<v Speaker 3>wrestling's heating up too, as we are closing in on
<v Speaker 3>Bad Blood little under a month away now, and that
<v Speaker 3>one is sure to be sure to be a I
<v Speaker 3>think a violent, memorable event. I think that there's a
<v Speaker 3>lot of programs that are coming to a head at
<v Speaker 3>Bad Blood, a lot of programs ending new one's beginning
<v Speaker 3>is then we head into the Survivors Series season, believe
<v Speaker 3>it or not, so a lot to get to tonight
<v Speaker 3>with your emails. We might even have a voicemailer two,

<v Speaker 3>let's go to Dino. It's been a while, Dino since
<v Speaker 3>you've opened the show. I feel like, so what do
<v Speaker 3>you got to say? Well, he says, what's up WWE
<v Speaker 3>podcast Dino from Scotland. Let me hear your ceye quick
<v Speaker 3>apology in advance about the amount of times I say
<v Speaker 3>plee in quick succession in the first bullet point. Do
<v Speaker 3>try to keep up. I'll do my best. So first
<v Speaker 3>I thought Bashian Berlin was kind of lame. The crowd
<v Speaker 3>at Bashan Berlin was kind of lame. Not the pre
<v Speaker 3>show because they were the better crowd than the actual
<v Speaker 3>one in the Uber arena. Maybe it was because I
<v Speaker 3>had the pre show on my sixty five inch plus
<v Speaker 3>tea and the ple in my laptop instead of the TV.
<v Speaker 3>But then I didn't think they were great at SmackDown either.
<v Speaker 3>It was like a slightly above average American crowd. Plus
<v Speaker 3>I never really got into it, and the fact that
<v Speaker 3>it was pretty predictable, so it was more of just
<v Speaker 3>something I had in the background while watching football. It's
<v Speaker 3>not personal Germany. I just wasn't as interested as I
<v Speaker 3>was in the entre other international pls. Maybe I'm just
<v Speaker 3>a little tired of the international PLS being treated as
<v Speaker 3>a B level plee with nothing of major consequence happening,
<v Speaker 3>which I think by now is the continent of Europe
<v Speaker 3>has at least showing that it deserves. Yeah, I don't
<v Speaker 3>know about the crowd. I mean, for me, it was
<v Speaker 3>kind of the same old, same old of the crowd
<v Speaker 3>just chanting things that we don't understand, and for four
<v Speaker 3>hours they chanted the same chant that I don't know.
<v Speaker 3>I'm guessing they all chant at sporting events whatever it
<v Speaker 3>may be. Who knows, And if you're in the United
<v Speaker 3>States can only speak for those in the United States.
<v Speaker 3>Who cares. I mean, we don't care, just like there
<v Speaker 3>are a chance we chan here that overseas your crowd.
<v Speaker 3>I'm sure the crowds are. People overseas are just to
<v Speaker 3>you know, hate the US crowds at times. So it
<v Speaker 3>kind of goes both ways. As we all kind of have.
<v Speaker 3>We have our own culture, right, we have our own chance,
<v Speaker 3>we have our own ways of attending events. But as
<v Speaker 3>a US citizen, I can say that listening to the
<v Speaker 3>German crowd was not as distracting as France. Nothing against France.
<v Speaker 3>It's just a difference of culture, it's all, and it's
<v Speaker 3>just what it is. But it's a lot of times
<v Speaker 3>going into business for yourself, there's very little booing. Everything's
<v Speaker 3>cheered and it's because there's a lot of excitement. I
<v Speaker 3>understand that, but the fact that there haven't been any
<v Speaker 3>major consequential events happening overseas yet. Everything has been a
<v Speaker 3>very wrestling heavy just pl matter of fact, here's some
<v Speaker 3>great wrestling or five matches, but no big returns, no
<v Speaker 3>big angles started. I mean, that's kind of been the
<v Speaker 3>overseas overseas way of doing things for Triple Ah, here's
<v Speaker 3>some great matches, no big returns coming, no big turns,
<v Speaker 3>no big events, just great wrestling, and you'll get an outcome.
<v Speaker 3>And by the way, you're gonna pay more than anyone's
<v Speaker 3>ever paid in their lives, and we're gonna throw it
<v Speaker 3>in your face by saying it's the highest grossing event.
