Hey, rain Drops, Happy Labor Day. So look, while you guys, I have to cookout eating your barbecue ribs if you like me and you're having a veggie burger because you're vegan, or you are sipping pina coladas, cocktails and mocktails. Because baby, we have to get into the latest episode of the Real Housewives of Miami. This season is so funny, it's so good, and I wanted to do a solo episode because I haven't done a Miami recap in a while. You guys heard my interview with Kei ky Bart. If you haven't, rain Drops, listen to my exclusive interview with Kiki. It's just so much light on what's been going on this season. So Seamus Plugg listen to it. You will not be disappointed, just like I was not disappointed with this episode. All right. So the ladies, as you know, are in Spain, and Stephanie took her private jet and took her private affirmations and her private Let me tell you about Stephanie. I like Stephanie. Stephanie is definitely a tough pill to swallow. She's kind of like a vitamin DEEP pill. It's good for your body, but it's stuff first through your thophagus. Hey suting because it goes down real slowly. Because if you have ever tried to take a Vitamin D pill, it's huge. Stephanie's ego is as big as a vitamin D pill, and that's why she is a tough pill to swallow. So we're gonna call her Vitamin D child. That's who Stephanie is, honey. But I like her. It does a body good, and I feel like when it comes to Stephanie, she does to show good and that's why I like her. I think she's a great housewife. I think she's a great addition, and I rain drops want more of her. I do, okay, but apparently Alexia and Marisol do not. So in this episode. It opens up with Alexia Marisol realizing that after their conversation the night before, where Stephanie was being look, Stephanie give Regina George. Now she may give Golden Girls fashions. She definitely one thousand percent. I mean, can we have a real conversation, can we look? Stephanie is rich, and although her personality is Regina George, her wardrobe gives you Blanche Devereaux. It does. It gives you Golden Girls, It gives you a very room mccallahan teas. It's like, I say, John outfit, not the ones Angelina Jolie ward in her marketing campaign when she was the face of the brand. The thing with Stephanie is stephanie personality is younger than her wardrobe. Stephanie acts like a sixteen year old girl who's daddy is rich and she's the richest girl in school, and she has this need to, you know, be showy. But Stephanie's wardrobe gives West Palm Beach Teas. I'm retired, you know, I have all this money and I spend it buying a covered up jacket. Yes it's Chanelle. My skirt goes with my you know right below slightly above my kneecap. The hair is giving. I mean, let's just stick at the Goldman Girls thing. It gives Dorothy or better. Yes, Sofia. I mean, it's just it breaths older and she's a beautiful woman. I just don't understand the fashion choices. I don't I don't get it. I don't get it, Okay, I just have to get it out there. So Alexai and Marisol are like, we're kind of over Stephanie being mean. She's giving sitting assignments on her plane, and yes it's hers. She could do what she wants to, but I to would be exhausted with the fact that you are the one who offered your plane, trains, and automobiles to us. Why are we then subjected to having to then bow down to you and any mistake we make as women where we're on a TV show and we're flawed. We're reality stars, right, We're flawed human beings. That's why we were cast for the show, because we're entertaining any mistake these girls make. I do feel like Stephanie host over their head her plane and it's sort of like, we get it, but we didn't ask you to fly us on your plane, and that's gonna be Stephanie's mistake her first season again. I like her. I like her. She's a great housewife, and I want her to come back for MENI MEI Meani seasons. But Stephanie is vide him. Indeed, she's a tough pill to swallow. So I was actually on Alexia Marisol side in the sense of like, I don't want to go on the trip. I don't want to go another Yes, it's a twenty minute trip. I'm like them. I would rather be on my phones on TikTok. I'd rather be texting Todd, Hey, Alexia. I've rather be texting Todd watching Todd TikTok videos where he does these tutorials on real estate. I'd rather be Marisol looking at how many martinis can fit in her mouth for one evening. I'd rather do that, then to go on Stephanie's plane, and then for Stephanie to give us another fucking rod, but another slippers that isn't glass slippers like Cinderella. I mean shom Showma, Showma. It's showy, is showing off and it is too much. It is too much. It's too much, it's too much, so I don't blame them now. This is the gag to me though, I gaged with Julia's on the plane and she pretty much tells Stephanie like, look, Alexai a Mariso, don't want to go child because they just feel like you're too bossy, which is the total complete opposite of what these girls tell Stephanie as the reason why they weren't coming. And then Stephanie starts crying and look, I think Stephanie has to realize this, you are bossy, and you do treat these women like they owe you something. You do treat these women like this is this is this is half of about Stephanie. I think Stephanie feels like her presence on the show is she's doing a favor to Bravo, she's doing