Well, they announced today a rematch, which sounds ridiculous, But yeah, what year is this again? 00:01:30 Speaker 1: Mayweather? 00:01:31 Speaker 2: Paqiao? Two September nineteenth. That's the sphere you heard Dan Byer mention it. It's gonna air on Netflix. This just came out courtesy of. 00:01:40 Speaker 1: Well. 00:01:40 Speaker 2: Ariel Halwani posted it, reposted it. He says, I want Floyd to live with the one loss on his professional record and always remember who gave it to him. He's pulling an old bronxtail move. Look at me, I did this to you, remember me, Manny paki how on his fight against Floyd Mayweather. So, like I said, there's a different level of vengeance and hunger when it comes to Pocheyol's side of things as as opposed to Floyd Mayweather. Although Floyd's fifty to oh, and he's fifty to oh for a reason, So can Manny even get to him at this? I mean, I'm not saying they're this old, but you guys ever seen that movie in twenty thirteen Stallone and De Niro grudge match. Yeh, there was like two guys that fought their prime and when they're old guys, they ran it back. I'm not saying they're that old, and I'm not saying it's like a Tyson Who Tyson fight the first time Jake Paul? Oh no, no, no, remember it was another legit fighter. What are you talking about, Mike Tyson? Yeah, I'm not talking about You don't know what I'm talking about. No, you think Jake Paul is the first time he fought. That was the first time he'd fought in the long ass time. He followed a year before that. 00:02:54 Speaker 1: I don't remember. 00:02:55 Speaker 2: But Floyd is forty eight and Manny's forty six or I. 00:02:58 Speaker 1: Don't know what you're talking about. 00:02:59 Speaker 2: To see Tyson fought like not Lennox, Lewis, not Bust, not Evander. 00:03:05 Speaker 1: Who do you fight? Why do you guys? 00:03:06 Speaker 2: All I've got and he's forty seven? Did he was forty six when he fought Marios? She didn't dream this. It's just like a Majella effect, am I You guys sure this wasn't a dream? 00:03:15 Speaker 1: You guys? Ever hear the lamp theory? 00:03:16 Speaker 2: Some guy looks at a Lampey raises the last years of his life for a dream. 00:03:20 Speaker 1: Quiet Lampley, Come on, oh. 00:03:23 Speaker 2: He jes Junior thinking Wes in Vegas. You guys are all brain dead. 00:03:27 Speaker 1: I thought of it. 00:03:27 Speaker 2: We're brain did because we're not reading your dumb brain. Yeah, you're the guy that brought it up out of nowhere. 00:03:32 Speaker 1: You should know. 00:03:33 Speaker 3: Roy. 00:03:34 Speaker 1: I remember where I was when I watched it, Roy. 00:03:36 Speaker 2: Jones, and it was just, you know, like a nice sparring match. 00:03:39 Speaker 1: Trying to forget that fight. I know that. 00:03:40 Speaker 2: Maybe that's why maybe I'll give you the pass, because he tried to forget it. I mean that it was around COVID time, so I tried to forget anything around that time. Grudge Match The Loans de Niro. Not a bad movie. Not a good movie. 00:03:50 Speaker 1: But pac Man. 00:03:53 Speaker 2: And Floyd when both guys are when their average age is around fifty ish or so, or come on, what. 00:03:59 Speaker 1: Are we doing so money? 00:04:01 Speaker 4: Mayweather has an unsanctioned fight in April, and then he has a legit on the books back in September. 00:04:06 Speaker 1: Yep. Wow, a busy year for him. 00:04:08 Speaker 2: Oh and by the way, you know, it was a big weekend of fights as we mentioned Sean Strickland with the third round TK over hernandez UFC fight night. Also Ryan Garcia beat Mario Barrios. Barrios's last fight was against Pakiao with the draw, but now Garcia is the one forty seven champ. And as of today, not only Mayweather pac Man announced they're saying Tank Davis, his coach Calvin Ford is saying that Tank Davis will return with a big fight that's unfurling and unfolding right before our very eyes as we speak. So he's saying that he's also coming back. There's a lot of moving parts in the fight game, so just dowing that out there. 00:04:46 Speaker 1: No, it's an interesting one to me. 00:04:47 Speaker 2: And by the way, we're still taking calls on pat Riley, Roy Jones Junior. A lot of people treming and saying, yeah, that was a not a memorable fight. Escobar Cheeks, that's a cool name, says, what's. 00:04:56 Speaker 1: Up, Mike Tyson Cheeks? 