<v Speaker 1>cabin at a remote lake. Jonathan was out on the
<v Speaker 1>property one day walking a trail when he encountered a
<v Speaker 1>sasquatch creature. He got a really good look at the
<v Speaker 1>creature and he knows without a doubt that this was
<v Speaker 1>not a black bear. I am actually quite surprised I
<v Speaker 1>have not received more bigfoot reports from Wisconsin. So if

<v Speaker 1>into Jonathan's bigfoot encounter from the state of Wisconsin. All right, Jonathan,
<v Speaker 1>welcome to Sasquatch Theory. How are you doing today?
<v Speaker 2>Good?
<v Speaker 1>How are you I'm doing excellent? Thank you so much
<v Speaker 1>for asking Jonathan. It is an absolute pleasure to have
<v Speaker 1>you on the show. And if you would tell me
<v Speaker 1>a little bit about yourself kind of where you're from
<v Speaker 1>and your bigfoot encounter from the very beginning. Please all right.
<v Speaker 2>My name is Jonathan. I'm from Colorado. Every summer, me
<v Speaker 2>and my family go up to Wisconsin and visit some
<v Speaker 2>family in the woods. They're in the northern part, but
<v Speaker 2>we usually travel a little bit down south near like
<v Speaker 2>central northern Wisconsin, kind of in the Hayward area, and
<v Speaker 2>we always vrbo cabin and about I would say eleven
<v Speaker 2>or twelve years ago, maybe around twenty twelve, twenty thirteen,
<v Speaker 2>that's when I had my encounter, when we were running
<v Speaker 2>out of cabin. I'll try to describe the cabin. The
<v Speaker 2>cabin is important to scene, I think, because it's kind
<v Speaker 2>of interesting. So it's pretty remote. There's maybe one cabin
<v Speaker 2>half a mile down the road, and it was i'd
<v Speaker 2>say one hundred yards off of a lake. I don't
<v Speaker 2>remember which lake since it was so long ago. But
<v Speaker 2>this cabin had two levels. The main level kind of
<v Speaker 2>has an area that connects to the upper area, and
<v Speaker 2>then there's a basement section that's finished too. And since
<v Speaker 2>the cabin's built on a hill, that lower section also
<v Speaker 2>is flush with the lower level of the hill. In
<v Speaker 2>that lower basement that's finished. There's a sliding glass door,
<v Speaker 2>and I would say about twenty to thirty yards out
<v Speaker 2>there's a deer feeder and the owner of the house
<v Speaker 2>really likes to watch deerie and watch him grays. He
<v Speaker 2>has a few camp fires out there too, maybe thirty
<v Speaker 2>yards out for his guests. And then there's a little
<v Speaker 2>like dirt dirt path that one hundred yards to the lake.
<v Speaker 2>And on that lake there's a dock so that if
<v Speaker 2>you have a boat, if you want to go fishing,
<v Speaker 2>you can go fishing on it. And the neighbors they
<v Speaker 2>have a pontoon boat with a cover on it. Going
<v Speaker 2>to that day more specifically, we were there for maybe
<v Speaker 2>two or three days beforehand, and I woke up late,
<v Speaker 2>and when we were at the cabin, it was me,
<v Speaker 2>my two sisters, my parents, and my grandparents. And when
<v Speaker 2>I woke up, no one was in the house. So
<v Speaker 2>I thought, Hey, someone either went fishing or they all
<v Speaker 2>left to go shopping without me. So I would check
<v Speaker 2>the garage. One of the one of the cars was gone,
<v Speaker 2>so I was like, Okay, someone must have left. But
<v Speaker 2>then I was like, oh, maybe someone else went fishing.
<v Speaker 2>So I wanted to go down to the dock and
<v Speaker 2>check to see if my grandpa's boat was still there.
<v Speaker 2>So I go down the trail and I open up
<v Speaker 2>the side and glass door. I leave it open because
<v Speaker 2>I knew I was going to be right back, and
<v Speaker 2>so I walked down there and I would say about
<v Speaker 2>I would say seventy five percent way down near the water.
<v Speaker 2>I get this feeling that I'm being watched. And my
<v Speaker 2>dad growing up, he's from that area and he got
<v Speaker 2>lost in the woods a few times, and he always
<v Speaker 2>told me, you know, if you ever feel like you're
<v Speaker 2>being watched, listen to your gut. It's always most of
<v Speaker 2>the time true. Don't psych yourself out, listen to it.
