Even games that were lackluster had like forty fifty million people watching. I mean, there's no denign in the NFL is just pure domination.

Break of all the cap space and that large hattie or a big head. That's a car payment for some people. So let's let's break this down. Mahome have another car. Mahomes restructuring the deal. I don't. I don't. I'm not worried about the contract. I don't want to have more. You know, numbers, talk about salary caps and numbers. We talked about baseball and what's going on there. Here's my question for all the NFL fans, which is, like, everyone, are we assuming that this past season for the Chiefs was the anomaly where, you know what, the ball just bounced the other way for a change. Mahomes got hurt at the end of the year. Things just weren't right all along. But you know what, next year they're right back in the mix. Or are you looking at it? Like, listen, the Raiders are gonna get friend Hinda Mendoza, they got Clint Kobiak as their head coach. They're gonna draft linemen. They got Bowers gently in his second year, so they're gonna get significantly better. The Chargers just got Mike McDaniel as they're oc. They're gonna get some weapons for Herbert. They're gonna make a they're gonna make a splash. And the Broncos were one quarterback injury away from likely going to the Super Bowl. So why are we assuming.

There were years where you know, Drew Brees was five hundred and didn't necessarily make a playoff run. Dude, I'm not hating on Patrick Mahomes, but he's not getting younger either. Could I ask you guys this outside of their early seasons when they stunk, when they stunk, before Montana was elite, the Niners had a couple struggle years, and then Montana just like that, were super Bowl bound and never went a year without sniffing the playoffs. Once Peyton Manning became Peyton Manning, they made the playoffs. Everybody, you feel windows are a little smaller now though, the Patriots never missed the playoffs with Tom Brady. One year when Matt Castle took over and they were still like ten and six and missed the wild card.

Elway is one of my examples where there was a time where in between the Super Bowl law and the back to back Super Bowl wins, there was a time where Elway was on a adequate average, not really great team and they were five hundred, a little under five hundred. But for the most part, elite Hall of Fame guys make the playoffs every year. Is that a crazy statement? That's not crazy. So with that said, if we think Mahomes is the the next thing, you know, the next thing next to Tom Brady as or a goat status. If you're like yo, Mahomes is elite. The guy was the frak but he's also coming off injury. He went for a three peat, missed it right. Montana got knocked out in the NFC Championship game. Going for a three peat. Going for a three peat was wild. They made it. They made it Jerry Rice, and you know, he had a lot of key players that they wasn't just Joe Montanga. I'm saying they made it to the super Bowl, what five years in a row, like five out of seven years or something ridiculous. Yes, Montana had Rice and weapons, Tom Brady had Bellich and and and a great defense some years. My question is are the Chiefs back next year? How important is that they get Tyreek kill because that's it. That is well, it's important that they make some improvements. Yeah, I mean that's really I don't think the bottom line, I don't think it's I don't think you could just run it back.

Tom Brady played for so long that between those early ones where unfortunately they beat your Panthers and they beat the Greatest show on turf, they breath, they beat Donovan McNabb. After that, it was a minute before they won again. But they still made the playoffs. That's the thing. They still made the playoffs.
