Now, Mason Miller's been disgusting. Does he probably get through it? Percentage chance says yes, But we would like to see that actually play out. You can see the called strike on Perdomo on the eighth pitch of the ab, a payoff pitch that would have been ball four runners on the corners with two outs in the bottom of the ninth, Dominicans down one run, and it was like, really really far below the plate because some people crafts are like, oh, it's too close. No, it's not too close. Guys are paid to spit at pitches like that. Okay, that is how this game is played these days. So when a pitch is not even close, that's not a borderline pitch, you spit it that it's ball four, You pass the baton and you go on to the next ab, which I believe was Tatis.

Why do you not pinch run for Austin Wells when he's on second with one out and to have someone faster run for him, right like anybody else pretty much probably on the roster scores on that ball. But because Albert Pooles, you know, didn't pinch run for Austin Wells not you know, Albert Pools in the Dominican staff. He doesn't score, and then Tatiz punches out and they get out of it, right. I mean, Wan Soto comes up against the side arm righty and hits into a double play. Wan Soto is the one of the best players in the world. He gets a matchup that we all think is like, man, this is favorable for Wan Soto. Rogers gets him to hit into a double place. So there was lots of odd thoughts of chances there. Let's not put it on one pitch. I know that's an easy thing to do, easy thing to say, But there was really three hits in this whole game.

The last pitch of the WBC on the fifteenth tier last night was three point seven inches from being a strike. Soto in the eighth was one point eight inches. And actually, when they show this graph, it says one point nine inches and four point six inches regardless, even if we're a few percentage points off. I mean, AJ, that's pretty far below the zone. I agree with you. I don't want to make it the whole thing. I'm just pointing out whatever, you know what, I want to put it this way, AJ, part of what this show does is bring up what everyone else is talking about.

But if we had ABS challenge last year, then we would have had it in the WBC. It was ready. League wanted to wait another year. That whole committee that meets that decides on these things. So that's where we're at. And because that happened, you're going to have some crappy calls. You know Sodo got squeezed. You can make a better case there for me. Ar Trisha Whittaker is on the scene in Miami talking to the guys and multiple players from the Dominican are like, I would rather win this than a World Series. It's no slight, right. A World Series is a ten out of ten for me. This is an eleven out of ten. It's different. It's my country. It's that kind of passion and emotion that's involved here, which I also thought was funny by the way, AJ because there were some fans pushing back like, oh, you're just trying to get these answers out of them. Yet we're trying to explain to people how meaningful and how nuts this tournament is in a good way. And then of course because they're like, oh, you guys are just asking questions, so like try and get you know, viral answers. Well maybe these are answers people want to hear. So I'm like, what what do you want us to ask them? Like, hey, are you having fun? A good old time? Plus, we didn't talk to Iron Judge And here's the quote from him last night on this versus the WBC crowds said it's bigger and better than the World Series. He said, it's been bigger the World Series. I was in the crowd here, the crowd we had when we played in Mexico. It's bigger and better than the World Series. The passion these fans have, there's nothing like it. Now, did he say he'd rather win this than a World Series. No, that's what some of the others said. But the point is there are a lot of comparisons being made between the WBC and the playoffs slash World Series, and I think it's awesome.

They like the matchup better, and they like holding Lorenzen for a USA lineup that he was able to take down aj Do you like this decision by Survelli to throw the same guy potentially out there again against a lineup full of superstars or would you rather said, hey, let me give him a different look in Aaron Nola This time.