<v Speaker 2>So I was. I was ten at the time, so
<v Speaker 2>I'm I'm freaking out a little bit. And so when
<v Speaker 2>I'm thinking on my feet, I see this pontoon boat
<v Speaker 2>of my neighbors. My grandpa's boat is still there, so
<v Speaker 2>they never went fishing. But in a rush, I get
<v Speaker 2>out into the neighbor's pontoon boat because they have a
<v Speaker 2>cover on it, and that cover has maybe an inch
<v Speaker 2>gap between the boat and the cover, so I can
<v Speaker 2>see out just fine because I have that inch. But
<v Speaker 2>nothing can see me inside the pontoon boat, and that
<v Speaker 2>feeling's still there, and so I'm looking. I'm like, what
<v Speaker 2>the hell, Why am I getting this feeling? And so
<v Speaker 2>I look and I look for twenty minutes. I'm like,
<v Speaker 2>there's no bears in this area, there's no wolves. Why
<v Speaker 2>am I getting so worked up? And so I was like,
<v Speaker 2>I'm psyching myself out. I'm just afraid because I'm all
<v Speaker 2>alone out here. And so I'm like, all right, I'm
<v Speaker 2>just gonna book it back up to the house. It's
<v Speaker 2>one hundred yards. I'm going to lock that door behind
<v Speaker 2>me and just let it be it. And so I
<v Speaker 2>get out of the pontoon boat and I start running
<v Speaker 2>up this hill up to the cabin. And I would
<v Speaker 2>say as soon as I'm fifty fifty maybe forty yards
<v Speaker 2>out of the house, this creature, I'd say it was
<v Speaker 2>seven and a half to eight and a half feet tall,
<v Speaker 2>pure black, and just just walks in front of me.
<v Speaker 2>And it was halfway in between the house and me.
<v Speaker 2>So I would say it was probably, I don't know,
<v Speaker 2>fifteen yards away from me and another fifteen to the house.
<v Speaker 2>It was really scary and the best, the best way
<v Speaker 2>to describe how I reacted to It was just deer
<v Speaker 2>in headlights, just super super scared, froze. I don't even
<v Speaker 2>remember what it sounded like, what it smelled like. All
<v Speaker 2>my senses just went dull on me. I remember what
<v Speaker 2>it looked like. But I think when you get that
<v Speaker 2>scared and that close to something that's so so much
<v Speaker 2>more powerful than you, and you really feel that dread,
<v Speaker 2>you really lose lose it. And I just froze and
<v Speaker 2>we made eye contact. It definitely saw me. And I
<v Speaker 2>still don't understand if it was a bear, why it
<v Speaker 2>didn't attack me, And if it was a bigfoot, which
<v Speaker 2>I think it was, why why didn't come after me,
<v Speaker 2>Why it didn't attack me, Why why it didn't show
<v Speaker 2>hostility towards me? And it just walked away. And the
<v Speaker 2>interesting thing was, even though it's walking, it was it
<v Speaker 2>was so quick and it was so so fast, and
<v Speaker 2>it walked from the left to the right, so from
<v Speaker 2>the campfire area to the deer feeder area, and I
<v Speaker 2>would say within five seconds I lost it in the
<v Speaker 2>bush and in that surrounding area by the camp. If
<v Speaker 2>anyone's ever been in the Hayward or a little bit
<v Speaker 2>north of Hayward. You know how dense that forest is,
<v Speaker 2>and I just lost it and I ran inside, locked
<v Speaker 2>all the doors and hit underneath the bed and it
<v Speaker 2>was It was probably one of the scariest days of
<v Speaker 2>my life. I mean the creature. Tried to go into
<v Speaker 2>a little bit more detail about the creature. It was
<v Speaker 2>pure black hair. I think the best way to describe
<v Speaker 2>the face was add super super black skin and the
<v Speaker 2>hair was super super black and very coarse, kind of
<v Speaker 2>like I don't want to say pig hair, but kind
<v Speaker 2>of like bear hair too, but not as frizzy. The
<v Speaker 2>nose was very push pushed in and wide, and it
<v Speaker 2>didn't really I don't know if you would call it
<v Speaker 2>like a crest on the nose or the ridge on
<v Speaker 2>the nose. It didn't really have a crest. It was
<v Speaker 2>just very smushed in, very very wide. And then the lips,
<v Speaker 2>the lips were really very very thin, very thin. The eyes,
<v Speaker 2>the eyes are super black. There was hair everywhere except
<v Speaker 2>kind of on the forehead area, the cheek area, lips.
