<v Speaker 2>be coming to us, and we have some matches in
<v Speaker 2>the card there, and we'll do a little bit of
<v Speaker 2>a preview show later this week, as we would with
<v Speaker 2>any normal pl E week. We'll combine it with the mailbag.
<v Speaker 2>I know some of you missed that on Spotify. I
<v Speaker 2>didn't apparently publish it on Patreon even though I thought
<v Speaker 2>I did, so maybe that's why I didn't show up.
<v Speaker 2>But again, guys, if video guys, anybody has issues with

<v Speaker 2>the things this week in WWE. A lot to say
<v Speaker 2>on smack Down. I've got a lot of things I
<v Speaker 2>want to say about smacked Out and the trade deadlines
<v Speaker 2>and the idea that we're just again flagrantly disregarding the
<v Speaker 2>draft rules, which at this point, I mean, I don't
<v Speaker 2>even know why I even bother bringing it up, but
<v Speaker 2>it is something that continues to happen. We do have
<v Speaker 2>a raw to smack Down trade confirmed, by the way.
<v Speaker 2>We'll we'll get into that again as if it even matters,
<v Speaker 2>because they just don't care about the draft rules. So
<v Speaker 2>to say there's a trade is just to say that
<v Speaker 2>we're actually acknowledging someone coming to the other brand that
<v Speaker 2>shouldn't be there. But anyway, let's continue on, guys, and
<v Speaker 2>if you want to go add free, by the way,

<v Speaker 2>So let's get into it this week in WWE, as
<v Speaker 2>we normally do here on the weekend review show. I
<v Speaker 2>want to start off with SmackDown. Now, Amanda, who covers
<v Speaker 2>our SmackDown review, did a great job this week. I'd
<v Speaker 2>encourage you to go check out that show. It's the
<v Speaker 2>one or two shows back from this one. Well, I
<v Speaker 2>want to give you my take on SmackDown. Bit of
<v Speaker 2>a heavy take on SmackDown, but I want to also
<v Speaker 2>touch on raw, so let's do that. Okay, So SmackDown.
<v Speaker 2>I want to go through this in sequential order. Sometimes
<v Speaker 2>I go out of order, but in this case, I'm
<v Speaker 2>going to start right at the beginning of the show.
<v Speaker 2>And we have Cody Rhoads making his ring entrance, and
<v Speaker 2>he worked through his usual promo nonsense, and then he
<v Speaker 2>addressed the Saturday night main event coming up next weekend,
<v Speaker 2>and he started to address Kevin Owens. He was interrupted
<v Speaker 2>quickly though by Chad Gable and an American Maid and
<v Speaker 2>Gable reference being the greatest athlete to ever come from
<v Speaker 2>a Minnesota and Nick Alldas had inquired about American Maid
<v Speaker 2>during the upcoming transfer window. Yeah, it's a trade deadline,
<v Speaker 2>so let's continue. Gable called min Minnesotans simple minded, and
<v Speaker 2>the crowd was quick to tell him he sucked. He
<v Speaker 2>called Cody a workhorse, and an inspiration to him when
<v Speaker 2>he got back to WWE, and Gable said, he dressed
<v Speaker 2>the part, but that was easy. He then said, what
<v Speaker 2>was the hard part was being a good friend like
<v Speaker 2>Kevin Owens, not a bad one like Otis. Gable was
<v Speaker 2>a terror, a terrible friend, a super and superficial and
<v Speaker 2>he only cares about what other people think of him.
<v Speaker 2>And he was pointing out that Rhodes team with the
<v Speaker 2>guy who made Owen's life a living hell, and said
<v Speaker 2>he deserved everything that was coming to him, so again
<v Speaker 2>signing with the heel as he should. He's a heel himself,
<v Speaker 2>Cody said, and replied and asked the crowd if they
<v Speaker 2>would be his friend, and does it get any I mean,
<v Speaker 2>the Cody Roads babyface character was getting worse by the week.
