Best Wishes Bar and Grill so awesome. We had the shirt and he had
post raw at NASA Cossium by the way, yep, So it was like,
you know, kind of a timely jump in an event. I remember
I read Anderson pre famous Max Caster. Yeah, just doing a run in,
just being one of the annoying indie guys shoot punch Bobby Orlando in the
face so bad that he went to the outside and threw up. He was
so concussed that he went outside to throw up in the in the alleyway.
One thing I do remember is I have to go set this thing up right
as the producer, and I remember you guys saying, look, Mark,
we think we're going to be there around eight o'clock, but we could be
in the main event, or we could have a match after Raw, or
we could be in some segment. We're not going to get there until the
show starts, So good luck. You ended up being there in perfect whatever
you like. I was on Raw that night? Was that not? Is
that? Bobby Lashley? M Either we did like main event or we did
like a pull apart or something. Wasn't like we were either like to the
end. I want to say, Okay, yeah, you guys got there
when plenty of time. But we're not like back together yet, are we
on the roster? I don't remember. Yeah, we have to be RAI
isn't that I guess we have to be. It's the summer that we're a
team. Yeah, it's somewhere twenty nineteen. Oh, so I was thinking
I wrestled like Mike Canelis. But that must not be it. That must
be the year prior. No, guys, back to Ringside, by the
way, just gonna throw this out there. We're not done with the review,
but go ahead, okay. I was looking. I looked at up
Christ Atlantic because you said that about Trent. They're two ninety nine up with

be coming to what not soon, but with autographs on them so okay.
Well, we had best Wishes shirts best Wishes shirts there. They were all
gray. So when we saw this cat in a purple one, we said,
whoa. This guy not only bought this from perusing teas but changed the
color. I feel like we must have given an option. He wouldn't just
make his own shirt. Oh no, there was options you could pay.
But he was so into the show that he did his due diligence that he
pre bought a shirt to wear at the event. Shirt Guy right, So
that's why it stood out to us. So here he also was there drinking
until like the sun gave up with us, so literally, I remember coming
home, Liz was like, what's wrong with you? The sun's out?
Like are you an animal? He was at all the pictures at the end
of the night. Yes, okay, but he says five years of being
purple best was his shirt guy. Five years ago. This week I walked
into JJ Cooper's you mean the Best Witsches Bar and grill Pal. That's right.
It was for Live three and everything changed. I went for a live
podcast hosted by two of my favorite wrestlers. It was in the middle of
the night on a Monday night, but after missing one two, I couldn't
miss it again. I got a purple version of the shirt that the bar
was themed after, and the rest was history. Having one of my favorite
wrestlers give me a silly nickname is nothing compared to the epic memories and lifelong
friends I've made as a result of this podcast that goes far beyond wrestling and
figures. I'm truly blessed to have found this community. Here's to many more
years of being Purps. Yeah, it's kind of become Purps now. I
know. I didn't know. I haven't dropped the Purpse bomb on anybody,
but I think the peeps call him Purpse, but I don't know. He's
become good friends. He's been on MWO MWO I think a few times now.
He has a month named after boshtober Washtober. Yeah, there are people
who bring sides about him to wrestling shows as a as a troll, but
I think it's awesome. Oh my god. Last thing I will say he
has he does his own vlogs, So when he comes to these events and
stuff, he vlogs it and he and he posts it and he put together
I believe I could be wrong. He put together a like a full documentary
on the last five years of all of his experiences with the major residing figure,
podcasts and the people, So make sure you check that on on his

