Harley was Right. It WAS a Bigfoot! - My Bigfoot Sighting Episode 130

of My big Foot Sighting. All right, then let's do this. Seen
a bunch of run down, no horse towns where the church is the backbonels
and the bow and the fasting melodies cove in with the bomb man Rose,
where the roofs run deep beyond the nose of the busy streets, with the
songs of the South of s. Then and I hear the prompt poorch picking
down home rhythm bringing out I don't run from banjam music. Yeah. If

I belonged to a group called in CI North Carolina Investigates, and we
had one of our investigators who lives up in Tennessee, found an area that
Scott Carpenter had his own experience there that scared him so bad he only went
to this site one time. So me and Robert Effler and Michelle Effer went
up and met my good buddy Harley Owens, which he's our Tennessee investigator,
and we went out to the site. When we got to the site,
as we pulled into our research area, I was noticing all the places where
elk had been horning the trees, you know, getting a felt offor horns.
I also noticed that there were deer hornings on the trees too, so
I knew there were wildlife in there. And off to our left was the
wood area, and off to our right was actually a very good sized creek
that came down through there. So we pulled in, We went to our
parking area, parked, got out of the vehicle, and when you got
out of the vehicle, there was almost a silence in the woods. You
really didn't hear any birds or anything for a little while. After we got
there, we started up talking to Harley and finding out exactly where he had
found different bigfoot and whatever signed. So we walked our way up through there
and we found an archway that had been made by most likely a bigfoot because
I don't know any other creature that makes them, and the tree that was
used to hold down the end of the other tree to create the arch.
The stunt for it was twenty yards away from where the tree actually was,
so we knew something had to little pick up this tree and set it on
end of this other tree to make the archway. And nearing our investigation,
looking around and checking out the ground, which the sky was kind of a
hazy sky. We had sleep every now and then, we had snowfall every
now and then while we were there, had lots of dead leaves on the
ground, so you couldn't really get a couldn't cast a print if we did
see one, be almost impossible to cast. But we did find in the
same area as the arch, we found a five and a half inch wide
probably I think it was six or seven inches long dog man print. And
we kept working our way through the woods a little lot of time, and
we looked up and we found trees anywhere from an inch and a half to
three and a half that had been twisted and broke over. And we know
that they were fairly fresh breaks because the leaves were still green on they hadn't
browned out yet. And we made our way through the forest in different areas
we kept finding things like inside the twist breaks we found axes or the created
xes, and the stumps for the trees that made the axes would be fifteen
to twenty feet away from where the actual tree was. We also found an
ambush site that would have made any hunter envious. There was three big game
trails came together in this one area, and the bigfoot had stacked up trees
almost in a half circle. And it was tall enough for me to stand
up. And I'm six foot tall and I could stand up in it and
still had plenty of room. But at night, if you had been setting
in that ambush site at night, dear elk anything that come through there,
and you'll be able to just reach out and grab it and eat it with
no problem. So we moved. We kept finding all the sign we took
pictures, we recorded our findings. We moved back out to this gravel road
that run beside our site. We made our way up the gravel road and
there was a graveyard, so we investigated right there. Around the graveyard,
I actually found bobcat prints, which are very unusual. It's really unusual to
find bobcat prints for anywhere because bobcats walked usually very lightly. But there were
some mud there and we found the prince and we made it up past the
graveyard and we heard something on down below us, and when we got down
we heard the noise. It was probably ten minutes after we heard the noise,
maybe twenty minutes after we heard the noise. It looked like a dog
man print slid in the mud. We seen the two toes and claw marks,
and the other two toes had probably been kicked up when he hit that
mud. But once again, there was nothing there, nothing really good enough
to take a cast of. So we edged on down into the woods and
we actually found an area that looked like two kids had been playing. How
the leaves were kicked up and everything was messed over, and just how two
kids would play ricele around the woods. We found this area, so the
only thing we could figure that would have caused that would have been probably two
juveniles playing. Oh yeah, and I forgot one thing. It's just kind
of funny when we first started finding the stuff from the faring. When we
first got there, in between the archway and X, we found what they
call a peep host or animal will peel on a post of marking area and
I hardly got down real close and was sniffing it. Now, Harley's a
six foot four, skinny twenty something year old kid. He's donner checking it
out and smelling how bad it smelled, and it looked like now he didn't
and we didn't think he was going to, but it almost looked like he
was gonna lick it. I wasn't really sure about the boy, but we
laughed about that and we went on our investigation. Robert is, he's in
his early fifties, looks like a mountain man, a skinny mountain man.
