<v Speaker 1>Welcome back to the WWE After Dark episode. It's me <v Speaker 1>your host, Luis Gonzalez, and today we're going to talk <v Speaker 1>about some random shit. That's all right, That's what the <v Speaker 1>after Dark episode is all about. We talk about random stuff. <v Speaker 1>I'm just talking with you guys. Okay, I can't be <v Speaker 1>cursing that much here. I apologize. This is a paid programming, <v Speaker 1>but I'm going to keep it down a little bit <v Speaker 1>on the cursing. Maybe maybe not Listen, guys, today's episode <v Speaker 1>is going to be just kind of a cornucopia of things. <v Speaker 1>I'm trying to come together and think of some new <v Speaker 1>content every week. And I have this little notepad that <v Speaker 1>I just put kind of my thoughts in there, my <v Speaker 1>random thoughts, and then I come here and do the show, <v Speaker 1>and I think, this week, I want to talk about <v Speaker 1>this new era. <v Speaker 2>Guys. <v Speaker 1>You know, we have the attitude era, the ruthless aggression era, <v Speaker 1>and now they say that we're in the Netflix era. <v Speaker 2>Right. Oh man, everybody's talking about. <v Speaker 1>Eras the these days era, this era that you know, <v Speaker 1>I'm coming in here and this is my era. They <v Speaker 1>really are driving home this era thing because obviously we <v Speaker 1>label things as era, so they are too and everybody <v Speaker 1>was wondering, well, what is this era called. What are <v Speaker 1>they going to call themselves? Are they going to self <v Speaker 1>name it like they have in the past. Is this <v Speaker 1>going to be called the Netflix Era? And just thinking <v Speaker 1>about it and by myself as I drive back home <v Speaker 1>from work in my hour drive, my long commute here <v Speaker 1>in Los Angeles, guys, I think, if I had to guess, <v Speaker 1>and I'm bad at guessing here, if I had to guess, <v Speaker 1>maybe this era that we're entering into as cool and <v Speaker 1>some great stuff we're getting, maybe it's going to come <v Speaker 1>out as the ad era, the branded era. Okay, let's <v Speaker 1>just take a step back and think of everything that's <v Speaker 1>happened so far, just the fact that they are super <v Speaker 1>modu tizing their stuff. Now, let me start off by saying, yes, <v Speaker 1>they are a business. They got to get they have <v Speaker 1>to make profit, but they are making moves aggressively, and <v Speaker 1>I think it's the aggressive part, which again, listen, they're <v Speaker 1>a business. They gotta make money, I understand, but they <v Speaker 1>are being aggressive to the point where we are starting <v Speaker 1>to notice. You know, some businesses they can increase their <v Speaker 1>profits and do all these things to increase profit, but <v Speaker 1>sometimes the consumers just don't even realize it, or they'll <v Speaker 1>do something to change something and we'll be like, oh, <v Speaker 1>look at that, and then they forget it next week. <v Speaker 1>But the amount of times and things they are continuingly <v Speaker 1>to aggressively increase their AD revenue into a place where <v Speaker 1>it has become more and more blatant. Like websites. Remember <v Speaker 1>a long time ago when you went to a website <v Speaker 1>and you could read an article and it's no problem. <v Speaker 1>You went from top to bottom, and you're like, oh, <v Speaker 1>I got the information I needed. You go on a <v Speaker 1>website now and it is just littered with ads. You <v Speaker 1>can't even go a paragraph without an add to the <v Speaker 1>left and add to the right and ad just popping <v Speaker 1>out at you. I mean, it is pretty egregious. And <v Speaker 1>I'm definitely one of those people that use an AD blocker. <v Speaker 1>But even if you don't have an AD blocker, taking <v Speaker 1>a step back from wrestling, if you go through all <v Speaker 1>these articles with ads and you're like this is so annoying, <v Speaker 1>and you have an iPhone, you can go to you <v Speaker 1>see the browser at the bottom where it's like, you know, <v Speaker 1>blah blah blah blah dot com, and then on the <v Speaker 1>left they have these little squares. If you push that <v Speaker 1>little square when you're reading, specifically an article, it'll have <v Speaker 1>the option to say, hey, show reader, and I usually <v Speaker 1>click show reader because then that will eliminate a lot <v Speaker 1>of ads. So little tip, little trick there for you <v Speaker 1>guys if you're just annoyed with ads, as I am. <v Speaker 1>But the point what I'm trying to say is just <v Speaker 1>the way that we saw how websites start inundating you <v Speaker 1>with ads, and it's almost ruined the web experience so much, <v Speaker 1>you know. