I have trouble explaining to my parents what it is that I do exactly, but at various times it's involved jumping into dump trucks full of dead fish under a summer sun, long debates over international space law, co discovering a parasitoid wasp that emerges through its hosts head which is totally mental, and writing science trivia cards and well other stuff too. Also with a last name like Wienersmith, I have a lot of practice laughing at myself and the general absurdity of life.
