<v Speaker 2>twenty twenty five. I hope you're all doing well as
<v Speaker 2>we close out another week. We're now into a new
<v Speaker 2>weeknd August starts this week as well as SummerSlam, so
<v Speaker 2>we have officially entered SummerSlam week. If you are into
<v Speaker 2>big events on Summer Slam, well, this year will be
<v Speaker 2>big than ever because of the two nights for the
<v Speaker 2>first time ever to Night or SUMMERSLAMB that they're trying
<v Speaker 2>to make like a WrestleMania. We'll see how that goes.
<v Speaker 2>A lot of matches to get through, a lot of
<v Speaker 2>storylines that they have to really final hype this week.
<v Speaker 2>Some maybe a matter two added to the card, but
<v Speaker 2>no doubt a huge week in wrestling. It already was
<v Speaker 2>last week for not so great reasons with the passing
<v Speaker 2>of hul Kogan. And I have to say I went
<v Speaker 2>out today and I did try to obtain his beer,
<v Speaker 2>real American beer, and it was sold out everywhere that
<v Speaker 2>I went around my local area anyway, and I've been
<v Speaker 2>looking on the line and I just don't want to pay.
<v Speaker 2>The problem is shipping.
<v Speaker 1>You know.
<v Speaker 2>You can get a twelve pack of it for thirteen fourteen,
<v Speaker 2>fifteen bucks, but then the shipping is double that. It's
<v Speaker 2>like I'm not paying thirty five dollars for a twelve
<v Speaker 2>pack of beer, you know. So I'll just wait till
<v Speaker 2>it comes back in stock locally. I guess they're stocking
<v Speaker 2>them in Walmart's. That may be your best bet if
<v Speaker 2>you care about such things. Walmart seems to be more
<v Speaker 2>in stock than anywhere else because if you try to
<v Speaker 2>order it online from a dispensary you are or brewery,
<v Speaker 2>it's gonna be double because of the damn shipping. So
<v Speaker 2>good luck with that. But that was my venture today.
<v Speaker 2>I just just wanted to try it. I mean, as
<v Speaker 2>everybody else seems to kind of have the same idea.
<v Speaker 2>It was sold out everywhere, but yeah, sad week last week.
<v Speaker 2>And I don't want to go too much into the
<v Speaker 2>Hulk Hogan stuff. We will a little bit with the
<v Speaker 2>SmackDown tribute that I thought was very nice. I've seen
<v Speaker 2>some interviews with Eric Bischoff that he did with Conrad
<v Speaker 2>Thompson regarding the passing of Hulk Hogan, and you know
<v Speaker 2>how Eric Bischoff's holding up. And apparently he was officially
<v Speaker 2>invited by w WE to attend the smack Down, but
<v Speaker 2>he couldn't attend because he was stuck in Vegas and
<v Speaker 2>he may or may not have made the flight, and
<v Speaker 2>so he declined, but was gracious that he was offered
<v Speaker 2>the opportunity. And yeah, that would have absolutely made sense
<v Speaker 2>with Eric Bischoff's relationship and bond that he's had with
<v Speaker 2>Terry Blaa over the last thirty plus year, forty years.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, geez, it's been quite some time. So but
<v Speaker 2>Eric Bischoff at this point in time seems to be
<v Speaker 2>much kind of still not as he said, it's not
<v Speaker 2>really setting in with him yet. And I think with me,
<v Speaker 2>I mean not that I have any kind of personal
<v Speaker 2>relationship with him, but it hasn't really set it with
<v Speaker 2>me either. It happened so quick, and Ozzy Osbourne had
<v Speaker 2>taken up the day before with his passing. Then I'm
<v Speaker 2>thinking to myself, oh yeah, well wow, yeah, Hogan's dead not.
