It felt like the whole country was watching us, and then Alabama Georgia overshadowed us that night because that game was amazing, but it was I would say it was the second biggest story in college football that day, right, I mean you probably in Alabama Georgia were first, and we were probably sick.

The first thing is thinking back from how we lost to Ole Miss in twenty one and how so many things just have gone wrong, the disappointing losses over the last three years to finally getting a legit win. We didn't just that was not a fluke win. That was a legit win with a legit defense, and then to see Mark Stoops at the end of the game, how he was fist pumping to the fans. He needed that win badly, I think to not just for his coaching career, but I think he wanted a big win to connect with the fans again and to see him like that, that really that made me ready to run.

I mean you now could say Mark Stoops broke the Florida streak. He took us to back to back you know, ten win or two out of four or three whatever with ten win seasons, and now I think this is his signature win. And as far as like it being a fluke or not, it's not a fluke. We got some breaks, but two years ago the breaks all win against it. So I feel like the old miss game breaks have kind of even out. Yeah, we might have got a couple this time, but they got a couple the last time, and so I think it kind of evens out.

Hall of Famer, one of the best shot blockers of all time, and he deserves all the accolades for basketball. But if you ever research what he did for Africa in terms of he used his publicity and he used his fame to try to help the people in Africa, first for a long time with AIDS related stuff. Then he really I think he was the fore father of the NBA in Africa program, which has brought tons of players over here to the United States to play, but also giving people opportunities. He seems like a guy who never lost sight of where he was from. And very sad to hear died at fifty eight.

I mean those are our Appalachian brethren, just a different state. And the scenes from Ashville and I forty and all these, I mean there are small towns that are apparently just gone, just gone, and it's so sad in the price and you know, we're two or three days. It kind of reminds me of Katrina in the sense that we're two or three days later and we kind of still can't get to places because of how you know, some of these places are so cut off that rescue workers like they're having a helicopter everything in. I mean, the scenes downtown Ashville crazy. Can you imagine being in downtown Ashville right now? No cell service? I saw like only the library has Wi Fi, so like the whole city is crowding around the library trying to have Wi Fi. Downtown, which you and I have been in many times, just it's it's hard to even look at the area is next to the Biltmore. Have you seen those pictures next to the Biltmore. Remember we drove down there. All those buildings were so his like created old style. We talked about that all underwater.