<v Speaker 2>It didn't really have any white on the eyes, which
<v Speaker 2>I thought was really interesting. It was just black brown brown,
<v Speaker 2>dark dark brown irises. The other thing that I did
<v Speaker 2>notice about it too, is it It almost looked like
<v Speaker 2>it didn't have a neck. I mean, its neck was
<v Speaker 2>just nonexistent almost, and the back muscles were just gigantic,
<v Speaker 2>and it was so so broad and you could just
<v Speaker 2>see the the individual muscle fibers move and it's really
<v Speaker 2>interesting and you could really tell how powerful the creature
<v Speaker 2>was when it was walking by me. I mean, I
<v Speaker 2>don't want to sound cliche, but it did. It did
<v Speaker 2>just do the classic bigfoot walk that you see on
<v Speaker 2>bumper stickers on water bottles. It had the classic walk.
<v Speaker 2>I think there's some other smaller details too that I
<v Speaker 2>thought was interesting too, so we would watch. It was
<v Speaker 2>during the time that the Blackhawks were in the Stanley
<v Speaker 2>Cup Final and me and my grandpa were watching it downstairs.
<v Speaker 2>And when we were watching the Stanley Cup Final, there
<v Speaker 2>were little tiny rocks that would hit that glass. It
<v Speaker 2>was never enough to shatter the glass, but always enough
<v Speaker 2>to just piss off my grandpa and he would always
<v Speaker 2>think it was teens hitting the glass, and looking back
<v Speaker 2>on it now, I wonder if it was the sasquatch
<v Speaker 2>trying to just don't know, like lure us out or
<v Speaker 2>just to get us annoyed. I don't know what it was,
<v Speaker 2>but I think it was the same as squatch trying
<v Speaker 2>to get us out of out of our house or
<v Speaker 2>or something. And then another big detail is the VRBO
<v Speaker 2>owner or the person that we were renting from. He
<v Speaker 2>was letting us know when we first came there. He's like, hey,
<v Speaker 2>can you keep an eye out for poachers in the area.
<v Speaker 2>A lot of my deer have been missing, and a
<v Speaker 2>lot of my deer population has gone down in our area.
<v Speaker 2>So if you could watch the feeder for me, I'd
<v Speaker 2>greatly appreciate it. And this feeder always had corn in it.
<v Speaker 2>The owner came by once while we were there, and
<v Speaker 2>we were there for a week to fill up the core,
<v Speaker 2>and he tried to talk to us about if he
<v Speaker 2>saw anyone, and I said I didn't. I was afraid
<v Speaker 2>to tell him what I saw. Other than that, That's
<v Speaker 2>that's about it with my encounter.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, I appreciate you, Jonathan for sharing that with me.
<v Speaker 1>And this creature before you you encountered it, did you
<v Speaker 1>get a bad feeling?
<v Speaker 2>Oh yeah, oh yeah, definitely that dread being watched. Just
<v Speaker 2>the hairs on the back of your arms and neck
<v Speaker 2>were just standing up. I've never gotten that feeling today.
<v Speaker 2>I go hunting and fishing all the time, and I
<v Speaker 2>still haven't gotten that feeling. Before. I knew something was
<v Speaker 2>watching me, but I didn't know what it was.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, and I know that feeling all too well. So
<v Speaker 1>at this point, you're heading back towards the cabin, correct, Yes,
<v Speaker 1>And did the creature follow you or did you happen
<v Speaker 1>to see it as you were heading to the cabin.
<v Speaker 2>As I was running to the cabin, it crossed my
<v Speaker 2>path as I was running across that dirt path from
<v Speaker 2>left to right. So the dirt path is going straight
<v Speaker 2>into the house purpen dickularly, and then the creature is
<v Speaker 2>running parallel to the cabin, if that makes sense.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. And do you think this creature was trying to
<v Speaker 1>cut you off or possibly just trying to avoid being
<v Speaker 1>seen by you?