<v Speaker 2>I can't be My brain hasn't fully comprehended with that
<v Speaker 2>it means for wrestling and what that means for just
<v Speaker 2>as a wrestling fan moving forward, that means for WWE
<v Speaker 2>moving forward, that means for everything that he was working
<v Speaker 2>on moving forward. And you just kind of assumed that
<v Speaker 2>Hogan's always there in the background, because he always has been,
<v Speaker 2>and he'll occasionally make an appearance and those are no
<v Speaker 2>more so. Again, we'll spend a little time on Hogan,
<v Speaker 2>but a lot more to get to in storyline WWE universe, right,
<v Speaker 2>because this is what it's about. We're about to reach
<v Speaker 2>Kescendo in the summer Summer Slam, the biggest event of
<v Speaker 2>the entire summer summer season anyway for WWE. The next
<v Speaker 2>big event, really the next big big one is Survivors Series,
<v Speaker 2>but that's quite a ways off, and you know, we'll
<v Speaker 2>see what they turn up on Summer SLIM. I know,
<v Speaker 2>there's a lot of talk about potential returns, and Brock
<v Speaker 2>is apparently on the fringe of possibility. Some saying he's not.
<v Speaker 2>He's banned from wrestling, some say he's got a you know,
<v Speaker 2>he's a shoe in to return. We've heard, I mean
<v Speaker 2>crazy predictions. The Rock seems to be not able to
<v Speaker 2>return or not. He's not going to return as always.
<v Speaker 2>I'll believe that when I see it. But I mean,
<v Speaker 2>even if there's no big returns, it's about the outcomes.
<v Speaker 2>It's about the current wrestlers and the storylines that they
<v Speaker 2>are trying to wrap up or begin at at Summer Slam.
<v Speaker 2>And I'm sure that there's gonna be a lot of
<v Speaker 2>fun surprises and crazy outcomes. How can there not be?
<v Speaker 2>As we especially have a a redo of John Cena
<v Speaker 2>and Cody Rhoads from WrestleMania forty one this past year,
<v Speaker 2>having it redone at SummerSlam, you would think that this
<v Speaker 2>is their version of a mulligan. They're going to find
<v Speaker 2>a way to, in their mind, make this right. Nothing
<v Speaker 2>can erase the tragedy that was the end of WrestleMania
<v Speaker 2>forty one, and it, Let's make no mistake, it was
<v Speaker 2>a complete disastrous tragedy of a way to end their
<v Speaker 2>biggest event of the entire year. But they are, I
<v Speaker 2>think in their minds and in fans' minds to some degree,
<v Speaker 2>they're looking at this as a Okay, you fed up
<v Speaker 2>big time. You done fed up at WrestleMania. What did
<v Speaker 2>you really mean to do? We'll give you second chance.
<v Speaker 2>Here you go. So let's see what they pull out
<v Speaker 2>of the of the of the deck here all right. Now,

<v Speaker 2>SmackDown that Amanda did cover and did a nice job
<v Speaker 2>this week as always, so thank you and shout out
<v Speaker 2>to Amanda. But let's get into it a little bit,
<v Speaker 2>all right, and then we'll cover Monday Night Raw. So
<v Speaker 2>the beginning of the show, as expected, was a tribute
<v Speaker 2>to Hull Cogan, very nicely done. They had Jimmy Hart there,
<v Speaker 2>they had Bruce Pritchard, Triple H, Briscoe, Jerry Briscoe was there,
<v Speaker 2>and a lot of stars of today were there, obviously
<v Speaker 2>as most of the locker room was out there, and oh,
<v Speaker 2>Sergeant Slaughter was there, Jim Duggan was there, Ted Dbiyassi,
<v Speaker 2>Brian Blair, Jimmy Hart, and Eric Bischoff would have had
<v Speaker 2>he not been in Vegas, and Triple H said that
<v Speaker 2>there wouldn't be or he wouldn't be there, and they
<v Speaker 2>wouldn't be there had it not been for Hogan, and
<v Speaker 2>he asked fans to then observe the ten bell salute
<v Speaker 2>and the fans did, and we got the ten bell
<v Speaker 2>salute for Hulk Hogan and then a Hogan chant broke
<v Speaker 2>out and a video package. I was always done. I
<v Speaker 2>mean you imagine the turnaround time on these things. To
<v Speaker 2>have an incredibly high quality video tribute done within twenty
<v Speaker 2>four hours, ready to go for national consumption, and it
<v Speaker 2>just the video team at WWE is just second to none.