00:04:59 Speaker 2: Were we remember the Tyson Cheeks for short? We have a we have a call in the pet Riley thing. But one last thought on these boxing spectacles that we seem to all consume. Right when you think about all the names you just mentioned, he said Mario Barrios, who just got whooped by Garcia. 00:05:14 Speaker 1: Garcia fought to a draw with Pokea. 00:05:17 Speaker 2: Yeah, so I know the number one phrase in boxing is you know, styles make fights, matchups are different. But what did that insinuate? No one's protect yourself at all time. 00:05:28 Speaker 1: But what did that. 00:05:28 Speaker 2: Insinuate that a young, quick handed Ryan Garcia could hang with many pockman pocky out. 00:05:35 Speaker 1: In fact, if. 00:05:35 Speaker 2: Anything, should be able to handle an old poke out. And now you're talking about Mayweather. I don't every would you watch a sanctioned fight, But it doesn't matter. These guys are way old and they're past their prime. I think a guy like Ryan Garcia would light up a Manny Pakia, would you Chrispy like we saw Garcia over the weekend. Now, I think that's a fight we would all watch, though, because it's like legend versus young kid Danny g You would watch Ryan Garcia. 00:06:00 Speaker 1: Many people would watch that. Yet see that to me sounds like it's got some jokes. 00:06:04 Speaker 2: Roly Romero tried to make that happen in PoCA did and make it happen Lolli. Romero tried to make that was real close to happen. But I'm saying some of people care about like Ryan Garcia is like an Instagram popular young fighter. 00:06:15 Speaker 1: So I'm saying. 00:06:16 Speaker 2: Garcia would light Paccio up at this stage. And I say that respectfully. I think many Pocaiao is a legend, and he's just the forty seven year old legend, that's all. So when you I'm just saying that it gives a little less significance to the pachi Al Mayweather fright, because if there's younger guys that would whoop these guys in their prime. 00:06:33 Speaker 1: It's just a. 00:06:36 Speaker 2: Match up, an even matchup that might draw some intrigue. They would never I don't think they can compete with today's champions, but they can compete against each other, you know what, which is nice. But do you want to remember them that way or not? And Floyd's always made a ton of money, as he showed on money, Like I said, did he just have the I just love of the game or the prize he's putting his fifty and oh, which just sounds so great for the legacy. 00:06:57 Speaker 1: On the line. 00:06:58 Speaker 2: He could forever be the un feed at fifteen, Oh, Floyd Mayweather Junior, And you know he could always be involved in boxing somehow as a promoter or a manager. 00:07:06 Speaker 1: A quarter got paid these exhibition fights and enrich. There were rumors about Mayweather needing some cash flow, but those rumors kind of got put to bed after he made a big multi one hundred million I think three four hundred dollars million investment and some property in Manhattan. So he still got all that. He's made over a billion dollars in his career, so I mean, who knows he does spend a lot every week. 00:07:29 Speaker 2: Though, back to your dude, pat Riley, life life for Riley got the statue jokingly called out James Worthy is the only one that chose respect? Is he wore a tie and everyone else wasn't wearing a tie? Rich, where's a bolo tie every once in a while, just a bowlo? 00:07:49 Speaker 1: Hey, good one, buddy. 00:07:52 Speaker 2: Pat Riley has a devilish laugh, which we learned, and we learned that is the tie just an antiquated old school thing, Like when you really think about it's a piece of material just hanging from your neck, Like do we need to wear ties in twenty twenty? It's like sharp You could look slick without the tie as long as you got a nice fitted not not your old uncle's suit, like a nice fitted suit. I just showed rich the last time at my daughter's sweet sixteen. Yeah, I was a nice banquet hall. Even before that, I went to a wedding with my girlfriend, just the suit, no tie. I think you could pull that off. But I think that's the compromise. I think there's too many people that just abandoned the compromise and they just show up looking like slobs. 00:08:33 Speaker 1: That's a problem, you know. It's funny. 