Welcome to Why Not Me the World? Podcast hosted by
Tony Mantor, broadcasting from Music City, USA, Nashville, Tennessee. Join
us as our guests tell us their stories. Some will
make you laugh, some will make you cry. Real life
people who will inspire and show that you are not
alone in this world. Hopefully you gain more awareness, acceptance,
and a better understanding for autism around the world. Hi,
I'm Tony Mantor. Welcome to Why Not Me the World?
Today is the first anniversary of the launch of my podcast.
I want to rest my sincere gratitude to everyone who
has contributed to the episodes, listened to the podcast, and
shared it to their friends and family who have given
great support and tremendous engagement to my podcast. Because of
your kind words and tremendous engagement, it has evolved from
a bi weekly episodic podcast to a weekly podcast that
is heard around the world. It has been in the
Apple Podcast Charts in fifteen countries around the world, along
with four of them being top ten one, reaching as
high as number two. It is also reached ranking as
a top half percent of most listen to podcasts around
the world on listen Notes as well. As the fifth
most listened to podcasts on autism according to feed Spot.
Needless to say, I never saw this coming and I
owe it all to you. Now. I have one request,
actually two, in order to keep this growing and building
the way that we hope it will, if you could
go to the Apple charts, leave a five star rating
and then actually put a comment in the comment bars
to let everyone know exactly what we're doing here so
that it can keep building. This Coming Wednesday, the twenty second,
I have a great kickoff for my second year of podcasting,
none other than Iconic Temple Grandin. Her story and conversation
was so good that we decided to make it not
only the first episode of my second year, but continued
on to a second episode of my second year, so
she will be on for two weeks kicking off my
second year of podcasting. I am truly honored to have
her on my podcast. The upcoming weeks and months will
feature more great people sharing their stories. I am currently
working on a video project that showcases autistic individuals worldwide,
as well as various other initiatives aimed at promoting greater
understanding and awareness of the autistic community. So if you
would tell everybody about the next two episodes, and of
course about my podcast. Hopefully, together we can form our
own little community that can help autistic people around the world. Again,
thanks for coming on, thanks for listening, thanks for sharing,
and thanks for a great first year of podcasting about
autism and the needs of the autistic community around the world.
Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule
to listen to our show today. We hope that you
enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed bringing it to you.
If you know anyone that would like to tell us
their story, send them to tonymantor dot com contact then
they can give us their information so one day they
may be a guest on our show. One more thing
we ask tell everyone everywhere about why not me? The world,
the conversations we're having, and the inspiration our guests give
to everyone everywhere that you are not alone in this world.