<v Speaker 2>Huh. That's a good question. I feel like if it
<v Speaker 2>was trying to cut me off, it definitely worked because
<v Speaker 2>I stopped dead in my tracks when I saw it
<v Speaker 2>and I froze, so it could have intercepted me. But
<v Speaker 2>if it was going to try to intercept me, I
<v Speaker 2>feel like these creatures are smart enough to do that.
<v Speaker 2>For a reason, and he or she just kept on walking,
<v Speaker 2>and so maybe it was just trying to avoid me
<v Speaker 2>or to get a better angle of the pontoon boat.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know if it saw me leave the boat, but.
<v Speaker 1>That I don't know. Yeah, there's if few things here
<v Speaker 1>that I'm seeing, and one is there's the lake, which
<v Speaker 1>sasquatch are found near water, and there's a deer feeder,
<v Speaker 1>which that's food for the squatch, and also the deer
<v Speaker 1>that the feeder brings in that's more food. And there's
<v Speaker 1>also this dirt path that goes to the lake, and
<v Speaker 1>I often hear that sasquatch will use trails, so there
<v Speaker 1>could be a few reasons why the creature was around.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, you got food, water, cover, and a path
<v Speaker 1>of least resistance. And they like to watch people as entertainments,
<v Speaker 1>so it could have been watching you the whole time.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, I agree, those are good points.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. And the owner he mentioned that deer were missing.
<v Speaker 1>Is that correct? They kind of just disappeared.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah. He said that there used to be I don't know,
<v Speaker 2>six or seven regular deer that stopped by daily, and
<v Speaker 2>then when we were there, I could only count maybe
<v Speaker 2>two that I saw the whole time.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that is interesting. Was this creature on all fours
<v Speaker 1>or was it upright?
<v Speaker 2>It was upright. It it had probably seven foot strides.
<v Speaker 2>These strides were huge. It was covering ground quickly even
<v Speaker 2>though it wasn't running, just by how long the strides were.
<v Speaker 2>The arms were swaying on its side. I mean, it
<v Speaker 2>was just the classic classic bigfoot. Is it the gibblin
<v Speaker 2>for Yeah, exactly the exact same way it was walking.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, so it was kind of hunched over. It had
<v Speaker 1>that arm swing. Did it look over at you a
<v Speaker 1>few times?
<v Speaker 2>It looked over at me as we crossed pass and
<v Speaker 2>then I hate to be a bad witness when it
<v Speaker 2>came so close to me, but it freaked me out.
<v Speaker 2>I didn't want to look if it was following me.
<v Speaker 2>As soon as it in a way and started going
<v Speaker 2>in the opposite direction, I booked it inside. I was
<v Speaker 2>so afraid I locked the door. So it only looked
<v Speaker 2>at me once, but we did make eye contact.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, and you're for sure this wasn't a black bear? Correct?
<v Speaker 2>I'm one hundred percent sure. I mean, the nose was
<v Speaker 2>so much different than a black bear. I think the
<v Speaker 2>lips were different. If it was a black bear. To me,
<v Speaker 2>as a hunter, I don't see why I wouldn't have
<v Speaker 2>attacked me. I mean that black bear was probably two
<v Speaker 2>or three strides away from me. I'm an easy meal
<v Speaker 2>up there. I mean, yeah, it's berry season when we
<v Speaker 2>went up. Blueberries were in season, so maybe it was
<v Speaker 2>already full. But no, black bear gets to be seven
<v Speaker 2>eight feet tall. We're talking grizzily bear size at that point.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. Yeah, it sounds like that was a bigfoot creature.
<v Speaker 1>And whenever you describe the nose, I remember you saying
<v Speaker 1>that it was like conical shape. Did it have a snout?
<v Speaker 2>It did not have a snout. The face was fairly flat.
