they probably have by now, but.
<v Speaker 2>They're trying to pain a gun and a gun.
<v Speaker 1>Nintenda probably does have the patent on guns, you think.
<v Speaker 2>I bet you Nintendo has the the like schematics for
<v Speaker 2>the world's most deadly gun. Oh yeah, no way, Like,
<v Speaker 2>I think that's what me and Moto created to be company.
<v Speaker 1>Like did that in Retired yet?
<v Speaker 2>Like they called me gun pay for a reason?
<v Speaker 1>All right? Star Wars Next to the Old Republic remake
<v Speaker 1>is still coming, says developer. This is a Blair mar
<v Speaker 1>now at GameSpot. The remake of Star Wars Next to
<v Speaker 1>the Old Republic hasn't had a lot of public progress
<v Speaker 1>since it was announced in twenty twenty one. Man, it's
<v Speaker 1>already been that long. There were even rumors that the
<v Speaker 1>CODO reboot was no longer in development, and that was
<v Speaker 1>that was me everybody. But that's just because Sony doesn't
<v Speaker 1>want anything to do with it. And that's still happened.
<v Speaker 1>That has not changed by now. That by now, but
<v Speaker 1>now the developer, Saber Interactive has separated itself from Embracer Group.
<v Speaker 1>The company has secured a fresh round of investments that
<v Speaker 1>will allow it to Can you continue to work on
<v Speaker 1>Kotor and other projects. Basically, they just got a big
<v Speaker 1>influx of cash from new investors, the groups themselves. Actually,
<v Speaker 1>the investor is.
<v Speaker 2>Called uh Warhammer. Warhammer is the name of the investor,
<v Speaker 2>and that.
<v Speaker 1>Game is popping off too. Apparently the second the sales
<v Speaker 1>are way higher than the first week.
<v Speaker 2>The investor is it was delivered by someone called the Emperor.
<v Speaker 1>The Lord Emperor. Yes, Jesus Christ I left Capital Partners
<v Speaker 1>and Crestview Partners whatever, it doesn't matter. Basically, what matters
<v Speaker 1>here is they got a bunch of money. They have
<v Speaker 1>paid off their debts to Embracer, which holy crap, Embracers
<v Speaker 1>should pay them instead, and they have now confirmed Hey,
<v Speaker 1>as part of this, we are going to be able
<v Speaker 1>to work on all those games that we have going on,
<v Speaker 1>including Drafts, Parks Survival, John Carpenter's Taxic Commando, A Quiet Place,
<v Speaker 1>The Road Ahead, road Craft blah blah blah, a bunch
<v Speaker 1>of other stuff, and Knights of the Older Knights of
<v Speaker 1>the Old Republic remake.
<v Speaker 2>I'm going to say something controversial, Okay.
<v Speaker 1>I would expect nothing less from you, dam please.
<v Speaker 2>We've been shitting on a lot of remakes recently. Yeah, okay, sure,
<v Speaker 2>I'm going to continue that trend and just say don't
<v Speaker 2>need it. It's fine, yeah, leave it, don't need it.
<v Speaker 2>I just played don't need a Star Wars nice of
<v Speaker 2>the Old Republic remake.
<v Speaker 1>I played Cultur again recently, and I was very happy
<v Speaker 1>with my experience. That's me. I'm an older man. I'm
<v Speaker 1>an older gentleman at this point, so I.
<v Speaker 2>Feel like now is the worst time to do another
<v Speaker 2>Star Wars thing. Considering from my perspective. Star Wars absolutely
<v Speaker 2>success right.
<v Speaker 1>Now, like everywhere that can like earn that it's is
<v Speaker 1>it or.
<v Speaker 2>Is it a thing where people go, nah, Star Wars sucks.
<v Speaker 2>Now I'm out of here, like and and then out
<v Speaker 2>of there like that's also possible.
<v Speaker 1>That's also possible for sure. But I go to it
<v Speaker 1>definitely were not feeling great and they kind of like,
<v Speaker 1>man was like holding up all the Star Wars. So yeah,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I mean like now they have fallen order or
<v Speaker 2>like the Jedi games to do that, and do you
<v Speaker 2>really need a Cultur remake?