<v Speaker 2>But he then told Gable he was disappointed he was
<v Speaker 2>spewing all this vitrioll about him because he sees himself
<v Speaker 2>in him. He referenced Shorty g and he said, take
<v Speaker 2>a look, you're looking at stardust. That actually started a
<v Speaker 2>stardust chant, by the way, which is that the first
<v Speaker 2>stardust chant of all time? It might be I can't
<v Speaker 2>remember another stardust chant. Maybe there was one when he
<v Speaker 2>was Stardust millennia ago. But anyway, yeah, the Shorty g reference,
<v Speaker 2>I never thought we'd hear about Shorty g again. A
<v Speaker 2>Vince McMahon creation, which was essentially boiled down to everyone
<v Speaker 2>who comes in contact with Chad Gable to make fun
<v Speaker 2>of his height because he's shorter than most guys, even
<v Speaker 2>though he's an Olympic athlete. So never mind that, let's
<v Speaker 2>talk about his height that Vince had a big problem with,
<v Speaker 2>so let's make a big gimmick out of it. So
<v Speaker 2>his entire identity at one point was boiled down to
<v Speaker 2>how tall he is, which was just even during that time,
<v Speaker 2>it was terrible. Yet we all knew how good he
<v Speaker 2>was in the ring, and obviously he's found himself and
<v Speaker 2>he worked through that. But so anyway, Cody said he
<v Speaker 2>knew what he was going through, and he probably figured
<v Speaker 2>he had nothing to lose, but he was wrong, because
<v Speaker 2>what happens when he fails again. He questioned whether he
<v Speaker 2>would turn on Brutus or Ivy and Isle when he
<v Speaker 2>failed again because he couldn't take the pressure of another failure.
<v Speaker 2>Gable told him to shut up, and he said he'd
<v Speaker 2>whoop his ass if he wasn't wearing a suit, and
<v Speaker 2>Cody replied that he knew Gable was there to see
<v Speaker 2>Nick all this, but when he was there, he should
<v Speaker 2>lace up his boots and ask if he could face
<v Speaker 2>him one on one later tonight. He then said that
<v Speaker 2>he had Kevin Owens on his mind and that was
<v Speaker 2>bad news for him. Cole then addressed the trade window
<v Speaker 2>and said the gms from all three brands were working
<v Speaker 2>on moving people around, so again this trade window. We've
<v Speaker 2>been seeing trades and crossovers since the draft begin So
<v Speaker 2>for them to say that there's suddenly transfers going on,
<v Speaker 2>I mean, at least they're making it official, so the
<v Speaker 2>worst This isn't the worst case scenario. I'm the only
<v Speaker 2>one that seems to care about the draft integrity and
<v Speaker 2>the integrity of the rules because it makes things so
<v Speaker 2>much better when you actually adhere to them, and it
<v Speaker 2>doesn't insult the intelligence of fans. But we've been seeing
<v Speaker 2>this crossover since literally the draft began. That they just
<v Speaker 2>can't help themselves with people on shows they shouldn't be at,
<v Speaker 2>and no one seems to care, or the rare occasion
<v Speaker 2>they do, there's no penalty on and on. But at
<v Speaker 2>least they're doing this, Okay. I will give them credit
<v Speaker 2>for all the choices they could have here, the option
<v Speaker 2>of having a transfer window to make it official that okay,
<v Speaker 2>we're acknowledging their quote unquote on SmackDown and we're moving
<v Speaker 2>them to Raw. I think that that is a positive. Now,
<v Speaker 2>what's going to be fun to me is if they
<v Speaker 2>do this transfer and we get some big moves like
<v Speaker 2>Seth Rollins on the same show as Roman Reigns, which
<v Speaker 2>hasn't happened in several years. That I'm looking forward to.
<v Speaker 2>All Right, Now, John Cena, big names like that are
<v Speaker 2>probably not going to be eligible for transfer options or
<v Speaker 2>drafting or anything like that, nor should he be. John
<v Speaker 2>Cena can just kind of come and go as he
<v Speaker 2>please in his final year. See him Punk may or
<v Speaker 2>may not be either. I mean, we'll see big big
<v Speaker 2>names like obviously The Rock. You won't probably hear any
<v Speaker 2>of those.