and I did a panel. We hugged on stage. Bill mckin still hates

Arizona. Another great store. Look at all the major marks there, great,
great time, uh, super professional. They had listen the guy who
owns this store and I'm gonna butcher the name of the website. But does
the website that uh keeps check of every wrestling card ever? Brian, I
think you've done his podcast before. Oh okay, So like we had deep
discussions about rookie cards, all things cards. It was really fascinating. He
has a lot of cool figures there, a lot of cool memorabilia. And
I bought something there that I think you might need, Brian. I filmed
the blog and I'm gonna spoil it. I bought it, you know,
so we have I have the Zach Ryder wrestle Mania at thirty two platu because
I was in that match. Obviously I have the Hawkers the Rider wins the
tag team title WrestleMania plaque because we were in that match. But another match
I was in that I don't have the plaque, but I do now undertake
Over's Edge WrestleMania twenty four main event, now the proud owner of the plaque.
Maybe that's prey cool, but I mean I don't need that, but
I do think that's cool. It was just there on the wall, so
not something I was searching for, right, but it was just there on
the wall. So I figured that's plaque fait. Maybe to make a plaque
for every single match that's on, no, just titled, but I don't
think. I don't think every match is a plaque. I thought I haven't
paid attention in years. Definitely just the world titles, and then it became
the titles. It might be every match now the title changes. Do you
think that there's a niece Buddy Murphy from that, yes, absolutely, yes,
yeah, actually yeah, hear he doesn't have it, and it makes
me sick. It probably doesn't. I think there's actually I could see neither
one of them happening. There's one there's that he might think no, buddy
wouldn't have it because he's not the winner, well would you? No,
it's like the FTR because it's like it's not like revivals, not on our
plat. It's not like a match. It's the winner the winner. So
we actually, I believe we have two versions, one with the one with

than the figure of a gear that they chose about it would have made.

wrestlers coming out very very soon. There's gonna be a little ring for it
with this apparently coming in fall twenty twenty four. I mean, that's the
way to do a thumb wrestler, not you know, a figure with the
asshole cut out. I actually I like the figure with the asshole kind of
you're crazy. You can't even really do anything with it, like your thumb
thing, You're really just pinning down the other thumb. So like this is
the way to do it. I like it. I think they look great
so far, and I'm excited to see what else comes out from from Wow
Stuff later downlines. The first time I've heard of Wold Stuff. Don't know
anything about them. This this info dropped today, so there wasn't enough time
for us to do any research. But from what they've shown, cool looking
product. I dig it cool. We also got this was not just pop
popped up out of nowhere and people are finding it. Yle had a whole

great figures. A great set looks awesome. I really like it, but
I don't think I need it. I don't because I have other books,
like Listen. I have other Bookers that are more important. I have other
Austins that are more important, other scenes that are more important, and other
eddies that are more important. But these are still great figures. And if
you're fans of just these guys, like if you just have a Booker or
an Austin or a scene or an eddie, you need these figures. And
if you haven't been collecting since basically the beginning of the line like we have
maybe you have room for these in your collection. I just don't. Packaging
is beautiful too, man, Yeah, it's real great. I like like
the Ovultron. I really really liked it. Next up, wait, so
what did the person say by the way at the register? I think we
he kind of alluded to it before. I think like, if you bring
that brit figure to the to buy, right, it's going to say not
to sell it to you, but you can bring another eight. I'll be
figuring and be like, I won't scan scan this one instead, you can

A couple of weeks ago, I got a Rock Ultimate from Ringside, like
the new re release, and I didn't let him breathe them. Last week
I realized like his elbow pad was ripped. I said, oh, John,
like I need to order a new Rock right, I get it?
Elbow pads ripped again. Hope you can see this like I need that.
It looks like a chunk, is it ripped or like deformed? Is that
just the way the mold is. It's a little both, but so okay,
so listen to that. So that's I'm oer for two. I'm thinking,
well, I'm not gonna get another one. Fuck, I'm just not
because they have a rock with a ripped, ripped elbow pad. I'm not
getting another one. Yesterday the Wrestling Guy store in Phoenix, they have the
rock. I said, you know what, I'm gonna try one more time.
I get it. The other elbow pads ripped. Wait, the opposite
side, the opposite side. That's it. I have to going into the
case. We're doing to live getting my rock here? So same see the
rip right there? Oh yeah, that is so weird. So what I'm
gonna do now that I have one of each elbow pad ripped, I'm gonna
swap and create a true ultimate rock. It took me three fucking rocks now
to get a rock. Do you think that one of them rips and it
just happened to be put on the other side. I don't know. Here,

kind of awesome. This looks posed, by the way, I'm not gonna
display it like one of my favorite figures. Ever, I can't be pretty