<v Speaker 3>Thanks for the cash. It's kind of what it is.
<v Speaker 3>But they keep paying it, and you know, more power
<v Speaker 3>to them. There is something to be said for great wrestling.
<v Speaker 3>But if you're going to these events expecting big returns,
<v Speaker 3>they have I mean again, not that they won't ever
<v Speaker 3>do it, but so far they've shown that it's not
<v Speaker 3>really maybe the way it's lined up, but who knows.
<v Speaker 3>All Right, in the next couple of months, as we
<v Speaker 3>get towards Christmas time, we're gonna start to find out
<v Speaker 3>where the twenty twenty five international pls will be, and
<v Speaker 3>that's typically when they start geting announced. And the latest
<v Speaker 3>rumor I've seen online is Italy, So I guess it
<v Speaker 3>will be long till we find out. WWE clearly is
<v Speaker 3>taking a global approach to their growth, and they're more
<v Speaker 3>than well, they're more than you know, allowed to do that.
<v Speaker 3>They're they're in the business of making cash, and they
<v Speaker 3>feel that they've kind of saturated the United States and
<v Speaker 3>North America market and that it's time to go global.
<v Speaker 3>And I can respect that absolutely, and I have if
<v Speaker 3>I were WWE and I was asked, Hey, if I
<v Speaker 3>was in charge of it, what would you do? Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>I go global too, in a more aggressive way than
<v Speaker 3>Vince ever did with these overseas pls. And yes, there
<v Speaker 3>will be in the next probably a couple of years
<v Speaker 3>a UK WrestleMania. I believe WrestleMania forty two is heading
<v Speaker 3>that way. But I will say, as a United States citizen,
<v Speaker 3>again from just a fans perspective, not a cash or
<v Speaker 3>running the company perspective, when I hear that they're going
<v Speaker 3>to be overseas, and I can I think I can
<v Speaker 3>vouch for a chunk of the audience listening from North America.
<v Speaker 3>When I hear that, they're you know, it's going to
<v Speaker 3>be in Berlin, it's going to be in France, it's
<v Speaker 3>going to be in Italy, it's going to be in wherever.
<v Speaker 3>I I'm not excited. I don't get excited for that.
<v Speaker 3>In fact, I hear it and I go, oh, not
<v Speaker 3>that I'm jealous that you guys get the events, because
<v Speaker 3>we've certainly had over the last several decades more than
<v Speaker 3>our fair share, if not the majority, of the events.
<v Speaker 3>It's not that it's not that I get jealous. It's
<v Speaker 3>I just I don't look forward to the crowds because
<v Speaker 3>everything is just so simplified and dumbed down to what's
<v Speaker 3>the decibels, how many decibels are are what's the number
<v Speaker 3>of decibels in the crowd. I think it's a little
<v Speaker 3>bit more than that when it comes to watching wrestling,
<v Speaker 3>and it's not just let's let's let's you know, sing
<v Speaker 3>our chance that have nothing to do with what's going
<v Speaker 3>on in the ring. Let's cheer for everything, and how
<v Speaker 3>loud can we be for just the sake of being loud,
<v Speaker 3>and I don't like it. That's just my taste. I
<v Speaker 3>know a lot of you are totally disagree and just
<v Speaker 3>love the noise and that's cool. But I think that
<v Speaker 3>for me personally, when I hear it's overseas is I
<v Speaker 3>grown and nothing against the countries themselves. Find people. I
<v Speaker 3>just like the United States slash Canadian. I love Canada
<v Speaker 3>crowds too. Canada crowds, I think are what the United
<v Speaker 3>States crowds should aspire to be, honestly, because they react
<v Speaker 3>to what's going on in the ring. They do have
<v Speaker 3>their their chance that they do that. I go, you know,
<v Speaker 3>this has nothing to do with wrestling, especially when sam's
<v Speaker 3>Ain comes out or Kevin Owens whatever. But uh, you know,
<v Speaker 3>you get your you get your good crowds in the
<v Speaker 3>United States, you get your Chicago's, you get your Atlanta as,
<v Speaker 3>you get your you know when you got to go
<v Speaker 3>to big cities LA. Right, New York City obviously, Madison
<v Speaker 3>Square Garden can be very loud at times. Boston. I'm
<v Speaker 3>not going to say here in Albany is anything special
<v Speaker 3>just because I'm from here. I don't really care. Our
<v Speaker 3>crowds are very average here. So anyway, I could go
<v Speaker 3>on and on about that, but I'm sure I pissed
<v Speaker 3>off anyone listening overseas. But it's nothing against personally anybody
<v Speaker 3>in the countries, and nothing against you guys at all.