<v Speaker 1>A yes, had a real uh. I had a real
<v Speaker 1>good time with Outlaws last night where it's like I've
<v Speaker 1>come I've like fully come around. I'm like I think
<v Speaker 1>I love this game. I think this is like easily
<v Speaker 1>in my top ten for the year now. Uh damn,
<v Speaker 1>it's all just it's all just hanging out like anytime,
<v Speaker 1>like I don't necessarily love like, oh, it's there's the
<v Speaker 1>Ubi Soft thing where I walk past a character that
<v Speaker 1>they have a mission for me, they're gonna stop me
<v Speaker 1>and talk to me, and getting those like another thing
<v Speaker 1>added to the list of things to do is annoying
<v Speaker 1>in the way it is in a lot of Ubi
<v Speaker 1>Soft games, and I think that's the thing that hangs
<v Speaker 1>up most people. But the way that they're delivering it
<v Speaker 1>and the space you're hanging out in and the way
<v Speaker 1>the character's talking and all that stuff was really good.
<v Speaker 1>So Outlaws, I'm I'm uh some guy who like pines
<v Speaker 1>for the good days of Star Wars. It's it's hitting
<v Speaker 1>me pretty hard, you know what.
<v Speaker 2>I am uh constantly find amusing.
<v Speaker 1>No please, So.
<v Speaker 2>The other Star Wars game that no one even talks
<v Speaker 2>about or remembers exists, Star Wars Eclipse.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. Uh, that one also feels like, well, that's an
<v Speaker 1>I put that in the pile with Beyond Good and
<v Speaker 1>Evil to I don't think that one ever comes out.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, that's not happening, and we'll see. But who knows
<v Speaker 2>David Cage scanning the Wake on the suddenly?
<v Speaker 1>Uh huh. I don't need David Cage's action game. I'm
<v Speaker 1>gonna say that right now. I'm cool.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know about you. I see that shit.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, fair, good point. Finally, Tokyo Game Show is gonna
<v Speaker 1>pop off for real beginning next week. To Xbox's Tokyo
<v Speaker 1>Game Show presentation will air September twenty sixth at six
<v Speaker 1>am Eastern three am Pacific. Tam. You gotta get up
<v Speaker 1>for that, uh, Sony just joking. God, damn Sony announced it.
<v Speaker 2>Actually, it would be a all right time because I'll
<v Speaker 2>be in Europe.
<v Speaker 1>Oh that's right, Yeah, you're gonna be fine morning time.
<v Speaker 1>Sony announced its lineup for what will have at Tokyo
<v Speaker 1>Game Show Astrobot, Dragon Ball, Sparking Zero, Dragon Quest three,
<v Speaker 1>h D two D Remake, Dynasty Warriors Origins, Infinity, Nikki,
<v Speaker 1>Metal Gear, Solid Delta, Snake Eater, Metaphor, Refuntasio, Monster Hunter,
<v Speaker 1>Wild's Never PlayStation five Pro. They're gonna have two demo
<v Speaker 1>stations featuring Final Fantasy seven Rebirth in Grandtorismos seven and
<v Speaker 1>Shadow Cross or a sonic across Shadow generations.
<v Speaker 2>Uh ah, interesting one noticeable game missing from that? Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>where is death strending?
<v Speaker 1>That strange right now? Is there? I guess there's a
<v Speaker 1>chance that like maybe that does show up there, or maybe.
<v Speaker 2>Maybe they just do their own thing.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe they do their own thing.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, because because Kajima was like, I'm making a new trailer.
<v Speaker 2>This is the first time I will be talking in
<v Speaker 2>public again since.
<v Speaker 1>Co Productions are said they're going to be there.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, they definitely said they're going to be there, right,
<v Speaker 2>Maybe some of they're probably doing their own thing then, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>maybe they just have their own note. I would have
<v Speaker 2>figured like the Sony would be like scooping up all
<v Speaker 2>the games there under their umbrella, because.