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that <v Speaker 1>wwe could potentially be moving in this direction. I'm not <v Speaker 1>saying that's what's going to happen, but if they keep <v Speaker 1>going to an aggressive place, this might be looked upon <v Speaker 1>as the ad era. I mean, let's look at about <v Speaker 1>all the deals that they've done. You know, they made <v Speaker 1>billion dollar deal with Netflix. That's fine, that's cool, makes sense. <v Speaker 1>You know, they became part of a holding company TKO, <v Speaker 1>where they are now partnered with UFC together under this <v Speaker 1>umbrella company TKO. Okay, great, you know, let's create stability <v Speaker 1>in the company, you know, and then we start introducing <v Speaker 1>these Saudi matches. Okay, you know, everybody has their thoughts <v Speaker 1>about this. <v Speaker 2>Some like it, some don't. It's got some pushback. <v Speaker 1>For people who know, and people who don't they don't <v Speaker 1>really mind, so it's kind. <v Speaker 2>Of like a half and half reaction to that. <v Speaker 1>But they are getting tons of money from having their <v Speaker 1>matches there. They're getting tons of money for having unique belts, <v Speaker 1>unique matches, unique things, things like that. We also have <v Speaker 1>the Prime hydration station, right, new addition they also have <v Speaker 1>in Summer Slam, they have the Prime in the. <v Speaker 2>Middle of the rink. Okay. <v Speaker 1>And now we're moving into Netflix officially, right. We are <v Speaker 1>now in a three hour show, which I think a <v Speaker 1>lot of us kind of at least in my circle. <v Speaker 2>And from what I hear, we like the two hours. <v Speaker 1>It keeps things concise tight, it keeps a nice clean show, <v Speaker 1>and the three hours is a lot when you put <v Speaker 1>you know, life on the table as well on the plate, right, <v Speaker 1>but you know you put it three hours because you'll <v Speaker 1>have more ads, Okay. And then we also unveiled the <v Speaker 1>new mat which on the first day I talked about <v Speaker 1>it in the last after Dark was how this thing <v Speaker 1>was just covered with ads even with having Fortnite right <v Speaker 1>in the middle of the mat now. Now, thank god, <v Speaker 1>last raw here the middle of the rink didn't have <v Speaker 1>an ad, So it looks like they're going to. <v Speaker 2>Those are going to change periodically. <v Speaker 1>So depending on the event, depending on the special that day, <v Speaker 1>maybe an advertiser will pay for a certain spot on <v Speaker 1>that matt. But what I'm trying to say is we're <v Speaker 1>starting to feel all of these changes little by little, <v Speaker 1>you know. I think there was some discussion that, hey, <v Speaker 1>maybe they'll start putting ads on people's you know, the <v Speaker 1>REVS shirt. You know, maybe they'll put it on wrestlers themselves. <v Speaker 1>You know, you know, you see it in sports right <v Speaker 1>for the longest time, like in the nineties and two thousands, <v Speaker 1>they didn't have, you know, these little badges and advertisers, <v Speaker 1>and now like the NBA has it, and other sports <v Speaker 1>are starting to have it, and it's something that we've <v Speaker 1>grown accustomed to, something that we can kind of see, <v Speaker 1>but it doesn't take up too much space. <v Speaker 2>I think it's just the fact that all of. <v Speaker 1>These things are happening so quickly, so aggressively, is the <v Speaker 1>thing that keeps perking my ears up where it's like, okay, <v Speaker 1>you know, maybe good because this has been such a <v Speaker 1>difficult time with Like, you know, at least in the <v Speaker 1>US market, here things are more expensive, things cost more, <v Speaker 1>and here the WWE is finding ways to make more <v Speaker 1>money to have profit. So the business side, good for them. <v Speaker 