<v Speaker 3>You're very passionate love you know you guys have more energy.
<v Speaker 3>I ever will go into a sporting event. It's just
<v Speaker 3>not my cup of tea. So I noticed this even
<v Speaker 3>at the clash that described the decibel thing that bring
<v Speaker 3>up on the screen is so fake.
<v Speaker 4>Bro.
<v Speaker 3>If you keep a close eye on it and pakes
<v Speaker 3>us close attention, sometimes it goes higher when the crowd
<v Speaker 3>isn't even making that much noise and was louder like
<v Speaker 3>a minute before, and then sometimes it goes down when
<v Speaker 3>the crowd or loud. I first noticed that the clash
<v Speaker 3>when in person the decibel level is so fake and
<v Speaker 3>clearly being manually controlled. I saw that too, and here's
<v Speaker 3>why I dismissed it. I didn't even bring it up
<v Speaker 3>other than saying I noticed it for them to they
<v Speaker 3>put it on screen, and that's why I'm saying, all
<v Speaker 3>they care about is decibels. It's ridiculous. I actually think
<v Speaker 3>it's real. However, I think that there's a lag in
<v Speaker 3>the on screen and what's going on live in the crowd.
<v Speaker 3>That seems to be the case because you'll see something
<v Speaker 3>happen or hear something happen, but then the decibel reader
<v Speaker 3>won't automatically reac I think there's a lag, but if
<v Speaker 3>they are manually doing it, and then shame on them.
<v Speaker 3>So I'd like to give Michael Ridder's review of Bash
<v Speaker 3>in Berlin on the after Dark episode a shout out.
<v Speaker 3>Give it a listen. Absolutely everything he said about Cody
<v Speaker 3>and Roman A is one hundred percent spout on. Well
<v Speaker 3>it's not Michael Ritter, it's Anthony de Marco, so check
<v Speaker 3>out Anthony Marco. Michael Ritter was a former SmackDown review
<v Speaker 3>review hosts. So, all right, is there anything more annoying
<v Speaker 3>than when someone in the ring starts speaking a completely
<v Speaker 3>different language?
<v Speaker 4>I e.
<v Speaker 3>Reat the start of Raw and that random guy during Bash. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>it's annoying. It is. You know, the majority of your
<v Speaker 3>audience is English speaking, and you're at times you hear
<v Speaker 3>the the the language spoke that's not English. It's annoying,
<v Speaker 3>but a lot of times it's done by heels to
<v Speaker 3>get heat and I mean, just I know Oscar is
<v Speaker 3>not currently, but Osca outside of her, Noblee's ready for
<v Speaker 3>Osca never said much on air at all in English,
<v Speaker 3>and she would yell in Japanese and you'd just be like, yeah, sure, whatever, bruh,
<v Speaker 3>Like you know, you didn't know what she was saying.
<v Speaker 3>But she was still entertaining because she's a cartoon character
<v Speaker 3>when she's on camera. But a lot of times heels
<v Speaker 3>will do that because they know it annoys the crowd.
