Speaker 4: But I liked them playing a game like that because, you know, I want to see how they would do when they didn't shoot well. And they started something like three for fourteen, so that was good to see. And then it can't you start making them. Mark Pope said after the game, We're gonna keep shooting, and the great thing about this team is.

Speaker 4: Saw some really good stuff from our guards defensively, especially in the first half, kind of got people ignited. A Mario Williams did not play. The good news is it looks like according to the X ray, he's all right. And so that's good because I think everybody took a big, deep breath when they saw that. So I feel like another positive day right.

Speaker 2: I think they hit like what three of their first thirteen or something. Then a Mario Wins went out hurt. He's like, okay, we got some adversity. We got to figure out how to win this game. We're not shooting well, we don't have a big guy. It was twenty two to twenty I think was the score, and they even had the ball, had a chance to go ahead. But after that, you're right, Jackson Robinson just he got it on fire. He started banging them down and then the momentum they went on eighteen and nothing run.

Speaker 4: And what's amazing about this team is that eighteen to nothing run was like three minutes like it like it's it is unbelievable how quickly they can turn a game that's not going well, how quickly they can turn it into something positive.

Robinson hit most of them, but that stretch, Trent Noah hit one. I think Lamar Faller hit one, and then next thing you know, you look up and it's a twenty something point game going into halftime.

Garrison had twelve points, showed us some moves and that coast to coast He missed it, but that could have been one of those highlights. He looked he was all over the place, his arms and his legs were going in like five different directions, and then he still drove around people, spun euro stepped from half court.

And he said, no one has treated us better than here. That's cool, said, it's not just you get to play Kentucky. People treat you like you're a big, a big part of it. And then he said this team is really really good. He was like, I think he said, we played well and we lost by thirty one.

Now you know, once again, our assistant turnover ratio is just out out the roof, so I can see where other coaches look at them. They're like, man, this is a team that could really win a lot of games this year.

The big thing for me of why I think they'll be good is Lament Butler. I will overreact to him. He's the real deal. He's gonna that defense is gonna show up every night. I mean, his turnovers have been down. I know he's playing two D two teams now, but that guy is gonna be great this season.

You have to do more to get people to get out of their house now they than you used to, the combination of more ways for people to have entertainment more. It's this is something everybody that puts on entertainment live knows. It is harder to get people to do things that they can do. Often they'll go spend ten million dollars to see Taylor Swift or whatever. Right, but there's a difference between I could go see one of the twenty five home games, eh, I don't know if I'm gonna go to this one, and you can't.

They had practice last night, but the chorus took over the gym so they couldn't practice. So the coach said, let's go to Lexington and they just went to Reparena and UK moved them from the upper bowl to the lower bowl. But those were my seat mates at the top for a few minutes. It's pretty cool. I like, you couldn't practice because the choir took over the gym and they made the trip to like.