1>But at what point will it become a detriment to <v Speaker 1>the content itself. And I'm not saying it's reached that <v Speaker 1>point yet. You know, I did for a little bit <v Speaker 1>when I saw all of those ads on the mat. <v Speaker 1>It's fine. You'll also see ads on the around the <v Speaker 1>ring too, and those will periodically change dependent on the match. <v Speaker 1>Like sometimes when there's a main event ad. At main <v Speaker 1>event match, there will be a singular sponsor dedicated to <v Speaker 1>that match. You know, they'll go in like, hey, we <v Speaker 1>want to have our eyes on the biggest match of <v Speaker 1>the night, so they'll put them on the side of <v Speaker 1>the ring. All these things we've grown accustomed to. I'm <v Speaker 1>just wondering how much further are we going to go? <v Speaker 1>How much of the real. <v Speaker 2>Estate of WWE is there left? <v Speaker 1>You know, will there be branding on clothing, Will they'll <v Speaker 1>be branding on the refs? Okay, but will they be <v Speaker 1>branding on wrestlers? You know, I mean, in my mind, <v Speaker 1>is going to a negative place, Like, my god, what <v Speaker 1>if they create a branded belt? You know, they have <v Speaker 1>these uh and college football every year, they have the <v Speaker 1>cheese It Bowl, the I don't know, the Bank of <v Speaker 1>America Bowl. They have all these different branded bowls, And <v Speaker 1>I'm like, man, if they needed more money, would they <v Speaker 1>make a Pepsi belt, a cheese It you know belt? <v Speaker 2>Would they? <v Speaker 1>Would they make some sort of event. We're like, for <v Speaker 1>this pl where we're we're partnering up with Prime and <v Speaker 1>we're doing a Prime belt. You know, it could be <v Speaker 1>as a it could be part of the storyline where <v Speaker 1>you know, Logan is making his own belt and blah <v Speaker 1>blah blah blah. <v Speaker 2>You know, they could find a way to make it work. <v Speaker 2>But how far are they going to go? You know, <v Speaker 2>will they? I mean how ridiculous it would be. <v Speaker 1>But in another universe, would they create a wrestler based <v Speaker 1>off a brand cheese It Man? You know he is, <v Speaker 1>He's the babyface coming in to save the day to <v Speaker 1>I don't know, I don't know what you know, Coca <v Speaker 1>Cola man, coke man? <v Speaker 2>Is this going? <v Speaker 1>How far are we're going to go to create first <v Speaker 1>to market branding opportunities? <v Speaker 2>I don't know. <v Speaker 1>Obviously I'm being facetious and I'm not exactly sure where <v Speaker 1>it's going to go, But it's just something that has <v Speaker 1>caught my attention that we are really entering into an <v Speaker 1>ad era of WWE. And it's interesting, you know what <v Speaker 1>other moves. What are the things are they going to <v Speaker 1>do that's going to push them financially and will that <v Speaker 1>disrupt the narrative narrative of it all. And we saw <v Speaker 1>some of it that you know, for showing on Netflix <v Speaker 1>where they kept talking about Netflix, and you know, it <v Speaker 1>disrupted some storylines. <v Speaker 2>Obviously, you know, we've. <v Speaker 1>Talked about it over and over about how Dwayne Johnson <v Speaker 1>came out or ruined the whole Rock thing. <v Speaker 2>I don't need to reiterate that. We all know that. <v Speaker 2>But what else is going to happen? <v Speaker 1>And they are very innovative at WWE, So there are <v Speaker 1>things that I'm not even thinking of that they could <v Speaker 1>potentially put. <v Speaker 2>You know, they could have. <v Speaker 1>Behind the scene moments presented by this you know, let's <v Speaker 1>do a day in the life presented by you know, <v Speaker 1>this internet company. Let's do you know content that you <v Speaker 1>want to see outside of it. You'll have to go <v Speaker 1>to this special QR code if you want to see <v Speaker 1>a special match. You know, I think they did this <v Speaker 1>with the with the speed belt, right, like I think <v Speaker 1>they have a partnership with X. You know, will they <v Speaker 1>have more social forward content where you need to go <v Speaker 1>somewhere else to get that content because that's what ads want. <v Speaker 1>They want to have some sort of return, right They <v Speaker 