<v Speaker 1>Now.
<v Speaker 2>This is an official redraft. It's just kind of transferring
<v Speaker 2>those that are already in place. But it'll be interesting
<v Speaker 2>to see if this is more of a draft or
<v Speaker 2>more of a roster shakeup, then it's leading to be
<v Speaker 2>a transfer would just kind of lead you to believe
<v Speaker 2>it's an intram shakeup. But you know, we'll wait and
<v Speaker 2>see how long or how many big moves are taking
<v Speaker 2>place here. So we then have Electro Lopez Tiffany Stratton
<v Speaker 2>in Naomi in a triple threat for a United States
<v Speaker 2>Championship Tournament match. Match was I think pretty decent. You
<v Speaker 2>got seven and a half minutes here with Tiffany Stratton
<v Speaker 2>getting the victory. Crowd really behind Tiffany here, crowd really
<v Speaker 2>really enjoyed her, and boy, when they have her cash in,
<v Speaker 2>I think it's gonna be I mean, she's gonna be
<v Speaker 2>a baby face even if they try to turn her.
<v Speaker 2>Heel it just it's not gonna happen. I know she's
<v Speaker 2>still kind of assimilated with Naya Jacks. People don't care
<v Speaker 2>because they all know at some point she's turning on
<v Speaker 2>Naya and she'll cash in, or she could cash in unraush.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, I guess she could if if they really
<v Speaker 2>wanted that to happen. But I think she'll cash in
<v Speaker 2>on Naya. Everyone's waiting for it, and the crowd's going
<v Speaker 2>to be one hundred percent behind her. It'll probably be
<v Speaker 2>if I was a guest likely at the Rumble, maybe
<v Speaker 2>Chamber or at WrestleMania, but I don't think much past WrestleMania.
<v Speaker 2>We could easily have a cash in for Tiffany and
<v Speaker 2>what I would do, And I keep saying this, but
<v Speaker 2>it's so effective and so simple to do. Stop having
<v Speaker 2>her bring the briefcase everywhere she goes. It's not needed.
<v Speaker 2>The only time you need the briefcase is to cash in.
<v Speaker 2>But if you're having a regular match, why do you
<v Speaker 2>need to remind fans all the time that you are
<v Speaker 2>the money to the bank women's holder. Why? I know
<v Speaker 2>we all know you are. But again, I think it'll
<v Speaker 2>slowly fade out of the minds of fans if you
<v Speaker 2>stop bringing it to the ring. Fans may remember, oh yeah, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>She's like are you Why does everyone carry it everywhere
<v Speaker 2>every time men and women do. I think it's much
<v Speaker 2>more effective to put it out of the minds of
<v Speaker 2>fans because again, number one, you only need it when
<v Speaker 2>you're cashing in. You're not cashing in if you're having
<v Speaker 2>a match against a non champion, so you could have
<v Speaker 2>that happen. You can also have Tiffany cash in on
<v Speaker 2>the United States Women's champions Champion wouldn't that be something
<v Speaker 2>What if Tiffany cash is in, you have Bailey wins,
<v Speaker 2>she cashes in on Bailey and she's the second ever
<v Speaker 2>Women's champion, the United States Women's Champion. That would be
<v Speaker 2>all of a twist where she doesn't cash in on
<v Speaker 2>the Women's WWE Championship but rather the United States Championship.
<v Speaker 2>Possible a twist, yes, But my point about all this
<v Speaker 2>is it's a larger one with the men and women.
<v Speaker 2>Stop putting it at the forefront of our minds. If
<v Speaker 2>you want this to be a surprise, which the cash
<v Speaker 2>in I think generally by nature should be, then come
<v Speaker 2>out with it more often than not without that damn briefcase.
<v Speaker 2>It's not contractually obligated to be tied to your ass
<v Speaker 2>everywhere you walk all the time, in every match.
<v Speaker 1>It is.
<v Speaker 2>Its purpose is very specific in a very specific scenario.