00:08:35 Speaker 2: Before he returned to the NFL last year and made a pretty cool comeback as a guy in his forties. Before that, my last impression of Philip Rivers, remember who was shown up at press conferences wearing Bolo ties. Yeah, when I saw that, immediately what I thought I think of Philip Rivers until he made that comeback. My final thought of him was, oh, he wears bulow ties. Huh Okay, totally associate him with that for sure. Right, who do you got online? 00:08:59 Speaker 1: One, Danny? Well, let's talk to Andrew in Texas. 00:09:02 Speaker 2: Andrew, what do you think about pat Riley's statements? Again, congrats on his statue and what do you think about the world just being way too casual. 00:09:12 Speaker 5: Well, my thought is, you know Walmart, and if you've hit puberty, don't come in your jammies. I'm sorry. Also, if it's a suit, it's a tie. If it's a sport jacket, yeah optional. 00:09:28 Speaker 2: Okay, I like that rule, but I do think you could pull it off. Yeah, but I think it's a younger guy. 00:09:33 Speaker 1: Look. Yeah, I've never. 00:09:35 Speaker 2: Been one to wear a sports code with different colored pants. I'll wear a suit matching jacket and pants. No, but he's right. If you've got that Alex p. Keaton, Look the sport jacket that's with the blazer, it's. 00:09:46 Speaker 1: Like a j crew. 00:09:47 Speaker 2: Look like a dude like Bursho works the laser of glory. You don't need a tie if you're just rocking the sports it's a clipic guy that wears like khakis and like a different colored blazer at our at our twenty year convention, now was rocking a blazer with no tie. I'm gonna tellim you said that. Yeah, I'm gonna tell Jolly Bursch you said that too. Why would he carry he doesn't know that he's out of like an l O Bean catalog. I'm gonna tellim you said that now he's more of like a Patagonia kind of guy. Yeah, I mean he definitely wears a vest on occasion. I bet okay, nice winter vest. Keep keep digging yourself into a hole. Rich probably shot that arapostyle to the mall for sure, Thank you, pat Riley. All Right, something else I wanted to talk about today. It's cool with you, Pat McAfee, the action star. 00:10:33 Speaker 1: So we're gonna go from Pat Riley to Pat McAfee. And then that was next. 00:10:37 Speaker 2: Pat, Are you the guys at the beach that hate everything? 00:10:45 Speaker 4: Pat Riley has something to say about that. He thinks you're clever. He thinks are clever. 00:10:49 Speaker 2: However, it's uh And by the way, Rich, you could pat my Wayble's while you're at it. 00:10:56 Speaker 1: You know who's your favorite? Pat Summer? All? 00:10:58 Speaker 2: Pat say Jack, Pat Marita, a lot of great pets. Pat say, yeah, how about that? You know that Mexican guy, Pat My wabbles, Pat Speaker, who so pat Riley to Pat McAfee. Pat McAfee one of the biggest names in the sports entertainment. We're all got to give him credit where credits due. That guy let alone ties he doesn't wear sleeves. That guy guy bet on himself. Good for him, right, I mean, you bet on yourself and you become a big star big I mean, think about it. He left a job making millions as a punter to say I'm betting on myself and. 00:11:34 Speaker 1: It works out. 00:11:34 Speaker 2: That's that's a that's a good story. I'm I'm a fan of what he does. So McAfee, there's a rumor going around that he reached out Danny Was he got an agent. 00:11:43 Speaker 1: So yeah, he hired Hollywood super agent Ari Emmanuel who wants to turn him into the next Sylvester Stallone. And he's already started to book McAfee for movie and TV roles. Now it sounds legit. This is from Bloomberg business. 00:11:57 Speaker 2: It sounds crazy when you first s like Pat Man the action star. But you know what, since the days of Stallone and Arnold and Bruce Willis and all these people, think about, who are the last couple action stars have got? Jackie Chan bro Yo. The last couple action movies I saw were not the most believable. 00:12:16 Speaker 1: Dudes. 00:12:17 Speaker 2: The last two movies I watched with a quote action star Liam Neeson and Bob Odenkirk, two great actors. But if you could convince me that Bob Erding, Odenkirk and Liam Neeson are action badasses, then you don't think Pat McAfee could be one too. Bautista has, you know, made some waves in the Bautista has been pretty pretty good. But Staithan mcginnon is also about a big fella. If you're gonna Bautista, yes, former wrestler. I saw him in Like a Vampire. Netflix movie was pretty solid. But if you're telling me that Bob Odenkirk was awesome in Nobody did you see that movie? And Liam Neeson with all the taken movies and I saw one where he was like a truck driver on the like some ice trucker. 