1>want you to go to their website. They want you <v Speaker 1>to and they want eyes on their products. So maybe <v Speaker 1>you know, if you want to see some altercation, you <v Speaker 1>got to go to pepsi dot com, slash wwe Kevin <v Speaker 1>Owens or something and you'll get to see Kevin Owens <v Speaker 1>beat the shit out of Cody Roads at a Starbucks. <v Speaker 2>Or like at a movie theater. <v Speaker 1>I don't know what you know, but it's just like <v Speaker 1>there are these new opportunities coming out, and it's just <v Speaker 1>a narrative that I'm seeing on my side that we <v Speaker 1>are entering into this ad era. So who knows, we'll <v Speaker 1>see where that goes. I'll continue keep my eyes out. <v Speaker 1>One thing that I will say is that watching Raw <v Speaker 1>this time around, the commercials are gone because I don't <v Speaker 1>typically watch it live, so when I watch it this time, <v Speaker 1>it just fast forward right through without the commercials, which <v Speaker 1>is great. <v Speaker 2>Thank you, Thank you for listening to that. <v Speaker 1>Also, because again I said it last week, you can't <v Speaker 1>keep commercials on imperpetuity and forever because you got to <v Speaker 1>pay the actors. You got to pay the crew every <v Speaker 1>twelve weeks or so for the usage of that commercial. <v Speaker 1>So I'm happy to see that, Hey we figure this out, <v Speaker 1>there are gonna be commercials when I replay it, So <v Speaker 1>that's good to see. <v Speaker 2>That's all I want to talk about with the ads. <v Speaker 2>I'm gonna move away from that. <v Speaker 1>I'm gonna keep going on this new topic here that <v Speaker 1>I'm going to report every week is the announcer table. <v Speaker 1>This is catching my eye. Okay, that announcer table is <v Speaker 1>intense to me. It's beautiful. It looks great. And someone <v Speaker 1>said it. I forget who said it. Maybe it was <v Speaker 1>on SmackDown. It is the what did they say, the <v Speaker 1>Cadillac of announced tables. <v Speaker 2>It's in the Cadac announcetambles. And it's true. <v Speaker 1>It has these like it looks like the setup of <v Speaker 1>a PC player. It's got the RGB lights in the front, <v Speaker 1>RGB lights in the back. It's reinforced. As Michael Cole <v Speaker 1>also said, He kept repeating it over and over how <v Speaker 1>reinforced this announcer table was, And I'm like, why are <v Speaker 1>you telling that? Is there a reason why you're telling that? <v Speaker 1>And I just want to know what it's going to <v Speaker 1>look like when someone go to that table, because right <v Speaker 1>now it looks very difficult to put somebody through that table. <v Speaker 1>And of course they could loosen some screws and it <v Speaker 1>could just be a facade, but I mean, listen, I <v Speaker 1>gotta see it to believe it. At this point, that <v Speaker 1>thing was a monster to me. Maybe it's not to you, <v Speaker 1>but to me, it's just like, Wow, this thing has <v Speaker 1>a lot of support to it. <v Speaker 2>So I'm counting down the days. <v Speaker 1>It's been ten days since the new table's premiered that <v Speaker 1>we have not had anybody go through those tables. <v Speaker 2>Okay, every week that they don't, I'm going. <v Speaker 1>To add to those days because I am so curious <v Speaker 1>to see who will go through that table and what <v Speaker 1>it will look like, because that thing looks like a beast. <v Speaker 1>A beautiful beast, but a beast. Okay, it's enough about <v Speaker 1>the Cadillac announcer table. There be on the lookout for that. <v Speaker 1>This is my new obsession for some reason. It's just <v Speaker 1>it's like too good. Remember what we used to have <v Speaker 1>just like a tarp over a fold up table, and <v Speaker 1>and it just became a little bit better. Now it's <v Speaker 1>like whoa, this is like Super Saiyan level four here, <v Speaker 1>this is this is anyway, I'm gonna move on, Okay. <v Speaker 1>Before I started talking about the ad era on the <v Speaker 1>Nuncer table, I was thinking in my mind, what do <v Speaker 1>I want. <v Speaker 2>To talk about this week? <v Speaker 1>And one of the things I was thinking of was, <v Speaker 1>you know, it'd be cool would be to talk about <v Speaker 1>the movies, like the rest the movies that wrestlers were in. <v Speaker 1>So I