<v Speaker 1>I agree, Yeah, a little strang I mean, especially because
<v Speaker 1>it wouldn't be cool to show off a new game
<v Speaker 1>at one of these PS five pro demo stations instead
<v Speaker 1>of grant.
<v Speaker 2>No, no, no no. You can't show up a new
<v Speaker 2>game with them new a piece of hotwa. That's crazy.
<v Speaker 1>Wait, you're right, I'm being a real I'm being a
<v Speaker 1>dumb ass. You're right.
<v Speaker 2>People might accidentally find a reason to buy it. Don't
<v Speaker 2>do that.
<v Speaker 1>I'm you know what, I'm just gonna go walk into
<v Speaker 1>the ocean. You're right, I shouldn't. I shouldn't speak.
<v Speaker 2>This guy claims to be an expo. Everyone ever won't
<v Speaker 2>play Jeff Grub him right now.
<v Speaker 1>This this list of games is a lot of stuff
<v Speaker 1>though that we've known about. Uh, you know, I think
<v Speaker 1>this might be a reminder that a state of play
<v Speaker 1>that again, I've heard twenty fourth before this, so this
<v Speaker 1>all this stuff would be popping off on like the
<v Speaker 1>twenty fifth, twenty six, twenty seven, look forward to Jeff
<v Speaker 1>Crub silent see any minute, any minute now. God, every
<v Speaker 1>time I do do this, it's like I should just
<v Speaker 1>shut the hell up.
<v Speaker 2>But he said dudo on the internet everyone, the first party.
<v Speaker 1>Games at the PlayStation state of player are probably gonna
<v Speaker 1>be underwhelming. I think that's this is a sign of that.
<v Speaker 1>I would say, but uh, you do all right? Let's uh,
<v Speaker 1>I got a pull question over here somewhere, and we
<v Speaker 1>find that there it is. I'm gonna refresh and bring
<v Speaker 1>it up for everybody.
<v Speaker 2>Is a is a movie on Netflix called a netflick.
<v Speaker 1>Oh no, I don't know if I've ever heard anyone
<v Speaker 1>say that in internetflick, you gotta say the full name
<v Speaker 1>because the Internet.
<v Speaker 2>I think we should all just start saying I'm gonna
<v Speaker 2>watch a netflick, okay, and just see how far we
<v Speaker 2>can get it and see like and just act like
<v Speaker 2>it's of course that's what it's called.
<v Speaker 1>You know, we could our you know, the voicemailting im track,
<v Speaker 1>very popular with it with the youth. I'm sure we
<v Speaker 1>gonna get it over with that.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, let's make it happen. Let's make it happen. Everyone
<v Speaker 2>start calling movies on Netflix netflick please?
<v Speaker 1>All right, here's the poll question from yesterday. What do
<v Speaker 1>you prefer Pokemon or pal World? Why do we have
<v Speaker 1>the poll question?
<v Speaker 2>B is a movie on Netflix called a netflick.
<v Speaker 1>Yes, we can do that, absolutely, Sean, you heard him.
<v Speaker 1>What do you prefer Pokemon or Power World? Power World
<v Speaker 1>got twenty one percent of the respondents. Pokemon got seventy
<v Speaker 1>nine percent. Honestly thought Pokemon would do even better than that.
<v Speaker 1>So I don't know, how what do you prefer to
<v Speaker 1>hand Pokemon or Power World?
<v Speaker 2>I mean, I want to say a Pokemon while the
<v Speaker 2>other guys have guns.
<v Speaker 3>The guns they did have a good time when I
<v Speaker 3>played Power World. Yeah, yeah, it was it was fine.
<v Speaker 3>I just I like Pokemon quite a bit. I am
<v Speaker 3>not super into the new Pokemon. Yeah, new Pokemons seem
<v Speaker 3>like they're a bit try hard and also like I
<v Speaker 3>I like Holch a lot.
<v Speaker 2>I think is great.
<v Speaker 1>You see that Nikki's very upset with you for Netflix.