luck. But like I said, I'm going to mix and match the elbow
pads and make it work. I mean not even like remotely something there.
Yeah, that's crazy. I was gonna say, Yeah, it wouldn't that
be the simple fixed Brosky. That's what I'm gonna do, especially with the
wrist coming out. You can do that in two seconds. Well, now
that it's the opposite. Like, my psycho brain wouldn't have allowed me to
do a right elbow pad on the left, And to be fair, I
think they are labeled and Deacon back me up with this. They have like
an Ellen arnhem somewhere. It's hard to see, but there is a left
and the right. So yeah, so my psycle it wouldn't be right.
Yeah, my cycle brand wouldn't have allowed that. But since I have one
ripped on one arm and one or the other, I'm able to swap.
But Brian, the way you have it displayed like it looks cool to you,
But in my mind, Rock is never wearing that shirt with those sunglasses.
It's just I don't care. It looks so it looks like it does
look great. It looks so fun it jumps out you, bro. I
make that exception sometimes, right, like when it's too cool. Yeah.
Well, guys, speaking of the Rock, what I got right, We're
gonna there's gonna be a lot of debate about this. I have a gem
Mint ten Rock Rookie card, or what I thought was a Rock Rookie card.
Okay, gem Mint ten. Okay, this is from the WF Superstars
nineteen ninety eight line. There's so many things, like was his was that
that weird sticker? His rookie was the back? What's the back of that?
Just toys? Bendams rookie was the trivia card to rookie. This is
cut and dry to me. Man. So okay, Brian, so you
think this is his rookie pack pulled trading card rookie end of story? Okay,
Well, guess what I was talking to Tony from Wrestling Guy. He
told me it's not the rookie because the picture like of the Rock, like
it's also in this set comes earlier than this card in the set. That's
like, I get what he's saying, but they both are They both though
it's like which one the rules? I think the other one sells better too,
because it's a portrait, you know what I mean. That's the same
as Undertaker. Undertaker is the ninety one classic, but the portrait sells better
because it's obviously a prairier display than you know, the action shots or whatever.
You know. Give me a second, you talk. I think I
do have a PSA of that other rock, but it's not a ten.
Give me a second, we'll see if I have it. Damn. So
there was no trading cards before. There's no Rocky My Via no, because
there's a huge gap. There's like action packed in ninety four to ninety five,
and then there's no cards onety six, ninety seven until ninety eight.
And you can say all you want, Okay, he had the perforated thing
that was in the Miami Hurricanes program. Okay, that's a card, but
not a pack pulled real trading card. You can say you had the card
that you punch out in the back of your bendy, but again preferated,
not a real pack poll trading card. There was those Panini stickers, which
people great and are worth money, but it's a pack pulled sticker, not
a pack pull training card. Like to me, is very cut and dry
that this is his first And then that trivia card blew up during the pandemic,
the trivia card, which is like beyond, that's a piece of a
board game. Let's be honest, like, that's not a pack pull training
card. All things prior, for sure. And if you were a Rock
super fan, and you know Dwayne Johnson superfan, I would collect and count.
But if you're being true to his pack pulled it's the set, got
it all right? So I do have it. But I have an eight.
That's the one. Oh dam looks great though. THAT'STI probably worth a
lot of money. So this is card eight. The other card is fifteen,
So I never heard the number. I thought it was just more like
what's more cosmetically pleasing to the eye is what I think it goes. There
so many goddamn rules. The guys I was talking to yesterday, the rest
of us were telling I mean, like, for instance, like the Wrestling
All Stars, Hogan is not a rookie card by these rules, because that's
not in a pack. You just buy the set. You buy the set.
Yeah, but that's that's another great I see what they're saying about that
so many gray areas, right, like, but the set is the back
you had to buy it, you know what I mean. That's like,
what do you consider your rookie card? Brian? Those uh, the Brian
ours is annoying because we have a European release and an American release, right,
so that's the gray area. And if you don't know, we have
it's a Tops release, but it's Brian and Brett major cards, you know.
But those are pack cards. But they were only available to attacks Slam
attacks, only available in Europe the game. But it's a card. It's
so weird. It's so weird. And then a lot of people consider the
Hawkins and Rider Tops Chrome Yes thousand and eight are real rookie, which I
think I guess truly is. But that's tough. You guys got anything else?
That was it? I had a real light week, so hopefully come
back. I got some main events for us. You ready, sure it
wasn't the ripped elbow pad drama. That wasn't the name event? Come on,
the Star Wars Death Star space station. Guys. I've been talking about
this for years. I said, I want this so bad. The only
way I'll get this if it's if it's brand new, absolutely man, and
I can build it myself. Put on the stickers. Now, this one
is sliced at the bottom. I got this some dallads bitches toys, but
it is brand new. Inside sticker sheet intact, the foam for the trash
intact. So I am going that's unbelievable. And the packaging looks awesome.
It's the box looks beautiful. It's it's man, it's fucking cool. It's
this is the box I would not throw at. I'm gonna build it when
I have the new toy room. But this is gonna send me down a
rabbit hole. I'm not gonna get every single place at our vehicle, like
at the Millennium Falcon. I wanted this. I might get a couple other
things. I might get the cantina, like the cloud City place at where
Han is in carbonite. But it took me a long time to find this.
It was just at Dallas with the toys, so it was almost figure
fate and I had to pick it up. I also picked this up wait
wait, wait, just just for us non Star Wars people, how far
did that set you back? Give me the range? Twish Okay, I
have thousands, yeah, two thousand ish's wow. Wow. Also, while
I was at Dallas Vitish Toys, I picked up this guy's my first AFA
grated Star Wars figure, the og Power in the Forest, Power of the
Force Han in carbonite, the original one right there on punched. Yeah that
is not on what's punched. I gotta go to this store five eighty five.
Wow, which is great for well Mark. We're gonna be living in
Dallas for a couple of weeks, so oh, no question. You gotta
check out this room they got back there. Looks like a fucking museum.