started compiling a list. I'm like, okay, I <v Speaker 1>went to chat GBT as a chat GPT, tell me <v Speaker 1>all these wrestlers that have been in movies, give me <v Speaker 1>a whole list. I didn't realize how many movies there were, <v Speaker 1>so I don't know if I'm going to commit to <v Speaker 1>that because there are a ton of movies. If you <v Speaker 1>if you like some wrestling movies, put it in the discord. <v Speaker 2>Let me know. <v Speaker 1>I'll watch it. You know, I'll talk about it. The <v Speaker 1>reason why I bring this up is because you have <v Speaker 1>the day at work. Somebody had blake Trinity on and <v Speaker 1>Triple H's in that, And I was like, oh, yeah, <v Speaker 1>that's right, he's in that. <v Speaker 2>Huh. <v Speaker 1>I wonder what other you know, Caine was in a <v Speaker 1>movie Undertaker obviously, you know John Cena on The Rock <v Speaker 1>and Bautista. I feel like they don't count because they're <v Speaker 1>just so like they are really performing. You know, they <v Speaker 1>have the long filmography at this point, but like all these. <v Speaker 2>Other little wrestlers trying to break through, but they are <v Speaker 2>a lot, y'all, it's a lot. <v Speaker 1>So maybe four of these after darks, I'll, you know, <v Speaker 1>watch a really small movie with the wrestler in it <v Speaker 1>and just kind of review it just for funds. But <v Speaker 1>I was thinking, like, what could I talk about because <v Speaker 1>we are in a transition period right now, you know, <v Speaker 1>as we leave there's a lot of uncertainty leading up <v Speaker 1>to Rumble and wrestle Mania. So I didn't really know <v Speaker 1>what to talk about. But I do think it's an <v Speaker 1>interesting time that we're in a transition period. <v Speaker 2>After rall, we're. <v Speaker 1>Like, where we're going with the Bloodline, Where does Rea <v Speaker 1>face see him Punk? What's happening with the Rock? Who's <v Speaker 1>Tiffic going to face? But I think the next thing <v Speaker 1>to talk about here is storylines. I think the one <v Speaker 1>that's kind of catching my eye right now is this <v Speaker 1>whole Drew McIntyre business. In the last episode of Raw, <v Speaker 1>he comes out and he's like, y'all interrupting Seth and <v Speaker 1>see him Punk and just these like this triangle rivalry <v Speaker 1>that's happening is so interesting to me because McIntyre's like, listen, y'all, I. <v Speaker 2>Don't care about what's going on. <v Speaker 1>We got to worry about Roman, and he's kind of <v Speaker 1>framing him as like the big bad you know, the <v Speaker 1>fanos that we have to look out for, Like y'all <v Speaker 1>are having your your equips and your your whatever back <v Speaker 1>and forth, but we gotta worry about this guy. <v Speaker 2>This guy's gonna do some damage. <v Speaker 1>I don't know what he means by that, but he <v Speaker 1>really does seem very threatened. It reminds me of again, <v Speaker 1>like I said, a Thanos threat. I was like, wow, <v Speaker 1>he really is trying to round up the troops to <v Speaker 1>create some sort of army against Roman. And then we <v Speaker 1>have Seth over here, who just can't get over see <v Speaker 1>him Punk. He's just he've got nothing else on his <v Speaker 1>mind but that, and then see him Punk just wants <v Speaker 1>to live his life. <v Speaker 2>He's like, please, I just want to get a belt. <v Speaker 1>I just like, ah, I came in here, I injured myself, <v Speaker 1>and then I got it with Seth, I got with CM. <v Speaker 2>I mean with with Drew. Can I just do a <v Speaker 2>title run? Please? <v Speaker 1>Can I just come out here and do what I <v Speaker 1>want to do? But he gets keeps getting pulled into <v Speaker 1>all this random stuff. I think that's hilarious to me. <v Speaker 1>You know, CM has a favor He's going to ask <v Speaker 1>of Paul Hayman and we'll see where that goes. But <v Speaker 1>I just think that this triangle rivalry is kind of <v Speaker 1>interesting right now. <v Speaker 2>I think it's entertaining to me. <v Speaker 1>That's I just think it's funny that CM is trying <v Speaker 1>to move on to this life, Seth won't let him. <v Speaker 1>Andrew's like, hey, y'all, there's this other thing. So you <v Speaker 1>have three opposing forces that are they're pulling. They want <v Speaker 1>to pull each other