<v Speaker 2>It was really flat. The hair was covering so much
<v Speaker 2>of it that it was kind of hard to make
<v Speaker 2>out any specific details in terms of cheekbones or any
<v Speaker 2>terms of like, I don't know, but it had hit
<v Speaker 2>a big brow. The eyes were dark dark brown, almost
<v Speaker 2>black irises, and it had no nose ridge it just
<v Speaker 2>had the flares out.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that sounds like sasquatch. And I know there's gonna
<v Speaker 1>be people in the comments that say that was a
<v Speaker 1>dog man, but it sounds like that was a bigfoot
<v Speaker 1>and this happened roughly, I don't know, let's say, like
<v Speaker 1>eleven years ago. Is that correct you said in twenty thirteen.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I was when I was probably ten. And that's
<v Speaker 2>that's something I forget got to mention, was I was
<v Speaker 2>so young at this point? Is I feel like it's
<v Speaker 2>interesting that a sasquatch or whatever it was would reveal
<v Speaker 2>itself to me when I was that young?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah? That could be another reason. You're young, your kid,
<v Speaker 1>and this creature is not intimidated by you, and typically
<v Speaker 1>they'll stay away from adults.
<v Speaker 2>Interesting.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, And whenever you were having the rocks thrown at
<v Speaker 1>the window the pebbles, how old were you then? Was
<v Speaker 1>this around the same timeframe?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, this was probably the day prior, in the day after.
<v Speaker 2>We never returned back to this cabin. We always try
<v Speaker 2>to move around in Wisconsin to just fish different lakes
<v Speaker 2>and visit with our family, So it was around the
<v Speaker 2>exact same time.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. And why do you think the creatures, these beings,
<v Speaker 1>why do you think they're trying to get your attention?
<v Speaker 1>Were they just gauging your reaction? You think? I don't know.
<v Speaker 2>I think what he or she could have thought too,
<v Speaker 2>is maybe as I was running up. I was probably
<v Speaker 2>the same size as a deer, or maybe a little
<v Speaker 2>bit smaller as a deer, and maybe I was running
<v Speaker 2>right past the deer feeder. Maybe thought I was some
<v Speaker 2>sort of deer going in, and then as soon as
<v Speaker 2>it got close enough to me and noticed that, hey,
<v Speaker 2>this isn't food, this is a human, I should walk away.
<v Speaker 2>I think maybe that's why.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it could be maybe I thought you were a
<v Speaker 1>deer heading to the deer feeder and it was going
<v Speaker 1>to cut you off and realize you were a person,
<v Speaker 1>and then took off.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, that's a good point.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, And this creature was a black color, and you
<v Speaker 1>mentioned that it had hair kind of like a black bear.
<v Speaker 1>That's very similar to the sasquatch that I've seen here
<v Speaker 1>in Missouri. They were like a jet black color, and
<v Speaker 1>the best way I can describe the fur on the
<v Speaker 1>creature was like a little black bear cub. Like how
<v Speaker 1>jet black it is, how shiny it is. And yeah,
<v Speaker 1>what do you remember the most about this creature?
<v Speaker 2>Ooh? I think just how much taller and how much
<v Speaker 2>bigger it was than me. I My dad's six '
<v Speaker 2>eight and he's a really big dude. And I always
<v Speaker 2>felt like he was the biggest man in the room
<v Speaker 2>growing up, and I always felt safe, and this creature
<v Speaker 2>would have just towered over my dad. And I remember
<v Speaker 2>it just looking down at me, and I was like,
<v Speaker 2>this is it. I'm done. So I feel like I
<v Speaker 2>didn't really. I've watched a few of your other videos
<v Speaker 2>and everyone talks about smell or hearing footsteps, and I
<v Speaker 2>think that's the other interesting thing is I don't remember
<v Speaker 2>hearing a single thing. It was so silent, like, even
<v Speaker 2>though it walked in front of me, I didn't hear
<v Speaker 2>a footstep. I don't know if that was just me
<v Speaker 2>being scared to death, but it was completely silent.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's what they do, the jet black sasquatch that
<v Speaker 1>I've seen here in my property. It got up and
<v Speaker 1>walked off, just like the Patterson Gamblin footage, and it
<v Speaker 1>looked over at me a few times. But what I
<v Speaker 1>really remember is it was walking in the oak trees,
<v Speaker 1>or not in the oak trees, but where the oaks grow,
<v Speaker 1>and there's a bunch of oak leaves everywhere, and it
<v Speaker 1>was silent, like it never really made a sound even
<v Speaker 1>whenever it was walking off.
<v Speaker 2>M interesting, Yeah, it was never I mean, deer makes sounds.