<v Speaker 2>When you feel like you have the champion in a vulnerable,
<v Speaker 2>vulnerable position, I'll get it out and you can cash
<v Speaker 2>in and become champion. That's it. Other than that you're
<v Speaker 2>doing more damage. We don't need to think about you
<v Speaker 2>as as the money mak briefcase holder all the time.
<v Speaker 2>So again, very simple, just stop showing it all the
<v Speaker 2>time for men and women. But Stratton, I think did
<v Speaker 2>a nice job in this match. She does have the
<v Speaker 2>prettiest moon salt. She's definitely the future of the company.
<v Speaker 2>Is she going to have a run in with Charlotte
<v Speaker 2>Flair May Probably, I would think. I still of the
<v Speaker 2>belief that, I mean, Charlotte Flair will return at some
<v Speaker 2>point in her life. It's it feels like Charlotte Flair now.
<v Speaker 2>She's had a lot of absences over the last couple
<v Speaker 2>of years with injury. This one feels extra long. It
<v Speaker 2>feels like she's been gone for like three years, and
<v Speaker 2>I just I don't know what it is. And do
<v Speaker 2>I want her back? Yes? Do I want her back
<v Speaker 2>full time?
<v Speaker 1>No?
<v Speaker 2>I actually don't. I think that her in a more
<v Speaker 2>specialized role at this point in her career is more
<v Speaker 2>than adequate. If she wants to come back full time, fine,
<v Speaker 2>But she's also aging like we all are. But she's
<v Speaker 2>at the age now, she's in her upper thirties, you know,
<v Speaker 2>like it's your body's gonna break down. It's gonna take
<v Speaker 2>also longer to recover. Biology guys, physiology rather and I
<v Speaker 2>think it's something that needs to be taken into consideration.
<v Speaker 2>I don't need Charlotte working every house show. I don't
<v Speaker 2>need it working every SmackDown, but having her come out
<v Speaker 2>of you know, the trees every month or two, I
<v Speaker 2>think it'd be fun having her on a consistent like
<v Speaker 2>block of smackdowns, a go away for a little while.
<v Speaker 2>She could still be champion that way too. So anyway,
<v Speaker 2>I'm talking about suff that had nothing to do with
<v Speaker 2>this week in WWE, but as I'm thinking about Tiffany
<v Speaker 2>Stratton in this match again, she did a nice job.
<v Speaker 2>I think Naomi did as good of a job as
<v Speaker 2>you know she does, which is you know, an occasional
<v Speaker 2>botch and you know, the rest is pretty smooth. And
<v Speaker 2>then Electro Lopez, who they're trying to I think build up,
<v Speaker 2>although she didn't exactly you know, shine too bright in
<v Speaker 2>this match, but it is a home crowd here for
<v Speaker 2>Tiffany and that certainly helped all right. Bianca versus Piper Niven. Boy,
<v Speaker 2>my god, is it good to see Bianca back in
<v Speaker 2>a singles role. Even if it had to take you know,
<v Speaker 2>Jade to get injured. I don't care, and I said that,
<v Speaker 2>I don't care what it takes, just have them break up,
<v Speaker 2>and we had not a breakup, but we have at
<v Speaker 2>least until Jade is back with the who done it?
<v Speaker 2>Which is many people thinking Naomi, many people thinking it's
<v Speaker 2>actually Bianca. I don't really know. I haven't given it
<v Speaker 2>too much thought. It is encouraging that they're going to
<v Speaker 2>put her in a singles program for once. So even
<v Speaker 2>upon Jade's return, I guess it's possible that Bianca and
<v Speaker 2>her don't go back into their tag team routine, that
<v Speaker 2>they just have a you know, Bianca and Bianca and
<v Speaker 2>company try to solve the who done it, even if
<v Speaker 2>it ends up being one of them. So anyway, Piper
<v Speaker 2>started out in control here landed a cross body running
<v Speaker 2>cross body, and Bianca had her ribs taped from war
<v Speaker 2>Games and the attack by Green and Niven earlier in
<v Speaker 2>the night, and then we have let's see the finish,
<v Speaker 2>Nivin managing to deliver a power bomb and get a
<v Speaker 2>near fall. She then tried to get to the top rope,
<v Speaker 2>but Bianca met her in the corner for a KOD
<v Speaker 2>and Chelsea Green tried to interfere but got pulled into
<v Speaker 2>the ring instead, and Bianca then delivered the KOD and
<v Speaker 2>dropped Nivin onto Chelsea and got the victory in twelve
<v Speaker 2>minutes and fifteen seconds. What I mean, just this is
<v Speaker 2>what we need. I know, we've seen her give Piper
<v Speaker 2>Niven the kod before. It's like the equivalent of seeing
<v Speaker 2>brock lesnar F five the Big Show. It doesn't get old,
<v Speaker 2>and it's so fun to see. She's a beast and
<v Speaker 2>this is where she shines. I'm sure she's saying, you
<v Speaker 2>know what, look, you know, I mean, I like Jade.