a favor to the production company, and she's doing a favor to the cast by being on the show. That's what it gives to me, the difference between her and doctor Nicole, who I can't wait to see come back, because you know, the rumor allegedly allegedly is because Stephanie dated Nicole's fiance that allegedly that's the reason why the cold is not on the show, right, Nicole husband, I'm my husband, my bad. Nicole's fiance has a plane, Nicole is rich, and yes, I want everybody to be themselves. The reason why Nicole has always been the most likable person on the cast is because as much money and access she has, she doesn't flaunt it. And when it comes to these Maam housewives, the beauty of this show is I believe and I know for a fact too, but it's believable that these ladies hang out off camera, that they hang out when the cameras are rolling, and Stephanie does come in like I'm doing all the favor. And yes, we love the wealth, we love the success, we love the money, and we love the access, and we even love the excessiveness. But what we don't love is the excessive way she speaks to these other women. And it's not fair to them. And at the end of the day, I can say this because I don't give a shit the show. The face of the Real Housewives of Miami is Alexia. It's her show. She's the face of it. I mean, is that controversial rain drops let me know the comments. Alexia is the face of the Real Housewives in Miami. It's her show. Now. Look, Alexia also have moments two seasons ago when she talked about she was the queen and this is she definitely drank the kool aid too. But let's have a real conversation. This is Alexia show. She's the face of it, and I think Stephanie is trying hard to become the queen Bee and it's not gonna work. It's not gonna work. It's just it's it's not gonna work. It's not working. And yes, I felt bad for her when she cried because I do think Stephanie has a good heart. But I also think Stephanie talks to people crazy, and to me, that is the main reason why her sisters are speaking to her, because let me tell you something. It Stephanie, you and YO, say John Wardrobe, there is no way you are talking to me that way, and I'm accepting it. Blood relate or not. You're not gonna talk to me like I owe you something. And what you're not gonna do is remind me of every single thing you have done for me and you expect me to bow down like the number eleven track of Beyonce's album. We're not doing that, Okay, We're not doing that, and that's why I was on let's just have a real conversation. I was on Alexia side when Stephanie tried to take her aside, and she's like, look, bitch, I was not the only one. Marisol felt the same way. If anything, she felt it more than I did. So how about you talk to the both of us. Now, Look, Stephanie did eat honey. She told her you need your twin, and you look, Stephanie's good TV because Stephanie definitely held her own against Alexia. And now I understand in this episode why those two have first chair. I mean I already understood why a Lexi have first chair because she's the face of the show. Although I didn't expect it to be Gerty and Julia because that's the most dramatic thing that happened this season. So I would have still given the first chair to Gerty. My opinion, I think Gerty deserved first chair. Is reunion and let's have real conversation, Honey. I want my Kiki having first chair either, but we'll talk about that coming union time. Okay. So my thing is this Alexia called Stephanie condescending, and at the end of the day, she is, and my hope is that Stephanie looks at her behavior and can see the error of her ways and maybe come on next season being less condescending, because although I love me some Stephanie, I can't watch another season of her behaving the exact same way. I think she needs to cool off, like the engine of her private plane when she's not having these girls beyond it for a twenty minute, like okay, so that's that now. One of the funnier things to me in this episode is last week Audriana called Kicky ratchet and baby Kiki got her right together and rightfully. So ki Kei deserves a mohito because not only is she gorgeous, not only is she funny. I love the fact that once what you think you're checking, Kiki key Key clops in and gathers the girls and baby she gathered Audriana right on up. And that's why Audriana, did I know what to do except leave the table. Stephanie's leaving, Audianna's right behind her. Stephanie's like, where are you going? I don't want you to come with me, baby, Adrianna, did I know what to do? Because although Kiki is sweetest pie. Honey, she's letting you know, bitch, I am not the one or the two. Okay, I'm not Julia. Baby, You're not gonna try to read me, and I gonna say shit, no, Kiki gathered Adriana, and rightfully so. So look, Audriana went to webster dictionary dot com and had to look up the word ratchet and then realized, way, I didn't say ratchet, I said ratchett. Audriana does have a thick accent. And because of that, because of that alone, I'm going to give Audrianna pass that maybe, just maybe she did say wretched, okay, And the reason why I want to give her that is because at this big age, I did not realize that ratchet and wretched sound alike. It actually does. It actually does. And now it makes sense because if you look at this particular scene, you would see that