<v Speaker 1>What is going on? Everybody, And welcome back to another
<v Speaker 1>episode of the Main Event Review. Thank you very much
<v Speaker 1>for tuning in into this week's episode. Once again, three
<v Speaker 1>matches to get through, and you know I'm going to
<v Speaker 1>keep repeating it. I really like the new main event format.
<v Speaker 1>I have to say, three matches to cover and it's
<v Speaker 1>just main event. How cool is that? I also have
<v Speaker 1>to quickly address sort of the oversight that I had
<v Speaker 1>on the elimination Chamber preview, which was quite premature, and
<v Speaker 1>that's sort of why. The reason why the reason was
<v Speaker 1>that we weren't able to know who the six opponents were,
<v Speaker 1>so a lot of things have happened since then. Guns
<v Speaker 1>is not in the tournament or in the chamber, and
<v Speaker 1>Charla Flair is in the chamber either, So that basically
<v Speaker 1>means that I was wrong in those predictions and we
<v Speaker 1>ended up having some really surprised, surprising people that are
<v Speaker 1>going to enter the rumble. Javon Evans, who'll be able
<v Speaker 1>to showcase his letic ability, which I think is the
<v Speaker 1>right move. And then you've also got obviously Keana James,
<v Speaker 1>which I think is the biggest surprise of the lot
<v Speaker 1>because no one would have expected that, but I kind
<v Speaker 1>of like it. It gives an opportunity for definitely Javon
<v Speaker 1>Evans being young and exciting, but someone like Keanna James
<v Speaker 1>who actually probably needed this opportunity, this spotlight and this
<v Speaker 1>chance to really showcase her skills and you know what
<v Speaker 1>she's capable of. So it's actually awesome and I'm not
<v Speaker 1>really against it. I don't know what that means for
<v Speaker 1>Charlote Flair when it comes to WrestleMania. I still think
<v Speaker 1>that going for the tag titles might be the play,
<v Speaker 1>or potentially she might ruin Alexa Bliss's chances, who knows,
<v Speaker 1>But that pretty much changes the sort of winner of
<v Speaker 1>the Women's Chamber because yeah, quite frankly, I don't know
<v Speaker 1>who's gonna win. I said Charlotte Flair before, and it's
<v Speaker 1>looking to be Tiffany Stratton that is the likely person
<v Speaker 1>to win, because I don't see anyone else besides the
<v Speaker 1>winner of the Chamber versus Jay Cargo. I feel like
<v Speaker 1>Live Morgan's made up her mind and we'll be taking
<v Speaker 1>on Stephanie Vaker. So in that case, I think in
<v Speaker 1>terms of you know who the final opponent's going to
<v Speaker 1>be for Jay Cargole it's all leading to Tiffany Stratton.
<v Speaker 1>They haven't had their rematch yet. I know my people
<v Speaker 1>might be bored of that and not want to see that,
<v Speaker 1>but there really isn't any other realistic sort of person
<v Speaker 1>to take her on unless it is Charlotte Flair or
<v Speaker 1>maybe Alexa Bliss wins it. Who knows, and you know,
<v Speaker 1>you get a jealous Charlotte Flair for WrestleMania. But we'll
<v Speaker 1>have to, you know, wait and see till the final
<v Speaker 1>result of the Chamber as well. And then we've got
<v Speaker 1>the triple Threat coming up, where I suspect that Bronson
<v Speaker 1>Reed will get through unless they want to throw another curveball,
<v Speaker 1>which I won't be against, but you know, we'll see
<v Speaker 1>how that goes. And an Es Guy I still think
<v Speaker 1>qualifiers for her match too, So that pretty much rounds
<v Speaker 1>up the Chamber there. Again, apologies for going too premature,
<v Speaker 1>but just sort of clear that up before we get
<v Speaker 1>into the three matches to main event, which we're going
<v Speaker 1>to start with. Now. We had the Wyat six Bray
<v Speaker 1>Wyrett and Eric Rowan, which was a big surprise. I
<v Speaker 1>really thought Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy was gonna was
<v Speaker 1>gonna actually competed in this match, but ended up Bring
<v Speaker 1>Them Too, taking on Lost Gars as well, and it
<v Speaker 1>was a pretty funny match. He obviously had Lost Gars's
<v Speaker 1>teaming up against Eric Rowan and you know, being scared
<v Speaker 1>of him given that he was a massive powerhouse. It's
<v Speaker 1>great to see Eric Rowan in ring, by the way.