<v Speaker 2>I'm doing the best I can to help her in
<v Speaker 2>real life here and obviously on camera. But god dang,
<v Speaker 2>it's good to see that I finally get an opportunity
<v Speaker 2>back where I belong in the singles role. She she
<v Speaker 2>may not ever admit that out loud. I'm sure she's
<v Speaker 2>thinking it, because we're all feeling it. She is born
<v Speaker 2>for a singles role. It's where she has had the
<v Speaker 2>most success, obviously, it's where she feels the most at home, obviously,
<v Speaker 2>and we all just kind of go, wow, yeah, boy,
<v Speaker 2>if we miss this, please don't put her back in
<v Speaker 2>a tag team of Jade with the mean girl gimmick,
<v Speaker 2>please please. You know, at least that's how I feel many,
<v Speaker 2>maybe many of you love the Jade and Bianca run
<v Speaker 2>that they had. I absolutely thought it underperformed, and I
<v Speaker 2>mean it's no secret I thought it was horrific and
<v Speaker 2>it was a it was an experiment that I think
<v Speaker 2>we can call failed at this point because the fans,
<v Speaker 2>even where they're together, don't feel it. They may look
<v Speaker 2>similar right in skin tone, in muscular you know, a frame,
<v Speaker 2>and like that's kind of where the similarities stop is
<v Speaker 2>in physique and look like obviously they're both two black women,
<v Speaker 2>two very strong athletic black women, muscular black women. Like
<v Speaker 2>that's but that's it. That's kind of where everything ends
<v Speaker 2>for them in terms of similarity. Bianca could smoke her
<v Speaker 2>in a promo, could could run circles around her in
<v Speaker 2>the ring, like everything else stops there. So like they've
<v Speaker 2>just got that one thing is a somewhat similar look
<v Speaker 2>that that that's it. So if she ends up having
<v Speaker 2>a match with Bianca, if Bianca ends up being the
<v Speaker 2>one that attacked Jade, first of all, I would be
<v Speaker 2>fine with it because for twofold that it would be
<v Speaker 2>number one at exposure of Jade, and now that I'm
<v Speaker 2>trying to expose her or get her fired. But it
<v Speaker 2>would be like, hey see, you know, not everyone you
<v Speaker 2>bring in here that looks like a million bucks can
<v Speaker 2>perform like a million bucks. It's that's a very difficult find.
<v Speaker 2>And let's stop pretending that this experiment's working and give
<v Speaker 2>her time to to, you know, get better, get to
<v Speaker 2>that level, because I hope she can. It'll raise everybody.
<v Speaker 2>Everybody's game goes up when hers goes up. Jade's that is,
<v Speaker 2>it will and she could be the face of the
<v Speaker 2>women's division if she's able to perform like Bianca or
<v Speaker 2>even close. If Jade does, she could be the face
<v Speaker 2>of that women's division. I guess her look can carry
<v Speaker 2>her that far. But the problem is the fans have
<v Speaker 2>gotten really so off to her, or really more apathetic
<v Speaker 2>I think is the word, because she hasn't really delivered
<v Speaker 2>in the ring or on the mic. She certainly does
<v Speaker 2>have a look that is unmatched, a very unique look.