<v Speaker 2>So very well done. I'm sure there'll be more to come.
<v Speaker 2>And it covered Hogan's run in the AWA very quickly,
<v Speaker 2>and then it talked about Hulcomania that when it was born,
<v Speaker 2>he defeated the Iron Chic to win the WWF Championship.
<v Speaker 2>The nWo run in WCW was covered briefly, and then
<v Speaker 2>he quote unquote came home in two thousand and two
<v Speaker 2>as part of the nWo and his match against The
<v Speaker 2>Rock for WrestleMania eighteen aired with which was really cool
<v Speaker 2>to hear Jim Ross and Jerry the King Lawler, by
<v Speaker 2>the way, just even for a moment on WWETV. God
<v Speaker 2>I miss I missed that team so much, specifically Jim Ross.
<v Speaker 2>I know that he's got his health issues and he's
<v Speaker 2>occasionally commentating on AW when he can but he's older,
<v Speaker 2>and he's lost a step or two and it's just age.
<v Speaker 2>I don't fault him in the least, but Jim Ross,
<v Speaker 2>even today's Jim Ross, is still not the Jim Ross
<v Speaker 2>we remember. And so for a moment it was kind
<v Speaker 2>of fun to hear like, man, it's like a breath
<v Speaker 2>of fresh air. No disrespect to Corey Graves or to
<v Speaker 2>Michael Cole, but there's nobody like Jim Ross. Man, it's
<v Speaker 2>just far and away the best of all time in
<v Speaker 2>terms of commentation. So we then have again the match
<v Speaker 2>from the Rock, which has just been talked about so much.
<v Speaker 2>That means maybe I didn't understand at the time how
<v Speaker 2>big that match was with the Rock because that happened
<v Speaker 2>at WrestleMania eighteen and one. Was that that was like
<v Speaker 2>two thousand and three? Was that two thousand and three,
<v Speaker 2>I think right, And I just remember watching it like man,
<v Speaker 2>the crowd. I was angry at the crowd, and because
<v Speaker 2>I didn't live through whole comedia, I knew who he was,
<v Speaker 2>I knew the legacy, but I didn't really like grasp
<v Speaker 2>the concept of cheering or booing the Rock yet. I
<v Speaker 2>wasn't ready for people to Boo the Rock and so
<v Speaker 2>I mean I was on the side of the Rock,
<v Speaker 2>but I kind of couldn't help myself. I mean, the
<v Speaker 2>energy for Hogan and that match was contagious at home.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, they will forever go down as one of
<v Speaker 2>the greatest wrestling matches of all time. And interestingly, by
<v Speaker 2>today's standards, that match would be horrific by today's standards
<v Speaker 2>of what we consider a five star match. Think about it.
<v Speaker 2>What we consider today, or at least the general wrestling
<v Speaker 2>population today, the wrestling fan population would consider a five
<v Speaker 2>star match more of a gymnastics presentation. The high flying,
<v Speaker 2>the counters, the kickouts of forty finishers, goes twenty five minutes,
<v Speaker 2>you know, kickout, kickout, reversal, double clothes line. Yeah, it's
<v Speaker 2>we know what today's definition of a five star match is,
<v Speaker 2>yet back in two thousand and three, I feel like
<v Speaker 2>it's not oh three. But back in Wrestlming eighteen, we thought, hey,
<v Speaker 2>this is a match we'll never forget. It goes to
<v Speaker 2>show you that five star matches don't have to be
<v Speaker 2>wrestling classics. Wrestling pure the pure wrestling classics in the
<v Speaker 2>pro wrestling sense. The story and the crowd really is
<v Speaker 2>what drove that. Of course with the star power in
<v Speaker 2>the return of pallakuag and people were like, I don't
<v Speaker 2>care what you do. Well maybe you know, I don't
<v Speaker 2>care what you do. We're gonna cheer you. That match
<v Speaker 2>is just incredible from a standpoint of just what the
<v Speaker 2>fans can do to a match, the impact they can
<v Speaker 2>have is I mean, Toronto will forever be known for
<v Speaker 2>that match. Just an incredible So they went over that,
<v Speaker 2>and we'll hear a lot more about that, I'm sure
<v Speaker 2>as the days and weeks and months and years go by,
<v Speaker 2>and maybe we'll hear more commentary, maybe even from the
<v Speaker 2>Rock himself. I mean, we have to hear from the Rock.