<v Speaker 3>But yeah, I'm with you on that. Last I have
<v Speaker 3>to say, I think Roman returned way too early, and
<v Speaker 3>I mean way too early, given that he's barely showed up,
<v Speaker 3>never mind spoken a word on the mic. They could
<v Speaker 3>have easily waited another month or two and let the
<v Speaker 3>anticipation for his return continue for longer. I'm still of
<v Speaker 3>the opinion that my original idea was the best when
<v Speaker 3>I said Solo should win at SummerSlam, take the title
<v Speaker 3>from Cody, we wait a little longer for Roman, with
<v Speaker 3>Cody getting his rematch against Solo at Bad Blood or
<v Speaker 3>where Roman would return, causing Solo the match and helping
<v Speaker 3>Cody in front of his home crowd in Atlanta. As
<v Speaker 3>it looks like we're getting Cody versus Solo at Bad
<v Speaker 3>Blood anyway. And with my original idea, this would have
<v Speaker 3>cemented Roman as the baby face and Solo and his
<v Speaker 3>teams the heads heels ahead of Survivors series. The pop
<v Speaker 3>would have been even louder, better and more memorable as
<v Speaker 3>it's in an arena. The fact that we're getting Cody
<v Speaker 3>versus Solo again anyway is bugging yes out of me
<v Speaker 3>because it's looking like we're getting there only focusing on
<v Speaker 3>getting Cody's number of days as champion up, and I
<v Speaker 3>fear they want him as champion for a similar amount
<v Speaker 3>of days as Roman. That's my biggest fear, and that's
<v Speaker 3>the way it looks. Speak to y'all again, Okay, Well,
<v Speaker 3>I don't think that they're trying to get the number
<v Speaker 3>of days up to compensate with Roman. I don't think
<v Speaker 3>they have any desire to get to that near four
<v Speaker 3>year mark. That would be insane. The crowd would eventually
<v Speaker 3>turn on him had it not been for his song.
<v Speaker 3>That is just it is very catchy and it's very
<v Speaker 3>well coordinated. I think that the crowd wouldn't be as
<v Speaker 3>supportive of Cody. I honestly believe that that's not to
<v Speaker 3>diminish his ability in the ring or his mic skills,
<v Speaker 3>which are pretty darn good, but that song just fits
<v Speaker 3>him so perfectly, and his entrance is so just grand
<v Speaker 3>that I think it's such a strong part of his
<v Speaker 3>character that if you take that away, I mean, listen
<v Speaker 3>to when Cody comes out without without entrance music. Sometimes
<v Speaker 3>he'll run out. It's rare, but he'll run out and
<v Speaker 3>you don't hear his entrance music. The crowd doesn't explode,
<v Speaker 3>you know, they're just like, oh, hey, it's Cody cool, you.
<v Speaker 2>Know, but.
<v Speaker 3>The uh yeah, this has been something that I have
<v Speaker 3>also said, and this was prior to SummerSlam. You guys
<v Speaker 3>can go back and listen that Roman rerains, I believe
<v Speaker 3>what should not appear at Summer Slam, and he did
<v Speaker 3>because it's SummerSlam and they want a big moment at SummerSlam,
<v Speaker 3>and people were anticipating it and waiting for it. But
<v Speaker 3>I also was in the camp of I would wait.
<v Speaker 3>And here's the kicker. As you kind of brushed on Dino.
<v Speaker 3>Roman Reins came back over a month ago now and
<v Speaker 3>we have yet to hear anything from him. Nothing zero.
<v Speaker 3>We've heard Jack s nothing, that's it. That's just I mean,
<v Speaker 3>it's criminal and why people this is Look, Roman Rains
<v Speaker 3>has never been very strong on the mic. We know this.
<v Speaker 3>Roman Rains has historically been very weak on the mic.
<v Speaker 3>Although his character as the tribal chief certainly rectified some
<v Speaker 3>of that, some of those issues, and he did improve,
<v Speaker 3>he still not lights out on the mic. He's not
<v Speaker 3>never will be a john Sen, He'll never be a cmpunk,
<v Speaker 3>will never be a Rock, although Rock is in his
<v Speaker 3>own way not you know, he's not the greatest of
<v Speaker 3>all time in my opinion, but he's not mjf right.
<v Speaker 3>But Rome Rains can hold his own to some degree.
<v Speaker 3>And the thing is, he's more than capable of cutting
<v Speaker 3>a promo to tell us why he's back. We've heard nothing.
<v Speaker 3>How is how are we not making more of a
<v Speaker 3>big deal about this? You know, if you're not gonna
<v Speaker 3>if you're just gonna have him come out at SummerSlam,
<v Speaker 3>attack Solo, then come back, I'd SmackDown attack Solo, then
<v Speaker 3>get beat down, they get you and then never say
<v Speaker 3>a word. Why why are we not hearing from Roman Reigns?