<v Speaker 1>It feels like it's been so long since we've seen
<v Speaker 1>him in a match, and it was just great to
<v Speaker 1>see him there just showing his you know, his brute strength,
<v Speaker 1>and they just took him back to the days where you know,
<v Speaker 1>he was with the White Family, the Bloods and Brothers,
<v Speaker 1>and then also that surprise sort of member of John
<v Speaker 1>Cena's Survivor series team, so you know, that was pretty cool.
<v Speaker 1>And then you know, with the Hot Tag came in
<v Speaker 1>and that's where Uncle Howdy dominated and pretty much got
<v Speaker 1>the victory for them, which was expected. And it looks
<v Speaker 1>like we're going in the direction of Solo and Uncle
<v Speaker 1>Howdy on SmackDown unless they do get an elimination chamber spot,
<v Speaker 1>which I doubt, and I'm quite disappointed in that because
<v Speaker 1>I think, look, no one's really really invested in this storyline.
<v Speaker 1>Let's be honest, but I feel like a solo Uncle
<v Speaker 1>Howdy one on one at WrestleMania would make the most sense.
<v Speaker 1>So they haven't confirmed that they're going to be they're
<v Speaker 1>gonna be having a match, so they might be gone
<v Speaker 1>just face to face, but like as in like in
<v Speaker 1>the ring together, cutting a promo or something. I hope
<v Speaker 1>that's the case. I hope I'm right. But if no,
<v Speaker 1>it looks like they're going to have a match, and
<v Speaker 1>you know, you've hyped it up for this long and
<v Speaker 1>you're telling me you're not going to get a WrestleMania match,
<v Speaker 1>Like I don't. I don't know how I feel about
<v Speaker 1>that there, and then even the tag titles are not
<v Speaker 1>getting defended on either brands, So yeah, I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what's going on with that. I would have, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>liked to see Solo at WrestleMania and Uncle how did
<v Speaker 1>it WrestleMania? We haven't heard much from the other whyat
<v Speaker 1>six members, so that would be good to sort of
<v Speaker 1>start addressing, to be honest, especially because they have lost
<v Speaker 1>the tag titles and you know, it's all been about Solo.
<v Speaker 1>It's all been about Uncle Howdy. And as much as
<v Speaker 1>I do like that. It is a big faction group
<v Speaker 1>that we want to we want to see the others perform,
<v Speaker 1>especially even Niki Cross, who just seems to not be
<v Speaker 1>involved in anything at the moment. But yeah, Solo and
<v Speaker 1>White Six, I don't know how I feel about that
<v Speaker 1>being not at WrestleMania, and maybe that is just not
<v Speaker 1>a big enough for you to get there. So you know,
<v Speaker 1>we'll see what happens next week and on SmackDown when
<v Speaker 1>there's two go face to face, whether it's in the
<v Speaker 1>ring just cutting promos or whether they're actually going to
<v Speaker 1>be taking on each other in a match. But yeah,
<v Speaker 1>that pretty much wraps that up. And obviously the White Six,
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to get the victory here just to build
<v Speaker 1>that momentum. And Lost Gaz's just continue to not really
<v Speaker 1>do much. Yeah, ever since they lost their tag team
<v Speaker 1>titles and Chip Out, well I haven't heard from them,
<v Speaker 1>and they're getting main event matches, but you know, not
<v Speaker 1>nothing more than that at this point. And then we
<v Speaker 1>get Woakim Wild, who is also like a semi main
<v Speaker 1>events staple. He's on pretty much every second or third
<v Speaker 1>week when the Alpha Academy is not on there, but
<v Speaker 1>he takes on ober Femi, which you know, surprised to
<v Speaker 1>see him there, but I guess he's just still a
<v Speaker 1>free agent. We don't know where he's going. There's a
<v Speaker 1>lot of speculation. He's obviously been hyped as a big
<v Speaker 1>free agent, and I feel like it's sort of affecting
<v Speaker 1>him as well, because like, what's his plans for WrestleMania.
<v Speaker 1>Is obviously going to sign before that? Is he going
<v Speaker 1>to be the one to take on brock Lesna. He
<v Speaker 1>obviously saw Russev looking at him meanly and raw, and
<v Speaker 1>then he obviously squashed Alton killed Wilson. I was thinking
<v Speaker 1>about Alton Prince kid Wilson twice and then he had
<v Speaker 1>another squash mash here destroyed Waking Wilder. There was like
<v Speaker 1>really no chance. It was some few fun displays, obviously
<v Speaker 1>military pressing Waking wild and you know, Walking Wilde had
<v Speaker 1>a bit of a sort of small comeback. But then
<v Speaker 1>at the end of the day, I think Oberfemi was
<v Speaker 1>obviously going to be too strong for him. But yeah,
<v Speaker 1>I'm wondering what's going to really happen with Obafemi. Who's
<v Speaker 1>he going to sign for? I would like to see
<v Speaker 1>him on Monday Night raw, but I feel like he's
<v Speaker 1>leaning more towards SmackDown. But yeah, it was a bit
<v Speaker 1>of a squash again short match, and I think that's
<v Speaker 1>what's going to be happening with Ivy and Ile from
<v Speaker 1>now on. I'm thinking about the next match with Obafemi
<v Speaker 1>from now on as we get into the into the
<v Speaker 1>next match, which is Ivy El taking on Skylar Ray.