<v Speaker 2>How can we not at some point? And okay, so
<v Speaker 2>we then had his Hall of Fame speech and we
<v Speaker 2>had the Veck say Hogan was the ultimate hero until
<v Speaker 2>the end, and he said he died. Hogan died at
<v Speaker 2>age seventy one, but Holkomane will live forever. And that's
<v Speaker 2>when the fans chanted Hogan and Jimmy Hart's crying and emotional, Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>emotional again. More tribute to come here, I'm sure, okay boy. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>So then we got a Logan Paul being introduced by
<v Speaker 2>Mark nash Logan. Paul comes to the ring and Paul
<v Speaker 2>was said to be it was good to be home
<v Speaker 2>in Cleveland and said it's the city that didn't raise him,
<v Speaker 2>and said he made the city and he had nothing
<v Speaker 2>in fans, with nothing in common with the Cleveland fans
<v Speaker 2>because he made it out and they didn't. Paul said
<v Speaker 2>he was hosting a live edition of his Impulsive talk
<v Speaker 2>show and he started to talk about Jelly Roll. Then
<v Speaker 2>Jelly Roll comes out and said they didn't have to
<v Speaker 2>play that song for Paul to know who his daddy is.
<v Speaker 2>And Jelly Roll said the only thing Paul has ever
<v Speaker 2>inspired were little kids to make videos of themselves being
<v Speaker 2>a holes. And Paul spoke about how he gets to
<v Speaker 2>tag in Drew McIntyre where Orton will tag jelly Roll,
<v Speaker 2>and Paul asked jelly Roll who he thinks he is.
<v Speaker 2>Jelly Roll said he's the guy who will put Paul
<v Speaker 2>in a body bag and ship him back to Westlake.
<v Speaker 2>And he comes in the ring and he talks about
<v Speaker 2>how Paul's never faced adversity, and he said he'll be
<v Speaker 2>representing kids who are picked on by high school jocks
<v Speaker 2>like Paul, and jelly Roll said he had been a
<v Speaker 2>w fan his entire life and he represented him and
<v Speaker 2>all the fans. Boy, if that's not as heavy handed
<v Speaker 2>as it gets, what is yeah, well, what is basically saying, hey,
<v Speaker 2>relate to me. Remember being bullied in high school. I
<v Speaker 2>can now make you feel better about being bullied. I
<v Speaker 2>can represent you. Vote for me. Jelly Roll then said,
<v Speaker 2>Paul makes fun of his story, but it's inspired millions
<v Speaker 2>around the world. Paul said it's inspired rednecks around the world,
<v Speaker 2>and jelly Roll said Paul is a soft charman and
<v Speaker 2>called him prime pedaling, punk a b and lots of
<v Speaker 2>cuss words there. Okay, there's more. Jer McIntyre comes in
<v Speaker 2>and jelly Roll said Paul and McIntyre made a mistake
<v Speaker 2>if they thought they came alone. Randy Orton comes out
<v Speaker 2>and he hit jelly Roll. I'm sorry. Randy Orton made
<v Speaker 2>his entrance, entered the ring, and uh Orton hit McIntyre
<v Speaker 2>and then all four men fought. McIntyre then rake the
<v Speaker 2>eyes at ringside, and then return to the ring and
<v Speaker 2>hit jelly Roll from behind. Paul then starts beating down
<v Speaker 2>jelly Roll and Orton and McIntyre go to the floor.
<v Speaker 2>Jelly Roll threw a few punches at Paul and knocked
<v Speaker 2>him down with a shoulder block, and Paul kicked jelly Roll,
<v Speaker 2>who dropped to his knees, and then Jelly Roll hit
<v Speaker 2>an elbow and then a black hole slam. Orton joined
<v Speaker 2>jelly Roll. Who's I mean?