Audrianna was shocked at key Key's response, like she was taken aback. And now I see why. I actually, let me know, if you'll agree or not, I actually do believe blah blah blah that she said wretched. U Uh, Audriana, I'm gonna give you a past, girl, But let me tell y'all. Something you do not call a black woman ratchet. You just don't, especially if you're not a black woman. Like for my audience, ratchet are a TC. Wait they spell it right, Okay. Let me school y'all in the black community. When you say ratchet r A T C H E T, you're pretty much calling me ghetto in low class. Now, black folks, we can call it for the ratchet if we want to, because it's a part of our culture. As a non black person, you cannot call a black person, especially a black person a black woman, ratchet. You're pretty much calling me ghetto. And that's why Kiki had the response she had, and that's why Gurdy scream right, because that's a no no, that's a hell no. Those are fighting words. And Adriana to be glad Keith Key did not come across that table and handle business because that's would have happened on Atlanta Housewives. Baby let me honey, you called poorche ratchet. Hooey, job clear the room, baby honey, just saying okay. So one of the things that also happened to this episode is Lisa and Larsa. Now on my Last Miami Housewives recap, I did say that. I'm on Larsa's side when it comes to Lisa still following Marcus Jordans, I never understood why she kept following him after Larsa pleted that y'all met through me. This man has been horrible to me. Why are you still following him? It took Key Key to say, look, I think the reason why I believe it was Kiki and Audrianna and Gerdy. Yeah so, Gerdy, Adrianna and Keikey pretty much all came to the conclusion that the reason why Lisa has yet to unfollow Marcus is because she doesn't want Laurence to feel like she listens to her. I now get it. It's still wrong to do and for me, she should have done it anyway. If my best friend introduced me to his man that happens to be the son of a legend, and I follow him the moment my best friend breaks up with him, I'm breaking up with you two. My best friend does not have to tell me to unfollow somebody that he's not dating anymore. I'm not doing it. I'm just I'm just not doing it, especially if it's a bad breakup. It's one thing. If it was an amicable one and everyone's happy. Okay, that's fine, but it it's a breakup where the acts is attacking you on social media. That is not okay to still be friends with this person. And I think Lisa my opinion, I also think there's a part of Lisa who did it because Jody, Jody does give me a man who likes to be around other celebrity men. And that's why for me, I do believe that she didn't want to piss Jody off because Jody wants to be Prince of Marcus, because who does want to be friends with the son of Michael Jordan. That's what it was. That's what it was. In addition to, she did not want Larsa to feel like, oh, I can tell her what to do and she does it. So I also understand that as well. It's still wrong though it's still wrong. Okay. So the good news is lisa divorce is finalized. All the girls are celebrating except Larsa. Larsa, this is what I'm not on your side. Okay, I'm not on your side in this particular case, Larsa Pippen, or as Lisa calls you, Petty Pippen, because at the end of the day, you have to celebrate the fact that this woman is finally divorced from a man who put who put her through hell. And that's when Larsa, you, as a woman who stands on business, have to put aside your bias as Lisa being a bad friend, because yes, I agree with you, I do think Lisa was a bad friend. But when a woman divorce is a guy that's finalized based on him cheating on her and being mean to her, that's when Larsa, as a woman who's also gone through divorce, can say, I will put my differences aside for the solidarity of a woman celebrating the finalization of her divorce. So that's the fairness in all of this, Okay. One of my favorite moments in this episode two was seeing the closeness of Kiki and Gerty. If you watch this episode, you will see how like they sit next to each other on the plane and they have moments of enjoyment. And it status me that, based on what's happened currently and what Keiky and I talked about in my interview with her, that her and Gerty have not spoken since the show rapped. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. They have not spoken is the episode of Gerty having the drink thrown at her by Julia, that they haven't spoken since then. That makes me sad because one thing Kiki did say on my podcast is she fell closer to Gerty this season in the past season, and there's evidence of that just by the o the small things we're seeing. I really hope these two girls can get it together. I really hope so, I really do, because there is such a funny dynamic with those two that in a perfect world, I would love to see Gerty and Kiki have the same camaraderie as Alexei a Marissol because I love Alexi A. Marissol's friendship and no show with show Alexi Marisol will be friends forever forever is going to come between those two. And that's why for me, I want key Ky and Gerty to also find a way to come back together, because what's missing for me is another dynamic duo that can have comedy, a little conflict when they disagree, but always come back as sisters.