00:12:58 Speaker 1: It got Daniel Craig as Bob. 00:13:00 Speaker 2: Yeah, these are the guys that all Maybe mcfee's the next Bond, but I think Patrick Gibson's the next one. I'm just saying it doesn't shock me that McAfee could be like some action star. I really it's not crazy to say, because I mean I would never say never, but I would find that hard to believe. And I say that respectfully. 00:13:20 Speaker 1: And we got to see his chops. 00:13:22 Speaker 2: Yeah, like I yeah, you know, we've seen crazier things. Rich I'll just named two of him. Better call Saul comedian Bob Odenkers. 00:13:32 Speaker 1: Guys are polished actors, but. 00:13:34 Speaker 2: If you're if you're convinced what they do, they convince you because they're acting. I'm just saying, if you can a good actor, he's the best. I love Odin Kirk, but I'm saying, oh, is McAfee a bone head? I've seen him in wrestling. I don't know. Yeah, Like you're saying it's crazy that Liam nees. Liam Neeson is an incredible actor. That's why he's convincing. But Bob, I watched a movie called Nobody with Bob Odenkirk. I don't know if you've saw, Yeah, but Bob Odenkirk's awesome on Bob o and Kirk. I love Bob o'den Kirk. Why are you saying that like we don't. 00:14:04 Speaker 1: Know who he is? 00:14:04 Speaker 2: Slipping Jimmy, Yes, slipping Jimmy, because I don't know if every as clown out there knows who Bob Odenkirk is. Better call Saul breaking bad saw Goodman, saw Goodman slipping Jimmy. Bob Odenkirk is not cut from a clock. What's his other name at the Jimmy McGill. No, oh, that's a good question. Good trip. But Bob Odenkirk is a great actor, comes from a comedic background and had a really great role on Breaking Bad Slash Better Call Saul. I saw him in a movie where he was on a bus and he beat up like six gang members at once. If you could convince me that Bob Odenkirk could beat up like the Vatos Roll Coast, then you can convince me that Pat McAfee is an action star if you can tell if you can tell me or whatever it was, if you can, if you could convince me that Liam Neeson finds a bunch of gang members. 00:14:56 Speaker 1: And I will find you and I will kill you. 00:14:58 Speaker 2: If you can convince me a mas difference, you numb skull, that's what they do, Bob Odenkirk. Convince you that he worked at a cinabun, that he was a shady lawyer. 00:15:09 Speaker 1: And he was a badass as a lawyer. Yeah, he. 00:15:14 Speaker 2: Was so good as that, that sketchy, shady lawyer. That's not who he is. So my what I'm saying is Pat McAfee is a man of many talents. But is he able to convince you that he's an action star, that he's he's whatever character he's portraying. Maybe he can. I don't know that because we've never seen it. So I don't know that. I know he can host a radio show. I know that he can capture people's attention. I know he's a he's a He's a fun, entertaining guy for sure. Uh, but can he do that? I don't know, But I would never say he can't because I don't. I just don't know. But would you buy him as the next action star Fox Sports Radio Nation? 00:15:55 Speaker 1: Is he good? X Van Damn? 00:15:57 Speaker 5: Hey? 00:15:57 Speaker 2: If we uh, if we all sat through Steven Sigall in the eighties, maybe we could buy into Pat McAfee. But then again, Steven Segall was a legitimate martial artist. 00:16:08 Speaker 1: I would take you to the bank, Senator Trent, to the blood bank, to the blood bank. 00:16:13 Speaker 2: I'm gonna give you two examples of where we were shot. Like I gave you the Oden Kirkwan, I'm gonna give you another from our childhood. I watched a little something on Netflix. I believe the movies that made us. Have you ever seen these quick little document documentaries the more of a docu series where they analyzed the making of some of our favorite childhood movies in the action world comedies, And there was one on Diehard and do you know that because at that time, Bruce Willis so I hate to hear is going through what he's going through now, dementia right h By the way, if you guys are taking the temperature of what the world is talking about, it seems like everything we do, consume, eat, or stand next to dementia. 