<v Speaker 1>Orton is?
<v Speaker 2>Look, I think Jelly Roll has been decent on the microphone,
<v Speaker 2>but why shouldn't he be. He's used to talking in
<v Speaker 2>front of crowds, singing in front of crowds, so there's
<v Speaker 2>a little bit of that he can translate into what
<v Speaker 2>you need to be good at this job, which is promost.
<v Speaker 2>So he's okay, He's passable in the ring. He's doing
<v Speaker 2>a little bit more than I expected, but it's not
<v Speaker 2>going to be more than this. I know he's been
<v Speaker 2>training at the performance center, and I understand that. I
<v Speaker 2>can appreciate that, and he's he's trying to respect the business,
<v Speaker 2>which is to me from you first and foremost. That's
<v Speaker 2>at the forefront of everything. Do you respect the business
<v Speaker 2>or are you here to laugh and wink and nod
<v Speaker 2>and play pretend with your friends for you know, ten
<v Speaker 2>minutes and make all the wrestlers look like a holes
<v Speaker 2>while you get to leave and go back onto your
<v Speaker 2>music tour and leave WW behind. And that's happened before.
<v Speaker 2>Jolly Rowl is willing to take a little bit of
<v Speaker 2>a beating here. He'll take more at SummerSlam. And his
<v Speaker 2>performance here was fine. It's as good as you could
<v Speaker 2>expect a celebrity guest to do. And I appreciate that
<v Speaker 2>he respects the business and that's good. That is to
<v Speaker 2>me a big positive. He's lost a lot of weight,
<v Speaker 2>a lot of weight to get into the position he's
<v Speaker 2>in and he's doing the best he can. And hey,
<v Speaker 2>he's also putting the lives and health of the wrestlers
<v Speaker 2>he's working with that risk. So it's not just him,
<v Speaker 2>you know, he has to worry about it, of course himself,
<v Speaker 2>but the people he's working with more importantly, because they're
<v Speaker 2>going to take care of him. Can he take care
<v Speaker 2>of them?
<v Speaker 1>Now?
<v Speaker 2>He's not going to be doing pile drivers and superplexes,
<v Speaker 2>and you know, he's not going to be doing suicide
<v Speaker 2>dives through the ropes. He's not going to be doing
<v Speaker 2>Spanish flies. Okay, he's been doing basic moves like we saw,
<v Speaker 2>but safe slams in that slam. The black hole Slammy
<v Speaker 2>gave to Logan Paul was good. But do you know what,
<v Speaker 2>you got to give as much credit to Jelly Role
<v Speaker 2>as he gives to Logan Paul, because Logan Paul is
<v Speaker 2>the one who's making him look good. There is nobody
<v Speaker 2>on the roster right now, or very few, maybe Sammy's
<v Speaker 2>ains one miss is always one Austin Theories and other
<v Speaker 2>the guys that they use to introduce new talent or
<v Speaker 2>work with celebrities because they know they'll always make them
<v Speaker 2>look good. Logan Paul, while he is ironically a celebrity
<v Speaker 2>himself before he came in, is a perfect candidate to
<v Speaker 2>help a star that is coming in temporarily like Jelly Roll,
<v Speaker 2>who's limited in the ring compared to the low Logan Paul,
<v Speaker 2>to make him look good, to make it safe, like
<v Speaker 2>Logan Paul is the perfect candidate for this. So Jelly
<v Speaker 2>Roll and Logan Paul are mostly going to be the
<v Speaker 2>ones working together. I don't think Jelly Roll and Drew
<v Speaker 2>mcatyre are going to be working much with each other.
<v Speaker 2>I really hope there's really almost no offense that Jelly
<v Speaker 2>Roll gets on Drew Mcatyre. It's just it would be
<v Speaker 2>a travesty if Jelly Roll has any kind of significant
<v Speaker 2>offense on Drew given what jelly Roll is given the
<v Speaker 2>name of jelly Roll like it's you couldn't come up
<v Speaker 2>with a more less intimidating name than jelly Roll.