<v Speaker 2>Whever I upset Nikki, oh beause he needs to tell
<v Speaker 2>he's upset. And right now, one day he's gonna get
<v Speaker 2>around with his stupid with their stupid la friends and
<v Speaker 2>then they're gonna be like, he's just gonna be like,
<v Speaker 2>how about we watch a Netflix? And that is all
<v Speaker 2>of the friends are just going to turn to them
<v Speaker 2>and be like, you're a genie.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, just not.
<v Speaker 2>And then Nikky Nikki will know, Nikky will know.
<v Speaker 1>Then they will know, all right that yeah Pokemon. That's
<v Speaker 1>the pole question. We have a new pool question coming
<v Speaker 1>up in a second. You might have heard it already,
<v Speaker 1>but in the meantime, Tam, why I.
<v Speaker 2>Just saw Nikki's avatar on the site. Yeah, have you
<v Speaker 2>seen that?
<v Speaker 1>I have seen this. Yes, it's it's animated. God, I
<v Speaker 1>don't know if I've seen it as animated. Oh my god,
<v Speaker 1>it's that What's what's that? What's the haircut called Nikki?
<v Speaker 2>That is is that is the hot hot top?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, he says, it's so old. I know how to change.
<v Speaker 2>You gotta bring it back, Nikki, you gotta bring it back.
<v Speaker 1>It's very good.
<v Speaker 2>All right, hang on, you look incredible. First of all,
<v Speaker 2>you look also you look like you haven't aged a
<v Speaker 2>single second, which is crazy. But also damn, that is
<v Speaker 2>a look.
<v Speaker 1>I like it.
<v Speaker 2>I like it a lot.
<v Speaker 1>There you go, everybody, Ah, Okay, Tam where if people
<v Speaker 1>find you on the internet nowhere? Yeah, don't find them.
<v Speaker 2>Actually you can find me. You can find me if
<v Speaker 2>Tam alone.
<v Speaker 1>Week is going to come right after something?
<v Speaker 2>Right, I am trying to juice my numbers on threads
<v Speaker 2>and Instagram.
<v Speaker 1>You know what sucks is like I start, I got
<v Speaker 1>I started using threads, and I was juicing my numbers.
<v Speaker 1>And now I'm like, I should use any guy I
<v Speaker 1>need not I don't know too, but my brain's die.
<v Speaker 2>I need followers. This is all for my various attempts
<v Speaker 2>to prove that I'm value valuable to the country, which
<v Speaker 2>have become quite difficult recently.
<v Speaker 1>For if I had to prove I was valuable to
<v Speaker 1>this country, Tam. So I want to let you know
<v Speaker 1>I sympathize, but that would just be a bad time.
<v Speaker 2>If you if you're here and you're listening, just go
<v Speaker 2>to Instagram and hit the low button for me, and
<v Speaker 2>then go to threads and hit the follow button. Please,
<v Speaker 2>that would be great. I appreciate that. I am going
<v Speaker 2>to be streaming on something back from my my little travels. Actually,
<v Speaker 2>I have also written a video that I'm going to
<v Speaker 2>make and publish. It's it's a it's a it's a
<v Speaker 2>pivot into lifestyle blogging. No, it's about my cat cats.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, well, well everyone get on top of that. Let's
<v Speaker 1>read that. Watch that the here newpole question it was
<v Speaker 1>what what was it? Tam?
<v Speaker 2>Good Tim, I have to leave. Is a movie on
<v Speaker 2>Netflix called a Netflix?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah? Yes?
<v Speaker 2>Or now? And then I guarantee you this is going
<v Speaker 2>to be your most popular poll.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, you heard it here without fail, He's gonna he's
<v Speaker 1>going to reduce our numbers. I really appreciate it.
<v Speaker 2>Now call it? Should we call movies on Netflix Netflix
<v Speaker 2>a Netflix?
<v Speaker 1>All right? Whoever does the balls? Janet Sean you heard him?
<v Speaker 1>All right? Oh god, I think we're supposed to say
<v Speaker 1>what we do on the site.