<v Speaker 3>That's oh well, there's there's time for that. You're telling
<v Speaker 3>me a month of no explanation, hearing nothing from the
<v Speaker 3>guy that people were waiting for since WrestleMania is okay,
<v Speaker 3>the time to talk was a week or two in.
<v Speaker 3>You know, he could have come out the one SmackDown after,
<v Speaker 3>but then the following SmackDown could have come out, or
<v Speaker 3>even a pre taped interview for God's sakes, and we'll
<v Speaker 3>get our explanation all that, but it's kind of like
<v Speaker 3>the the fire is kind of burning out a little
<v Speaker 3>bit here, the excitement's burning out a little bit, and
<v Speaker 3>it's just it's kind of wild that they didn't do
<v Speaker 3>that and haven't done that yet in over a month. Dianner,
<v Speaker 3>you get me fired up. Now, all right, let's talk
<v Speaker 3>to DJ Cuzmo, who says, who would have thought that
<v Speaker 3>a fifty cent made seem punk bracelet would be the
<v Speaker 3>center of attention in a major storyline feud between Punk
<v Speaker 3>and McIntyre. If you remember or somehow forgot, the Friday
<v Speaker 3>nd smacked down in Chicago when McIntyre brutalized Punk, mctyre
<v Speaker 3>took Punk's bracelet. Then this past Saturday, Bashem Boerlin, Punk
<v Speaker 3>regains his precious bracelet. But then this past Monday, and
<v Speaker 3>in Raw, mctyre attacks Punk from behind smashes the bracelet.
<v Speaker 3>Can you remember a time in or WWI where an
<v Speaker 3>inanimate object gets this much attention? Actually? Yes, Oddly enough,
<v Speaker 3>something came to mind. Remember the teddy bear that the
<v Speaker 3>Undertaker set on fire in about nineteen ninety ninety nine
<v Speaker 3>probably I think ninety nine, and he burned it in
<v Speaker 3>front of Vince McMahon to end Raw, and Vince McMahon's
<v Speaker 3>like crying and sobbing over this burning teddy bear. That
<v Speaker 3>was a big thing for a while. What does that
<v Speaker 3>teddy bear mean? There, there's one for you. It doesn't
<v Speaker 3>happen often though, which by the way, I think the
<v Speaker 3>teddy bear was related to Stephanie McMahon, symbolizing that he
<v Speaker 3>has her hostage or something. I remember the Undertaker was
<v Speaker 3>attacking McMahon family for a while in the late nineties.
<v Speaker 3>But excuse me, that's the only time I can think of.
<v Speaker 3>I'm sure I can dig through more. But by the way,
<v Speaker 3>speaking of the inanimate object on SmackDown, there's Afala aka
<v Speaker 3>the Red Beads that Solo and Roman want so desperately
<v Speaker 3>to get back. It's kind of weird that theaala angle
<v Speaker 3>makes Solo Socoa an instant tribal chief, which doesn't make
<v Speaker 3>logical sense. Oh well, yeah, DJ I went over this too.
<v Speaker 3>Doesn't make any sense. I mean, does logical sense versus
<v Speaker 3>I mean any kind of sense. I mean by this logic,
<v Speaker 3>if you want to just apply it to anything else
<v Speaker 3>or anyone else. If that necklace is left, say on
<v Speaker 3>the table, I walk over and I just pick it
<v Speaker 3>up and I wear it, then by their own rules,
<v Speaker 3>I am now the tribal chief to Solo and to Roman,
<v Speaker 3>and they have to just do what I say because
<v Speaker 3>I have that necklace. That is a horrible way to
<v Speaker 3>go about the story, because then you're dumbing it down
<v Speaker 3>to just an object. You're dumbing it down to just
<v Speaker 3>oh okay, I just have to hold this object and
<v Speaker 3>I'm the man. What that necklace should represent is a
<v Speaker 3>symbol of what it means to be a tribal chief,
<v Speaker 3>not that if you have it you are one. By
<v Speaker 3>the mere fact that you hold this object, it annoints
<v Speaker 3>you as the tribal chief of the family. It's that
<v Speaker 3>I hope they somehow correct this down the road. It's
<v Speaker 3>it dumbs it down. It actually diminishes the value of
<v Speaker 3>travel being a tribal chief because that's something that's earned.