But I'm looking at these game Boys game Boy Color Man, I would love
to have one of those again. They were so simple back then. I
think that's it, right, the battery in and the games in it,
the downloading. There's no making sure that you have three g a lot of
car rides spent playing game Boy. I love that. Yeah, yeah,
it kind of just makes me want to get a game Boy Color with a
couple of Pokemons in it, you know, just having it, maybe introducing
it to my daughter, that kind of thing. All right, this is

Mania win came in this week a signed Bray Wyatt fire Fly Funhouse figure,
signed five times by Bray, one for each puppet in the funhouse and that's
cool. His signature box Amania is a thing High Spots does where you pick
a number, pay and they pull numbers one through ninety nine. Whoever is
last wins the grand prize. I was picked last and one good old number
sixty nine. This is going in a shadow box and into my Wiat Family
Brodie Lee collection immediately pretty. That's awesome, man, Glad it's in good
hands. Also, hope Ringside and Mattel never make those kind of boxes again.

Texas Hunter's Convention, a Halloween con filled with spooks, costumes, and prop
ideas. As we were walking around, we came across a booth with portraits
of sorts of horror themed characters. While looking through his booth, I came
across this crazy cool portrait of one of my favorite factions in wrestling. I
got talking to the artists and found out he was a huge wrestling fan.
I couldn't pass up this wonderful piece, and now it is sitting happily in
my living room. That's love that crazy Dave baby. Uh okay, Eddie
Zawatski says, My major Mart purchase of the week is Power Ranger memorabilia for
all the Power Ranger fans in the group. I recently purchased this scream used
zero Power Ranger morpher from the Forever Red episode of Power Rangers that took place
in two thousand and three. The Forever Red episode was one of my first
times that all the Red Rangers from nine different series came together for one episode
only. This was one of my favorite episodes in the franchise because of the
significance, but I was also six years old when this episode air aired.
This was Jason David Franks Tommy Oliver's aka the Green and White Ranger his more
further used as the Red Ranger from that episode. This is from the JDF
estate and was purchased from Jason's eldest son, Jacob. Wow. So really
cool, awesome and probably a nice piece of mind to know where it came

I stopped by Meyer's table at a show to drop off autographed gifts for
you three guys. After our quick chat, I went and got two more

an amazing grade of eight point five. I'm around twenty plus graded and both
of these are great new additions to the respected part of my collections. My
next batch is out for submission and will let you know the update when they
are back. Nice. I like it cool, I dig it. I
like wat of stuff so much. I wish I had more sentimental ness to
it. You know, I have every one that's sick. That's all I
need. Though. You know there's a couple that all my savee searches that
I'm looking for wrestling wise, and you have him saved as water. You're
just trying to get him sealed. Yeah, I want him. I want
him sealed already. I don't want to No. No, what I'm sayingbody,
you want him done and yes, you'll get them done. No,
No, I want them finished, like my cards, I want them already

Bednar is just a great story. So not a big purchase from a cost
perspective, but more so from a sentimental one. I have a vivid memory
of what must have been the winter of nineteen ninety when I was turning five.
My parents told me I was getting a surprise on the way home.
I don't remember where we were. It was dark out, and when we
pulled into the parking lot of a store that had very bright color lights,