<v Speaker 2>She's a very very attractive woman, I think, but that
<v Speaker 2>you know, that look has certainly got her this far,
<v Speaker 2>but it has starting to wane and where and fans like, okay, cool, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>actually I actually like her entrance music. I like her entrance.
<v Speaker 2>I do. Her physique is incredible, she has a presence,
<v Speaker 2>She's got all those intangibles you want. But when it
<v Speaker 2>comes to rubber meeting the road and it's like, okay,
<v Speaker 2>now wrestle, it doesn't. She set such a high standard
<v Speaker 2>with her look that when her n ring doesn't come
<v Speaker 2>anywhere close, it's that much more striking. And then if
<v Speaker 2>she gets in the ring with somebody like Bianca, she
<v Speaker 2>is going to be exposed even further. And I think
<v Speaker 2>that the company knows that. So hopefully whoever this is
<v Speaker 2>with Jade is somebody that Jade can actually work with
<v Speaker 2>and have that person make Jade look good. So and
<v Speaker 2>you know it's not a three minute match, which I
<v Speaker 2>have a sneaking suspicion it will be when she gets
<v Speaker 2>into her singles run that those singles matches are going
<v Speaker 2>to be very quick. So the fans, I think, could
<v Speaker 2>turn on her depending on who it is that actually
<v Speaker 2>attacked Jade when we get that, when we get her back,
<v Speaker 2>and however many months, two months, three months, we'll see.
<v Speaker 2>It's going to be interesting to see how the fans
<v Speaker 2>react to Jade. I think initially they'll be excited and
<v Speaker 2>then go, oh, that's right, you're the one that brought it.
<v Speaker 2>They got brought in from aw that has a really
<v Speaker 2>good look. But that's right. Yeah, you know, you haven't
<v Speaker 2>really delivered in the ring yet. Ah, that's you. You
<v Speaker 2>haven't really delivered on the mic. We don't really understand
<v Speaker 2>who in what you are. Even more importantly than in
<v Speaker 2>the ring, we don't know who you are. You just
<v Speaker 2>this mean girl that likes to dress up and talk
<v Speaker 2>about how good you smell on Twitter. That's right, that's you,
<v Speaker 2>And I think it could backfire in a big way
<v Speaker 2>if they try to make Jade the baby face here.
<v Speaker 2>It seems like they are. But all right, let's go.
<v Speaker 2>We've got then a recap of the Women's Wargames match.
<v Speaker 2>La Knight comes back or it comes out with Knakamura
<v Speaker 2>and kneeling in the ring. He called Knakamura a joke
<v Speaker 2>of a US champion, and he said he won with
<v Speaker 2>a cheap shot and that makes him a cheap champion.
<v Speaker 2>He demanded a rematch for his title and Nakamura was
<v Speaker 2>not responding. Knight said the only thing Nakamura has done
<v Speaker 2>in his face is spit spit missed, and he was
<v Speaker 2>putting his missed blockers on so he put on some sunglasses,
<v Speaker 2>kind kind of funny. But before he gets entered the ring,
<v Speaker 2>Andrade comes out and said he had unfinished business with Knakamura.
<v Speaker 2>And before they could get very far, Night and Andrade
<v Speaker 2>were a by Tomatanga and Jacob Fatu. Nakamura Ta's missing them,
<v Speaker 2>but Solo called off the dogs and Nakamura left, and
<v Speaker 2>then Solo ended up giving Samoan spikes to both Knight
<v Speaker 2>and Andrade, and Solo said, anybody who thinks the blood
<v Speaker 2>line is weak or finished, he dared them to step
<v Speaker 2>up because the bloodline will lay them out every single time.
<v Speaker 2>And he said he was tired of not being taken seriously.
<v Speaker 2>And the people can laugh all they want, but he
<v Speaker 2>was still the tribal chief. Solo said he was still
<v Speaker 2>head of the table and he still had the ulafala,
<v Speaker 2>and he demanded Minneapolis acknowledge him, and obviously that did

<v Speaker 2>probably will lose a rematch with Nakamura. That will happen.