<v Speaker 3>Because according to Roman, remember he said that during the
<v Speaker 3>original Bloodline story that he was going to originally say
<v Speaker 3>that he wanted Jimmy or Jay I forget which one,
<v Speaker 3>that they were going to be the next travel chief
<v Speaker 3>when he steps down. Well, if that's the case, then
<v Speaker 3>how could taking the necklace also be a way to
<v Speaker 3>become a travel chief if that's you know, if what
<v Speaker 3>Solo says is true, If I were Jimmy, I would
<v Speaker 3>have just thought, okay, bro, well I'll just wait till
<v Speaker 3>you're not wearing the necklace and then I'll put it
<v Speaker 3>on and I'm the travel chief. And also Roman only
<v Speaker 3>wore it during big fights, big matches, That's when he
<v Speaker 3>usually would wear it. So is he only the travel
<v Speaker 3>chief when he's making those entrances? Again, so many massive
<v Speaker 3>holes that I know you're going to say, you guys,
<v Speaker 3>I'm nitpicking. No, they need to correct that. They need
<v Speaker 3>to correct that, and they can very easily do it
<v Speaker 3>without making it a big deal. You know, have somebody
<v Speaker 3>wear it backstage and then Solo say, you know, you
<v Speaker 3>can wear that, but it doesn't actually make you the
<v Speaker 3>tribal chief. It's something you have to earn, right, Boom
<v Speaker 3>over done, move on. Yeah, So I hope this doesn't
<v Speaker 3>become something that's actually reinforced. All right, One more thing
<v Speaker 3>to say about the Rogue bloodline story. I don't know
<v Speaker 3>if you mentioned this in a prior episode, but did
<v Speaker 3>you see Jacob Fatu's facial expression when Solo told him
<v Speaker 3>to give him the tag title to Tongaloa. To me,
<v Speaker 3>it looked like a slight crack in the Rogue bloodline.
<v Speaker 3>What if Jacob Fatu was assigned by Roman Reigns to
<v Speaker 3>infiltrate the Rogue blood line and then Fatu pledges his
<v Speaker 3>allegiance to the real tribal chief Roman Reigns. Could this
<v Speaker 3>also be an angle for The Rock to return in
<v Speaker 3>time for Surviviers series to align with Solo, Toma Tongo
<v Speaker 3>and Togaloa and other future bloodline members. All right, DJ, well,
<v Speaker 3>this to me is option two. I take option two.
<v Speaker 3>This is all to me going to play out that
<v Speaker 3>The Rock. Eventually, it'll play out that The Rock was

<v Speaker 3>it's almost always to the opposite team. So that means
<v Speaker 3>that Kaiser and Dom are likely not in contention for
<v Speaker 3>a title run until Breaker loses it to a babyface
<v Speaker 3>and maybe then they can chase it. So it's very
<v Speaker 3>rare that you have a transfer of power of a
<v Speaker 3>championship from one heel to the next, So until that
<v Speaker 3>belt has dropped, I unfortunately for your case, I wouldn't

<v Speaker 3>the matches are obviously a lot longer, but there's so
<v Speaker 3>much filler of promos of whatever other shows they're doing
<v Speaker 3>and promoting the city. Basically there are the propaganda arm
<v Speaker 3>for whatever city they're in, promoting how nice the city is, right,
<v Speaker 3>which is fine. I mean they do what they got
<v Speaker 3>to do. But there's a lot of that. There's a
<v Speaker 3>lot of replays, video packages for the matches before they
<v Speaker 3>come out. Plus you have the entrances themselves, which depending
<v Speaker 3>on who they are, can take forty eight minutes to do.

<v Speaker 2>to this past Friday as TNA Pro Wrestling host in
<v Speaker 2>his old pay per view of it called TEENA Emergence
<v Speaker 2>live from Louisville, Kentucky, as Joe Hengy was included at
<v Speaker 2>an eight bad tag TI match. It was Joe Hendry,
<v Speaker 2>Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, and Mike Santana getting the victory
<v Speaker 2>against the System in nineteen minutes and seventeen seconds. As
<v Speaker 2>Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy believe in Joe Henry, The
<v Speaker 2>Hardy Boys believe in Joe Hendry. Now let's take it
<v Speaker 2>to NXT No Mercy, as we had the highly anticipated
<v Speaker 2>NXC Championship match of Joe Hendry versus Eather the Page.