His wife, my shell's a country girl. And then there's me. I'm
six foot tall, I'm bald headed with the goatee and gotta get a little
bit of a beer got on me, even though I don't drink beer.
But we moved on ou that are where the younges look like the young ones
have been playing. We found all kinds of old foundations and walls of stuff
that had been built back in probably the eighteen hundreds, and moved through all
that. We kept hearing stuff moving around, but we never could get our
eyes on anything. So we investigate all the bottom land and the other side
as we come around. We just kept having that filling the whole time we
were there, that something was watching us. I don't know if it was
a bigfoot. I don't know if it was a dog man, but we
just had that feeling something was watching us. So we moved on up.
We got back fromt of the graveyard and Harley Elbowsby he goes, hey,
let's go down in that flat right there and come up down the hill down
here and see what we see. And I said, okay, we'll do
that hardly. So men Hardly go off down this flat, down the hill
into this flat area, and Robert and Michelle goes back down the dirt road.
Now they've got a good site. They can see pretty good around them,
real good. On. When Men Hardy goes down that flat, we
find bear scat. We found whether there had been two bears down there and
had left scat behind. If you don't know what scat is, it's poop,
and we've seen it. We investigated to look make sure, way sure
what it was, make sure it was bear not bigfoot. We come up
a hill and on this heel there was another hill just across this little tiny
valley between us, about twenty yards difference between the hill I was on and
the hill, this southern hill. We get up there and like I said,
it's been snowy and sleeping all day, kind of a hazy day,
and shadows get created in the woods when it's like that. Harley points at
this thing. He said, look there he is. I said, Harley,
that's a shadow. He said, no, no, man, I'm
serious, I'm serious. That's you know, that's a bigfoot. I said,
Hardy, that's a shadow. He's a kid, he's a great kid.
He's awesome. But he gets really excited. It starts vibrating and he
was getting hyper and I was like, no, man, that's just a
shadow of trust me. He said, I'm gonna tell you. Wait right
here, I'm gonna go down the hill and I'm gonna get closer to it
and I'll prove it to you. I said, okay. So I'm sitting
there watching the shadow. You know, I'm kind of skeptical. Honestly.
Now, I do believe in Bigfoot and everything, but I was skeptical whether
that was Bigfoot. Well, Hardy gets about fourteen foot down the hill and
he's in a laurel thicket. He steps on a branch. That thing pops
like a shotgun shell, real loud. Well, the shadow I'm looking at
moves and when it moves it stretches out to try to see him, and
I realized Party was right. This is a bigfoot. He's solid black.
All I can see is the shape of him, and I see him from
the waist up because when he leans out real far to see where Hardy is,
he takes this huge arm and reaches back to grab the tree the steady
himself with. So here's this creature I'm looking at. I can see definitions
of the muscles. I can see this huge arm stretching out hold on the
tree with fingers. Not a bear don't have fingers. And this thing stretches
out and I can see a conical head. I can see hair sticking up
like Alfalfa is on top of his head. Matter of fact, we nicknamed
this bigfoot Alfalfa and his hair sticking up. Could not see his face because,
like I said, I'm twenty yards away and I wear glasses. So
I'm watching this thing. And this whole thing only takes about five seconds.
But in this five seconds, I see the entire upper body of a bigfoot.
And when he stands back up, I see the limb where his head
is. So I get excited. I'm vibrating this thing is all muscle.
We're talking about a creature that could easily take me out with no problem,
not even breaking sweat. So I get excited. I holler real loud.
Now I take off down the hill. I pass Harley. We both come
up the hill. I don't know what I was trying to do, but
get closer. We come up the hill, and of course the bigfoot's gone.
He was solid black. It was awesome. When he put that arm
up, I knew what it was. There was no mistaken what kind of
creature this was, because you could see the hair, you know, the
silhouette of the hair, the muscles ripping in his arm. He was huge.
We get up there and we're looking around and I look up in the
limb where his head was, top of his head was. It is about
two and a half feet taller than me. That puts this creature at eight
and a half feet tall. Okay, we're looking around to see if we
see hair. We don't see any hair. There's a little dirt hill there.