<v Speaker 2>Now, we're going to be doing a universal playing fiasco
<v Speaker 2>better known as upf.
<v Speaker 1>Right that comes up after BombCast Revengeance.
<v Speaker 2>Oh yeah, we'll be doing that shortly. I will be
<v Speaker 2>on it for precisely thirty minutes before I have to leave.
<v Speaker 1>Yep, that is, and we're gonna do You're gonn talk
<v Speaker 1>about you tell us little bit about Dragon.
<v Speaker 2>Age, Yeah I am, but I'm reconsidering now that the
<v Speaker 2>last time I told people about Dragon News, I brought
<v Speaker 2>in some commentaris to give some thoughts to you. So
<v Speaker 2>it's just not even common as a fucking every as
<v Speaker 2>people who work in the industry who I was like,
<v Speaker 2>I'm like, listen, dog, I don't know what to tell you.
<v Speaker 2>I want to play the video game. And then I
<v Speaker 2>came back and I played, and I said, this is
<v Speaker 2>what the video game is like, and this is how
<v Speaker 2>I felt. And everyone's very upset.
<v Speaker 1>Well, what were you think it's going on right now?
<v Speaker 2>Because I, like I do think we are everyone knows
<v Speaker 2>what's going on. Everyone.
<v Speaker 1>I think we're just people are are are mad that
<v Speaker 1>new video games are coming out.
<v Speaker 2>It seems like people are upset.
<v Speaker 1>Yea, they don't want new games to be good. I
<v Speaker 1>think it's it's weird.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, they don't want certain new games to be good.
<v Speaker 2>But it's also like the widows are out, and I'm like, hey, man,
<v Speaker 2>I didn't say any of the widow things that you
<v Speaker 2>usually like, the widow bait things that you usually come to.
<v Speaker 2>I just said it was a cool game that seems
<v Speaker 2>like it could be good if it stays this good,
<v Speaker 2>and then people are like woke, And I was like,
<v Speaker 2>I did not say remotely a woke thing.
<v Speaker 1>Of course, now there's nothing there.
<v Speaker 2>I just said I I like the combat.
<v Speaker 1>That was it? All right, Well we'll talk about that
<v Speaker 1>on BombCast re Vengeance, and I will accuse Tam of
<v Speaker 1>being woke. So look forward to that. Upf we're gonna
<v Speaker 1>play a bunch of shit. I don't know. It'll be
<v Speaker 1>a good time in the meantime though, Uh next week
<v Speaker 1>will be fun, a bunch of people traveling again. But
<v Speaker 1>uh be shaw nikki. We'll keep this side afloat for y'all.
<v Speaker 1>We'll do some fun stuff. It'll be a good time.
<v Speaker 1>Uh well, we'll come up with the last minute theme
<v Speaker 1>week and we'll just go for it. Uh, Tam, thank you.
<v Speaker 2>So much for just call it absence week.
<v Speaker 1>Absence week, okay?
<v Speaker 2>Anday Netflix Week? Yeah, all right, next flick gaming Week,
<v Speaker 2>you can only play games that are on.
<v Speaker 1>Netflix, the Geeked Week, the real geek week. All right, Tam,
<v Speaker 1>thank you so much hanging out with me today and
<v Speaker 1>talk about video games. I really appreciate it.
<v Speaker 2>Thank you everyone. I also have a final idea, call
<v Speaker 2>it Blotro week, and every single thing is blotro.
<v Speaker 1>I can that we can make that happen.
<v Speaker 2>Like everything is, every stream is blatro, every podcast is blatro.
<v Speaker 1>M bollotro.
<v Speaker 2>You are dressed up as a cord or a clownlown.
<v Speaker 1>Uh Jan did say days shan week.
<v Speaker 2>So I'll actually listen pivot to that.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, that sounds pretty good. Uh, thank you get Tam.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you everybody for listening and watching. You're the best
<v Speaker 1>audience in gaming. Until next time, have a good one.
<v Speaker 1>Take care of yourself and go follow Tam on Instagram.