<v Speaker 5>Would this be the night.
<v Speaker 2>That Joe Hedger become the NXT Champion, a teena guy
<v Speaker 2>in NXT becoming the NFC champion. Sadly, that was not
<v Speaker 2>the case, as we had a whole bunch of shenanigans
<v Speaker 2>in which none of the that Ether Page retained his
<v Speaker 2>NXT championship in a matchup that win fifteen minutes and
<v Speaker 2>seven seconds. Trick Willis, of course, was the special guest
<v Speaker 2>referee and the crowd was behind Joe Hendry throughout the match,
<v Speaker 2>especially in the second half of the match. After when
<v Speaker 2>Joe Hendry hit the standing ovation on ether Page, it
<v Speaker 2>seemed like this was going to be a quick pin
<v Speaker 2>and win for Joe Henjy, but that was not the
<v Speaker 2>case as ether Page's foot was underneath the rope. Trick Williams,
<v Speaker 2>who vowed to call the match a fair match, had
<v Speaker 2>to see that his foot was underneath the rope and
<v Speaker 2>had to call up the count. Joe Hendry and Trick
<v Speaker 2>Williams had a little issue. They had a little confrontation
<v Speaker 2>as they argued about this situation, but then eather Page
<v Speaker 2>shoved Joe Hendrick into Trick Williams and Trick Williams goes
<v Speaker 2>outside the rig. We got a second referee and we
<v Speaker 2>thought maybe Joe Hendry will get the victory. But then
<v Speaker 2>Ethan Page continues his Shenanigans as he goes for the
<v Speaker 2>ENEXS Championship belt. As he goes for the ENEXC Championship belt,
<v Speaker 2>here comes Joe Hendry to do a quick roll up
<v Speaker 2>pin on ether Page, but he kicks out and then
<v Speaker 2>he goes right into a dn T on the NFC
<v Speaker 2>Championship belt as either Page did that to Joe Hendry.
<v Speaker 2>Then as the second referee was about to make the count,
<v Speaker 2>here it comes Trick Williams to stop the third count
<v Speaker 2>and then we continue the match as Joe Hendry was
<v Speaker 2>about to go for the standing ovation choke claib.
<v Speaker 5>Then Eat the Page kicks him into the nuts and
<v Speaker 5>we have oh my goodness, Eat the Page with the
<v Speaker 5>ego's edge and one, two three, Eat the Page retains
<v Speaker 5>the NFC Championship and we.
<v Speaker 2>The crowd, we all thought that Joe Hendry was going
<v Speaker 2>to it, We all leave empty handed. Joe Hendry leaves
<v Speaker 2>empty handed as Eat the Page retases championship. What's next
<v Speaker 2>for Joe Hendry? Will this be the last time we
<v Speaker 2>see Joe Hendrie on NXT As he did say that
<v Speaker 2>he will be at any time, any place, at any show.
<v Speaker 2>So with that being said, continue to believe in Joe Hendry.
<v Speaker 2>I know that he lost. This is a second tough
<v Speaker 2>loss to him in a championship made event match, but
<v Speaker 2>still believe in Joe Hendrie. Say his name and most
<v Speaker 2>of poorly do this.

<v Speaker 3>then perhaps have him post mania make it to the
<v Speaker 3>main roster, you know, for real, so he'll make a
<v Speaker 3>quick appearance showface introduce himself to the fans that may

<v Speaker 3>watch on the main rosters, and the main roster shows
<v Speaker 3>of Ron's backdown, and especially in wrestling, the Rumble season,
<v Speaker 3>which is when a lot of fans who don't watch
<v Speaker 3>wrestling at all come back. You'll, I think, be in
<v Speaker 3>a good position Postmania to make an impact for the
<v Speaker 3>following year. So that's how I would book them. No
<v Speaker 3>need to rush people out of NXT. And the thing is,
<v Speaker 3>I know that a lot of fans are impatient. NXT
<v Speaker 3>is a development ground for the main roster, but also
<v Speaker 3>NXT is part of the contained company that Rons back
<v Speaker 3>then heart, meaning the ww umbrella I E T k oh.