00:17:01 Speaker 1: Stay safe, everybody, if. 00:17:02 Speaker 2: That gets in your algorithm, every other click is like, well, you know what could cause dementia? It's like, oh my god, scary. Yeah, it's so scary. There's like this show causes dimension. Yeah no, seriously, there's like every there's all studies that prove that whatever we do causes dimension. Nowadays, it's like, my goodness, stay safe, eat healthy. 00:17:23 Speaker 1: Bruce Willis was. 00:17:25 Speaker 2: Considered like like a TV like almost like comedic rom com type of guy moonlighting. Do you know they left Bruce Willis off the original Diehard movie poster. That's a fun fact because they thought people are kno gonna buy that Bruce Willis could be an action Bruce Willis from Moonlighting that guy. And then once the movie was a big hit, they went back and they redesigned the movie poster with him as John McLean holding the gun sideways and everything. But originally we we wouldn't even put Bruce Willis on a movie poster because it wasn't convinced is the highest paid action star if you look it up with his involvement as far as ownership of the rights and points and movies and things like that. And again, I don't know about McAfee's acting, acting chops and anything. 00:18:17 Speaker 6: I don't know. 00:18:18 Speaker 1: Anything's possible. 00:18:18 Speaker 2: He's proven that he's likable, he's got an audience because people like what he does. 00:18:23 Speaker 1: And he's apparently a real nice guy. 00:18:25 Speaker 2: And I've never really had an interaction with McAfee, so I got nothing good or bad to say, but I'll say he's entertaining. And it's not shocking when because Danny, my first thought when you sent me that article like McAfee shopping like with an acting agent to make him a like an action star, my first thought was like, that's hilarious. And I'm like, well, you know what, Bruce Willis. Bob Odenkirk Liam Neeson, like, there have been guys that have been quote, action stars. Are you really that convinced when you see certain people and then they end up being great? 00:18:55 Speaker 1: Yeah, but those people are great actors. 00:18:57 Speaker 2: So if he has acting chops, anything's pussy and we wish him the best. And speaking of action stars, your boy was on a show called I const Built America and we did a special on stallone and Schwarzenegger. Look it up on the History Channel if you got it. I Constant Built America. History boys, right, if he could be, if they could, if I could be on the History Channel, please, and he could be an action star because Steve Covino historian, If I could be a historian, anything's possible. History of what nineteen eighties baseball guards? 00:19:31 Speaker 5: Right? 00:19:32 Speaker 2: We got more Coveno on Rich We're gonna play Last One Standing if you want in. It's the most fun game we play. I love Brainwave on Fridays, Danny, but I feel like this is the stressor this is a good, stressful, fun trivia game. If you want to in, you want a little excitement on your Monday, you know, pep in your step. 00:19:47 Speaker 1: Let's do it. 00:19:48 Speaker 2: Eight seven, seven, nine to nine on Fox we will play last one standing, give away some Fox Sports Radio Covino rich prizes. She's wearing a dress that I could guarantee DA over here to spend thousands on. Look at all beautiful at some banquet hall. And some of these teenage boys are wearing like pajama pants and like a T shirt. Kids were wearing their slides and socks to a sweet sixteen. Step your game up, people, Not trying to sound like the old guys, but there's a decent compromise based on pat Riley story where Cavino and Rich live from the Fox Sports radio studio, live from the Barrio Ato Loco and for over forty years, tyracksmen helping customers find the right tires for how, what and where they drive, shipped fast and free back by free road hazard protection with convenient installation options like mobile tire installation ti rack dot coma tire buying should be. Keep talking next to him? Nineteen time winner Rich Davis. He won today, Yeah, he won last time we did this game because Dan Byer wasn't here. But thirty eight time champion is here today? Where are you calling from? Mark? 00:23:27 Speaker 5: Your rapids? 00:23:28 Speaker 1: Hell? Yeah? Nice? What do you do for a living there? 00:23:31 Speaker 3: I worked for a precision metal manufacturer? 00:23:34 Speaker 1: Okay, cool? 00:23:35 Speaker 5: Makes metal alleys for coins? 