apart, but they're just kind of <v Speaker 1>gravitating towards each other. Yeah, and then another thing. I'm <v Speaker 1>glad that the Damien and Fin thing is wrapping up. <v Speaker 1>If we were apped up the real live, let's wrap <v Speaker 1>up this Damien and Finn. But dude, what an ending. <v Speaker 1>Uh wow, Wow. I had a great time with this. <v Speaker 1>I mean the man was on a stretcher. Okay, he <v Speaker 1>was on a stretcher that he pulls him in and <v Speaker 1>sup plexes him on the floor. <v Speaker 2>I believe. <v Speaker 1>I'm like, my god, if this man literally was on <v Speaker 1>the stretcher and he had a neck problem. I mean, <v Speaker 1>the man is his handicap, he's paralyzed for life. <v Speaker 2>How is this possible? <v Speaker 1>These are superhuman beings fighting each other right now. But <v Speaker 1>it was very entertaining to see it go down, very aggressive, <v Speaker 1>even him doing a coude de gras on the table <v Speaker 1>just like that. <v Speaker 2>This last episode was pretty great. <v Speaker 1>I had a great time with Ron SmackDown recently, and <v Speaker 1>I like that there was a return to form this <v Speaker 1>past week to raw where we're going back to, you know, <v Speaker 1>promos and continue narrations and always like behind the scenes storylines. <v Speaker 1>I think we didn't have a lot of that in <v Speaker 1>the first Row episode. We had more of that in <v Speaker 1>this episode. I just I think that is entertaining and important. <v Speaker 2>So hopefully that's all that's all wrapped up. <v Speaker 1>Thought too, man, I'm so happy this guy's coming up <v Speaker 1>more and more I cannot wait until he's on his <v Speaker 1>own solo run and he's just soaring on his own <v Speaker 1>I can't even imagine what that's going to be. Like, <v Speaker 1>I'm excited for fraud two. He always gets me excited <v Speaker 1>solo sekoa. I guess yeah, I mean, I know he's <v Speaker 1>taking a break, you know, vacation. I guess, hey, you <v Speaker 1>you had a long time, take a little break this week. <v Speaker 1>But I always hate it when losers don't show up <v Speaker 1>the next week. <v Speaker 2>It just makes him lose respect for them more. <v Speaker 1>You know, it's like you lose, but show up, you know, key, <v Speaker 1>don't don't don't. Don't not show Like when Roman was <v Speaker 1>gone for months and months, he put a sour taste <v Speaker 1>in my mouth. I understand he's taken on vacation and <v Speaker 1>all those other things and the other lot of things <v Speaker 1>to do in life, but show up. I want to <v Speaker 1>see you what you have to say. I want to <v Speaker 1>see what's going down. I mean, Seth did. Seth showed <v Speaker 1>up and I appreciate that. I appreciate that he came <v Speaker 1>out and he said something to see him. You know, <v Speaker 1>do I want this feed to go on? I don't know, <v Speaker 1>but he showed up. And we got to see the <v Speaker 1>reaction of all that, and I was looking forward to <v Speaker 1>seeing what Solo was going to say. I'm looking I'm <v Speaker 1>trying to I'm looking forward to see what's going to <v Speaker 1>happen with this rogue bloodline, the homeless blood line, and like, <v Speaker 1>what is gonna happen here? I know they're going to <v Speaker 1>stretch it out for whatever, but just give me some <v Speaker 1>nuggets of info here. I want to see. I don't <v Speaker 1>like you not showing up next week, like are you <v Speaker 1>a man? And show up next week and and be there. Uh, <v Speaker 1>of course I'm messing around here. So that's it for storylines, <v Speaker 1>and I got too more things I want to talk about. <v Speaker 1>Then I'll wrap up this random esque episode of The <v Speaker 1>after Dark, the random thoughts of Luis Gonzalez. <v Speaker 2>Here. <v Speaker 1>Do you guys see that ticker at the bottom of <v Speaker 1>raw where it's kind of telling you what's coming up, <v Speaker 1>what has happened? <v Speaker 2>And you know they're doing this to be more like <v Speaker 2>sports sports. <v Speaker 1>Entertainment when you've seen football and ESPN and things like that. <v Speaker 1>They added this ticker, and I think they've done it <v Speaker 1>in the past, but I just really noticed at this time. <v Speaker 1>The one thing I wanted to say was I was <v Speaker 1>reading the ticker and it had Sammy