<v Speaker 1>Now.
<v Speaker 2>I know, he's not supposed to be a wrestler. He's
<v Speaker 2>a he's a musician called jelly Roll that's coming in
<v Speaker 2>and he's not changing his name, which is fine, But
<v Speaker 2>transitioning that name into wrestling is just by definition going
<v Speaker 2>to be a very uh unintimidating name, Okay, And it
<v Speaker 2>just is what it is. So there's that. And also,
<v Speaker 2>can Orton tone it down? Can Orton tone down his
<v Speaker 2>excitement for Jelly Roll being in the ring with him?
<v Speaker 2>Can we just get an RKO and Jelly Roll and
<v Speaker 2>be done with it? I would love to see that.
<v Speaker 2>Can we just do that? Why is Orton uhphick every
<v Speaker 2>single time he's in the ring with Jelly Roll? Is
<v Speaker 2>he purposely overseelling this? You gotta get to that point.
<v Speaker 2>I've seen Orton tag with legends, You've seen it. He's
<v Speaker 2>been in the business for twenty years, twenty five years,
<v Speaker 2>nearly on the main roster, and he's acting you for gasmic.
<v Speaker 2>He's acting orgasmic in the ring every time he's in
<v Speaker 2>there with Jelly Roll. I have to hope an RKO
<v Speaker 2>is coming for Jelly Roll at SummerSlam. Please. I'm not
<v Speaker 2>buying it from Randy Orton. Randy Orton's a legend in
<v Speaker 2>his business, truly, truly, a real living legend in this business.
<v Speaker 2>And you have Jelly Roll, who's an outside muse ysician,
<v Speaker 2>come there, and suddenly Orton is starstruck. Why I know
<v Speaker 2>that he's They've probably told him, Look, you got to
<v Speaker 2>be excited, you know. Yeah, okay, fine, you know you
<v Speaker 2>can't look like you're better than Jelly Roll, but you
<v Speaker 2>are by an infinite margin in the ring, infinite And
<v Speaker 2>we're supposed to believe that you know this by the
<v Speaker 2>mere presence of jel Roll next to Orton. It's like
<v Speaker 2>the second coming of Christ. I just thought, don't I
<v Speaker 2>don't get it. It's getting a little too much. This
<v Speaker 2>whole Jelly Roll story. While it hasn't been the worst
<v Speaker 2>thing I've ever seen, it can't come to THEND soon enough,
<v Speaker 2>and specifically for Randy Orton and for Drew. They need
<v Speaker 2>to move on, all right, Logan, Paul has proven his worth. Logan, Paul,
<v Speaker 2>we know what he is, we know how damn good
<v Speaker 2>he is, and he is. You can hate on his
<v Speaker 2>social media, you can hate on his ventures outside the ring,
<v Speaker 2>his personal issues. You can't objectively touch what he's capable
<v Speaker 2>of inside the ring and how he continues to improve
<v Speaker 2>on the mic. He's got it. He's putting all the
<v Speaker 2>pieces together at record pace. I've got nothing to say
<v Speaker 2>on that. He just is and there's a lot of
<v Speaker 2>good years ahead of us if he continues to stick

<v Speaker 2>then came up holding her nose, which I mean she
<v Speaker 2>had clearly broke nose, and Bliss returned to the ring
<v Speaker 2>and was rolled up by Perez and pinned, And I
<v Speaker 2>just I was a little bit concerned here for the
<v Speaker 2>reaction and maybe people are just kind of somber and
<v Speaker 2>drained from potentially the whole Cogan passing, or this just
<v Speaker 2>was not a hot crowd. They were not hot for Flair,
<v Speaker 2>and they were cold during certain segments of the show
<v Speaker 2>that they should have been a little bit hotter for.