<v Speaker 3>We know that, but they still need to have stars
<v Speaker 3>to build the NXT brand, and you can't have the
<v Speaker 3>NXT brand be built to build new stars if those
<v Speaker 3>stars you're building an NXT just constantly come over to
<v Speaker 3>the main roster and there's no replenishment of the system.
<v Speaker 3>So like it's a fine balance, it's it's difficult. So

<v Speaker 4>live is to do a great child with her character work.
<v Speaker 4>You know, she doesn't have have any credible challengers. But
<v Speaker 4>I think that's the other issue is that her character
<v Speaker 4>there wasn't one because it was all of the Desert
<v Speaker 4>dan throughout last year. So if they put title backward
<v Speaker 4>Ria Ripley out of out here, they're gonna go back
<v Speaker 4>to where it was last year. So I hope that's
<v Speaker 4>that's the case. They have a better direction for her
<v Speaker 4>if she does with the title at that, but that's
<v Speaker 4>if that's the direction. But so I don't know how
<v Speaker 4>you feel about that. It is and because bad to
<v Speaker 4>stay guilt it happens have some credible challengers where her
<v Speaker 4>light up before you know, after her feet with Lives.

<v Speaker 3>of all, I like baby faces in chase mode. Generally
<v Speaker 3>it's more fun than the actual destination. Even though we
<v Speaker 3>want them to get there and they should, it's the
<v Speaker 3>chase is so much fun. And they didn't do a
<v Speaker 3>great job with Ria's champion before she was having to
<v Speaker 3>relinquish the belt. I would agree with that, and fans
<v Speaker 3>forget that. They want her to be champion so bad
<v Speaker 3>now because she's on a hot streak. She's in a
<v Speaker 3>great story with Live Live also though, is half the
<v Speaker 3>story here. She is resurrecting a career that many of
<v Speaker 3>us would have left for dead a couple of years ago.
<v Speaker 3>No one saw this coming for Live and good for her.
<v Speaker 3>She's found that perfect spot for her character. It's perfect finally,
<v Speaker 3>right after all the days in the riot squad getting
<v Speaker 3>just crushed by Ronda Rouse, do you remember all that?
<v Speaker 3>I think she's now in a place where she knows
<v Speaker 3>who she is, which that's great, and I think taking
<v Speaker 3>the belt off for would really halt that momentum plus
<v Speaker 3>wherea Ripley doesn't need that back right now. And you're right.
<v Speaker 3>They when Rhea had the bell, sure, she was in
<v Speaker 3>the Judgment Day and she was doing a lot of
<v Speaker 3>Judgment Day stuff, but they didn't have a whole lot
<v Speaker 3>of opponents for for the first few months of her run,
<v Speaker 3>they were just like, oh, yeah, you're champion, we forgot
<v Speaker 3>it felt like that, So Riha as champion if they
<v Speaker 3>could give it to her again, I mean, you can
<v Speaker 3>only face Live Morgan so many times. Who are you
<v Speaker 3>going to go against now? I mean, Ria Ripley's you
<v Speaker 3>only got so many people she can work with, and
<v Speaker 3>they seem to be very hesitant to give her opponents
<v Speaker 3>when she was in the Judgment Day. Now she's sure.
<v Speaker 3>Now she's with Damian Priest, but that's not really a
<v Speaker 3>faction that'll want won't last too long. They'll eventually both
<v Speaker 3>go their separate ways when the whole Judgment Day Terra
<v Speaker 3>Twins debacle dissolves, which should be after Bad Blood. So yeah,
<v Speaker 3>but I would agree with that again, no need to
<v Speaker 3>stop the momentum of Live. If Live was a train
<v Speaker 3>wreck as champion, you might have a case, but live
<v Speaker 3>is doing very well, and you're really going to, you know,
<v Speaker 3>pull the rug from underneath her if you decide to
<v Speaker 3>take the bell from her, because I think part of
<v Speaker 3>the run that's been successful for her, part of the
<v Speaker 3>reason for it is that belt part of it. You know,
<v Speaker 3>she's women's World champion and Madame it makes you even
<v Speaker 3>more infuriated. It's great, so to me, no need to
<v Speaker 3>change the thing. Ria and Chase mot It's fun and