00:23:37 Speaker 1: Nice? It had been twenty three, twenty five some years since a winner had had one hundred yards. 00:31:44 Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the one. 00:31:45 Speaker 9: Yeah, so it's it's been a while. So a lot of guys on the losing side you wouldn't think, right. You would think, because they're passing the ball, maybe they're behind. 00:31:52 Speaker 1: But there were. 00:31:53 Speaker 9: Marsh On Lynch had his against the Patriots in Super Bowl forty nine. 00:31:56 Speaker 1: Yea TB. You would think that. 00:31:57 Speaker 2: Being that I was at that game, I would have known, but I was in true like, I wonder what McCaffrey's numbers look like against the Chiefs in Las Vegas. Look how about that cat? 00:32:33 Speaker 9: Ever to be the Cap two with the capbri and her hard work at Fox Sports Radio. We know the hard work Lindsay Vaughn put into trying to ski for the Olympics. Then the week before she tore a cl and decided, screw it, I'm gonna ski again. 00:32:46 Speaker 1: Well, she crashed. We knew that and broke her leg. 00:32:48 Speaker 9: And now we found out today and she revealed in an Instagram post that she almost lost her left leg Following that crash. During the Winter Olympics, she fractured her leg that led to compartment syndrome and required leg saving surgery while she was in Italy. She also said the doctor her doctor, was in the area because of her accident and if he was unable to be there, she doesn't know she'd be able to save her leg. But Lindsey Vaughan back recovering here in the United States. The US men's hockey teams back in the US, as are the US women's hockey team, and news just in that the US women's hockey team, which won gold in the Winter Games, has declined an invitation from President Trump to attend tomorrow night's State of the Union address. In a statement, the team said they were sincerely grateful for the invitation. However, a variety of commitments, which includes some academic commitments, forced the team to miss tomorrow's State of the Union address. 00:33:43 Speaker 1: What does that mean? Academic commitments? There are some who are in school and they have to get back for school. Question. I forget it in my mind. 00:33:51 Speaker 2: I'm like, it's like, you know when someone misses a bigger warshow like what better are you doing? Like you're tell me I have social studies class next day? Is the reason you missed political State? 00:34:00 Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't want to. It feels like it though, Yeah, I think you guys are making it feel like that. Really, I actually think what takes priority over that something like that. I think the logistics of everything. 00:34:13 Speaker 9: It's different to say, hey, on April sixteenth, we're gonna meet at the White House. Let's get the team together. There's so I honestly think it's a legitimate excuse. I don't even know if the men are good. They got they have hockey games starting on Wednesday. 00:34:27 Speaker 1: Honestly, Yeah, so I'll take your work for it. 00:34:29 Speaker 9: Well, apparently to you guys, the guys should just miss miss the games on Wednesday because they got this invite, you know that's the Uh, yeah, I guess you're right. 00:34:36 Speaker 2: But to me, though, in my mind, whether it's Trump, Obama, Bush Clinton, it doesn't matter if you're invited to the White House. I'm like, what else is on your's not just like they're inviting you to a dinner to hang out again. 00:34:46 Speaker 9: I think this is different than being invited to the White House you hand them a jersey. This is to appear at the State of the Union on short notice. I think it's tricky. If they turned down an invitation at another time, maybe that can be political, but I just think the planning it is just it's. 00:35:01 Speaker 2: Mighty cleared up because I would have automatically soon assumed otherwise. 