What is Adjustment on UCAS_

<v Speaker 1>adjustment is different to clearing. It is for those students

<v Speaker 1>for clearing. You register for adjustment via UCAS Track. You
<v Speaker 1>then have five calendar days to make sure that you
<v Speaker 1>are going to then talk to other universities and then
<v Speaker 1>see if they are willing to offer you a place
<v Speaker 1>on a new course, but that doesn't affect the course
<v Speaker 1>that you've already been accepted on, so don't worry about that.
<v Speaker 1>You then talk to the universities, they make their decisions,
<v Speaker 1>and if you are looking to trade up or to
<v Speaker 1>change your course, then you can then apply to that
<v Speaker 1>on UCAS Track. Once you registered for adjustment. The main
<v Speaker 1>thing I would say is don't rush it. Don't contact
<v Speaker 1>the university until you're absolutely ready.

<v Speaker 2>getting your results, is to not be away during the
<v Speaker 2>results period because if things don't go to plan, then
<v Speaker 2>you really need to be around.

<v Speaker 3>than just doing your UNI words, because it really helps
<v Speaker 3>you get to know new people. When you're picking a UCCEs,
<v Speaker 3>pick something that you love, something that you're good at,
<v Speaker 3>and something that you think is going to be useful.
<v Speaker 1>No matter what course you do, it's not so much
<v Speaker 1>about what specific subjects you learned in that course.
<v Speaker 2>It's about the skills that you develop.