<v Speaker 2>They're quiet, but they make sounds. You can hear things,
<v Speaker 2>but I never heard it coming.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's frightening for sure. And how tall do you
<v Speaker 1>estimate estimate the creature to be and how much do
<v Speaker 1>you think it weighed?
<v Speaker 2>I would say I would say eight feet tall and
<v Speaker 2>anywhere from seven to eight hundred pounds. I mean, this
<v Speaker 2>thing was pure muscle. It had no fat on it.
<v Speaker 2>Eight hundred pounds might even be an understatement. It's hard
<v Speaker 2>to tell with and you know, there's not a lot
<v Speaker 2>of scientific research on these creatures, so it's hard to
<v Speaker 2>tell an accurate guess to it. But I'd say eight
<v Speaker 2>hundred eight hundred pounds.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that sounds pretty accurate. So this was an older creature.
<v Speaker 1>It wasn't like a juvenile. It was an adult.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah. And the had a very human like face. And
<v Speaker 2>that's that's the reason why I don't think it was
<v Speaker 2>a bear. And I feel like even with sasquatch, i'd
<v Speaker 2>like your opinion on it. I bet they their faces
<v Speaker 2>mature like human faces. Do you know they lose the
<v Speaker 2>baby fat. This This sasquatch definitely had a more grown
<v Speaker 2>up esque face to it. More of like how it
<v Speaker 2>held itself more serious. I've heard accounts of juveniles playing
<v Speaker 2>and kind of toying around in this This sasquatch just
<v Speaker 2>seemed pure business. No no expression on its face, Absolutely
<v Speaker 2>no expression.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, absolutely, And I've seen a juvenile before too, and
<v Speaker 1>they just have like, I don't know, like baby features
<v Speaker 1>to him, kind of like how a fawn has like
<v Speaker 1>a little bottle nose, and they're like, you know, like
<v Speaker 1>how infants are tubby almost, you know, like that's how
<v Speaker 1>the juveniles are, at least the one that I encountered,
<v Speaker 1>But like the adults, they're a lot older looking. And
<v Speaker 1>Fred Roll from Subarctic Alaska said, at the best, like
<v Speaker 1>they have, like I really wrinkly face, not all of them,
<v Speaker 1>but the one that I encountered, kind of like a
<v Speaker 1>Native American if you ever look at those old Native
<v Speaker 1>American photos of the Indians, like how wrinkly and leathered
<v Speaker 1>their faces are, Like that's how the older Sasquatch are.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah. I really like your usage of leathery. That's a
<v Speaker 2>great way to put the skin is leathery and very
<v Speaker 2>very textured, very not not smooth like human skin, but
<v Speaker 2>a little bit more worn and beat down in weathered
<v Speaker 2>like leather.

<v Speaker 1>don't know, the feeling never goes away, but you get
<v Speaker 1>eager to learn more about these things. But yeah, most people,
<v Speaker 1>they won't go back out there. I'm not saying that
<v Speaker 1>I'm brave. I'm maybe I'm stupid for going out there
<v Speaker 1>knowing what's truly out in the woods. But I just
<v Speaker 1>want to get these things on film or just have
<v Speaker 1>another encounter or experience more activity so I can learn more.
<v Speaker 1>And yeah, I mean, the more encounter stories that I hear,
<v Speaker 1>the less I want to go out there, honestly, especially
<v Speaker 1>when people tell me these terrifying encounters where it try
<v Speaker 1>to get them or they saw like this cryptid creature
<v Speaker 1>that wasn't a bigfoot and it's like, what the heck

<v Speaker 2>Yeah? Yeah, those are interesting stories as well, and it's
<v Speaker 2>so interesting how much we don't know. Yeah, but I
<v Speaker 2>hope it gets recorded and I hope it gets researched more.

<v Speaker 1>I think the sasquatch do the same thing. There's been
<v Speaker 1>trailcam photos around deer feeders, but I'm not sure if
<v Speaker 1>those are real or you know, somebody in a suit,

<v Speaker 2>I think with the deer feeder too, it was it
<v Speaker 2>was a he made it himself, so it was more
<v Speaker 2>of a horse trough kind of more of a bucket
<v Speaker 2>style rather than a spreader. Two, so he could come
<v Speaker 2>up and grab the corn with his hands whenever he
<v Speaker 2>wanted two. It wasn't on a time or anything like that.
<v Speaker 1>No, Okay, yeah, I want to get a deer feeder sometime.
