But they've agreed.

Now, because the Phillies are over the luxury tax, they're tax at one hundred and ten percent of that, So they're going to be paying David five to six million, and then they're gonna be paying the luxury tax about you know, a little bit more than that, so double that.

Uh, you know, we don't know what the results are going to be, but at least in terms of addressing the need dating.

The problem is there isn't really that humongous difference maker that you know, marquee right handed bet Buxton would be great, but he's gonna cost a ton and he doesn't want to wave his no trade clause. So that's not that you know, there's more marginal tweaks. I mean the guy that was in town over the weekend, Taylor Ward, had a really nice weekend. Every time I looked up another extra base hit bouncing one off the wall. I mean, he cleared the bases with one swing on Sunday after Mike Trout should have been struck out. That was a horrible call, cost Ranger Suarez five runs, poor umpiring, but nonetheless Taylor Ward swung it really good. I know he strikes out, he's he's streaky, but I personally think they need a big arm in the back of the bullpen even more. This offense is streaky, but there are times when they're highs can be awfully high. But it would be nice to get it right handed back, especially if they could tune something in left field or part of a left field. But you know, they need something. They just they only have so much trade capital, and I still think their number one need is out of the bullpen.

Castianos is a little bit more free swinging. He's had a pretty good year this year, but he's not a guy that would scare you in the lineup such that he could protect Harper in the lineup.

And you know, this team's got enough little flaws that you don't want to be seeing any little dents in the armor in that starting pitching rotation. So they need to get back on the horse. Monday Night Red Sox one thirteen out of sixteen. You know, I follow them a little bit. They are hungry team. They're playing hungry man baseball Philly's gotta, you know, come out here and they gotta win Game one of this series.