<v Speaker 2>La Knight will lose. But this is a sign that
<v Speaker 2>he's moving on to the bloodline after So I'm encouraged
<v Speaker 2>by this. Even though he lost the US title and
<v Speaker 2>he was beaten down this week, this tells me he's
<v Speaker 2>moving on to hopefully bigger things. I don't know about

<v Speaker 2>lot of attention, and I think it's generally a good thing. Here,

<v Speaker 2>done from a rental car, which Kevin Owens made it
<v Speaker 2>really really clear that it was just a rental, which
<v Speaker 2>was just I mean, that's so Kevin Owens. I'd love it.

<v Speaker 2>about having to travel to Minneapolis for a Michael Cole interview,
<v Speaker 2>and he said he's not going into the arena. He
<v Speaker 2>told Cole to find him in his car or don't
<v Speaker 2>because he doesn't even really care. So that was the setup.
<v Speaker 2>Now I know we had a DIY match. We'll get
<v Speaker 2>to that in a minute. So Michael Cole leaves and
<v Speaker 2>we then have Cole and Owens in the car. Cole
<v Speaker 2>complained about not being in the building. Owens said he
<v Speaker 2>was tired of being told he couldn't come to the
<v Speaker 2>building and now he wanted some to come outside with him,
<v Speaker 2>and he said he wanted to give him an unbiased interview.
<v Speaker 2>And Owen's called him a Cody Rhoades fanboy, and Cole
<v Speaker 2>said that wasn't fair. They've known each other for ten years.
<v Speaker 2>Owen said he can't believe he doesn't see it the
<v Speaker 2>way he does, and Owen said that he's sick and
<v Speaker 2>tired of everything being about Cody Rhodes, his images everywhere.
<v Speaker 2>He's got three pyros during his entrance, which was really
<v Speaker 2>funny to point out he betrayed him on top of everything.

<v Speaker 2>thought it was a good idea to help Roman, and
<v Speaker 2>Owen said he didn't care what they thought. And he
<v Speaker 2>said that Cole doesn't have any friends, so he doesn't
<v Speaker 2>understand betrayal. So it's interesting that Samy was brought up.

<v Speaker 2>He said he'll talk to him. He didn't really go
<v Speaker 2>into specifics about what he's going to say to Sammy,
<v Speaker 2>but Sammy is definitely the most interesting element here. But
<v Speaker 2>Owen said Cole doesn't have any friends and so he
<v Speaker 2>doesn't understand betrayal. Cole replied that he had some advice
<v Speaker 2>for Owen's and told him to look in a mirror
<v Speaker 2>because this was what it was all about, and told
<v Speaker 2>him to get out of my rental car. He then
<v Speaker 2>told Cole, uh, one more time, you know, he said, Cole, Cole,
<v Speaker 2>and then he looked back, and when he looked back,
<v Speaker 2>Owens closed the window in his face, just just hit
<v Speaker 2>the hit the button and it was you know Owens
<v Speaker 2>even as a heel. Yeah, I mean this is ah,
<v Speaker 2>I mean, he's just this is it. It's a number
<v Speaker 2>one grade A Kevin Owens. That's what we're getting here.