<v Speaker 1>I looked them up in the past and they're actually
<v Speaker 1>pretty expensive. And to buy corn all the time and
<v Speaker 1>keep it maintained. You know, that's that's a job. But
<v Speaker 1>maybe I have a chance. But in the end, I'm
<v Speaker 1>just feeding squirrels, birds and deer.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, let's see. Can you think of anything else that's
<v Speaker 1>happened in the past that you think might have been
<v Speaker 1>attributed to these creatures or possibly like some type of
<v Speaker 1>paranormal activity, whether it's like a shadow person, a UFO,
<v Speaker 1>anything you could think of.
<v Speaker 2>I don't have any other experiences with the paranormal or
<v Speaker 2>anything of that sorts. This is a very one off
<v Speaker 2>thing for me, and I also think that's the rarity.
<v Speaker 2>I feel like a lot of people in your stories
<v Speaker 2>they see orbs, or they see or hear of other creatures,
<v Speaker 2>and this is the only unexplained thing that's really happened
<v Speaker 2>to me in my life, and it definitely sticks out
<v Speaker 2>for that reason.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I mean, it's pretty interesting how people like myself
<v Speaker 1>go out into the forest and have multiple encounters and
<v Speaker 1>experiences throughout their life and strange things that occur, and
<v Speaker 1>then somebody who goes out to like a cabin for
<v Speaker 1>the first time, first couple of days they see a
<v Speaker 1>sasquatch and then never see or experience anything else ever again.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I don't know if I want to see another
<v Speaker 2>one again. From all the stories it scares me and
<v Speaker 2>what I experienced too, even though it didn't really care
<v Speaker 2>about me too much. It just kept on walk and
<v Speaker 2>we made eye contact. I don't think I would want
<v Speaker 2>to see it again.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I don't blame you. What do you think these
<v Speaker 1>creatures are? Where do you think they came from?
<v Speaker 2>I think they're they're native to the land and that
<v Speaker 2>they came before us and the Native Americans, and I
<v Speaker 2>think they're very ancient creatures here that know the land.
<v Speaker 2>They're they're very wise, they're very smart from what I hear,
<v Speaker 2>and I think I think they're just another creature and
<v Speaker 2>similar to the Native Americans that just came here before
<v Speaker 2>everyone else, created their social structures before everyone else, and
<v Speaker 2>thanks to them being so wise and smart, they've been
<v Speaker 2>able to hide off the radar from everyone else.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's a great theory. And there's a lot of
<v Speaker 1>cryptid reports from Michigan's and Minnesota anywhere around the Great
<v Speaker 1>Lakes or up north where there's a bunch of ponds
<v Speaker 1>and lakes all over the place, and people say that
<v Speaker 1>these creatures follow the waterways and they they're always found
<v Speaker 1>around water, so that could be a reason why there's
<v Speaker 1>so many encounters up there. And what's the terrain like
<v Speaker 1>up there? Is there like a lot of connifer trees
<v Speaker 1>or a lot of farmland. Can you describe that a
<v Speaker 1>little bit?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I would love to. It's super super dense conifer trees,
<v Speaker 2>super dense deciduous trees that lose their leaves in the
<v Speaker 2>winter time. A lot of ferns on the ground, a
<v Speaker 2>lot of sticks, a lot of dead tree life on
<v Speaker 2>the ground, tree litter on the ground, sticks, The ground
<v Speaker 2>was pretty pretty silty, I would say, and sandy, it
<v Speaker 2>wasn't super clayey, and he definitely wherever he was coming from.
<v Speaker 2>It just shocked me because it was super dense and
<v Speaker 2>you couldn't see more than ten or twenty or thirty
<v Speaker 2>feet into the trees. It was just super dense, super
<v Speaker 2>It was almost like you were in a tropical rainforest
<v Speaker 2>where we were, and just how dense the vegetation was. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>I think if there was anything.
<v Speaker 1>Else that sounds like bigfoot habitat to me, what time
<v Speaker 1>of day did this encounter occur?
<v Speaker 2>How's the other interesting thing? It was around noon. I
<v Speaker 2>slept in and everyone left before me, and I would
<v Speaker 2>say eleven to twelve o'clock.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's interesting. I encountered that jet black sasquatch I
<v Speaker 1>was telling you about around eleven am. And what was
<v Speaker 1>the weather like that day? And do you remember?