<v Speaker 2>So I wasn't not particularly impressed with this crowd. So

<v Speaker 2>Jade Niven joined in and that's when Tiffany Stratton comes

<v Speaker 2>he's not a pillar of pop culture, but you could

<v Speaker 2>he h Talas shook off the chair shots and dropped

<v Speaker 2>Tala's really getting some shine here. Solo entered the ring
<v Speaker 2>while Tala held Fatu. Fatu fought free and hit superkicks
<v Speaker 2>on Loa and Tala and then hit Solo with a
<v Speaker 2>hip attack and Fatu picked up the chair, looked at Solo,
<v Speaker 2>who was seated in the corner. Fatu wrapped the chair
<v Speaker 2>around Solo's head. Think the second Weekend' always tried this.
<v Speaker 2>He was gonna go for it, but Tala Tanga turned
<v Speaker 2>him inside out with the clothes line and he removed
<v Speaker 2>the chair and he eventually Solo eventually delivered a smoe
<v Speaker 2>and spike to Fatu, which was good. I mean, this
<v Speaker 2>is what you want. You want to see people saving
<v Speaker 2>Solo's ass because Solo is the main target, even though
<v Speaker 2>Talatanga is doing the dirty work for Solo, and they're
<v Speaker 2>really trying to build Talatanga as a monster and they
<v Speaker 2>should continue to do so. I also like how the
<v Speaker 2>choke slam is Talatanga's finished. That's a finish we haven't
<v Speaker 2>seen in a while. And I don't want to hear

<v Speaker 2>choke slam. Talatanga's got the height, It's believable. It's a

<v Speaker 2>champion Julia backstage and James interrupted and told Vega that

<v Speaker 2>off James and told Julia that she was there to
<v Speaker 2>talk about her rematch, and James said she already spoke
<v Speaker 2>to Nick all this, who said Vega would get her
<v Speaker 2>rematch next week. And then James said that when Julia
<v Speaker 2>beats Vega again, Vega would be nothing more than a footnote.

<v Speaker 2>WWE Tag Team titles. That's when the brawl resumed and

<v Speaker 2>since we've seen a TLC match. Nice to see again
<v Speaker 2>the tag team division main inventing a show and a
<v Speaker 2>televised show, and I think this match is going to
<v Speaker 2>be insane at SummerSlam. I mean, boop boops, bumps and bruises.

<v Speaker 2>and safety of these men because of what they're capable
<v Speaker 2>of without you know, ladders and chairs and tables, the
<v Speaker 2>things that they're gonna do with them, I mean, on
<v Speaker 2>the on a huge stage in a stadium. I'm scared.
<v Speaker 2>I'm legitimately nervous for their health and well being. But
<v Speaker 2>this is it's a great, a great option here, and
<v Speaker 2>I think it's gonna be a match that potentially steal
<v Speaker 2>the show as we all know what they're all capable of.
<v Speaker 2>And I mean, I don't know what else to say
<v Speaker 2>about it. I'm just I'm putting it over like Rover here,
<v Speaker 2>it's it's it's gonna be a match that is highly anticipated.
<v Speaker 2>I wouldn't be surprised. You could. You could make the
<v Speaker 2>case it main events one of the nights, but I
<v Speaker 2>highly doubt it. They'll probably open the show with this match.

<v Speaker 2>actually did seem to be pretty interested in that, which
<v Speaker 2>was good. As I said, the crowd was generally quiet
<v Speaker 2>but hot occasionally. So let's go to Monday Night Raw
<v Speaker 2>very briefly, and let's see here. I'm clicking around hereuse
<v Speaker 2>I'm trying to find it. Monday Net Raw took place
<v Speaker 2>July twenty. First, forget exactly where it was from all
<v Speaker 2>the Toyota Center in Houston. That's where it was, so
<v Speaker 2>Punk comes out. He and Gunther have a back and forth,
<v Speaker 2>a little bit of back and forth, but mostly Gunther
<v Speaker 2>talking to him and guns are telling him they both
<v Speaker 2>have egos and that his egos justified and he'd make
<v Speaker 2>Punk regret ever stepping foot in a professional wrestling ring.