We see three perfect toes. Prince and that hill you can see a
little bit of a small toe, and you can see a little bit of
a big toe. But the three toes in the middle were perfect. So
we get excited and we look and this thing is so smart. Where it
was that there was a big tree beside it, another big tree beside that
laurel thicket, and then on the other side of the hill was a laurel
thicket, and then about twenty feet down it opened up on both sides to
get to go left off the hill or right off the hill. So we
take off down this twenty foot hole. We get down the end, our
radio goes off. Robert says, what are you guys doing up? Are
something that's tiring the woods up down here? When he says that everything with
dead's silent except a bunch of crows took something scared up a bunch of crows,
and that flew rober top of Robert's head like a bullet. So we
drop off to the left side one down the hill and we hit a thicket
that we could not see any further than maybe two or three feet in front
of our faces. Trying to get out through this thicket. And I'm thinking
this whole time, if he's mad at us, this creature is going to
kill us in this thicket. So we work our way through the thicket work
our way through, we get down out of it. We come up on
the road just above Robert, and Robert tells us he said, man or
watch y'all scared up a prayer, he said, But it stopped and it
sounded like it went back in behind you guys on that hill. So we
looked around. We didn't see anything. We made our way through there,
made it back to our vehicles, and that was it for that hunt.
I mean, we ive seen a bigfoot. I was the first time I'd
seen one. That happened on January seventh, twenty twenty four, and somewhere
around three o'clock. Well, we went back again for another hunt in that
same area, and this was just a few weeks ago. It was in
April. It was April. We went back up there and we went back
through and a lot of stuff that was there was gone. There was a
different arch and it was bigger, but it was in a different area,
and we made our way through, and all the stuff that we had seen
before, like the ambush site, was all gone. But we found something
extremely interesting. We found this huge limb that was thirty feet from the tree
that fell out love uphill and it was balanced on two small trees, perfectly
balanced. I mean, I don't understand how. There's no way it could
have happened naturally, because the fact limb would have fell hit those little trees
that was on, it would have crushed them. This thing was put on
me small trees. It was balanced perfectly. So we made our way up
through there, and it was really kind of strange because we didn't see any
more creatures up there. I even did predator calls. I did a wounded
fawn, I did a Cody yell on my on my phone has this app
that has all these predator calls. We tried these and we've seen we got
some response, but it wasn't from a big foot or dog man. It
was actually from a four egked creature. Because we could see the movement under
the edge of the laurel thicket. We knew it was four agked by the
way it was moving and we could see the just a little bit of feet
and can tell what it was. And we went on up through there and
we get up to the top of the hill by the graveyard and Robert stops
us. He goes, y'all hear that, And we just kind of looking
at no, what are you hearing man. He says, I swear I
just heard some disembodied voices over the graveyard. I said, what do you
think you heard some disembodied voices? He said, I don't know. He
said, sounded a couple of women and a man was talking. And he
said I could hear kids laughing, and it was in the graveyard. So
we said here to listen for a while. We tried to record. We
didn't get anything, so we moved past the graveyard down a hill and it
was so weird there. I were lined up, okay, Robert and Michelle
and Harley in the front. I'm sorry Robert and Harley in front of Michelle
didn't come with Robert and Harley was in the front. They were walking in
front of me, and I fell back a little bit because I was looking
around and I hear I was like, hey, did you guys make a
noise? They're like what now? We didn't see anything, and I said,
well, I'm hearing stuff because I has heard something. I don't know
what it was. And we just kind of blew it off and we walked
another maybe fifteen steps, and I heard it again. It was just as
plain as day. So we stopped and I looked around and we could hear
something parallel with us in the woods up behind us to big blaw thicket.
We could hear it and we never see anything. Then all of a sudden,
Hardly goes oh man, he grabs his head. He says, my
head's killing me. I'm like, oh man, I had to take my
glasses off. I couldn't focus. I felt kind of dizzy, and it
would just hit us all of a sudden, and I took my glasses off
and I'm trying to focus to see what's going on, and all of a
sudden it just went away. And we believe that we were hit in for
sound, which something that some creatures in the wild have to stun, pray
or to confuse their prey so they can attack them. So this happened to
us right there, and we were very confused. We know what was going
on, so we got our stuff straightened out. We went probably I don't
know, twenty yards thirty yards more. We stopped. We decided, hey,
let's whistle. So I whistled real loud, and I got a callback.