<v Speaker 2>I do? I do? It was perfectly clear, not a
<v Speaker 2>cloud in the sky. I would say it was probably
<v Speaker 2>I don't know. It wasn't hot. I remember it was
<v Speaker 2>cooler for sure, so probably eighty five to eighty degrees.
<v Speaker 2>I don't think there's any wind. And it was a
<v Speaker 2>beautiful day out.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's interesting. The juvenile and the jet black sasquatch
<v Speaker 1>that I seen, it was I would say around eighty
<v Speaker 1>five degrees beautiful day in the summer. The jet black one,
<v Speaker 1>the older one that I seen, was in June and
<v Speaker 1>the juvenile was in July that following month. And yeah,
<v Speaker 1>it was a beautiful day during those encounters. And it
<v Speaker 1>wasn't too hot, it wasn't cold, and just the weather
<v Speaker 1>was perfect.
<v Speaker 2>You know.
<v Speaker 1>It's just one of those days where the birds are chirping,
<v Speaker 1>the sun is shining, and it was a good day
<v Speaker 1>to be out in the outdoors.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, that was I'm glad you brought up the
<v Speaker 2>birds on that That was the other thing I forgot
<v Speaker 2>to mention in my story when I was hiding on
<v Speaker 2>the pontoon boat because I felt like I was being watched.
<v Speaker 2>I remember not hearing a single thing in the forest.
<v Speaker 2>And usually there's crickets or grasshoppers or arcadias in the trees,
<v Speaker 2>or some sort of birds in the area, like looms.
<v Speaker 2>But it was dead quiet when I was looking around
<v Speaker 2>me on that pontoon boat.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, and that goes along with the eerie feeling that
<v Speaker 1>you had.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, yes, Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Those loons sound really cool, by the way, It's almost
<v Speaker 1>like listening to elk in the mountains.
<v Speaker 2>They are very cool. They're eurie though too. They're spookying
<v Speaker 2>of themselves sometimes if you hear them late at night. Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely, And they got those red, little beady eyes. They're
<v Speaker 1>creepy there.
<v Speaker 2>Cool bird though, very pretty. Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely, it's cool watching them, like listening to them vocalize,
<v Speaker 1>and whenever they dip underneath the water and come out
<v Speaker 1>somewhere else, it's pretty cool.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah. They're very very cool birds.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. Have you ever looked online to see if there's
<v Speaker 1>ever been any encounter sidings in this area.
<v Speaker 2>I haven't The one thing that was interesting to me
<v Speaker 2>is I spent probably I don't know, twenty or thirty
<v Speaker 2>hours in the last week following up to this investigation
<v Speaker 2>of yours trying to find the house in the log
<v Speaker 2>cabin where we stayed. And I remember looking it up
<v Speaker 2>five years ago and being able to find it. But
<v Speaker 2>all of a sudden, there's no pictures of the cabin,
<v Speaker 2>there's no ads for the place, there's no ads in
<v Speaker 2>any of the listing vrbos, airbnbs. It's totally gone off
<v Speaker 2>the grid where this place has. And I've looked as
<v Speaker 2>hard as I could try to call people, try to
<v Speaker 2>call the relatives that stayed there to see if they
<v Speaker 2>remembered anything, and with all those leads, I couldn't find
<v Speaker 2>an address or in a location or even the lake
<v Speaker 2>where it was at.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that is interesting. And if you don't mind me
<v Speaker 1>asking what county was this in in Wisconsin?
<v Speaker 2>What county?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah? Do you remember?
<v Speaker 2>I don't. I'm sorry I should know that. But it
<v Speaker 2>was a little outside of Hayward, a little I would say,
<v Speaker 2>an hour to two hours north. I was so young
<v Speaker 2>at the time, so I don't remember quite the area
<v Speaker 2>in terms of county wise, where we were at.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, that's no problem. I think Hayward is in Sawyer County,
<v Speaker 1>and if you go to squatchable dot com, you can
<v Speaker 1>put in the state and the county and look up
<v Speaker 1>the bigfoot reports. I'm actually on there right now, and yeah,
<v Speaker 1>there's a few encounter stories from that county, but you'll
<v Speaker 1>just have to figure out exactly where it was at.