00:35:05 Speaker 1: Yeah. 00:35:05 Speaker 9: So, the Atlanta Falcons are expected to place the franchise tag on Ted and Kyle Pitts, which is worth more than sixteen million dollars. In twenty twenty six, Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said the team is leaning on place in the franchise tag on wide receiver George Pickens. I have a weird hot take, and it's probably because an obvious reason of not all games were recorded this way. But when you think of old school pirate games, because pirates were brought up during Last One Standing, you never see any Roberto Clemente highlights. You see like the same few, like a masterful throw from the outfield. You don't see a lot of Roberto Clemente highlights. Man, you just don't, is it. I don't know, Bob clement I know the throw you speak of. It's like the only one you see legendary highlight of him throwing a rope. It's the only one you see for his impact in baseball and for Latino players, you would think there's more coverage of this guy easily accessible. I'm telling you you don't. You see the same plays all the time. But anyway, like I said, that's the we Are Family era of the Pirates. Cabino and Rich on Fox Sports Radio Live from the Fox Sports Radio Studio. Clearly we're pumped for baseball. 00:38:49 Speaker 1: Of course. 00:38:49 Speaker 2: It's really nice to see all those highlights between the Olympic gold over the weekend, all the fights and everything else. We like challenge each other for dumb things. We say, like, you know, I could we just tap on our helmet run back the tape. I think we got to think of something. We'll think of something. 00:39:34 Speaker 1: Why what happened? 00:39:35 Speaker 5: Now? 00:39:35 Speaker 1: We got phone calls coming out? I wanted that. Wow, by the. 00:39:38 Speaker 2: Way, richel on this day before we get through the phone calls. Forty one years ago today, Indiana coach Bobby Knight tossed the chair on the court versus per New And the memory still lives on and we could still picture it. And Doug gottlie our very own former colleague, Doug gottlieb. 00:39:54 Speaker 1: One days ago. 00:39:54 Speaker 2: Yep, tradition lives on. What does all have a good chair toss? That was legendary? I remember that we were a little kids. You'd watch it on the highlights. All right, Danny, we got people phones? What do people want to check? A couple of the topics before the game, like action heroes? Brad and Vegas wants to talk about. 00:40:09 Speaker 1: That Pat McAfee could be our next action hero. What's up? 00:40:13 Speaker 2: And it's not crazy? 00:40:14 Speaker 1: What's up? Man? 00:40:15 Speaker 8: No? 00:40:15 Speaker 3: What's this? 00:40:16 Speaker 1: Is? 00:40:16 Speaker 3: Brian in Vegas not Brad, It's okay, Go Dodgers A no no. Deve Bontisa is last of like the meathead action heroes. Bruce Willis has always been my guy, Live for or Diehard the underrated movie. But if I think of Pat McAfee as an action hero, I gotta see it to believe it. I think more like he's like a Peyton Manning, like he could do funny commercials, maybe even do a rom comm or two. But there's no way I can buy him as being an action star. 00:40:45 Speaker 1: What do you think? 00:40:46 Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean listen again, I'd have to see it, and then sometimes like huh, Like, I'll go back to the example I used an hour ago. Bob Odenkirk is hilarious and just a remarkable actor, comedian, breaking bad better call Soli. I didn't think he'd be believable in the movie Nobody. I told you he beats up a whole gang on a bus, and I believed it, and I was like, oh my god, Yeah, you never know, right, I mean Liam Neeson rom com guy. All of a sudden, he's a star. 00:41:15 Speaker 1: But they're actor. I know what you're saying, But who else? One last quick call here Thomas in Colorado wants to talk coaches clothing. What's up Tommy? 00:41:24 Speaker 5: Hey, yeah, first time caller. 00:41:26 Speaker 1: What's up Tomas? Thirty seconds, buddy, what's up? 00:41:30 Speaker 5: Yeah? You on coaching ties? Are it? 00:41:34 Speaker 6: We should take our cues from the Italian Seria Soccer League. 00:41:37 Speaker 5: You look at them, they were in Amani suits and there weren't ies. 00:41:40 Speaker 1: Hey, nothing wrong looking classy? 00:41:43 Speaker 2: Yeah? Here, there's nothing wrong with looking good. Do you have to rock the tie? 00:41:48 Speaker 1: I don't know. 00:41:49 Speaker 2: That's the compromise I'm willing to make, but I think you should step your game. Am I wrong by saying I remember old school Spolstra war a suit and then he was one of the guys that then transitions to like jumpsuit, yes, and like he might have been one of the ask of the suit it up coaches. In my mind, I will see you guys Manyana tomorrow, iron my trivia for some prizes. 00:42:05 Speaker 1: Perfect. 00:42:05 Speaker 2: We'll see the arrivadirci baby, see you in the Promised Land.