On the top of the mountain. To my right side, I heard
a whistle back. It was perfect. It was loud too, so I
was like, all right, that's never happened before. So I was excited
again, and we decided to stagger our going back. We thought, well,
maybe we're too close and maybe they won't respond it. Who would like
this, So we'll break it up a little bit. So Robert went first
and he got pretty far down the way. Then hard it went and I
was standing there waiting for her to let me know, you know, it
was my turn, and I look over and there's this huge white dog on
the hill across from me in the woods, and I was like, that's
a big dog. I hope he's nice. And then this woman walks out.
She's over walking her dog. So I let them know. Hey,
there's a woman coming down there here. She's got her dog, you know.
So I started off. Once I send them, I went ahead,
started and I heard something. I went over this little hill and I went
down. As I started back up again, I heard something, so I
stopped. Was looking up in the woods to see if I could get a
visual. I want made that noise, and I felt something staring at me.
I looked back and on this hill ten feet away from him is this
huge white dog standing there. Fortunately he was nice. He come down,
he smelled me and I patted him him, and the woman went on past
me and went on there on the merry little way. Of course, I
the head and let the guys know, hey, she's on our way.
She just passed me. We get back and I whistle again right there,
right before I get to the graver, I'll whistle again. And I got
another whistle back, but this time it was not on the mountain to my
right. It was about midwayes down the mountain on my left hand side.
I mean it was a strong whistle. So I'm getting excited. I'm thinking
I get to send another bigfoot. I'm hoping right well, I go on,
I come up the hill. I get right to the end of the
graveyard. I look down expecting to see something I didn't expect to see.
Was hardly down in the flat where we went down before. Only problem is
this time it had all growed up, so he was stuck right there.
He couldn't go forward, and the only way he comes back up the hill
and get out. And I hollerate him on the radio and he looks at
me up the hill and he starts shaking his radio at me. I'm like,
what are you doing, Harley? I can't My radio ain't working.
I said, well, come on back up. Well he starts up the
hill and I'll whistle again, just to see what will happen. And about
twenty feet inside that thicket, something whistled back right close to Harley. Well,
he gets up there and I said, did you whistle? He said
no, I didn't whistle. I said you sure. He said no,
Why I didn't whistle? He said, I can't even whistle. Why it
wouldn't me. I said, well, something whistle behind you? He said,
well, that would explain with all that stuff I heard messed around those
laurels. He said, I heard something in there. I just couldn't get
my eyes on it. Well, Harley, he gets my ready quit working
and we tried and it worked great. And I said, well, something
right, because it's working great now He said, I don't know. So
we started walking out together and we got down with Robert. Now Harley takes
any kind of pictures we take, and he goes and he examines all our
pictures for us, because he has the best eyes of all of us.
Say, I took a bunch of pictures, so I sent him to Harley,
and we're sitting home that night and he messages been on Facebook. He
said, dude, you ain't gonna believe this, And I said, well,
what was it? He said, look at this picture. This picture
is about ten feet from where you were standing. I said, yeah,
it is. He said, look he zoomed in. There was a dog
man standing behind me, ten feet away, watching me. And I had
no idea. Then the real strange part. Now this is the last night
I tell you, as far as Bigfoot goes, there's a real strange part.
And one pictures you can barely see something. And so when he blew
it up, there's a little creature around three foot high peeking up from the
side a tree, and we don't know what it is. It's great and
see its eyes. You can sit its mouth. It has a big head.
We have no idea what this creature is. Now we know why Scott
Carpenter got scared air of there, because there is a lot of Bigfoot,
and there are a lot of dog men, and there are a lot of
other creatures. Because this is the third time we've had pictures of something we
couldn't explain. That's about all I have as far as Bigfoot goes in my
recent experiences, and I have two books on the market right now. One
of my books is called Legends, Myths, Monsters, and Ghosts, the
USA edition. It's about five hundred and ninety pages and it has stories from
every state in the United States. I think the least the amount of stories
I have for each state is five. I think it goes all the way
up to eight. But they're everything from Bigfoot to gooes to UFOs, the
serial killers. And in that same book, I have five of the Indian
tribes and their stories. They're legends. I also have my theory of Bigfoot
if you're interested in that. I don't know if anyone is, but that's
my first book and it's available to you on Amazon. And my other book
available on Amazon is called Monsters of the World. It has one hundred and
four different cryptied creatures from every continent in the world. And I also have
twenty six encounters that I was blessed enough to have people send to me of
what they encountered, and not all of them are Bigfoot. I can promise
you there's things in there that kind of make your hair stand up on your
head, but there are nice enough people to share with me, and I