<v Speaker 2>It's good. Kevin Owens and Cole seemed to have chemistry
<v Speaker 2>together here. I love how Cole isn't really super intimidated
<v Speaker 2>by Owens. He was telling him what he actually felt,
<v Speaker 2>and and you know how Cole's the moral compass here
<v Speaker 2>and that Owens can't see the errors of his ways
<v Speaker 2>and you know you should be the one ashamed and
<v Speaker 2>which all that. But you know he did get a
<v Speaker 2>little little scared once Owen's got on his face and
<v Speaker 2>got heated, which is the right reaction. But he wasn't intimidated,
<v Speaker 2>you know, stumbling over his words. He's like, no, no,
<v Speaker 2>you're the one wrong here. And here's why I like
<v Speaker 2>that from cole little backbone. The announcers don't need to
<v Speaker 2>be the little surfs the peasants here. They can stand
<v Speaker 2>up for themselves. And I like what Cole did. So
<v Speaker 2>this is good. Now. The one issue, the one I
<v Speaker 2>share had with this and otherwise I thought it was
<v Speaker 2>a good segment and funny segment and also a very
<v Speaker 2>I think a segment that told us about maybe where
<v Speaker 2>Kevin Owens is going and what's in his head and
<v Speaker 2>maybe a potential Sammy's aim reuniting and maybe Sammy goes
<v Speaker 2>to the dark side. It's the camera angle here. I mean,
<v Speaker 2>this is a Kevin Dunn special. Why is there a
<v Speaker 2>camera in the rental car of Kevin Owens and why
<v Speaker 2>does it go to the feed that goes to the
<v Speaker 2>national viewing audience. That's the one issue now, I might
<v Speaker 2>compare to other issues like remember when Shane McMahon's head
<v Speaker 2>got put through a window we're supposed to believe spontaneously
<v Speaker 2>by AJ Styles leading into WrestleMania thirty three, and there
<v Speaker 2>was a camera angle inside of the car. Or more recently,
<v Speaker 2>when we had Bronze Strowman and a Bronson Reid battle
<v Speaker 2>outside of the arena and Bronson Reid jumped off of
<v Speaker 2>a ledge onto a sitting vehicle, parked vehicle and did
<v Speaker 2>a tsunami hit a tsunami onto Bronson or Bronze Strowman,
<v Speaker 2>and there was a camera angle inside the car to
<v Speaker 2>catch it. That crap is inexcusable. It's just an excuse.
<v Speaker 2>I know that it gets a great shot, but like
<v Speaker 2>takes two seconds ago, how did they get that angle?
<v Speaker 2>If realistic investment is the ultimate goal of the fans,
<v Speaker 2>what you're doing to the audience, so what you want
<v Speaker 2>the audience to perceive. Those are the worst camera angles
<v Speaker 2>you could possibly produce, because it's like, no, no, we
<v Speaker 2>don't believe you. Number one, even if the cameras are there,
<v Speaker 2>which is highly unlikely, it's you know, a million into
<v Speaker 2>one chance that cameras just happen to be in the
<v Speaker 2>same spot that spontaneously you're battling in. But also, how
<v Speaker 2>does w B have the access to those cameras to
<v Speaker 2>then use those camera angles to put them live on
<v Speaker 2>the air, and the instant that you want those cameras
<v Speaker 2>to go live for the perfect angle. It's just I
<v Speaker 2>know I'm going way overboard, and some of you don't
<v Speaker 2>give it, am, but it's production value. Little things like
<v Speaker 2>that that I actually take me out of the moment

<v Speaker 2>crap because it's not a move that even world class
<v Speaker 2>athletes outside of a very select few, can make look
<v Speaker 2>really good. Maybe a hint you need to change your finish,

<v Speaker 2>make him champion? Please? I'm serious. I mean, at some
<v Speaker 2>point we need Chad Gable in a world title run.

<v Speaker 2>revenge and they go off to brawl until you know,
<v Speaker 2>rumble in February something like that. That's number one is
<v Speaker 2>Randy Orton wouldn't allow it. Number two even bigger of
<v Speaker 2>a problem is that Cody is not losing that belt
<v Speaker 2>until at least the Rock faces him for it. And
<v Speaker 2>even when the Rock faces him for it, I don't
<v Speaker 2>know if the Rock is gonna beat Cody Roads depending
<v Speaker 2>on the circumstances and and why they're you know, the
<v Speaker 2>build up to it, why they're going to battle, now,
<v Speaker 2>where is it? You know, is it WrestleMania, Where's Roman
<v Speaker 2>and all this like? So until the Rock faces Cody,
<v Speaker 2>I have absolutely one hundred percent confidence there is no
<v Speaker 2>chance that Cody Roads will drop the belt not gonna happen.
<v Speaker 2>The outside chance is that maybe The Rock comes to

<v Speaker 2>can't have a monumentous, literal era changing victory like they

<v Speaker 2>the ultimate payoff is where you judge the whole story