versus the Miz <v Speaker 1>coming up, and I was like, oh, okay, that's sure. <v Speaker 1>I didn't know that was happening. Maybe that's just like <v Speaker 1>a random exhibition that came up and I didn't know. <v Speaker 1>I don't know what the setup was, but sure, you know, <v Speaker 1>I don't mind random exhibition matches. <v Speaker 2>I think those are great. Let's let's have random exhibition <v Speaker 2>matches without our rivalry, just. <v Speaker 1>To showcase the new talent where we can create rivalry <v Speaker 1>after that, like from that, you know, things have to <v Speaker 1>start from somewhere, and exhibition matches to show really great wrestling. <v Speaker 2>Great. <v Speaker 1>But then later in the episode you begin to see <v Speaker 1>there was an altercation between Sammy and the Miz, and <v Speaker 1>Sammy was like, all right, bro, let's fight you and me. <v Speaker 1>Let's go tonight, as if it was very spontaneous. But <v Speaker 1>the ticker already spoiled that for me that it was <v Speaker 1>coming up, and so very tiny thing. Probably ninety percent <v Speaker 1>of the people didn't notice at all, and you know, <v Speaker 1>I'm sure production is fine tuning itself, but just something <v Speaker 1>I noticed that this ticker spoiled a storyline that was <v Speaker 1>about to come up before it even happened. Very small detail. <v Speaker 1>Another very small detail that no one cares but me <v Speaker 1>is the drone. I love all this new stuff that <v Speaker 1>they're doing. I love all the stuff that they're adding <v Speaker 1>to it. With these flying camera angles that's whipping around, <v Speaker 1>jibbing up, jibbing down, zooming almost these impossible shots. You <v Speaker 1>feel like Superman watching a match, you know, flying around, <v Speaker 1>zip in here and zip in there. A lot of <v Speaker 1>that stuff is great, and the drone is cool. I <v Speaker 1>think the only thing I would love, and you know <v Speaker 1>this is just the beginning and things are only going <v Speaker 1>to get better and better, is I cannot wait until <v Speaker 1>we get a drone that has a better lens and <v Speaker 1>a better sensor because you can tell the difference. I mean, <v Speaker 1>I'm a video editor and I work in video production <v Speaker 1>all that stuff, so I can clearly tell like, oh, <v Speaker 1>this is not Chris, but all like it really takes <v Speaker 1>me out of the moment, because that's I look at <v Speaker 1>that stuff all the time, you know, that's why. But <v Speaker 1>I cannot wait for that drone to be updated right now. <v Speaker 1>It's very tiny. When I saw it live at the <v Speaker 1>LA's event, the thing is really tiny and I'm surprised <v Speaker 1>how they're able to transmit from that tiny drone to <v Speaker 1>the truck and the van in the back, the broadcast van. <v Speaker 1>So crudos to them for able for being able to <v Speaker 1>make a tiny drone work to transmit something like that, <v Speaker 1>Because that thing is going through the arena, through those <v Speaker 1>entrances and coming it's it's pretty crazy moves that it's making. <v Speaker 1>God forbid it ever hits anybody. But drone operators are. <v Speaker 2>Very very good. <v Speaker 1>It's it's it's very impressive what they can do. But anyway, <v Speaker 1>you know, having a better lens, having a better sensor, <v Speaker 1>it does make it bigger. It makes it heavier, it <v Speaker 1>makes it a little bit more on wieldy. It could <v Speaker 1>probably smack somebody in the head if it's bigger. So <v Speaker 1>I get it why they're doing it, but man, I <v Speaker 1>can't wait till it becomes crispier and cleaner. Right now, <v Speaker 1>it's a little muddled, and that's okay because we get <v Speaker 1>we don't live on those drone shots for too long. <v Speaker 1>A lot better than the rofcam, I say again, if <v Speaker 1>they're gonna do that, just put that thing on the chest. <v Speaker 1>I feel like you'll have a better chance of capturing <v Speaker 1>what you need. All right, guys, that's today's episode. <v Speaker 2>That's it. We're gonna call it a wraps. But thank <v Speaker 2>you guys for listening. <v Speaker 1>Thank you guys for listening to talk about the new <v Speaker 1>ad era the way that I think about WDV coming up. <v Speaker 1>But until next time, it's me and Louis Gonzalez.