<v Speaker 1>Skyler Ray was the winner of al OFG season two,
<v Speaker 1>so I didn't really know much about her, but she's
<v Speaker 1>quite inexperienced. I was looking at sort of her stats.
<v Speaker 1>She's about only have fifty matches in total, so she
<v Speaker 1>gets a big opportunity here to sort of showcase herself
<v Speaker 1>in a main live stage with a WW crowd or
<v Speaker 1>main show crowd, which which is quite awesome. And this
<v Speaker 1>is why I like Man as well. You get to
<v Speaker 1>see superstars like like this, someone that's new, someone that's
<v Speaker 1>come through the LFG system and you know, taking on
<v Speaker 1>someone of Ivy and Ile who you know is a
<v Speaker 1>very good performer as well. So yeah, I think Ivy
<v Speaker 1>and Ile getting the victory here made sense. It was
<v Speaker 1>sort of swinging rock Bottom that got the victory there.
<v Speaker 1>We went for about six minutes and twenty six seconds,
<v Speaker 1>and you know it was just a chance for her
<v Speaker 1>to just show off and see who she was, and
<v Speaker 1>it's good to see this, Like this is what I like.
<v Speaker 1>I like to see just superstars I don't honestly know
<v Speaker 1>of jump on main event and see how they go
<v Speaker 1>against the experienced ones. And you know, Ivy and Ile
<v Speaker 1>did a good job in sort of you know, carrying
<v Speaker 1>the match and leading it, and you know it's gonna
<v Speaker 1>be good brownie points and experience for her. But you know,
<v Speaker 1>this is all about Skyla Ray and her showcase, and
<v Speaker 1>you know I'm keen to see her how she goes. Obviously,
<v Speaker 1>I'm also one that doesn't really have time to really
<v Speaker 1>watch NXT, Like I try to look at the results
<v Speaker 1>and follow as much as I can, but then that
<v Speaker 1>will mean I have to watch four shows in a week,
<v Speaker 1>and that's like totally like impossible for me. But yeah,
<v Speaker 1>it was a great display, great match, you know, I
<v Speaker 1>think the longest of the three. Yes, it was the
<v Speaker 1>longest of the three. So it was a great display
<v Speaker 1>there for there we had to come back obviously Skyla
<v Speaker 1>Ray and then the squash from Ivy at the end,
<v Speaker 1>so you know that was probably the right result, but
<v Speaker 1>it's just great to see Uncle Howdy, Eric Rowland and
<v Speaker 1>Obafemi appear on Main Event. I think that's pretty awesome,
<v Speaker 1>like the opportunity to see them, and that was good.
<v Speaker 1>When you have sort of an extra opportunity for a match,
<v Speaker 1>you get new stars in, you get people that haven't
<v Speaker 1>battled in the Live Crown before to get that experience,
<v Speaker 1>especially when they have their sort of new feuds and
<v Speaker 1>upcoming feuds. And you then also have opportunities like Skyla
<v Speaker 1>Ray where you got some new and upcoming stars to
<v Speaker 1>just showcase the skills. So, you know, main events in
<v Speaker 1>a in a pretty good place of Actually, the reviews
<v Speaker 1>are a lot shorter now because we're not really reviewing
<v Speaker 1>what's happening on SmackDown and Raw. But again, once we
<v Speaker 1>get sort of closer to WrestleMania, we'll obviously preview that
<v Speaker 1>and see how things are going in terms of storyline.
<v Speaker 1>But yeah, that pretty much wraps up this week's episode
<v Speaker 1>of the Main Event review, So thank you very much
<v Speaker 1>for tuning in once again, and you know, I'll catch
<v Speaker 1>you guys next week with the three matches and also
<v Speaker 1>reviewing Elimination Chamber because that will obviously be concluding, so
<v Speaker 1>that will be a little bit of a longer episode
<v Speaker 1>for you guys. So yeah, I'll catch you guys next week. Cheers, Horrible.