<v Speaker 2>Punk did. That's right. Punk did not have a very
<v Speaker 2>good night there. He didn't have a lot of time
<v Speaker 2>to speak. I'm guessing because he didn't. He was very generic,
<v Speaker 2>didn't say much. I think that'll change this week as
<v Speaker 2>a reminder, Seamus bets Russev in fifteen minutes. I'm giving
<v Speaker 2>the results here, and joaqum Wild and Cruz del Toro
<v Speaker 2>beat the New Day in a triple threat, and Brutus Creeden,
<v Speaker 2>you know, the Creed brothers in nine minutes in twenty
<v Speaker 2>five seconds to earn a World tag team title shot.
<v Speaker 2>We had let's see here, Valkyria and Lynch have a
<v Speaker 2>very awkward and not good segment trying and the crowd
<v Speaker 2>didn't care about it, and we're just they seem exhausted
<v Speaker 2>by Lyra and Becky for the Intercontinental title, but that's
<v Speaker 2>made for SummerSlam. Then we get a match with Roquel
<v Speaker 2>and Roxanne versus Lyra and Bailey for the women's tag
<v Speaker 2>team titles, and Roquela and Roxanne defeat Lyra and Bailey
<v Speaker 2>in fourteen minutes. We had Sammy Zane being interviewed, who
<v Speaker 2>then face carrying Cross with carrying Cross beating sam He's
<v Speaker 2>in in ten minutes. We had then Eo Sky take
<v Speaker 2>on Stephanie Vaccoor and that match went nearly sixteen minutes,
<v Speaker 2>which was very pleasant. I really I remember enjoying this
<v Speaker 2>match despite the fact that it didn't end in a
<v Speaker 2>no contest because Chelsea Green came in and caused that
<v Speaker 2>to happen. And Ria Ripley getting a huge pop coming
<v Speaker 2>out to hit Niven with a big boot at ringside,
<v Speaker 2>and I mean that was a fun moment. And then
<v Speaker 2>we get Roman Rains and Paul Hayman and the Jay
<v Speaker 2>Uso and bron Breaker and Bronson Reid's segment. I mean,
<v Speaker 2>this was a lot of fun seeing bron Breaker get
<v Speaker 2>a breakout performance the way he did against Roman Rains.
<v Speaker 2>Roman Rains continues to show that he's he's probably at
<v Speaker 2>his height in terms of what he can reach on
<v Speaker 2>the mic roland Rains is he's he is vastly from
<v Speaker 2>the Big Dog days, but you can still see the
<v Speaker 2>shades of his big Dog character with his facial expressions.
<v Speaker 2>He's kind of like like his squinty eyes when he
<v Speaker 2>gets to the point of he doesn't know what to say,
<v Speaker 2>so he just gets he just like looks like he's
<v Speaker 2>off put by his opponents, and then he you know,
<v Speaker 2>he calls Paul Hayman a dumbass a couple of times,
<v Speaker 2>which is as you know, sophomoric as it gets. It's
<v Speaker 2>not clever, it's not wit witty, it's just kind of okay,
<v Speaker 2>you call him a dumbass. All right. Again, you're going
<v Speaker 2>against one of the greatest, if not the greatest, of
<v Speaker 2>all time on the mic. It's going to be very
<v Speaker 2>difficult to outduel Paul Hayman on the mic. You're not
<v Speaker 2>gonna do it. And also you're not having a match
<v Speaker 2>with him, so you don't have to. But yeah, Roman
<v Speaker 2>Rains continues to show there he's as good as he's
<v Speaker 2>gonna get, and it's he is a walk in Hall
<v Speaker 2>of Famer, and and it's just the way it is.
<v Speaker 2>I couldn't cut a promo the way he does. He
<v Speaker 2>I mean, Roman reraigins Is. As much as I criticize
<v Speaker 2>his kind of promo ability, generally, he could destroy me
<v Speaker 2>in a promo. I mean, he's he is a He
<v Speaker 2>doesn't need to be a great promo because of what
<v Speaker 2>he can do in the ring, his presence, everything he's
<v Speaker 2>contributed to the business, all the moments he's given us,
<v Speaker 2>it doesn't even matter anymore.
<v Speaker 1>So.
<v Speaker 2>But Breaker had a breakout performance upun Intended and it
<v Speaker 2>was just really good, really good. All right. So that's
